I had purchased i20 asta (O) vtvt on dated 30.06.2017, during purchase of the car agency had promised to provide leather seat cover of good quality, but after that when i try to cover the seat with cover provided by agency, i found that seat cover provided by him of inferior quality and not up to the mark as promised by him. Therefore it is requested to make arrangement to provide leather seat cover as promised by agency during buying of car.

    Hi,

    My name is Sourabh Bhale. I put my I20 car for servicing in Hyundai Service Station Bopodi, Pune on 13th July. However after the servicing I noticed that the clutch got hard and non working if half pressed. It is hard to drive car in 2nd gear in heavy traffic road as it hurts my leg.

    I went to the service center to show this fault but the attendant (Vishal Bhalerao - [protected]) denied to serve me by saying it is a hydraulic clutch and cant be repaired.

    Please look into it and do the needful.

      I had purchased hyundai i10 grand on 14 november[protected] model) from modi hyundai showroom, thane. At that time, the sales executive was told about the problems faced during test drive. Now we are facing same problems but they are denying us the 1 year warranty service facility.

      Problems are:
      1) car is racing
      2) brake system is not working properly

        I purchased i10 Grand Sports (O) Diesel on 12.07.2017 in named Sandeep Singh S/o Kirpal Singh (On Gramin Car Loan) registration bearing Number PB02DE9291 From Brar Automotive Hyundai Kotkapura (Punjab), after the completion of all the formalities. More than Two Month have passed by but the dealer has not filled the papers with transport authorities for registration certificate of my car till date. As per the transport authority rules and regulation dealer has to give registration certificate before the expiry if Provisional registration. I have visit and contacted them [protected] and [protected] numbers of times trough phone calls. But they are so insensitive that till date they have still not filled papers for the registration certificate. My vehicle lying ideal since 21.07.2017 as could not use it. Mention date was expiry date of my provisional registration.
        I want dealer to immediately file the papers in authorities and deliver the Registration certificate to my residential address within three days.
        Dealer should also compensate me the following:
        1. Vehicle ideal compensation at the rate of Rs.5000 per day starting from the 21.07.2017 till date I receive registration certificate.
        2. Since I cannot use my vehicle due to ignorance/insensitivity of the dealer and mental agency, embarrassment, harassment and inconvenience suffered by me dealer should compensate me by paying on interest @20% per day on the on road value of the car that is 715000/- starting from the 21.07.2017 till date I received Registration certificate.

          My wife Mrs Swapna Rani Saikia Phukan purchased a Creta, 1.6 vtvt Sx+ on 9/8/2017 from Mukesh Hyundai, Guwahati with finance from SBI, Pbb, Ganeshguri Branch, Guwahati. We have taken Rs 7, 38, 00.00 as bank loan and rest of the amount paid through RTGS and debit card as per receipt attached. We have paid 11, 000.00 for extended warranty and Rs.1, 200.00(Twelve hundred ) for TRC. It is very surprising that they are not ready to give us separate money receipt for extended warranty and TRC. Till today they are not issuing us the TRC (temporary registration certificate) without any valid reason causing very much inconvenience and unnecessary troubles for getting our vehicle registered at work place i.e. Sivasagar Distict. It is pertinent to mention that from the very beginning they are insisting us for making payment in cash for the extended warranty and TRC. Moreover, they are ready to give us money receipt for RS 300.00 only against the payment of Rs 1200.00 already made for TRC. Upon inquiry they informed that this is a regular practice & they are doing it with all customers in respect of TRC.
          When the whole nation is moving towards the cashless transaction, it is really surprising that the Dealer like Mukesh Hyundai is insisting for cash transaction for such items for unknown reasons. It is a clear violation of Govt policy pioneered by Honble Prime Of India and also amounts to cheating in the eyes of law. Hence, your intervention is highly solicited otherwise i will have to move proper forum for justice.

            Respected Sir/Mam, In November i buy Creta SX model from ishanya Showroom, Satara Road, Pune 43, the complete was that i received the duplicate Foot Matt in my car it was my first Car i was not knowing what kind of matt are there so i didnt check it, in july i came know that the matts are duplicate on which Creta is not printed, i asked in showroom they are we cant do anything..
            i kindly request u to take some action, this type of cheating is not mandatroy frm Hyundai..

              I bought hundai xcent from osl hundai, buxi bazar, cuttack, odissa. On 31/7/2017.
              I want a selected registration no.
              But they didn't give me the paper of my vehicle for registration and know they did their work of registration by themselves without my permission.
              Worst service by osl hundai team..
              It's happens twice with me.
              If they can't give a proper service then why they promised with customer.
              To sale a car or to fulfil their monthly target.

                I have two i20 2009 model with registration numbers - up 64 l 7457 and up 64 l 2801

                Just about three years ago the ignition, and both locks of the front doors of the car (Up 64 l 7457) started getting stuck. I took it to the service station and they tried to put in some grease, but nothing improved. Within a few months the locks had become so bad that they got stuck permanently and the car wouldn't start. I got it towed to the service station where i had to get the whole locking system replaced with a new one.

                Soon, the exactly same sequence happened with the other car we had up 64 l 2801. Today it is standing in the shed with all its locks jammed, the car unable to start/ignition.

                It has been some three years now and the locks we got replaced in the first car up 64 l 7457 have again started getting stuck in the same way. Both the locks of front doors are stuck. It is just that the ignition is working fine for now, that the car is moving, but at no point can i lock my car.

                The problem as i have felt is the excessive and abnormal wear and tear of locks that hyundai has put in these cars. It is so, because we have owned marutis, fiats other brands that have well crossed the age of 10-15 years and never have we ever encountered such a problem that has struck us in the same manner thrice.

                It is to bring to your notice that both the cars are being owned and operated by different people and are in two different states in india. The same problem to strike thrice is no co-incidence but clearly a fault of hardware installed from hyundai motors india ltd.

                We have already spent on the faulty locks once to realize that the fault lies with the hardware supplied by hmil.

                I wish to request hmil to replace these locks of both the cars completely free of cost and also reimburse us the amount (With interest) that we had to spend on the first replacement of locks in up 64 l 7457.

                  I have bought a grand i 10 ( car no. WE 08 D 2413)from Mukesh Hyundai VIP ROAD SHOWROOM on 13th June with bank loan from SBI. MY COMPLAINT
                  1. Despite repeated request showroom did not provide any loan documents but they repeatedly promised that within short span of time they will provide my loan details.
                  2. I booked my car on 25th April and they told me that maximum 15 days later they will provide the car but after repeated altercation and showroom visit ultimately they delivered it on 13th June.
                  3.Despite our request of loan tenure of 5 years, they did it for 3 year tenure with much higher EMI due to thier negligence.
                  4. They did life time road tax despite my request for 5 years, for that I have to pay extra 23000 rupees.
                  5. Sales and marketing team as well as loan department in this showroom are all very much negligent. They did not pay attention to customers.
                  I want immediate attention to my complaint and my loan details.
                  I have visited the showroom repeatedly but they didn't pay any attention.
                  Worst showroom I have ever visited.
                  I strongly condemned this type of negligence of such a big concern like Hyundai.
                  My-self DHRUBA DAS owned car model "i10" Sportz registration no. WB20AG6605 and got 3rd year complimentary service as per the attached certificate. Your customer service executive named Miss Neha told me that - this certificate not valid for free service and I've to pay full charges for 3rd. year servicing. What is this going on - if you are misguide your customer then how can we believe on you and very soon may be you'll smashed your goodwill from the market too. Please guide me as early as possible because the last date shown in attached certificate as 08/02/2019.

                    My car was serviced by punjab hundai gandhinagar on 4/6/17. Also furthur inspected on 29/6/17 for panel base work in car. From that service date, my car's engine rpm does not get of[censored]nder neutral position. Car's engine runs at overspeed eventhough not accelerated by me. Also unwanted noise comes from engine eventhough insurance job work done at same place. Thus i request you to solve my complaint.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have booked Creta automatic Car to S.S. Hyundai Pathanamthitta and paid Rs 825000 advance payment on 13th July 2017. They are not delivered the vehicle as they promised date and now they said car is allotted and confirmed delivery next week.
                      I found S.S. Hyundai offered insurance is very expensive as Rs 49213. Now I found other Govt insurance Co rates are only Rs 32000/-(Same B to B)
                      I have informed to S.S. Hyundai today that I will arrange insurance myself.But they are not ready to give vehicle without their insurance policy.Now they said they are going to refund the payment in case I am not choose their Insurance.
                      This is my right to select insurance service provider.This is absolutely a violation of IRDAI rule.
                      Hope you will consider this mail and look forward your timely assistance.to solve this issue before going legally.

                        I bought new hyundai creta from punjab hyundai gandhinagar in dec 2016. After 3 months the third and fifth gear of the vehicle developed a problem. It used to get back to neutral while driving without the clutch being applied and i saved a near accident while travelling to pune coz of this. I sent the vehicle to a hyundai service station in nashik and addressed a mail to hyundai complaint cell. The vehicle was repaired citing some oil leakage from gearbox but now after two months the same problem has started again and it increases day by day. I wrote to hyundai again but no response from them. A gearbox problem in a new vehicle is not acceptable which has already caused me a lot of problem. I don't consider repairing the vehicle every month as an option. I request your kind intervention in the matter.

                          Complaint 1- Last yer I repair accident repairing theire service section not done properly, so many problems remaining after the repairing,

                          Complaint 2- Last week i went the showroom with some un usal sound from front left wheel side, and the simply told me to replace the acxel, with the cost of Rs.12000, I replace this parts and i spent the amount also, but the problem still remaining, because there technical division is not proffesional, so please some necessary action and please solve my problem,

                          I had purchased a car I20 Active having RTO registration MH49U5748 dtd.17.08.2015 from Ketan Hyundai, Nagpur, Maharashtra state. The car details are, manufacturing year 2015, engine No. 762752, Chasis No.143292. While driving the car I have observed that AC cooling is not working properly after driving 110 kms and it was happened 3 times in a week during current month (August – 2017). Base on this I had reported the same to your authorized service centre on 11.08.2018 at Gondia but one service engineer had advised me to show the same at Nagpur service centre prior to 20.08.2017, which is warranty period upto 20.08.2017.

                          I had reported the same i.e. AC cooling is not working properly since first week of August 2017 to your authorized service centre at Eros Hyundai, Ghat Road, Nagpur on 14.08.2017 & finally dropped the car on 16.08.2017 at 10.00 hrs for rectification of the same (i.e. AC cooling work) vide Job certificate no. 44837, dtd. 16.08.2017 from Eros Hyundai, Ghat Road, Nagpur. On at around 16.00 I have received a call from service engineer (Mr. Pawan) that Car AC rod found minor/slight damaged inside chasis chamber it may cause be leakage in AC. But I had neither done any work inside car chasis chamber nor shown outside any agencies without authorized service centre.

                          In view of the above it is requested to kindly arrange to resolve the aforesaid issue at your own cost not for customer financial burden because manufacturing fault it was told us while dropped the car for needful action.

                            I am a very old customer of Hyundai but now I think I have chosen a wrong car. I am frustrated with the service of Hyundai. I purchased a hyundai eon in Oct 16. Today when I was going for my important work the car was not started view battery was fully dead, even not able to open it with remote. I have registered same complaint on 31 Mar also. This is happened for the 2nd time. I don't know what is the problem. Earlier this issue was resolved by Samara Hyundai for the same issue. Although the issue was resolved but I was not happy with the service, because I have been briefed by samara executive and they told me that the problem is not with battery or anything and they convinced me, that your running of a car is very less. That's why this problem is happening.
                            Sir I am working in Ministry of defence and I don't have that much time to resolve all these issues.
                            Please do the needful at the earliest.

                              Iam a hyundai customer for the past 10 years. My previous vehicle was santro and i had excellent performance. Based on this i purchased from modi hyundai mumbai mh03 bs3164 in year 2014. Now i am in hyderabad and past 11 months (From 6th oct'2016) the engine oil drops down to low level for which i have referred to kun united hyundai miyapur hyderabad. They have done all tests like x ray. But unable to understand the reason.in the past 11months i had to top up engine oil 3 to 4 times since it reaches low level.

                              I work as a sr. General manager at toshiba and has to travel every day 55 kms such incidents are very risky to human life. On 8th aug'2017 again i referred this matter to kun united hyundai but they are unable to locate leakage or understand the reason. They are observing it.

                              Please note this is a clear engine manufacturing defect hence i would request you to kindly attend immediately and offer exchange to new vehicle before 15th aug'2017.

                              Kindly respond with your options including offer for upgradation at differential price.

                                This is with reference to the AC problem due to which i have sent my car to the workshop for the third time continuously...
                                Actually the car is in Khanna Auto sales (P) Ltd. Hyundai - Shastri nagar, Kanpur right now and no one is still able to diagnos the problem with the AC and also misbehaving.
                                Previously also the same problem was there and i had paid Rs. 27206/- again the issue is the same.

                                    I have lodged a complaint before around 2 years regarding unsatisfactory service and putting my life on rust by raja Hyundai service center jodhpur. My car no is RJ19CC6380. They have delivered my car after service bat 8pm without 2 stads of front wheel.
                                    As it has spend a 2 year spell company is not listening my grievance otherwise I have to move to consumer court.

                                      Dear all;

                                      After a long wait and struggle i received my hyundai creta in may 2017. I thought after struggling to get the delivery for almost a month, things should be fine from here on now. But less did i knew i have just bought a white elephant of the lowest quality.

                                      I have been driving fiat linea since 2010 and drove around 135000+ kms... I sold it and bought hyundai creta 1.6 diesel (Top variant). Time and again i got some burning smell, but was not aware was it outside or my car, as nothing was expected being new car.

                                      On tuesday morning (8th aug 2017) while i was driving to work early morning, at the signal, as i picked the car from 1st gear and moved ahead, the clutch refused to give push back and i wasn't able to shift gear. As i realized there is some issue, i immediately took it aside and parked it. Tried to start the vehicle again and again, but wasn't able to put the gear. I immediately called the road side assist and they sent a towing van which arrived in an hour as expected.

                                      After taking it to nearby service center (Modi hyundai - goregaon) the service adviser told me, since its new vehicle don't we need to see, prima facie don't like clutch plates are burnt, but we need to open it. I kept the car and left for work.

                                      He called me in the afternoon, saying sir the clutch plates are completely burnt. I was shocked and asked him to make me speak to someone senior, to which he made me speak to his manager. He also told me the same and reiterated that clutch plates fall under wear and tear parts and are not covered under warranty. I was to pay all the charges for the replacement. This irritated me more. But then less i could do, as it the car was with them in non-moving condition and i cant take it back, had to pay and get it sorted.

                                      I still fail to understand in just 4 month or less than 5000 kms how can a clutch plate burn??? Is it me or the hyundai bad part responsible for this? If my driving was bad even i should have faced similar with my previous car. Also how are we suppose to drive in mumbai's bonnet to bonnet traffic which is still for hours and hours???

                                        I had bought a creta last year in july, at the time of delivery i had clearly asked the sales representative regarding additional safe gaurd to be installed to prevent theft, he assured me that as this an automatic car it requires no additional safe gaurd as it will not open without its smart key leave aside starting the vehicle. I believed his words and did not install any additional safe gaurd. Unfortunately my car was stolen and the cctv footage clearly shows the thives taking a snap of the vin number bar code sticker on the left aft door quarter window and after a while coming back with the exact smart key to open, start and steal the vehicle. This is not possible without an insider help who has access to the smart key number data w. R. T vin number. It is very disheartening to see such a thing happen because of greedy individuals in such a reputed organisation. I advice all other buyers of hmil cars to remove the stickers with the vin number details from their aft rh door quarter glass and install additional safe gaurds to prevent theft.
