I have bought hyundai elantra in 2013.
After driving 22000 km, clutch plates got damaged. Agency told that might be driver fault.
I agreed and drove very carefully.. Again on total 53000 km again clutch plates got damaged.
Again agency told that its not their fault. Again i paid money. Again i drove extremly carefully and again after driving total 95000 km clutch plates got damaged.

I again went to agency this time they put plates in warrenty. I requested them many many times that it is manufacturing default kindly replace the full clutch plates part from my car and put new one. I told thwm to change fry wheel also. Means full clutch plates portion. But thwy didnt do. Now again driving 10000 km means total 1.05 lac km again i am getting problem regarding my clutch plate.

I qm very much frustrated thinking to sale this car. Kindly replace the full portion of my clutch plates else i am hiring a lawyer within 1 week. Kindly help me on this part. I hv spent so much money on buying elantra but this problem is coming again and again. Kindly replace the full part. As i have requested to everybody but nobody listened. So i am thinking to hire my lawyer and fight case against hyundai company. Sir i am very very much frustrated. Please replace this clutch plates full part from my car. My car number is

    Details of purchase:

    1. Car model : creta, 1.6 sx + petrol
    2. Registration no. Mh 12 ph 1415
    3. Buyer name : rajendra krishna chavan (Father)
    4. Name of dealer : ishanya motors llp
    5. Location: ambegaon, katraj bypass road, pune 411046

    Issue:

    1. We have not received complete tax invoice against the made purchase for the product as cited above, nor we have received the difference in amount of rs 92000/- yet from the dealer.

    I shall describe the event in detail

    Phase 1 - refer part 1 attachment as attached in the mail.

    1. As per our inquiry we received a quote for creta (Sx +) 1.6 petrol amounting to rs. 1426286/- upon which a discount was offered and we paid an amount of rs 13.65 lakh as per the provided quote and subsequent discussion with the dealer dated 30.06.2107.
    2. As per the t&c set out in the quote it is clearly mentioned that, (Refer point 2) prices mentioned in the quote is tentative and are subjected to change and shall be applicable at the time of delivery.
    3. Refer (Point 5), in which it is mentioned that, registration charges are inclusive of all charges including depo charges.
    4. Refer (Point 7), it is mentioned that vehicle shall be delivered after receiving complete payment from the customer.

    Phase 2 : refer part 2 attachment as attached in the mail.

    1. At the time of delivery dated 14.07.2107 we received a tax invoice dated : 12.07.2107, a debit note dated 30.06.2017 along with insurance & rto registration fee receipt whose total amount is accounted as 12.82 lakh.
    2. After cross verifying the documents it was observed that rto registration fees mentioned in the debit note and in actual receipt received from rto is not matching and same was informed to the dealer to make corrections.
    3. It is very much clear that we paid rs 13, 65 lakh and received tax invoice for rs. 12.73 lakh a total deficit in tax invoice for rs 92000/-
    4. The issue was highlighted to the dealer and they assured to revert with complete tax invoice in couple of days claiming that road tax amount has been reformed.

    Phase 3 : refer part 3 attachment as attached in the mail.

    1. After continuous follow ups with the dealer they reverted back with some document (Journal voucher) adjusting the deficit amount of rs. 92050/- against handling rs. 78010 and output cgst & sgst as rs. 14042/-
    2. To recall, as per the quote provided to us:
    2.1 no handling charges are mentioned in it, even though the dealer is imparting extra burden of handling charges.
    2.2 no extra charges are applicable towards depo or any other service as per the t&c mentioned in the quote which is again an extra cost to us.
    3. Journal vouchers are made as a support document for adjusting entries in a firm, it is not related to sales or purchase. They are called as correction or adjusting entries which is nowhere related to the customer, it is solely an firms's internal document.
    4. After detailed discussion with the dealer on this matter, they agreed to provide us a tax invoice for the balance amount of rs. 92000/-

    Phase 4 : refer part 4 attachment as attached in the mail.

    1. Again after continuous chasing, the dealer provided us a document called retail invoice dated 31.07.2017 via watsapp in which if you could see that the cost of the product in the tax invoice provided earlier and in retail invoice is not matching.
    2. More over again the customer has nothing to do with the retail invoice, it does not makes any sense.
    3. A registered dealer has to provide only tax invoice, nothing to do with retail invoice.
    4. Please go through the format of retail invoice provided by the dealer, it merely seems to be an undertaking.
    5. A retail invoice is an invoice issued by the seller to the buyer for the amount due against the goods sold to him, on the other hand we have already made the entire payment dated 30.06.2017. How can the dealer ask for payment after a month's time?
    6. Objective of retail invoice comes into picture when seller is requesting for payment from customer.
    7. Dealer is sending this retail invoice on 31.07.17 over watsapp application and the date mentioned in the retail invoice is 30.06.2017. How could they generate back dated document and fool around customer?
    8. I disagree with the retail invoice provided by the dealer.

    Conclusion

    1. We are really annoyed with such an attitude of the dealer.
    2. Dealer is generating documents just for the sake of tallying the amount and is not focusing on the t&cs.
    3. We cannot keep playing any more as the product is financed and each single penny bears its cost.
    4. The entire game seems unfair and trying to fool us around.
    5. Dealer is killing our time for no reason and swarming our money.
    6. Need clarity on the matter and need your help in refunding the excess amount paid to the dealer.

      I am complainig about service standard at your service centre at bala ji hyundai, mujaffarpur (Bihar).

      I've given my vechicle for service and some acidential work on 25th - july'17.
      On 3rd-july when i reached to service center to pick my vichicle following points were not taken care :

      1- vechicle was not clean and ready for dilivery.
      2- tale lemp was not replaced as it was not in stock (But charged in bill).
      3- bumper was not fixedup properly.
      4- when i insist to your reprentaive then he was agrred for work and asked to replace some part, which i was agreed upon.
      5- as my vechicle was not ready so, i was moved out from service center and asked your reprentative to send the vehicle at my place once it ready, i had done compleate payment already.

      After 2 hrs i have received the call from service center that your coolent container is also damamged and will cost you extra about rs. 6500/=

      If i accept the vechicle as service center tring to handover post washing then engine could be chocked after 40-50 km as coolent was not there.

      I've raised my concern to your staff but they are not ready to understand.

      I need an apology from you for all this gap. This is clealy breach of consumer promise policy and poor standard of your service.

        I have bought grand i10 car in may 2015 and i have used for 40000 kms. Recently when i was driving with high speed and car stopped suddenly. I have complained same in the service centre. They have taken almost 3 weeks to find the problem and now they have said we have rectified the problem with ecm. But i dont feel safe driving the vehicle, there is no point in buying hyundai cars as i have seen same type of problem with other customers also. I would like to get the new ecm with free of cost am not in a position to afford it.
        Please help me.

        Problem: damage of ecm unit with in two years of purchase of car.
        Desirable solution: want hyundai to replace the part with free of cost, as i am not feeling safe while driving with the repaired ecm.

          Dear team hyundai,

          I bought hyundai xcent (License number up 32 hn 1093) on feb 7th 2017 from sas hyundai lucknow. I bought it for commercial purpose and got the cng kit fitted from dealer itself. Since then the vehicle has visited the service center 4 times for the same problem and that is “over heating”. First time (Do not remember the date) when i took it to service center they took 4-5 hours to repair. Again on 3rd of march just running for 2 and half days as commercial vehicle the same problem occurred and i again took the vehicle to service center this time they took around 7 days and given me back the car on 11th of march. Once again the car started running from 17th of march and this time ran for approximately 10 days and on 28th of march again reached to service center for the same issue such a wow experience. Your service center fooled me around for a month time and at last handed over the vehicle to me on 28th of apr 2017, complete one month to identify and to repair the car. This time i was advised to run car on petrol for at least 1000 kms as they worked on engine over all. As of now my car worked for around 13 days out of 90 days of my purchase. Now i drove the car to delhi as i was not left with other option due to the circumstances. It took around 2 months to find a driver and to start running car in delhi and, finally from july 28th it started running in delhi ncr area attached with uber but since it is hyundai car known for its consistency as expected after a week same problem appeared on 4th of august and now the car is in service center at ghaziabad.
          After telling the history of this car let me tell you the other aspect of buying this car, i bought this vehicle to earn money but due to such a superb quality of product and such an efficient service experience provided by hyundai i am into deep debt, i am paying emi of rs 12967.00 for last 6 months, given salaries to 3 drivers, who could not continue with me because of the issue, i have paid passenger tax to government for rs3900.00 for three quarters feb-apr, may-jun and july to sep, apart for that evertime your service center charged me for oil change.
          I would really thank to hyundai to financially broke me down completely, i want to tell you now i am not in a situation to bear it any more. I would request you to take your faulty product back and refund the money with interest estimate is attached,
          Please consider this letter as legal notice and arrange the refund in next 30 days. Otherwise i would be compel to take this issue to consumer court and if this happen hyundai india would be the responsible for all the expenses occurred during legal proceedings along with mental harassment..
          I have given 3 chances to repair the product but it seems hyundai india is not capable enough to repair this product and i am not in a position to give more chances to and wait till eternity apart of that i have completely lost my trust on this brand and its products no more relationship i want to continue with your company.

            This is manjeet singh i am resident of vikaspuri new delhi. I recently purchased a brand new elite i20 dual tone petrol on 3rd august 2017 from one of your dealer samara hyundai in janakpuri new delhi. Today while coming back from office around 3:30am (08aug2017) the car all of sudden started given me problem as it lost the complete power as if there was no power left in car i was pushing the accelerate the car was not moving atall and the complete brand new car started shaking i got off the car and notice the silencer was shaking so badly and there is some noise too.. Seriously such a bad experience it is to face when you purchase a brand new car. Elite i20 was my dream car now today i feel like it is one of the worst nightmare i took, the quality team of hyundai is not doing there job properly with dedication because the problem i faced today shows it. I will be speaking to my lawyer today about this issue and will be filing a case in consumer court of this for sure if hyundai does not resolve this issue at the earliest. I got my first car which was hyundai fludic verna 1.6 diesel and elite i20 dual tone is the 2nd one but the issue which i faced today sorry but its my last car from hyundai. I will also make sure that i put a blog on all social networking websites and will make sure all my friends and relatives does not never ever purchase car from hyundai. This is the worst experience with hyundai.

              Regret to hear from you that you don't have the required spares for brake repair complaint and you had conveyed us that you don't have the required parts in your stock and you will arrange it from your principals i. E. Hyundai and it will take 4 days to rectify the complaint.

              Please note we had already conveyed our concern to you over phone and to your principals customer care about the issue.

              Now we look forward to hear from you the immediate solution and delivery of the vehicle.

                I went for first service of my eon car in samrithi hyundai ambala and the person who was dealing was an egoistic, paying no attention to costumer bt thanks to hyundai feedback proforma which compelled him to have some sense of responsibility. My car was not washed from bottom. He was insisting to give him 10 on 10 but he deserves a big zero... Nuts like him spoiling the name of brand like hyundai. I have to go out side for a proper washing and it wash my first experience with hyundai bt it was bad.

                  I, raman kumar chaudhary, owner of recently purchased grand i10 asta on 26/06/2017. During first service on 30/07/2017, they have lost my digital name plate which was in back left door. I said to him, but nobody was there to take care of it. They have not been able to say anything about this and second a noise arises when i push the clutch padel and realses. This type of voice did not come before this service. I am very much disappointed to see such type of service from our reputed hyundai motor company.

                        I own hyndai i10 for 9 yrs.. On saturday i have got a indication also my ac doesnt work (We recently repaired ac at kattupakkam hyundai service center) so i took my car to hyundai service at kattupakkam. There is person named mr. Suresh.. Checked my car nd said oil is low.. We have to fill in the oil.. Wen we asked about the ac.. He said changing oil might fix the problem.. We waited for 2 and half hrs.. They changed oil and said incase if yu still have a problem with ac yu bring it to us we will see to it, since we already did ac repair at this service center. Wen we took the car.. We dnt even go 5km far.. It stooped completely.. We called the service center, no proper response from them.. We got help from other local service center people, they said the water is completly dry.. We started getting heavy smoke from the water pump, we called the service center kattupakkam (Chennai) again, one person came nd took my car the center..1st he told me the water pump needs to be changed it cost 1800.. We accept it.. They should have checked it wen we took it to center. Now he says they have a problem with the engine and it's going to cost min 20, 000rs...3 months back we spent 23k for both ac repair and motor fault. This time i'ts not our issue.. They have created this issue for us.. Plz help us on this situtaion.

                          I took eon on june 3 2017 from pinnacle hyundai, kodungallur (Rep name jineesh mob: [protected]). I was offered a package of rs.15000/- which includes central locking, fog lamp and music system. The representative failed to provide proper information about their service centres at the time of booking, actually they only have service centre at thrissur which is around 45kms away from my home. At the time of first service on july 8th, i was informed that the car should be taken to their service centre at thrissur and they took the car to there. They dropped the car at my home at night (7pm) after service, but i was frustrated to see that about half tank petrol has been consumed by them and also the central lock and fog lamp was not working. I informed the rep jineesh about it at the same time and the reply from him was even terrible. He told that it might be a loose connection and i need to take my car to a local shop and fix it. After few arguments with him, he agreed to pick the car and will fix it. It’s been a month that i'm facing the issue and no one from pinnacle has come to fix it. Whenever i tried to contact them, they informed they will come within 2 days but no one came. At last, i called them and asked for manager to talk and they provided a number [protected] (Manager name rekha), but manager also not attending the call. It seems no one is caring about my issue even when the issue has caused entirely due to their carelessness during the servicing. I need to escalate the case to higher authority asap and need strict action on it. If the issue still not resolved within august 11th, 2017 i will file a case in consumer affairs department, india against pinnacle hyundai and also against hyundai india head for compensation.

                            Yesterday, my car came back from its first service and repaint (Passion-red to black). Its the worst ever service experience i have ever had. Paint job is not even something close to good. I am seeing the old red paint spots all over, door beading/ rubber are not tucked-in and are popping out, doors are not aligned properly aligned to the body and i am unable to lock. White powder and unpolished wax coat all over (Probably they didnt even water wash/vacuum). Bumpers are popping out. Full of incomplete work and yet they called it completed.

                              My car is facing some ac related problems ever since it visited the workshop and the workshop is not ready to admit it. Even i am not ready to take the vehicle in this condition and neither will pay for the fault created from the work shop. Regarding this mr mayank from ur complaints department has to say that there is no other head above him to report, after asking for the toll free number or any other person to talk to he very rudely and bluntly said there is no one there in all india who will talk apart from him. Even after letting him know that i am recording this call he still behaved like a king of some empire and was very rude. I need a solution to my problem which have been almost 10 days now.

                                I20 purchesed on 2013, was driving near pune and then my steering started locking and jamming on turns, i could have met with an accident, this is a serious issue, i have given to near by garage, and some part is not working and they are charging me 35000, how this happend in just 4 yrs, if no one assists me will spread this issue on social network.

                                  Price of anti rust, engine coating and colour coating the charge for this service is seem to be very high. And the person who was dealing for this service he was not agree to details the specification. It was dissatisfied with kind of service from the person who was responsible for the communication. The product which would going to use for this mechanism it is cost very minimum compare to the service.
                                  Gandhi Hyundai at solapur is not providing proper Service at its Service station.spare parts they are selling costly

                                    I am part of hyundai family for last 10 years, earlier i have owned santro & then i took verna in january 2015.
                                    Complaint is regarding poor quality of "clutch plate".
                                    In time spam of 2.5 years the same has been changed twice within the kms range of every 30000kms. Total kms runs is 60000kms (Approx) & every time i have paid 15, 000/- for per clutch plate. Total amount paid for clutch plate is inr 30000/- (Approx)
                                    I am not getting that what sort of quality hyundai is using their parts. Firstly its too costly & then the quality is also worst. Being such a loyal customer to hyundai this sort of service i am getting in return, i will never suggest now onwards to anyone to purchase hyndai cars.
                                    Despite of their mistake the staff never listens to the loopholes, they just always want to get rid of that.
                                    I have invested a lot in my new car, then what is the use of paying this huge cost to buy hyundai car.

                                      Hyundai as a brand has always attracted customer. So did i thought of purchasing my new car from hyundai. I was surprised and was astonished to experience the service from the dealer. Actually, they were least bothered about the customer after the purchase is done. They don't know that customers make brands but brands don't make customers.

                                      Firstly, the day i was told i should take the care from the agency my car was not even washed properly. I stood their and got my car temporary cleaned up as i had to leave out of town. Secondly, the first service of the car was that poor that few things got misplaced from my car although i informed about the same to the lady who called me to verify how was my experience. Thirdly, they took around 5 hours just to do the first service of my car which includes the washing and cleaning of the car. Fourthly, it's been almost 2 months now and i am still waiting for my rc.

                                      The senior staff of this agency is so irresponsible that they keep on hiding their mistakes and have been throwing it of different departments rather than getting it resolved. They have been treating me like god till the time the purchase was not done but the time the purchase was done the senior staff including robin vashisht have not been answering my calls.

                                      All i can request hyundai to cancel the dealership for this agency as they are just spoiling the brand name, they are not the asset to your brand name.

                                        I have been receiving multiple calls from[protected] since i have done my car servicing. This is a feedback call and i have already submitted my feedback but i have been harassed by this feedback calls. I have repeated informed the executive that i gave my feedback but they mention that it was not captured properly hence they want this again. I gave 3 times this feedback but till today i am getting these calls.

                                        This complaint is the last warning to your call center (Feedback team) if it is not stopped then i will go next well and it will really bad this time.
