I am part of hyundai family for last 10 years, earlier i have owned santro & then i took verna in january 2015.
Complaint is regarding poor quality of "clutch plate".
In time spam of 2.5 years the same has been changed twice within the kms range of every 30000kms. Total kms runs is 60000kms (Approx) & every time i have paid 15, 000/- for per clutch plate. Total amount paid for clutch plate is inr 30000/- (Approx)
I am not getting that what sort of quality hyundai is using their parts. Firstly its too costly & then the quality is also worst. Being such a loyal customer to hyundai this sort of service i am getting in return, i will never suggest now onwards to anyone to purchase hyndai cars.
Despite of their mistake the staff never listens to the loopholes, they just always want to get rid of that.
I have invested a lot in my new car, then what is the use of paying this huge cost to buy hyundai car.

    Hyundai as a brand has always attracted customer. So did i thought of purchasing my new car from hyundai. I was surprised and was astonished to experience the service from the dealer. Actually, they were least bothered about the customer after the purchase is done. They don't know that customers make brands but brands don't make customers.

    Firstly, the day i was told i should take the care from the agency my car was not even washed properly. I stood their and got my car temporary cleaned up as i had to leave out of town. Secondly, the first service of the car was that poor that few things got misplaced from my car although i informed about the same to the lady who called me to verify how was my experience. Thirdly, they took around 5 hours just to do the first service of my car which includes the washing and cleaning of the car. Fourthly, it's been almost 2 months now and i am still waiting for my rc.

    The senior staff of this agency is so irresponsible that they keep on hiding their mistakes and have been throwing it of different departments rather than getting it resolved. They have been treating me like god till the time the purchase was not done but the time the purchase was done the senior staff including robin vashisht have not been answering my calls.

    All i can request hyundai to cancel the dealership for this agency as they are just spoiling the brand name, they are not the asset to your brand name.

      I have been receiving multiple calls from[protected] since i have done my car servicing. This is a feedback call and i have already submitted my feedback but i have been harassed by this feedback calls. I have repeated informed the executive that i gave my feedback but they mention that it was not captured properly hence they want this again. I gave 3 times this feedback but till today i am getting these calls.

      This complaint is the last warning to your call center (Feedback team) if it is not stopped then i will go next well and it will really bad this time.

        Hi, i have been facing one after another issues with AC in my car have run it for 50000 kms and have replaced ac pipe as it had some leakage, then the compressor and now AC Cooling coil is gone it seems and have now spent close to 30k for these issues.
        Feel am having a faulty unit that goes one after the other.
        Having to spend more on maintenance within 3Years of buying a car shows the nature of build quality.

        The quality of service was also poor as the dashboard was filled with grease marks, a pleasant word that your card would not be ready as the cleaning is not done would be good enough.

          I visited in hyundai work shop shastri nagar kanpur on 27.7.2017 in morning. Air conditioner of my i20 elite car was not working. Registration no. Of my vehicle is up 78 dp 6058. I was told that vehicle may be delivered in evening.
          But in evening it was told that vehicle will be delivered tomorrow (28th of july)
          Now after 4 days again workshop supervisor is saying that vehicle be be deliver tomorow. We could not diagnose the problem.
          I have bought an old Hyundai Santro second hand car in 2.60 lac rupees in November 2016, from Dream Hyundai showroom gaziabad, Utter Pradesh., but till today they have not transferred the paper on my name. I am following up them and got frustrated by this way.

            Dear sir,

            I have i10 magna nextgen vehicle. Engine emmision fault & abnormal sound persist after head gasket replacement done by utkal hyundai, koraput, similiguda. It was indeed a harassment after the vehicle left in the workshop twice being unattended. I paid rs.7, 500.00 towards repair on 12.07.17. I am unable to drive vehicle since then with my family. The authorised service station dealer asks me to drive vehicle to vijaynagram or vizag which is quite risky with present condition..

            Please help me out. I am situated at damanjodi of koraput district of odisha.

              I had paid exactly 85% money (I. E. Rs.507000/-) on 30/06/2017 against on road valuation of grand i10 sportz (New) model at bengal hyundai dealer at chinsurah, dist. Hooghly, west bengal.
              Today on 28/07/2017 at17:00hrs, i have not yet received that car after paying full amount on 21/07/2017.
              Now, may i asked you, who will compensate the interest of that bank loan? Please send me the reply.
              Am sending the photocopy of money receipts.

                I have constantly been stalking you people but nobody is responsible enough to take the time out for the worries ben facing by the customer, since last two years back you legal person has said that he is filling a petition against the court order but till date bot received any breakthrough in the case. I truly understand your time is very valuable and precious but we are also not kind of those people who stride always. I just wanted to know of you are repairing my car i10 or not because my car is in a very bad condition.

                Kindly provide me the contact details of any responsible person from your legal dept to take my case up and close the matter asap. I do hope that company must be having some sort of timelines for clearing out the matter lasting since long time since the brand itself was on my view was and is very satisfying but please don't push me harder to generate the negative vibes or feeling for the brand or company or people.

                  We have taken delivery of hyundai grand i10 from pinnacle hyndai, thrissur on 04/07/2017. We did not get good experience at the time of delivery. And also they agreed to refund the excess amount within 15 days. Now almost 25days over and till now the refund is not credited. They are not even responding to the calls and messages. This is strictly unethical practice from dealer and need severe action against dealer

                    I am having one hyundai i-20 in kerala kl-29-l-3501. This vehicle met with an accident on 2017 apr 17 and was given for repairs at mgf hyundai, punnapara, alleppey (Alappuzha) kerala. Until today the work is not completed.

                    At the time of purchase i took insurance as per the dealers proposal and processing of insurance is very slow and the service department is very slow in completing the work. I am not at all happy about this.

                    I am (78) a retired govt servant. I am not able to survive without my vehicle. I would request you to be kind enough to check about this issue and arrange to complete the work at the earliest

                      Myself sheela s is a proud owner of hyndai grand i10 (Reg:kl 24 h 5715, chassis no:mala852clem070626, eng no:g4laem219911) since am a second party owner i had already changed the ownership to my name. I was not known about insurance terms and ss hyundai, enathu, kollam, kerala. Renewed my insurance. I had asked them to change the insurance also to my name but not only they didnot done that but also they didnot told me about the same. Later in the month of july i had to repair my car and that time at popular hundai, kollam, kerala had told me to claim the insurance and i had done the same. After paying the bill only they told me that i was not able to claim as the insurance is in the the first owner's name. It is a clear act of cheating from the popular hundai as they know more than me about claims and policies they didnot notified me to change the name in insurance before the claim.

                        I purchased a creta sx+ from mohan motors (Sector 5, kolkata) in may 2017. The entire payment had been made by me and invoice was raised by mohan motors. The registration however was not done since i had requested them not to do so. I recently cancelled the purchase and processed ahead the formalities for claiming the refund.

                        However, to refund the amount, mohan motors is claiming that the reduction in car price due to gst shall be claimed from me.

                        I would like to inform you that there is no such thing written anywhere in the refund policy of hyundai or mohan motors which they showed me at the time of purchase. It has not been mentioned anywhere that in case of cancellation, any reduction in price of the car would be charged to the customer.

                        Mohan motors is adamant to recover the amount from me against hyundai return policy. I request you to please look into the matter at your earliest as my money is blocked with mohan motors.

                          I am owner of i 20 asta purchased in january 2011 from modi hyundai thane. Since last year there is a rain water leakage in the boot space of the car and the water is accumulated in the ditch for spare wheel resulting in corrosion of spare wheel. Also the quality of key less entry (Remote lock) rubber is so poor that the same is worn out in just one year. Previously i had owned two maruti products and never had such basic issue of rain water leakage. It is disheartening to have purchased a high end hatch back of hyuandai which do not have fundamental rain protection. It seems the protection is worse than an autorickshaw!!! Such is the poor quality of rain protection in a high end vehicle that there is a leakage in just 4 years of its manufacturing??? With this experience i will certainly not recommend hyundai product to any one and will plan a change to other brands at the earliest.

                            This is regarding the complaint against dream hyundai, meerut road, ghaziabad. I am not satisfied with the services being provided by the showroom staff. I have not been given my tcs certificate for my car till now when it's been more than 5 months now. They are most incompetent staff i have ever seen as nobody even cares to communicate anything to customer since day 1 of my purchase. For everything related to my car since beginning i have been running behind these people to get things done.
                            Worst service ever provided!!!
                            Please do not purchase any car from this agency!!!

                              Sir we know about your poor wiper system mode like low or high level not slower level as compare to other car company in this segment i have very disturb for this system why that company this poor system adopting for cost redusing and stand in compition to other car company su this poor system funda its not great funda so i request to company that other customers purchase hyundai car so changing this system and solve this problems of custmor or my also i wait that what the action take by company at custmor fever for satisfection or not thanks
                              I was driving today morning about 10 am in front of CAMBRIDGE SCHOOL rajouri garden new delhi. I saw a white santro (DL 12 CE 7107) driving by a 40-45 yrs old uncle very rash. Infact he hits my car with his rear bumper to my front bumper. So i request to delhi traffic police kindly take necessary step (chalaan atleast) as soon as possible.

Yours company me five tyres of goodyear company which is very performance all tyres have side cut and local dealer does not change a tyre also and company also not help us replace in warrenty session.                                   I have purchased hyundai grand i10, which registered on mr. Madhav ranjan having registration no. Pb 10 fr 8127 from goyal hyundai dealer in april 2016. I noticed starting problem in my car on 4th july, i am on the way to ludhiana, when i face problem in my car. I called goyal hyundai helpline no. For further assistance. They told me to come our showroom that situated on delhi-ludhiana highway. At reached the showroom, i met with mr. Amarjit singh, he was the in charge, came to me and discuss with me about the problem. I have told the all history about my car to him. I told him i am from hoshiarpur. I already took my 03 compulsory services from ludhiana goyal hyundai grand showroom. And rest of services done by authorised serviced workshop in hoshiarpur. When they came to knew about that their behaviour suddenly changed. They charged me 750/- rupees for the scanning charges to analyzing the problem. I wait there almost 3 hours. Then i decided to meet with his senior manager but he did not give me time to meet. And he informed to me as discussed with senior that your warranty has been finished. They told me, if fuel injector need to replace then estimate cost of 25000/- rupees per piece and we need to replace 3 fuel injector that estimated cost near about 1 lakh rupees if it will be repairable then rs22000+2000 labour charges will be charged. They also told me you are not servicing your car from our dealership so we cannot give you warranty.
                                  I am 57 years old when i heard about the estimate of 1 lakh rupees cost i just shocked at that movement. I decided to get back my car from goyal hyundai grand show room. I have paid 894/- rupees of scanning charges (But they do not scan).
                                  So i decided to pick my car from that dealer. I go to a car workshop in ludhiana. They told me about the car problem in the injector. They just charged me 3500/+1500/- rupees and solve the whole problem and the goyal hyundai charged me 1lakh rupees for the same issue.
                                  I am totally unsatisfied to maintenance team behaviour, on how base they going lap my warranty. So please look in to it.

                                    Car under repairs to wiring since 30 june 2017 at ketan hyundai chandrapur (Maharashtra) it is told that order for spares (Wiring) is placed but not received since more than 20 days due to which necessary repairs could not be done. This abnormal delay on part of hmil causing great problem for me. If immediate action for repairs not taken then i may have to seek help from appropriate forum. Even may move to consumer grivences redressal courts for abnormal delay by hmil and seek compensation. So pl take immediate action to supply necessay spares to ketan hyundai chandrapur.                                       Recently i bring my car to kosmo hyundai for service jalandhar,
                                      While washing my car they put water into the speakers of my car
                                      Those are very costly.
                                      Last time same thing happend with my car
                                      I have wrapped roof of my car with 3m wrapping tape they scratched that wrap while cleaning but that tym i didn'd anthing to them... But this time its intolerable...😡😡

                                      So, then how patiently they can say about ratings..
                                      They literlly beg for rating sir pls sir pls like that...
                                      I want revert as soon as possible🙏🏼
