Respected sir/mam,
Since six months my car has some suspension problem, mh12mf5150. Every time i visit the kothari hyundai with my car, they keep the car for 4 days and solve's some minor problems and tells me that your car is ok. I visited the showroom for 5 times but the problem continues. And still there is no solution to my problem as they are ignoring it. So i request you respected sir/mam to kindly think upon the above situation.

    My name is ravinder kumar lohia
    I have purchased hyundai grand i10 having registration no. Pb 10 fr 812 from goyal hyundai dealer in april 2016. I noticed some problem in car during starting. On 4th july, i am on the way to ludhiana, when i feel problem in my car. I called goyal hyundai helpline no. For further assistance. They told me to came our showroom that situated on delhi-ludhiana highway. At reached the showroom, i met with mr. Amarjit singh, he was the incharge, came to me and discuss with me about the problem. I have told the all history about my car to him. I told him i am from distt hoshiarpur. I have purchased the car from ludhiana 2016, i already took my 3 compulsory services from ludhiana goyal hyundai grand showroom. Those were free services, and rest of services done by authorised serviced workshop in hoshiarpur. When they came to knew about that their behaviour suddenly changed. They do not tell anything about the car problem. I wait there almost 7 hours. Then i decided to meet with his senior manager but he did not gave me time to meet. And he informed to me that your warranty has been finished. They told me that we need to scan your car then we recognized the actual problem. They charged me 750/- rupees for scan the car and tell that there is a problem in fuel injector that estimate cost of 25000/- rupees and we need to replace 3 fuel injector that estimated cost near about 1 lakh rupees if it will be repair rs22000+2000 labour charges will be charged. They also told me you are not servicing your car from our dealership so we cannot give you warranty or replace this parts under your warranty.
    I am 57 years old senior citizen person when i heard about the estimate of 1 lakh rupees cost i just shocked at that movement. I decided to get back my car from goyal hyundai grand showroom. They changed me 750/- rupees for scan the car and 950/- rupees for inspection charges. But they do nothing about problem of car just charged me that cost.
    So i decided to pick my car from that dealer. My friend told me about another authorise car workshop in ludhiana. They told me about the car problem in the injector. They told me there is only problem in the fuel input output injector. They just charged me 3500/- rupees and solve the whole problem and the goyal hyundai charged me 1lakh rupees for the same issue.
    I want to register complaint for harassment against mr. Amarjit singh and senior managers who is working in the same office.

      Dear sir,
      I purchased the xcent petrol/cng car dl2cav9066 on oct.2016, since day one the car started giving trouble. I visited the samara, patparganj ws more than 30 times but in vain. What ever the setting they does it become null and void after a week or so. Cng is creating the measure problem. Car is giving constant jerks since beginning. Car has been sent to cev okhla more than five times and even kept for a week or so but the situation is same. Cev head mr. Vishnu ji promised that they have developed a new software for xcent and it shall be resolved as this problem is in most of the xcent cars.
      Even they are accepting the fault each time but unable to tell the reason. But now i have understood that there is a some manufacturing fault in the car which these people were unable to rectify or accept.
      I have written to hyundai no. Of times with no call or attention from them. It shows the callous attitude of hyundai towards customers at the highest level. I am highly surprised and shocked as the hyundai was famous for its customer satisfaction. It is pertinent to mention that i have used three santros till now and was a fan of hyundai cars but this time i am highly fed up.
      From last one year i am running from pillar to post bearing all burnt wasting my precious time even after spending rs. Seven lacs. I am govt. Gazetted official of djb and have to suffer a lot by paying frequent visits to workshops.
      Not even a one day i enjoyed the car. Each and every person in my big organization, delhi jal board is aware of my bad condition of always getting the car checked. No one is ready to even think of hyundai.
      Not only this there is always a pungent smell coming from the blower of my car. No senior official is ready to accompany me.
      Both these issues of smell and jerks while driving made my life hell.
      This time i request the senior authorities either to refund my money or replace this defective vehicle or else i am left with no alternative to approach the consumer court and will highlight my plight at social media in facebook, twitter, whatsapp, instagram etc. So that the other people should not be cheated.

        I own a creta 1.6 sx petrol, in the name of my father, mr. Tarapada mohanty.

        Denting and painting of right side back door and front bumper was done at balasore premier hyundai without washing.

        Kept the vehicle for 4 days and done all the works without proper handling. Areas painted were not cleaned before painting, dirty spots found which can't be erased.

        When i washed the car, paints were sprayed all over the glass and mirrors.

        Previously i raised the same to this email and i received call from the service manager of the showroom to visit there and get the work done properly.

        Approached to the service manager, spots from glasses and mirrors were removed, not the dirt inside paint.

        I asked them to do the teflon coating. Polishing is done in the name of teflon coating that to a low quality, not 3m.

        Overall experienced bad service after spending almost 12-15k for that particular work.

        I want all these works to be reinvestigated and to be completed properly.

        A favourable action is expected from your side.

          I would like to share my experience with navjivan hyundai workshop at udhna darwaja, surat. Facing issue of engine overheating and brake mechanism, i submitted my i20 on 12th july for which a service consultant called me and gave me a long list of faulty items. He told me that the problem of overheating and brake mechanism was due to my brake pads. I told him that brake pads were replaced couple of months back only however he insisted that they must be replaced. I never realized that i was running a car with such a big list of problems. I hesitantly accepted an estimate of 7000 rs. After 2 days, i got my vehicle back and was furious to see the same problem again. I was also told that fuel level was quite low for which they charged me another 200 rs. As fuel charges, however did not bother to give me bill for the same inspite of asking for that.

          I again reported the issue to navjivan hyundai however consultant was not ready to accept the mistake. He was argumentative and aggressive. After lots of coercing and hard talks, he unwillingly accepted my vehicle to be rechecked. The vehicle again went for the servicing grind and after 2 long days and lots of follow-ups, i was told that the problem lies with brake drum and it would cost another 4000 rupees. It was clear beyond doubt that the very first attempt to repair my vehicle was done in a bid to rip me off and replacement of brake pads was not required. I was quite surprised by their remarks and asked why was the issue not identified first time. They told me that they were not sure of exact issue, hence took chance by replacing brake pads worth 1900 rupees. It clearly shows the technical staff is totally unskilled and the management of navjivan hyundai just wants to rip off customers by hook or by crook. I am robbed of 11000 rs. Make a point to avoid navjivan hyundai and search for better service stations.

          I have reported it to hyundai india and demand my entire money back.

            Took this vehical last year in march from shree ram hyundai dealer at kandivali mahvir nagar. (Pathetic service offered)
            During the deal i was given extended warranty certificate with a claim that i have to showcase this certifcate at there service station on 1st service and warranty would b punched in system. When i came to know that its been closed for various reason i went back to modi hyundai and came to know its not punched.
            In regards to this i have also mailed to hyundai west concern people and cordinating with them but no one is reverting to me after discussing the issue. I have dozen of mail copies.
            I am feeling cheated by your authorised dealer shree ram hyundai and have even faced to much difficulties in getting my car on the asked day. They took entire amount and deliverd the vehicle almost 6 months later. I am really concern on the services of hyundai now as customers trust authorised showrooms over local.
            I hope after posting this things will get resolved as its been almost now 1+ yer but its the same.

                Request you all to please go thru pics which are been clicked the moment i received the delivery and its become worst now, my all the wheels are screwed up, i cant take reverse as wheels get jammed up and creates squeaky noise.

                I don't want this piece of #, i want them to be penalised for 70lacs.. For bluffing a women customer

                  On 14th jun-17, i have given my car for servicing in service center jamnagar, hapa and has given all the details of my car problem, the main problem was staring was jamm. They tried to attend the problem & as per them they told that the problem has been solved. For this they charged rs 14500 including servicing & staring problem.

                  But again the same staring jam problem occurred within 10 days.
                  Then i called the service person and the car was again taken to attend the said problem. Then again they are asking for rs.12000 for attending the same problem.

                  The car is still in hapa showroom. The same was communicated to the hyundai care center. But there was no response. The complaint no is
                  [protected].
                  Pl look into this matter. Why for they are asking for such a huge amount again.
                  If this problem is not addressed, i will take legal action as per the consumer court rules.

                    I am living in guna district. Madhya pradesh. I have purchased hundai car i-10 grand special edition last year. My 2nd service is due at dated 4.07.2017.
                    Before 15 days of my service i am regularly intimating about my services to dealer but no one is responding over their.
                    My car runs around 9500km and it requires service now.. Unfortunetly their is a authorise dealer royal hundai but the services are stopped from past 4 months.
                    Their is no such facilities of services their.
                    I am not getting what to do at this stage.
                    Very very pathetic and i am regret that i have purchased your vehicle.
                    Every time i visit and every time i am getting they are responding that i have to go to bhopal or gwalior and both are 200km far from my place.
                    I am hoping your postive response..

                        I had an accident and gave car to capital hyundai sector 63 noida for repair and was given delivery date of 14/07/2017 howeve r it's 20/7/2017 and still they are saying work is in progress. This is ridiculous and there is no sign still up 14cv 2463... I would like compensation for delay as i am suffering huge loss due to this every day... It was just to replace right driver door only. Please arrange to let me know the status and when is is likely to be repaired... Also would like to know the compensation for all the hassle i am facing...

I had to get it replaces at workshop, paid rs 787/- i am enclosing the photographs of belt that i got replaced. The photo shows that it was defective/poor quality. Kindly return the money i paid

                                I am very disappointed due such type of issue in Hyundai car.I have purchased xcent petrol MH12LJ4631car in Nov 14 and since 3 month facing issue of dvd player.some time light coming in display and some time not. I shown to Baramati showroom they checked and told this issue will resolve at only Pune at Bhandari only. Before two week I couriered tape to Pune via showroom Baramati. Feedback from Bhandari is need to replace board of tape and cost is approx 8k and such type of issue they are facing lot of Hyundai car.
                                My car km is only 15500 and in only 2.5 year if Iam facing this issue due to faulty part of Hyundai is very disappointing me. Showroom person told me car have only 2 years warranty. If there is genuine problem in tape of Hyundai car then need me repairing of tape under warranty period of hyundai.pls support me.

                                  I have purchased hyundia grand i 10, magna, petrom from shivalik hyundia, ground floor, vedant building, sarkhej - gandhinagar highway, near ymca international centre, makarba, ahmedabad, gujarat 380015, on dated july 2014.

                                  My car no is - gj 01 rf7427

                                  My third free service which falls due on or before july 2016, for which no reminder was provided to me on my phone or other means of communication from hyundai site.

                                  Now i want to service and oil change my car, my free service has lapsed and i want to avail the same free of cost now as i have not availed the same and hyundai people have not intimated me about the same.

                                  Please look into the matter and resolve

                                    I would like to inform you that, i have purchased a car (Elite i20 megna) from smriti motors ambala in march 2017. And i am located in paonta sahib himachal pradesh. Unfortunately i have an accident and in this, my car got damage. Now i want to repair my car –and for this i have visited the nearest hyundai delar in paonta sahib “ tapan hyundai” when i visited tapan for cashless service/repair then he denying to provide me the cashless facility he told me we will repair your car but you have to pay for that at the time of car delivery. Even i told him that this insurance provide by hyundai itself, and its covered pan india cashless facility in any delar of hyundai, and the same thing is also mention in insurance cover note but he do not want listen anything.

                                    Then i call hyundai customer care yesterday and lodge a complaint against tapan hyundai (Complaint no[protected]. But the current update is tapan crm manager (Deepmala) called me today approx. 2.30 pm today and clear cut says that “ as i have confirmed the same thing with our solan branch and md also we will not provide you the cashless facility even if it promised by hyundai.

                                    Here i just need your help. Is this a way hyundai provide the service to their customer?? Or i have done some crime to purchase a car from hyundai?? Here i can say, it’s a clear cut carelessness of hyundai team otherwise any delar do not have such brave to denying the service promised by brand like hyundai.

                                    I am very upset now and demand to take a very serious action against tapan hyundai (Delar in paonta sahib) because it’s a very clear cut pin point against hyundai goodwill. Looking forward for a positive reply from your side..

                                      I'm karthick i gifted hyundai i20 to my sister marriage last year. I booked in redhills (Kavangarai) but they booked and gave the vehicle from thiruvallur branch and the complaint is some dent and tare occurred in door and the back fibre bumper. I went to the showroom where i bought the car they didnt admit my car and they asked me to take the vehicle to thiruvallur sps hyundai i went there last week they also didn't admit my car and the real fact is they gave me a govt insurance so they are avoiding the vehicle for some payment problem between insurance company and sps hyundai. Still i'm waiting for the call sir. I had a thought. Is this a branded company or some local make like maruthi &mahindra. They also response soon but your company is doing totally worthless brand because of the fraud dealers. So please make an action soon

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        I am having 3nos. Of hyundai cars & had send my i10 on 28/04/2017 for paid servicing. On 14/07/17, my car was suddenly stopped due to smoke from hose pipe due to rust (Later known by service boy) at around 0630 hrs, further a complaint has been raised to work station with all details & they came to the point where car was stopped at 1045 hrs. This was the first point of concern, a lady was in trouble from 0630 hours and service centre has been informed at 0900 hrs. How the hose pipe has been rusted with a period of 2 & 1/2 months meaning in the last paid servicing the pipes has not been checked. Later the car has been carried by your people wok station. After checking, the agm of work station, (Name not known) has informed me that 2nos. Of parts will require for repairing of the car (Enclosed at image 1 & 2) and the estimated cost is rs.3500/- (Enclosed at image 5) & when inquired about the matter he told me that after last servicing the car has been moved for 4000kms but the fact is on last servicing total kms was 39067 (Enclosed at image 3) and now it is 39600 (Enclosed at image 4). Point of concern again. Out of surprise the message delivered to me as the car is ready on next day with an amount of rs.6400/- (Approx). They informed that total 5 nos. Of parts required at repairing where they had already given information of 2 nos. Of parts after checking and opening all the damaged parts. The car was not cleaned in and out. After tremendous request made today in delivery i got a clean car. Earlier also i faced many problems in servicing of my santro. Kindly arrange a return call at my no [protected].
