It is a good car but i want to inform you & your agency staff in Goyal Hyundai showroom varyana kapurthala road jalandhar. i visit to showroom on[protected] and communicate with your Service Manager Gurinder Singh to about discuss problem in front of co-driver seat Tyer has small-2 pin whole. it is leakage after 10-12 days and refill but is not working i also complaint for Goodyear Tyer company Complaint Ref. no. Q[protected]. kindly my solve the problem & change tyer in my car its create good experience. Thanks

    I am very disappointed due such type of issue in Hyundai car.I have purchased xcent petrol MH12LJ4631car in Nov 14 and since 3 month facing issue of dvd player.some time light coming in display and some time not. I shown to Baramati showroom they checked and told this issue will resolve at only Pune at Bhandari only. Before two week I couriered tape to Pune via showroom Baramati. Feedback from Bhandari is need to replace board of tape and cost is approx 8k and such type of issue they are facing lot of Hyundai car.
    My car km is only 15500 and in only 2.5 year if Iam facing this issue due to faulty part of Hyundai is very disappointing me. Showroom person told me car have only 2 years warranty. If there is genuine problem in tape of Hyundai car then need me repairing of tape under warranty period of hyundai.pls support me.

      I have purchased hyundia grand i 10, magna, petrom from shivalik hyundia, ground floor, vedant building, sarkhej - gandhinagar highway, near ymca international centre, makarba, ahmedabad, gujarat 380015, on dated july 2014.

      My car no is - gj 01 rf7427

      My third free service which falls due on or before july 2016, for which no reminder was provided to me on my phone or other means of communication from hyundai site.

      Now i want to service and oil change my car, my free service has lapsed and i want to avail the same free of cost now as i have not availed the same and hyundai people have not intimated me about the same.

      Please look into the matter and resolve

        Sir,

        I would like to inform you that, i have purchased a car (Elite i20 megna) from smriti motors ambala in march 2017. And i am located in paonta sahib himachal pradesh. Unfortunately i have an accident and in this, my car got damage. Now i want to repair my car –and for this i have visited the nearest hyundai delar in paonta sahib “ tapan hyundai” when i visited tapan for cashless service/repair then he denying to provide me the cashless facility he told me we will repair your car but you have to pay for that at the time of car delivery. Even i told him that this insurance provide by hyundai itself, and its covered pan india cashless facility in any delar of hyundai, and the same thing is also mention in insurance cover note but he do not want listen anything.

        Then i call hyundai customer care yesterday and lodge a complaint against tapan hyundai (Complaint no[protected]. But the current update is tapan crm manager (Deepmala) called me today approx. 2.30 pm today and clear cut says that “ as i have confirmed the same thing with our solan branch and md also we will not provide you the cashless facility even if it promised by hyundai.

        Here i just need your help. Is this a way hyundai provide the service to their customer?? Or i have done some crime to purchase a car from hyundai?? Here i can say, it’s a clear cut carelessness of hyundai team otherwise any delar do not have such brave to denying the service promised by brand like hyundai.

        I am very upset now and demand to take a very serious action against tapan hyundai (Delar in paonta sahib) because it’s a very clear cut pin point against hyundai goodwill. Looking forward for a positive reply from your side..

          Respected sir,
          I'm karthick i gifted hyundai i20 to my sister marriage last year. I booked in redhills (Kavangarai) but they booked and gave the vehicle from thiruvallur branch and the complaint is some dent and tare occurred in door and the back fibre bumper. I went to the showroom where i bought the car they didnt admit my car and they asked me to take the vehicle to thiruvallur sps hyundai i went there last week they also didn't admit my car and the real fact is they gave me a govt insurance so they are avoiding the vehicle for some payment problem between insurance company and sps hyundai. Still i'm waiting for the call sir. I had a thought. Is this a branded company or some local make like maruthi &mahindra. They also response soon but your company is doing totally worthless brand because of the fraud dealers. So please make an action soon

            Sir/madam,
            I am having 3nos. Of hyundai cars & had send my i10 on 28/04/2017 for paid servicing. On 14/07/17, my car was suddenly stopped due to smoke from hose pipe due to rust (Later known by service boy) at around 0630 hrs, further a complaint has been raised to work station with all details & they came to the point where car was stopped at 1045 hrs. This was the first point of concern, a lady was in trouble from 0630 hours and service centre has been informed at 0900 hrs. How the hose pipe has been rusted with a period of 2 & 1/2 months meaning in the last paid servicing the pipes has not been checked. Later the car has been carried by your people wok station. After checking, the agm of work station, (Name not known) has informed me that 2nos. Of parts will require for repairing of the car (Enclosed at image 1 & 2) and the estimated cost is rs.3500/- (Enclosed at image 5) & when inquired about the matter he told me that after last servicing the car has been moved for 4000kms but the fact is on last servicing total kms was 39067 (Enclosed at image 3) and now it is 39600 (Enclosed at image 4). Point of concern again. Out of surprise the message delivered to me as the car is ready on next day with an amount of rs.6400/- (Approx). They informed that total 5 nos. Of parts required at repairing where they had already given information of 2 nos. Of parts after checking and opening all the damaged parts. The car was not cleaned in and out. After tremendous request made today in delivery i got a clean car. Earlier also i faced many problems in servicing of my santro. Kindly arrange a return call at my no [protected].

              Dear hyundai,
              Iam a customer. Own a verna 2014 (Kl-21 h 7743). I don't know how important this mail is for you but for me it's very much important to let u know what happened. Iam a huge fan of verna from 1st model. So when i decided to buy a car i didn't have a second thought. Though had a lot of options in the market. Hyundai verna was my first and last choice. I drive my car very carefully because i love my car. My car is only driven by my father and me. Day before yesterday my car clutch went down and was not working. When i called service center they send a technician to check. They advised me this problem can only be rectified in service center. And they don't have any arrangements for towing. So i towed my car to the service center by paying 2k. My car has just clocked 9300 km and now i have to change clutch unit. My father generally drives the car 4-5 times a month (Not long drive). I don't understand the technical side of this breakdown. But what i understand is i need 25k to put my car back on road. Is my dream car can be used only for 3 years and after that i hv to change its parts 1 by one. I am a middle class man with lots of commitments. I think hyundai cares for their customers more than what they show in just advertisements.

              Kindly advise on what to be done.

                  While traveling from allahabad to lucknow i met with an accident on highway, my car was damaged i call to insurance company and they send towing truck and towed my car upto nearest hyundai service center. I told the service manager i have zero depth insurance by tata agies you can talk to them get approval and repair my car, i am working in delhi once everything is done let me know i will come to pick my car.. After 15days i got a call, sir your car is repaired and you have to pay rs.38000.00.. Please pay and take your car because insurance company is not ready to pay...
                  Dear sir, i am using 3 cars of hyundai from last 7 yrs, even for service also they always ask first to customer if they want to change any defective part they always take customer approval first.. I dont understand what type of service is this. Really disappointed, my car was kept in service centre from last 2 months.. Hyundai is known for best customer service, though service is expensive as compared to maruti still we prefer hyundai because of customer service..

                  No. Of times i complained but got no response, please look in this matter and anyhow i am not going to pay, whatever parts they installed they can remove.. Waiting for your quick response..

                    Respected sir,

                    Today morning i went to the hyundai showroom located in bhavnagar (Gujarat) to make a booking of new hyundai creta.

                    I told them that i would like to take the insurance of the vehicle on my own and not from your company as there is a difference of approx rs 50, 000 in the price at which patel hyundai bhavnagar was providing me the insurance and the other party from which i was taking the insurance policy.

                    Mr yasin solanki (Manger) at patel hyundai bhavnagar very rudely told me that i will not allow you to take the insurance policy of the car from any other party.

                    I told him what is the problem in that this is not the first time i am taking an insurance policy of the car from any other party other than the dealership. To which he very rudely told me that if you want to buy the car you have to take the policy from them only and also added that we will not sell you the car if you don't take the policy from our our company.

                    Is this the way hyundai treats its customers this is not the first time i am buying a hyundai brand car.

                    I am also having a video recording of the same

                    Pls see to it that mr yasin solanki is taught how to treat the customers.

                      I was having an issue on 2015 with eps and i changed the motor, but now again the motor gone. And also having the issue of abs. I purchase the car on 2011 september the abs problem is started from day one but company didn't give any replacement for the same.

                      I was made the complaint many times with car dealer classic motors malappuram but they didn't resolve the issue after that i have made the complaint with popular hyundai areekkad calicut, no response.

Isme mujhe last 4 or 5 months se battery or key issues hai but aapka service center name smriti hyundai ambala wale meri car problem ko solve nhi kar rhe.                           We have purchased brand new hyundai creta 1.6 vtvt auto sx - polar white vehicle from you under your invoice no. Nia01h[protected] which has been delivered to us on 14th july 2017 at around 5:00 pm
                          On careful examination of car today morning we noticed that the rear lights are not properly aligned with the body and have white spray marks on edges of light, inside boot cover of vehicle clearly indicating that the vehicle was accidented and repaired and painted.
                          We have paid you for the new vehicle and not for the accidental vehicle.
                          The complaint was lodged on telephone in the morning at 10:30 am with the dealer and wewere told that someone would come to inspect and so far no one has come.
                          We have also lodged the complained at hyundai service center at 12:45 pm and the complaint no. Given by mr. Ajeet is 1/[protected]
                          You are requested to replace the vehicle immediately else will publish this matter into social media website.

                          I am aslo attaching herewith picture of dented & re-painted areas of car which is showing scratches & spaces between 2 parts of rear end of vehicle which are not in alligned.

                              Dear sir / madam,

                              Greetings for the day!

                              I am varun singh proud owner of hyndai i 10 grand - sports variant (Deisel) (Dl-10-cd-9903). This is my fourth hyundai car (Elantra, santro, i10 and i 10 grand.

                              I purchased this car on my wife's name 4 year back. Since then i have clocked around 38, 000 kms with this car. I was a satisfied customer till the last unfortunate event that occurred some time back.

                              I would like to describe the event first then i would like to draw your attention towards the poor quality or a major engineering defect in the car.

                              My wife asked me to take her and kids for a drive to anantgiri hills near vikarabad and around 100 kms from hyderabad on a sunday afternoon (25th june, 2017). We left home at 1 pm and went to anantgiri hills. While returning it was around 7.30 pm and it was raining very hard. On plain road driving at around 40-50 kmh and enjoying the weather with beautiful roads and with family.

                              Suddenly car stopped and engine got off on the blind turn, middle of the road. I got too scared as my family and kids (6 years old daughter and 1 year old son) was with me. It was raining to hard. Visibility was low. Since it was on a turn chances of somebody hitting from the back was higher.

                              So i asked my wife and kid to sit in the front i went out side in rain to get the help. I tried calling hyundai helpline for all in vein as it was not reachable.

                              I left my family there in the middle of the forest area and walked for around 1 km to get the help then one gentleman helped me and took me and my family to the nearby hotel (Haritha resort). It was all packed due to long weekend. After many request and approach we managed to get on shabby room. I informed local police about the car location and i left the car on the spot with blinkers on)

                              There i spoke to talwar hyundai service centre guy (Contact arranged by the friend) and he gave me several numbers for towing vendors. I contacted one and despite of their holiday on the occasion of eid they came in the morning (Flat bed towing vehicle) and towed the car till hyderabad.

                              We came next day morning. We were sitting in the car and car over the towing vehicle. It was such a awkward and humiliating situation.

                              Since it was a holiday no one was there from the body shop and i left my car there. Next day when i went there they said that chamber is broken there is hole in the chamber and due to oil loss they were suspecting engine cease. They also told me that the ground clearance of the car is very less and there is no cover for the chamber which can protect this loss.

                              Next day i went to my insurance company (National insurance) their surveyor mentioned that it may start after changing the sump and putting new oil. If it does not then engine work will not be covered.

                              He also mentioned the same thing that the ground clearance the material is of poor quality.

                              Body shop guys told me that they do not have the spare sump and it got stuck due to gst (Surprising).

                              I am yet to receive any update from hyundai service centre and i too affraid as the engine repair cost i wont be able to bear.

                              Why should a customer face the heat due to poor quality of the product?

                              When you are manufacturing a low ground clearance car and selling it over rs. 6 lakh then i feel putting a small metal sheet could protect such incidents.

                              Please understand that beyond money the level of trauma me and family went through. I really got scared as it was forest area, raining hard, kids were crying. I had to stay in pathetic hotel with almost no faculty for kids (Such a poor food). Since we went there with a idea to return home by 9 pm we are not ready to spend a night out with family at vikarabad.

                              I would humbly request you to please look into this and kindly provide me a solution. I have got videos and pics of the car getting towed.

                              Please understand that i am middle class man and fighting for survival in the society. I do not have money to get the car work done and i wont be paying the manufacturing and engineering defect.

                              I never thought that buying a hyundai will put me into this situation.

                                Purchased new verna 1.6 in november 2012. Just drove 399 kms and started missing and huge noise, no pick up. Dealer too k the car back and after 2 or more months returned with new engine assy.
                                Regular serviced at at hyundai service centre with regular problem of missing. At 30k kms again service centre told ecm gone, when i argued, repaired free to cost. Now again at 46k air mask sensor gone, service centre is asking 15000.

                                I have delivered a faulty car and been cheated by hyundai. No car develops such serious issues at just 46k kms.

                                Really frustrated, on my decision to buy hyundai. Will take to the highest level as the issues doesn't gel with the brand i went for.

                                  Greetings from bhavya's leisure pvt ltd!!

                                  ​this is with the reference to my car fire which happen on 27th june 2017 in morning time, also i want add that card came from the service from concept hyndai service station on 26th june 2017 in afternoon time.

                                  I have sent the below mail immediately along with the photograph and rto book on the same day when this fire happened.

                                  I am highly disappointed the way the whole case handled by the authority who so far approached to me.

                                  ​you must understand that fire happens in the car when my wife was driving and if she dint get help on proper time then it would have a bigger issue.

                                  I also wants the higher authority to know that some of the representative came to my office with the report where there was some leakage problem with the gas pipe and due to that cause the fire in the car​. I have requested to give me that report but i am not sure what really stopping them to not give me that hard copy.

                                  ​i have made the police complain on the same day and i have attached the copy for the same, i also have the footage of the cctv when this event happens.

                                  I really appreciate if someone from higher authority can look into this matter and be kind enough to revert me at earliest, as the authority who handle this are really playing very hide and seek game.

                                    I have an i20 (Petrol) and it has completed 42000kms. I had given the car for servicing at kun united hyundai servicing centre, (Near ecil cross roads, beside lakshmi gardens) on 13 jul 17. I was promised that i would be given a discount of 20% on the total bill.
                                    However i wasn't given any discount and was charged rs 1500 extra. I have mentioned this in the customer feedback form but haven't received any calls regarding the matter. It is a total neglect and display of improper work ethics by the staff. This kind of callous and poor behaviour is totally not acceptable.

                                    I have a hyundai i20 (Magna, petrol) and had given the car for repair of air conditioning to kun hyundai, kushaiguda branch, hyderabad. Post repair, the air-conditioning knob was found to be damaged and the service rep had promised that the item would be replaced free of charge during the next servicing. The next servicing was completed on 13 jul 17, but however the service centre had refused to change the ac knob free of cost quoting various invalid reasons.. The service centre has a history of poor service quality and poor customer care. Inspire of repeated complaints, the service centre shows no interest in resolving complaints.

                                      I have contact many times in gpk hyundai patiala but sales executive mr. Shiv kumar and his team had not shown any interst to book my careta. I think person want to left your companay so thats why he is not taking any intesrt for booking my careta car. I had visit many times to book my car. Every time they said car is not in company stock.
