This mail is regarding repair of my car i10 (Del2car2404) done by beaar hyundai (Chinnahat), lucknow.
While traveling from allahabad to lucknow i met with an accident on highway, my car was damaged i call to insurance company and they send towing truck and towed my car upto nearest hyundai service center. I told the service manager i have zero depth insurance by tata agies you can talk to them get approval and repair my car, i am working in delhi once everything is done let me know i will come to pick my car.. After 15days i got a call, sir your car is repaired and you have to pay rs.38000.00.. Please pay and take your car because insurance company is not ready to pay...
Dear sir, i am using 3 cars of hyundai from last 7 yrs, even for service also they always ask first to customer if they want to change any defective part they always take customer approval first.. I dont understand what type of service is this. Really disappointed, my car was kept in service centre from last 2 months.. Hyundai is known for best customer service, though service is expensive as compared to maruti still we prefer hyundai because of customer service..
No. Of times i complained but got no response, please look in this matter and anyhow i am not going to pay, whatever parts they installed they can remove.. Waiting for your quick response..

I have given car for repair and it's around 5 days over the date committed for delivery but still it's nit. And they are saying may take another week.
