Now it was create a problem.in my car central locking button light is not working and headlight direction gone wrong side.     Hi sir,

    I am the owner of a hyundai car with reg no - kl 25 6891 and have been giving it regularly for service to the trident hyundai service center at jakkasandra, bangalore.

    As the jakkasandra service center was closed due to some technical issues for 15 days i had to give my vehicle for clutch overhauling at the kudlu gate. I had updated the service advisor that i have having regular jerking issues while driving in 2nd, 3rd & 4th gears, he had diagnosed it as as clutch issue and advised that i need to do a clutch overhauling, to which i had agreed. My vehicle was repaired for clutch issues and the complete clutch set had been replaced with new one along with some other minor issues as well.

    The vehicle was smooth enough for 2 days and the jerking issue started again. I called back the service center and came to know that the service adviser had left the job. Next day itself i got the vehicle to the service station and escalated it to the service manager who obliged to the issue politely. After taking a test drive with one of the technicians he suggested to change the electrical cables as it was an electrical issue. Cables were changed with some other used cables (Not new) and the issue was kind of fixed for then.

    Again after 2 days the issue started again and i got the vehicle to the service center and they checked the spark plugs and cleaned it. Even then the issue was there, then they had changed the spark plug with new one for testing purpose, but the issue was still there. Then the service advisor told me that i need to give the vehicle for a couple of days for fuel pump cleaning as the fuel pump is full of dirt.

    I could give the vehicle only on july 4th 2017 as the center was closed due to up gradation process for gst. I gave my vehicle on 4th july and they had cleaned the fuel pump and gave me the vehicle on 6th july and told that please try driving for some time and update if any issues are there.

    The vehicle was fine for first 100 kms and the issue surfaced back again. Today (11th july) the vehicle was jerking very badly again while driving mostly on the 4th and 5th gears which makes my driving experience horrible as this happens at speeds above 80 (5th gear) and 60 (4th gear) with no pick up as well now. I try to give the acceleration, but only sound comes and no pick up. I have called the service station again and spoke to them and was told that now we need to check the engine and do some cleaning in the engine head or something.

    This has been a very bad experience with me in the last 10 years. I have been very polite to all the service advisors since now as i know they are also trying to fix this only. However since the clutch overhauling they have not charged me for the later part of work, but this pushing my patience to my limits.

    Kindly give a possible solution for the same.

S hyundai service center and till date the issue has not been resolved and such poor support and service from hyundai is never expected and i am going to flash the message in linkedin and twitter and face book about hyundai poor quality and services if my issue has not been resolved immediately. The current issue i am facing is as under -

      Vechile registration no. Dl8can3248

      Touch screen is not working properly it is very hard
      Fm radio is not working properly
      Wind shield glass cracked while driving without any reason.
      Lining is coming on the meter display

        This complaint is specifically against employees of punj hyundai hamirpur h. P. Other day (27 june 2017) i was travelling home with my family in our grand i10. A honda scooty coming from front totally on the wrong side was just about to collide head on as i steered my car towards left side. Still the scooty scratched and dented my car below the doors. Since the scooty driver fell in the middle of the road i helped him to the side of the road and offered him to get to nearby hospital.in the meantime i told him i will call the police since he was on the wrong side and hit my car. He said to me that u need not worry as he is a employee (Name-akash vema sale executive) at punj hyundai hamirpur h. P. And he will get mycar repaired at his expense. Still i was not believing him so he called two of his colleagues from the agency to attest the fact. They came, saw the car and said it will be done anytime. They said that customer's trust is what matters to them and they will never let the customer down. As i'm a proud hyundai customer and take pride in owning grand i10, i trusted them and fixed coming sunday (02 july 2017) for the repairs. I reached punj hyundai on sunday morning and enquired about him. After sometime he came and straightway refused to acknowledge that his scooty hit my car. I was totally taken by surprise and i rushed to the manager's cabin and apprised her. She took a hushed up look at my car and without properly listening to my grievances started speaking in her employee's tone that the car was not hit by the scooty as if she had been present there. Soon all hyundai employees started speaking in the same tone as if they had conspired collectively. The ground beneath my feet slipped by seeing the behaviour and temperament of the the staff there. Money is the only thing that matters to them. They are totally ignorant of the terms like faith, trustworthiness, professionalism and ethics. They stab in the customer's back and can never be trusted. All there are same from top to bottom. They suffer from a massive credibility deficit. From now on i have pledged never to get a hyundai product and advised the same to my friends and family.

          Bought a grand i10 sportz on pre-gst sale, ex showroom price was Rs.5, 84, 381, total price including ins. Premium & registration etc was Rs.6, 42, 040, offers were insurance was free and cash discount of Rs.15000 was given, hence the dealer girl showed us the value to be Rs.[protected]ins free) - 15000(cash discount) and we paid Rs.606965 which also comprised of registration charge of Rs.32434, bank charge of Rs2250, loan of Rs.4.5lkhs. now, the invoice shows the ex-show room price as Rs.508157, discount Rs.36, 587, vat Rs.70736 so total is Rs.542306/- but if registration and bank charges for loan is excluded, then price of the car should have been Rs.572239 then why did we pay the extra amount? Also, while doing insurance, IDV was set at Rs.515191. I need a proper explanation to this and I want back the extra money I had to pay and issue a fresh policy with proper IDV. You give insurance free and then deduct the money from ex-show room price, that means invoice value is less and insurance also was paid from our money. Also, insurance premium is a total separate thing from ex-show room price, how can that be shown as a discount and IDV calculated on that. It's a complete fraud you guys are playing with customers.

            More then 10 person book xcent abs car through dsa agent pradeep upadhyay we all give rs 150000 for down payment showroom not received any money, showroom give 728000 proforma to bank, on this bank sanctioned loan of rs 615000 which is close to 85%. Actual car price is 633000. Now 48000 discount given to agent without inform to customer. And now they refuse to give excise return amount. Bank said the proforma was not real and showroom said that proforma not given by showroom. But we give bank details to bank. And bank give loan amount to showroom. Showroom is involved in this fraud. Bank also involved in fraud police take this complain positively to expose dealer and bank person. And we will fight till end.

              Dear Sir,

              The matter is of trust, I am a Hyundai customer from last 10 years but this time I have been very disappointed from the services given by your dealer in Sanpada, navi Mumbai M/S Shrayu Hyuanda.
              They have charged the Door knob in my Service bill against replacement but after reaching home I seen that door know installed one was same damaged one.
              This is a compete breach of trust. Also vehicle given for servicing at 0930am and delivered back at 20:00 hrs but vehicles came after me got delivered early just because it is santro and prefrenece was given to verna and Creta in service station. My Vehicle was in name of Sonia Sethi with Reg number. RJ14 CD 1135 services on 08 Jul 2017

                Hi guys,
                I am facing the same problem with my Eon era Dec 2011 model.Since My car is out of warranty I was asked to shell out 9K for the device.

                this is a common problem with Hyundai cars. So the device should be replaced free of cost by Hyundai Company. the following details of my vehicle so that the issue can be taken up with the company.

                    I would like to inform you that your service center, OSL Hyundai, situated in Buxi Bazar Cuttack is giving us the worst service experience ever.

                    I, Amrit Bal, am having Hyundai i10 OD 05 B 9696. On 5th of June 17, my father Mr Anil Kumar Bal, was driving the car from Cuttack to Bhubneshwar. He met with an small accident and the car was brought to OSL showroom on 5th June 17. The team there said the job was minor and the car damages will be rectified and returned back in 5 days.

                    Since that day, today is 7th July ( almost 33 days have passed ) the team is unable to return us the car. Every time my father walks into the Service Center, the team says they need more 5 days to do the rectification work.

                    Now it has become a harassment for us to get our car rectified. I am staying in Maharashtra & my father is now handling the vehicle.

                    Looking at my father’s age I felt Hyundai will be better company who can offer me a good after sales service. But now in this last 33days, we have got the real taste of Hyundai.

                    The brand which Hyundai has managed to achieve is getting hampered with the teams like at OSL Service Center.

                    I hope I will get a reply from your concern team after this mail.

                    My future actions will be forwarding the same mail to higher officials and also logging in to Consumer Forum.

                      I have tried servicing my vehicle at HMP for the said problem. The problem could not be rectified. This very clearly confirms that there was no fault in my throttle body. Also it clearly means that my old throttle body was not the reason for the RPM rise. Hence I request you to further rectify the issue or refund the cost paid for the new throttle body. Please treat this as notice. If I did not get any response I may initiate legal action to recover the charges levied on me due to your staff's inefficiency and negligence.

                        My car got accident on 14/06/2017 and i have handed over my car for repairing to my nearest dealer M B Autowheels Pvt. Ltd. (M B Hyundai) on 15/06/2017, at the time of taking car for repairing service adviser promised me to deliver my car on 06/07/2017 but today went service center to take my car. My car is not ready for delivery and asking for more three days for delivery.

                          Dear Sirs,

                          I wish to place on record with deep regrets the inefficient service rendered by your Company. I have purchased a Creta Motor Car from your dealer Star Hyundai Mysuru, Karnataka in terms of their Inv. No.774 dated 22nd March 2017. I have paid money for the extended warranty upto 4th year the sum indicated to me. But till date I have not received the warranty certificate from the Company though 3 months are over. Prior to this I had an Ascent CRDI for which also I had taken the extra warranty which certificate arrived within a month from the date of purchase. Please expedite the Certificate and eliminate the bureaucratic delays in issuing the Certificate and ensure quality of service in terms of your claim. I am sorry as I am compelled to do this.

                            Their work is not satisfied, too much slow as will as charges extremely high workmanship is very poor may be their mechanic is not well trained specially those are working in north eastern part of india.

                            If they do not want to work and provide services to their customer then make available of the entire hyundai product spare parts out side of the hyundai authorize services centers all over the india. Then customer will not go to cervices centers, they can make/replaced parts self without looking other helps

                              My wife purchased one i10 car from M/S Saraighat Hyundai, Guwahati on 27.07.2013 bearing Regd No AS 01 BF- 4248. As per norms the warranty of the car was expired on 26.07.2015. My wife made Extended Warranty for the 3rd year valid upto 26.07.2016 and certificate No. was E[protected] dt. 25.07.2015. At the time of making Extended Warranty, my wife asked the list of the parts covered by the Extended Warranty, but the Dealer failed to produce the same. Again my wife made the 4th year Extended Warranty which will expire on coming 26.07.2017 and the Certificate No is E[protected] dt. 20.08.2016. this time also the dealer failed to provide the list of the parts covered by the Extended Warranty. The list of the parts is necessary to know, because when we go to the garage of the dealer for repairing of the car and if any part is found damaged and needs replacement, then the authority of the dealer says that, the parts not within the Extended Warranty. It already happened to me and my wife. Therefore, I on behalf of my wife request the company to provide me the list of the parts covered by the Extended Warranty when we go for the 5th year Ext. Warranty w.e.f.27.07.2017.

                                I have ordered Hyndai I10 Magana 1.2 automatik on 28.6.2017 evening in Arasu Hyndai showroom Trichy Tamilnadu. . I have ordered a car in exchange with my Maruti alto lxi car . I have given booking amount of Rs 11000/ - for processing. Hyndai exchange dept person taken various signature in exchange processing catalok. Then he came to my house and taken my alto car with original RC book with insurence.I have tried for car loan, But due to my personel reason and loan sanction problem i have decided to cancel order and submited cancelation form to arasu Hyndai trichy officeon 3.7.2017, But sales head and manager told my car already sold on 1.7.2017. I have not given full amount for vehicle. so how they have sold my good conditioned car to other without deliver ordered new Hyndai magna car to me. i have asked to return my car and cancel the order but due to hyndai trichy person mistake they are refused to give my car and amount and told me to wait for another 10 days. why i should wait for 10 days, this is totally mis management and workmenship in arasu hyndai trichy. My car run only 13.600km with good condition I have opted hyndai for better customer care but Arasu hyndai Trichy done blendor mistake that they sold my car before delivered my booking car, Now i have canceled my order . so they are telling varoius issues like GST and invoice issues. I have given only 11000. How they will raise invoice without giving money and how they will sold my car with out my booked car delivered to me. Please enquire this problem immediately and return my car refun amount of Rs 2.38 lakh

                                KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL FOR MY MARUTI ALTO CAR RETURN IMMEDIATELY TO ME OR REFUND CAR VALUE AMOUNT OF RS 2.30 LAKHS WITH COMPENSATION AND BOOKING AMOUNT BALANCE RS 8000 AS PER NORMS . TOTALLY RS 2.38 i have aattached my maruti car images

                                  I have booked a new car on 24th June, 2017 (Booking money RS 10000 Receipt no 4063 &4053) .On the basis of Proforma Invoice no 13227 I have paid downpayment money on 28th June RS 29700.My financer SBI bank has disbursed car loan amount RS 580000 on 30th Jun 2017 .Loan transaction journal no[protected].Offacially I have delivered my old car Tata India Vista to Mohan hyundai Krishnagar Branch.                                     Dear Managing director & CEO Hyundai Customer care,

                                    Ref : Hyundai - Gand I10 - HR26-CF-6475 : Pathetic service from Professional Hyundai : I own Grand I10 - HR26-CF-6475 of 2014 model. It was wonderful journey with Hyundai like a fairy tale but once it came on service/maintenance part it became the most PAINFUL story of my life.

                                    Let me give you synopsis :

                                    # On 6th June 2017 : I handed over my car for service/Maintenance. I had told them about problems that i was facing in car i.e. Self start not working, AC not working, Mileage low. It was given to Ambrose(professional hyundai engineer) & at that time of moment he told me rough estimate of 15, 000 rs. Later in 24 hours he has told some more issue related with ar and i have given him go ahead to proceed.
                                    BUT AT THAT TIME OF MOMENT I HAVE CLEARLY TOLD THEM THAT I NEED MY CAR TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND I DON'T WANT ANY ISSUE

                                    # I received my car back on 7th June 2017 : When i came to hyundai to pick my car, Ambrose has given bill of Rs 26, 752 which was way higher than estimated. But still i paid the money since professional hyundai team told me that i am not going to face any issue in next 6 months.

                                    # 2 days after taking my car back I was again facing same issue of Self start problem.
                                    I have recd call from Hyundai customer care and i have told about the problem to customer care. they have told me to bring the car back to our Hyundai body shop.

                                    # I went to body shop on 22 june and this time they told me that there is battery problem and you need to change and you need to pay extra.
                                    On that day issue was handled by Atul ([protected]) and he told me that since Madan (manager) and Ambrose both on leave so asked me to visit later.

                                    # Finally i went with my car on 3 july to professional body shop and handed over my car to Madan([protected]) and he told me that he will personally look after this and then i came back. Then for 2 days no calls recd from manager (madan)

                                    Today when i had called Madan to check status for my vechile, then he surprised me with his answer that my car BATTERY Cell is down and you need to change this. So better change your battery from outside since Hyundai charge more for battery.

                                    IT WAS REALLY SHOCKING FOR ME, THE WAY HE HAS REACTED, HOW COME BATTERY CAN'T WORK AFTER 2 DAYS. I HAVE TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE WHEN I HAD GIVEN THEM CAR ON 6TH JUNE FOR FULL SERVICING.

                                    I am sorry to say but Hyundai(Professional gurgaon) working is PATHETIC & worse.
                                    They (managers and executives) are sitting and doing their 9-6 job and they are not bothered about customer complaint. They are making name of HYUNDAI in bad name. today i really feel ashamed to be part of HYUNDAI family.

                                    All I want to know is that when any person comes to Hyundai to buy a car, you guys are the one who promise to provide 100% customer satisfaction regarding the services or anything . Having this kind of experience I want to just sell my all Hyundai cars and want to highlight my this tragedy to all the newspapers so that a middle class people won’t suffer from this kind of serious torture from you Hyundai

                                    Getting late average of my elite i20 the average on highway line i get is 10to 13 km/ltr and the company has give it near about 18km/ltr so however earliest it's possible give me the best service
                                    Company has given average near about 18km/ltr but on highway line my car is giving only average of 10 to13km/ltr so please give me a home delivery of service and because of by busy schedule i cannot go to the service centre.

                                      I gave my car hyundai verna 2008 model for repair of clutch plate at roshan hyundai vki jaipur, rajasthan where i have been giving my car for last one year. When i handed over my car a/c was functioning but when i got my car back after the repair i mean after six days the ac is not functioning at all and the authority concerned is not ready to accept their fault. They say it was not functioning from before and are trying to blame me that i am lying. I am a child specialist and have given my car earlier as well for repair at same place for repair but never complained though the time taken was always more than expected.

                                        I have ordered hyndai i10 magana 1.2 automatik on 28.6.2017 evening in arasu hyndai showroom trichy tamilnadu.. I have ordered a car in exchange with my maruti alto lxi car. I have given booking amount of rs 11000/ - for processing. Hyndai exchange dept person taken various signature in exchange processing catalok. Then he came to my house and taken my alto car with original rc book with insurence. I have tried for car loan, but due to my personel reason and loan sanction problem i have decided to cancel order and submited cancelation form to arasu hyndai trichy officeon 3.7.2017, but sales head and manager told my car already sold on 1.7.2017. I have not given full amount for vehicle. So how they have sold my good conditioned car to other without deliver ordered new hyndai magna car to me. I have asked to return my car and cancel the order but due to hyndai trichy person mistake they are refused to give my car and amount and told me to wait for another 10 days. Why i should wait for 10 days, this is totally mis management and workmenship in arasu hyndai trichy. My car run only 13.600km with good condition i have opted hyndai for better customer care but arasu hyndai trichy done blendor mistake that they sold my car before delivered my booking car, now i have canceled my order. So they are telling varoius issues like gst and invoice issues. I have given only 11000. How they will raise invoice without giving money and how they will sold my car with out my booked car delivered to me. Please enquire this problem immediately and return my car refun amount of rs 2.38 lakh

                                        Kindly do the needful for my maruti alto car return immediately to me or refund car value amount of rs 2.30 lakhs with compensation and booking amount balance rs 8000 as per norms. Totally rs 2.38 i have aattached my maruti car images
