Dear Sirs,

I wish to place on record with deep regrets the inefficient service rendered by your Company. I have purchased a Creta Motor Car from your dealer Star Hyundai Mysuru, Karnataka in terms of their Inv. No.774 dated 22nd March 2017. I have paid money for the extended warranty upto 4th year the sum indicated to me. But till date I have not received the warranty certificate from the Company though 3 months are over. Prior to this I had an Ascent CRDI for which also I had taken the extra warranty which certificate arrived within a month from the date of purchase. Please expedite the Certificate and eliminate the bureaucratic delays in issuing the Certificate and ensure quality of service in terms of your claim. I am sorry as I am compelled to do this.

    Their work is not satisfied, too much slow as will as charges extremely high workmanship is very poor may be their mechanic is not well trained specially those are working in north eastern part of india.

    If they do not want to work and provide services to their customer then make available of the entire hyundai product spare parts out side of the hyundai authorize services centers all over the india. Then customer will not go to cervices centers, they can make/replaced parts self without looking other helps

      My wife purchased one i10 car from M/S Saraighat Hyundai, Guwahati on 27.07.2013 bearing Regd No AS 01 BF- 4248. As per norms the warranty of the car was expired on 26.07.2015. My wife made Extended Warranty for the 3rd year valid upto 26.07.2016 and certificate No. was E[protected] dt. 25.07.2015. At the time of making Extended Warranty, my wife asked the list of the parts covered by the Extended Warranty, but the Dealer failed to produce the same. Again my wife made the 4th year Extended Warranty which will expire on coming 26.07.2017 and the Certificate No is E[protected] dt. 20.08.2016. this time also the dealer failed to provide the list of the parts covered by the Extended Warranty. The list of the parts is necessary to know, because when we go to the garage of the dealer for repairing of the car and if any part is found damaged and needs replacement, then the authority of the dealer says that, the parts not within the Extended Warranty. It already happened to me and my wife. Therefore, I on behalf of my wife request the company to provide me the list of the parts covered by the Extended Warranty when we go for the 5th year Ext. Warranty w.e.f.27.07.2017.

        I have ordered Hyndai I10 Magana 1.2 automatik on 28.6.2017 evening in Arasu Hyndai showroom Trichy Tamilnadu. . I have ordered a car in exchange with my Maruti alto lxi car . I have given booking amount of Rs 11000/ - for processing. Hyndai exchange dept person taken various signature in exchange processing catalok. Then he came to my house and taken my alto car with original RC book with insurence.I have tried for car loan, But due to my personel reason and loan sanction problem i have decided to cancel order and submited cancelation form to arasu Hyndai trichy officeon 3.7.2017, But sales head and manager told my car already sold on 1.7.2017. I have not given full amount for vehicle. so how they have sold my good conditioned car to other without deliver ordered new Hyndai magna car to me. i have asked to return my car and cancel the order but due to hyndai trichy person mistake they are refused to give my car and amount and told me to wait for another 10 days. why i should wait for 10 days, this is totally mis management and workmenship in arasu hyndai trichy. My car run only 13.600km with good condition I have opted hyndai for better customer care but Arasu hyndai Trichy done blendor mistake that they sold my car before delivered my booking car, Now i have canceled my order . so they are telling varoius issues like GST and invoice issues. I have given only 11000. How they will raise invoice without giving money and how they will sold my car with out my booked car delivered to me. Please enquire this problem immediately and return my car refun amount of Rs 2.38 lakh

          I have booked a new car on 24th June, 2017 (Booking money RS 10000 Receipt no 4063 &4053) .On the basis of Proforma Invoice no 13227 I have paid downpayment money on 28th June RS 29700.My financer SBI bank has disbursed car loan amount RS 580000 on 30th Jun 2017 .Loan transaction journal no[protected].Offacially I have delivered my old car Tata India Vista to Mohan hyundai Krishnagar Branch.             Dear Managing director & CEO Hyundai Customer care,

            Ref : Hyundai - Gand I10 - HR26-CF-6475 : Pathetic service from Professional Hyundai : I own Grand I10 - HR26-CF-6475 of 2014 model. It was wonderful journey with Hyundai like a fairy tale but once it came on service/maintenance part it became the most PAINFUL story of my life.

            Let me give you synopsis :

            # On 6th June 2017 : I handed over my car for service/Maintenance. I had told them about problems that i was facing in car i.e. Self start not working, AC not working, Mileage low. It was given to Ambrose(professional hyundai engineer) & at that time of moment he told me rough estimate of 15, 000 rs. Later in 24 hours he has told some more issue related with ar and i have given him go ahead to proceed.
            BUT AT THAT TIME OF MOMENT I HAVE CLEARLY TOLD THEM THAT I NEED MY CAR TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND I DON'T WANT ANY ISSUE

            # I received my car back on 7th June 2017 : When i came to hyundai to pick my car, Ambrose has given bill of Rs 26, 752 which was way higher than estimated. But still i paid the money since professional hyundai team told me that i am not going to face any issue in next 6 months.

            # 2 days after taking my car back I was again facing same issue of Self start problem.
            I have recd call from Hyundai customer care and i have told about the problem to customer care. they have told me to bring the car back to our Hyundai body shop.

            # I went to body shop on 22 june and this time they told me that there is battery problem and you need to change and you need to pay extra.
            On that day issue was handled by Atul ([protected]) and he told me that since Madan (manager) and Ambrose both on leave so asked me to visit later.

            # Finally i went with my car on 3 july to professional body shop and handed over my car to Madan([protected]) and he told me that he will personally look after this and then i came back. Then for 2 days no calls recd from manager (madan)

            Today when i had called Madan to check status for my vechile, then he surprised me with his answer that my car BATTERY Cell is down and you need to change this. So better change your battery from outside since Hyundai charge more for battery.

            IT WAS REALLY SHOCKING FOR ME, THE WAY HE HAS REACTED, HOW COME BATTERY CAN'T WORK AFTER 2 DAYS. I HAVE TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE WHEN I HAD GIVEN THEM CAR ON 6TH JUNE FOR FULL SERVICING.

            I am sorry to say but Hyundai(Professional gurgaon) working is PATHETIC & worse.
            They (managers and executives) are sitting and doing their 9-6 job and they are not bothered about customer complaint. They are making name of HYUNDAI in bad name. today i really feel ashamed to be part of HYUNDAI family.

            SHAME SHAME HYUNDAI motors & PROFESSIONAL HYUNDAI

            All I want to know is that when any person comes to Hyundai to buy a car, you guys are the one who promise to provide 100% customer satisfaction regarding the services or anything . Having this kind of experience I want to just sell my all Hyundai cars and want to highlight my this tragedy to all the newspapers so that a middle class people won’t suffer from this kind of serious torture from you Hyundai

            This is my last Hope that my case will get resolved asap

            Getting late average of my elite i20 the average on highway line i get is 10to 13 km/ltr and the company has give it near about 18km/ltr so however earliest it's possible give me the best service
            Company has given average near about 18km/ltr but on highway line my car is giving only average of 10 to13km/ltr so please give me a home delivery of service and because of by busy schedule i cannot go to the service centre.

              I gave my car hyundai verna 2008 model for repair of clutch plate at roshan hyundai vki jaipur, rajasthan where i have been giving my car for last one year. When i handed over my car a/c was functioning but when i got my car back after the repair i mean after six days the ac is not functioning at all and the authority concerned is not ready to accept their fault. They say it was not functioning from before and are trying to blame me that i am lying. I am a child specialist and have given my car earlier as well for repair at same place for repair but never complained though the time taken was always more than expected.

                  When booking the car we applied for car loan from shreem hyundia partnered bank i. E. State bank of india so they waived off the processing fee of rs 1725 for the loan.
                  Later when the loan was not done from state bank of india so we informed the shreem hyundai pvt ltd for the same.
                  While all the payment was done to shreem hyundia and while taking the delivery of car the car dealers said that the processing fee is pending. As while changing the bank the dealer didnt informed me that rs1725 has to be born by us. They didnt informed us first and while taking the delivery they came up with this stuff.
                  I would request hyundia to take such actions like they are misleading customers at the end

                    I recently booked Hundai Creat with Dealer Sanjay Hundai, wakdewadi and I was promised a cash discount of Rs. 20000 plus a GST benefit of Rs. 60, 000/-

                    but to my surprise i was cheated by the dealer and in my final invoice i was only give a GST discount of 60, 000/- and Rs. 7000 as cash discount . when i enquired about balance Rs. 13000 they said they have adjusted against my car insuranve payment . When i checked the same i found a payment of Rs. 55000 against the car insurance which i have been charged but they claimed that they have paid 68000 /- so I demanded a car insurance recite of 68000 but they have failed to give the recite of 68000 as they have only paid 55000/-.

                    this is clear case of cheating and false promises by hundai dealer . kindly help me

                    Though my i10 magna is 7 years old, it had run about 20000 kms. All of a sudden, the car could not be started and I had to take the road assistance of the Hyundai Popular automobiles, Trivandrum. On checking, the service centre told that ecm is to be replaced. It is a costly item. What will I do to get it replaced free of cost.

                        I have verna sx purchased in 2013. I faced clutch breakdown issue in my car in the first quater of my purchase. Ever since that repair i have been facing problem related to clutch. I have communicated the same to auto web in every service, but they neglected the same every time. This time i refused to send my vehicle to there workshop but. They assured to resolve my problem and called my vehicle for the service. They have raised 16000/- bill additional for the clutch repair. Km running is only 27000km.
                        Please help me understand as, why should i be held liable to pay this amount for the negligence on part of your workshop, when we know that they deliberately neglected my problem and waited so that it may worsen. Why did'nt the recognised the problem during my free service tenure.
                        I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated on part of the hyundai and its service centre. This experience will definitely impact my purchase decision.

                          It is very much sad to inform you that the Service offered by the SANGLI Dealer is very very
                          Poor.

                          We have purchased the card in 2015 and in just 2 years we have runned aroung 80000km.

                          Their is some problem in the AC section of the car.

                          Your sangli Dealer (Service Department) is not even knowing when he can get the part required to Run the AC..

                          Till today, we dont have any update from HYUNDAI Sangli regarding the part..

                          Paying you an Price of 9, 50, 000/-lacs (INR) and expecting an service like this ?
                          IS THIS AN REASON WE BUY HYUNDAI ?????????

                          Its immpossible to drive the vehicle without A/C .

                          From last 7 days, we dont have any kindly of reply from the company regarding the part they need to procure
                          for starting the AC of my Car.

                          Is this an Service we expect from an HYUNDAI?
                          Is this an reason we buy so expensive car from your company ?

                          I run the car around 100km in a day and from last one week, all my work has been
                          stoped.

                          We please request you to take this car back and refund our payment.

                            I have purchased a Creta Sx from Nimbus Hyundai and Paid of ₹ 14, 40, 012.00(10, 00, 000.00 through loan) on[protected] its Engine No.MALC381ULHM238349

                            But I got Bill
                            1.Retail Invoice ₹ 12, 51, 337.00
                            2.Transport Registration ₹1, 25, 134.00(bill not received)
                            3.Car Insurance ₹ 45808.00

                            As you know that Creta comes under SUV category(type of body) but dealer did mistake in filling proforma resulted RC showing this as under Car(Sedan)
                            After passing more than two months, this dealer gave me only cheque of ₹ 3120/- which was disownerd/bounce due to insufficient balance.
                            This is really disappointing and harassing to me.
                            Kindly direct the dealer to send original Bills and to correct the RC mistaken by him with the Transport Authority and also refund the excess amount with interest through ECS against the disownerd cheque to my account which is already with the dealer.

                              It was wonderful journey with Hyundai like a fairy tale but once it came on service/maintenance part it became the most downgraded story of my life.

                              I own 3 Hyundai cars like I10/ Santro car, car plate numbers JK01W-8257/JK05C2612/JK05B4232.

                              Story started like this:

                               On 10th April 2017 I handed over the vehicle Number :JKO1W 8257 Model= I10 Sports Duo at KC Hyundai body shop hyderpora Srinagar for service/Maintenance .

                               I received my car back on 24th May 2017, During that time I contact and went personally to Hyundai showroom so many times but the response was low as always like parts are not available etc.,
                              I am surprised about this excuse because my car was HIT by back side so the requirement was back bumper and Dicky/Trunk of my car . The impact of accident was not that big that they took more than 1 and a half month.


                               On the same day when I left from the KC showroom with my car after few kilometers my car started behaving abnormally like switching from Petrol to LPG Automatically etc. and after that my car stopped abruptly.
                              I contacted the same KC body shop showroom and enquired about the test drive to which they didn’t gave me the proper answer. They just said bring the car back to our Hyundai body shop. Once again I handed over my vehicle.

                               Next day I received my car back with a green signal.
                              But my bad phase didn’t stop there, next morning when I started to inspect my exterior I found few things missing Like Number Plate Lights, Back bumper fender, Gas Leakage smell, Back right tyre Spring etc. Even now I believe there will be various inner parts which will be missing as well.
                              Again I contacted the same KC body shop showroom and enquired about the INSPECTION to which they didn’t gave me the proper answer. They just said bring the car back to our Hyundai body shop. Once again I handed over my vehicle and received back my car after two days.

                               My Worst phase with Hyundai didn’t stop there. I had an medical emergency at home as my wife is pregnant while going to see a doctor I took the same car after few kilometers away from my home my car started behaving abnormally again and stopped abruptly.

                              I was in that situation where I need to reach the doctor asap and there was even a civil curfew so I begged the road siders for a lift to reach the hospital after that when I contacted again the same KC body shop showroom .they once again gave me the same response to bring the car back to our Hyundai body shop. Now presently the car is still in Hyundai service center.

                               I received my car back on 24th June 2017, but the Hyundai surprises has not stopped yet. According to the operational management and his team the inspection was done in front of them. Go through the images which will highlight you the monogram/logo Placement and Alignment of "i10" and "Sports" (attached for your ready reference ) it is a big shock and shame for brand like HYUNDAI. and not satisfied with the service/work being done to my car. Now my car lies like a garbage in my garage.

                              One more thing I want to tell you is this car of mine is brand new with Engine no. as B4HAEM837757. VIN no.: MALAM51DLEM582825 and I don’t know why I am having so much trouble with its service because it’s been now almost 3 months and I’m skipping my most of the daily crucial time which not only hampers my job but also my health/money as I have to travel almost 104kms each day to and fro.

                              All I want to know is that when any person comes to Hyundai to buy a car, you guys are the one who promise to provide 100% customer satisfaction regarding the services or anything . Having this kind of experience I want to just sell my all Hyundai cars and want to highlight my this tragedy to all the newspapers so that a middle class people won’t suffer from this kind of serious torture from you Hyundai

                              This is my last Hope that my case will get resolved asap

                                Hi sir, this is ajay kumar nuthalapati from vijayawada, andhra pradesh.. My i-20 car ap07 by 2699 given service to kusalava motors pvt ltd, vijayawada on 27/05/2017 at a mileage of 60, 129 kms.. They charged rs 6450/- towards service charges...
                                Last week my family went to chennai and get engine temparature increasing abnormally then i went to alandur hyundai motor india ltd service center and according thier guide lines i am stopping car for every 50 kms and top-up coolent slowly reached vijayawada..
                                So, kusalava motors pvt ltd service personnel negligence and ignorance towards customers i was faced so many trouble with my family... So kindly take necessary action... Regards

                                  I recently booked a car of Hyundai elite i20 Era from SHREEM MOTORS Pvt Ltd.While booking I.e. while taking the token amount of 11k from us they committed us that the car will be made available to us and even provided us the estimated delivery date of 5/7/17.
                                  But later they misleaded us by saying that we never committed any such stuff and forced us to buy another car o[censored]pper versions on 29/6/17.By this time all the major per gst discounts got over so they mislead us so that we get forced to buy car from SHREEM MOTORS.
                                  I hereby tell Consumers and Even the company that how can a dealer take token amount when he can't make available the car he committed.
                                  So I hereby request Hyundai India motors to take a strict action against this stuff

                                  As they committed us we refused other car dealers for their gst discounts so nw as the car is not available we even lost the gst discounts so I got a loss of 60k on this misleading. I even provided the loan documents as required by them if the car was not available then why they took all the loan document from us.So hyundia take a strict action against such misleading stuff done with us

                                    I purchased new xcent car.
                                    Time of purchasing they told me price 6.25lakh
                                    And I gave 1.90 lakh cash that time and one lakh by NEFT but after that they demand for 6.50lakh .
                                    I face many problems.
                                    Till the time I am facing problems.
                                    So I request you please take strict action against him.

                                    I bought new Hyundai i20 .but 2 out 4 speaker were small usually in car we use.
                                    So I gave back that 2 speaker for exchange because the size was small and it was not fit as service center guys told me.even after 2 month they people not exchanging that speakers and I am still waiting for that.

                                      I am a service person, and I need my vehicle in good and running condition for my day to day official jobs. I was not to write the complaint willingly. Due to not getting the Proper feedback and support from the services of Hyundai, I was really very disappointed and depressed too and it tends me to put a complaint against my issues with the vehicle Hyundai - I20 (Asta ABS) Model:2010.
                                      Well, it is to be mentioned that lastly few months back while my car was serviced in Durgesh Hyundai, Duliajan, Dibrugarh, Assam, for the running services, one issue was left unsolved by rectifying the problem that was with my car's ABS issue and I was informed that the sensor is not available and it is not mandatory to rectify and it can be drive without resolving the issue of ABS, which was the first IGNORANCE TO SAFE DRIVE.
                                      Accordingly, I was took my vehicle back from the service center, and used to drive without ABS functioning and it is still pending to service at Hyundai's end.
                                      After driving for a few days, I had suddenly got another issue with my EPS, steering got jammed and cannot be driven anymore. To resolve this issue I took my vehicle again to the aforesaid service location by driving in very toughest situation totally ignoring the safe drives and was scratched by one side due to the EPS issue, but nobody diagnosis the issue and simply said that the issue is with the Motor related to the EPS and has to be replaced which will cost around INR[protected] and also currently the spare part is not available at their stocks and in nearby location within Assam circle.
                                      This was the very biggest ignorance of Hyundai motor service center by ignoring the safe drive.
                                      Then I thought about to service the vehicle in other Hyundai services, and I took it to Dibrugarh, Assam, which is around 50-60KM far from my location and by taking some risky drives I took the vehicle to Borah Hyundai, Dibrugarh. The response was same from them too and took my vehicle back with unresolved issue of EPS and ABS.
                                      I was so depressed that I did not find any way to resolve the issues and It really badly affected my office jobs.
                                      At the end, I decided to diagnosis the issue locally, so that it can be resolved anyhow. and accordingly EPS problem was repaired and resolved by locally in just INR 1000/-. which is INR[protected] less than the cost as informed by the Hyundai service centers.
                                      and Now the EPS is running fine but, ABS issue is still un-repaired.
                                      I am still very surprised that how a big company in automobile sector can ignore the safety and safe drives to the customers. I still question it. Does hyundai not having the spares made available or dealers are not taking the responsibilities.
                                      It was a very unpleasant experience from Hyundai.

                                        I had purchased hyundai verna on september 2016.From the first drive itself i am very much dissatisfied with the suspension of the car. I could heavily feel even small pits in the road and had worst noise when my car drives in normal indian roads with small pit like surface.

                                        Likewise the interior below the infotainment system heats up heavily on long drive. Engine heat is reflected in the inner surface near the USB port.

                                        Likewise the AC has bad smell when turned on initially. so want to replace these parts with good quality.

                                        I compained these things to the Puducherry Hyundai dealer where I purchased the Car, But they told it as normal while these issues are quite abnormal.
                                        Even though of paying all the billed amount the car in not Serviced properly.
                                        As bill contained the bonnet n fender alignment amount but they are still in incomplete state and now the service adviser refusing the duety' it's been almost a month now
