Dear sir / madam,

I have i10 magna 1.1 model of march-2012. I am facing the issue of steering from 18-jun-2017 (Sunday). I was going somewhere with my family in morning, when i start my car the steering wheel vibrated too much and very hard.

I was very surprised for that suddenly how it comes.

I drive the car slowly and after some time steering moved smooth and there is no vibration. Same thing happened again & again after some time with steering.

I will discussed & show this problem to hyundai service centre in okhla. They told me that the same issue happened with other hyundai i10 models and eps module or torque censor may be failed and i have to pay 23-24 k pay for this.

I don't know what can i do because 25k is not a small amount.

Hyundai need to check this issue and repair it without any cost.

I have attached the video also with this compliant.

    Dear sir/ madam,

    I am very sorry to convey that i am facing very poor service from binay hyundai (Service workshop) nh-31, begusarai, bihar. From last 40 days i am regularly following up with them but the issue has not been resolved yet. This is not at all expected from hyundai motors. The quality of denting/painting is of worst class and not matched properly. When asked about this from service manager (Mr. Abu bakar) and vinay. They used to say "manage it". They charged rs 2500 without any bill even they received claim amount of rs 8114 from insurance company. The car is only 6 months old so this type negligence is not expected. Still my vehicle is laying at service station.

    Please resolve the matter as soon as possible. This is affecting your brand name too.

      My eon era is having eps problem and the same is now run 45000 km. The eps problem is having from last six months and i have checked with hyundai authorized sunrise hyundai patparganj and they asked cost of rs. 11000/-. Many people asked me that this kind of problems in car very rare. Through net today day i have got to know that many people face this kind of problems due to faulty part used by hyundai india.

      Why in india hyundai isn't call back all the cars and changed the faulty part?

      We have paid for a good car and if the issue of eps quality is between the manufacturer and hyundai. The have to replace faulty eps part and take up with this with their supplier and don't use substandard products

        Earlier i am very much happy with hyundai services i used to take the services at gorakhpur and i have taken my extended warranty scheme as well but when i reached today for the paid service of my vehicle no up 32fl 4666. I waited around 2 hours and then the person who assigned to me was very rude and churlish as i have taken an appointment through the cell no [protected]. And lady confirm that the service will be done today only and when the engineer who was assigned to me entertained on such a poor way. With regards kaifi rizvi [protected] email-kaifirizvi @gmail.com
        Near about 7times I went to your agency which is 💯 km. away from here, in order to get my car's number plate and smart card, but I didn't got it, and I have payment for my car's number plate very early.

          Respected sir,
          i have purchased a new grand i10 car - chasis no. Mala851dlfm381109 from your dealer - divine motors pvt. Ltd. N. H. No. 8 vapi -396191, gujarat on 18.03.2016. I am already having another two cars maruti alto k10 & honda jazz with 100% service satisfaction since last 10 yrs. But sir, i am very sorry to say that i have not received any single sms or call of free service or paid service from your dealer till today. I personaly called up your dealer for my vehicle service.

          In further i have got my car serviced before few days with battery problems raised. And in last 10 days three times this problems raised. So finally i carried my vehicle to your vapi dealer workshop today, i requested to one official of your dealer to check up my battery position. After chekup he told me that one cell of battery is faulty and therefore i have to purchased new battery from dealer. It woulde not be replaced at all. After two hours discussion with divine motors vapi official mr chirag modi and mr hitesh prajapati, hitesh prajapati offered me 50 % discount in battery mrp. So now i want to know how can he offered me such a huge discount if he can not give me replacement. Sir, i am so much frustrated of your dealer's officials behaviur. I am also marketing people of lic of india and general insurance of last 17 yrs. I have not faced such a bad experience from any dealer. I cannot afford absence of new grand i10 car in my business so i forced to buy new battery from other shop of vapi. And suddenly i had to spend rs. 5200, that is not acceptable. So i request you to look into this matter positively and give me proper justification or give me proper guidelines for further procedure.

            Hi,

            I have purchased a hyundai xcent from austin hyundai, kolkata this month (June 2017). However, i have yet not received my car. The distributor has cancelled the delivery thrice. Initially it was scheduled to be delivered on 16th of this month, then they postponed it to 20th and then to 26th. Today when i called up they denied delivery on 26th as well. There has not been any communication regarding this delay from austin. I had called up customer support to get assistance on this, but even they refused to help me.
            This is really causing a lot of inconvenience. This kind o[censored]nprofessional service from hyundai is really unexpected.
            With the complaint being registered, the dealer is now suggesting us to take the car without registration.

              I usually go to Samara Hyundai workshop for service. I was never checking my bills because of trust on such a nice brand and whatever they were suggesting regarding change of parts or any service, I got change to my car. At last bill, all of sudden I saw the feedback written that all types are wear out and shocker leak. My all tyres are totally new still the suggestion was written. This is the matter of fact that every time, I have been heavily charged and have been given the wrong feedback to change spare parts or not required jobs also done.
              I have been marking the mail to them since long but they are not reverting. They call me but when I ask to revert the mail, they refuse.
              I want the proper compensation as well as kindly take appropriate action against them.

                I have taken delivery a new hyundai grand i10 from mgf hyundai deson aluva showroom on[protected]. I booked grand i10 2016 september model as per the promise from mgf hyundai desom and they are given me rs-45000 extra discount for year back benefit. I got promise from mr. Anu shankar (Sales executive) that the car manufactured in the month of 2016 september or august and it have 2 air bags, as per the promise i booked the car and paid full amount (Rs-541000 via hdfc bank and balance down payment from my side) before the delivery they given me promise that this car have 2 air bags and manufactured in the month of august or september but i received the car manufactured in the month of february and without air bag. When i approached the dealer they informed me that this was a communication mistake from mr. Anu shankar and they cannot do anything on it, they offered me rs-20000 rs as a compensation amount for this issue, but i am totally dis appointed on this experience and i am totally disappointed with this service from hyundai. When the time of delivery they are given me a manual book on that it shows that the car was serviced once in the month of march 2016 with running km of 1522, that means this vehicle is a used one and delivered me as a new vehicle. When the time of delivery the condition of vehicle is poor that also very un-satisfied for me, now i feel that i am totally cheated by mgf hyundai. This is a clear case of cheating a customer with false commitments and misguidance. Mr. Abdul azeez sales manager, mr. Anoop customer care manager, mr. Rafy team leader, mr, anu shankar sales executive are there in this meeting, please solve my issue with proper compensation or i will take necessary action against mgf hyundai desom aluva and hyundai motors india for cheating a customer. All the available details attached please do the needful for this issue

                  I've purchased hyundai eon 1.0 top model car last year. After 3 month i noticed that car is not starting. As i didn't use the car for a week. So i contacted dealer about problem and he initially ingnored by saying it's normal. But after a hard a hard talk he convinced to take back for check. He kept for a week and identified that car battery cell is problem and serviced the same. After he returned the car so i thought that problem is resolved. But after using few days again same problem repeated. It was completely disappointing for me to have such problem for a new car. Again the same procedure followed and nothing happened. After 3rd time he convinced to change the battery by saying that in one after we cannot give service for same issue. Now 1 year has passed and problem didn't end. Dealer response is like"in some hyundai cars have manufacturing defects" so after put my lot of money if i hear like this without any support from dealer. What should i do??? We need solutions for this condition so that i can travel anywhere without thinking of problem. Please resolve..

                    I am using hyundai i 10 from the last 7 years.. It was ok when i did my car service in punjab, but one day my car's z axle broke down. I requested the sant hyundai chamba, himachal pradesh to put that part in my car, they told me this time the particular part is not available with them so i gave them 2000 rs. Advance to bring me that part. They made a promise to bring the particularbpart within one week but this is the second week and i am helpless without my vehicle... They are just fake. I will never buy a hyundai car amd never suggest any one to buy it. Huh.. So much disappointed this time. Really. If you wana talk to me then call on my no its +[protected]. Or else you can take a action for their rude bahviour.

                      I'm mullaichelvi, i owned i20 magna, my car number is tn 48 ax 3330, karur gt hyundai doing my car service. The service was very very worst. Service advisor's not responding me properly. They did major accident work for my car on december 2016. After that work the car is in still uncondition. Again and again having some problem. Please see the history of my car service. Brand new car has ac condenser problem, now turbo problem. I don't want hyundai anymore. I'm completely fed-up.

                        I have purches hundai grand i10 just 12 june 2017 rear gate is broken i consult to deora hundai jodhpur showroom employes saye it car ready in 5 days today is 22 june but my car is not ready i have many call in showroom but not any perfect response some time says ok and some tims says gate is not available into showroom i m administrative officer into health department in rajasthan so without my car i cant goes to any one in mansoon season and suffering very frustate and mentally iritation for a car its service very bad next time i dont purches hundai car

                          Sir,

                          Myself s. M shariff mohammed having hyundai i20 car of 2012 model silver color, reg. No: ap 31 bv 2070, eng. No : malbb51slbm379031. I have given my car for service on 06/06/2017 in mid day session. As per service advisors advice there have been a paid service to me. Service advisor mr. Prasad adviced me to change brake pads and go for engine oil change, filter change and minor services. When i had given service the car was perfect in braking system all digital signals were good. Service person changed the brake pads and few minor things and total bill was 9345.00 rs.

                          The next day after service, i found abs lamp ignition frequently coming on the screen, when i checked in the log book it says abs malfunction, i have called the service adviser mr. Prasad and asked his suggestion. He said its a minor problem if i bring car to service station he will repair and give back. Today i. E, on[protected] in the early hours i had took my car to the service adviser mr. Prasad, he didn't even respond properly to my problem and sent one mechanic. Mechanic checked the car and said abs system has failed and need to replace with new sensors which will cost around 4000 rs. This problem happened due to improper fixing of brake pads during the service on 6/06/17. I have asked the adviser to repair it & adviser told me that he wont repair since he has handed over the vehicle and took money. If i want to repair i need to pay him 4000 rs.

                          I request you to please take care of this issue and provide me justice. Since, many people are been looted by these service stations who are making money by faulty damaging the personal vehicles and asking them to pay more when they dont have vehicles. This service advisor mr. Prasad is a person who makes money, when i came the beginning he quoted me around 30, 000 for service. When i have asked him detail structure of repairs he bought it down to 9500 rs saying other items can be repaired later.

                          I am attaching the copy of bill which i paid on 06/06/17 for the service, i request consumer court kindly take a strict action on these kind of mini service stations who fool and do malpractice for making money.

                              I have purchased hyundai i20 elite and within 2 years door handle lock and unlock button stopped working and now ac stopped working.
                              I have visited near by hyundai showroom and other service stations and they told that ac gas has been leaked and completed due to which ac is not working.
                              How come hyundai is maintaining so less quality which looses it's parts in less than 2-3 years. Looks like hyundai is only focusing on its exterior looks and not maintaining stardards inside.
                              Worst it's jst one year have purchase the car grand I 10 every one or other day there is sumthng prblm arise n ppl working at workshop dnt solve my prblm nt solve will complain in consumer court

                                On 10 of june 2017 i visited punj hyundai hamirpur hp regarding sort of repair as centre locking of the car was not working properly and there was some sort of sound somewhere around front tyre right hand side. They checked the car and changed two parts as well. But it is regretted the problem still persists as it was earlier. I was charged rs about 3800. The centre locking works and stops at its own will automatically.

                                  I had been a hyundai customer since 2008 when i first purchased verna xi petrol and ran the same till feb 2017, almost 9 yrs. Then recently i bought another verna but this time the diesel version as the previous car provided me with a good service over these many years.

                                  What i realized after buying is that i made a mistake.in the same price i would have got honda city but i thought of staying back with hyundai.

                                  After sales support is very poor. They don't even bother to find out how the car is running after 3 months. They made a mistake somewhere which resulted a spell mistake on my rc book. Since the registration is online nowadays, the error must have happened either at dealer side or at their broker side. Dealer people are not responsive even though the sales person have been made aware of. I made a complaint at hmil and they are giving a story of 8 to 9 months to get it fixed.

                                  I got the first servicing done and there also hyundai lacks. They care least for free services and do not pay enough attention to the customer. I indicated an issue with engine tuning (At 3rd gear, car is accelerating fast without pressing the accelerator lever) and they said to have taken care which is not the case.

                                  I would personally recommend every buyer to stay away from hyundai and look for other options.

                                  I am going to write to the md/ceo of hyundai if my issues are not taken care well and resolved within a reasonable time.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service i’ve received at plaza hyundai, new delhi.

                                    I went there to get my hyundai elite i20 (Diesel) (Up15ca 8712) serviced only because i read good reviews on the internet, it’s about 38 kilometers from where i live (Dwarka) for the 2nd free service due, and it had been one

                                    Year so thought of getting the alignment and balancing checked (Mind the words, checked)

                                    I was told that i would be charged around 1100/-rs, i was a little surprised at the amount, but still, in the habit of keeping my car in good running condition, i decided to go ahead.

                                    I also opted for the extended warranty for the 3rd and 4th year and ended up paying around 11000/-rs for the same.

                                    Now, the alignment which was fine earlier, the car runs towards the left side, there was a problem with ac earlier and no one has been able to identify and solve for it.

                                    The fuel tank, which was filled up full on last saturday, 10th june 2017, shows only 2 cells of fuel left now.

                                    Here is what i sum the entire experience to be.

                                    I drive 40 kilometers for a free service, wasting my precious time and fuel for the following outcome.

                                    1. Either the service has been so badly done that the efficiency has gone for a toss or the fuel was stolen.
                                    2. Either the person checking the alignment was an #, or the tyres have been changed, only to fleece the customer, the back left tyre has a black mark on the alloy which was not there earlier, possibly due to the tyre/tyres being changed or better still, the car was hit.
                                    3. The harassment, and the extra money that has been paid, the time that i’ve wasted, what for?
                                    4. Should i really invest in an extended warranty with you guys or shall i file a court case?
                                    5. I don’t know what other parts of the engine were changed/manipulated by your mechanics to cause this kind of trouble.

                                    I hereby demand a compensation for all your goo[censored]ps since i’m not willing to take this harassment any further.

                                    I want to be compensated for my time, for the issues that have been created by your people after the service, for the fuel/efficiency that has been tampered with and a guarantee against future harassment.

                                    Or, i’m willing to take this up in the media/wherever/whenever possible to a logical conclusion.

                                    One more thing, i’ll have these things done in front of me, as per my convenience and not a time given by you. So i request please solve my issue and revert early as possible..

                                      From above it is clear that the matter has been handled very casually (In spite of regular phone call and follow up) and inefficient manner. Huge time consumed unnecessary to get the required documents. Matter should be looked after.

                                      While producing car at rto, i requested for some assistance for proving a driver so that my office time not get disturbed. First time it was provided on chargeable basis. But during car production at the time of permanent registration - any driver help has been denied. I think this type help should be provided to customer after immediate sale of car to build up confidence of customer on you.

                                      Till date the following issues yet to be resolved -

                                      01. Original money receipt yet to be provided.
                                      02. Original insurance copy to be provided
                                      03. Insurance to be modified - barrackpore rto to be replaced with barasat rto.
                                      04. Once again it is remind you that the "registration-smart card" of car should not incorporate hypothetication with indian oil corporation as requested earlier several times and you also ensured.

                                      I veh no PB 02 DD 5231 was return from manali on 12 Jun 2017 with my family and suddenly break padel was lock and car has accidented on heal area.

                                        The servicing done by your nagpur dealer ketan hyundai totally unsatisfactory. The car mileage after servicing reduced to 20 km per lit from more than 15 km per lit. Servicing defects not fully taken care of. Even after many telephonic complaints the dealer nit responding.
                                        I am compelled to spend heavy on fuel due to faulty servicing. Ketan hyundai does not bother even to take after service feedback from customer.
