Myself s. M shariff mohammed having hyundai i20 car of 2012 model silver color, reg. No: ap 31 bv 2070, eng. No : malbb51slbm379031. I have given my car for service on 06/06/2017 in mid day session. As per service advisors advice there have been a paid service to me. Service advisor mr. Prasad adviced me to change brake pads and go for engine oil change, filter change and minor services. When i had given service the car was perfect in braking system all digital signals were good. Service person changed the brake pads and few minor things and total bill was 9345.00 rs.
The next day after service, i found abs lamp ignition frequently coming on the screen, when i checked in the log book it says abs malfunction, i have called the service adviser mr. Prasad and asked his suggestion. He said its a minor problem if i bring car to service station he will repair and give back. Today i. E, on[protected] in the early hours i had took my car to the service adviser mr. Prasad, he didn't even respond properly to my problem and sent one mechanic. Mechanic checked the car and said abs system has failed and need to replace with new sensors which will cost around 4000 rs. This problem happened due to improper fixing of brake pads during the service on 6/06/17. I have asked the adviser to repair it & adviser told me that he wont repair since he has handed over the vehicle and took money. If i want to repair i need to pay him 4000 rs.
I request you to please take care of this issue and provide me justice. Since, many people are been looted by these service stations who are making money by faulty damaging the personal vehicles and asking them to pay more when they dont have vehicles. This service advisor mr. Prasad is a person who makes money, when i came the beginning he quoted me around 30, 000 for service. When i have asked him detail structure of repairs he bought it down to 9500 rs saying other items can be repaired later.
I am attaching the copy of bill which i paid on 06/06/17 for the service, i request consumer court kindly take a strict action on these kind of mini service stations who fool and do malpractice for making money.

As bill contained the bonnet n fender alignment amount but they are still in incomplete state and now the service adviser refusing the duety' it's been almost a month now
