I have renewed the car insurance from aditya hyundai through bharati axa gic ltd.. Just few days back i have done the renew of insurance in aditya hyundai. When we are calling to ask for insurance certificate send through mail.. One lady in aditya hyundai is not responding the call. Because they have sent one pic of this certificate which is not visible and i am requesting to scan and send the certificate through mail so that it can be visible.. Tomorrow i am going to hyderabad on the way to hyderabad insurance certificate is mandatory...

Your Dealer SPS Hyundai, Tiruvallur - 602002, holding my money Rs.45, 000/- after car booking cancellation due to their bad management and continuous failure of commitments (false commitments). Not returning my money.
I escalated this issue to regional office, tamil nadu, Ms. Avanti Nishant also supporting your dealer only. Kindly return my money at the earliest by NEFT / RTGS mode.

Am getting a milage of abt 7 to 9km per litter and am registering complaints to various authorities so pls resolve my problem hope u can resolve am having all printed parers showing the milage issue pothens hyundai asked me to go to the delaer from? Whch i have bought the car i had took my car about 8to 9times to the service center still the problem is not resolved hope you can find a solution

I went lucky hyundai showroom vijayawada on 16/05/2017 night 8:30pm and given advance 5000/- cash with out finalizing model and color and they have not given any cash receipt and they didn't told that this money will not come back. Unfortunately drop to go for vehicle and planning invest on site (Place) same night. Same i informed to hyundai executive next day morning 17/05/2017 at 10am. Now my 5000/- they are not giving back. How can i proceed for this issue. Please help me. How will take my money with out serving any thing on me. I called them no. Of times but no use.

My name is Basil.1 year back I took a car (i20)form Hyundai popular Muvattupuzha branch.and a few days back I also refer my brother for taking car from Hyundai showroom, at that time popular executives says that you will get referel benefits of rupees 3000 petrol voucher, and my brother took grand I 10 from Hyundai popular muvattupuzha.after the sale none of your executive didn't pick my call and didn't give that petrol voucher.i dont know why your employees doing like that.such a poor survice given by popular Hyundai muvattupuzha branch. Am using I 20 and I have a very bad experience with your service department .few months back l already registered a complaint against muvattupuzha popular Hyundai for replacing my original parts.this is the second time i will get a bad experience from popular muvattupuzha.so plz do the corrective action. Other wise no one will refer muvattupuzha popular hyndai for purchasing a car, actually these employees are distorting the reputation of hyundai, am very sad to say like that.plz do the needfull

On saturday 13 may 2017 i had given my (Hyundai xcent) car to shrishti hyundai service centre dewas mp for 3rd general servicing. On 16th may 2017 i have gone to pick my car and when i reached there i saw my car's wind shield was broken and when i told them about broken glass. So they are accepting that glass was broken in there undertaking they assume. But they are not changing it by their own. They told us to make it change by insurance claim. But why should i change it by insurance claim they have to change it by their own because glass is broken by their mistake. So it’s my humble request to make it change by them

I had purchased a brand New Verna Automatic SX Petrol and got delivery on the 22nd of April 2017! On the 12th of May I noticed that the car was no picking up when I pressed the accelerator and when I shifted the car to Triptronic the gear was stuck in 3rd gear and not changing down or up. Sir i have purchased i10 grand asta in kun hyundai in anna nagar chennai, from the day i purchased till now four times i had serviced only in kun hyundai ambattur and once they said they getting ac complaint many i10 grand and they took my vehicle did some service n gave inspite of that the ac complaint not solved and from the last Service my engine consuming much engine oil and emitting much smoke this is happening only from last service and i called service centre n complained and till now i didnt get any call from centre please look in to the service part. espicallly Ac in i10 grand is worst.

Sir, this is to inform, you about my grieved situation of how I am facing harassment from your reputed company for over 7 months, I have demanded for bribe and being profiled a gained and again by still not getting my car back after the maintained I was assured. I
I fear to say water a bad mouth publicity will I be now since this is the worst hospitality I have ever faced.
Sir I, etc an fatal accident in November by my hyundai eon UK07BS5465, since then the car is parked at the service station and is yet not in a maintained condition. Rather it is as bad as it awash on day one. I feel defamed that why the help did I purchase a car from hyundai n take there insurance policy. The people at the service station abuse us, ask us for bribe, and blackmail us for removing g it's genuine parts also. Sir I am a government employee and it is very surprising for me that still we are facing such problems, Sir I am a middle class govt. EMPLOYEE AND UNDERSTANDING THAT I CAN TAKE MY GRIVENSACE TO PMO UNIT, HENCE KINDLY LOOK INTO MY MATTER ASAP.

I have 2008 model of i10 era. The steering of the car was working properly but now days it is creating problem. Sometimes the steering becomes hard an sometimes it again stars working properly.
I visited the hyundai service centre but they said that the EPS system is not working and need to be replaced with a new one. The cost of new system is
Rs 8000, that is also not available right now. I have seen many cars which are being driven roughly but such kind of problem is not faced by anyone. Hundai is cheating with its customers.

I gave my I10 for service in LRN Hyundai, Salem. Service was okay and CRM from the front desk is very poor. I waited for more than 1 hour to just receive the bill. And they did not even communicate what's happening. When I asked they just blabbered and continued doing their work. Severely dissatisfied with the behavior of these personnel. This is my 3rd visit to this centre and I got poor experience​ every time.

We booked a creta sx+ on 28 April with Godawari motors pvt. ltd. Ludhiana Punjab. The company promised to deliver the car in 10 days but it's more thn 10 days now n they are not responding regarding the same. Please revert us back. This is really unfair on the base of company reputation. We sold our old car ertiga according to the date given by the company. I m attaching the copy of receipt of booking date.

I have hyundai i20 sports registration number dl 10 cs 3266 i submitted my car around 10 days for insurance claim and for service... The service advisor akash singh doesn't provide any information regarding service and when i call him he behaves very rashly and rudely. He said i cnt talk right now while working hours. He doesn't checked my car or take any trial also. Due to delay and misbehaviour im suffering financially and mentally. Plz look aftr my complaint and solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have santro with registration no as dl 3c bq 5137. I bought it in 2013 and since then i have done almost all services with rama hyundai, vasant kunj. Today i was driving from chattarpur to vasant kunj and suddenly my car started shaking and missing. I went to rama hyundai at 9:20 am and someone assisted me. I informed the person about my issue and he opened a jobcard for the same and assigned a mechanic. I went inside with the mechanic to know the problem, he opened the engine and checked some swiches where he found that one of the switch was loose so he pushed it tightly and it worked, we took the test drive. Now the person asked me to pay rs 518 for this small thing. I tried to make him understand that the mechanic just tighten the switch and it worked but still he asked me to pay rs 518, i denied to pay the amount as it was not worthful. The person got angry and said that "koi baat nai hum agli baar dekh lenge jab service karwane aaoge". Now what does that mean. Any how, this was a very cheap and unaccepted behaviour of that person. Now i would never recommend anyone for this service center and will try to educate other people for such incidents in rama hyundai. Hope the owner of the rama hyundai read this and try to improve his services and staff behaviour.

Got my car no; DL4CAQ5423 WITH 0 Deperication Policy of TATA AIG at Hans HYUNDAI, A-57 Naraina Ind. Area-1 ND, Workshop on 05/04/17 for body shop & servicing & shocked to see over billing & double claim filed, &still i was insisted to pay Rs 8000/- + Rs 7250/- Total Rs.15250/- for bodyshop &
servicing resp. & had even very bad respose from the Manager Mr. Alok Being so senior person he over looked all problems & sit quitly without looking into the matter o foverbilling, missing parts & non effective working of A/c.
I personally felt Ashamed of having relation with This workshop for past 12 precious years initially from Moti Nagar & then Naraina. I Personnally felt like i am forced to pay the over bill, that too with compromised & ineffecient servicing or better to say felt Extorted of my hard earned money.
At Naraina I contributed more than 30 customer from my Circle but all of them are shocked to hear from my present Experiance.

And after few days i have got letter from bharti axi u have to pay 20% more amount

I gave my car Hyundai scent model 2015 car number is hr01AL 4396 to kaushalaya Hyundai dated 24th April 2017 and they promised to deliver the same within 7 to 10 days. But I called them on 30th April that is 6 days after I gave car they said ki we have still not oreder the parts required for your car means 5 days wasted for order only. Then Thursday that is 04 th may they said recieved your parts and the work is only of 2-3 days we will deliver the same max by Monday that is today 08th may 2017. In the morning I called they said some of the parts we are still waiting let us see when will it arrive and when we will receive and then afterwards we can tell when we can deliver your car. They said parts hai hi nahl available company mei bhi. Dear team @ Hyundai this is the height of irresponsibility on the part of representative of Hyundai and this only give a black spot on Hyundai name that such a big organisation don't even have parts in company and they can't even arrange from any of the agencies around their catchment. If I won't get the car delivery by today or.max tomorrow I will file a consumer case also and forget about that even I will negative pubilicyty of Hyundai cars coz I have helped to.sold innumerable num of cars for Hyundai as I m branch manager in hdfc bank and we recommend Hyundai always while giving loans to the customers but now onlwarda I will never ever recommend Hyundai cara if I will not be satisfied

I had purchased Hyundai Xcent Car from Modi Hyundai Kanjurmarg dated 05 September 2016, Registration Number MH-46-AD-3882. Last 10 months I had continuous follow for various documentation processes, but till no result. My Registration paper will receive after 4 month from delivery date. For CNG Endorsement, I had follow-up with Sales Executive Mrs. Geeta Patil for last 6 months, till date no result. I personally talk to Customer Car Executive Mrs. Jaya Nair, but no result. Every time she told me will update with half hours. But no update gives from Modi Hyundai, Kanjurmarg. Because of CNG Endorsement not done, I have bear expenses for CNG problem.

Request you to reseolve the problem and take action on Modi Hyundai, Kanjurmar. This kind of outlet have effect business of Hyundai Brand.

I have sent my car on 16/02/2017 for stearing sound problem invoice no b[protected]. Your sercice man has done 1) wheel balancing, 2) wheel aligment. And told me there will be no problem. But the sound was as it is. I had marrige at home and i have run the car with rhe noise

Again i have sent my car on 31/3/2017 for stering problem and colouring of car. I got my car on 09/04/2017 invoice no - b[protected]
With the colour car. Within 2 hour i made a complian to mr amit your service man and sandip singh service manager[protected] for sterring noise
He confirmed to send the car again. I have sent car on 12/04/2017. After checking the car for 2 days he told me there is problem in sterring box and he dont have sterring box. He will give order and it will take 1 week time for the sterring box. I got the delivery of the car on 13/04/2017 without any job done.
After that i have given call to mr singh ji many time to check the avability of the parts, but dnt get good responce.
On 04/05/2017 mr singh ji has given call to me and told me that he is picking the car for the stearing problem. I have left my car at home for the job. I have given him call at 11.30am that car is not yet picked up from my place. He told me not to worry, car will be picked and job will be done today only.
At evening i have made call to mr singh ji and checked about my car. I m shoked to here that he has not picked my car and no jod has been done yet

I m feelig as i m made fool from your service manager
Both my front tyre is damaged due to stearing problem.
Is these is the company policy that you change parts in 80 to 90 days
Now what should i do and who will pay for the damage done for delay in the job.
These type of behaviour will not be accepted.

This is Mr.Abbasali Datari. I had purchased a new I10 Grand Magna on 30th Apr 2017. At the time of delivery, it was clearly mentioned that there should be no default in the new car. Before 1 day of delivery, I personally came to your showroom and Mr. Shree had promised that the car will be in perfect condition. After delivery we have noticed that there are scratches on Car Bumper and Bonnet. After that many follow-ups I was personally gone to Workshop, then Singh Hyundai executive was change my car bonnet and Bumper. It was very unsatisfying experience with your Singh Hyundai agency.

Before 3 days I had submitted all documents related to RTO in RTO Dept, But still I have not received any updates from Singh Hyundai. Today I was call 4 times to Singh Hyundai and he was said me ”Concern person not available” What is this sir!!!

“Me itna pareshan ho gya hu isse achha to me MARUTI SWIFT VDI le leta”

Sir it is my humble request to please look into the matter personally and update me regarding the same.
