Clutch Issue with Creta

I own a creta. I have faced issue with its clutch. I was heading towards my destination and in middle of the my way it got stuck and suddenly its clutch was not working. I tried many times but failed then i manully pushed it back and started again. After 1 Km I had the same issue. Immediately i called hyundai service centre and asked them to take it to their centre.

I bought a new hyundai elite I20 on Nov 2014.From Era model I opted for Magna model for an extra expense of rs60, 000(sixty thousand) just for this music system and now that its 2yrs and 2 months old, my Music system has stopped working.They are charging 22000(twenty two thousand)and I have to bear around 9000 for no fault of mine. Payment for new purchase

I have just booked Hyundai a car for my father and when I went to make the payment the local store asked me to provide with a declaration that I am paying for my father and have no objection in making a payment. I queried this as I found this odd because I know no government regulation that requires me to do that. Aldíam Hyundai Makarpura Vadodara claims this is a requirement.
Not sure declaring this on a bit of paper has what relevance...

Rash and impatience driving
