Its to bring into your notice that myself is Shobh Nath Verma, and I purchased a new commercial vehicle DL-1ZB-0895 on date 06th March 2017 and vehicle details are below:

Issue Description -

Since purchasing of date, we are using this vehicle and found that since 13th March 2017, there started a loud sound from Vehicle's Engine. After this, we visited to your respective Showroom's person on date 15th March 2017 and your respective Engineers checked and till time, they are not able to rectify and solved this issue.
Now my vehicle is submitted to your respective agency since that day and I am loosing cost day by day as already I explained that this is commercial vehicle. So, for this, only your team is responsible. Agency details are below explained:
Sunrise Hyundai, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi 110092.

Now I am so dissatisfied with your current performance of your team. I would like to know also some points that
why should I bear loosing cost day by day? Why your team is not capable to resolve this? If they are unable to resolve this issue, then why are they not replacing this vehicle with an other vehicle?
Why should I wait more here?
Who will be pay my losses amount?

This is unacceptable at all.
I hope, my every words are very cleared, so loud and able to justify that what I am facing here.

Hence, I am requesting by heart to you, please take an action on highly immediate effect and resolve this on override zero.

    I went for Vehicle service on[protected] to Pawan Hyundai Ghaziabad which got damaged while service and they were not ready to take the ownership on it. I did not accept the vehicle and left the vehicle there after filing a complaint with Hyundai Ref[protected]. Workshop promised me a repair on the dent but I am sure it can never look as good as it was. Also, there is some damage on the plastic connected to the pillar below the windshield. I really don't understand how this will be repaired and how irresponsible anyone can be with someone else's property.

    Greeting Mr. Y K Koo,

    Apologies for wasting your time in a very small matter such as this but looking at the current structure of your company Hyundai motor works, it looks like you are the only one I can reach out as there is no other escalation point I am getting over public network.

    Let me give you an insight of what has happened here on the above mentioned complaint number[protected]. As a consumer of the product manufactured by your company is giving me the below issues which nobody is able to clarify, so I though who better than you to reach out.

    •The complaint was raised this sunday when I took my vehicle to Ghaziabad service center (Pawan Hyundai) for its second service. Firstly I was not given the customer copy of all the service items and damage on my vehicle. The vehicle completed everything within an hour after it was given for service but the service center waited for 3 hours (store closing time) just to clean it and they wanted me to move the vehicle out soon so I don't notice the damage done by them on my car's front Left hand side pillar. Once I noticed that I immediately went to the reception and grabbed the customer copy myself and that damage was not even listed there but the store was not ready at all to accept there mistake. This is when I registered my complaint with the service center who also fail to understand the severity of the problem and were telling me that I should do whatever I want with my vehicle. I tried to send the damage image to your customer service email address but it was coming as mailbox full (which I guess because of a lot o[censored]nhappy customer). Ashish (Service Manager)(Copied) for that store assured me that I should cancel my complaint and they will assist me with the damage by the next day. I was assured by your call center & service center that it should not be a problem for me but at the end it became one as even after the confirmation over an email from the service center I visited the store today with your call center connected on my phone and found my car still not ready for delivery. Also, the work done was not even satisfactory at any level. your call center guys are also GOOD FOR NOTHING as they did not even have my phone number in the first place to contact me and were assuring me for 2 days that I will receive a call back from your service department on this WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED TILL NOW and was promised by the call center that I will receive it by EOD Today. Your service center also confirmed that the vehicle will be ready today but no calls from there as well. Everyone is just hiding there faces on this. I hope your understand that a pillar damage decreases the value of the car in the market which I am worried about and what confirmation do I have that it wont affect the car's safety in any future incident.

    •I am also not sure how come a free service(second service) is chargeable @7000 Rs Approx. Is this really a free service?? even Ford which is considered to be expensive in terms of service costs 4500 only in there second service. Are you serious ?? 7000 with nothing extra and this is a so called free service. [[[Free labour + Wheel alignment - 495 (seriously?) + Wheel Balancing - 560(it takes 300 for both outside) + Oil change - 3420 (agreed) + C & R Air Filter - 400 (agreed) + Car Lubricant - 400 (an year old car requires it ??) + Consumable - 400 ( what is that ??) + Nitrogen - 125 ( did not even ask for it)]]] = 6030 + 15% = 6900 Approx (Are you serious??)

    •I also would like to know that demonetization was launched by our Honorable Prime Minister to promote digital payments and you service center should bear any cost for the transaction that is made by cards. This service center however charges 2% extra if you make payments by card. This is insane. I am paying extra already on which they are asking me more after damaging my vehicle.

    Also, Please note that even after waiting for more than 48 hours I did not receive a call from you CR dept. and you service center has already wasted my time twice now. Car of the year (NOT FOR ME). I know that I am on my own here and don't expect much from you also on this. But, please reach out to me on my cell to look out for information on this.

    my car no.TS 08 FD 4441 given for servicing at KUN HYUNDAI SERVICE CENTER. UPPAL. HYDERABAD.After completion servicing observed scratch marks back side under number plate. informed your service manager sri.NAVEEN NAIDU. Gives very bad, rash response, nocustomer respect, scratch mark not rectified.please take action against service manager and solve my problem. this is second time.

      I Bought Hyundai Grand i10 car in my hard earned money first time in my life without hesitating paid the amount. How the clutch plates can wear out at 45000 kms. Hyundai has the responsibility to sort out this problem immediately. This would be a way of successfully resolving my dispute without resorting to legal.

        Under periodic maintenance service (Pms) the oil of gear. Engine and brake of my car was changed vide r/o no-r[protected] dt 28/02/2017 by aakash deep hyudai. After running only 14 km oil started leaking as the work was not done properly. When i approached the service center to repair the oil leakage (R/o no-r[protected] dt 18/03/2017) they are charging rs1500/-.

        Thus i am penalised for the deficiency of service of aakash deep hyundai sambalpur

          Dear sir/ mam
          I am using hundai creta last seven months. This vechile presented by my brother to me. I drove 20000 km by this time and finished three services too. I was quite happy about the dealings all this time.
          But today i felt ashamed for choosing this vechile. During the third service itself i asked for some additional accessories. But unfortunately it was not with them and they assured they will do the needful. After a week they informed me the accessories are available and asked me to come there whenever i am able to make.
          Because of this assurance yesterday i phoned and informed that i will be coming today. I travelled more than 120 km only for the same. Before reaching there i again spoke over the phone. I reached by 2.10 pm. The service person attended and said wait for 10 minutes. After 30 minutes i called him again and his reply was 5 more minutes. Twice again i called reply was the same. By 3.25 pm l left the showroom/ service centre shimoga.

          I was very proud to be the owner of hundai vechile and recommended several persons to buy the same vechile. But today i felt ashamed for the same because of their poor assistance. Sorry to say these things.

          I buy a Grand i10 sportz at Nov- 16, but till today i didn't receive government offer 7000 cheque .. I dnt know whom will pay the dealer or the company?? Please solve my problem n gave me that offer Rs. 7000 cheque
          While delivery last week of my i20 they have taken ₹4922 for RTO as additional charges.but when I asked about RTO receipt they r giving me against accesories and not for RTO.
          I bought from Kothari Hyundai, Aundh Pune.

            I took delivery of a new I10 Grand Automatic on 1 March 2017 from Annanagar Chennai. ( TN01BB9193) I had registered a complaint that the wheel alignment was faulty and was asked to take it to the service station on Anna Salai Chennai. after an hour and a half of wait, they set right the car but had caused a dent on the left side. Repeated calls proved futile. Yesterday i received a call from[protected] asking for an appointment to meet me.I asked them to come today at 4 pm and no person has visited. There is again no response to my calls

              I had booked a Grand i-10 Sportz Automatic model with your dealer Shreenath Motors Pvt. Ltd. Thane Maharashtra, on 5th of Feb'17.I had already paid Rs 758000. I had availed Rs 700000 car loan from Central Bank Of India, they had deducted my 1st EMI also, even after the lapse of 40 days my car was not delivered, they require at least one more week.Please arrange to redress my grievance at the earliest.Or else ask them to cancel my deal & repay my amount along with interest .I being a senior citizen would request you to take up the matter through your good office instantly.

                Dear Sir / Madam,

                I had given my Grand i10 to mohol hyundai at cotton green in Mumbai for a technical problem with the starter and the air conditioner on 3rd March 2017. After keeping the vehicle for 3 days they called me to say that some parts have been tampered with. This just because it is under the 2 year warranty and they expect me to pay Rs.20000 for that part.

                Let me bring to your knowledge that we have cctv cameras in our society and this vehicle hardly moves out of my building. So either the service centre is lying or Neelam Automobiles in Dahisar (from whom I bought this car) or Modi hyundai (from whom I got the car serviced earlier) have tampered with the original parts.

                I called the sales person from Neelam Automobiles, Mr. Sanket from whom I have also purchased a hyundai xcent and apart from that given him 4 other customers who have bought vehicles from them. He told me to take the vehicle to the Borivili workshop. Now I do not have so much spare time to keep running with the vehicle to many places.

                I have been recommending Hyundai to a lot of people for the after sales services but this incident has made a huge dent in that respect.

                Again, I got a call today from Mr. siraj from Mohol today saying that their investigation is over and they have concluded that this part has either been tampered, broken or I have taken the vehicle in extremely deep water. When I asked him to give me this in writing he gave me some Mr. Desais number who doesn't answer the call.

                So the conclusion of this matter is that either I'm foolish to tamper with a part or break it knowing that my warranty will expire or I am a bigger fool to buy a hyundai vehicle and recommend it to others as well.

                I will not collect My car from your service centre and instead would be going all out in the press and social media about this incident apart from taking up the matter with the consumer court.

                  I purchased Elite I20 Asta crdi from Lakshmi Hyundai on January 2016.From day one there is a lag in pickup in 5th gear and giving less mileage and same has been reported several times and they tried some Ecu checks and some corrections but of no use .They are telling that it is a common problem with Elite as the gear ratio changed from 5th to 6th and engine not suits to six gear box. There is no competent and properly trained mechanic at Lakshmi Hyundai Rajahmundry to rectify my problem. The service people are more interested and keen to ask customers to give rating 10/10 whenever a call comes from Hyundai but they didn't have enough knowledge to attend small problems . My car details: Ap05DK 7578, Chassis number:MALBM51RLGM204300A, Engine Number: D4FCFM499790. I request Hyundai India to send some Engineer to attend my problem and get customer confidence .                     With ref to Above we have booked the vehicle on 10/2/17 (grand i10 era star dust 2017) but we regret to state that we have not received any feedback from your side in regard to delivery of the same as the same was booked under exchange scheme and we have handed over the old vehicle on 16/2/17 we are facing tremendous difficulties.
                    with ref to trailing mail as discussed with dealer the issue will be solved within 2/3 working days as i uderstand the matter has been taken with higher authorities.
                    if you are not in a position to do so than please arrange for refund of advance along with exchange amount of old car with interest and being such a reputed concern please maintain transparency in regard to delivery period and do not take customer for granted .

                      Dear concern,

                      I am a hyundai car use of I10 .

                      Recently my steering was creating problems and it malfunctioned to the level that i had to get it changed from your dealership in Faridabad, Haryana.

                      Further again after 6 months of steering replacement, I met with a new problem of malfunctioned MDPS device in my car and your dealer told me that it has to be changed and your EPS is not working.

                      I was driving on the road with a speed of more than 70 Kms per hour and suddenly it malfunctioned, It was my luck that i slowed down the car safely or I would be met with a major accident due to this.

                      Shame on the quality of your product, Highly unsatisfied.

                      My car is just 5 years old and has completed only 50000 kms.

                        Hi,
                        I bought hyundai creta in nov2015 and drove it to 9000km by sept 2016. One day suddeenly the gear assembly get jammed. I toyed the vehicle to sanjay hyundai, bosari, pune. To my surprise they said clutch plate is burned and will need replacement. Also it is not covered in warrently. I escalated it to hyundai customer care but the hyundai engineer also said it is because of driving condition and will not cover in warrenty. They replaced the clutch and charged me rs 12000. It took one week.
                        Now again i am seeing the clutch little hard. I am driving since last 15 yrs but with 3 vehicles but never seen this issue.
                        There is serious problem with hyundai creat clutch design.

                          I purchased your verna 3 years back. Since last 3 months my silencer pipe got damaged. I approached your nearest service centre- Neo Hyundai ( Hapa- Jamnagar). They are not responding properly & even they are not ready to response whether they are having silencer pipe or not. My car is idle since last 3 months. Now please tell why should purchase a car or recommend others to purchase a car whose service is not available. Next year I am going to purchase a car & I will make sure that I will not go for Verna. My car No- GJ10BG4836, it is in the name of M/s Tata Chemicals Ltd.
                          I have serviced my car in your service station Near Palampur baijnath road in aima hyundai.But the behaviour of the main man is not friendly and not giving proper attention...

                            It was a very pathetic service provided by Pawar Automobile Nashik by service staff Mr. Girish Pathade. He is so harsh to customer and does not pay attention to what customer needs. It took 2 weeks to deliver the Eon car in shabby condition. When I asked for the condition of car, he totally got angered, he mislead me regarding insurance claims. The job card no is R[protected], R[protected]. I put very bad remarks regarding it so that it should not be repeated. I met the owner also but he could not solved my problem. My car has got lot of scratches now due to Pawar Automobile. Very very pathetic service. Please reply to resolve the issue immediately.

                              Website: no website i am complaining about but the poor service by hyundai dealers

                              I exchanged my old car grand i10 magna manual 1.2 petrol in 2014, for a new grand i10 magna automatic 1.2ltrs in 2016. The old car estimated for 3.6 lacs. Loan outstanding as on date was 3.45lacs. Post which the ECS debit happened towards my car loan EMI for my old grand i10magna from the bank happened for 2 months since January Rs.7328 and Rs. 3111 during March respectively. Already the dealer kept the difference amount Rs. 15000 pending towards the old car exchange rate and the loan settlement ols. This additional EMIs debited by bank from my account totalling 7328+3111=10439 has to be given to me immediately. Hence the total pending amount with regard to my car exchange and new purchase comes to 15000+10439=25439 is pending from the dealer which is not yet been reverted back by the respective sales person or accounts person. As they continuously saying since january that the MD is on leave. This is harassing. and i borrowed money to pay for my downpayment also. i am awating for settlement since 3 months now so that i can pay my debts and i am paying interest for my debts taken for car purchase. Instead of cheating innocent customers like me, they can take my car for free and use it on charity from me and i will pay EMIs no problem. Hyundai may be poor but let me be rich by giving them alms.

                                I got elite i20 asta option model from V3 Hyundai, Chennai in the month of Oct 2015. For past 6 months am observing white colour patches on one of the alloy wheels. I reported this to V3 Hyundai dealer and Hyundai Motor plaza service centre, haven't got any response from them.

                                Service representative responded that it might be scratches, but sure it's not. Check the attached photo. I need an answer from Hyundai company.

                                    I own a creta. I have faced issue with its clutch. I was heading towards my destination and in middle of the my way it got stuck and suddenly its clutch was not working. I tried many times but failed then i manully pushed it back and started again. After 1 Km I had the same issue. Immediately i called hyundai service centre and asked them to take it to their centre.
                                    Now they are asking me the my clutch would replace.
                                    I request Hyundai India to take an action on this and assist me here.

                                    So i gave my car to Talwar Mobiles PVT. LTS.Seven Tombs Road, Shaikpet, Hyderabad - 500008, due to car heating problem. first they charged me for parts that wasnt necessary to change but the manager Satish and service manager Naveen were talking very rudely to me. I got my car back now but the attitude problem of staff shld be fixed.

                                      I Serviced my Hyundai I20 Elite motor vehicle on 7-Mar-2017 from your dealer MR Hyundai. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the problem is still not resolved. I asked them to resolve TWO main problem 1. Car making some noise 2. Engine doing misfiring/ Missing but both the problems are still unresolved even though they charged me for that (Bill attached). More over its now showing some engine problem indicator (Photo Attached) which was not showing before service.

                                      I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 12-Mar-2017, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the Consumer courts.
                                      I purchased my car on Dec 2008 .. Till date I ran only 42000Kms, suddenly my pick up is not good, so I went for Hyundai Service center they are saying engine need to replaced they estimate the cost are 25000. I hope everybody is facing this issue, Hyundai has to come up with the Clarification at the earliest
