I purchased Elite I20 Asta crdi from Lakshmi Hyundai on January 2016.From day one there is a lag in pickup in 5th gear and giving less mileage and same has been reported several times and they tried some Ecu checks and some corrections but of no use .They are telling that it is a common problem with Elite as the gear ratio changed from 5th to 6th and engine not suits to six gear box. There is no competent and properly trained mechanic at Lakshmi Hyundai Rajahmundry to rectify my problem. The service people are more interested and keen to ask customers to give rating 10/10 whenever a call comes from Hyundai but they didn't have enough knowledge to attend small problems . My car details: Ap05DK 7578, Chassis number:MALBM51RLGM204300A, Engine Number: D4FCFM499790. I request Hyundai India to send some Engineer to attend my problem and get customer confidence .     With ref to Above we have booked the vehicle on 10/2/17 (grand i10 era star dust 2017) but we regret to state that we have not received any feedback from your side in regard to delivery of the same as the same was booked under exchange scheme and we have handed over the old vehicle on 16/2/17 we are facing tremendous difficulties.
    with ref to trailing mail as discussed with dealer the issue will be solved within 2/3 working days as i uderstand the matter has been taken with higher authorities.
    if you are not in a position to do so than please arrange for refund of advance along with exchange amount of old car with interest and being such a reputed concern please maintain transparency in regard to delivery period and do not take customer for granted .

      Dear concern,

      I am a hyundai car use of I10 .

      Recently my steering was creating problems and it malfunctioned to the level that i had to get it changed from your dealership in Faridabad, Haryana.

      Further again after 6 months of steering replacement, I met with a new problem of malfunctioned MDPS device in my car and your dealer told me that it has to be changed and your EPS is not working.

      I was driving on the road with a speed of more than 70 Kms per hour and suddenly it malfunctioned, It was my luck that i slowed down the car safely or I would be met with a major accident due to this.

      Shame on the quality of your product, Highly unsatisfied.

      My car is just 5 years old and has completed only 50000 kms.

        Hi,
        I bought hyundai creta in nov2015 and drove it to 9000km by sept 2016. One day suddeenly the gear assembly get jammed. I toyed the vehicle to sanjay hyundai, bosari, pune. To my surprise they said clutch plate is burned and will need replacement. Also it is not covered in warrently. I escalated it to hyundai customer care but the hyundai engineer also said it is because of driving condition and will not cover in warrenty. They replaced the clutch and charged me rs 12000. It took one week.
        Now again i am seeing the clutch little hard. I am driving since last 15 yrs but with 3 vehicles but never seen this issue.
        There is serious problem with hyundai creat clutch design.

          I purchased your verna 3 years back. Since last 3 months my silencer pipe got damaged. I approached your nearest service centre- Neo Hyundai ( Hapa- Jamnagar). They are not responding properly & even they are not ready to response whether they are having silencer pipe or not. My car is idle since last 3 months. Now please tell why should purchase a car or recommend others to purchase a car whose service is not available. Next year I am going to purchase a car & I will make sure that I will not go for Verna. My car No- GJ10BG4836, it is in the name of M/s Tata Chemicals Ltd.
          I have serviced my car in your service station Near Palampur baijnath road in aima hyundai.But the behaviour of the main man is not friendly and not giving proper attention...

            It was a very pathetic service provided by Pawar Automobile Nashik by service staff Mr. Girish Pathade. He is so harsh to customer and does not pay attention to what customer needs. It took 2 weeks to deliver the Eon car in shabby condition. When I asked for the condition of car, he totally got angered, he mislead me regarding insurance claims. The job card no is R[protected], R[protected]. I put very bad remarks regarding it so that it should not be repeated. I met the owner also but he could not solved my problem. My car has got lot of scratches now due to Pawar Automobile. Very very pathetic service. Please reply to resolve the issue immediately.

              I exchanged my old car grand i10 magna manual 1.2 petrol in 2014, for a new grand i10 magna automatic 1.2ltrs in 2016. The old car estimated for 3.6 lacs. Loan outstanding as on date was 3.45lacs. Post which the ECS debit happened towards my car loan EMI for my old grand i10magna from the bank happened for 2 months since January Rs.7328 and Rs. 3111 during March respectively. Already the dealer kept the difference amount Rs. 15000 pending towards the old car exchange rate and the loan settlement ols. This additional EMIs debited by bank from my account totalling 7328+3111=10439 has to be given to me immediately. Hence the total pending amount with regard to my car exchange and new purchase comes to 15000+10439=25439 is pending from the dealer which is not yet been reverted back by the respective sales person or accounts person. As they continuously saying since january that the MD is on leave. This is harassing. and i borrowed money to pay for my downpayment also. i am awating for settlement since 3 months now so that i can pay my debts and i am paying interest for my debts taken for car purchase. Instead of cheating innocent customers like me, they can take my car for free and use it on charity from me and i will pay EMIs no problem. Hyundai may be poor but let me be rich by giving them alms.

                I got elite i20 asta option model from V3 Hyundai, Chennai in the month of Oct 2015. For past 6 months am observing white colour patches on one of the alloy wheels. I reported this to V3 Hyundai dealer and Hyundai Motor plaza service centre, haven't got any response from them.

                Service representative responded that it might be scratches, but sure it's not. Check the attached photo. I need an answer from Hyundai company.

                    I own a creta. I have faced issue with its clutch. I was heading towards my destination and in middle of the my way it got stuck and suddenly its clutch was not working. I tried many times but failed then i manully pushed it back and started again. After 1 Km I had the same issue. Immediately i called hyundai service centre and asked them to take it to their centre.
                    Now they are asking me the my clutch would replace.
                    I request Hyundai India to take an action on this and assist me here.

                    So i gave my car to Talwar Mobiles PVT. LTS.Seven Tombs Road, Shaikpet, Hyderabad - 500008, due to car heating problem. first they charged me for parts that wasnt necessary to change but the manager Satish and service manager Naveen were talking very rudely to me. I got my car back now but the attitude problem of staff shld be fixed.

                      I Serviced my Hyundai I20 Elite motor vehicle on 7-Mar-2017 from your dealer MR Hyundai. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the problem is still not resolved. I asked them to resolve TWO main problem 1. Car making some noise 2. Engine doing misfiring/ Missing but both the problems are still unresolved even though they charged me for that (Bill attached). More over its now showing some engine problem indicator (Photo Attached) which was not showing before service.

                      I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 12-Mar-2017, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the Consumer courts.
                      I purchased my car on Dec 2008 .. Till date I ran only 42000Kms, suddenly my pick up is not good, so I went for Hyundai Service center they are saying engine need to replaced they estimate the cost are 25000. I hope everybody is facing this issue, Hyundai has to come up with the Clarification at the earliest

                        I bought a new hyundai elite I20 on Nov 2014.From Era model I opted for Magna model for an extra expense of rs60, 000(sixty thousand) just for this music system and now that its 2yrs and 2 months old, my Music system has stopped working.They are charging 22000(twenty two thousand)and I have to bear around 9000 for no fault of mine. For this 9000 I can even get a better head unit from the market I suppose and of what quality its is if it cant even last for minimum 5 years(as u use it only while in car). What irritates me the most is the worst showroom experience, no response at all. This hell of experience started right from the day one I booked my car. Worst part is they themselves have signed in the RC book in place of owner signature at the time of registration which irritates me even today. Following them for last 3 days but no response . Its ARASU HYUNDAI in TRICHY . Will never buy a hyundai car hereafter. Worst. Atleast with this showroom. Showroom quality is equally important. Hope this reaches the concerned. By tomorrow if I dont get proper response from showroom then will have to contact HYUNDAI itself. Thank You . Thats KARMA for ditching my SWIFT for I20. Yes I was a proud owner of Maruti SWIFT. I miss my SWIFT.

                          1) 15 thousand cash back offer was not returned as it was said that offer is not for csd facility 2) 15 thousand govt employee benefit also was not retutned 3) 3year extended warranty is not given as it was assured. 4) colour what was booked not available on the given date 4)through csd 5000 more were charged as it was refunded after long correspondence

                              Looting of money by nirmal hyundai, noida.
                              Pocketing money with unfair means by nirmal hyundai noida.

                              I had take the delivery of creta 1.6vtvt sx+ on 2.2.2017 after payment of following amounts.
                              Booking of vehicle rs. 25000 through cheque
                              Payment through rtgs rs. 13, 50, 000
                              Payment through cheque in personal name of sales executive. Rs. 10, 000 (Kind of cash)
                              Payment of rs. 6000 cash for which i have not received the invoice so far.
                              Total amount paid rs. 13, 91, 000.
                              Delivery of vehicle taken on 2.2.2017, where as i had requested for delivery on 26.1.2017, but was informed that delivery may be taken on 2.2.2017 as the sales executive is busy or is out of station. Hence with no other alternative had take the delivery on 2.2.2017.
                              After a week while going through the invoices and debit notes given by nirmal hyundai i observed that i was excessively charged with following amount and no service or product or item provided against the same to me.
                              1. Car care kit rs. 3335
                              2. Fourth year extended warranty rs. 11270
                              3. Extra amount charged on account of insurance rs. 1952
                              These all above extra charged amount through unfair means from me were adjusted against cash payment of rs. 16000 as shown above (Rs. 10000 in personal name and rs. 6000 in cash).
                              Only after my raising the issue, nirmal hyundai started looking into the matter and after long persuasion they have replied as follows.
                              1. They do not give any car care kit and informed they will refund the amount.
                              2. They agreed to give me the fourth year extended warranty which was valid upto 30.11.2020 instead of 1.2.2021 (As delivery taken by me was on 2.2.2017) which i had to refuse as the same was in contradiction to the commitment given by nirmal hyundai.
                              3. After constant and long persuasion almost on daily basis, i was refunded with extra amount of rs. 1948 charged on account of insurance.
                              This is to bring to the notice of hyundai motors that had i not raised the issue of extra amount charged to me this money would have been eaten by nirmal hyundai. Can plesae hyndai motors inform me that the dealers so authorised by you are not properly scrutinised (By ethics and integrity) before they are apponited.
                              Are they allowed to earn the money from the customers by unfair means. Doesn't hyundai motors korea think this will ruine the image of the world wide reupted company.

                                Dear sir,

                                This is with reference to a complaint regarding the incompetent people in your Koncept hyudai okhla branch in new delhi

                                I sent my car for servicing and told the driver who had come for pick up to please tell the supervisor that there was something wrong with the way my car was driving. I explained to him that when I changed my gear and accelerated the car was missing.

                                The supervisor in about 40 mins called me and said yes I have driven the car but there is nothing wrong. I told him again to check, then he started asking me questions and concluded that there was a problem with the clutch. I asked him a couple of times if he was sure and he convinced me that the problem was with the clutch.

                                He then gave me an estimate of about 10k to change the same and said he takes guarantee for the same

                                I then consulted my husband who also spoke to him and told him what the problem was in the car

                                We decided to listen to the expert(mr anand, the supervisor)and said yes.

                                The next day I got my car which I drive till him, it missed once and I told my husband. Then I got busy shooting outdoors and my husband spoke to Mr Anand and told him that the problem was re-occurring.

                                After about 3 days when the car was really Inna bad condition I called up Mr Anand who said don't worry I'll send my technician to check the problem

                                Once the technician took a test drive with me, told me that ma'am clutch was never the problem. This problem is in lead 4 of the spark plug which he can fix in 5 mins

                                I was furious because a small problem like this could have been fixed in no time and 10 times cheaper. The clutch was never a problem and did not need to change at all.

                                After that I had multiple rounds of conversations with Mr Anand and Mr Atul, service manager who kept defending each other saying I'm at fault and I told them the problem and hence the clutch was changed

                                I want to ask you, If there is a problem with the car and I know the solution then why would I send it to you? I can fix it myself locally. Right?

                                Hyundai does not have this kind of reputation of making money off its clients and I urge you to look into this problem and be fair to clients who are dealing with incompetence at ur various outlets.

                                Strict action should be taken against Mr Anand and Mr Atul who also need to be taught some manners on how to talk to clients.

                                I paid a big bill for a small problem that did not cost even 500 rs

                                REGARDING KONCEPT HYUNDAI (okhla phase 1 new delhi) COMPLAINT :-

                                I got a Motor Insurance through Hyundai portal . Recently my car accident happened then when i went for insurance claim so insurance manager refuse to approved full claim, he just gave the reason of not justification of damage. After that i talked to the Koncept hyundai Insurance manager but hey didn't help either . So my motive is, be aware the such type of false promises or services . I am not saying all agencies is bad but the KONCEPT HYUNDAI is one of them. And I've had it twice.

                                Hyundai Motor company is spoiling the BRAND VALUE because of irresponsible employees.

                                  I have just booked Hyundai a car for my father and when I went to make the payment the local store asked me to provide with a declaration that I am paying for my father and have no objection in making a payment. I queried this as I found this odd because I know no government regulation that requires me to do that. Aldíam Hyundai Makarpura Vadodara claims this is a requirement.
                                  Not sure declaring this on a bit of paper has what relevance or is this a Hyundai requirement?

                                  I recently bought another car 4 weeks ago for my family and also a byke for my brother I have never been asked to make such a declaration.

                                    This is to inform you that I Sumir Johar resident of Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. I have purchased Hyundai Car I 10 in the month of Feb 2011 & I am doing regular service to my car from Hyundai Service Centre & sometime from First Choice . Now today when I had given my car for the service to Hans Hyundai Kirti Nagar, I came to know from the service engineer(Mr. Rajinder) that my car required the work of engine over hauling & the expenses would be Rs 50k approx. I am surprised because I am service class how can I spend such a big amount for the repairmen work. When I bough a car I was under the impression these car will not be issue in engine at least 2 lacs km but in case of my car it will be open in 90000km approx.

                                    I would request you please look in to this issue because such an huge expenses I cannot effort & I would request you to support in making minimising these expenses . I cannot effort such an expenses for the overhauling of my car . In the market people & myself always praise that Hyundai known for there quality & service. As a customer I would request you please support in such situation & repair my car with the help of any authorised service centre in a very minimal cost, so that I will manage my family also along with the car in the near future .

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I am writing to inform you that I have contacted customer care department many times concerning about my Creta special edition car kL28C4656.The car has had many problems since I bought it last September from mgf kottayam and I have to take it to the service center, [MGF VADAVATHOOR kottayam] several times each month. Nothing has been properly resolved so far.The car is having problems, such as the steering becomes difficult when driving. The warning light for abs and emergency break comes on when driving. I have been fed up with all of this since I bought it. I want this fixed, whether it's a new car or someone to fix everything that's wrong with this one.
                                      Every time they say that everything has been fixed and if anything happens they will send someone to take the car. They are just making fun o[censored]s. As a leading company, we will not tolerate such bad customer service. If your company can't do anything about these issues, we will file a case in court.
