We have a hyndai Creta car we had sent our car for an annual service appointment we were told that the brake pads and disc are worn out need to be replaced which costed us 11000 and rest everything was okk within two the car started giving problem we sent the car to the chunnabhatti hyndai service centre they said clutch plates need to be replaced which will cost 35000 how can a clutch plate get spoit in two days
Every time we send our car to this show room they come up with some issues and cheat us I need a complete explanation as the car is defective or the service centre people are trying to cheat us

Kindly in this matter on urgent basis

    Complaint Gear box shaft broken

    I10 Era 2008

    Today morning while going to office All of a sudden my car stopped, On check up mechanic told problem in gear box.
    On opening it is found that gears are ok but main gear shaft is broken.
    My two questions are, requesting for help
    A. how the shaft is broken ? Investigation needs at your end. As it is a very very rare case
    B. Shaft is not available as informed by Hundai show room people.
    May please help.
    Today evening I called at your CC talked to Sh. Vista . but he also could not help much.

      My name is Mr. Deepak Mahajan
      My car no. Is gj05jp3892
      I was purchased this car for my daily -150-200 km used
      I paid for eon era+ but I got only eon era
      As per sales person no difference between thease cars I explain him by seeing brochure it's central loacking different
      I informed about noise in car below of stearing side very next day but sales team from navjuvan motors navsari-gurat they ignore my complain
      At the time of my - 1st free service I logged complain for the same due to this reason they gave me car after 2 days but sorry to inform u problem was not resolved next day of delivery I again shown but they even not ready to except my complain
      So next 2nd service I given my car at surat service Centre with same noise issue
      They do service and return but problem was not resolved after so many visit to your service Centre at surat navjuvan motors they puts my car for almost 15-17 days and income me to use it may resolved they even don't confident but actually it was resolved I don't know what they do but noise issue resolved

      During those period my 3rd free service also done
      Now I am in paid service period
      I gave car for paid service with complain gear strutting issue as well as Ac calling issue I was charged for oil, Ac filter, greeting, some waxing on engineen, black pad (I am not registered complain for breaking as its working OK but hyndai people scared me about breack pad, due to secure side I was agreed), I was paid what amt they ask for, but I registered complain about Ac calling issue it's off after some time, after some days again I visit service center now last week they changed some radiator which cost around 2875.00 is was replaced and give me car without taking money and say if problem was resolved you have to pay I was agreed sorry but today Ac not working again I visits at service Centre and shown to your technical in charge as well Mr. Deepak they again inform me to leave car which I denied
      Dear sir/madam my car is not for trial and error work for your team or not for training purpose

      Now I am using and I will using this car without using Ac, gear changing issue( you can ask your driver mR. Deepak also. He checked issue is there, )

        Sir,
        I have given my I20 Reg No-DL1CP8760 for FCC(Free Car Care Clinic) on 7 APR 17 around 1200 HRS and promised delivery at 1630 HRS . At the time of delivery I found out following points and informed to Mr Devender (Service engineer)
        1)Car was not cleaned properly
        2)Bottom base of car was not cleaned
        3)My car's Front bumper was damaged
        4)My car's horn was not working properly after servicing

        After which I had to wait another 2and half hours to get my car ready. And when I gave a written complaint to Manager he responded with "Sir no body is going to read this complaint/Action it". By this time i got know that my complaint is not forwarded for futher actions.

        Eventually one of thier customer care executive called regarding feed back details of servicing done by them, when I explained her about the matter she said" Give me 10 mins I will come back to you". Till nobody has respondesd to my complaint so thereforeI decided to do it here.

          This is complaint for POTHENS HYUNDAI TRIVANDRUM from where I brought my Creta.i met with an accident and gave for bodyshop repair.At the time of giving vehicle it was informed to me that ur insurance is bumper to bumper and u will be charged 1400.They started their work without any further call/communication and when I went for delivery of vehicle they gave me bill of 6702.In between nothing informed to me dat u will be charged more.Now they are not delivering my vehicle and I am without my vehicle for last one month due to mismanagement created by pothens
          Complain to the company authorities and file a case in Consumer forum with All proofs.

          Also Get the bill and see what they had mentioned in charges and inform the insurance company in writing.

          If nothing works pursue the case in Consumer forum. But keep all communcaitions in writing. even if they call have that recorded

              I went for my car service Hyundai Accent at Berkeley Panchkula authorised dealer of Hyundai. However, i went out with a problem created by Berkeley which would cost me Rs. 10k. My right rear door window machine was damaged by them and their service advisor did not have the curtsey to say sorry. Car delivery time was 4:30 pm but was delivered @6:30 pm.
              Hyundai has associated with a dealer whose dealership was revoked by Maruti Suzuki overnight as they were doing fraud with Suzuki through their Panchkula dealership. I curse them for & pray to god for their downfall henceforth. May god teach a lesson to hyundai and Berkeley so that they are not able to do damage to any person.

                EON EPS Module Faulty

                I bought my Hyundai EON in October 2013. It's been 3 & half years. Yesterday (07th April 2017) suddenly my car's EPS system stopped working. Since then I need to run my car in Manual steering mode, which is very hard to maneuver and tough in driving.

                I bought creta 1.4 diesel on NOV 2 2016 from Capital Hyundai Noida Sec 63. i found issue with breaking system of Creta. When you press hard break on Creta at the speed 60-70, breaks vibrated and pushes leg as jerk.
                it is more risky when are we driving it on any under construntion road or any speed breaker

                At the time of service i asked service manager to check this but it is not fixed. Hyundai is putting my like in risk with this product they should took it back and gave me full money back

                  I am facing very hard by buying the hyundai i20 active in registration no. As01-bx 8938 (Chassis no. Malbm51blgm234128 & engine no. G4lagm980578 due to ac problem. Details are furnished below:
                  1. Five times i visited service centre for rectification ac of my car. As i have reported earlier in

                  I got back my car back on 01/04/2017 after 4 days for ac problem appears to be fixed for the time being (Albeit a lot of struggle) & said that ac pipes were block during manufacturing also charged me rs 700.
                  But they did nothing (Report enclosed) & the same problem created again on today (05/04/17) feeling there is no any cooling effect.

                  Hope look into the matter seriously.

                      I had booked a car on 29.02.2016 through Samrithi Hyundai Ambala given draft of Oriental Bank Of Commerce No.609436 Rs.714538/.Favouring CSD Public Fund A/C Main payable at Ambala.
                      The above draft has been paid on 25.03.2016 in the a/c of CSD Ambala Cantt but till date I have not received the car.I had written my particullar Ex Sgt Nagesh Dwivedi at the back of the draft.I am presently manager in Oriental Bank.When I enquired about the draft in my obc branch at Ambala Cantt noticed that some one has written Hav.Sheeshpal with pencil below my detail at the back of the draft.
                      I complained thrice to Area Manager CSD Ambala they tooked matter to Smrithi Hyundai but still car not delivered to me.
                      Sir kindly help me and do the needful so that I may be able to get the car.

                          Hi iam jeshwanth iam new to this auto. I went in kun hyundai showroom and booked for new car on 27th all the basic formalities like down payment, booking fee and documentation where done on 30th march and i used to get confirmation call from hyundai corporate team about my insurance policy, they failed too do. Now i got my vehicle which is on april 3rd 2017 when i check with executive he said i don't have b2b insured for my car. Why should i console myself for the mistake done by corporate team. I either need a backup for this / i need assistance on helping me during the service for the first 1year. Need an action on this.
                          I gave my car for some work and today i went to service centre and i saw my car is in very bad condition. dust is every where inside the car because my car is standing with oper windows . and now they are demanding me rupees 550 for washing my car. first they make it dirty and then demand for money

                            My Hyundai i10 car with Reg no: AP 09 BM 1035 while coming to road, steering became hard and surprised the car is moving hard. Called the Service person who taken the car to service station and informed that EPS failed and it is to be replaced with cost around Rs.30000/-

                            In our flats, nearly 40 car owners surprised to know about the EPS failure to car and some people said it is a common problem in case of Hyundai cars.

                            This is my first car and retired requesting company to replace as it is a technical issue. car mileage is 10320 purchased in first batch of launching i10. my contact number is [protected]

                            response received within minutes, from said to be from Company with mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] advising me to give the details of debit card to solve the problem without any cost. ATM card details are said to be required to collect Rs.20/- being the cost of complaint. This one more experience people coming in the name of Company.

                              I am using this car as my personal car. On 2/3/17 the a/c stopped working and only fan is working. Today i have given the car to mody hyundai, bhandup for checkup. They informed that the cooling coil is is leaking and oil and gas is leaking from compressor. The bill is approx rs 9000-00. This cannot happen unless the quality of material is substandard.
                              This happened just after warranty period is over. I-20 being your star model this type of quality issues should not happen. I was using getz for 8 years prior to this vehicle and i have not faced such issues earlier. I wonder whether your quality has detoriarated. After the dealer has done the work i will send invoice copy. Being a loyal customer i expect this money to be reimbursed.

                                  I bought i10 magna from Samara Hyundai commerical register number to get it attached with ola/Uber.
                                  I got my car serviced 3 times by dream Hyundai which is in Ghaziabad n Everytime I told them about the Cng missing, average n check light issue and right indicator not working.
                                  Now few days back Cng was leaking so much and I called on the toll free no. To get it towed to the service centre that is in​mayapuri Samara Hyundai service station New Delhi.
                                  They said that technical issue has been resolved n for the Cng part u have to go okhla Cng service station which I did
                                  In the very first meeting at okhla Cng cev service station I told them to fix it properly as this car is for the commerical use n don't have​much time to keep on coming at your service center.
                                  I have been to okhla service center many times and still the same problem is going on that is Cng missing and average, leakage part was fixed at the first time.
                                  Today on 3rd April when I was driving the car in the morning, Everytime I apply brakes, the power cuts down automatically and after few minutes battery indication popped up n within few minutes EPS indication popped up and car stopped automatically in between the road where it was not taking self to start.
                                  I tried to call on the toll free number to get it towed bit that number was not working which is unexpected.
                                  Finally someone came who helped me to push the car to get it parked aside so that traffic can move smoothly and then he checked my car and he found that relay part is damage so I got a new relay from the market and get it fix but after few hours same problem peraist, then finally I parked my car at home
                                  At the first incidence Cng service center people said that spark plugs are damaged and u have to get it changed from the service center which I did.
                                  Problem was not resolved for Cng then I went again to okhla Cng service center and again they said 1number spark plug and spark wire is damage and get it changed which I did, then it was running smooth on Cng but average was dip down
                                  My car use to run approx 130-140km in full cylinder of gas but after fixation part the average was dip down to 60km only in 1 cylinder,
                                  I again went to okhla for the check up and they said we fixed it up
                                  I bought a new car from you guys for the commercial use and if this car is full of techniCal issues then am not ready to take it anymore
                                  Am pissed off now by visiting to the service centre and the Cng service station all the time. Within a month.
                                  I want my car to be working in a proper condition and I will not listen to any damn excuses of the service station people anymore.
                                  I own 3 Hyundai cars in total but am not at all satisfy with the commercial I bought.
                                  I want to get it fix because within a month this 5th time am getting parts changed as it is getting damage continuously day by day.
                                  I would request to Hyundai senior authorities to take action and do the needful ASAP

                                    My vehicle no. Is DL 3C AL 5804. I handed over my vehicle to silicon hyundai for service purpose. Everything was alright in my car as inspected by the supervisor there. The car was expected to be delivered a day after. The next day when i got the delivery of my car, i rode it around 10 kms and i observed a burning smell from the car. i didn't complaint it in the company on the same day as it was late in the evening and the service center was almost closed. But on the next day, when i took my car for a ride, i just rode it for 10 kms and the car got heated and alot of smoke was coming out from it and along with that coolant was also getting leaked from the car. I waited for 30 min. And then filled water in the car's coolant tunel. Then i started my car and after driving for around 15 mins, i faced the same prob. again. I did the same thing to make my car work. Somehow i managed to reach my destinated place. The problem occured several times in between. I complained about it in the service centre on the same day and after checking the car, they put a blame on me that i have put the car somewhere in the jerk and broke the coolant pipe. The are completely putting the blame on me and give me an estimate of 6k for the repair. The matter isn't about money but they have done the problem to my car and then putting the blame on me to accept it as my fault and incur the expense to make my car work. The problem is done by the staffs in the company. Now they are not accepting their fault in the service. I hope for the proper cooperation. I've attached the detail of the work done in my car.

DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) 399, Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600035, India, Dealer Executive Mr. Jeyaguru. P. (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Sales Consultant, Mobile no.[protected], on13.03.2017. He given me all Original accessories mentioned below along with the Car Price at Rs.655000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty Five Thosuand only) for the Nov – 2016 Model,

                                      1. Bumper to Bumper Insurance,
                                      2. 3rd year Extended warranty,
                                      3. 7.1touch Screen music player with reverse parking camera & GPS Navigator, (Sony Make)
                                      4. Leather Seat Covers for all the Seat,
                                      5. Under-body Coating,
                                      6. 3d Floor Mats,
                                      7. Mudflaps, and
                                      8. Full Car Cover,
                                      For the Above Mentioned accessories and offer made by the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive Mr. Jeyaguru. P. (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Sales Consultant, I have Booked November Month – 2016 model I20 Car Hyundai in all at Rs.6, 55, 000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty Five Thousand only) with inclusive of above mentioned accessories.
                                      I paid your Executive Mr. Jeyaguru. P.Mobile no.[protected], for Rs.5000/-
                                      (Rupees Five Thousand Only) by cash on on 13.03.2017 as a confirmations of
                                      advance booking, the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive Mr. Jeyaguru. P. has taken Blank Sign in all the applications Forms and documents, also given me assurance that he will provide me above mentioned accessories.

                                      On 20.03.2017, I have mailed to the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive Sr. Manager – Finance, Mr. Rajan. P, at [protected]@gmail.com, and also to GM & CRM mail id’s [protected]@dschyundai.com, [protected]@dschyundai.com, that I have booked the I20 Car Hyundai with the Sales Consultant Mr. Jeyaguru.P. also mentioned about the above mentioned accessories commitments.

                                      Later after some time receipt of my mail on 20.03.2017 by the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive Sr. Manager – Finance, Mr. Rajan. P, at [protected]@gmail.com, Reply for the payment and later I made the balance payment to the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive Mr. Vijay Kumar.M, Mobile no.[protected], for Rs.650, 000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) by Cheque no.87, Cheque Dated 21.03.2017, in favour of DSC motor Pvt Ltd, In all total Amount for Rs.6, 55, 000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty five thousand only) paid Full amount and there is no balance from my side.

                                      On 21.03.2017, I have received mailed from the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive Executive Sr. Manager – Finance, Mr. Rajan. P, at [protected]@gmail.com for the receipt of full payment.

                                      Later after some time received mail on 21.03.2017, from the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive Sales Consultant Mr. Jeyaguru.P for RTO Process required document and the same I have replied & send the documents for the same.

                                      On 23.03.2017, the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive Sales Consultant Mr. Jeyaguru.P, Came to my office requesting for Original Passport and 5 Photos and I given him the Original Passport No. J8086722, I ask him for the Original Receipt he said me that he forget at office and the same he executed a LETTER O[censored]NDERTAKING on behalf of M/s. DSC MOTOR PVT LTD., represented by him as Sales Consultant, Mr. Jeyaguru.P. states that company will fulfill all the commitments for the above mentioned Original accessories with the Warranty and the Receipt of my mail from [protected]@gmail.com.

                                      On 24.03.2017, I Received Call from the dealer (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) Executive that I have to pay extra for the above mentioned accessories.

                                      Staff at this dealership (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) is very irresponsible. While selling they make all false commitments and after taking money from buyer they just do not bother.

                                      I was promised that the accessories will be provided at the time of delivery later now they telling me to pay extra for the accessories,

                                      I feel that this dealership (M/s. DSC Motor Pvt Ltd) entire people with wrong commitments and when the buyer makes payment they then take the buyer for granted. I feel cheated
