Poor Customer Service

Manipulating & substandard service

Service poor

DSC Hyundai salaigramam Chennai Tamilnadu. In the fallowing service center i have gaved my hyundai Creta for basic service here service is some what satisfactory but not good because while i take my car from service center after finished my servicing the look of car is very nasty fully of hand marks and shades of wiping with dirty cloth..

Poor eyewash first service

After first service car was delivered on 23rd March by 11 am and I was shocked to find that that the car was delivered with more dust that when it was sent for servicing. there were oil and other stain smudges on the painted and glass areas, fine white and brown dust on the doors and bumpers. Hyundai Creta engine noise

I purchased Hyundai Creta automatic top end diesel on 2nd March 2017. Its bot even been a month and the car is making horrible engine noise from 1st to 3rd gears. The noise is very much audible inside the cabin. Also sometimes there is a squeaking noise in the gearbox. I took the car to service center and they were unable to help or resolve any of my problems. I will never buy a Hyundai nor I would suggest a Hyundai car to anyone....
