Respected sir/madam,

My name is shaik haseen basha, i approched saboo hyundai to purchase commercial vehicle. The agent who spoke with me is mr. C. Pavan. He said that it is bumper to bumper insurance. I said ok for that and proceeded. I purchased hyundai xcent car in saboo hyundai at tirumalgheery, my vehicle reg no is ts10ua7293, they said they will provide 10000rs accessories but they provided an ordinary seat covers, local mats and body cover., after calling n no. Of times they replaced ordinary seat covers, their service is very poor,...
Recently my car met with an accident, when i claimed my insurance i came to know that the insurance coverage of my car is only 50%... Still now i dint received my edr amount too... What type of service the saboo hyundai is providing to customers? I am very disappointed by their service..
So, please help me...in resolving my edr issue and about my bumper to bumper insurance...

    Respected sir/madam,
    I am facing very hard by buying the hyundai i20 active in registration no. As01-bx 8938 (Chassis no. Malbm51blgm234128 & engine no. G4lagm980578 due to ac problem. Details are furnished below:
    1. After purchasing of the car (Purchase date 30/03/2016), on 27/06/2016 feels that ac cooling was less & the car brought to service centre (Saraighat hyundai, guwahati-781013) & the kept the car for three days (Repair order enclosed). They also said that on trial basis gas refilled.
    Few days later, again ac cooling problem created. Due to some domestic problem i could not brought the car to the service centre.
    2. Second servicing of the car was done on 12/03/2017 and at that time ac problem noticed to the service centre, but they simply measuring the temperature in the vent dashboard said that ac is okay.
    3. I did not accept the ac okay then they asked me for trial run on 14/03/2017. Accordingly i brought the car to the service centre for trial run. Before trial run the probe of the temperature gauge hold inside the dashboard vent. After running approx 10 kms on free road the temp comes to 12.50c & while returns to the service centre the temp increased to 170c. The said trial run was given by authorised driver/mechanic of service centre. They asked me to keep the car also said that they will call while it becomes okay and i did the same (Copy enclosed).
    4. After taking the delivery of the car (On 16/03/17 morning), one noisy sound comes from the dashboard. Again the car brought to the service centre 16/03/17 (An) & delivery was given on 17/03/2017.
    5. There is no any cooling effect in my car, again the car brought to the service centre on 27/03/2017 and big&highly qualified service engineer of said service centre kept the car for further diagnosis (Copy enclosed). Till now the car is lying in service centre.
    Now, i am going to say that is the above mentioned procedure for harassing the customer by the service centre to diagnosis/rectification within warranty period. Is they are waiting for expiry of the warranty? Hope look into the matter seriously.

    My Hyundai i20 Active in “Registration No. AS01-BX 8938” (VIN : MALBM51BLGM234128) has been giving AC cooling problem. Hyundai officials unable to detect the cause or address the problem after repeated check-up. Several correspondences made with the M/s Saraighat Hyundai Service Centre, Guwahati-14; Hyundai CRservice & Hyundai Complaint also visited Service Centre several times for rectification AC system. Each and every time they kept the car 3 to 4 days in Service Centre unnecessary i.e. without diagnosis. Lastly i withdrawn the car on 01/04/2017 from Service Centre as per their advice and they charged charged me Rs 700/- though car in warranty period. Again the car handed over to Service Centre on 08/04/2017 & car sitting there since. Service Centre making me fools each time. Since HMIL is unable to permanently solve the problem I would like to request replacement of the car or full refund.

      I lost my keys of santro car on 18/02/17. Autoweb hyundai 38 rama rd moti ngr n.d. advised me to take my at their workshop for making duplicate keys. Despite several efforts they were failed to execute the job work and escalated the repair cost from 1000/ to 15000/. Several complaint lodged in this connection but company is protecting the culprits. Every documents shall be provided to you if demanded.         DSC Hyundai salaigramam Chennai Tamilnadu. In the fallowing service center i have gaved my hyundai Creta for basic service here service is some what satisfactory but not good because while i take my car from service center after finished my servicing the look of car is very nasty fully of hand marks and shades of wiping with dirty cloth..
        Dhasboards cleaning is total waste cars floor mat is not cleaned also full interior is very poor in cleaning...

          After first service car was delivered on 23rd March by 11 am and I was shocked to find that that the car was delivered with more dust that when it was sent for servicing. there were oil and other stain smudges on the painted and glass areas, fine white and brown dust on the doors and bumpers. Wet mud marks on the lower panel of left rear door, White Pegion droppings still visible on the roof top, door gaps, Under the front Hood no cleaning was done. there was black oil and grease marks all over the visible painted parts. Brown dust in layers on the bottom ends of Wiper and the metal mesh near the hood.I think even the basic air pressure cleaning was not done, forget about water wash. This was brought to the notice of the two staff who delivered the car at my house.

          Inside the car, all the plastic parts were wiped with some oil/wax it seems and was shining un-naturally. Why does a one month old car need wax/oil coating of all the plastic parts I wonder.Without proper dusting, vaccume cleaning of dust, the wax/oil coat has been applied and now the residual dust cannot be removed.
          I will now be forced to go for steam wash of the insides to remove dust coated wax/oil layer. When I pointed out this, Your caller has no responce..

          The service center manager atFPL is more interested in selling other services against payment and is least interested in carrying out the mandatory check list as per standard procedure available for the first Service . No reply from your local service dealer FPPL Hyundai, Chennai as on date.
          I had taken my car at morbi service centre, they could not find the problem for two days, and they are charging me 3500.00 rs

              I purchased Hyundai Creta automatic top end diesel on 2nd March 2017. Its bot even been a month and the car is making horrible engine noise from 1st to 3rd gears. The noise is very much audible inside the cabin. Also sometimes there is a squeaking noise in the gearbox. I took the car to service center and they were unable to help or resolve any of my problems. I will never buy a Hyundai nor I would suggest a Hyundai car to anyone.

                I would like to bring your attention to an unsatisfactory experience i had at your product and service center (Chandra hyundai, kavundampalayam, coimbatore-641030) this is the fifth mail i have been sending for this problem but no one called me till to date.

                On 04.05.2015 i bought i20 active tn37 ck 4000 from chandra hyundai 651, avinashi road, p. N. Palayam, coimbatore 641037. This is not our first car in hyundai, we already have 3 cars

                This is our fourth car. Since your product as well as your service was good, i have been your loyal customer for many years. But now i’m unsatisfied with your product and service.

                From the beginning there was a problem in car air conditioning and there was a hard vibration in my car. For the past one year moisture is formed in head light during rainy season so the brightness has been reduced. And for past 6 months i’m facing the problem with brake also.
                My car is in service station for the last 15 days, till now they have not solved the problems in my car. I have been using my car for my day today business but for the last 15 days due to unavailability of my car i am facing rs 50000 loss every day. Today (24/03/2017) i went to the service station and asked the service manager mr. Suresh kumar about my car he said that he has rectified headlight and ac problem, and they where not able to study the problem in the break, after fifteen days the are saying such irresponsible reply. So, i have decided to purchase a new car from volkswagen tomorrow (25/03/2017), i don’t want the defective product (I20 active) from hyundai, i need the cost of i20active to be returned to me within 24hours, if not i am ready to face the problem legally. Iam very clear in my decision that iam not going to take the car back from service station.

                  I am a hyundai car use of I10.

                  Recently my steering was creating problems and it malfunctioned to the level that i had to get it changed from your dealership in Faridabad, Haryana.

                  Further again after 6 months of steering replacement, I met with a new problem of malfunctioned MDPS device in my car and your dealer told me that it has to be changed and your EPS is not working.

                  I was driving on the road with a speed of more than 70 Kms per hour and suddenly it malfunctioned, It was my luck that i slowed down the car safely or I would have met with a major accident due to this.

                  Shame on the quality of your product, Highly unsatisfied.

                  My car is just 5 years old and has completed only 50000 kms and i have got my tyres, my battery (twice), my clutch plate, my power steering already changed and MDPS is the new device i have to replace.

                    My vehicle met with accident on 30th jan & have given my vehicle to sas hynday alambagh lucknow for repairing, the day survey wad done since then body shop manager was pushing us to accept total loss case because he gave estimate of 1.5 lakh (Though total loss case was above 75% of idv) this vehicle is insured (Zero dep) with icici lumbard through hyundai dealership only, then i communicated with insurance company directly & made them agree for repairing after lot of hassle.

                    I took almost 2 month in vehicle repairing despite so many follow up & personal visit, vehicle was made ready on 18th march, by now i am getting feeling of collusion between insurance company rep & body shop manager because when i went to take possession of vehicle i was asked to pay inr 30000 as a liability which i took up with body shop manager & insurance company then they offered me to pay inr 22067, still i am negotiating with them but all i wan there is to communicate to hyundai that in case any part of car is changed or part which has been billed but now changed then i will keep hyundai responsible for the same
                    Because now i am getting feel of intentional holding up my car for so long & in case of any part change or duplicate part use, i will take this up with consumer forum & hyundai higher management.
                    All i want here is to inform incident & in case of any unpleasant situation in future this communication can be referred.

                      First incidence - Called sales executive and told interested in i10 hyundai car petrol since we dont use enough.
                      Associate was least bothered to hear my requirement got a diesel car when i asked him the same he says i am sorry i was not the one on phone but recognize it was him. The diff is gear system for dieself reverse gear is located in diff position compared to petroli which even was not explained to me.
                      The second incidence about seat covers which he states there is no option but when i came back next day the seat executive states we so have options.
                      The third incidence i exchanged the car at showrrom with i20 asta option high end vtvt where the insurance came to picture which was given free of charge along with some accessories like seat cover but trust me did not explain there was some word like nirlip insurance that is bumper to bumper 0 depreciation.
                      When i got to know recently when my car met with accident about nirlip i asked saboo owner who said executive should tell it is part of their incentive and executive also states he has told about it.
                      But i seriously dont think he was serious about it and also told will speak to executive and the future generali insurance people on the same and see what beat can be done but did not see anything spoken to insurance people.
                      The name of the person who screwed our happiness is Vinod and now his manager also supports him stating the vinod explained about insurance all wrong they cannot play with the lives of customer taking and thinking understanding they were ignorant about the cars and insurance.
                      The insurance form sent to us does not has sign done by my wife it is written name and cover note was not explained.
                      When we came to know and asked the agent he says my father who is an elderly person is lying and mocking at him which is a bad behaviour.
                      I want some action taken and expect call from saboo on the same.

                        Below is the issue that I faced from one of your Dealer (VTJ Hyundai - Kakkanad)

                        We had an Inquiry about Hyundai Elite I20 Sportz 1.2 Petrol Variant. They were providing me offers and we were discussing on the same. While discussing he said the Cut mat includes the Dicky mat and when we were about to finalize the offer he said that cut mat does not includes Dicky Mat. We asked the representative that "Just now you said that Dicky mat will be included and now you are saying no".

                        So we lost the credibility of the dealership as we are not at the back of SO CALLED FREEBIE... So we said we will look for some other dealer and get back to them..For that he said "Don't We have any other Work spending time this much time". That too it was so rude.

                        I was thinking to switch the Dealer only because of the reliability and Credibility of that particular dealer. If he changes the word within minutes of what he said actually how will one trust the dealer.

                        Please advise your dealers to behave properly with the Customers we are not behind you for your freebies.. If this is the case sure i will not recommend Hyundai to any of my Friends or any one.

                        Request you to let me know what would be the action taken for my complaint.

                        For God Sake I saved my Hard Earned Money by opting not to buy your vehicle.

                          I purchased an Eon car (petrol), in the name of my daughter, in Feb.2015, from Navjivan, Surat. After some time, the car began to give vibrations and noise. During each servicing, it was pointed out to Navjivan, but some how, the problem persisted and gradually increased. Now the condition is that, you feel like driving an old diesel car. I again approached Navjivan, Surat, and their technical person took a test drive, and requested me to leave the car for due check up and repairing. But the problem with the car continued. Navjivan again requested me to leave the car at the service station, for repairing. But this too yielded no results. Then me along with their manager, took a trial on another Eon of 2016 make, which was found to be very smooth. Again he asked me to keep my car for a day, for probable rectification. Evening the car was sent back to me, but the problem in the car has not been solved. It appears that this particular piece(car), has some inherent defect, which looks like beyond any repairs.

                            I gone to Libra Hyundai for my vehicle service(Hyundai I20) and I have asked them for touch at some places but they told me that paint is not available right now in workshop and you can come after two three days for this purpose and after the days I again went to workshop for touch up and again they told me the same story. I am very surprised to hear all these things from a reputed companies workshop and I feel this mail will help me as well as you to rectify the things at your end.

                              I had issue in my I20 car that its getting stop and some other issue also, i went to Express Hyundai sholinallur chennai and they suggested that we can repair the card and cost would be 13000rs same i agreed, as i was going to left Chennai so i request to do it on priority, i came to Mumbai and second day again same issue, i again went to Hyundai service center to get it checked and they mention that again ECU card having issue and then i suggested to replace, i inform to express hyundai Team Ravi about this that job was not done properly and its pure fraud with customer that you not repair the card and i want my money back but i got statement that we cant do anything.

                              Please help me to get my money back else i am force to go consumer court.

                                I lost my keys of santro car. Auto web hyundai suggested me to take my car at their workshop for making duplicate keys but sorry to say they failed to execute the work in every corner and inflated the tentative repair cost from 1000/- to 15000/-. Job card also over write by supervisor and payment rs 1810/- recd forcefully for the work which was not done by them. The case pertains to concealing the facts/looting/escalation of cost/misbehaving/changing the documents. Earlier the complaint was lodged on 21/02/17 no matter sorted out. Any information will be submitted to u with evidence at ur want.

                                  i have seen that my cars both front door repainted & damaged inside of cover & speaker wiring socket cuts etc.
                                  Also i saw that some drill on door speaker fitting area

                                  i have also attached pictures that i taken before accessories fitments

                                  above all damages on my car before delivery taken

                                  i am sure that down town motors has changed parts before delivery & fitment damaged parts in my car.

                                    I gave my car i-10 for repairs (due to accident) to Godawari Motors at Moga on 18.02.2017. Despite promise to deliver car after 20 days, till date car has not been repaired. When I visited on 15.03.2017 they told that some parts are not available whereas they were saying that car will be repaired by 11.03.2017. They assured me again to get the car repaired by 19.03.2017 but when contacted telephonically on 20.03.2017, they are still saying that parts are not available and we are not sure how much time it will take. I am serving as Manager in State Bank of India posted at Chandigarh where I need vehicle for commuting from residence to office.

                                      Issue Description -

                                      Since purchasing of date, we are using this vehicle and found that since 13th March 2017, there started a loud sound from Vehicle's Engine. After this, we visited to your respective Showroom's person on date 15th March 2017 and your respective Engineers checked and till time, they are not able to rectify and solved this issue.
                                      Now my vehicle is submitted to your respective agency since that day and I am loosing cost day by day as already I explained that this is commercial vehicle. So, for this, only your team is responsible. Agency details are below explained:
                                      Sunrise Hyundai, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi 110092.

                                      Now I am so dissatisfied with your current performance of your team. I would like to know also some points that
                                      why should I bear loosing cost day by day? Why your team is not capable to resolve this? If they are unable to resolve this issue, then why are they not replacing this vehicle with an other vehicle?
                                      Why should I wait more here?
                                      Who will be pay my losses amount?

                                      This is unacceptable at all.

                                        I went for Vehicle service on[protected] to Pawan Hyundai Ghaziabad which got damaged while service and they were not ready to take the ownership on it. I did not accept the vehicle and left the vehicle there after filing a complaint with Hyundai Ref[protected]. Workshop promised me a repair on the dent but I am sure it can never look as good as it was. Also, there is some damage on the plastic connected to the pillar below the windshield. I really don't understand how this will be repaired and how irresponsible anyone can be with someone else's property.

                                        Greeting Mr. Y K Koo,

                                        Apologies for wasting your time in a very small matter such as this but looking at the current structure of your company Hyundai motor works, it looks like you are the only one I can reach out as there is no other escalation point I am getting over public network.

                                        Let me give you an insight of what has happened here on the above mentioned complaint number[protected]. As a consumer of the product manufactured by your company is giving me the below issues which nobody is able to clarify, so I though who better than you to reach out.

                                        •The complaint was raised this sunday when I took my vehicle to Ghaziabad service center (Pawan Hyundai) for its second service. Firstly I was not given the customer copy of all the service items and damage on my vehicle. The vehicle completed everything within an hour after it was given for service but the service center waited for 3 hours (store closing time) just to clean it and they wanted me to move the vehicle out soon so I don't notice the damage done by them on my car's front Left hand side pillar. Once I noticed that I immediately went to the reception and grabbed the customer copy myself and that damage was not even listed there but the store was not ready at all to accept there mistake. This is when I registered my complaint with the service center who also fail to understand the severity of the problem and were telling me that I should do whatever I want with my vehicle. I tried to send the damage image to your customer service email address but it was coming as mailbox full (which I guess because of a lot o[censored]nhappy customer). Ashish (Service Manager)(Copied) for that store assured me that I should cancel my complaint and they will assist me with the damage by the next day. I was assured by your call center & service center that it should not be a problem for me but at the end it became one as even after the confirmation over an email from the service center I visited the store today with your call center connected on my phone and found my car still not ready for delivery. Also, the work done was not even satisfactory at any level. your call center guys are also GOOD FOR NOTHING as they did not even have my phone number in the first place to contact me and were assuring me for 2 days that I will receive a call back from your service department on this WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED TILL NOW and was promised by the call center that I will receive it by EOD Today. Your service center also confirmed that the vehicle will be ready today but no calls from there as well. Everyone is just hiding there faces on this. I hope your understand that a pillar damage decreases the value of the car in the market which I am worried about and what confirmation do I have that it wont affect the car's safety in any future incident.

                                        •I am also not sure how come a free service(second service) is chargeable @7000 Rs Approx. Is this really a free service?? even Ford which is considered to be expensive in terms of service costs 4500 only in there second service. Are you serious ?? 7000 with nothing extra and this is a so called free service. [[[Free labour + Wheel alignment - 495 (seriously?) + Wheel Balancing - 560(it takes 300 for both outside) + Oil change - 3420 (agreed) + C & R Air Filter - 400 (agreed) + Car Lubricant - 400 (an year old car requires it ??) + Consumable - 400 ( what is that ??) + Nitrogen - 125 ( did not even ask for it)]]] = 6030 + 15% = 6900 Approx (Are you serious??)

                                        •I also would like to know that demonetization was launched by our Honorable Prime Minister to promote digital payments and you service center should bear any cost for the transaction that is made by cards. This service center however charges 2% extra if you make payments by card. This is insane. I am paying extra already on which they are asking me more after damaging my vehicle.

                                        Also, Please note that even after waiting for more than 48 hours I did not receive a call from you CR dept. and you service center has already wasted my time twice now. Car of the year (NOT FOR ME). I know that I am on my own here and don't expect much from you also on this. But, please reach out to me on my cell to look out for information on this.
