I serviced my i20 car (PB10DV 1559) on 8-4-2017 from Park Hyundai, Sangrur. Engine oil is changed during service. Engine oil drainage nut is not completely tide during service. Tommorrow when I used my car find oil level indication on dash borad and find oil leakage from engine. Find lot of spilled oil on ground where I parked my car. Know the reason of this indication from manual. Now my car is at Longowal, which is 30 km from service center i.e. Park Hyndai. As per manual not to drive the car.
Please look in the matter & solve my problem.

    I bought xcent crdi plus abs in november 2015 from plot #375,
    Phase-01,
    Industrial area,
    Panchkula,
    Haryana - 134001. After 2 weeks hyundai called me to get car free seat cover. So, i asked them to get these seat covers fixed up on seats. They did that but after i left hyundai showroom and went back to my home next day when i sat down on driver seat i started hearing sounds like some metal piece is broken inside my seat. I again took my car to nearest dealer berkeley automobiles
    Kalka, haryana they took both front seats out and tighten all nuts even they did oiling as well and they checked twice. And after doing check still, we heard that sound so they suggested me to take my car to phase-01,
    Industrial area,
    Panchkula, next day i took my car there and they said that we need to do a check and you need to leave your car for at least 2 days. I said how can i go to my office. I asked them that already your denter or mechanic he already check twice and still they are not doing anything. I asked them to change this driver seat. It's been more than 1 year that they are not giving any resolution.

      This is harish dholpuriya i am from jaipur rajasthan i purchase a car (Hyundai eon) (Morani motors jaipur) for texi purpase on 12 apr 2017 but still i didnt get paper of my car which is pending at morani motars and now one executive (Bharti) says me (Humne apko pahle ni bataya ki texi number ki gadi me 10-15 din ka time lagta h or ye bat mujhe bhi kal pata chali h) then i said you are a sale executive and u nt know how much time u need to complate paper kindly check and told them about formltz period
      I would request to u please arramge my car paper on urgent basis coz i purches for earning not to be stand at my home still i dnt get number plate

      Myself Sumit . I have purchased i20 in 2015 it's in under warranty. I went to prestige Hyundai to check my clutch. My clutch is tight but it's working fine. Prestige Hyundai refused toh check my clutch and make it easy to use.

        This is regarding my Hyundai GETZ bearing Reg. No HR51S6197. I have given this car for service at Capital Hyundai Sector 63 noida. I have opted for pick/drop from Gaur city noida. I said to adviser Deepak Rawat that there is no problem in the car and routine service is required.Car was delivered same day in the evening.

        As this was long weekend so I drived the car on 19th April. I have noticed that clutch is getting free and I was not able to change the gear.So I called the executive / Manager Deepak Rawat/ Mukesh Rana and explained them that there was no problem before service and why the problem appear after service. They take me car and does not give any job card/slip for the reference. They picked the car at 10:00am and up to 3:00 pm they did not tell me what is the problem and at 03:00pm Deepak called me that both the cylinder are not working well so need to be replaced and it will cost around 10000/- rupees. I request them that it was working perfect before service so it is not possible that both cylinder start making problem at the same time. I suggest them to check creating pressure by manually pushing the clutch paddle, but they refused.

        So I requested them to deliver my car so I will fix this problem in another service center. They said we can not deliver the car. I made more than 15 to 20 calls to the manager, but every time he said that driver is on the way and will reach in 5 minutes. I waited from 03:00 pm to 5:45 pm, after that I visited the service center and found that car was there and the manager was making fool of me. I have signed the required document and share my comments in the job card. You need to check those comments.

        Finally I went to local service center. He checked and found both the cylinders are OK and tried to make pressure by manually pushing the clutch paddle and problem was resolved.He charged me only 400/- rupees.So you can compare your adviser/Manager /mechanic with the local service center mechanic, he was loyal and very friendly. I am using my Hyundai GETZ car from last ten years. I keep on servicing at Sunrise Hyundai parpargunj, without any problem and staff was very friendly and co-operative. However my experience with Capital Hyundai service center is

        Both the persons where:

        -Very unprofessional

        --Extremely unknowledgable

        --Very rude in talking

        --I was totally unsatisfied with the service

        --They tried to cheat the people.

        --Without check the car after service, the car was delivered without checking.

        I suggest proper action should be taken so that they do not cheat others.

          Hi team,

          This is to register a complaint pertaining to the local “car tyres” which you guys have provided with a brand new hyundai car.

          To tell you in detail, i bought a new car yesterday dated april 17, 2017 (Monday) from orion hyundai and didn’t have to check the “car tyres” knowing the fact that it must be of a well-known brand and everything.

          I was completely taken aback when i actually noticed that the car tyres were unbranded, a brand that i have never heard a name of. This was really shocking because i never had to write an email such as this to hyundai for such a tiny thing.

          To let you know, this is my 3rd purchase from hyundai and the experience had been world class until this happened to me.

          I would really appreciate if you call me and discuss this over the phone urgently. Thanks.

            Hyundai othorised Service center has charged out side change rs 800 which was not justified.it should be justify that what work done outside. After parts replacement/service car should be smooth running, but no change in car smoothness.Ac works normally but after the work car cooling should be more than previous. Some parts which were required I ask to service adviser to replace them and he gave a estimate of rs 8000 but estimate increase up to rs 15000 thousand, parts which to need to change were same .I am not satisfied now . Last time my car serviced at same service center and I was fully satisfied with work and replacement of the parts.allmost problem resolved, but now problems which were before the service are remaining same. so please go with the estimate and replace those parts which are required to be change according to costumer not as service center and their Will. I have paid Rs.15000/- but problem becoming same.it should be resolve as the changing of parts. Unhappy
            Hyundai eon car. Car having some manufacturing defect in front wheel alignment ...my cars tyre goes within 25000 kms only.i was complaint in showroom but they didn't help mi.(ketan hudai, yavatmal and nagpur )so please kindly take some action as possible.

              Hello, My name is Saket Moradiya from Rajkot (Gujarat)
              i was travelling to Junagadh near by 15th of March, 2017 and my car suddenly not stop acceleratoring.. speed was going to reduce. I visited Shiv Hyundai which is held on Junagadh. They checked My car for 3 hours and Did not Find any problems after that they check for test drive and Damage of my car from Behind. They didn't hav Licence also.. and when I asked for that Damaged they are Blaming on Me and for 3 hours check my car they took 500 rs Service charge from Me.

              I really disappointed from Hyundai. Worst Service ever. I booked verna car before this incident and Cancelled after that behavior from Hyundai Staff.

              I requested to Repair my damaged car and return of My Money.

                My car was under service in V3 Hyundai for LPG blockage issue from 29th March 2017 Onwards.
                Service Advisor name : Sathish ([protected])

                First two days he analyzed my car and he come up with a proposed solution for the issue on 31st March 2017. He suggested to change “Air Mixture”.
                But the item is recently changed for the same issue. The cost will be around 9000 Rs. For the same issue I changed this during last time service (Nov 2016), So I said the particular item is already changed recently, So I Asked him to check for the warranty.

                After that whenever I asked for the Car Service Status, He said that, “We are working on it, You will get delivered by tomorrow”. The same status I will get each and every time.

                After a Two weeks later, He found a new solution for the same issue. He suggest to change the “Switch controller”. It will cost around 17K.

                How many solutions your team will have for the same issue. The entire Kit will be less than the proposed solutions.
                If your mechanics are not able to find the exact solution for the issue, Then really they are trained?

                If Switch controller is the exact solution for the problem then, Why they changed the Air mixture last time & This time also your mechanics are suggested the same solutions for the same initially. Since the “Mechanical Part” is recently changed and it is under warranty, They found a new defective item.

                So now suggesting to change the new item which is not in warranty will cost around 17k. If this is the real defective item, then why I paid around 9k for Air Mixture Change.

                Either the mechanics working in V3 Hyundai doesn’t have enough training to identify & fix the issues, Or they are trying to achieve their monthly target amount.
                My assumptions, Irrespective of the issues and the corresponding fixes, They are working for their monthly targets, So they are suggesting the customers to change the items, Which is really not required to change to achieve their targets or Their experts not enough trained to find the issues and solutions.

                During Nov 2016, V3 Hyundai charged around Rs. 1, 45, 000 for the accident service
                Dec 2106, Rs. 16K for general service
                I am not sure how much I have to pay for this time.

                Please check about this issues and let me know the solutions for this.

                since 8days. still show attitude and false comment.
                kindly contact mukesh hyndai service centre.
                Still I am facing the same kind of issue. After multiple visits too.

                  Am overhelmed with your responses and call back from customer service with a well written draft. Please stop all this non-sense. This is 8th time am posting my concern in this forum, still no response from your end. Is this the way the hyundai work? No response not at all bother to respond and refund the amount to a customer. Do you still think will i be purchasing a hyundai car in my lifetime? Just let me know will you refund or not?

                    I went Hyundai service centre on 6th April (vehicle number DL10CD9962)
                    I am totally unsatisfied with their servicing
                    Firstly I had not not received my car on due date and time and also lost my one goggle there
                    While my complaint no one ready to answer on the same
                    I except at least proper response on this as Hyundai is big car company

                    Please help to get the issue resolution asap

                    Currently service centre team are saying that there are 20-25 person in service centre hence anyone of team can take it and not possible to trace them
                    How can this possible that such huge service centre there were no CCTV footage was there

                      I am using your manufactured Verna 1.6 I met with an accident last week and many parts of my engine got damaged including fuse box, batteries entire wiring which is to be replaced and the car got damaged from front in a bad manner and currently lying in workshop but i am unable to understand that if you as company charge premium for Air Bag model and when we met accident that premium paid for safety is not covered in vehicle now please do let me know if my death would have happended at time of accident what responsibiltiy ur company has. I think this is a big issue and it should be raised to media for your non-quality product sales in India kindly confirm the way that your company is serving the issue on priority or else i would be forced to take necessary leagal and meida action against your brand.

                      I was provided a false commitment by the finance executive of Sanjay Hyundai, Wakdewadi. The associate committed an interest rate of 8.75% and I got a letter from the bank stating that I have to pay an interest rate of 9.25%.

                        We have a hyndai Creta car we had sent our car for an annual service appointment we were told that the brake pads and disc are worn out need to be replaced which costed us 11000 and rest everything was okk within two the car started giving problem we sent the car to the chunnabhatti hyndai service centre they said clutch plates need to be replaced which will cost 35000 how can a clutch plate get spoit in two days
                        Every time we send our car to this show room they come up with some issues and cheat us I need a complete explanation as the car is defective or the service centre people are trying to cheat us

                        Kindly in this matter on urgent basis

                          Complaint Gear box shaft broken

                          Today morning while going to office All of a sudden my car stopped, On check up mechanic told problem in gear box.
                          On opening it is found that gears are ok but main gear shaft is broken.
                          My two questions are, requesting for help
                          A. how the shaft is broken ? Investigation needs at your end. As it is a very very rare case
                          B. Shaft is not available as informed by Hundai show room people.
                          May please help.
                          Today evening I called at your CC talked to Sh. Vista . but he also could not help much.

                            I was purchased this car for my daily -150-200 km used
                            I paid for eon era+ but I got only eon era
                            As per sales person no difference between thease cars I explain him by seeing brochure it's central loacking different
                            I informed about noise in car below of stearing side very next day but sales team from navjuvan motors navsari-gurat they ignore my complain
                            At the time of my - 1st free service I logged complain for the same due to this reason they gave me car after 2 days but sorry to inform u problem was not resolved next day of delivery I again shown but they even not ready to except my complain
                            So next 2nd service I given my car at surat service Centre with same noise issue
                            They do service and return but problem was not resolved after so many visit to your service Centre at surat navjuvan motors they puts my car for almost 15-17 days and income me to use it may resolved they even don't confident but actually it was resolved I don't know what they do but noise issue resolved

                            During those period my 3rd free service also done
                            Now I am in paid service period
                            I gave car for paid service with complain gear strutting issue as well as Ac calling issue I was charged for oil, Ac filter, greeting, some waxing on engineen, black pad (I am not registered complain for breaking as its working OK but hyndai people scared me about breack pad, due to secure side I was agreed), I was paid what amt they ask for, but I registered complain about Ac calling issue it's off after some time, after some days again I visit service center now last week they changed some radiator which cost around 2875.00 is was replaced and give me car without taking money and say if problem was resolved you have to pay I was agreed sorry but today Ac not working again I visits at service Centre and shown to your technical in charge as well Mr. Deepak they again inform me to leave car which I denied
                            Dear sir/madam my car is not for trial and error work for your team or not for training purpose

                            Now I am using and I will using this car without using Ac, gear changing issue( you can ask your driver mR. Deepak also. He checked issue is there, )

                              Sir,
                              I have given my I20 Reg No-DL1CP8760 for FCC(Free Car Care Clinic) on 7 APR 17 around 1200 HRS and promised delivery at 1630 HRS . At the time of delivery I found out following points and informed to Mr Devender (Service engineer)
                              1)Car was not cleaned properly
                              2)Bottom base of car was not cleaned
                              3)My car's Front bumper was damaged
                              4)My car's horn was not working properly after servicing

                              After which I had to wait another 2and half hours to get my car ready. And when I gave a written complaint to Manager he responded with "Sir no body is going to read this complaint/Action it". By this time i got know that my complaint is not forwarded for futher actions.

                              Eventually one of thier customer care executive called regarding feed back details of servicing done by them, when I explained her about the matter she said" Give me 10 mins I will come back to you". Till nobody has respondesd to my complaint so thereforeI decided to do it here.

                                This is complaint for POTHENS HYUNDAI TRIVANDRUM from where I brought my Creta.i met with an accident and gave for bodyshop repair.At the time of giving vehicle it was informed to me that ur insurance is bumper to bumper and u will be charged 1400.They started their work without any further call/communication and when I went for delivery of vehicle they gave me bill of 6702.In between nothing informed to me dat u will be charged more.Now they are not delivering my vehicle and I am without my vehicle for last one month due to mismanagement created by pothens
                                Complain to the company authorities and file a case in Consumer forum with All proofs.

                                Also Get the bill and see what they had mentioned in charges and inform the insurance company in writing.

                                If nothing works pursue the case in Consumer forum. But keep all communcaitions in writing. even if they call have that recorded

                                    I went for my car service Hyundai Accent at Berkeley Panchkula authorised dealer of Hyundai. However, i went out with a problem created by Berkeley which would cost me Rs. 10k.                                     Hyundai has associated with a dealer whose dealership was revoked by Maruti Suzuki overnight as they were doing fraud with Suzuki through their Panchkula dealership. I curse them for & pray to god for their downfall henceforth. May god teach a lesson to hyundai and Berkeley so that they are not able to do damage to any person.

                                    I went for my car service Hyundai Accent at Berkeley Panchkula authorised dealer of Hyundai. However, i went out with a problem created by Berkeley which would cost me Rs. 10k.                                       I bought creta 1.4 diesel on NOV 2 2016 from Capital Hyundai Noida Sec 63. i found issue with breaking system of Creta. When you press hard break on Creta at the speed 60-70, breaks vibrated and pushes leg as jerk.
                                      it is more risky when are we driving it on any under construntion road or any speed breaker

                                      At the time of service i asked service manager to check this but it is not fixed. Hyundai is putting my like in risk with this product they should took it back and gave me full money back
