      Dear Sir,
      I purchased Hyundai Creta sx petrol car on 15th December 2021 from AM Hyundai Motors Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir in the name of my wife & till date I am either requesting RSA or visiting service centres frequently for its starting problem. The battery goes totally dead after almost every 2 months. The service centre once changed the battery which ran for almost nine months & again same problem started. The service centre engineers are unable to diagnose the problem & they simply charge the battery & return the vehicle. The car lies more in service centres than it is with me which is really a harassment after spending huge amounts. The engineers in the Jammu service centre are perhaps not educated/experienced enough to diagnose the fault in my car. They simply beat about the bush & keep on experimenting on my car. I request the company to either deploy some trained/experienced engineer who could at least detect the fault or get my vehicle replaced. I also request the company to give me some alternative car till the fault in my car is corrected so that I can run my day to day activities smoothly. An early action in this regard shall be highly solicited.

        Dear Sir,
        I bought Hyuandi Creta sx Petrol in December 2021 and till now I have almost visited the service centres 20 or more times and also got RSA for more than 5 to 6 times. The vehicle is giving me continuous trouble since its purchase. The new vehicle started giving me trouble just after 3 to 4 months of its purchase, I had to take RSA or to contact service centres regularly till then. The battery of the vehicle was replaced once by the service centre & it ran effectively for 9 months and again the battery is being drained after every 2 months. The vehicle is still in the service centre for the last 5 days & they are unable to diagnose the problem & giving me useless explanations. Today morning they have again sent the Battery to get it charged & checked because the battery was totally dead. I think the vehicle has some manufacturing glitch which is beyond service station's detection expertise & needs to be addressed at higher levels. I request you to either engage some expert from outside to guide the engineers in the service station here at Jammu or otherwise get my car replaced.

          I bought Hyundai Creta sx in December 2021 and till date I am either visiting service stations or RSA. Every time when I have to attend some urgency the car doesn't starts. The service centre in Jammu perhaps is unable to diagnose the problem. I request you to either get my car replaced or send some experienced engineer to get my car repaired. Every time the service centre is just experimenting they are unable to detect the fault. My daughter's wedding is in next month and I am busy with the repair of car. If my problem is not addressed within days I shall be left with no other option except to approach consumer court for justice.

            Paint peel off in Creta

            I am from Bangalore and have 7 year old White Creta. Am shocked to see the paint peeling off from the boot door (Refer photographs). It appears that there must have been some quality issue in this batch of cars. I am advised to repaint the whole vehicle for consistent shade. Why should I spend so much money on a 7 year old Car?...

            Clutch and gears getting stuck.

            Horrible service. Bad attitude of employees (who refused to provide any unique identifier, I.E. no professional accountability), including Ashish Rana. This business writes fake positive reviews with masked IP addresses. Repairs were not done in a timely manner (two months ago, when we dealt with them ), and were of shoddy quality. We were refused legally entitled receipts for our payments. Estimates were not provided in writing inspite of requesting for it. Unprofessional organization. We were victimized with unwarranted harassment by employees (on a "power trip"), threatened with vindictive reprisal if we voiced complaints against this business. We suggest that one should stay away from this poor- quality organization.

              Dear hyundai,
              I visited the Kota hyundai workshop on[protected] for repair of my ac knob, which was explained to me as broken by the service personnel approximately 6 months back. So I paid some advanced for the spare part to book the part. On[protected] I left my car for replacement. After completing the repair work the replaced part was handed over to me along with the package.
              It is of extreme shock to me that the part which was replaced is absolutely fine and the replaced new knob is still not working.
              The price charged by the workshop is also more than the MRP even after booking the part 6 months back.
              I am extremely disappointed by the service of the hyundai workshop as fake repair was done by the workshop and over charging from the customer.

Your team gave a word that gave a delivery at 23 October 2023 now they says we not able to gave a delivery so this is not right for These moment. Your team gave a word and not completing so we are not satisfied your service, we think that Suzuki service is good than yours .
                Now they says that chassi no not yet given so there will be delay for delivery so please help us for that moment.

                    I recently serviced my car Creta TN10BS3789 for the second free service in Ekkaduthangal HMP.

                    Gave a car at 8.45Am on 12.10.2023 and requested for
                    1.2nd free service
                    2.Oil change
                    3.Wiper blade change
                    4.Exterior Polish
                    5.Wheel Alignment
                    6.Wheel Balancing

                    The advisor Mr.Janaki Raman.S [protected] promised and gave a TAT of 2.00Pm for delivery and am also waiting in the waiting area from the morning, but he doesn't even care about the delivery time..., He lethargically roaming here and there and he not event seeing the status of the vehicle till 3.00Pm.
                    Then I personally kept on tracking the vehicle for washing, polishing like an ADVISOR and it went off at 4.30Pm, Then I complained to the floor manager and she asked for 20 minutes time for delivery but she also took Abscond time till 6.00Pm.

                    Then I complained to Hyundai customer care and they called Monika mam (Service Manager) in a conference call and she forced me to revoke the complaint and told she will rectify the issue and deliver.

                    In the conversation i said, i won't come to this showroom HMP anymore for that ""She Told that... You have no other go you have to come here only ."""

                    She convinced me., Asked my name and I mentioned clearly that "I am only maintaining this car and it's in company Name and I want to claim it and she delivers the car at 7.00Pm.

                    Yesterday morning (13.10.2023) @ 10.30AM i checked the car but
                    """ the Wiper Blade not changed and not even Advisor r Manager intimated about the Wiper""... after i called and asked the Advisor said there was NO STOCK, and called the Monika mam and she said sorry, and will arrange for it and will send the Price of the Wiperblade in 10 mits.

                    And once I handover the bill to my accounts dpt only i noticed that the Bill is in my NAME. Since, your People Frustrated and gave a Delivery "I was Unable to Think and Check anything once i requested monika mam, she asked for the RC copy. Then I conveyed the call to my accounts manager. She gave a "" Corrected Bill in the name of my company" and She knows that I am a Driver of the Car.

                    MAY I KNOW, , ARE you People ANSWERABLE TO THE OWNER ALONE...
                    I am Maintaining the car, I know about the car and I have to take care of the car and I Am Responsible for the car. I took the car for service and you frustrated me. SO, I have all the rights to question you and you have to answer me.

                    If she have a authority to change the bill Name "" which ALREADY its in Company name "" why she asked RC copy to me and why she forced me for the RC copy but she convinced wit my Manager. After he questioned "" Did u ask for the RC copy before service???

                    1. for Free service your Advisor and Team took 9.5Hours which is not at all acceptable and frustrated my whole DAY and MIND on 12.10.2023.
                    2. NO proper response from the Manager till now at 1.30Pm (14.10.2023)regarding the wiper price even after several follow ups.since, the Reason is I am Just a Driver
                    3. NO Wheel alignment report copy shared ( till now i don't even ask... even though i ask you won't support us).

                    Great Service, Great Employees and Great Response...

                    Till today(16.14.2023) @ 9.00Am there is no Reply from monika mam for the cost of Wiper Blade.

                    Then., I visited the HMP Ekkaduthangal Showroom @ 9.00AM and Changed the Blade directly.

                    No words to say about your Hyundai Service. Such a very BAD experiance.

                      I have purchased many products as car from this company and suggest more people about good company and their products. But I have one complain about their staff manager as Swechchha bhattacharya (CRM) and Team leader as priyanka (CRE). Both of her behavior is very bad and dismanner. She has no sense how to conversation and behave with client.. I was very ashamed and upset with her behavior.. Pls do action for it.. And guide them she is not all in all.. She has been appointed to service for public and client not to misbehaving with them... Respect them and be polite with public

                        @hyundaiindia my new car was delivered on 16th july with registration number ( MH03EF4449 ).due to accidental damage Urea tank was damaged and car was taken to the service centre on 4 august.Still part is in the back order.2 months now.Part is not available with hyundai mobbis.service centre just giving dates for the part.

                          I bought top model manual alcazar from Joshi hyundai mohali in dec 2022. During July 2023 heavy rain it got water damaged. Since then it's been 3 months and car is lying in the service center as they don't have the parts. There is no clarity by when the parts will come. No one has a clue as to when we will get the car back. I am paying all emis on time even when I don't have the car. Very poor service and harrassment faced. I spoke to the AM also but no resolution as of now. My first hyundai car and I am not recommending hyundai to anyone now. Really bad experience. Latest car parts they don't have. Also, the spoke to insurance themselves without involving us.
                          Can I have an update on my complaint ?

                            Santro risky jerky movement & pop sound

                            Hi All,

                            Please treat this as an escalation.

                            We have a Santro bought in Mar 2021.

                            Issue: When we start the car, movement is very limited with jerks. It kind of almost stops even when we are stepping on the accelerator. After driving for a distance there is a pop sound that comes up as well. This makes it risky when there are other vehicles & while overtaking.

                            My vehicle is a Hyundai I20 - TN22CL 9882 at a FPLF workshop for repairing water leakage into the cabin, during rain. Now my car is at your workshop at 22, Thiruneermalai Main Road, Abdul Kalam Nagar, Shiva Shankar Nagar, Nagalkeni, Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600044, India.
                            Since 9th of Sep 2023.

                            Please refer to the estimation repair quoted by the FPL service centre.

                            Water leakage due to Fire panel issue and the same to be replaced .Keep talking to your FPL workshop, everyday telling parts are not available.

                            Spoke to your customer service Delhi also Tel [protected], Mrs Indu on . She replied, escalating the case of the Factory manager.
                            Spoke to Customer service Mr Aditya also.

                            Can you deploy a responsible person to work with your service centre and also dispatch necessary parts to repair accordingly.

                            Please note that Pioneer customers drive 120 very proudly on the Road.

                              Hope you are doing well

                              I owned Hyundai Alcazar since last 2 years and I have been facing issues with the headlight in night driving from the beginning

                              I have reached out to Showroom and company contact support team for this issue but they have never provided me any solution also there are solutions available in the market but if I do anything from the outside then it will damage my warranty,

                              I would like to request you to take this issue seriously with the urgent care as it is very dangerous to drive on night with the poor headlights
