I am customer of this company.. I am from Delhi laxmi nagar. I am a chartered accountant and sub-advisor of financial department of Delhi government..
I have purchased many products as car from this company and suggest more people about good company and their products. But I have one complain about their staff manager as Swechchha bhattacharya (CRM) and Team leader as priyanka (CRE). Both of her behavior is very bad and dismanner. She has no sense how to conversation and behave with client.. I was very ashamed and upset with her behavior.. Pls do action for it.. And guide them she is not all in all.. She has been appointed to service for public and client not to misbehaving with them... Respect them and be polite with public

    @hyundaiindia my new car was delivered on 16th july with registration number ( MH03EF4449 ).due to accidental damage Urea tank was damaged and car was taken to the service centre on 4 august.Still part is in the back order.2 months now.Part is not available with hyundai mobbis.service centre just giving dates for the part.

      I bought top model manual alcazar from Joshi hyundai mohali in dec 2022. During July 2023 heavy rain it got water damaged. Since then it's been 3 months and car is lying in the service center as they don't have the parts. There is no clarity by when the parts will come. No one has a clue as to when we will get the car back. I am paying all emis on time even when I don't have the car. Very poor service and harrassment faced. I spoke to the AM also but no resolution as of now. My first hyundai car and I am not recommending hyundai to anyone now. Really bad experience. Latest car parts they don't have. Also, the spoke to insurance themselves without involving us.
      Can I have an update on my complaint ?

        Santro risky jerky movement & pop sound

        Hi All,

        Please treat this as an escalation.

        We have a Santro bought in Mar 2021.

        Issue: When we start the car, movement is very limited with jerks. It kind of almost stops even when we are stepping on the accelerator. After driving for a distance there is a pop sound that comes up as well. This makes it risky when there are other vehicles & while overtaking.

        My vehicle is a Hyundai I20 - TN22CL 9882 at a FPLF workshop for repairing water leakage into the cabin, during rain. Now my car is at your workshop at 22, Thiruneermalai Main Road, Abdul Kalam Nagar, Shiva Shankar Nagar, Nagalkeni, Chromepet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600044, India.
        Since 9th of Sep 2023.

        Please refer to the estimation repair quoted by the FPL service centre.

        Water leakage due to Fire panel issue and the same to be replaced .Keep talking to your FPL workshop, everyday telling parts are not available.

        Spoke to your customer service Delhi also Tel [protected], Mrs Indu on . She replied, escalating the case of the Factory manager.
        Spoke to Customer service Mr Aditya also.

        Can you deploy a responsible person to work with your service centre and also dispatch necessary parts to repair accordingly.

        Please note that Pioneer customers drive 120 very proudly on the Road.

          I owned Hyundai Alcazar since last 2 years and I have been facing issues with the headlight in night driving from the beginning

          I have reached out to Showroom and company contact support team for this issue but they have never provided me any solution also there are solutions available in the market but if I do anything from the outside then it will damage my warranty,

          I would like to request you to take this issue seriously with the urgent care as it is very dangerous to drive on night with the poor headlights

            I had given my car (UP-16-BJ-8972) for regular service on 16th Sep & same day car was delivered. I had paid service cost amount of Rs. 8663 via Credit Card before delivery only.

            When I received my car, I observed that my car AC wasn’t working & at the same time I had informed my service manager & person came for delivering the car. They had accepted that AC was not working hence they took the car back from my residence on 17th Sep 2023. The entire day went by, and they could not understand the issue why my AC wasn’t working. I had tried following up via WhatsApp wherein my service advisory called back to me late evening around 6 PM mentioning that some AC switch is not working hence I reached out to GM service Mr. Karun wherein he had mentioned that all cost pertaining to repair will be borne by Capital Hyundai & my car will be delivered by Monday i.e. 18th Sep by 1 PM.

            My car wasn’t delivered on 18th Sep hence I again reached out to them Via WhatsApp group around 3.20 PM then I got a call from Mr. Karun around 4.30 PM stating that my AC compressor needs to be replaced & I will have to bear the cost which is 23, 200 Part Cost and labor cost 1500 +GST. Really? Why should I pay for this?

            My only question to them was if my Car AC was working when I had given for service then why should I bear the cost above when the damage /negligence is done by Capital Hyundai. They made the mistake, accepted it as well, said they will bear the cost, then again went back on their words and out of nowhere they are mentioning that they will not repair my car AC, later in the evening Karun had mentioned that they can bear 20% of the cost & labour will be free of cost. Is this some kind of joke? Is this how you people behave with customers? Is this professionalism.

            As a customer when I had given my car for service and at that time my CAR AC was working fine & when I had received my CAR my AC wasn’t working then why should I bear the cost when the damage /negligence is done by Capital Hyundai, they should repair my car & handover the same on priority.

            I would need your help to get my car back in proper working condition, I need to visit my office regularly hence additional expense of Taxi which I am incurring at present.

            Pls help me with proper resolution at the earliest.

                I recently purchased a car from Hyundai Motors. I've been recieving scam calls since from "holiday companies". First I got a call from one "Caribbean Holiday International" and now I got a call from a company that apparently is tied up with Mahindra. It is just pathetic that Hyundai Motors shares it's customer data to these third party scamsters. I hope they check their company for data leaks or are held accountable for these confidential data leaks.

                    Sir,

                    I, Sivaparvathy. S, the registered vehicle owner of Hyundai Venue 1.2 kappa MT.5 model motor car bearing registration number KL-01k55958. On 20 july 2023 I brought my above-mentioned car to your service centre at Popular Hyundai - Kazhakkoottam for periodical and for other allied services and repairs.

                    My actual need/ complaint was to repaint the patch works in certain areas namely the front bumper and bonnet of my car as there were small scratches here and it is pertinent to note that I was all along ready and willing to meet the expenses for the very same even without claiming my Insurance claim (policy no:[protected]) as it was only a minor work and that I will be able to reserve my no claim policy as well. But because of the representations made by your executive, I was compelled to get the works done by claiming my insurance because of the representations made by your executive. The representations and promise made by your executive was to such an effect that the front bonnet should be completely painted as whole afresh instead of repainting the small scratch affected area, so for that reason the front bonnet will have to be removed from the car to get it painted effectively and therefore it will incur more cost and instead of repainting the scratches in the front bumper it should be replaced with a new one as it was alleged to be necessary. Me being a bonafide customer believed those representations made by your executive and thus I was compelled and forced to get the works done by claiming my insurance.

                    Thereafter on 29 July 2023, I was received with a call from your office/service centre that my car is ready for delivery as the promised works are finished and the bill amount of Rs. 23, 840 was also charged from my claim.

                    But quite surprisingly it was found that the front bumper was not replaced as promised but only a petty patch work repainting was only done. In an earlier occasion a repaint work was already done on the left side of the same front bumper and those marks are still there and still exists, so I genuinely and strongly believes that the front bumper has not been replaced as promised with a new one even though I was charged for the same and if you are having any statements contrary to it or any objection to it then I would like to get back the old bumper which was previously installed in my car.

                    Moreover, the bonnet of the car also is not fully painted as whole as promised and represented by your executive instead a very small portion was only painted to hide the scratches. Even if the bonnet is painted fully as whole as alleged by (Not admitted) then also I am not at all satisfied with the painting works that has been provided with my car because of the scratches and patchy areas appears to be seen in certain portions of the bonnet and front bumper of my car. And moreover, after delivering my car towards your service centre and after the works that you claim to have done certain other complaints have cropped up in my car that is:

                    (1) My car’s bonnet is not getting closed properly in full instead there exists a small gap/bent.

                    (2) Towards the dickey portion several new scratches have appeared.

                    On[protected], at the time of collecting my car after service I along with my husband pointed out all these complaints and dissatisfaction towards the service you have provided with to your service executive but he tried to conveniently slip away from my complaint and also made a contrary statement that they have not even opened the bonnet so as to cause such a bent that happened in the bonnet and till this time your executive/ service centre have not taken any just and proper initiative or action so as resolve my problems as promised even though I was charged for the very same.

                    Though your office is duty bound to do the needful to redress my issue, no such efforts have been seen taken from your part till this time. So, I would like to bring your attention that the said careless and illegal acts adopted by this (service centre) comes under unfair trade practice and deficiency in services, that you have adopted unfair methods or deceptive practices and the very same will affect my consumer rights as well.

                    So, I would like to Inform you that this (service centre) is duty bound to get the repair and replacement works done accordingly as promised and represented by your executive and all necessary steps should be taken by this service centre for the redressal of my complaint. I believe that your office will do the needful for the redressal of my complaint, else I will be forced to take further actions and move to the appropriate forums for the redressal of my grievance.

                      I purchased a venue diesel car from Hyundai around a year ago. Since then I have been running around service centers. I had informed Hyundai customer care as well, but everything in vain.
                      My car is having engine oil leak, just one year old car is having oil leak, that too drastic oil leak.
                      It was serviced from NBT Hyundai Trivandrum. I am not interested in giving the vehicle back there again. The mechanics have no idea what is happening with the vehicle.
                      Please do the needful or else I will be forced to move legally.

                        I want to register a complaint against Saini Hyundai Work shop, Tangra for the experiences I have faced, specially the last one.

                        I had faced a bumper damage on my car hyundai verna 2018 model. So I took the car around 22nd of May and got it delivered by 2nd/3rd of June. Then I noticed they had put some saini hyundai sticker on my car. I told them to remove that, they assured me to do so by home visit.

                            From three days I am continuing coming to workshop and my problem is not solving for one hour my car will be start in workshop bcoz they told that the light cover will be damage from back side and then change and told me after changing the cover problem will come then we change the light that are cover in Warrenty

                              I purchased Hundai Aura top end model.I had been facing a problem with car battery . It is fast dissipating in two or three days.It is taking almost 3 days for the Geetha Hundai service centre, Nacharam. Neither I am happy with the quality of vehicle nor with the delayed servicing. Can I exchange this vehicle. I feel it would be better to go far Tata keeping the high cost of service charges and the servicing delays. The customer centre makes a call to rate maximum on service feedback but never do they keep the same interest in real servicing.

                                Bought Hyundai alcazar car last year august from grand Hyundai pattambi kerala and from the time of delivery itself all the warning lamps were on including engine lamp, once in a month car will be in showroom for repair and now they saying engine is complaint!!!
                                More over popular pattambi showroom service is ridiculous, still my car is in their showroom since last month!!!
                                I didn’t get chance to enjoy my drive as the car was always in showroom,
                                Company have to give me proper solution, either replace the car or refund me

                                  Hello Hyundai Motors India Limited,

                                  I Vikash Agrawal being prestegious owner of Hyundai Alcazar and true and genuine lover of hundai cars (current owner of 3 creta and 1 alcazar and previous owner of 1 i20 and 1 santro, with not a single car of any other company in my life)

                                  Alcazar & Creta being one of the finest cars from HMIL stable with very very few complaints but the
                                  Trio beam headlight units are causing a concern after paying a hefty amount of money.And this complaint had been raised by many in previous years.

                                  Now that the issue is getting more prominent during Indian Rainy seasons all the customers are uniting together for one cause to get the headlights replaced in our cars and wanted to shout out loud again at your face & wanted to bring it to your kind notice that the Treo beam headlights on Alcazar & Creta is just unfit for Indian Roads.Specially in below conditions.
                                  1. Night Highway drives since both high & low beam throw is short.
                                  2. Black Tarmac roads
                                  3. During rainy day its very very pathetic.And we drive with 0 confidence.

                                  When we say its Poor headlights it means both Low & High beam intensity & throw is very pathetic.We sometime need to guess the road and drive with this setup we are risking our lives along with 5 / 6 / 7 family members including Kids, Pregnant ladies, age old members travelling with this wonderful product of Hyundai with a poorest headlights.

                                  So our humble request is to get the headlight unit replaced as soon as possible by recalling the car and getting some alternate solution to fix this issue.

                                  Here is my car details and I hope HMIL will atleast hear its beloved customers voice.

                                  I would like to echo what Mr. Vikash has stated, it is really unfortunate that HMIL has compromised on quality with respect to head light which is way below standard for a SUV, hatch backs have a better light compared to Alcazar on the road . This is my 3rd car of Hyundai and a bit disappointed with the quality of headlight after paying such hefty sum . I genuinely stopped driving at night due to poor quality of light and being cautious of any untowards incidents on highway. It is high time that HMIL really takes a look at this serious matter and address this at earliest.
