Hyundai Aura S CNG not delivered

I hereby lodge a strict complaint against Malwa Hyundai, Ganaur Sonipat Haryana for treating their customers in an unprofessional manner. Their Sales Manager, Mr. Anil had given reference to Mr. Vikas Tyagi. After prolonged negotiations on 26th April 2021, I finalized Hyundai Aura cars, S CNG version, White color. The airbag did not open during accident

My car Hyundai verna ( 2016) met an accident, the front portion of car ( bonnet, bumper. Headlight, engine block assembly ) was destroyed and subsequently repaired/changed by your body shop at Safdargunj motors ( udyog Vihar, Gurgaon).
The entire accident was major, I was saved as I wear seat belt, the steering hit my chest rib bone cage and still I have pain in chest while coughing .
I am very disappointed with technical fault...

Clutch issue in elite i20 petrol

Am facing a major clutch issue in my elite i20 petrol car.the car is not climbing a normal steep by 2nd year.while engaging gear from 1st to 2nd gear the rpm is rising and the vehicle is not moving forward.
My elite i20 runs still 18000 km only.
Its not a minor problem in a car which cost around 8 lakh rupees.it is a major issue in all elite i20.

This is highly disgusting and unethical to see Hyundai ethics being exploited by dealerships to such level.

Now when I have waited for 17 week’s already, I have been denied delivery by Neelam, Saurabh Shukla and Manu Srivastava at Safdarjung Hyundai, Gurgaon and advised to withdraw my booking application as there is no commitment date for the future also.

ECM replacement cost 58K

Hi All,

My car grand i10 has been taken for 3rd free service by service person from my home without any issues on Jan 18th 2021. Still I dint get my car back and not sure about my car status and where it is.

Initially on 19th they said rat bite happened and complete wire should be replaced. Again after 2 days, one more issue, ECM gone and need to be replaced cost 58K +labour .

Gajraj Hyundai took extra money and cheated the consumer

Had taken delivery of my Hyundai Venue 1.2 Kappa on 16th Oct'20 - Reg No : WB08J4838 against exchange of my old Wagon R. At the time of selling my car with the used car section Hyundai Promise dealer, they had shared the bill for the same of 180, 000 . And for the rest of amount, 582000 was financed by Mahindra finance and Cash amount of 79000 was paid by me. In total amount paid for the new car was 841000. High Harassment by Dealer

Battery Life Elite i20

How can a car bought in March 2018, suddenly have a battery level below 75% by December 2020. On top of that it is a petrol car which is driven daily, completed 25000Kms so far. It is mostly used in city travel and occasionally out of town.

Engine overheating and coolant overflow

Not delivered vehicle as committed

Rsa hyundai, mujmahuda, vadodara, gujarat, india. The complaint is regarding my booking dated 12th feb. '20 and committed to deliver my santro era executive by 28th feb. Though, not delivered till 15th june, on cancellation, they have deducted rs.3000/- from my booking amount. Which is really not fair to deal with customer. Dealer have failed to deliver within committed time, how can they deduct from booking amount??? I am a loyal customer...

motor insurance under the hyundai assurance program

And then offered a delivery on 6/march/2020. But they cheated me in case of insurance while settling bill. The amount on insurance was 13000 less than offered amount.
