Bought Hyundai alcazar car last year august from grand Hyundai pattambi kerala and from the time of delivery itself all the warning lamps were on including engine lamp, once in a month car will be in showroom for repair and now they saying engine is complaint!!!
More over popular pattambi showroom service is ridiculous, still my car is in their showroom since last month!!!
I didn’t get chance to enjoy my drive as the car was always in showroom,
Company have to give me proper solution, either replace the car or refund me

    Hello Hyundai Motors India Limited,

    I Vikash Agrawal being prestegious owner of Hyundai Alcazar and true and genuine lover of hundai cars (current owner of 3 creta and 1 alcazar and previous owner of 1 i20 and 1 santro, with not a single car of any other company in my life)

    Alcazar & Creta being one of the finest cars from HMIL stable with very very few complaints but the
    Trio beam headlight units are causing a concern after paying a hefty amount of money.And this complaint had been raised by many in previous years.

    Now that the issue is getting more prominent during Indian Rainy seasons all the customers are uniting together for one cause to get the headlights replaced in our cars and wanted to shout out loud again at your face & wanted to bring it to your kind notice that the Treo beam headlights on Alcazar & Creta is just unfit for Indian Roads.Specially in below conditions.
    1. Night Highway drives since both high & low beam throw is short.
    2. Black Tarmac roads
    3. During rainy day its very very pathetic.And we drive with 0 confidence.

    When we say its Poor headlights it means both Low & High beam intensity & throw is very pathetic.We sometime need to guess the road and drive with this setup we are risking our lives along with 5 / 6 / 7 family members including Kids, Pregnant ladies, age old members travelling with this wonderful product of Hyundai with a poorest headlights.

    So our humble request is to get the headlight unit replaced as soon as possible by recalling the car and getting some alternate solution to fix this issue.

    Here is my car details and I hope HMIL will atleast hear its beloved customers voice.

    I would like to echo what Mr. Vikash has stated, it is really unfortunate that HMIL has compromised on quality with respect to head light which is way below standard for a SUV, hatch backs have a better light compared to Alcazar on the road . This is my 3rd car of Hyundai and a bit disappointed with the quality of headlight after paying such hefty sum . I genuinely stopped driving at night due to poor quality of light and being cautious of any untowards incidents on highway. It is high time that HMIL really takes a look at this serious matter and address this at earliest.

      I want to register a complaint against Saini Hyundai Work shop, Tangra for the experiences I have faced, specially the last one.

      I had faced a bumper damage on my car hyundai verna 2018 model. So I took the car around 22nd of May and got it delivered by 2nd/3rd of June. Then I noticed they had put some saini hyundai sticker on my car. I told them to remove that, they assured me to do so by home visit.

      Around 11/12th of June when I was driving my car, I noticed some noise for 30 seconds behind instrument cluster. After driving for another 15-20 minutes when I parked my car, I noticed my key lock unlock button was not working. Next day when I was going to Tangra workshop car indicators, headlight, ambient light, windows buttons were not working. I was in a hurry, so I just handed over the car to service person and asked him to call me and left.

      After 2 hrs he called me and told that some wires were cut by rodents in ECM, some short circuits type of thing happened, and ECM got damaged. It will cost around 9K for repair and 50-55K for replacement.

      As I was driving the car with the damaged ECM, BCM got damaged, and I need to replace it. It would cost around 16K.

      He also told me some fuse or wiring harness types of things also got damaged. Its better to replace that part than repairing it. It would cost around another 50-55K.

      So, I started speaking with other persons and local garages. They told me that BCM usually doesnt get damaged for these car. And bite cut by rodents can happen in workshop as it was there for around 10 days in parking condition.

      So yesterday I called the service person to handover my car. He asked me the reason. I told him I would go to some other workshop or local garage, even I might go to Consumer Forum also. He asked me to speak to his senior.

      When I reached there, I spoke to his senior and told about the conversations in phone. Service person simply rejected and told only some fuse and ECM got damaged. Senior personel requested me to keep the car for 1 day as he wanted to check by himself. The technician who inspected the car previous day, according to them was on leave.

      I told them to give me job card/ service / inspection report and bill but they denied . I also told them if I left my car there for another day, they could have simply cut the wires, damage ECM BCM by their own have to prove them. Later they agreed to release my car with some hand written gate pass ( some electrical fault in car but customer didnt agree to repair) without printed report or bill.

      So I contacted hyundai customer care, they patched my call to workshop, then they agreed to provide the report and bill. There were 2 such reports which should be identical. Some hand written notes were their in their copy, my copy was blank. Later when I opposed he wrote something in my report card and handed over to me.

      Later before leaving that place, some manager told me to close that complaint I need to keep my car there for inspection, but I disagreed and asked them for home visit as now I have trust issues with your company.

      MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES IN TANGRA WORKSHOP

      I took the car for service once, when I took the delivery, my ac was not working, they later repaired it.

      After another servicing, I found my car steering malalined, later they took care of that.

      During some other work, they told me the windshield got broken, later they repair it. Though within few days I noticed lots of water in my car mattress which got rotten. Later I found there was water leakage through my car wind shield.

      For chasing these problems muliple times, I suffered lots of losses both mentally and financially . Are you going to pay these losses!!! Or I should stop using hyundai cars or go to consumer forum or go to social media platforms!!!

      So, these were some of the few experiences I have faced in last few days or last few years with your world wide famous and reputed and renowned company named as HYUNDAI.

        Yesterday on 5 June 2023, my car grand i10 met with a fatal accident and there is head on collision with a truck. I am highly disappointed on your part that even at the speed of 80 km per hour your car’s airbags didn’t open. I am highly disappointed with your system. Even today your company told me that the impact is not proper which is not effective. Is there any promise or affidavit from your side that they will open next time.

          I have bought my new Creta Diesel Automatic Top model just 1.5 years before. In just 1.5 year my car push button start is not working due to crank part failure. I sent my car in Ultimate Hyundai but no updates regarding my car breakdown problem. I am unhappy with the complete service as no parts are available with the service centre and no designated engineers are available to resolve the problem immediately..I have checked online and there are many issues with this new creta and other models as well. I will never recommend this Hyundai brand to anyone. I will never buy Hyundai brand car.

            My car have minor collision with bike then i take my car to hyudai service pinder auto work located in simli district chamoli i clearly mentioned to them car have noise problem also but they only painted the car and make bill of 31456 rupees and noise problem from engine wire belt remain the same they only painted car for 31 thousand rupees and said leave your car for another 3 days they care about our time and our money worst service experience and their staff have no proper knowledge of car service they don’t test drive cars after service

              this is really astonishing that hyundai is providing wireless android auto connectivity to lower trims of creta like e, ex and s but for higher trims like sx or sxo it isn't availble isn't it sheer injustice that we the customers of the higher trims aren't getting this service that is sheer injustice. kindly provide the same asap that will be your most kindness

                  I upgraded my option to Creta SX jus for the one touch power window option. During the pre-sale and test drive period I checked the same with the sales team and they confirmed that Creta SX has One touch power window. But now after delivery of the vehicle, they are saying it's not there and it's Hyundai's fault that Hyundai didn't inform the dealer about this.
                  I dont wanna know who's fault it is but this is something the sales team promised. Untimely for me the dealer is representing the company and I'm truly disappointed with the whole thing.

                  Secondly, the dealer did the antiglare film for the windshield which I had to pay 7000 rs, there was two scratches in it and when I noticed and informed them, it took almost a month to get back to me with an update and now they are saying to re do it I have to pay 50% of it. There is no way I'm gonna pay it and I will be filing a complaint in the Consumer court as well.

                  I totally regret my decision in getting this car and choosing this dealer. I should have gone for Kia or MG.
                  Truly disappointed and will never recommend to anyone I know.

                        I have booked Hyundai Venue SX model on 05 Feb 2023 at Vantage Motors Hajipur, Bihar through Canteen Stores Department and paid Rs 5000. I have in touch with Mr Amar (Employee of Vantage Motors, Hajipur) and Mrs Amrita (Sales Man, Hajipur) and requested them to deliver the same on 27 Apr 23 and they have promised by them that the same will be delivered. On 24 Mar 23, Vantage Motors, Hijipur has issued my availability certificate that the vehicle is readily available with them, and accordingly I have uploaded the same on CSD Portal and CSD, Ramgarh has issued me Supply for the same. But when send the supply to Vantage Motors they have denied me to deliver the same and intimated me that vehicle has not available with them, even i came to know that my vehicle was not ordered despite token amount deposited by me. I am enclosing availability certificate for your necessary action. Vantage Motors has cheated me and when i contacted customer care Ms Gungun has connected me to Mr Shashi to help in this regard, but it is laughable that Mr has shown aggression and his behaviour was arrogant. As per my experience, his behaviour is not customer friendly. He should apology with the customer, and also send me reason that why the Vantage Motors has cheated with me. I ALREADY LODGED A COMPLAINT NO Complaint No. N[protected] IN THIS REGARD TO HYNDAI CUSTOMER CARE ON TOLL FREE NO BUT MORE THAN 48 HOUSRS ELASPED NO INTIMATION SEND BY HYNDAI MOTORS, IT IS A VERY AND HORRABLE FOR ME THAT HOW SUCH INTERNATIONAL BRAND MADE A FRAUD WITH ME.

                          I have given my Vehicle No.TN66A5050 at your authorised dealer M/S Chandra Hyundai, Avanashi Road, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu for repairing ECM in Mar 2023. The dealer repaired the ECM and informed to replace the Wire Assembly(Part No.912911j200). However the parts are not reached to Chandra Hyundai till now. It is surprised that Hyundai wants to wait the customer for one month to repair the vehicle?

                          This is a second time we are facing this issue. There was undue delay last time also for replacing new ECM. The new ECM failed within two years which is reflecting quality of the product delivered to the customer.

                          We strongly admit that as a customer I should not choose Hyundai cars due to service issue on account of parts not provided by Hyundai.

                          Kindly understand that success of any company is based on the customer satisfaction specially post sales which is focused by Tata and Maruti. However there is no priority given by Hyundai for their customer post sales which is reflecting in this repeated incidents.

                          Provide the commitment date to deliver the vehicle since I have planned to sale my car and move to Tata or Maruti.

                            With great regret, This is to inform you that I am Mohit. I want to state that recently I purchased a car from your dealership DPM Hyundai Dehradun [model number: 2023, date of purchase: 28/2/2023, UP 14 MT 1647].

                            DPM Hyundai Dehradun (Haridwar Bye Pass DDPM, tower Road, Ajabpur Khurd, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248001) provide me insurance from the local vendor which is useless for me, My Vehicle got an accident and I am struggling to repair my car.

                            As I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai I assumed I received everything from Hyundai officials like one of the very important part insurance but I was scammed by my showroom DPM Hyundai Dehradun. They insured my car outside and I am facing the problem to repair my car.

                            Now I am at Rajendra Hyundai Etawah (Takiya Azad Gaan, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh - 206001) to repair my vehicle but they are not providing me the good services I am here since last 1 month still, they are not started to work on my car.

                            As my car is under warranty, one of your associates said that the car will be repaired without paying anything and will be delivered to me in 4 – 5 business days. This is really problematic for me to use such a vehicle as I can face an accident in this.

                            I hope you are getting my problem and will do your best to solve it as soon as possible. I hope to get good service from you. Your cooperation and support is highly appreciated. If you have any queries regarding the same then kindly contact me through my contact details mentioned below.

                              I am having a venue car . The mileage of my car is too much poor. I used my car in local city area .I checked my car in service center sawan hyundai panipat an drahul hyundai karnal but no solution is given, they checked the car mileage on highway . it comes normal on highway but the issue raises when i drive in local city area the mileage come to 8 km /litre . i am very disappointed with the car .No service cente takes the matter seriously . They dont want to understand the problem . I want my vehicle to be checked properly and kindly gives me the proper solution .

                                Dear sir,
                                My wife is owner of Hyundai Eon for last 10years and always does service regularly at Popular service centre in Tripunithura, Ernakulam Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala.
                                On 16th when she started the car it gave burning smell and smell of LPG outside and inside the car.
                                As it was Sunday very next day we called popular service centre for fixing the complaint. Issue started when they told me the complaint was from LPG vaporizer which cost 58400rupees, i was really taken back. When I called other centres outside it was only 5000Rs. hence I took my car back without service.
                                i am pretty sure there is some mistakes, and I humbly request Hyundai to take necessary action to get my problem resolved and fix my car with reasonable price.
                                Eagerly awaiting a response from your side.

                                    Hello Hyundai Team,
                                    Hope you are doing well.
                                    I would like to bring your attention to a serious issue in my Alcazar Signature 7T Automatic Diesel - KA03NL2932.
                                    We are getting a mileage in the range of 4Km/liter to 8 Km/liter. Hyundai representatives locally have done all they can, but the issue cannot be fixed. I need a strategic/ permanent solution to this issue (if possible).

                                    My car is about a year old, fully serviced at Hyundai. All instance oil and proposed changes by Hyundai were done on time.

                                    Symptom of the issue:-
                                    1. In low speed and high power, car instant mileage shows in the range of 10-12 Km/l appx.
                                    2. At medium speed, the instant mileage shows in the range of 5-10 Km/l appx.
                                    3. In optimal speed i.e. about 50 Km/h to 70 Km/h - the mileage shows around 1-5 Km/l.

                                    The above should be reversed i.e in most optimal conditions, the mileage should be at its BEST, but unfortunately If i travel long i.e on any highway I get 2 Km/l to 5 Km/l mileage.

                                    I have reported the issue on -
                                    1. 27th March'23 - wherein the car was taken for 5 hours and I was told cluster update was done and, I was asked to test mileage now.
                                    RESULT - NO mileage improvement.

                                    2. I approached the outer ring road - Bellandur branch, I was heard and responded well to my queries, but after 1 day of car checkup I was told the milega test can only be done on weekends. i.e. next appointment i got was for 8th April'/23.
                                    After one day of car at service stations and some checks done, written report yet to be received, the output is -
                                    RESULT - NO mileage improvement.

                                    3. On the inspection report I was clearly mentioned - NOT satisfied with the service and final output.
                                    I am told that the car is all electronic and all automated reports show no issue, hence nothing can be done. I am awaiting a PERMANENT solution to the problem.

                                    A.) If the issue is with the speedometer showing WRONG MILEAGE - Please fix it.
                                    B.) If the issue is with any part in the car, which is causing fuel wastage & VERY POOR performance - Please fix the necessary parts and fix the issue permanently & we need compensation for the fuel being wasted in-interim.
                                    C.) If the issue cannot be fixed. Please please tell me - this CANNOT be fixed, so that I can give this car in charity to Hyundai OR leave this at the Hyundai showroom as a unique showpiece.

                                    The above options have to be TIME BOUND.
                                    Please stop testing the patience of loyal Hyundai customers.

                                    Looking forward NOT to go to- Hyundai mileage reimbursement, Hyundai mpg reimbursement, Aoc or acute claims.
                                    I simply need the issue fixed or the model replaced ASAP!

                                    1. Car video taken on long drive, just after fresh fuel filled in, and the car gave 3.8 Kmpl mileage.
                                    2. Car long video taken during mileage test with Hyundai SPOC, this was a fun filled drive, wherein Hyundai spoc told the car gives 16.x mileage.
                                    3. Car form wherein I showed extreme dis-satisfaction on the issue resolution at the car service center, I am sure this feedback form will never reach Hyundai.
                                    4. Please check the history and service reports of my car for more details.

                                      Car given for Painting work , when delivered wind screen glass has a large crack

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have given my Car I 20 Magna 2015 model reg. no. RJ27CE4068 for painting work as its color was peeling off automatically, showroom also it accepted the car about 20 days before, today when they return it (home delivery) and as I was out of the town my father took the delivery and we paid money Rs 8400-/ about 20 mins later my father decided to drive the car at that moment he found a large crack across the wind screen glass...

                                      Address: Riya hyundai palanpur

                                      I have given my car to palanpur riya hyundai for front glass change and body works and repair, service people has not painted properly and spread paint around other parts and body, not clean properly and leftover broken glass peace.
