I am Meghna jaiswal, customer of Hyundai Creta 2018 model DL9CAQ1379. I have written this mail to complain against SAS hyundai service center of lucknow (address: SAS Hyundai National Highway 25, Kanpur - Lucknow Rd, near Lucknow Airport, Amausi, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226009).

I have sent many emails as a complaint to Hyundai but no solution is being provided to me yet.

We were traveling from Delhi to Bihar...

I purchase a Hyundai creta car in June, 2019, After two years car parts are getting failure, details are as under -
Sept, 2021 - Engine failure
March, 2022 - Engine generate abnormal noise, other parts failure
June, 2022 - EGR Failure

From last one year, I am facing lots of problems in my car, continuously parts are failure and company engineers/ officers are not able to give me satisfactory reason / justification for the same.

It seams, this car is a defective peace and Company should replace it urgently.

    I Anirudha Thakur own Creta 2020 reg. no. MP09WF9459, bought from Surjeet Hyundai Indore MP.
    I was facing Bluetooth disconnection issue with Audio system, I sent the vehicle twice at Surjeet Hyundai's service centre but they made a reset both the times and sent the vehicle back, I requested them to raise a complaint about the malfunctioning of system .
    Third time I sent my vehicle on 29- April-22 when the whole system stopped...

    I booked my Hyundai Verna on 10th of february 2022. they assured me to deliver my car by 10th of june 2022. Today is 21st June but there is no sign of delivery of my hyundai verna. i have faced so many problems during this period as i dont have any car. The showroom employees dont even bother to pick my calls and give me any information....

    I bought a new car from ketan motors nagpur. Car is a hyudai company make named venue. The car is under quality standards. I complained about this to dealer. The dealer and their service staff said we can't do anything. Now I am helpless. On mine car water marks of salt are their on throughout the car. When complained about it the service staff says we can't do anything.

      I had booked a vehicle at Saini hyundai Kolkata on 7th April. Its almost been 2 & half months, I am yet to hear anything about my car. Neither the ppl have information about my booking nor are they even committing on when the delivery gona be.
      As a matter of fact our alloted vehicle was given to someone else, to top it all we were not given any communication regarding the same !!...

      Respected Sir, My Car No. PB11CG9172 chamber damaged on 19 april, 22 . I aproached to Yashoda Hyundai Sirhand Road, Patiala. After inspection Company Workshop Manager told me that Chamber is not available, I will call you after delivery of chamber. Mr. Gurpreet Singh an employee at W/Shop call me chamber availbilty on 7th May, 22. I and my family was on 35 day tour to UP. On 15/06/22. I go to Goel Hyundai, Pta. to exchange my car with a new Venue Car, their rep.told me after inspection that car is blowing and engine will be overhalled. Next day i approched to Yashoda Hyundai. W.Shop manager told me that it will be paid. I tell them that it happened due to non availibilty of chamber and I have Bumper to Bumper Insurance but all in vain. I shocked when Rep. Estimated the cost of car only 2 lac. to exchange a new one. Car have covered 55389 Km. Only and Model 2017. Sir pl. Help me because i can't bear the cost of engine overhalling.         This is to draw your attention towards my creta having registration number BR01EB0613 & VIN number MALC381ULJM498248 PURCHASE DATE 02/01/2019 covered only 74000 Km. Now my vehicle is in authorized service center after break down. They have reported that engine & turbo has broken down . Now the question is how in such a short period it has happened, inspite of the fact that services have been done in Hyundai authorized service center only....

        Suddenly my i20 nline doesn't start so roadside assistance towed the vehicle to nearest service station. Service center told me that your vehicle fuel pump is not working. How come this issue came in new car. I invested lots of money in this car and within 2 months of purchase, fuel pump got damaged. This is very bad service by hyundai. I just want to replace my car because it is a faulty piece hyundai provided me....

        Hi Hyundai Grievance Team,

        I have booked an i20 NLine N8 DCT Polar White on April 2nd 2022 at Pavan Hyundai Kanakapura branch Bangalore. I was assured and promised that the car will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. Its been 11 weeks and dealership has still not received the VIN allotment. As a customer is this is very disappointing. This raises questions either on the dealership or on the logistics department of the factory....

        I was purchased hyundai eon in nov. 2012. In last 9.5 years my car eps was 2 times fail to work. Quality of parts was very poor

          I have booked my car on 13th march 2022 and my waiting was for 3 months. I haven't got my car delivered yet and no effective date is given to me from dealership side when taking follow up, they even extended my waiting period without any confirmation and not giving any confident replies when asking about car delivery. I just want my car to de delivered on agreed upon time. If can’t promise the car delivery then should tell at time of booking only, why take booking amount and then keeping delaying what we paid for and showing themselves as helpless ones, it’s shameful. I want my car delivered ASAP and I have waited enough. My now extended waiting period will end on 15th july.

            I am facing the problem related to paint, as the paint of of my i20 started peeling. Paint is Peeling off on a on my 5 Year old Hyundai i20 car. As per the information available it appears to be a manufacturing defect by the company. As this is a manufacturing or painting defect by company, the company should get the repair work done without charging any cost to customer. Kindly resolve the issue....

            Hi Team
            I booked a Creta SX diesel model.On 1 June I got a call from dealer that my car has arrived. I had asked to do a Pre delivery Inspection. They said they have a team to do that. Now at the time of delivery found that the instrumental cluster is of old SX variant but the amount I paid is of the new SX variant. This has disturbed me a lot. I haven't took the delivery of my vehicle yet. Please let me know what is the next step...

            Respected sir,
            my name is nitin kumar chohan s/o mr raj kumar from ludhiana . I purchased a grand i10 nios cng sportz model 2020 car registered number pb01c5540 through grover hyundai opposite dhandari kalan railway station . After 20000 km my car occurs check engine light problem . After that i have faces so many problems like headlight, stereo malfunction, battery problem, tyre burst in warranty but never replaced .

            This is to bring your notice that we replaced clutch cylinder kit vide vehicle no. HR51BX7370 but problem still stand as of now.

            Job work done by agency named Samta Hyundai Ambala but we don't get any job work document from agency. we got only feed back massage vide ref. mobile no. [protected].

            who will responsible for harassments, highly possibility of accident & who will bear the total loss of consume time...

            I m living in Master colony, Chamrawal road, Baghpat (UP) Pin code - 250609 which is the part of delhi NCR and under the law of scrap for more then 15 years old petrol four wheeler, i am observing that one expired Hyundai Santro car number DL7C C8886 is standing in our colony from last 1.5 years no one is driving that car and that car is taking space of parking whereas after several discussion with owner he is not scrap his car & uses abusing...
