On 19th feb 2023, my Creta DCT SXO 1.4 DCT stopped running after few seconds vibration on steering!!!
it was complete failure of all function. on busy road of NCR around 4.30pm while we were going for one family trip on Sunday!
as it failed to start and entire electronics was not responding it was compete failure and my car was on middle lane of busy road of NCR. we can not even mover car a single inch due to auto bracking system...

I had dropped my I20 at blue hyundai service station Hassergatta main road branch on october 22nd 2022 its been more then 3 month now and I have yet to get my vehicle back they are not able to solve the issue its self after multiple efforts
and they keep telling we will give it in a week but no response till now
and when I spoke to customer care they said that they are not aware of any service station in hassergatta road...
