I sent my car on 18/Feb/2017 to vasu arjun and spoken to Madam Vinita and informed her about the problems in the car of denting & paintting she assured me to call me back on 19/Feb/2017 she never called back and came to my knowledge she is out of town
Then i spok to Mr, Praveen & again Informed him the problems in the car & also Email & Whtsapp the same
He proomised me to deliver the car before 01Pm on 23/Feb/2017 & I never recieved the car by 2Pm then I called him & he never Picked up the phone then i called reception & i was told is out of town today then i called Body Shop Mr, Hemant & he told me that Mr, Praveen has not told me about the problems in the car discuss with u,
In the parts also i have very bitter exprience wtih vasu Arjun the name of person Mr, Dheeraj & Manoj
They always say sorry that it will not happen again & give us one more chance & again the same problem remains there
please look in to the metter as it is the tarnishing the Goodwill of h

    I purchased grand i10 from sas hundai, lucknow in oct 2015 in the name of mrs sarita tewari. Cng kit was installed by the sas hundai, amausi,
    Kanpur road lucknow before delivering me the vehicle. I was told to run the vehicle for 1000 km on petrol and than start running on cng, to enhence life of engine. Ater 20 days when i started running my vehicle on cng mode i started facing problem. I informed sas hundai dealer, that engine automatically turnsoff when rpm comes to minimum. My vehicle was attended by the dealer mechanics/engeeniers, but could not solve the problem. Many times i complained, vehicle was attended in workshop but result was zero. Than i contacted to your hundai customer care toll free no, after 10 days my vehicle was again attended, problem remained same. Now i am fed up with your vehicle (Aftersales service), incapable untrained mechanics/ engeeniers.
    Kindly solve my problem in 15 days, otherwise i have to take shelter of consumer form greivences.

      SUB: Technical and R&D issue wrt to Verna SX Coolant Assembly -rgds
      I would like to register my quality complaint wrt to my Varna SX Car AP31BE 4669. Following are the details regarding the complaint:
      1. Vehicle & Client Details:
      Myself AV Rajsekhar, owner of Verna SX Diesel car purchased in 2010. My car No is AP31 BE 4669, registered at Visakhapatnam, AP. I work for Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, a public sector company located 30 km from city. The car is self driven vehicle and gets its regular servicing done. The car tyres are in good condition and wheel alignment done at regular intervals.
      2. Full Description of the incidence: Coolant assembly failure Report
      i. Safety Concern (a serious safety issue with potential to cause serious burns),
      ii. Repeat failure (Twice within 6 years, 92000 km) and
      iii. High Replacement Cost (causing lot of damage to other car parts, changing coolant, oil, carborator etc)
      Details of the incidence: Twice within 3 years
      Nov 2013: Recollecting the events:
      a. In Oct 2013 general servicing done. (~50, 000 km)
      b. In Nov’13, within 15 days, water boiling sounds observed from the car bonnet while driving.
      c. Informed to the serving centre, took the car immediately for check up.
      d. The serve engineer opened the bonnet and then unlocked the carborator cap to check coolant condition.
      e. He suffered slight burns on his right hand due to sudden gust of hot (oil + coolant) which came out from the carborator cap.
      f. I was informed that cooling assembly ( a small aluminium mould assembly- of the size of a palm size ) has failed and hence the coolant and the oil got mixed.
      g. The coolant assemble was replaced along with cleaning of carborator, oil changing, coolant replacement etc. The cost was over Rs 12000/- ( incl. the oil, coolant, cleaning the complete carborator and other charges).
      h. I wanted to raise quality complaint. However, I was forced not to raise any quality complaint issue as it looks like one odd component failure. My issue is why did the component failed within just 3 yrs of purchase, with only 55000 km run?? Why it was not detected during the servicing in Oct’13?, Why the burn incidence, which had the potential to cause serious injury, not reported for a Technical / R&D team visit for improvement in product delivery?
      Feb’2017: A repeat problem wrt the coolant assembly unfolded again
      a. Took my car for regular maintenance on 11.2.17 (92, 000 km)
      b. I was informed of coolant assembly failure. Oil and coolant has mixed again and needs to be replaced. I was given an estimation of Rs 18000/ -, for coolant assembly repair / replacement (incl carborator cleaning etc). With the original general servicing of Rs 5000/-, AC repair of Rs 8000/-, the total cost would be around 30, 000/-.
      3. Desired Resolution:
      I have been in the manufacturing sector since last 25 yrs, working for RINL, a public sector company and I feel failure of the coolant assembly part twice within 6 years is a design issue and needs the attention of the Top Management of Hyundai/ possible inspection by experts from Technical / R&D Team from HMIE, Chennai.
      The responsibility of the Top Management intervention is exacerbating when it is a customer safety issue and the unwarranted erosion on the Brand image of Verna/ Lakshmi Hyundai.
      Attention of Management is requested for urgent resolution of the Quality Complaint and to be seen as reacting to genuine concerns / problems of loyal customers before it is too late.

      I have raised the Quality Complaint with the Hyundai India, on 11.2.17. After three weeks, I receive a mail from the Hyderabad Sales Office, stating the warranty has expired and the part needs to be replaced by the customer. It is explicable that Giants and heavyweights like Hyundai India would have lot of inertia of rest... They do not respond or respond on there own sweet time.
      The inherent root cause needs to be examined, analysed and eliminated by experts from Hyundai’s Research wing. I want to be sure of the reliability of serviced component and the solution to gain confidence to drive the Verna Car again.

        So I had booked i20 Elite from Numbus Hyundai Noida and Payment was made. On the day of the delivery, I found out 4-5 cracks on all the windows because of their bad storage area where some construction was taking place. I immediately canceled my booking and booked another varient of i20 elite for future delivery. The other car got delivered after few days, but unfortunately, had the same cracks in the windshield which i noticed a day later. Upon complaining about the issue to the Hyundai Service, I was told they will change my windshield. But i have been trying to contact them ever since but they are not responding.
        I am a Hyundai customer since 15 years. I did not expect this from a reputed brand.
        I need my windshield to be changed immediately.

          Worst Car seller in india

          Common issue in Hyundai Elite i20:

          1- Engine noise
          2- Over heating issue
          3- Gear shifting problem, specially in reverse gear
          4- AC problem - AC does not work after a long drive (40-50km+)
          5- Poor mileage

          AC problem:

          When i am going for a long drive, after driving 40 -50 kms AC IS not working fan blow is decreasing, if I increase the speed of the fan, only sound is coming air is not coming, if I stop the AC for 5 minutes and on it, it is working good, and after 20 minutes drive the same problem is coming, again I have to stop the AC for 5 minutes, the problem repeats continuously through out my journey,
          I reported this issue to my car dealer but it's not get resolved.

          Reverse Gear shifting problem:

          Most of time back gear got stuck and not allow to shift any where, most of time i used switched off ignition then it allow me to use it.

            Dear Sir/ Madam,
            It does not feel good to register a complaint in your esteemed organization.However telling you that i am having a very bittet experience with you.I bought eon fron your dealer named pace hyundai in jammu.After one month the AC stopped working.I went your service station names pace in jammu only and explained them what has happened.They told me to change the module and it will be covered under warranty.After mutiple reminders somehow they today arranged an appointment for the fixture.Unfortunately today, they have not been able to solve the problem and it still persisits.Its really disappointing that an organization like yours first took so much time to arrange an appointment and that is of no use.I took an off from office aand could not get any valuable returns.I hope you understood my point and will do the needful.Hoping to get the positive results

              Hi Team,

              I had registered a complaint against Chandra Hyundai Coimbatore on[protected]. My complaint id is[protected]. I received my car yesterday where the service adviser said to check for 2 days if its fine he will place the order for the particular part from OEM and he will replace it under warranty. But still am facing the issues where I checked with the Service Adviser he speaks as if what he says is right and he is not worried on my concern. Next while I left my car for service the Fuel gauge was pointing more than half tank and when I took back yesterday the fuel gauge was just more than quarter tank. My concern is why should I bear the fuel expense for something where the error is on Hyundai. I had went to the showroom for same issue for more than 5 times where my fuel expense more than Rs.1500. Who will bare this expense for me. And why should I bare it. I also told the Adviser Car should be clean when you give delivery because I gave the car very clean but the car was dirty. I called your call center for the same issue yesterday, your agent said the concern person will call me back by today morning but still no one turned up. My issue is not rectified still. Am not getting proper repose from your Service station also. Whether you can resolve my issue or shall I go for an exchange with Ford Aspire? and shall I face the issue legally. Answer to me clearly because I m finding the Hyundai to be worst with the service provided by Chandra Hyundai. I had referred 3 of my friends to Hyundai even I converted one Suzuki Brezza to Creta. But I don't know the response will be this much worst. I NEED A CLEAR PICTURE ON MY ISSUE AND THE ISSUE SHOULD BE RECTIFIED ASAP. AND I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THE SAME FROM YOUR SIDE FOR THE ISSUE WHAT YOU HAD MADE AND WHAT I HAD UNDERGONE. OR I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT LEGALLY.

                My complaint regarding dee emm hyundai sector 14 gurgaon

                I have always suspected that authorized service centres are engineered to rip off customers and my last 1 year experiences just proved that . They overcharge for their own parts and their service charges have no logical foundations whatsoever. Its a black box.
                My car ac was not working fine and I have given for service for the same issue twice in last 6 month last time they charges around 19k, and this time charges me for the same issue 21k just for servicing and ac checking.
                My car is just 1 year old and I have spend money almost 1lakh for just servicing.

                They are kind of lootera people pls do not go for service there not even nuy Hyundai car.
                I will go to the consumer court also for this issue.

                PLS CONTACT FOR JUSTICE AS I AM NOT VERY RICH PERSON TO PAY THIS MUCH AMOUNT AND THEY ARE CHOR PEOPLE.

                  Took delivery of a a crete petrol auto on 21 Jan 17, engine number G4Fggu940362. first servicing done 10 Feb. front right side tyre getting deflated. 15 Feb checked from a tyre dealer. and found no puncture, valve also in order. for confirmation, inflated tyre left overnight for observation. on 16 Feb, morning, tyre again found deflated. inflated again and inspected. again found no puncture . immediately took the car to hyundai service centre . service centre extremely prompt and went through inspection and found there was no puncture and the valve also in order. I was told that I can once again observe overnight. also informed that report has been initiated and that the concerned tyre dealer( with whom Hyundai has tie up, I suppose), will come and check/replace the tyre at my location. But here I am on 17 Feb evening with no help from the company. While Trident automobiles, Narayanpur, KR Puram, bangalore have been extremely responsive, Hyundai has left me in the lurch for the tyre problem and here I am left immobile with a new creta because of the indifference of Hyundai.

                    I booked a i20 white Asta (o) car from Bagga Hundai, Petal Motocon Pvt. Ltd. CHANDKHEDA on 17/01/2017. The delivery date of the same was intially given to me as 26/01/2017. I took a lone from AXIS bank worth Rs 6, 80, 000 /- from which first installment of Rs 14, 186 is already paid from my side.
                    I was not provided my car on the given date. Next date of delivery was given as 01/02/2017 which was again postponed to 09/02/2017 and further postponed to 17/02/2017. After so many delays they are still not providing me my car. Your company has no right to hurt the feeling of my family and harass us for no valid reason. I hope you will take a note of this and take required actions against them, not only for me but to prevent any harm to the image of your own company.

                      I gave my hyundai I 10 car for servicing in krishna hyundai korba
                      1 st time they left 1 problem with combination switch as it was not in stock.
                      2 nd time they left problem of left window glass not closing, saying no spare available and called after 7 days, when i went after 7 days they said spare came and finished too, and asked me to come next day again, when i resisted they said they will send mechanic to my home to solve the issue, but 18 days passed no one came.my car dashboard is getting dirty due to frequent open window, also AC performance also affecting.
                      Worst service given by KRISHNA HYUNDAI KORBA CHHATISGARH
                      I had purchase Hyundai I10 from Deora Hyundai, Jodhpur in 2011. I have travelled only 17000 Kms . Last week after starting the car observed EPS LED on and steering became very hard. I had given to nearest service centre but they are saying that spare parts are not available for this model and needs to order.

                        Having same problem with my i20 as well.From the day it was purchased i am listening some loud noise from front suspension or wheel.
                        Got really irritated now.whenever my car passes on very small pot hole or any uneven road it sounds very weird, just only from front area, even now the steering is also hard to turn around.
                        if i talk about mileage and all that is ok, but after reading previous comments i am afraid and sad that i have purchased wrong car.
                        I bought my Astra D TN11H 7462 from Vinayaka Hyundai, Chromepet 2014.from first service onwards I have complained about the hard clutch to the company.nobody took notice.now the clutch is very hard, difficult to drive.my car is done 48000km.
                        For all Hyundai i20 hard clutch is common.find a solution for me.

                          I have purchased Hyundai Elite I20 Sportz model on December 30th 2016. From the day I have purchased the car, I am facing lot off issues in getting the refundable cheques from the showroom. Also I have not got the car accessories at the time of delivery. After fighting up with the sales incharge (Rama Kishore) multiple times and following up with the showroom I have got the accessories after 15 days of car delivery.

                          Also I along with my family(including 3 years kid) have waited for almost 8 hrs in your Jubilee Hills Talwar Hyundai showroom to take the car delivery.

                          Now I am fighting again with RamaKishore and Sudheer Reddy (ShowroomManager) from the past 1 month to get another cheque of around 4800/- which I have paid as booking fees at the time booking.

                          Can you please take against them and followup on the issue and refund my balance cheque immediately.

                            I have booked creta car a/t black on 18.01.2017 in the name of vijay pal yadav at superon hyundai (Address: plot no.106, sector 37, near hero honda chowk, gurugram, haryana 122001) they have given me the delivery dates 1st feb then 5th feb then 10th feb then 15th feb despite all the delay there is no clarity when will the car come, they have promised me to give the delivery within one month of booking and this coming 18th it will complete 1 month from the booking date and still i don't know the status of my delivery.
                            Whenever i go to the showroom or call them, they just say it is in the transit, we don't know exactly where it is and we cant say when it will come.
                            This is not a way to treat your customer, kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem

                              I am very sorry to inform you the bad service after sales and very bad & rude behavior of Mr Kaushik (Manager), He has spoken so rudely and in so bad manner, which i never expected.
                              I have taken delivery of creta car on 6.12.17 and the sales executive Mr Arun assured me to deliver the number plate by two days. When I did not get even after 9 days and decided to inform to his seniors
                              I contacted manager in the morning at 10.34 and informed about this and he told the concerned person will call in 10 minutes, and the number plate will be delivered in some time.
                              No one has contacted me till 4pm and I contacted Mr Kaushik and he speaks so rudely and in a very bad manner and I was shocked and I never expected that person at such high post can speak in such a bad manner.

                                I have made paid service in Bengal Hyundai, Chinsurah, Dist. Hooghly, W.B. on 30/09/2016 on good faith. On 23/12/16 noticed rear tyre (Apollo) was missing and the same replace with Bridgestone and for that unable to filling air. In this connection, contacted them but politely refused to take up the issue. After that sent e-mail to Hyundai Motor India with copy to Bengal Hyundai offices too wherein myself requested them to find the fact and compensate the amount which I lost. But till date no official reply received from any one of them. Please help me. Thanks.

                                  Recently I had bought a G I 10 car in lieu of my old car which was also Santro. However the old car was not on my name therefore it took few more days to to take NOC. But I was told by sale executive to pay amount for the insurance. Whereas insurance is being offered free by Hundai . I would like to know shall pay for insurance money or not ?..

                                    We have TWO Creta AUtomatic with us In GFI Logistics, One Creta No-DL 7CT 9048 was sent to SAMARA HYUNDAI patparganj Delhi, from my Residence G-367, First Floor, Preet Vihar, Delhi, on Saturday (11th Feb 2017) and Today in the Morning the Car never started had an Urgent meeting so had to take a CAB to office, this matter was reported to Samara People and they came and after some time said that the Car Had a memory Loss, They started it but My Concern is that If this happens on the road somewhere as I travel a lot on Highways then what will happen and who will give me Assurance that it will not happen Again and what was the reason behind this,

                                      Respected sir/mam,

                                      This is to inform you that i am very disappointed with the service of hundyai. And i really would not recommend anybody to buy hundyai now .

                                      Few days back i gave my creta for service which was just supposed to be regular service and no changing of any parts . Though few parts of the cars were changed without prior permission of me (the owner) of the car. The bill came out to be 16, 000 rs which is an amount which was never expected.
                                      I would like to complain regarding the same and would like the authority to apologize and pay me back the amount.
                                      Kind heartedly co-operate with me regarding and bring a solution and conclude the scenario

                                        I have run my xcent about 60000.00 and done services approx 7 times and last more than one n half year logged complain about my ac non working and hundai rudrpaur repair it as normal routine. ita workEd some few days than again come back on it previous working. it's not taking command of ac of variant temperature.

                                        I COMPLAINT IN PAST AND NOW CURRENTLY THAT IT IS MANUFACTURE FAULT BUT NOBODY TAKING IT SERIOUSLY.

                                        MY EXPERIENCE IS TOO MUCH HORRIBLE WITH HUNDAI AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO PURCHASE HUNDAI VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR USERS.
