My 11 months old vehicle is getting heated up and the temperature rises to the max.I had sent with complaint to your ekadthangal service station about a month back but they were unable to find fault.Today again in the evening just a drive of 15 km, happend again.I had to switch off the AC open the windows park the car for ten minutes, and drive back home.Send some competent senior person to look into this complaint, as there is some manufacturing defect, and this will effect the engine condition.Hyundai will be solely responsible for this.looking for prompt reply

    I have booked for Hyundai grand i10 ASTA model petrol variant on December 5th & paid a token amount for booking the colour & model as advised by the sales executive. (Mr. Sundar & Santosh)

    Then I have cleared all my processing with my loan & made the down payment of balance amount by 26th Dec as the (Mr.Arul) sales manger has informed me that if they don't make the invoice before 30th December, offer will not be applicable.

    So, I have made all arrangements & made the payment. Starting from very next day after taking all the payment, Sales manager(Mr.Arul), Sales executive(Mr.Sundar & Mr.Santosh) have called me on almost dialy basis to comprise on the color for a week saying some names reasons like manufacturing is stopped etc. When enquired with Hyundai care, they checked & informed that no such thing is there. All colors are available.
    Then when I rejected, they were forcing me to go for 2017 model instead of 2016 saying non-availability of stock. When checked in Salem (Golden Hyundai), they have confirmed me of 2016 model present there.

    I clearly stated them to deliver 2016 model, Now they say they have arranged for vehicle from some other dealer but (Mr.Arul) again convinces me to shift my loan account to that other dealer of Chennai.When enquired with Area manager(Mr.Arun), he confirmed me that invoice has to happen from Hosur only.

    Now having fed-up, I raised an official complaint after which the response has been still be the same. I have heard of Hyundai as most customer supportive in all such cases, but this is the bitter experience am facing even before I buy the vehicle.

    Whether it is problem with the Hyundai or with the dealership, some one has to take the blame & pay for it.

      My car, KA 01MM 7123, was given to the KR Puram, Bangalore service centre of Trident Hyundai following the main fuel hose being rat-bitten. The car was given with the fuel position being one point less than full. When I took delivery of the car, the fuel position was 15 ltrs. lesser than what was in the tank when I gave the car. The service centre has not given me a convincing explanation to this. In fact, Mr.Sudarshan, the service executive, is very smart in confusing customers, giving them stupid explanation and has zero care and value for the customer.

        Here in Chalisgaon. Show room now good service and not staff answering satisfaction. Office in not open any time and time of purchase a car that time scratch card give but not any prices given me after 5 months. Not come Manager come here any time and not sales manager come to watch the show room. please take a action quick pls. I want a result quick and improve your process. I m weiting your feed back

          I have a Hyundai Xcent Car which had a clutch problem on[protected]. The Car became Immobile in Middle of Highway. I was travelling with my Family From Maharshtra to Telangana. My Car got stuck at 1:30 pm in Afternoon. I was able to Contact Hyundai Road side Assistance and asked them If they Help Tow my Car to the place I was going. They refused help stating that the Car was going to a Different state and that I can get my Car Towed to a City in Maharashtra and If I have to Tow the car to Telangana I will have to bear the expenses and take Local Help . I agreed to bear the cost and the team Provided me couple of Numbers and that Numbers happened to be of place which was 500 Kms away from the Location where my car was stranded. I was left stranded in a Jungle Highway with my Family and all the Roadside assistance said we will do our best. My Destination was 93 Kms away from where Car Broke Down and I did Had a Hyundai Service Center at the place. Finally I manged to arrange a Towing Vehicle on my own and they had my Car Towed to Prakash Hyundai in Nizamabad, Telangana. I was stranded on this Highway for 6.5 hrs. I Finally left the place at 7:00 pm. My complaint Number was 10849

            Dear Sir

            With regret i want to inform you that i had purchased hyundai excent from your dealer Sunrise Hyundai in the month of June 2016. Since the date of purchase i had a bad experience with the dealer as they have cheated me on every step. After the purchase since june they have not provided me the RC and i am facing a lot of problem with the traffic police and paid around 5000 rupees against challan for non availability of RC. The sales person with dealer is a fraud and all the staff members do not even reply properly regarding the RC. Every time i call them they give me a new date for the RC. Even at the time of purchase they have quoted me the price which was much more higher and when i contacted one of my friend in other agency then they reduced the price. I request you to take strong action against the agency and arrange the RC at the earliest.

              The jack supplied with the new elite, i-20, asta car failed on its first use while trying to change the spare wheel on 17.01.2017 because of a first time puncture in the left rear tyre.
              The car is in its warranty period and the jack was returned to the dealer for replacement on the same day, but no action has been taken till date.
              Luckily there was no person below the car, otherwise a very serious accident might have occurred due to failure of the jack, which could not bear the load of the car. As such the quality of the material of the jack supplied by the dealer i. E. Aakash deep motors appears to be extremely doubtful.
              The hyundai i-20 car was purchased on 29.01.2016 from aakashdeep motors pvt. Ltd, sambalpur.

              It has already been a week and so far, the jack has not been replaced by the dealer. As a result the car is completely idle for want of the jack.
              This is a very serious matter, which needs to be taken up with the dealer for complete replacement of the jack with good quality and standard so that it can bear the load without bending.

                My car is not running in Petrol mode. visited couple of Hyundai service centers. They say Issue with ECU and replacement costs 40, 000/- + labour charges. Seems it is common manufacturer problem across all the Hyundai LPG + petrol cars.
                I demand the company to fix the issue, call back and replace all the LPG Kits
                and manufacture spare parts.
                If they can not do this, stop producing i10 blue drive cars and compensate the existing customers for the loss to keep up the reputation

                  I recently had an issue with my 2014 i20's abs system, it seems that the right lymph sensor wasnt working properly, so i had it replaced on the 16/01/2017, i had to place the car in MCP HYUNDAI VELLANGHALLUR custody for 1 day and picked up my car on the next day.On giving my car to them, they had checked and marked the body parts having scratches on their service sheet, but on returning the car to me, it was dusty.so i payed them for their service in fixing my abs and took my car home.Please note that my car is petrol and we dont use it much, soo i was gonna wash the car today as i had some time to spare and i noticed that my car has gotten 2 scratches on the left side of the bumber.I am sure that i got that from the showroom personal because
                  1.i have service paper indicated where my existing scratches are, and believe me they were thorough with it.
                  2.i came straight home from the service center to home and thats like 20kms of travel and thats it.

                  So please kindly note this careless character of this showroom, they seem to give no regards for a customer or his vehicle.

                    With due respect I requested the competant authy of Hyundai india to offer some specific discount to csd buyers on the eve of Republic Day celebration as its the time of national festival where defence personnel having the utmost sincerty quo hence a reasonable discounts is worth and should be offered to defence (csd) just like offer to corporate organisation.

                      I am hyundai coustmer and i am very upset that my car Santa fe is lying in one of your workshop for 14 days and they are saying that hyundai part will come and then we will assembled...
                      I just wanted to know for such a part hyundai will take how many days /months. So that i have to suffer how many days ...that i have hyundai car ...I am hyundai very old customer since 2004. I am buying hyundai cars ...now i have to think that weather i will be hyundai customer or not.

Today 22 days has passed out but still i am waiting for my orderd car. Whenever i visits in your office, management do not provide satisfactory reply. Now i request you please pay heed on this issue seriously otherwise, i will have to take legal action.

                          My i20 car Number JH01AH-2262 got accident on 08th Nov 2016 & the car reached in Fairdeal Hyundai Bariyatu Ranchi Jharkhand on 09th Nov 2016. After that claim process started & all documents required was submitted by me. After that no phone calls made to me by Hyundai.. Today 21/01/2017 after 2 & half months when i came to pick-up my car according to call made by me & as said by hyundai then they are unable to deliver my car & also they are not giving certain date of delivery.. Earlier i have paid 35000/- to Hyundai against this claim. I am very much unsatisfied with the post accidental services by Hyudai. Plz do the needful.

                            To my previous complaint registered on my cancellation refund status. I have not received any proper response from your end. Am really fed up in writing emails and doing followup with the Advaith Hyundai Dealer and with you. Please do let me know will you refund my money or not, because this is not my only work I have in Life. Never ever I will buy Hyundai cars in my life time, worst experience You have given to me. its been 5 months now you are not refunded my cancellation amount.

I call your zonal office as well as shogi tapan showroom but still no responce from both side.                                   Greetings for the day!

                                  This is with reference to the subject matter, I would like to inform that I got serviced my vehicle on 9th Nov 2016 and all the advised services got done but unfortunately still facing following problems

                                  1. Low mileage (8Kms. Per liter)
                                  2. Poor pickup
                                  3. Ignition Missing

                                  All the highlighted points were discussed many times with service supervisor (Raj Mondal) and also done did the revisit after a week and also the mechanic visit my place but still no result came out.

                                  Attached invoice copies for your reference.

                                  It’s a humble request to look into the matter at the earliest or advised how can I get the problem resolved. Whereas the normal average should be between 14 – 15kms. Per liter.

                                  Also wanted to inform that inspite of repeated request and reminder now, nobody is bothered for resolving my concern.

                                  Hope you will understand and appreciate my concern.

                                  Your immediate action in this regards will be highly appreciated.

                                    Insurance policy no. HAXA/S8283160
                                    The subject policy no. purchased through Hyundai showroom office, sector 2, NOIDA.
                                    My car under this policy incurred damage on roof top due to some dropped food stuff on 7/1/2017 and intimated to bharti axa insurance through mail along with requisite filled form on 8.1.2017.
                                    However inpite of constant follow up with Hyundai and AXA, no surveyor turned up for inspection and paving way for claim.
                                    Not only that written compalint on given compaint redressal and senior officer email also didn't evoke any response showing extremely pathetic state of affairs both at Hyundai and Bharti Axa ends. Don't which other authority to approach for redressal of the issue

                                      Please be noted that i have a Hyundai Eon car. There was a minor damage in my car's lower bumper. I went to Hyundai service station for getting the estimate of damage repairs. But the concerned person made the huge amount of estimate bill that my insurance company denied to pay the dues as mentioned in estimate. If this is the way customer is treated in Hyundia motors then i will not suggest anyone to buy the Hyundai motor product. It was very basd experience and i am planning to resell my car.
                                      मैरा नाम आशीष कुरापा है मेरे द्वारा आप की कंपनी से hundai i10 Megna 8 अगस्त 2016 को Surjeet Hyundai Bhopal sub dealer Taj Hyundai Itarsi MP से खरीदी थी परन्तु dealer द्वारा अभी तक मुझे insurance व RC नही दिया गया है
                                      मेरे द्वारा पेपर वर्क व कोई रूपये का लेन-देन भी नही है कृपा कर मुझे जल्द से जल्द insurance व RC

                                        I have purchase a hyundai i20 elite on 14 jan 2016 from joshi hyundai mohali, later on after 5-6 months i found my car engine is automatically stop/off while i driving or i stopped for infront of red lights.then i went to joshi hyundai motors for checking out this problem and they replied it is rpm fluctuation problem that is why it stopped or not working after once engine is off, they capture a video of rpm fluctuate and click some pictures of my car then they assured me to resolve this problem within 10-15 days.after committed time of period no revert from there side and i visited over there 5-6 times and i got the same answer that wait wait and wait, and talk to many of concerned persons of hyundai motors they only replied that R&D is working on it.after this problem i found some related problems in my car like, high noise from engine, much fuel in take and heat generated.

                                        I asking to the high authority of hyundai motors that it is the right way to treat the customers? who showing the positive interest and trust on your brand but later on it converted into worst.now i totally frustrated from your worst services and commitments and in future i, my family and my friend circle never go for your products.
