Dear Sir/ Madam,
Myself Dr. Rajnish Kumar. I have purchased Hyundai grand i10 diesel car on 31st Dec-2013 and car was registered in January 2014. The car number is HR-03Q-9153. After purchase each and every service has been done by Hyundai and last service was done 11 months back by Dream Hyundai Ghaziabad.
Now a day, I am working in Indore and on 8th January 2017, the car was stopped on light unexpectedly. Then again I started the car and car was started and after 100 meter again car was stopped. Then I tried to start the car but car had not started. Then I searched nearby Hyundai service center on Internet and I found Harsh Hyundai, Then I called Harsh Hyundai and two mechanic came and they checked the car, but not able to start the car. They told me that they want to take the car on their service center. I said ok and they pull the car to Harsh Hyundai. After reaching to Harsh Hyundai, they again checked the car, but not able to start the car. Then service adviser told me that you have to leave the car, as it was Sunday and on Monday they will check the car. I leaved the Car, by telling them that please inform me on phone that what problem in Car.
On Monday evening I called to Harsh Hyundai, and service adviser told me that they are not able to find the problem. I said ok, please check on Tuesday.
On Tuesday again I called to harsh Hyundai and they again told me that they are not able to find the problem.
Then On Wednesday, I taken the leave from office and gone to Harsh Hyundai and then I meet to Mr. Gurpreet and tell him that I have to go to attend the marriage at my home town i.e. Roorkee and I have not booked any train of flight, as I have planned to go with Car, but he replied vary brutally that two Mechanic are working on the car but not able to find the problem. Then I meet to Mr. Anurag Thakur, area manager, who was available on that day in Harsh Hyundai. He instructed that please find the problem, as early as possible. On same day around 4’o clock, they told me that ECM of the car is faulty.
I told them, how it will be faulty, as car was stopped suddenly. Then they replied that it is an electronic part and it can be faulty any time. Then I told them, how it is possible that company Like Hyundai is replied like that. Then I have leaved the car at Harsh Hyundai, as I have to go to attend the marriage at my home town.
From my home town again I called to Mr. Anurag Thakur, that how this measure part of the car has faulty and he replied same that this is a electronic part, it can be faulty any time.
I want to know from Hyundai that how this part will faulty, as every time, the service of my Car done by Hyundai only.
I request to Hyundai that please replace that part, as car was purchased there year back and after that every service of my car was done by Hyundai only.
Please do the need full on urgent basis, otherwise now I have to take this matter in Consumer court.

    I Gaurav Gupta, purchased a Hyundai Grand I10 (Sports model) from NRL Hyundai Agra. I gone to NRL motors Pvt. Ltd. (Workshop 2 kalindi vihar Firozabad Road) on date-:13/1/2017. My repair order number is R[protected]. I gone for second service of my car. There was no responce from the workers, and the work which was not to be done in the car, they also had done that job and charged me extra amount. My car was also not washed and cleaned properly. And when i told to the workers to clean my car properly, they misbehaved with me. When i asked to the workshop manager that why you have done extra work which was not to be done in my car and charged me extra amount, they said to me that you have to pay the full amount otherwise we will not give you the car back. My question is that your company is very much popular in the whole country and your cars are fantastic but why you have kept these type of workers in your company's service centre?

      Please see below the timeline of events
      We booked car creta e plus in november by making a down payment
      We started further payments on december 14th
      Car registration
      .date 21st Dec 2016
      Engine no.
      Chasis no.

      We were informed that they received the car on 16th and we only asked for car on 27th yet no accessories were fitted properly
      December 27th 2016 We received car without registration so it was lying in our garage as we left to go out of town. The right indicator was not working and the front and rear sensors were not working . The second coating of the anti rust was not done. however we were told by the sales rep when we informed him that it was not working that nothing was wrong
      January 2nd we returned the car and tried to start the car i did not. We called balkrishna the sales representative at shreem. He fitted the number plate and we were informed someone will come pick up the car another day
      Jan 3rd car was returned back to showroom .
      Jan 4th the car was returned . Again it did not start . The front and rear sensors did not work
      Jan 5th car was returned to workshop and we called everyday but we were told they were testing the car
      Jan 7th evening the car was returned at night we checked and the car was starting at night but Sesnors were still not working.
      Jan 8th we tried to take the car out and it did not start . We called and spoke to satish the general manager who was extremely rude and told it was not a big deal if the car did not start or if none of the accessories were working. We were told things like I have a fleet of ten cars so don't try to tell me these things don't happen . We were not given a temporary car upon request for travelling. We were also denied the number or email of the ceo.
      Mr Ali came to fix the car and he switched off the window and front sensors module . And replaced the battery.
      Jan 9th. After calling and asking exactly 7 times for the ceo of shreem Hyundai they put me on hold for 23 mins before he came on the phone and assured everything would be fixed
      Even after requesting them not to bother my aged father they did so and did not come at the agreed upon time
      Jan 10th
      At night mr lohit suvarna along with his team came to look at the car and after staying for 2 hours we had to shut off the front sensors as they did not work and not to mention it was deafeningly loud.
      We asked for a compensation and were assured we would be given a fair compensation
      Jan 11th one of the rear sensors dislodged
      After calling everyday we have not yet received any compensation. We have followed up but not received any response . We have not even received a refund for the accessories that do not work !!!

      I am sure this is not the level of service or quality you expect from your dealers . They are ruining Hyundai's reputation . It is not acceptable to receive a new car that does not start

        I had booked Hundai i20 with Hosur road branch on 25th December, 2016 by paying Rs.5, 000 as token amount.
        I paid the whole amount to Sunil who is the sales representative from Trident on 31st December, 2016 by paying rest of the amount Rs 8, 30, 000/- via cheque 027674 ICICI Bank (Noida).

        At the time of booking the car I was informed by Sunil the car would be December 2016 model (not previous months model) and registration would be January 2017. with his confirmation only I paid the above amount.

        I took the delivery of car on 14th January, 2017. On the day of taking delivery I had asked the sales representative Sunil the month and year of manufacture. He said it will not be older than November 2016. However, I asked him to confirm the exact manufacturing date/month of the car. I keepton calling from 14.1.2017 to his number [protected], he is not giving any reply till date. No service request has been raised till date.

        The VIN number of the car is MALBM51BLGM263858.

        Can you please confirm the date of manufacturing as December 2016 model failing which please refund my whole payment of Rs. 8, 35, 000/=

          Dear Sir,

          We purchased Hyundai Eon car from Sarathi Motors, Mavelikkara, Kerala State, India on Feb 2014. The car ran 16000 kilometers when it got complaint with the gear box. The gear box developed crack and completely damaged. The car is now with them for repair and we are not getting proper response from them.

            O the problem is in the last week 16/01/2016 in the morning,
            My uncle going his village with his wife and driver in elentra,
            And suddenly a truck smash us from back,
            I want to know why our airbag was not open?
            Is thier any technical fault in the car?
            What is the meaning of six airbags in the car,
            If it doesnt open at right moment,
            It was a serious matter,
            What about our safty?

              Here i am compalining about the cancelation fee.its very reduculas about the hyundai services. Because at the booking time, they inform as all the other instructions about car n booking progress. Why don't they inform as about the cancelation fee. Here they take booking charge Rs.5000 for hyundai i20. When i want to cancel the booking that time they inform about the Rs.3000 for cancelation. They take above 50% for cancelation. Its very rediculas. Its also cheating. Because they will not going to inform cancelation charges at the booking time.

                After multiple email followups with Hyundai Dealer - Advaith Hyundai located in residency road, Bangalore - Karnataka, am still not received my Car booking Cancellation refund of INR 5000/- from the dealer. Complete disappointing, no response from Mr. Rajith Nayar Sales Manager, after number of followups and email communication, he is least bother to response back. You are losing a customer.. Request your immediate intervention and solve this

                  I Divya madiri purchased I20 active from KUN auto company, NELLORE, ap.(chassisno:MALBM51BLGM278725G) On[protected] .
                  While delivery of my car, i faced very irregular response from the KUN company staff ie
                  1. Irresponsible answers
                  2, There is no proper cleaning of outside and inside(ie inside the boot space their is lot of red soil and dust) .
                  3. While opening the Driver side door i got breathing problem due to dust.
                  For the above said, i asked the staff their is no response.
                  Since last one decade iam using using I10 & santro.I am sorry to see this type of irresponsibility in HYUNDAI motors.

                    Paid the booking amount (Rs. 5000) for Hyundai EON Magna+ after establishing contact through 'www.carwale.com' from AutoLink Solutions, 16- Main Market, Moti Nagar, New Delhi. The amount was paid by cheque on the name of Orion Automobiles Private Llimited, Gurgaon. But as there were issues in booking, the deal got cancelled. Now Autolink Solutions are refusing my refund as promised by them. Refund was promised to be made within a week, still haven't recieved it.
                    Have contacted Autolink Solutions many times, they don't attend any calls from my side and their is no response from them till date.

                    I request that my amount should be refunded ASAP.

                      I Mr. Prasad vishwakarma have purchased an i20 diesel magna model in the year 2011 which has been drive for 66000 km till date. I am very disappointed with the quality and the brand name your are holding as Hyundai because my car head engine has break down within short span of running in terms of kilometers.

                      I strongly won't recommend to any of my colleagues to go for your brand and I will see to it that I lodge the same Complaint to the consumer court as this technical fault has been replaced with your genuine parts for the second time and still facing the same issue.

                      Please take this matter seriously and try to sort out my problems asap.

                        Dear Sir, We gave our car servicing for clutch change on 11th Jan17. We have asked for pick up and drop service. Car was delivered next day after repair. As i was not in house driver parked the car in basement and left. We came back we found car's left side 3 panel has dent and it was really bad one. Next day morning the same driver came for payment we asked about dent, initially he denied but when he show his job receipt there was no dent etc mentioned. He agreed and said he did it while parking the car. We informed Laxmi Hyndai same time, but due to holiday on 14th they said they will pick up the car on 16th Jan and repair it as it is their mistake. 16th Jan same driver pick up the car and now they are forcing us to claim insurance for the damage which is completely not acceptable. Why we need to pay for dealer's unskilled driver and poor. I am using Hyndai car since last 10 yrs. I am usually do my servicing with Trident and Advait but we never such unprofessional and unethical behavior. As now my husband shifted to Hebbal office we choose Laxmi hyndai this time. It is a nightmare experience with Laxmi Hyndai. I never expected hyndai service would be like this.

                              My creta car with no. DL4C AU 7190 was sent to DEEP HYUNDAI, Mangolpuri, n.delhi Bodyshop for bumper & bonut change and colour, with their Repair Order no. R[protected] Dated 5/1/17. promised date of delievery was given 9/1/17 that too verbal . But they called me today i.e.on 14/1/17 to collect the car. When i reached there, to my surprise the painted parts by the Deep hyundai, were completely of different tone ( the colour of my car is OFF WHITE, while the painted parts by DEEP HY.were nascent white ) . On my objection, they said its due to new and old colour . FINALLY THEY DID NOT ACCEPTED the difference and i had no choice but to take back my car.
                              I AM SO SURPRISED, HOW A COMPANY LIKE HYUNDAI CAN ALLOW SUCH A HOPELESS BODY SHOPS AS THEIR AUTHORISED SET-UPS.
                              NOW I request through this forum to the concerned authorities to look into the matter and bring justice to me.

                                Dear team

                                This is with reference to my hyundai i20 elite asta mh03bw4461 which is registered on my spouse name, mrs. Harshala jadhav, delivery date 19.07.15 from your chembur showroom.

                                At the time of delivery at my residence it was found that there was a deep body paint scratch on the left hand side back door of the vehicle which immediately without any delay was informed to your sales staff at chembur who in turn replied me saying that it will get rectified post inspection which was also done approx within a week but till date there has been no response neither any concrete solution about the same.

                                Every time at the time of servicing the vehicle it was brought to the pick up staff's notice about the scratch & every time a false commitment was made to get it rectified by saying the govandi workshop is closed on sundays & holidays. Last service time also it was again brought to your notice that it has still not solved upon which your sales staff of chembur made a point to say that since the workshop is closed we couldn't resolve it but will get it done next time.

                                Now, at the time of final servicing of the vehicle you are pointing out at the customer's fault that why wasn't the same immediately not dealt with in spite of customer's follow up with your team.

                                I need a immediate solution on this as now the same needs to be cleared in my insurance claim as per your staff wherein i'm on the loss of losing my no claim bonus & just for the reason of your staff's negligence.

                                  Recently I purchased a Car from your show room at ADOOR, District of Pathanamthitta, Kerala . My Car detail is Magna Auto KL-26G-9929. The first service was done on your service center at Adoor, Eanaathu. See, I am not a new Car user and having last 40 yrs of car using experiences. Now I changed my FORD FIESTA Car and exchanged with your MAGNA HYUNDAI AUTOMATIC.

                                  If from the beginning itself, your services seems to be in expectation of below average, how I can promote my relations and friends to a new look out of purchases on your product (Auto motive). Hope that you will take it with out loosing importance and give more attention to avoid my further steps on this matter.

                                    Dear Managers recently I purchased a creta car and very happy with performance and comfort. Thank you for that!!
                                    I need to install some accessories in my car (parking sensor & some others) and for that I contacted Fusion Hyundai, Medchal Highway, Old Bowenpally,
                                    Hyderabad - 5000011 on Saturday 7th January.
                                    Mr. Santosh who is in charge for accessory said all the technicians are busy and ask me to contact next days. When I contacted him on Wednesday 11th for availability he said come we will do that.
                                    After I reached to his office from more than 30 KM he was not available in his office and his assistant said no technicians are available for today.
                                    I tried to call him several time but he was unable to lift his phone and after 30 minutes his assistant came to me and said the color of sensor which need to be install in my car is not available.
                                    Then I contacted the branch manager but he was unable to help me.
                                    I thought Hyundai is good company not only for vehicles but for servicing & customer relation after sales as well. But I feels very bad the way peoples are responding to costumer.
                                    I used car before from other two companies and never feel that bad experience with them.
                                    I hope you understand the problem and give training to your employees even if they are not directly linked to Hyundai.

                                      Dear Hyundai
                                      Writing this mail with full of disappointment and dissatisfaction.my Hyundai Grand i10 car(GA07 K 6256)is in the Alcon Hyundai porvorim from last 2 and half months
                                      They are not releasing my car even after the payment of repairing cost
                                      The service manager named Mr.saeesh is behaving very rudely and disappointingly
                                      Kindly resolve this issue

                                        My car now at jamanagar hapa sarvice center to repair from bate 4/12/2017. they can't diside about insurance and worrentabal matter.they can, t solwe problem last 5 days.and not replay also.
                                        sometime they said that it is under insurance and sometime they said it is a part worranty. they can't decide.whot i do?
                                        other local micanic and hundai servicer are abale to solwe problem but micanic of jamanagar hapa service center are can't find problem.
                                        i have must requre my car.because i job and i can't reach without car.
