DEar Sir,

I have purchased a eon era plus from poular hundai, Kottayam (Adichira showroom) on March 31, 2015. As promised by the company at the time of purchasing, I have to get an amount of Rs 5000/- as refund of Government employee's concession. I had submitted all related documents in the companyat the time of purchasing but till date no refund is done.
I have noticed the matter to the company but the response was negetive.
Hence I request you to consider my complaint and refund the promised amount at the earliest.

    I had purchased verna 1.6sx from jsv Hyundai lucknow and they have given me a defected piece from the 1st day there is irritating sound coming from the left rear suspension and even after telling they refused and said its not coming all the time ...i was like what the F######### man ..this irritaing sound always come when a person is sitting on that side ...and inside my car there is always moisture contains and i dont know what it is but at the right side there is always a white particles showing over the fibre like if there is water contained behined the fibre ...plz see to it otherwise i have to take some serious step

      Respected sir,
      It's been almost 2 years since I brought a new Hyundai Verna Automatic(2015). Since then the car was in perfect condition until the beginning of 2016, the car's gearbox was in serious trouble(the car never downshift the gear;it get stuck after 3rd gear). We got it checked and it was solved. Later, by the half of 2015, the problem seemed to be troubling as the gears never shift down and it made horrendous to drive the car in city limits. We called the service centre, got it checked and they somehow solved the problem. By that time the car never made 7000km on odo. After a month of repair, the problem seemed to be getting worse and the car was taken to the service centre. The car was left there for about 1 month and the people in the service station barely looked after the car. After a serious of complaints they somehow managed to solve, and they handed the car after 1 month. Then again, by december of 2016, the problem got worse. The car just crossed 9000kms only!! And its been 1year and 8 month since I brought the car. By this period of time, the car broke 4 times. The people in service station never clearly examined and never diagnosed the problem, and we are in a serious trouble of owning a car. All they say is that "you have to repair" or " we'll try once more". We need a complete solution for this.
      My 2016 i20 is giving A/C problem and i am call a dealer (sandy jassal) of grover hyundai ludhiana and her talks in a cheap language with me. I am not sattisfy with dealing of a worker with a costumer. I want justice. Hope u shortly slove my problem.

        We just recieved a messgae from hyundai that we are selected in holiday world from hyudai and all details have been mentioned and a contact no. Was also there in the message for any query and for details. But when we called the executive said all the vouchers have been distributed so you are no longer is the beneficiary of the same and without any further classification she just cut the call. I am not worried about the gift vouvher but its the thing that customer satisfaction is not policy your employees are concerned about. Please i request your attention to do somthing about it

          Sir, Madam,
          hello Vikram Dabholkar here from pune car registration number MH12 NE 0576, CAR HYUNDAI VERNA ( as i am TOYOTA INNOVA user have seen the difference)
          HAVE ATTACHED ALL DOCUMENTS PLEASE CHECK,
          THE 1ST FREE SERVICE ALSO I WAS DISAPPOINTED AND NOW AGAIN.
          SO THE ISSUE
          from the day i have purchased this car, have experienced bad to worst service, commitment failure, service issues.
          last month my car met with a small accident, front bumper cracked and there were some eggs on sit which broke and fell on the sits and floor.
          i went to SINGH HYUNDAI wagholi, told them all issue bumper repair, cover it in insurance, and clean interior, they told me 2400 /- i agreed.
          had told them to remove sits, remove the mat as for dent n paint they said it will take 5 to 6 days i agreed.
          it took them 6 days nobody followed up, when i called they say ya the car is done you can take it, i go to collect the car and the 1st thing i see bumper color mismatch,
          i ask the adviser Mr.Nilesh Jagtap - [protected], Manager Mr.Altaf Nadaf - [protected], Mr.Sandeep - [protected]. they all said its fresh color just painted thats why its looking like mismatch, company paints are different and we have to make a color our self's, this i heard for the 1st time in my life.the manager mr altaf says one of the car from company they have sent is with body color different and bumper color different, i guess a manager saying this is spoiling your company repo,
          after i long argument they will pick car on 2nd jan again and will match it properly.said ok.but they should not have given me so many illogical reason,
          hopefully when they picked on 2nd and return the car to me today i found the color was matched.
          then comes the cleaning and washing part, after so much discussion and had told them the car will be here for so many days so you can remove the sits, remove mat wash it,
          bcoz it was smelling dirty due to eggs broke in it, 3m car wash head come and says its not possible we cant wash this car, lets see will try, its not possible,
          then after all discussion they tell me 90% of the smell will go, when i bought the car home, and parked it, morning when sit the same smell nothing had been changed, just coz they have kept glasses down when they gave me the car i felt the smell is gone, also had shown what all parts are ti be cleaned, when i call them up they say will do it when we will pick car for bumper paint work, said ok, now they picked my car on 3rd and still the cleaning is not done.had also sent the images when i had picked the car,
          specially had sent coz the sit belts were dirty, the floor was dirty, the ac blower were dirty.the usb port section was dirty, and smell still there,
          i am specially writing this mail bcoz have used many other company cars but this the worst service i ever got and thats from HYUNDAI,
          ALSO THE SERVICE CHARGES FOR FREE SERVICE IS HIGH IN THIS WORKSHOP,
          IT COST ME TOTAL 4000 SOME THING FOR SERVICE WHERE AS MY INNOVA NEEDS THIS AMOUNT FOR PAID SERVICE.
          REALLY UPSET AND REGRET WHY DID I GO FOR HYUNDAI WHEN TILL LAST MOMENT WAS GOING FOR CHERVOLET CRUZE.
          i really would suggest plz check or learn from TOYOTA HOW SERVICE HAS TO BE DONE,
          I GUESS HYUNDAI REALLY HAS UNWANTED PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT SERVICE,
          I HOPE YOU READ THE FULL MAIL AND WORK ON THE ISSUES.

            1. Compressor replaced withing 3 months.
            2. Music console system replaced in another 6 months.
            3. Right side shockups replaced.
            4. AC flaps changed twice.
            5. Actuator replaced.
            6. Into the interiors roof lamps are changed.
            7. Recently Left side speakers where faulty had to change.
            8. Again the car was bouncy so found out left side shockups jammed.

            This is all from " NEELAM AUTOMOBILES " from where i took the delivery and the dealer incharge is " SAI AUTO HYUNDAI "

            2 years almost and no action has been taken by HYUNDAI OFFICIALS.

            Tomorrow if anything happens to me and my family due to technical glitches when we are sitting inside the car then HYUNDAI is totally responsible for that.

            I hope somebody will look into this case.

              I purchased above Car from Ajmer Dealer Shivam Hyundai on 4th March, 2015. At the time of taking delivery, i noticed that Trunk Lid iwas not opening fully either with Remote or mechanically. Recently the Horns of the Car started giving trouble as also irritable noise can be heard from the front and rear of the Car specially on slight rough roads thereby suggesting that there must be some problem with either suspension system or Shockers On the insistence of . Ajmer Hyundai, Ajmer one Mr. Shiva, APSMNRO-2 visited Ajmer on 22.12.16 and took Test Drive with the mechanic of the Dealer and agreed that the Car needs attention and replacement of certain parts including Horns.As the Trunk opening through remote was defective and Mr. Shiva could not explain and justify his points and failed to satisfy me, he in a fit of anger, put a remark on Job Order " Diggi is opened through & it does not matter how Diggi will open" and advised the dealer to write that Car is O.K. and there is no noise and Horn working fine. Surprised with the sudden change of things, I had no option but to take my Car back with Dissatisfaction Note recorded on the Job Order Sheet dt. 22.12.2016. My detailed complains to Hyundai CEO is still unreplied. May I request you to please lodge my complaint and forward the same to the concerned authorities for redressal so that I may enjoy trouble free ride in my Car.

                03/01/2017. I have given my car hyundai eon magna+ for second servicing. But unfortunatey after 2nd day also i have not got my car. First day reason was washing is yet to done. :). Many numbers are ahead, 2nd day driver not available, after that car washing motor failure. Manager is not ready to talk. Service person sandip is handling my car. Manager sandip trivedi. I am having all phone recordings and all proofs. Pathetic experience given by garve motors. Useless people. Now no one is picking my calls.

                Please do not go to grave hyundai show room for any kind of deal definitely you will be in big trouble.

                  Hi, myself DASARI KALYAN, from Vijayawada. I planned to sell my old car in EXCHANGE and thought of taking New Grand I10 1.2 Asta through LOAN

                  So, i approached your Hyundai Show Room SAI SWARNA people, near Ramvarapadu Ring Road, Vijayawada.

                  The Sales person gave the SBI bank people Wrong Quotation and took more loan amount. Now the Bank People are asking me to pay 1, 35, 000/- difference amount and they also sent a NOTICE to my Address.

                  They also DEBITED all my amount in my BANK A/C and made it ZERO. They HOLD for 1, 35, 000/- from my SBI A/C Which is linked with my SALARY A/C.

                  I AM VERY VERY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS AND I AM NOT GOING TO LEAVE ANY ONE. I WILL FILE A CASE AGAINST THAT SHOWROOM.

                      I have i20 active 6 months old deisel car emitting burning smell from the blower inside the cabin while driving and at idling lasting for few seconds particularly whenever the ac cut off and on.                             I bought Hyundai Verna on Dec 28, 2016 against the buy back scheme of Hyndai from Safdarjung Hyndai, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (Regn No. HR-99-AAZ1009). I had old verna of 2009 model and I opted for Verna again because of good experience with the vehicle.

                            I’ve following complaints against the Dealer:

                            (i) When I took the delivery of the vehicle on 28th December 2016, reverse sensor of the vehicle was not working. I insisted for the delivery next day after rectifying the discrepancy. However, I was told all the formalities has been completed and delivery cannot be withheld. I had no option but to take the delivery. I was told to bring the vehicle anytime to get this fixed. I informed them that I won't be able to come to the service centre for the next 3-4 days. I got back on 02nd January and took out the vehicle out and unfortunately while reversing the vehicle, my car got damaged (minor though). My car would not have damaged if the sensors were properly.

                            I therefore request the Company to rectify the discrepancy and repair the damage.

                            (iii) At the time of purchasing the vehicle, I enquired about gearlock and then I was promised a complimentary package worth Rs 8, 000/- comprising of gearlock, teflon coating and rusting etc etc. This was informed to me a day prior to the delivery and based on the trust, I did not insist for this offer in writing. When I went to take the delivery on 28th, I was informed that gearlock is not included in the package. As I had no offer in writing (which I did not insist based on my prior experience with Hyundai), I could not argue much. But it certainly left a bad impression as the amount involved was very small.

                            (iv) Funding with HDFC was a nightmare. It took me 4 days to get the details in writing. I was earlier planning for the delivery on 25th but the bank officials were not inclined to provide the details over the email. Based on continued persuasions of 3-4 days, I finally managed to get the required details in writing. This was the experience which will be always be there in my memory.

                            (v) The most efficient team in the whole process was buy back team as they were ready with their checklist of the documents and it took just half an hour to complete the process.

                              Have purchased elite i20 car up14 cm 4846, in month of february' 2015. Since then i am sending my car to pawan hyundai, ghaziabad for service. On august 18' 2016 i met with an accident, an auto hitted me from front side and i got injured. It resulted to severe damage to my car also and then i left it to pawan hyundai for repairing. They have replaced driver side front door, front bumper, head light and also changed suspension system and also done wheel balancing and alignment. Then after driving for some kms i observed bubbling and vibration into the car for which i have complained at pawan hyundai for which they attended the complaint and said now you won`t face any problem related to tyres and alignment. Again after driving for some days, i observed same thing then i visited mrf outlet for wheel balancing and alignment. They checked and asked me to get my tyres replaced as they are about to be dumped.

                              I was shocked to listen at that time as i have drove only 16000 kms till then and my tyres were asked to replaced. Now i am not able to understand company like hyundai is cheating their customers like this, since i have been the privileged customer of hyundai and this is the 4th vehicle i am using of hyundai. Kindly suggest me what to do in this concern or else i have got no other option then challenging this case legally. Being into so many years of bonding with hyundai, i hope you will definitely understand my problem and get my tyres replaced with the correct ones or whatever you suggest to overcome this problem. I am so much frustrated regarding this. Kindly understand and do the needful.

                                I paid rs.10000/ as booking for grand i10 sportz to arise automotive pvt ltd srinagar kmr. On 27 nov.2016 thro e-banking for which i got receipt no.13362 also from the dealer. Then due to my personal reasons i cancelled the booking by writing the concerned dealer thro mail as well as verblly on 8th dec, 2016. But till date the dealer did not refund the amount in my account despite many requests and phone calls. They are bound to refund my amount after deducting 10% of my amount as is mentioned in the receipt.
                                It is very unfortunate that the dealer is doing this bad practice by which your company gets a bad image.
                                It is requested to your good self to direct the dealer to refund my due amount after deduction of 10% in my hdfc account no. From which i transfered them rs 10000/.

                                  Hello sir, i have given my i20 car to get repaired in orion hyundai 7th milestone delhi Hissar to get its bumper fixed. I was said earlier that it is going to take 1 day. But they said that survyer was not available and it will take time. I had to leave for jammu the next day which has been delayed because of them. There service is not good. There attitude towards handling customer is also not good. It is not to be expected from such a reputed company. Kindly look in to the situation.

                                    Hyundai agency Hana motors, Plaza Hyundai A 30, Mathura Road, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate New Delhi - 110044. They communicated with me badly. I bought Hyundai Eon from the above showroom but they provided bad service. They did not provided the car on the committed date. They didn't even informed me about the delay. They did not provided person who can collect documents from my home. I travelled to the showroom every time. They charged me Rs. 2500 for the file without any receipt. They delivered me car without providing accessories.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam
                                      I am very Disappointed with Hyundai Service. I have i10 UP20AK7916 Today I called to Hyundai 3rd Free service as per Service book mentioned 2 Years OR 20150 Km hence at present my car mileage(km) is 20150 but M/s Choudhury Motors Bijnore is not agree to do Free service then whats is the meaning of words 2 Years OR 20150 km and what is meaning of service to Customer Service or Cheating. For Your information Recently I have Purchased one more i10 Car from Plaza Hyundai Delhi DL3CCL1256 in November but unfortunately Hyundai is giving Proper Service Please look in this matter otherwise in Future I will not think to go to Hyundai.
