I bought Hyundai Verna on Dec 28, 2016 against the buy back scheme of Hyndai from Safdarjung Hyndai, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (Regn No. HR-99-AAZ1009). I had old verna of 2009 model and I opted for Verna again because of good experience with the vehicle.

I’ve following complaints against the Dealer:

(i) When I took the delivery of the vehicle on 28th December 2016, reverse sensor of the vehicle was not working. I insisted for the delivery next day after rectifying the discrepancy. However, I was told all the formalities has been completed and delivery cannot be withheld. I had no option but to take the delivery. I was told to bring the vehicle anytime to get this fixed. I informed them that I won't be able to come to the service centre for the next 3-4 days. I got back on 02nd January and took out the vehicle out and unfortunately while reversing the vehicle, my car got damaged (minor though). My car would not have damaged if the sensors were properly.

I therefore request the Company to rectify the discrepancy and repair the damage.

(iii) At the time of purchasing the vehicle, I enquired about gearlock and then I was promised a complimentary package worth Rs 8, 000/- comprising of gearlock, teflon coating and rusting etc etc. This was informed to me a day prior to the delivery and based on the trust, I did not insist for this offer in writing. When I went to take the delivery on 28th, I was informed that gearlock is not included in the package. As I had no offer in writing (which I did not insist based on my prior experience with Hyundai), I could not argue much. But it certainly left a bad impression as the amount involved was very small.

(iv) Funding with HDFC was a nightmare. It took me 4 days to get the details in writing. I was earlier planning for the delivery on 25th but the bank officials were not inclined to provide the details over the email. Based on continued persuasions of 3-4 days, I finally managed to get the required details in writing. This was the experience which will be always be there in my memory.

(v) The most efficient team in the whole process was buy back team as they were ready with their checklist of the documents and it took just half an hour to complete the process.

    Have purchased elite i20 car up14 cm 4846, in month of february' 2015. Since then i am sending my car to pawan hyundai, ghaziabad for service. On august 18' 2016 i met with an accident, an auto hitted me from front side and i got injured. It resulted to severe damage to my car also and then i left it to pawan hyundai for repairing. They have replaced driver side front door, front bumper, head light and also changed suspension system and also done wheel balancing and alignment. Then after driving for some kms i observed bubbling and vibration into the car for which i have complained at pawan hyundai for which they attended the complaint and said now you won`t face any problem related to tyres and alignment. Again after driving for some days, i observed same thing then i visited mrf outlet for wheel balancing and alignment. They checked and asked me to get my tyres replaced as they are about to be dumped.

    I was shocked to listen at that time as i have drove only 16000 kms till then and my tyres were asked to replaced. Now i am not able to understand company like hyundai is cheating their customers like this, since i have been the privileged customer of hyundai and this is the 4th vehicle i am using of hyundai. Kindly suggest me what to do in this concern or else i have got no other option then challenging this case legally. Being into so many years of bonding with hyundai, i hope you will definitely understand my problem and get my tyres replaced with the correct ones or whatever you suggest to overcome this problem. I am so much frustrated regarding this. Kindly understand and do the needful.

      I paid rs.10000/ as booking for grand i10 sportz to arise automotive pvt ltd srinagar kmr. On 27 nov.2016 thro e-banking for which i got receipt no.13362 also from the dealer. Then due to my personal reasons i cancelled the booking by writing the concerned dealer thro mail as well as verblly on 8th dec, 2016. But till date the dealer did not refund the amount in my account despite many requests and phone calls. They are bound to refund my amount after deducting 10% of my amount as is mentioned in the receipt.
      It is very unfortunate that the dealer is doing this bad practice by which your company gets a bad image.
      It is requested to your good self to direct the dealer to refund my due amount after deduction of 10% in my hdfc account no. From which i transfered them rs 10000/.

        Hello sir, i have given my i20 car to get repaired in orion hyundai 7th milestone delhi Hissar to get its bumper fixed. I was said earlier that it is going to take 1 day. But they said that survyer was not available and it will take time. I had to leave for jammu the next day which has been delayed because of them. There service is not good. There attitude towards handling customer is also not good. It is not to be expected from such a reputed company. Kindly look in to the situation.

          Hyundai agency Hana motors, Plaza Hyundai A 30, Mathura Road, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate New Delhi - 110044. They communicated with me badly. I bought Hyundai Eon from the above showroom but they provided bad service. They did not provided the car on the committed date. They didn't even informed me about the delay. They did not provided person who can collect documents from my home. I travelled to the showroom every time. They charged me Rs. 2500 for the file without any receipt. They delivered me car without providing accessories.

            I am very Disappointed with Hyundai Service. I have i10 UP20AK7916 Today I called to Hyundai 3rd Free service as per Service book mentioned 2 Years OR 20150 Km hence at present my car mileage(km) is 20150 but M/s Choudhury Motors Bijnore is not agree to do Free service then whats is the meaning of words 2 Years OR 20150 km and what is meaning of service to Customer Service or Cheating. For Your information Recently I have Purchased one more i10 Car from Plaza Hyundai Delhi DL3CCL1256 in November but unfortunately Hyundai is giving Proper Service Please look in this matter otherwise in Future I will not think to go to Hyundai.

              Within 6 months of purchase of Hyundai i10Grande, I faced problems of water fogging inside all windows and headlamps. Also a noise from the dicky started coming. However the service center after keeping the car with them for 1 day dismissed both problems. After escalating the matter, they said that dicky is not aligned. And that it needs to be given for repairs to another service center. After keeping the car for 2 days, they returned the car without addressing the issue. So the service centers are simply not attending to problems reported by the customer.

                Respected Sir,
                I have booked a new car Hyundai Verna 1.4 on 9th December 2016 with a booking amount of Rs.30000 from dealer Mohan Motors kolkata. Handed over all the documents on the same day and process the rest bank loan. On 26th December 2016 after dealer confirmed that car is now in their stock I have asked bank to disburse the loan which ha.s been received by the dealer on the same day.
                Now before they send the car for registration dealer asked my office ID card copy as they are claiming that I have been given corporate discount of Rs 20000 which was no where mentioned in the entire communication and order booking form. I denied to give my ID card copy and asked dealer if corporate discount has to be availed then it has to be parked to the customer above the negotiated car price with the dealer else deliver the car without corporate discount for which payment already made. Now the situation is they are not delivering the car and neither cancelling the order from their end.If customer cancel the order then there will be a cancellation charge which customer has to bear.This is a complete harassment to the customer who is buying car from their pocket and not getting proper resolution.

                I am yet to receive any positive communication from Hyundai. Already sent a mail to [protected]@hmil.net with multiple followup with them. This process is very slow and they have not yet get back to me apart from two auto acknowledgement mail.Customer putting money from their pocket and not getting professional response from renowned car makers like Hyundai.

                  I Rajesh Dharamshi humbal owner of your hyundai Creta 1.6 and I 20 Active top
                  I purchased first time cars of hyundai from BM Hyundai showroom from meghapar borichi village in kutch. But here in no any good response or no any type of good service i got. My car creta got an accident and backside panel and backside door (decky) were damaged. I was visited showroom approx before 20 days. And i even today I didn't get reply that my accessories were arrived or not. Today at[protected] i called them at showroom and they told that accessories are arrived. And my car has maximum 2-3 day work in it for back panel and back big door ( deckey) . But they are demanding 8 to 10 days. So that i didn't want to work at showroom. I need to do my repair work from outside car repairing garriage. And in future i think that i have never to buy the car of hyundai. And i will also never suggest any of my friends for buy the cars of hyundai..

One of my friend who applied for EDR, got the amount last week itself. But from GT Hyundai there is no response. 2 month already completed. 3 month is running now. How long I have to wait for getting EDR amount.

                      I got my hyundai i20 serviced at kedia motors pvt. Ltd., ghat road, nagpur, maharastra for the issue of accidental damage and regular servicing work. The issue is regarding payments. No card swap machine for payment of the work and the behavior at the service center is very rude regaring the matteras if they are not charging for the services at all, while this is the most basic facility.

                        I have below 4 issues after servicing done at CI Hyundai, Bhopal which are pending from August:

                        1. Clutch Pedal: They suggested to change clutch pedal because of noise while pressing clutch. I approved to change it but still that noise is there, why? Have they really changed? Or just to increase the bill value they suggested? It is directly indicated that they have cheated with the customer.
                        2. Washing: After serving they didn't bother to see the cleaning and after notifying, the executive said that "sir, itna koi nahi dekhta hai and isse achha hum nahi karte hai". The pictures for the same was shared earlier to the dealer.
                        3. Gear Shift: Before servicing, the gear Shift were very smooth but after service in getting huge problem while shifting gears mainly gear 1, 2 & 3.
                        4. They broke additional fitted laser light which was working perfectly fine.

                        For this I have raised the complaint multiple times but they close the tickets without resolution and confirmation.

                          Roshan Hyundai over Sikar Road did a negligence with me as:-

                          1)They had not handover me the service booklet and when I had asked them to send me the same they denied and even told me we will do pickup and dropoff service but till now I didn't get any call.

                          2)Some amount of check is pending from there side but it's been more then a month but still I didn't get my amount.

                          3)They had not given me the medical kit and even not treated me well while taking the delivery

                          4)Some accessories parts are still pending from there side even after giving them the complete payment.

                          Please see these issues on high alert, As these dealers are misleading the Hyundai's reputation.

                            Dear sir,

                            I purchased a getz prime, 1.1 gvs model of hyundai from trident showroom, sadhashiva nagar, bangalore during march, 2009.

                            My vehicle has run near about 45, 000km so far.

                            Four months back i got some abnormal noise and i left my vehicle for service at advaith hyundai service centre, rajaji nagar, bangalore.

                            There, they informed that there is oil leak in power steering, that's why such abnormal sound is heard. And they said i will have to replace the entire power steering rack, which costs around rs.35, 000.

                            I felt the cost very exorbitant, for a vehicle just run only 45, 000km.

                            I am shocked what type of parts does such reputed company like hyundai fit to their car, its totally absurd.

                            As a layman i should believe what ever the hyundai service people say.

                            One week back i had left my vehicle at blue hyundai service station, rajaji nagar for replacing my power steering rack. I had paid a advance of rs. 26, 000. But so far i have not received any kind of reply or response from them. I am trying to call the concerned supervisor, but he just drag the reply.

                            I need justice in this regard.

                            First of all, why the spares are worn out very quickly for a less run vehicle. The spares are down graded one or whether the company cheats customer with such kind of technical issues.

                            Secondly, for such simple issues why the company recommends to change the entire rack, instead of sorting out the problem meticulously. Is it the lack of technical competence with your service providers or simply burdening the customers.

                            I need justice for such huge ransom payment with proper solution.

                            Thirdly, why the service provider do not have the concern for the customers. They will have to call the customers and inform the updates. Instead i am begging them, which is unworthy on your part.

                            Please sort out my problem, so that such a high branded company do not loose their credibility with customers.

                              I have purchased Grand I10 in May, 2015 from Lakshmi Hyundai, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. The vehicle was run for only 4500 kms since purchased on Hyderabad roads only. On sunday last I was travelling to Moinabad in the outskirts of Hyderabad, where the vehicle was struck on the road and did not move. I made a complaint to the Hyundai Customer Care and later vehicle towed to Kun United Hyundai at Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Complaint reference No. X[protected]IND). Later I have received a phone call from Kun United, stated that the Clutch plates were damaged not covered by the company warranty, and to be replaced with new one costing about Rs. 10, 000/-. I am aggrieved by the poor quality of products used in the vehicle which worn out before 5000 kms. I am very much dissatisfied with the vehicle for having incurring loss like this within warranty period.
                              I look forward for redressal of the grievance of my bad experience of the vehicle.

                                5 minutes back took hyundai car in 1 month the radiator plate got broken in showroom they told sir its fiber plate.
                                Other 4 cars was there with same complaint but no result.
                                After 2 months back window glass got broken while i was driving no other car beside me.in showroom they told sir never got this complaint.
                                I paid and put new glass.
                                But i tell to others that they use cheep material. So u get more problems and they earn.

                                  I have bought Xcent SX(O) top end model, I was suing Santro GLS for nealry 8 years 6 months. I being a loyal customer, I bought another Hyundai prodcut Xcent which costed me 9.50 L.

                                  In Oct 23rd, i have raised a compliant that there is noise coming when I turn steering left kat Kat Kat kind of a sound. Talwari Hyundai Sanathnagar replaced the Steering Column and given back the car to me, after using for a day, I realized that the steering is very hard than the older one. It is as good as no power steering but as normal steering like Maruthi 800. I raised a complaint again with Talwar Hyundai they diagnosed and found the the issue of Hardness is their. After they tested by reinstalling my old steering column that it is Hard and they planed to change with other new steering column.

                                  After replacing the another steering column, I have to put a lot of effort to push the steering on to left due to this my right hand shoulder is again paining.

                                  Talwari Hyundai service manager found the issue and said he will work with Hyundai Regional Team to solve this issue. I tried to reach out to Hyundai Regional office team in Hyderabad at-least 20 -25 times no one responds and the security says he cant give the address of office and the team member Ms. Suhasini is in meeting, on leave, not in her seat, went for lunch or went to wash room. I got sick of it and sending mail to Talwar team and Hyundai service team and logged a compliant on their tool free number 3 times. But the response is very bad from Hydundai team.

                                  The solution Mr. Hyundai team show is by carrying the tab connected to my car and show the readings. but they are least bother to find and answer me why my steering is hard and other cars demo car and loaner car they I used for 2 days is much smoother than my car steering.

                                  I called up Hyundai Corporate office they connected me to a Person Chauhan is talks like to call centre person saying your compaint is registered and will be addressed soon.

                                  I am suffering fro last 2 months most of the time my car is in Service center and I am paying Rs. 500-600 for cabs for my daily commuting.

                                  After getting hold of Mr Srikanth and Mr. Amarnath, I have written two mails with 13 points they are taking to me verbally but not answering to my concerns raised in mail.

                                  Please suggest who should I get my money back?

                                    You company is the worst I have Delt with, no customer concern, WORST TO THE CORE .I will surely publish on social media in all the forums about the worst customer service you provide to customer’s

                                    **I have chain of e mails on this complaint and from Hyundai that they will contact in 3 working days but its been so many weeks and no one has contacted, this shows clearly lack of ownership and shows that Hyundai is least bothered about customer.

                                      My Name is Jat Anilkumar Virendrasingh. I booked Elite I20 from Gallops Hyundai Pvt Ltd. Ahmedabad Gujarat. I met to Mr. Tanuj Pugalia. His mo. No. is [protected]. I gave him a Cheque for booking because he asked. When I gave this cheque to him, I told him please ask me before depositing this cheque in the bank because at that time my bank balance is not sufficient. But he deposit this cheque without ask me hence the cheque bounced. Tii date I pay my all installment, all cheques timely. But because of him my cheque is bounced. I feel vey bad for it. When I got this news at that time I called mr. Tanuj Pugalia and cancel my booking. In future I will never purchase any Hyundai Car and never suggest to any friend.

                                        i went for accident repair work in coimbatore M/S Chandra Hyundai
                                        ie Total Bill of Rs 35500 and i paid full payment
                                        They given split-up of others 16500 and bodyshop work 19000

                                        and i went many times they are not giving break-up for others 16500
                                        insurance company rejected the others Rs 16500 bill amt

                                        so pl refund the payment of RS 16500 as soon as possible

                                        Repeated complaint with stereo even after replacement in 3.4 years. After vehicle warranty not ready to repair the same.
                                        Kindly do the needful.
                                        As a company product wont be this much low quality and how we can trust ...your product.
