Hyundai workshops charges me for original hyundai part but repair the old one and fixed it. It happens with me at Goyal hyundai paragpur Jalandhar Punjab India.
Where I went for repair of my car body front bumper and rear bumper but the workshop worker billed me for new bumper but when i check throughly come to know that was the old bumpers which was repaired and painted. Hyundai should stop this illactivity of cheating their customers.

I have the photos and the bill with me. I think lodging a complaint in consumer court is a better option due to such carelessness. My family was at risk. The tyre was cut in the middle of the highway. This is sheer ignorance by hyundai
Yesterday i gave the car for service and asked for wheel alignment and wheel balancing. The car was handled to me with bill including the amount for wheel balancing and alignment. And today on highway the tyre was cut by the bearing due to improper alignment.

    On October 09, 2016 I went to finally take the delivery of my Creta Petrol Automatic (MH XX XX 5056) from Kothari Hyundai, tilak road branch, Pune after a two week delay and when I went to inspect my car, to my surprise I found two unknown people seated in my car (in the driver and co-driver seat) along with the sales representative from Kothari Hyundai (seated in the rear passenger seat) who was showcasing my car’s music system, AC, interior reading lamps and other features and when I objected, after five minutes i.e. after the demo was completed they left my car leaving the floor carpet and the seats (as the lower seat did not have any plastic cover) dirty as well as leaving behind a pre-programmed radio stations and a synced phone on the music system for me to take home. This happened in front of me and I am not even sure of what all the showroom would have used my car for given that it had covered 18 kms at the time of delivery.
    Post which I spoke to the manager asking for a refund as I refuse to accept a used car or alternatively had asked them to for a compensation as one they had used my car that was already registered on my name without my knowledge and second I strongly intend to penalize them for spoiling my entire car buying experience.
    After an argument, the manager informed me that he was not going to either refund my money nor was he ready to compensate at best what he can do is offer an apology as in his words I quote ‘sir khoon thodi kiya hai isse jyada aur kya kar sakte hain’ (translates to ‘sir my sales representative has not murdered anyone and what more can I do’).
    Given my wife’s request I reluctantly took the delivery of the car after spending over two hours in the showroom and we drove away cursing ourselves for buying this car and having to deal with such arrogant dealer.
    At the time of delivery, 1) my car was dirty and 2) All the features of my car were explained in a very shabby and an incomplete way.
    I had lodged a complaint through the website post which I got a call apologising and when I asked for an action they said that they have deducted the sales commission for the concerned representative and when I asked for that amount to be refunded or donated as to why should a dealer benefit out of my loss they had no response.
    Recently I again called the helpline to escalate it and post which the dealer again called me to inform me that they are happy to offer a free car wash package as the car was dirty at the time of delivery. To which I question, what is the point of offering that after close to a month of delivery, I mean are they that dumb to assume that I would go around in a dirty car waiting for them to understand my concern?
    I have been a loyal Hyundai customer right from my Santro (MH XX XX 334) that I got in 2001 till date and I am shocked to have gone through this experience.
    I hope that you understand the fact that I am not buying a INR 1, 000 garment but a INR 15 lac + car which by itself is an event in any individual’s life. I am not asking for a compensation to make money out of my ordeal but want justice for ruining my wife’s gift and the rudeness that we had to face that day. Actually, I will humbly request that please take my car back and feel free to use it as a demo car and refund my money as every time we think about it, we just hate the car even more.
    P.S.: I have written several emails and have also been in touch with Himani & Viviek from their regional office but there has been no communication from their side as well for close to a month now.
    Make a scratch on car during service car by hyndai car staff members. And nobody is listening about damage or scratches on car please take a action our complaint for future assistant.

      This is with reference to my hyundai i20 elite asta which is registered on my spouse name, mrs. Harshala jadhav, delivery date 19.07.15 from your chembur showroom.

      At the time of delivery at my residence it was found that there was a deep body paint scratch on the left hand side back door of the vehicle which immediately without any delay was informed to your sales staff at chembur who in turn replied me saying that it will get rectified post inspection which was also done approx within a week but till date there has been no response neither any concrete solution about the same.

      Every time at the time of servicing the vehicle it was brought to the pick up staff's notice about the scratch & every time a false commitment was made to get it rectified by saying the govandi workshop is closed on sundays & holidays. Last service time also it was again brought to your notice that it has still not solved upon which your sales staff of chembur made a point to say that since the workshop is closed we couldn't resolve it but will get it done next time.

      Now, at the time of final servicing of the vehicle you are pointing out at the customer's fault that why wasn't the same immediately not dealt with in spite of customer's follow up with your team.

      I need a immediate solution on this as now the same needs to be cleared in my insurance claim as per your staff wherein i'm on the loss of losing my no claim bonus & just for the reason of your staff's negligence.

        Dear sir/madam,

        We would like to inform you that heating problem is being observed in my car during travelling before dipawali in year 2015. My son was immediately visited at sas hyundai lucknow and handover for its trouble shoot. We had deposited the amount rs 15000.00 as claimed against repair charges.

        After repairing, car could not be started then they told us that ecm was not working. We were of the opinion that rare possibility would be for the defect in ecm therefore we had insisted to recheck but they had not done.

        Ecm was taken from my car from their work shop and got checked outside from the expert and found in working condition. We had paid rs 10000.00 unnecessary to the engineer of ecm which was wastage of money due to lack of knowledge of sas staff.

        Sas had also crossed check my car with healthy ecm from their own stock but car could not be started.

        After passing of 8 months of time, sas told that problem could be in wiring so further demanded rewiring charges of rs 30000 approx and asked to deposit rs 10000 as advance so that car could be repaired.

        We would like to focus you that one year time had been passed but car could not be repaired due to incompetency of the staff of sas hundai and your customer was suffered for whole year even though we had not lost my patience and asked to repair free of cost since happened due to incompetency of your technical staff.

        This is very surprising for us and should be for you also since hyundai is a very reputed organisation that hyundai car could not be repaired from sas authorised service centre of hyundai.

        It seems that sas hyundai does not have the competent staff therefore our car could not be repaired with in a year and always told a new story.

        Since expenses was done by us due to wrong fault finding analysis by sas as well as too much time period so car should be repaired free of cost but no action was taken from their end till now.

        We had requested sas all senior personnel even owner also so many times to repair my car free of cost. Sas personnel is not worried about customer problem and nobody had responded yet even after passing one year of time.

        We are again requesting sas through you (Hyundai motors senior personnel) and ask to kindly intervene the matter to get repaired my car free of cost basis lying at sas service station lucknow without any further delay.

        We have already suffered a lot and spent handsome amount money for travelling by hiring four wheeler so you can understand my feelings. My car is still lying in sas service station lucknow.

        Please confirm your action plan as soon as possible.

          I am the owner of santro xing vehicle (model-2008) vehicle no: ka-02 mc 6578, i used to leave the car for regular service from past 8 years at advaith hyundai, belwadi, mysore karnataka state. ph: n: [protected] feb -2016 i had left my vehicle for service and these people charged around rs. 17000/- and again in the month of august i had some problem with clutch plate which got stuck up and could not able to move the vehicle by inch and at that time i was in tiptur so i left the vehicle for repair at vicky hyundai ph no:[protected].
          These people again charged around rs.8000/- for repair. now i left the vehicle for regular service at advaith hyundai belwadi, mysore karnataka state and these people charged around rs. 26000/- by telling gear has wear off due to oil leakage in the gear box. whose fault is this? is it my fault to own such a car from your esteemed company or these dealers/service centers fault please tell me.
          Finally, again i have the same problem after paying this entire huge amount for just maintenance for the span of 8 months. again gear problem and oil leakage what is the bench mark you company fix to avail dealership/service centers. i need justice and payment to be reimbursed otherwise i am moving to consumer court.

            We bought a Hyundai Verna two years back and a faulty car has been to sold to us. Even after complaining several times to the service providers and the dealer they did not solve the issue.The steering (Most important part of the vehicle) is faulty and gets stuck while driving. We flagged the issue to the authorities and they did not do anything about it.

            We have sent the car for service four times and still the problem remains and gets serious. We just misguide you and scam you for the services without resolving a serious issue which persits even after paying.

                I have purchased elite i20 asta (O) in jan2016. I am using the vehicle regularly. Two months before i have noticed front - lh side alloy wheel got bend in the out side. I was not met any major accidents for this type of impact. I was told by service dealer during their analysis last wee, alloy wheel to be replaced. I am not convinced with this answer, because there is no issue in tyre. Hope wheels are made considering indian road conditions. So i request hmil to support for replace / repair of alloy wheel.

                    We have been promised on the day of booking that we would be given 5 years teflon coating for car once in each year.

                    On the delivary day we did not get it. When asked the sales person he said the booking guy is not aware of Xcent and he promised. Again after a long discussion he told he will talk to his manager and give us the card for 5 years teflon coating. After a week of delivary and continuous calls to the sales person he called and informed teflon coating will not come for 5 years and they have given us for 1 year.

                    While booking the car when we asked for a discount the sales person told that teflon coating will cost a lot and so they are giving us the discount in form of teflon coating

                    Only mistake happened from our end is the guy had written what he has promised in the booking form and we forgot to review it and today after a big fight the showroom guys are bringing the booking form and showing us that teflon coating is not written

                    I am really unhappy with the service

                        I have booked Hyundai Xcent VTVT ABS model with Mithila Hyndai, Mira Road branch. I have made 100% ex show room price on 28.09.2016. At the time of booking maximum lead time for delivery quoted to me was 21days however it has now been 2months & till date they are unable to give confirm delivery date. Also note that I have booked a T-permit car which I am going to use for Uber & Ola. However due to such extensive delays I have incurred loss of 2months EMI as the vehicle was not delivered hence not used for the purpose it was purchased.

                        Request you to kindly help in getting delivery of the vehicle & also compensation for 2months EMI that i lost due to non delivery of the vehicle.

                          Mine is Hyundai XCENT No. UP32GH1054 that I purchased 1and half year ago.
                          At the time of purchasing the car, It's petrol average as declared by Hyundai was 16lpkm which came down to 10-11lpkm soon after a year from its date of redelivery.
                          I registered my complaint with the local office in this regard.
                          In response to my complain, they took my car to service center thrice, got it serviced but the problem remaining unresolved till now.
                          How can a petrol average of HYUNDAI XCENT come down to 10-11 only after a year.
                          Pls let me know if there's any possibility to get my problem solved.

                            Dear Sir,
                            This is to inform you that I have i 20 2012 model MH 48 A 7984 . Recently my cylender Assy clutch release was gone bad. That part was not available in BOISAR. Than I went for Modi Hyundai service center Vasai Raod, Maharastra.
                            I am very unsatisfied with the amount of work and type of service charges whichthese people charges. During the estimation they have not told me that the Engine tunning charges and periodic maintenance service charges are different. Actually engine tuning should be in periodic maintenance service. They told me the during paid service you take extra care during servicing of the vehicle and see what are the defects?
                            It means that they can make fool to the innocent customer by telling them the defects of car which is actually not present.
                            Than what you do in normal regular servicing?
                            My AC was also working nicely than also they convinced me to change the coolant. I came for the changing of Cylinder assy clutch release and changing of lifter assy tail gate . Total cost of that according to your bill come to Rs. 8000/-. But the extra care of my paid servicing by come to Rs. 18183.25.

                            With this kind of service experience how a genuine customer will come to Hyundai and recommend the Hyundai brand to his friend circle. Definitely not and ultimately Hyundai will loose the customers.

                              I had purchased my Hyundai Grand i10 Car from Chandra Hyundai on Jan-2014, till now I have done proper service in same dealer approx. 6 times.
                              Changed the parts and oils which are not in good condition as per the service advisor (Krishna kumar from Chandra Hyundai). Not even one time I given my car to other dealer for service

                              My usage:
                              I drove my car Home to office & office to Home 50 km/per day 5 days in a week. Yearly once 160 km Hill drive. No rash driving.
                              kept 30 sec ideal after my engine start to avoid turbo related problem.

                              My Last service is on 62000 km after that now 68000 when I inspect my car with the dealer in Chandra Hyundai- Coimbatore they suspect there is a leakage
                              In turbo so they wiped out the oil which is already leaked with petrol in intercooler and asked me to come after 400 km to confirm the leakage in turbo. This happens on 16-no-2016.

                              On 23-Nov-2016 2-person (Krishna kumar(Service advisor of Chandra Hyundai-Coimbatore & Jehu Selvaraj AGM Chandra Hyundai- Coimbatore) inspected my car and confirmed me that the Turbo is having Leakage & need to replace the turbo under chargeable basis and overhaul is not recommend because it is not successful so far.

                              I did my part by getting regular oil changes and following the recommended maintenance plan. The car didn’t have any major issues at all for the first 62, 000 miles, that all changed after the odometer passed mile 62, 000.

                              the Turbo charger is not worth for the money and efficient to work at least 100000 km? Even my friends who bought the same car with me Clocked 80, 000 km are not facing this issue.
                              When I was planning to buy a car everyone suggest to go Maruthi swift or Figo what I believed is Hyundai will be value for the money but really I am very disappoint with the money I spent with the car and the turbo leakage.

                              Will Hyundai will accept the grand i10 Turbo will run proper only for 64, 000km with proper maintenance?

                              Hi Same issue for my diesel car i10grand. turbocharger start leaking oil dealer suggest me to change turbo..I ran 64000km my ac compressor replaced clutch replaced. Now turbo issue came I use my car generally on expressway on every alternate weekend I just ran max speeed upto 110 km. Hr 26 cf 9743. Now I feel it was my bad decisions that u brought hyundai. Rest are the fine just part quality is very poor. I suggest everyone now ford improved a lot buy eco sports my brother having it run just half of my I 10 grand maintaines in every service no part yet changed after 1lakh run.

                                Please check the recent service history of the my vehicle... I have replaced the clutch by spending about rs.25000/- with the suggestion from your service manager. There onwards the issue begins.

                                When i got the vehicle back and starts driving i felt the power lagging then and there i have called your service manager and informed about it and he responds that “it is due to the clutch replacement and it will become okay after 2000 km”. But after driving 2000 km also the same problem exists. Then again i have visited mgf padivatton and informed them about the same. Then he drives my car in full throttles and he again told me that there is no such issues. I am driving this vehicle for long and i know how my car responds on my acceleration. But still i believed him and came back.

                                Later i gone for a long high range drive... Then i felt sad on my vehicle. My car was struggling to go forward. On the slops i can go on 3rd gear “fluidic verna” was running in the 1st gear...

                                As you know fluidic verna is an awesome vehicle to drive give much of driving satisfaction.

                                There after i again visited mgf padivatton and again met the same service manager and he suggest me to park my car for 2 days to check it out. And then they came in to a conclusion that there was a software error and the turbo air was leaking.. Something like that. I don’t know the exact reason since he was using some technical jargons. “ but the inetresting thing is that, till then he was telling that there is no such issue and suddenly found and issue”

                                After that, for the next 2 days car was giving me the performance back and i was totally satisfied. I called your service manager and appreciated for the same also. But suddenly after 2 days i lost the performance. Again i came down to the service centre and informed the same. Again he makes me to park my vehicle for a day and after the check he told me that there is no issue with the car.

                                But i am still feeling the same issue. The places and the throttles where i was using the 3rd/4th gear, i have to use 2nd gear now. When overtaking also the 3rd gear is not giving the response. I am using my favorite fluidic verna because of its awesome performance and beauty.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am a Chartered Accountant by profession . I purchased a Hyundai Grand i10 Magna (Petrol -White Colour) on 01 Nov 2015 from NRL, Hyundai, Kamla Nagar, Agra (UP) vide invoice no. H[protected] .

                                  I also took 3rd year extended warranty. In July 2016, I started getting phone calls from both the dealers in Agra ( NRL Hyndai & Arvind Hyundai ) to bring the car for service which is falling due on 15 July 2016 . To my surprise they told that the date of purchase of my car in company's record is 15 July 2015 . When i checked my extended warranty papers, it was expiring on 14 July 2018. My extended warranty should have ended on 31 Oct 2018 ( Actual date of purchase 01 Nov 2015).

                                  Feeling cheated, I complained to the dealer, NRL Hyundai. Just to hide this issue, they gave me a letter on their personal letter head covering extended warranty from 15 July 2018 to 31 Oct 2018. If I have to avail third year warranty benefits during 15 July 2018 to 31 Oct 2018, I am bound to go to NRL Hyundai which is wrong . I cannot go to any Hyundai Service Centre. If some problem takes place outside Agra during the above period, I have to tow the car to NRL Hyundai, Agra.

                                  Please change the date of purchase in your records so that my warranty remains intact as I was getting phone calls from both the dealers in Agra saying my warranty has lapsed as I failed to get my car serviced by 15 July 2016.

                                  Today on 24 Oct 2016, I got my second service done at Arvind Hyundai, Agra . First they refused to give free service as date of purchase as per Hyundai record is 15 July 2015 . So the second service shall be done before 15 July 2016. But when I showed them the invoice & delivery challan they agreed to do second free service . But they advised me to get the date of purchase rectified in the records as i may face problems in future also because of negligence of NRL Hyundai, Agra.

                                  SO, KINDLY CHANGE DATE OF PURCHASE/DELIVERY FROM 15 JULY 2015 TO 01 NOV 2015.

                                  Kindly look into the matter as I, as a customer has informed you before hand regarding this mistake from your side . I should not suffer because of your negligence.

                                  PLEASE FURNISH PROOF OF RECTIFICATION FOR MY RECORDS.

                                  I am writing this mail as Reminder 1 before writing this issue to the CEO Mr. Y K Koo along with all the relevant documents .

                                    I have received my car no. UK-07X4344 (i-10) on 24.11.16 after repairing & service and paid Rs. 60200/- (sixty thousand and two hundred only). I have found following major lacunas :-
                                    1. Central locking system is not working.
                                    2. Fog light is not working.
                                    3. Painting is not found satisfactory.
                                    4. Washing of car is not found satisfactory.
                                    5. One mat is missing.
                                    6. Dash board attachment is not proper.
                                    The service of DPM is not found satisfactorily and up to the mark.
                                    So it is requesting to you remove all the above lacunas. It is also informing to you our family members having total 15 Hyundai cars but first time we found these types of problems.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am honestly bewildered by the arrogant behavior by the sales manager at Kun Hyundai at Pondicherry.

                                      I own 3 Hyundai cars, and was going to purchase another one at Pondicherry. This was my first time to this showroom. I was in my final stages of negotiation, when I was surprised by the following.
                                      1. He stated that he is the only Hyundai dealer in Pondicherry and hence enjoys monopoly.
                                      2. He is not worried if I buy the car as he as met the sales target for the month.

                                      I was dumb struck by his attitude and his approach to "kick" me out of his show room.

                                      My previous experiences with Hyundai has been very good and I have also liked the performance of the car. However, this experience has clearly surprised me.

                                        I made servicing from your silvassa centre on dated 25.10.2016., details are as under :-

                                        1 i want the (A servicing, b wheel alignment c break work.) from your centre

                                        While your engineer first prepare all changes of oil and plug which is done after 30000 km (Present reading 27500) estimate cost 35000

                                        Then made another estimate work 1 your engine frame is broken and other work estimate 32000

                                        Now i want to know without accident how a frame can be broken (If it is so poor then company must change it

                                        After request engineer made bill of 5900 while he had not completed the wheel alignment and other work.

                                        Note :- if the car frame is so week why customer purchase this i-10 car.
                                        Now i want to make complete work but i am not satisfied with silvassa centre engineers.
