Hello,
I had a problem with my car and took it to this service center. They made me wait for over an hour and told me that there is an oil sump damage. I don't even know what an oil sump is. I asked them for an estimation and they gave me 20k. They made a job card and was hurrying to get my permission to start the work. Only then i asked them about who will cover this amount. Mr. Hitesh from sukrith was very cool to tell me that it is paid by the customer. When i asked for insurance, mr. Justin told me that it will take a few days and they can't repaid it immediately. Who wants to spend 20k when you already have an insurance policy with a premium of 20k+? Please be careful when you get a job card and make sure what is covered by the insurance.

After a couple of days i get an estimate for 1.5 lakh. I was totally in for a surprise! Now mr. Karthikeyan - customer care manager tells me that it is not covered by the insurance as it is a consequential damage. I asked them how it could be a consequential damage as there were no alarms of any kind to tell me something this bad was going to happen. When i asked him why the sensors did not work, he had no answer. He simply said i should ask hyundai as they are the manufacturer. People, if he as a dealer is not taking the ownership, why does he even sell hyundai cars? He should have sold sukrith cars!

Today i got another call from mr. Ramesh pandian, service manager, who repeated the same thing. I asked him, if you are aware of these damages, why did you not even show me the damage when i was in your dealership for more than 5 hours? People, you know there is something fishy here. If they know that there will be a huge damage, they should have shown me the place where the car has been damaged and given me a heads up that the estimate could be more. You can't have an estimate for 20k and within a few days over 6 times. He has no answer for this. Why did the dealer not show me the actual damage if it was external and going to cost a lot?

Now i have lost complete faith on this dealer. It could have been an issue with the engine he is trying to make me liable for. Or it could have been a minor issue (I don't even remember hitting anywhere as he claims that the oil sump is metal and doesn't damage easily) he is trying to make a huge profit out of it. He says he can send me pictures of the damage now. How can i accept this? After over a week he sends me pictures? He also mentioned that the engine is dismantled which means he could have intentionally caused some damage and put the blame on me just to make a huge bill.

My first and only question that has not been answered so far is - why did the dealership not show me the physical damage in the 5 hours that i spent in the dealership if they knew the consequences?

I have called and written to hyundai and no one from hyundai is talking to me about this problem. Only the dealer is and often he refuses to answer questions like why there was no alert of low oil, why the sensors did not work, etc stating that only hyundai should answer these questions. If the dealer is not in the capacity to answer my questions, hyundai should. But they are very silently watching. I have even made a complaint on twitter.

Now my problem is that i can no longer trust this dealership.in over a week now with my car in this dealership, i don't even know if they intentionally caused any other damages to my car. Since they are not authentic they really can't be trusted anymore. The reason that they did not show me any physical damage in the car when i left the car at the dealership itself proves that they have something to hide. Now, what if they made some defects internally that i would not be able to notice and something happened when i drove and met with an accident or something? Or if they did something that would cost be a huge price on the long run?

Hyundai please intervene and get my car replaced.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have lodged complaint on 22/11/2016 & 24/11/2016 about repeated servicing for the same fault of extremely low mileage at Saraighat Hyundai at Guwahati. Last time a week ago servicing for low mileage was done at Saraighat Hyundai at a cost of Rs. 6700/-. and the Engineer has assured me it would be ok. But problem still persists. On going through my previous complaints lodged, to my utter surprise it was remarked as resolved . The actual fact was that no body the company contacted me and my misery with vehicle NoAS-01-AJ-7376 continues. So please do some positive action reqd. for rectification of my vehicle at free of cost.

      Dear sir
      i had purchase (old) i 10 sportz 1.2 from aldiam motors pvt ltd (advantage). After taking at home and same day not start so next day i have call technician and car given for repair. Than after so many problem disclose from workshop technician about car. Advantage person not said any mistake of car priore. Even insurance is also lapsed after two days he said about insurance. So its pre planed cheat with me. I am so angry with this. Mistakes are starter is not working so new stater taken, fuel pump is also not working so new fuel pump taken, backet pannel is also missing from car, new backet pannel is also taken so approx 32000/- exp is beared by me. Still my car is not working still it is in workshop. Please take my complaint and solve as earli as possible.         I have given my i20 diesel car to morani hundai 22 godam, jaipur from last 10 days bcz suddenly engine was off while running and was not taking self and workshop workers are not taking any appropriate action against this so in future i'll not be purchasing any hundai car bcz there's not any proper reply and services in hundai workshops and lack of hundai car products in workshop that is the why i'm struggling from last 10 days and in all hundai diesel cars this problem happens around 1lakh kms so in future i'll not prefer anyone for hundai

          I have booked Hyundai xcent s diesel t- permit car they promised me to deliver car on 10th November 2016. Full payment done on 26th Oct. I was in touch with sales manager and a executive manager for status of car what is process and all..whenever I call them they say yes its in process of rto u will get by 10th Nov. 10th Nov I went to them to take my car. They said yet your car is not been order cz your 2000 is out standing. I asked for what 2000 is out standing they said rto increased there charges so you have to pay that.. I said I was continuously in contact with you all never said about this and you said its already in process for rto.after a week on 16th Nov they called me and said white colour is out of stock n will get in December, we have red colour u can take that but have to pay extra money of 5k n you will get your car with registration on 22nd Nov. Today is 23 yet no confirmation from Mithila dealer and not receiving my call to. This is the worst service from Mithila Hyundai car dealer Mira road Mumbai.

            SAONATA car was purchased by me in 2012 from HMIL, Vapi dealer & i am facing many problem with this car in last 4 years.
            The car is lying in Modi Hyuandai, Goregoan, Mumbai workshop since 15th November but the repair is not complete & workshop not able to commit, a definte date to complete the repair.They found the a solenoid valve of starter has failed but when they checked further, they found crankshaft bearing in engine has broken .The routine service of this car was done by the same workshop during last month, they found every thing ok.

            I need the help of HMIL to get my car properly repaired.I am a old customer of HMIL, have also a i10 with me & planning to buy Tucson but this defective sonata car & incompetent service by workshop is not acceptable.pl help.

              Dear Sir,
              For last six months My vehicle I10 Era purchased from Ojha Hyundai is showing mileage less than 8/lt, Which was promised to be 16 KM/Lt at the time of purchase. Now last six months, It was served for two times, But mileage is continued to be dropped in spite of servicing and promise made by servicing Engineers. A week ago as desired by local Servicing centre Saraighat Hyundai, Guwahati I have taken my Vehicle AS-010AJ 7376 for servicing and an amount Rs . 6700/- was charged, the mechanics who served my vehicle promised that it will be ok. But to my utter Surprise I found mileage is still dropping in spite of servicing. Again I contacted Saraighat Hyundai, they told me to bring the vehicle the servicing centre. On enquiry if it will be charged again they told yes. Now for the same fault how long and how many times should get my vehicle repaired, and how long will I continue to pay servicing charges repeatedly for the same fault. I want My vehicle to be serviced now and mileage should be enhanced as promised, without making further fault. Hence I request you to be reasonable and intervene into the matter, so that it may be rectified with proper mileage immediately.

                  I droped my car grand i 10 for panting of sum scratches to royal hyundai udaipur, rajasthan, on 8th nov. they said we will return the car in 4 days they keep it till 16 nov.but they did nothing to it. due to some important work i'll pick my car and said pick up it after 2 days till 19 nov. i am calling repeatedly to service center but did not pick up car. finally they pick today but still they need 3-4 day for servicing. very poor response by services center

                          Recently (on 17/11/2016) i have left my hyundai i20 diesel car for 90000km service. The coolent oil changed and the same was billed. But when i checked my car the coolent oil is well below the LOWER level in the tank.
                          I asked him to polish only the interior and he mentioned a cost of Rs.1350/- but they have biiled for 2 times.

                          There is no proper response from service advisor Mr.Gopi.

                          I have purchased my car from the same company mentioned in the subject above.

                            I have i10 era hyundai purchased on 2009 and ran about only 32000 km. For last few months its mileage come down drastically down below 8 km/lt. It was taken to saraighat, guwahati service centre twice for the same problem. They did servicing, but still mileage shows below 8 km/lt. Last time it was serviced a week ago. The mechanics told now it will be ok. But to my utter surprise mileage still is lowering than previous one in spite of paying rs. 6700 for this purpose. Now contacting saraighat over phone, they told me to bring the vehicle again: on asking whether charges will be made on third time servicing for the same fault, they said yes. Now how much money should incur for the same fault or they are at all capable of rectifying the fault. So i request you to intervene into the matter so that this can be rectified at free of cost, as it is the fault of your company. During sale your representative promised a mileage of 16/17 km/lt. But it is now less than 8km/lt.

                              The front glass windshield of my car devoloped a crack while the car was parked in my hospital parking. There was no physical contact with any object which could cause such a damage. I feel it's substandard quality of the glass that has caused this damage. I feel ditched and i'm planning to move to consumer court to complain about this substandard quality.

                                  Since day one I.e feom Feb 2016 of car purchase, I m facing issue of rpm fluctuations & car breakdown while in run.
                                  It has been investigated by Modi Hyundai at Thane, Hyundai South Korea, Hyundai Delhi for about 5 months without any results. I lost confidence in Hyundai as they r just dragging this issue instead of replacing with new one even after my several request. Half of the time my car is found at Modi Hyundai for one or the other experiment they carry out. Till as on today I.e 20.11.16, no commitments from Hyundai. I never ever expected this type of response from Hyundai.

                                    I purchased creata six months back in m/s advaith hyundai mysore belavadi the registered number is ka 09 mc 0268 in the name of m b shashikala.

                                    But the first service was not good later for the second service they told to pay rs1000 advance and i have paid it but they have not refund it still and the front tier of the car is damaged they told that they will replace but no response till now.

                                    So kindly do the needful and let us know where do we need to give the car for better service.

                                      There are multiple complaints
                                      1) when received the vehicle new purchased as it was handed over to us at night 11 :30 with less visibilty cannot check on showroom, when check early morning there where scratches on back of the car early morning have sent the pic to sales guywho was dealing with us
                                      2) car was handed over to us after drive of 43 km which is very high in place like indore the raidus of city is too less cannot understand how can be it driven for 43 km
                                      3) today when checked at call center the car sold date is also incorrect
                                      4) the call center lady said that car is in name of some raju patel or some patel seems sold car which some one has not paid the amount is been given to us
                                      5) vin number of the car is malcu41ulgm 217375
                                      6) the music system of car get hanged frequently

                                        I take a car dec'15 from bengal hyundai (chinsurah br.), regd no-wb16an4221. after six month my car's central locking system did not work properly. i came to their workshop 3 times to solve it. but they have no such infrastructure there to solve it. then thay suggest to go bengal hyundai (tiljala br.) for service. i take my car from chionsurah, now tell me why i will go to tiljala? lastly he said that parts are not available last 2 weeks. when it will come, they contact me. is it a service which we want from a car dealer?
