    I am bhargav from anantapur Andhra Pradesh, recently(4months) I had purchased I20 sportz white color, first of all I would like to tell vehicle performance is excellent more than I expected I am very thankful for that, but problem with one your dealer located in anantapur kun hyundai, not at all responding properly, I have raised some issues regarding brake appliance and fog forming, during rain fog is forming the same issue I told to your dealer no response n during riding on mud road right side tier sound is coming and when applied brake not giving immediate response timing sync is not proper it will effect to our lives and more over my free services also got over by last service so here after they will charge I am very least bothered about that I want my problems to be resolved as early as possible please find the attachments below, expecting acknowledge from you very soon

      Respected sir,
      I have purchase new elite i-20 from harsh hyundai rewari (Haryana) on 30/05/16. The petrol oil pipe has been leaked from the joint of engine due to some technical issue.
      I have submitted my vehicle to harsh hyundai rewari on 15/11/2016 for checking this fault. They have repaired the same & asking to deposit the money about rs. 4000/-.
      This fault was due to some technical issue or bad quality of petrol oil pipe. Kindly arrange to replace the same under warranty other i will go to consumer court for quality
      Issue & bad quality of parts.

      I am yet to get a revert from Hyundai... Is there any mechanism in place at Hyundai to address customer grievance or not.

      Its really difficult to keep the car for me under such circumstances and the same will be handed over back to the dealer under protest if the issue remains unresolved

        This is to notify you I have purchased Hyundai I-20 Elite on 21/11/2016 Color: Star Dust...I have very bad sales experience ever with Hyundai dealer(Capital Hyundai Sector-63, noida) since initial to Registration delay which is my primary concern here. I have not received my RC till now nor even registration number..whenever I tried calling my sales person..he always say you will get your RC with in 3-4 days but still I am waiting for my RC and moreover they have misplaced my RTO Related file and asked me to submit documents again I have submitted my required documents again 7 days back but still no response. I have already tried to contact GM Sales Mr. Anil Gandhi but he also unable to give me proper response. I would suggest to all reader of my complaint please please do not come to buy any Hyundai car from Capital Hyundai..Sector-63 Noida Dealer very poor untrained Sales person are there even they are not aware of all the documents to buy/finance Car. So irresponsible behavior. It is quite irritating me now I am calling them day by day but no one is giving my any response. Please help me out and please tell me what are the legal options I have to take action against Hyundai/Dealer.

          Hello,
          I've own a brand new Hyundai I20 sportz on 28.09.2016 and went to my first service to there work shop (SPRING HYUNDAI) Kolkata 700046.
          They did my first service and ask me to fell the fill the feed back form before getting the car.
          I've filled the form according, thereafter, I take away my car from workshop and day after tomorrow dated 25.10.2016. I received a call from you guys asking about my experience. Informed that the service was not done properly and you guys promised me to do the service again.
          However, when I call them today they told me this is not possible...
          There manager called me and said "Sir, if you receive any call from the company then please give the rating in between 9 to 10, please and whatever is your dissatisfaction you've we will help you ([protected])".
          I did that too. However nothing has done yet...
          I'm very very disappointed never going to refer any friend also share this message in Facebook too.

            I am dr. Mohiyadeen. K. S perinthalmanna, kerala. I had purchased elantro car from popular hyundai thiroorkad malappuram district kerala kl53 f 6269. My driver took the car for service. The person from popular rang me up and told me to make payment in new currency after service. I said i would give local bank cheque. They told me that only after money has reached their account after collection, my car wl b delivered to me. I explained about the crowd in the bank and difficulty of money transfer after getting the bill in the afternoon. He didn't agree and i asked my driver to take back the car without servicing since they don't trust my cheque. I am a senior citizen 70 yr old and this hurt me. We had paid full amount as dd and waited for delivery of the car at the time of booking trusting you. Please look into the matter and do the needful. I feel humiliated when such behaviour from a local showroom. Dr. Mohiyadeen

              I bought i20 elite Sportz recently from Talwar Hyundai, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad on 7th November 2016 evening with a hurry delivery. So as the day is going to end, they advised me to come on coming weekend for the free accessories which they are promised to give along with car.
              So i came for fitting of the seat covers on 12th November. They said there are 2 color options for seat covers ( Brown and Black, and the concerned person has told me that once he takes the car to the workshop for fitting he will call me back for the color to choose, be doesn't. After 3 hrs of waiting he came down with brown color seat covers and which looks very odd with the interior color combination. Then i asked him to change the seat covers for which he is saying that its already over, we cannot replace them. This is not the correct way to behave with the costumers which i never expected from such a giant company.

                I had given my I10 for AC work in Unique Hyundai Shiroli Kolhapur in the month of July they kept the car for more then a week but they couldn't resolve the problem instead they damaged my dashboard when I asked them about the damaged they said they will replaced the whole dashboard. Now its been more then 5 months they are like dashboard is in on the way. Literally I had took the car for more then 4 times for the same AC problems which they couldn't resolve. They have even damaged my gear knob and the music systems wiring. Is this how the HYUNDAI dealer ship works? The outside technicians works much better then HYUNDAI people. What I found in the Unique hyundai was lack of knowledge of technicians. Too bad experience.

                  I bought new i10 grand white color on 1st june/31st may.

                  I still did not received my rc book. every time i contact hyundai people they say give us 1 week. its more than 5 months now. first they used to reply call and text but now they don't even do any follow up.

                  I know if i will visit rto i can get better help than what you guys are giving. but i have paid not only for car also for the services which is my right.

                  Let me know turn around time before i take further step.

                  I was not knowing buying hyundai car will be like taking admission in school, for every service have to call or email the boss. ridiculous.

                    When i bought my new hyundai eon car on 15/2/2016 it has a mini scratch in the front bumber portion. At that time i informed them and they told they will clear it on the first service. But on the service it doesn't clear properly, then they told me to come again another day and i go there, at that time it happend one more scratch in my car and i asked them to clear that also and they charged 1750 for it. But the sad part is none of the scratch is repaired properly there is black shade on the repainted portion. The service and customer support was very bad. I don't know what i have to do next. Hope i will get good quality service.

                      We have booked creta black automatic car 2 months back. We have been informed that we ll be getting car in 2 weeks . According my brother planned his vacation from dubai and came here .Now its been 2 months we have still not got the vehicle . We hve give on spot 2 lakh and in 4 days 12.5 lakh loan was sanctioned and transfered to the showroom thinking that car will come in another 4 days .so already we have paid 14.5 lakhs still not got the car. Every week we cal the manager very bad response, everytime one or the other reasons, every time we cal he says in another 10 days, yestrday I caled him again same words, today he has called me saying this month end . Running behind them them.for more than 2 months

                        I have purchased an eon car from kholsa hundai, rourkela on[protected]. on august 19 my car's battery (amron) stopped working. because my 2 years warranty was going to expired on[protected], i had inform your service center regarding the same. they have checked my car and replied that the battery have to be replaced. when i asked how much time it will take then they replied 10 to 15 days.

                        They have taken the battery of my car for replacement. as per my request they have fitted an old battery in my car and told me that when new battery will come after 10 days they will replace.

                        Now it has it has more than 2 months passed. i have made a number of calls to your service center and every time i have got reply that battery dealer having no stock. when battery will come we will replace.

                        We were giving much and more preferences to hundai cars. before eon, i was using santro. but this time i have really got a very bad experience from your service center. its really a matter of very sad affair.

                        I am requesting you to please resolve this issue for which act of your kindness i shall be very thankful to you.

                          Every 20, 000 km we have to change the clutch assembly of my Verna fluidic vehicle.hyundai is cheating the customer by providing a cheap quality parts in Verna.we have 3 Hyundai cars and they are fine apart from this Verna.its a faulty product, the quality of the parts is very cheap.i have replaced the clutch at 29, 000 and after that at 40, 000 they changed the master and slave cylinders and pressure plate now it's 59, 000 the clutch failed again I am not able to change gears.

                            I have given my santro car for service. Also informed that washing is very poor.in next service in advance informed that washing is not satisfactory, after service washing is too bad. Branch manager and service adviser is not professional. After this service, 2 days later i noticed that ac is not working. I informed by phone and agreed to they will look into this. I left my car for checking and service adviser saying that condenser is went, need to be replaced. How its possible before service ac is fine and after that its not working. Service adviser mr guru saying that there might be small leakage so that all gas leaked out. This is not the correct! Okay, if this is the case how long it will take to leak entire gas. Mr guru told that it may take 3 to 6 months!!! And the branch manager convincing me to change the condenser that they have in stock, are you planning to change the car... I strongly believe that they have done some accident with my car either inside the service center or outside, so that condenser got damaged. Are they really trained or qualified? My sincere request to all hyundai valid customer, please do not visit advaith hyundai service center at graphite india signal, its worst service center.

                              I took my Hyundai i10 for an accidental insurance claim at Hyderabad Talwar Hyundai shaikpet just to find out that the repair was partially done and service was the worst I have ever experienced with any service centre.

                              The newly installed parts came off in less than 1 week while I was driving at high speed. I was lucky enough not to collide with the oncoming traffic.

                                My name capt nahar singh. I had parchased new grand i10 desial from bkhra hyundi dealer roper city before almost 1 month by csd. We had given them 1.75 lakh down payment and also bank had tranfared due lone amount to bkhara hyundi dealer bank account. And they had given us car but after 20 days they did not transfare money to army depo, so that we can get regestration number. We told them many time. They did nothing. It was my worst experience of may life.

                                  Car turning into rust rubble

                                  Am taking this opportunity to bring to notice of all a serious issue pertaining to rusting of my vehicle WB24K8655 ( i10 1.2 SPORTZ).
                                  The entire body ( external / internal ) has got very badly hit by rust.The nature and extent of damage can be gauged going through one of the pic enclosed . Its all over, can you imagine ?

                                  While have tried bringing the same to the service team at Kokata, however, their version is it...

                                    This is Krishan Kaushik. I own a i20/DL 12 CE 5477.
                                    On Sunday (Nov. 6th, 2016) I handed over my car for repairs (Clutch change/ Break pads change service etc.) While handing over the car I was promised discounts on parts as well as on service/labour.

                                    The charges worked out to around Rs. 31, 000.00. On my asking about the discount, i was flatly reused discount on parts but they were willing to offer me discount on labour charges. Moreover the service adviser who accepted the car was not available, I think a calculated move.

                                    Despite of my reminding this everyone including the works manager refused. As i was utterly disappointed so i refused to accept discount on labour charges.

                                    My grievance is why was i promised discount when they were not going to give it? Was it to lure me in as the repair charges were lucratively good!

                                    I own Honda City, Maruti Baleno and have always been given what was promised. This behaviour has left me aghast and frustrated.

                                    I hope my grievance is addressed ASAP

                                      Reference R/O number: R[protected]

                                      I had given my vehicle for service on 3rd Nov, 2016 at Lakshmi Hyundai, 25/11, 3rd cross, Yogeshnagar, Hebbal kempapura, Hebbal, Bangalore -Karnataka, Pin: 560024, Near Bethal Church and then received it on 4th Nov, 2016.

                                      On receipt of my vehicle, I have observed that 3 AC vent knobs had been broken. The service advisor name who received our vehicle was Mr. Kishore. It was in working condition prior to the service. As soon as we observed this damage we reported it to Mr. Ram(since Kishore was on leave on 4th Nov).

                                      After we reported the matter to Mr. Ram and the service manager, we were told to come on Monday 7th Nov, 2016 as Kishore would be coming to office that day. Once again we had a lengthy discussion on 7th NOV, 2016 with service manager and Mr, Kishore - as a result, we were told that the AC knobs are not available separately, but come as a set along with the AC vent -Each AC vent costs about 4K each. Since the damage was done to 3 AC knobs, we were told told by the service manager to pay 50% of the damage cost - which works out to be 6K for 3 AC vents.

                                      Our concern here is that the knobs have been broken during the service, therefore we will not pay any amount for this damage. However we need our knobs to be fixed at the earliest since they are damaged. Please refer the attachments of the broken pieces for your reference.

                                      Kindly do the needful. Awaiting your positive response

                                      If necessary action is not taken, we will approach the consumer court for necessary further action. It's really sad to know that trust is no more a criteria for Hyundai customers.
