Hi my name is Suresh kurra, and Iam the owner of Hyundai creta(ka51mh3447)dis is my registeration number of my car previously Ihav done my car servicing in Bangalore at 30000km and they said me that Der is a problem in clutch plats, so Ihav changed my clutch plats and after dat Ihav I had done my car servicing in hyd for 40000 and now my clutch is tooo hard it's not like a car clutch it is like a lorry clutch and Ihav complanted when Ihav given to service in hyd but thay are saying dat the clutch will be like dis only and they are not rectifying my prb and now my breaking is also having some prb so iam not satisfied with ur services Iam totally upset with ur service plz kindly rectify my problem I would really appreciate u i[censored]r gng to solve my prb as soon as possible now my car is in Hyderabad, my contact details :[protected], [protected]

    I own a Hyundai Creta buyed in November 2015 from Bindal Hyundai, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, 263152.
    I am not satisfied with the vehicle service done recently.I told all my problems which i am facing while driving the vehicle to the Engineer and still i am facing the same issue with the brakepads.This is the poorest quality of service provided ever.I must tell you 7 more HYUNDAI Vehicle were booked including HYUNDAI Creta by me and my relatives. If such costumers would face this kind of service provided by the company than It won't take long to switch to some other company who Respects its customers and provides better quality of services.I Hope for a quick and positive response.

      Please Note I have Purchased i20 Magna on friday3rd November 2016 and on saturday 5th November Smoke started Coming out of the engine .Got it towed to Ritu Hyundai these guys are saying there is some issue with clutch plate which is only driven for 70 km out of which 60 km was driven by the driver of the dealer from Mira road to kalyan.Guess i have got a defected piece amd want my amount to be reimbursed as I will be going for a different car now my car has not even passed registration.Hyundai really not expected from you guys

        Scraches have been occured in my vehicle. I have visited with my vehicle on 26.10.16. The body care department people told that they have no contact for my insurance company New India Insurance. They told they will hand over one estimate and after approval they will carry out the work and told to take the vehicle.They have noted the body parts which need painting. Then after i contacted regularly for five days for handing over of estimate. Then again they are asking for vehicle to bring to their workshop.This is a case of harashment. please suggest the remedy and what is the procedure and probable time for repairing the same

          Since I have purchased the newly launched model of Hundai GRand i10 in 2014, I am facing regular issues with clutch and gear. When I registered the complaints with Hyundai dealers, they never registered it on papers rather shrugged it off by saying it may be because the mat is stuck, its your faulty imagination etc. Now when the issue got fatal in 2016, I'm driving down from Gurgaon at a speed of 80 Km/hour and feel the need to slow down as per the traffic congestion, the gear gets stuck and refuses to move. In panic I have to abrupltly stop the car, wait for 5 mins and restart. Then the care moves and keeps getting stuck in the midst of traffic. I had to escalate the issue to your dealer, Triumph Hyundai, they are lethargic enough to take a note of that rather I get extremely poorly serviced car due to which I have to escalate the issue to Hyundai. Finally the problem gets noticed and I am told your clutch is weared off and I have been told exuberantly high charges regarding it. Once again I had to Ask for Hyundai intervention and the cost is minimized and I end up paying as usual for the faulty vehicle and Hyundai's reluctance to accept this mistake. It has only been few months, my car is again showing the same issue and gear often gets stuck while driving. I again escalated it to Hyndai. The mail is wrote I below-

          I had got the clutch of my car changed, service done, and few other things shelling out some 10-15k because I did the mistake of purchasing Hyundai Grand i10, the newly launched model with new promises in 2014.

          Now, it has been only few months that the clutch was changed, I'm again facing issues from past one month due to which I have narrowly escaped death because your service and parts are of such low quality that they wear off within few months and I keep on investing and investing and investing after so much investment. Looking at the past ridiculous services, I dread to go to any Hyundai Service Center. I want an expert from Hyundai Motors to cater this issue on immidiate basis and not executives from dealers with half baked knowledge. My research says that Hyundai cars have been facing regular issues in clutch and gear in the past leading to vehicle recalls.

          Yesterday while driving down from Noida, I had to stop my car millions of times because gear got stuck and refused to move. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the low quality product you have given me. I feel cheated. The day I will finish off the EMIs I m going to sold this ridiculous vechicle and vow to never purchase it again.

          But till I own it, the least I expect is to accept your mistake of giving me wrong vehicle and resolving it for my life's sake.

          As usual they sent their foolish dealers and they gave me nonsense reply after driving car for 10 kms, I dont see any issue and if it again comes call us we will be there. Now not only they expect me to drive a faulty car and risk my life but they give me foolish reply that I should call them in the middle of road when the car shows problem becuase they are lethargic to accept their mistake and resolve the issue. I vow never to purchase the HYUNDAI CARS AGAIN. RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE!

              Respected madam/ sir,

              1. i, am a proud owner of grand i10 asta (o) crdi car, bought in feb 2014, reg no ka22 z2385 and a loyal hyundai customer since many years now. i would like to bring to your notice the injustice meted out to me by one of your service centers at mumbai, with following name and address details: “modi hyundai, chunabhatti, vama complex, jogani industrial estate, v. n. purav marg, sion-chunabhatti (e), mumbai - 400 022; phone:[protected] / 78; [protected] / 02; email: cram. [protected]@modihyundai.com/ crm. [protected]@modihyundai.com”

              2. brief summary of the incident:

              While i was driving my grand i10 asta (o) crdi car to work on 22 oct 16 at about 0530 hrs, i encountered a wrong sided biker coming onto me at full speed near colaba causeway/ sassoon dock area and to avoid collision, i veered left, hitting a curb and damaging the underside of my car.

              I immediately felt it would have done some underbody-damage and stopped the car to check the underside as grand i10 car's ground clearance is low. i could see dark engine oil dripping and since i was in a hurry to report on duty, i took a cab back to my home, gave the car keys and car related essential documents to my wife, asking her to contact modi hyundai service, chunabhatti, mumbai (since a previous relative's car was repaired there) and proceeded to work.

              Meanwhile the modi hyundai workshop supervisor had sent a tow van and taken the vehicle to their workshop for damage assessment and further processing. on returning from work, my wife confirmed the above details and showed me a picture she had clicked of the vehicle being towed (picture attached for your perusal).

              3. day 2, 23 oct 16, i went to do the paper work and was expecting the insurance surveyor to be present but i was sent back saying surveyor will come on his own and the modi hyundai people will contact us when the survey is done.

              Day 3, 24 oct 16 no communication from them or us.

              Day 4, 25 oct 16, while i was away on work, my wife was called up by service centre and told that damage survey was done by l&t insurance surveyor and that there was engine damage involved, which wouldn't be covered by insurance. i was out of station and returned home on 28 oct 16.

              Day 5, 6, 7 - no further communication from us or them.

              Day 8, 29 oct 16, upon going to workshop i found that the engine was removed and floor supervisor told me that engine overhaul is to be done at a cost of rs 40-50 thousand which should be borne by me as insurance will not cover it.

              4. i immediately demanded to speak to l&t insurance surveyor as to know what his assessment was, reluctantly they provided me the surveyor's number who told me that he had done external damage assessment only and that engine problem was not told by modi hyundai workshop to the l&t insurance surveyor. i was initially worried about what was happening and requested the surveyor to come over and do a reassessment in my presence, which he declined saying he is proceeding on leave being diwali.

              5. i asked the reason for engine damage as i had promptly stopped and parked the car with engine shut off immediately after the impact and was sure that engine had not seized while i was with the car. then i asked him about the towing process followed and showed him the picture that my wife had taken to which he had no explanation.

              Today, as i write this, the service centre isn't responding my calls properly and saying that surveyor will come after one week to reassess the damage and my car will be kept there itself, some of the other parts have been ordered and yet to arrive it seems, which i think is a load of lies.

              I have attached the insurance, towing pic (a bit unclear, taken incidentally and just by chance by my wife) and damage pictures given by modi hyundai workshop for your perusal.

              This has turned out to be a very bad experience with hyundai because of modi hyundai workshop. i plead to you to kindly look into this matter and provide quick solution to this issue.

              This switch was not working properly since purchase hence the same was replaced once on 10/09/2016 but again now the problem has started, request you to replace the same as the vehicle has just crossed 2 years and 31000 KM .

                मेरे द्वारा 21 जून 2016 को सनशाइन हुंडई, इंदौर से हुंडई xcent स्पेशल एडिशन ख़रीदा गया, जिसका पेमेंट मेरे द्वारा चेक से दिया गया, मुझे गाडी के रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए कहा गया कि सर 15-20 दिन में आपके घर आ जायेगा, 15-20 दिन बाद मेरे द्वारा जब शोरूम पर कहा गया कि अभी तक मेरा रजिस्ट्रेशन कार्ड क्यों नहीं आया तो मुझे कहा गया कि सर आपकी गाडी की फाइल हमारे द्वारा गलत एडिशन डिस्क्रिप्शन की डिटेल के कारण rto ऑफिस में रिजेक्ट हो गयी है, हम वापस से फाइल log on करवाकर आपका काम प्रायोरिटी में करवाते है, पिछले 4 महीनो से मुझे 15 दिन का वास्ता दे देकर परेशां किया जा रहा है, आपसे रिक्वेस्ट है मेरी समस्या का निराकरण करे अन्यथा मुझे कुछ कड़ा कदम उठाना पड़ेगा, कार्ड न होने के कारण 2 बार मेरी गाडी का चलन भी बन चूका है जिसके लिए मुझे 1000 का जुर्माना भी लगा है, जिसका भुकतान भी मुझे सनशाइन हुंडई से ही लेना है।।।

                    Like many other users. My hyundai creta broke down in the middle of the road in the middle of the night/

                    I got it towed it to capital hyundai, noida. On inspection, i have been informed that the whole clutch assembly has worn out and plates, cylinder and 2 more parts would have to be replaced.

                    I was orally informed that the same is not covered under warranty and it would cost is more than 25k for hardly an year old car.

                    It appears that this is a common problem being faced by creta owners and is because of the poor quality of the clutch parts.

                    I intend to file a class action complaint in case the same is not resolved without any cost to me.
                    I faced same problem with my 9 month old 1.6 SX diesel. It was only 9000 km drove and suddenly vehicle gear got jammed. Hyundai engineer instead of invistigating directly said it is because of driving habbit. they replace clutch with charge of @ Rs 11000 to me. Hyundai Creat diesel has serious issue with clutch material or design. but company is not ready to accept it. I am driving since last 15 yrs never had these issue with all my previous 3 vehicles. this is last Hyundai and Korean product for me.

                    For New Buyer please be cautious for every 10000 km you will need to keep clutch replace. this is not one of case but widespread issue with hyundai creta

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I write in reference to my grand i10 bearing registration number hr26 ct 2156 which i purchased on 07.12.2015 from orion hyundai, sector-14, gurgaon. Since the time i have bought this vehicle frequent anomalies in the car have been coming my way. This has been a regular feature.
                      Recently i faced a problem wherein the car stopped moving at all, as it was late night therefore i had to park the car there itself. Thereafter, the next day the technician from one of the hyundai authorized service center visited the car who was unable to detect the problem.
                      In the end, we had to get the car towed to safdarjung hyundai, udhyog vihar, where i was informed that the clutch plate of the car was faulty and that the same has been burnt due to a short circuit.
                      This is a completely absurd situation whereby so many faults are creeping in the car despite the fact that it is only driven10, 000kms which was serviced as recent as 26th october, 2016 at orion hyundai and not even an year old now. Yesterday, i was informed by safdarjung hyundai, udhyog vihar to where the car was towed that i will be charged for various items like replacement of part (S). It is surprising to note that despite having two years warranty and zero dep insurance i am being made to pay such irrational charges without any basis whatsoever.
                      Therefore, you are requested to waive off any charges levied on me as on date and during the two year period when the warranty is in force.

                        I have taken a rsa from your company in february 2016 and when it was needed i did not get any response from either your customer care team not from your service center dealer.
                        I am trying to call from 31 october but did not get any response from your team.
                        I have called on customer care number [protected] but did not get any response and also called on [protected] and from there also i did not get any response. of these numbers are only for showi off then please eradicate t these numbers so that customer didn't get confused.
                        Still i am waiting for assistance from your team. i have written a mail to your suggestions box but didn't get any response from there also.

                          I am aneesh. Ganga. Prasad, i am writing this mail to bring to your notice the problem we are facing because of the poor service centre (Pothens hyundai) in kollam.
                          I am using hyundai vehicles for the past 12 years, my current vehicle is a fluidic verna 1.6sx (Kl02 an 8). This time i have given my vehicle for periodic service and had a issue with the turbo charger and to replace the tensioner on 12th of october and they claimed to get the turbo repaired it will cost around 15000 and periodic service charge and tensioner cost extra, finally i got the vehicle on 17th of october the periodic service was done tensioner was not replaced as they don't have stock (This is the third time they are giving me the same excuse no stock). The sad part is that on spending rs.25000 bill no complaints were rectified, they charged 15000 for turbo charger repair which started making a whistling noise once i recieved the vehicle, they said this whistling noise will change after two days once the carbon deposits.
                          The same noise continued from the turbo charger and also the tensioner noise as well, then again i visited your service centre they said my turbo core has to replaced then only this noise will go this will again cost another 13000 and now they have tensioner stock as well. I have again given the vehicle on 27th of october. I have taken the vehicle on 31st of october paying a bill of another rs.20000 (Total bill within 2 weeks rs.45000) again the worst part the tensioner noise is still not rectified and again telling me another story drive for 2 days if it doesn't go bring the vehicle again.

                          Iam totally irritated because of your worst service if you can help me please do the needful at the earliest. I will think thrice to buy a new hyundai vehicle again.

                            On 21.03.2016 I bought the above vehicle from Mohan Motors Hyundai .

                            I have taken it back to Mohan Motors Hyundai Work Shop for hyundai creta music system two times

                            The fault about which I originally complained is still present but I am now told that you.
                            As the manufacturers i also complaint to hyundai india many times for prepared to do any further work under warranty.

                            There may be some confusion between you and the dealer and the company on this point but now I have brought the problem to your attention I look forward to a prompt and effective repair under my warranty.

                              The air-conditioning system of i20active petrol sxmodel is very poor in daytime and sunny days.
                              3rd and 2nd gear pick up is very poor and reverse gear system is not doing smoothly.
                              Another feature is not in my car that is speed sencing door lock and distance to empty
                              Ac of this car is not working properly
                              There is no pick up when i gear up 2nd and 3rd gear. engine also getting heat in 10-12 km running

                                I had booked an Xcent base petrol on 24-8-16 from Pothens Hyundai, Maruthoor, Trivandrum Branch, Kerala. In the brochure, it is written that the model have Airbag, ABS, Central locking, Front power window etc.., but when i received the product, the above mentioned features were missing on our car. I received the xcent car on[protected] after permanent registration through the dealers. Moreover, the executive and dealers had not informed me about this defect. I have already registered the complaint through Hyundai Toll free no: on[protected]service request ID:[protected]. I havent got any satisfactory reply from the company or dealer.

                                i would suggest that you give us a new car with all the promised features in the brochure otherwise, I would be forced to register a complaint in the consumer court and take required actions.

                                  The bad attitude of service incharge Mr.Ravichandra .
                                  He is totally irresponsible and has used abusive / vulgar language, when I have approached him to repair my EON vehicle as the brakes got failed on the road while driving, I have asked him to attend / come to workshop, he said he is busy he cannot come and in turn i have lost my patience and shouted at him as we were to have an accident on the road due to brakes failure. I have shouted at him due to his callous attitude. Many times he behaved like that. I have below issues against him :
                                  1) For the past one year or more he is not giving one wheel Rim for which I have paid Rs.1200 and even today it was not handed over to me.
                                  2) He never informs about free camps and he says he lost my contact No.
                                  3) His callous / ignorance towards repair of my vehicle and used abusive and Dirty language against me. Request to look seriously look into the matter please and do the needful

                                    I am having a 2008 model hyundai getz and my problem is rusting of the inside of all the 4 doors, i had made a complaint with the service center and they said that there is no anti rust coating inside of the doors and only because of this the doors are damaged. And finally i send a notice to the company and also to the dealer, but no response from their side and now had filed a complaint before the consumer court.

                                      On 27/10/2016 while my Verna CRDI 2009 model car was coming from Thrissur to Mallappally in Kerala, at about 5.00P.M when reached Moovattupuzha all of a sudden smoke started coming out from the exaust and filled inside the cabin.My wife and another lady was inside along with the driver.Immediately the car was stopped and evacuated.The engine could not be stopped in spite of putting off the ignition.The amount of smoke engulfed the car and the area around leading to traffic block.The smoke was dozzed off after a fire engine was summoned and sprayed water.The car was then taken to the Hundai service centre at Moovattupuzha Kerala.After checking it was communicated by the Sevice centre that the Diesel injector had failed.Only 60, 000 K.M were run by the car till now .The servicing was done when 59000 K.M was covered at M G F Hyundai Service centre Changanacherry in September 2016.
                                      I am worried whyt the injector has not given the life expected which is around 1, 50000 K.M.in spite of all scheduled maintenance at the authorised service station.
                                      Please look into this matter urgently which is very serious.The reliability and name of Hyundai is questionable now.I have to get the injector nozzles replaced and I must get the cost refunded by the Company.

                                        Hyundai cars are very good but they only know selling tactics. Once your car gets damaged or meets an accident, assume you say your car a good bye and would be going to throw it in a dumpyard. The hyundai employs are taught only selling and looting tactics. Their service doesn't deserve even a 0 star rating. A person who is always free is only capable of get his car fixed as the service station is just of name and there is more of a self-service. Firstly you would have to make atleast 20 rounds of their service station. Then bend your hands and knees and then finally have a fight with the employs to make them start their work. You'll get 3 different statuses of your car from 3 different employs and all -heads of some depatment.

                                        My experience was with krishna hyundai, and rest of the hyundai i didnt had any experience.
