I hv bought my hyundai verna fluidic in oct 2012. Just under 1 year i had problems with my gear getting stuck.Due to which i had a couple of near fatal experiences.And believe me it's serious. I'm a doctor.The same problem had occurred with my cousin in his verna fluidic and he got his gear cylinder changed for free.BTW my car no is is PB08 CD 7474.And his no is PB08 CB 7474. When we went to the service centre GOYAL HYUNDAI .From where we had bought the car about the problem.They just said that there is no problem and just didn't do anything. FOR 3 YEARS WE HAD THE WORST DRIVING EXPERIENCE.AND A NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEM. Now last week when i went to the centre.they told me there is a problem with the clutch and after that they told me there was a problem with a cylinder too and charged me rs 19300.why didn't they diagnose the problem Earlier.Now u hv lost a customer completely because o[censored]r poor customer care

    I purchased Hyundai Creta SX petrol model car from Anmol Hyundai naudara bridge Jabalpur MP. But it hasin come to my notice in my car SX is not written on the back side of car but in other's car it is written. Sir I have a doubt that the dealer might have sold a sample piece to me therefore please clarify what is the actual status.

      Dear sir, have made booking of creta on 2nd december, 2015 with your dealer modi hyundai - malad west mumbai 400 064.. And paid rs. 25, 000/- being booking amount, after so many followup on[protected] i. E. After almost seven month received communication from them that they will deliver me vehicle before 25th july, 20016 on on 10th august, 2016 they further communicate me that they will not able to deliver vehicle because of allocation was not there from company... Under these circumstances after fed up decided to cancel the booking and requested for full refund of rs. 25, 000/- they have paid me rs. 22, 000/- after deducting cancellation charges rs. 3000/-

      1. Does your dealer is correct in deducting cancellation charges.
      2. I request you to ask him pay my balance rs. 3000/- along with compensation of rs. 25, 000/- for inconvenience.

        Dear sir/madam,
        There is a engineering design fault of a duct or gap in the dashboard from engine /bonet side of eon .A rat has entered and died in dashboard of my eon mh41v3916.
        There is a lot of bad smell in ac section and inside the car
        I am sending my car for repair at panchavati hyndai nasik
        I request hyndai ltd to clear the design fault as soon as possible
        Also I request hyndai to apply zero charges for repairing the car as it is design fault of hyndai

          I k. Nageshwar rao residence of bhel, mig-2, given servicing on 03/10/16 at hyundai showroom (Madinaguda branch). The estimation cost was given rs 5850/- but, the branch manager told to pay the bill of rs 43000/-. At the time of servicing it was been damaged near petrol tank cover. It was been dented and painted by workshop people. But, i lost the originality of the car. I dint say pavan (Advisior) to change the suspension rods and other parts but, unfortunately they have changed few parts without my knowledge. I approached branch manager mr. Raghav to look after the damage and the vechile given by me. The manager at first told the the servicing cost was rs 10500/-. I approached today i. E, 16/10/16 and spoke to branch manager where he insisted to pay 42000/-. The cost which they have told before is completely differing form the cost they saying now, which is more than my budget. The servicing people damaged my car, the branch manager saw it in the cc camera and they dint show the facts to me. Since, i request you to pay me composition for the damage. Since, they have asked me to come tomorow i. E, 17/10/16 to settle the payment, im not able to pay that much of huge amount. Therefore, i request you to look into the matter as early as possible.             My name is rahul grover and i was an ex service man over nimbus hyundai ghaziabad n3402 service centre as an accountant. I was work more than 5 years over there till 31.07.15. I was requesting him my salary certificate for last two working financial years from last 8 months but the hr team of dealer mr manoj and thakur gaves me no response. I had done many calls, mails to dealer with cc to director also but no response comes. This is so careless and irresponsiveness showed by that. I was requested from last 7-8 months but there is no body to listen. I told him that i want to fill my income tax return but also they not respond me. Please register my complaint against mr. Manoj and mr.p k thakur for not doing its duty properly and carelessness and mentally harrasement.

              I bought hyundai I20 active from Crossland Hyundai Vaishali Nagar Jaipur on April 12th, 2016. I am facing lot of challenges with this car. Two tyres are already gone reason being local tyres are given in this car. Also car makes real bad noise in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear considering the fact its a petrol variant. Car noise was told to the company during 2nd service and also about the tyres. Everything has been refused and nothing has been repaired. I want a resolution on the same and expect some help from the company.

                I purchase Grand i 10 sportz from charisma Hyundai Chandigarh. As i have purchased the above said car on dtd 06.10.2016.
                On the very same day in the evening i noticed the water leakage logging in my car and also noticed the rust in the steering wheel of my car. immediately i inform the charisma Hyundai people about that the the ask me to keep the vehicle full door open for one day during sun light, which i did. And again on dtd 14.10.2016 i took my car to the charisma showroom and the service people checked my car and intimated me that your car is to be repaired by us for the said defect they will open the complete flooring and dash board to check the both things. they intimated me that they will change the rusted steering rod of the steering which i objected to them for both the things and ask them to kindly change my car. it is my hard earned money which i have put it into it. within 2-3 days the complete picture was told to them, as i have purchased a new car not old one so how can i keep this repaired car.

                keeping in view the above sacts i humbly request your good-self to kindly look into the matter and advise charisma Hyundai, Chandigarh to replace my car.

                  I Sub Maj Amit Kumar (Retd) placed my accidental vehicle on 29 Sep 2016 for inspection/survey. After inspection/survey, the vehicle was returned to me on next day and stated that the repair work will be done on availability of spare parts. After that I enquire for availability of spare parts, but the contact person (Mr. Azad Singh, Manager Services) has not responded my call till 12 Oct 2016. Finally, on 13 Oct 2016, the vehicle has been asked for repair and promised that the vehicle will be delivered on 15 Oct 2016 at 05:00 PM. On inquiring for delivery of vehicle today i.e. 15 Oct 2016, the contact person at Marudhara Hyundai, Jhunjhunu has denied to deliver the car stating that the job work has not been done. I ask Hyundai Motor India to instruct Marudhara Hyundai, Jhunjhunu to wakeup and give consumer satisfaction at least a satisfactory level.

                    My Eon car No KL 05 AK 8479 I made a paid service on request of Popular Hyundai Kottayam last week find more dirty inside of car after the service, Dash board, door window and body of car cleand with some sort of oil, I have complaint, car taken by the on last Friday (07.10.16)& return with after some patchwork on Wednesday 12.10.16 same dirty. These dirty cleanness happend with me in 1st & 2nd service also, both time my car taken and they did it again and requested if call from company come give us 10/10 marks, this time informed don't make such calls. my marks 0/10.

                      This was the incident dated 12.10.2016.. I had gone to book a hyndai creta at your dealer modi hyundai located at santcruz west s. V road... They told me that usually delivery will be done in 2 to 3 months and if you buy or make over the creta at extra cost from modi hyundai by paying extra then they shall manage to give me the delivery of hyndai creta within a months time,,, the person who attented me was more pressurizing me to buy accessories rather then selling creta at his showroom... I think modi hyundai is not promoting hyundai brand in fact they are more interested in selling the make over and extra fitting with are available at extra cost at the modi hyundai showroom... And not interested in customers like me who just wanted by buy creta of hyundai brand in companies actual condition,,,,, i am really upset,, i wasted my time visiting modi hyndai for buying 2 creta models from your authorised dealer...

                        We have purchased a grand i10 on 3rd october from deep hyundai Delhi. At the time of delivery we are surprised to see that you are providing only one central locking key.

                        This is unfair with the customer because it was not explained earlier.
                        In all other branded car, all are giving two central locking key.

                        Seriously, this car is for my wife, i was planning to change my SX4 with CRETA, but due to this episode my mood is off, such a large company thinking for cost cutting of Approx 1000/- of one central locking key at the cost of convenience of a customer. Then In CRETA anything hidden can be found as cost cutting. I will not sugest any one to purchase hyndai car

                            Hi, m highly unsatisfied with the service which shivnath hyundai jagdalpur bastar is provided so far regarding brake issue in my i 10 sportz, there mechanics even can't find out the fault, just grease everytime, and it's over wd heavy bill over my pocket, it's been a dozen times in 2 months for the same problem again n again, plz do something abt this

                              I have a i20 asta model.
                              unfortunately the car met with an accident.
                              after that i take it to hyundai service centre abohar(paras hyundai).
                              there is only a body damage issue. that they make it right.
                              after that i take my cat for service.!
                              dont know whta they do with my car they disturb the alignment of the car.And still i have taken two to three times in hyundai service centre but they are not making alignment correct.they always keep on ignoring! or by saying we are not getting the fault
                              what is it
                              do they think i am a fool
                              i have paid for service i have paid for hyundai car
                              today again i am sending my car to paras hyundai
                              please have look on it
                              and due to alignment car tyres get totally deprived off
                              Do not go for services in shivnath hyundai Jagdalpur Bastar as for problem of car, it's better to visit vizak, they always put burden of money every time but never resolves fault in once, or rather go to MRF geedam road for best alignment

Now sir the problem has reached the peak and as to why should i open my newly bought car (15000 kms) and drive it. I personally feel the car delivered to me has a faulty mechanism. Sir pls do not break my trust on hyndai and give me the right judgement. Awaiting ur reply

                                  If company isn't able to repair the car.
                                  I need to go by taxi for my work which use to cost me 500/-rs every day.
                                  This problem is on since 15 days
                                  I was planning to take a creta but after this kind of service i have dropped my plan.
                                  The company isn't sure also when my car will be ok and they are not able to tell the problem occurred.
                                  I never ever expected this type of service.

                                    I gave an accidental verna car in deep hyundai workshop, mundka delhi,. I gave on 6/9/16 and it is not delivered yet. Today is 10/10/16.
                                    They gave me estimate of of around 96400. And now thy say it is 170000 around. Almost double.
                                    Since last 10 days, i m daily calling them and chekking d status, but i don't receive a single call from thr side,, which is the duty to complete the car n give details.
                                    Ravi, the manager over thr, is showing very irresponsible behaviour, n from last 10 days his words are"aapki gaadi kal de dunga". His "kal" will never come.
                                    Please take some strict action asap.

                                      I had booked Hyundai i10 grand asta automatic through Ritu Hyundai. Extremely poor service & cheating customers on delivery timelines. The vehicles are just left without rto tax receipt & number plate in the buyers building. No appropriate response there after from them.

                                      At this rate who will again ever think of buying Hyundai vehicle. In fact now itself I do not wish to go ahead with Hyundai vehicle & want entire amount to be refunded with interest

                                      Hope you can understand us & how customers are being fooled at Ritu Hyundai

                                        I am planning to purchase h. creta-1.6sxi+ at petrol on immediate basis for which i contacted 2 dealers - planet & concept, but the sales head are not concerned with the sales as they have excess orders and are not entertaining us properly and reply that the car availability shall occur in 2/3/4/5/6/7/8 weeks. not sure
                                        Still this is fine.
                                        I wanted to give booking amount and i asked that i will do insurance on my own and they denied that this will not happen and they shall not sell at this condition then i informed them that my insurance agent is giving me rate for 30, 000 and you asking 65000 rs i cannot give such huge difference, they are like it is decided from hyundai co.
                                        I request you to please reply me whether this is true or not? i dont think it would be. kindly give me transparency on the same.

                                        Your both dealers are not willing to entertain us as they have loooootsss of booking and we are really very unhappy from there response & service.

                                        We request for your help on the same.

                                        I am looking forward for a serious solution on the same.
