I am a owner of 3 hyundai cars iin my family. I gave my car (Hyundai sonata embera) for service on 28th aug for accidental claims to concept hyundai in ahnedabad. I was promised by mr. Birendra that the car will be delivered to me in 7 days as the part will have to be imported from chennai plant. It was 22 days that my car was kept with hyundai and there want any proper response from their side. I kept on making calls to their service advisors and service head mr. Pranjal and mr. Parmar and i was being given false commitments. On 23rd day i get a call to take the delivery of my car. While taking the delivery i noticed that the right and left fender, side mirrors and the top of the car were all having rust marks all over. I immediately called up mr. Parmar and was told that again i will have to keep the car with them and they will fix it up with emery polish etc. They provided me with a courtesy car for 3 days. Again i took the delivery of the car and i noticed that the denting and painting wrk done was a local one and still bonut wasnt fixed. Moreover the rust spots were still there. Though i took the delivery. Till date i havent recd a proper response and they have been fooling me around. I want strict action and compensation for this. My car was there with them for almost a month wherein neither the wrk was done upto the mark not the services were given by the dealer.

    Hi,
    i bought my first car Hyundai elite i20 in white color from joshi hyundai Mohali (punjab) 6 months ago, my car has got some yellow strains, i tired wax compound everything to remove them but they were not removed, i gave my car on 6th september 2016 for service asked for the soltion of such strains, mr. joginder service executive at joshi hyundai mohali, said they will try but those strains were not removed, i asked service manager Mr. jaswal for the same, he said they have got such complaints but no solution for them, i launched a complaint for the same on 7th September 2016with request id 1-[protected]
    but no solution was given against it, if it continues the same way the condition of car will get worst, then what is the warranty of the car, i want paint of my car to be corrected, either car to be replaced with a guarantee that such thing would not happen with paint, i also want some return for the same, i want justice for myself and my car, i have attached pic of one spot but many exist of same kind.
    I have Grand i10 2018 model...
    And my car has issue of paint peeling off...
    Dont know why this thing happens

      Sir...i bought the car i20 Active with AVN (vtvt) on 16 oct 2015 but on that day to till i have a big problem on the headlight of my car and i told the problem in the showroom but till now they are not taking any action about this...the problem is when it was raining then the water goes inside the headlight and it vaporised into it..and i can't see the road at the night..and it is very difficult to drive..and there is light adjustment problem also..so sir plz do any action abut this problem..it is a big request from me to you...

        Last week they told me that service advisor is absent

          I have i2o diesel 2012 model. Every time my i20 ac not working properly. Its continue giving normal cold normal cold air. After one hour it's giving low Coolling. I use temperature low after some time for getting cool air. Many time it's giving hot air when ac is switch on. Company should recall or repair ac or provide a well-known engineer fir this problem.

            Hi all,

            This is to inform that i had raised a complain against rudra hyundai asansol branch against salesman ranadip saha who fraudulently made me sign the hdfc loan application form where in spite of me telling him the loan tenure to be 5 years changed it to 7 years which has vested extra interest of 2 years on me. I was told the 7years tenure for the loan was taken default but i personally verified the same with bank's scan copy of the loan application form.

            Instead of getting a solution on this he called me today to threaten me stating nothing can be done on my complain. It is of no use complaining and writing mails to the complaint department.

            You are keeping salesman to sell your cars by keeping the customers in dark. They come to us and take full initiative to take our old car, foreclose the same and then apply loan so that your car can be sold faster and without a second thought. Here your salesman does not even let the customer do a thing and the customer is made to believe and trust his work would be done perfectly. At the end everything done comes out to be a mess, the loss of which has to be born by the customer. When the salesman is not responsible and efficient enough then why do your company has such policy? Is it just to decipher your so called valuable customer and fraudulently sell your cars.

                Regarding not selling the spare parts for own use and telling no counter sale of parts

                I have asked my car Hyundai I20 spare parts from Hyundai dealer M/s Susee Hyundai in madurai. There the Parts section manager told we are sale the parts in counter and they forced me to bring my car to their workshop to use the original parts to my car. This is their motivation to monopoly in business. So Please kindly take necessary action in this matter....

                I have purchased a i20 active sx petrol model yesterday. When I requested for a test drive a new car was brought. The meter reading was 27 Kms on that car. when i booked the car I told the executive that I don't want the same car as it is used for test drive. Yesterday when i took the car the same car was given with the reading of 56 Kms. The car is very dirty and I feel cheated by the company for giving me a bad and used car.

                I will never buy a Hyundai car ever again. Need the company to replace the car

                  I am Sanjeev Kumar from Kathua, J&k. Actually I am using a new Verma fluidic car PB35T 3337, but I got gear box problem in car two times.after 35, 000 kilo mtr I got gear box problem and now again Same problem I got and I proper maintained our car last three years.I already used Honda city, Ford car but not getting any problem related gear box.thats very bad but now I decide I sale that car and in future I can't use any Hyundai car.And also I can't preferred to any one Hyundai car because so many problem.Last time I contact to toll free no, but no have any solution from your side, that's very bad. I issued a Verna fluidic car from Novelty Hyunai Pathankot dealer and I already discuss that problem in that dealer but they are saying u not driving properly, that's by problem again, and I already say to dealer, problem in ur car.I know all dealers just store the money in our account and playing with public mind.this is wrong and i[censored] not given proper services to people don't sale the car, thats very bad bad...! I forward that mesz also on My Facebook, I shame on Hyundai...🙈🙈🙈🙈..?

                    I have gone to the hyundai service center for replacing my driver sides window button. The service provider there was very ill mannered and very careless. Buttons has been replaced but the central locking system of that door went out of order. I told this problem to the service provider, firstly he didn't looked for the problem properly and denied too, that this is not done by them they can not do anything except that i have to spend more n replace the latch of that door. Before replacing the power window button there was no problem in my central locking, its been 5 years since i have this car.
                    I gave my xcent car for service with faults of starting trouble and no indication on temperature gauge on run on 19/09/2016 at KTC Hyundai service center, calicut, work order no.R[protected] .Since they can't rectify the fault, I take back the car and given to another center.please take necessary action.

                      Booked a new car done with all the paper work, paid the amount also but
                      After one hour got a call from the showroom and they asked us to come back as they needed some thing to say we went over there and had a word with manager called navnit and he told us that the amount you have paid is incorrect.
                      Means we are fool over her to wait for an hour or two to get our car booked clear all the documentations and they just cancel our booking
                      He said we will not give you car at that price.

                      We were all clear with our deal but what happen to him gods knows better but this is not acceptable...

                      Need strict action against the company...

                        I am complaining 2nd time I purchased I 20 asta{o} in August 2015. Since then my music system not working properly I have register Complain abt it in deep Hyundai mundka delhi 110041 but no satisfactory answer from them I have taken my car several time there but there is no solution of my music system . There is noise in dashboard and window I told them I left my car in workshop for 1 day but there is noise .

                          We have handover our car creta KL CF 9330 for service on 23 / 09 /2016 wednesday that day its self evening they called me and told that sir you car met a small accident so we will handover the car tomorrow after repair it i told them no i want to see my car and he driven the damaged car from kaloor to providence road they didn't even try to move the car to recovery van.

                          i need to replace my creta car KL CF . i wish you people will take immediate
                          action within 24 hours

                            I have given my car for accident repair and the car was supposed to be delivered at home, however I was not at home and the car keys were been handed over to my wife.
                            Later when I got the keys and found that the Electronic keys are damaged, the same was been informed to Hyundai inn Dehradun and guess what Happened, it’s been 6 months I am been speaking to 10 different peoples in Hyundai but it’s yet pending.
                            It’s hardly matter of[protected] INR, however someone need to respond that it can’t be fixed .
                            The same issue is been back and forth for so many months and really tired of the same.
                            Guys please wake up and smell the coffee, if this is how you deal with the customers; I think you need to really see the processes and people who are handling the issues at your place.
                            I don’t even know if the higher authorities are aware of the same or not, because if the same thing would have happened in my company some of our managers would have resolved it overnight, but there is something really wrong

                              UP 11 AK 1100 i20 active sir i have standup my car 8 days before on hyundai showroom delhi road meerut for repair but there was no response from the showroom regarding my car where is it or repair or not sir i request you to take action hyundai service is not good .otherwise i will go to consumer court ..

                                I had bought a car (eon hr29 am 8641) on 29th april 2016 from mahadev hyundai faridabad. sir my car pick up is very slow, as i have complaint ample of time to the mahadev hyundai. but they used to give response 'there is no any problem' i went to local mechanic, he said to me there is a problem of rpm. after than i went again to mahadev, but i got reply same as before.
                                I don't thing that hyundai is giving this type of service which i use to get every time.

                                Kidly look into this matter, because it's been only 5 month.

                                  sub: final reminder /cum notice for delivery of hyundai xcent base model (t permit)
                                  Sir,
                                  i have recently booked hyundai xcent base model (t permit) car with you in the name of kiran roadlines. inspite of my proper tendering of required documents and prompt payment of consideration as per terms agreed and various gentle reminders and meetings, my desire vehicle as described above is still in undeliverable stage. hence your are worn by this final reminder /cum notice.
                                  Facts :
                                  1. i approached to you on 5th july 2016 for enquiry regarding the hyundai xcent base model (t permit) car(here in after mentioned as “said vehicle” for sake of brevity) . your resource person miss laxmi entertained me and mentioned all details including payment terms and kyc and other related documents for purchasing the “said vehicle”

                                  2. i was convinced with terms and hence i made the booking payment rs 20, 000/- towards “said vehicle” as seen in annexure “a” and balance rs 1, 10, 000/- on 20th july as seen in annexure “b”

                                  3. i was assured by you that you will deliver the vehicle within 5 working days after making payment as mentioned in point no.2 above.

                                  4. as per your advice i had provided you all the necessary documents for vehicle registration and i was continuously following your instructions regarding documentation and the paper work requirements in order to get proper delivery of “said vehicle” .

                                  5. after completion of 5 days as mentioned in point no.3 above i was not provided the “said vehicle” hence i approached to your office on 9th july 2016 and enquired the status of delivery of the “said vehicle” and it was told to me by your staff that i will get my “said vehicle” on or before 16th july 2016 failing which i was at the liberty to take legal action against ss motors.

                                  6. on 16th july 2016 i found that promises mentioned by staff of ss motors as mentioned in point no. 5 above were in vain and baseless, hence i again approached to ss motors for explanation for non delivery of the “said vehicle” i was told by mr. zeshan shaikh that the i will be fairly compensated monetarily for non delivery of the “said vehicle” in stipulated time.

                                  7. it is very unfortunate that i have not still received the delivery of the “said vehicle” and i strongly feel that all my exercises for following up for delivery the “said vehicle” are at wrong direction as ss motors have made their mind to deceive me and ss motors are making fraudulent transitions .

                                  Hence through this notice you are call upon to do followings within 7 days of receipt of this notice in order to avoid civil case / criminal complaints /consumer case / rto intimations/ complaint letters to all tax authorities also media representations against you :

                                  1. delivery of the “said vehicle” on immediate basis /if not dd in favor of me mentioning the entire amount consideration for the “said vehicle” plus rs.15000/- for legal expenses and postal expenses for drafting and delivering this notice.
                                  2. 6% interest on the entire consideration of the “said vehicle”
                                  3. letter of regret for such delay in delivery.
                                  4. reimbursement of emi's paid to sudaram finance

                                  The above said letter was drafted on 7th sept and was couriered & emailed to ujjwal motors & ss motors but till date there is no response from both the parties.

                                  Can this matter will be resolved ????????

                                    I purchased new car hyundai grand i10 sportz 1.2 vtvt on 19/09/2016 . yesterday i was coming to my office at morning 10 o clock its rear wheel waved and it became uncontrolled and collided to the divider and Air bags opened and thus i rescued but the Cars front side totally damaged . also the rear wheel damaged. yesterday it accident and severely damaged .

                                    since its badly damaged hence i want to new car as a replacement of this car since its insured. so its better to be replace with new . so kindly assist me

                                      I have bought hyundai make eon magna plus model cng fitted from mithila cars pvt. ltd. mira road (e), thane - 401107 vehicle no mh 04 hf 3054. from the day one the vehicle is having pick up problem when driving with cng and ac in on.in 2nd gear cars get off or move at the speed of 5 km/ hrs after pressing full accelerator. i have shown at mithila hyundai work shop at penkar pada. car checked by cng expert went to the vendor of cng check with laptop no solution found.
                                      Thus, went to showroom again had meeting with experts has test drive problem was there as accepted by them. they told me they will revert within a week, but no response.
                                      Kindly suggest such a big brand company has such a person with no response.
                                      I was planning to buy my first four wheeler car maruti wagonr but i went to buy hyundai is it a mistake???
