We purchased Hyundai Eon Dlite plus vehicle from Residency Road, Bangalore on 16th June, 2016. Thereafter we did our first service in Devarabisanhalli, Sarjapur Road on 16th July, 2016.
After month i.e. on 16th Aug, 2016, we faced issue that buzzer of car was not working during reverse gear and on lock/unlock. Thereafter we called Hyundai Service (Mission Road) and one Mr. Malikarjuna (service specialist) told that I need to bring my vehicle to service Center and it might be a minor issue which can be repaired.
When I brought my vehicle to Devarabisanhalli service centre, the new service specialist told that the repair can be done but it is chargeable. When I told that I have just purchased my vehicle few months back and it should be covered under warranty period he told that I need to take vehicle back and call another person whose number he shall provide. Since I had brought the vehicle from Electronic City, I did not want to take it back without any work, so I insisted to repair on chargeable basis on which he agreed. Thereafter he did the repair, issue was in speaker of buzzer which had got damaged due to water during last servicing. However he refused to give me bill.
Honestly speaking, I did not expect this kind of response from Hyundai.
This is not expected from a brand name like Hyundai.
Now, I want my money Rs 750 back from Hyundai. Pls do the needful.
