Hyundai team,

Triumph sales at Manesar (Gurgaon, Haryana) is not responding to my queries (As I bought a new verna recently from them but some financial mistakes has been done by them).

For details go through the trailing mail, I wish I will get some reply from Hyundai team else I would approach to Customer Court.

The whole story is as below :

Triumph Sales (Hyundai Manesar) made mistake by charging me with an additional amount of INR 1775/- (false charging on insurance amount).

Second mistake was about the deduction of 1% tax, that was not legal as per Govt Laws.

Now I have gone through the invoice which they have provided to my family and I am going to describe one more mistake by Triumph Sales team here as below :-

1. Total Payment done by me i.e INR 12, 55, 000 with the breakup as below
Old car price = 1, 50, 000
Cash Discount = 70000
Cash Booking = 5000
Cheque Payment 1 = 1, 30, 000
Cheque Payment 2 = 4, 00, 000
Cheque Payment 3 = 5, 00, 000

2. Amount in invoice is INR 11, 13, 244/- and insurance amount is INR 45890/-, so total amount is INR 11, 59, 134/-

3. Now the panic point is about the difference between the total paid amount (para 1) & total amount (para2)
i.e.[protected] = INR 95866/-

Provide me the breakup details for the amount INR 95866/-. On what basis this amount of INR 95866 has been taken from your side and why ?????

    I have xcent sc, in Dec'15. On 22nd Aug'16 I have met an accident near Tumkur, Karnataka and tried to complain through toll free no. But it was not working properly. Tumkur showroom nobody willing to cooperate, anyhow I managed to reach home with the help of a local mechanic. Afterwards on 23rd I complained in toll free no and given in service centre. On 25th I sent a mail and narrated the incident to company for warranty claim. for 22 days no body responded from the company other than service centre. Now after 25 days they are rejected the claim of warranty. Now I am in trouble to claim insurance.
    Now I got conclusion that Hyundai will not talk to customers if they die also because of car. Hyundai will not trust customers, but they expects customers trust. Since 13 years I trusted the company, with this incident I lost confidence on Hyundai. Whoever seeing this post don't buy Hyundai cars. This is my sincere advise. By mouth talk I am going to advice to my neighbors, friends and known people.

      I have bought EON 1.0 Magna +. It is less than two year old. With front tyre one small stone skidded and hit petrol tank and it leaked. I contacted your emergency they have refereed to Samara Patparganj. Despite of waranty they said I am to pay 5000. I have agreed and ordered to do the job. My car is lying un attended since last 8 days and still no action. Please do the needful.

        I have purchased Hyundai i20 elite sportz on Oct'15, second service done in the month of Aug'16 and used Shell synthetic engine oil. asked for MRP than explained that is is internal for Hyundai and can not be shared. Pls clarify on below mentioned issues.
        1. MRP of engine Oil used during servicing (Shell synthetic engine oil)
        2. MRP of chrome fitted on my car.
        3. MRP of wooden 3M panelling fitted on my car.
        All above products are available in market as well (Not the product of Hyundai) and available with MRP. as per mail received from MR Hyundai MRP is internal for Hyundai reference only and can not be shared with costumer.

        I bliave that MR Hyundai shahibabad Ghaziabad is cheating with customer.
        requested clarification and action if found guilty.

          I had purchased Xcent vehicle in the year 2015. Twice the car met with a minor accident that is a slightest hit will bring the front bumper down. Efforts to place a protective covering didn't materialize since the mechanic says the chassis is too weak to hold it.
          Company should redesign the car in such a way that it withstands atleast a small hit.

            I have purchased a new CRETA 1.6 MALC 381ULGM101950l from PINNACLE VEHICLES AND SERVICES PVT LTD., GURUVAYUR ROAD, AYYANTHOLE P.O, THRISSUR 680003 ON 22/6/2016. Veh Reg No KL 08 BK 33. The vehicle has clutch complaint and I reported the complaint in the time of 1500 KMs Service and 10, 000 Kms service to the Dealer. But Dealer PINNACLE VEHICLES AND SERVICES PVT LTD., GURUVAYUR ROAD, AYYANTHOLE P.O, THRISSUR 680003 failed to detected the problem not tried to solve it. Yesterday the vehicle got breakdown and I reported the complaint to the dealer. They suggested me to contact company customer care by telephone . The Company Customer care telephone is actually waist. It has taken 30 minutes to contact and asked me in Hindi. They advised me to contact dealer and tow the vehicle, but dealer refused saying that they have no sufficient staff and problem not sorted out.After long bargaining with them I tow the vehicle by my own payment to the Dealer. It has taken so many hours. It caused me loss of money and valuable time. So please pay me the amount which I am claiming otherwise I am going to consumer court.I have been harassed many times and .It gives a bad reputation to company and agency. Please look into the matter and do needful to resolve the problem. Please contact [protected]

              We purchased Hyundai Eon Dlite plus vehicle from Residency Road, Bangalore on 16th June, 2016. Thereafter we did our first service in Devarabisanhalli, Sarjapur Road on 16th July, 2016.
              After month i.e. on 16th Aug, 2016, we faced issue that buzzer of car was not working during reverse gear and on lock/unlock. Thereafter we called Hyundai Service (Mission Road) and one Mr. Malikarjuna (service specialist) told that I need to bring my vehicle to service Center and it might be a minor issue which can be repaired.
              When I brought my vehicle to Devarabisanhalli service centre, the new service specialist told that the repair can be done but it is chargeable. When I told that I have just purchased my vehicle few months back and it should be covered under warranty period he told that I need to take vehicle back and call another person whose number he shall provide. Since I had brought the vehicle from Electronic City, I did not want to take it back without any work, so I insisted to repair on chargeable basis on which he agreed. Thereafter he did the repair, issue was in speaker of buzzer which had got damaged due to water during last servicing. However he refused to give me bill.

              Honestly speaking, I did not expect this kind of response from Hyundai.
              This is not expected from a brand name like Hyundai.

              Now, I want my money Rs 750 back from Hyundai. Pls do the needful.

                Hi,

                I bought i20 Diesel (white, 2016 model) car 7 months ago from Himgiri Hyundai, Dilshad Garden, Delhi but from the beginning i am facing issues with car alignment . I have shared my complaint to respective service centre and they tend to make it work that time but as soon as car hits the road same problem hits back. I have complained the same right from very first service but i am not at all satisfied with the outcomes . If i am buying a new car shedding out huge amount for that, i should not be getting these kind of problems in very few months of buying it.

                My question is how can a new car which has not been driven in rough conditions have such a major problem. I would request you to kindly look into this as this a major issue with car authenticity . I am not satisfied with the car delivered to me .

                  I have purchased a new hyundai elite i20 vtvt from firtune hundai partapur meerut on 14 aug 16. But till date i have not been provided with rc, RSA Document and teflon coating bill. in spite of reiterating many times no satisfactory reply has been made to me.

                    This is to inform you that, I am having Santro Xing -XG Model which is regularly being sent to Hyundai Service Center in Raipur Chhattisgarh, India. But most of the times the spare parts are not available in the service center, due to which my car is partially serviced. When I complain about the unavailability of the spare parts, it is asked to pay Spare parts amount in advance for ordering it. This happens for most of spare parts. I'm very much disappointed about the Services rendered at Service Center (Shivnath Hyundai, Telibandha & Tatibandh Raipur). Hence it is requested to pl take up the matter so that a Hyundai Customer is satisfied by ensuring the Spare Parts availability timely.

                      I had bought an automatic hyundai Verna from Ritu Hyundai in November 2015. At the onset there was some issues with the music system and it was replaced by Ritu Hyundai in December, 2015 in the 1st week of purchase itself. i sent my car to the service centre in february 2016 for the 1st servicing. Then since April i started getting problems with the right side of my car. I lodged a complaint with Ritu hyundai and they picked it up and brought it back after two days saying that they had changed the right rear suspension. let me tell you that my car is just driven 3500 kms till date as i use it only locally in mulund. i enquired as to why the suspension got changed so soon the dealers sales person told me that it was a manufacturing defect. then again i started having problems with the car in july 2016. i again lodged a complaint with ritu hyundai and they took the car for repairs. This time again they changed the left suspension/shock absorber. i was really surprised as to why these type of problems are coming in a brand new car. then again i strted getting problems with the brakes. so i again lodged a complaint with the company. they took the car to their showroom on 12.8.16 and returned it on 16.8.2016 with out informing me as to what they did with the car. they did not give me even a job card. i have been following up continuously with the dealer and CR sales but i am only getting an automated reply that someone will attend to me but no one till date has called me. one person from hyundai office mr. sharafat had called me last month and assured me that he would be sending an engineer from the company itself and get my car checked but he did not bother to send it. i have been following up with Ritu Hyundai also but the engineer who was attending to our car Mr Ajit is not even responding to our calls and the Customer service representative is also not attending to our complaints. they have not even taken our feedback form. Now again i am having problems with the brakes and the same problems which i was facing in april has occurred again . The car is bending on one side when applying brakes.
                      i do not have any faith on the dealer anymore to attend to my complaint. I think i have been given a defective car and i am following up continously with the dealer for a replacement or extended warranty. But he is just going on doing all bad repairs on my car. In the last servicing the bulb in my fog lamps are also removed.
                      Whenever the dealer takes my car for repairs he returns it with empty tank. They were misuisng my car at every instance.
                      I am a loyal customer of hyundai. Earlier i used to drive an i10 for 7 years and i never had to change the suspensions or any part. so i went in for a hyundai again. but now this car is giving me nightmares. i am not confident of driving it anymore as i am always scared of some part getting spoiled. now the dealer will replace the various parts in warranty but after november i will have to pay heavily for all these. i dont think a new car should have so many problems. i had referred this matter to your CEO and all the known addresses both by hard copy as well as email. however it is shocking to note that no one has even bothered to respond to my complaints. it appears that once the car is sold hyundai is least bothered about its customers. this aspect is not known to the public at large.
                      Someone referred me to mr. jayen bhatt and i also talked to him regarding the same. But he also passed the complaint to the service team who didnt bother to call me. Now there is no response from mr jayen also. i just want my car to be thoroughly checked by some engineer from your company and get it either replaced or repaired properly. i dont believe in Ritu Hyundai or the engineer of that place mr Ajit who is avoiding taking my calls anymore.

                        We have hold my vechicle at harsh hundai from six days for some smell washing but, after washing and service all ac switch are not worled propery and stearing were full free after and our car hand over to me with this problem, after that we discuss this issue with service team and the team re said us for re completion.

                        I am not accept this type work from hundai about service matter.

                          I purchased a hyundai verna in nov 16 from ritu hyundai, kalyan, maharashtra. from the start itself the car was having various problems like changed music system in 1st week of purchase itself, changed suspension/shock absorbers twice in may and june itself though the car is driven only 3500 kms till date. i am again facing the same problem now. i have been telling ritu hyundai that i have been given a defective car as the parts are getting changed so frequently. but no response. now complaint to ritu hyundai is not encouraged by them and they are not even bothering to revert back to me. The service engineer does not even pick up our phone. i have also complained to the CR head mr jayen bhatt who promised that someone will look into the matter. but still no response from anyone. I regret buying a hyundai car . i am planning to take up this issue in the consumer forum and ask for compensation for selling me a defective car

                            Dear sir,
                            I had purchased a hundai excent car on 11.02.14 from popular hundai kottayam in my name (Thomas jacob) vide vehicle no kl 33 f 9581. The first service was done on 7.2.2015 and the 2nd on 8.2.15
                            The vehicle is been driven by me almost all the day. The total kms marked is only 12245.
                            On 29.6.15 when i took the vehicle some starting trouble was there and the reverse camera was not working (Fitted by you only). Yesterday too the same problem of the vehicle, not starting properly had occurred. By examining closely it was noticed that the temp indication meter was not working, hot wind is blowing through ac wind.
                            I took the vehicle to your kodimatha service station.
                            While checking it was noticed that single paired wires at two points (Marked in the attached photo) were cut by a rat the wires were repaired and some cleaning was done. Being under vin mala841clem061122 my vehicle is covered under hundai warranty scheme up to 10.12.17.. Without changing spares i was asked to pay the amount as mentioned in the bill attached.
                            No estimate amount is seen in the repairer order given and nor was i told about the cost while i was waiting at the launch for 5 hrs.
                            Why is the need for me to make a payment while my vehicle is under warranty and there is no change in spares. So i request you to repay my bill amount as soon as possible or i will be forced to take up the matter with the proper authorities.

                              Purchased my car from orion hyundai on 27th july creta sx o by the name naman bhasin i am complaining late as the complaint was asking for car registration number i faced several issues with showroom.
                              1. No one was ready to attend
                              2. We was not allowed to go to basement and see the car
                              3. Accesories team least bothered to confirm price
                              4. No demo given
                              5. Car number got after his temp expiry

                              This is not 1st time i purchased car from hyundai i bought from sikka and deepa they provide amazing service they make that moment so precious that u love to visit showrrom to take delivery

                                I am owner of Hyundai Santro which met with accident due to failure of brakes.While travelling to Bhubaneswar from Jajpur Road.While travelling and applying brakes breaks failed and car dashed with car travelling in front.Luckily no injury took place but car badly damaged.Car was serviced by Hyundai service centre jajpur about a month back.brake are not expected to fail within such a short time after servicing.
                                I will expect Hyundai to investigate the reason for this accident so that similar accidents can be avoided and minimum they can do is repair of car free of charges which is given to Jajpur road odisha who had previously serviced the car

                                  Car accident dated 13 07 2016 in mania dholpur and I am sent my car in service center NRL Hyundai Service center agra provide very bad service After complete work workshop provide a bill of Rs 73000/- and nothing work has been show in car. Car condition same as before accident and extra amount add in Rs 73000/- of the bill. the work in the car has not been done by the hyundai workshop. After receiving my Car the physical condition is very bad and nothing show that major work has been done in the car. Scratches in the car same as before the accident and Front glass not change. Driver seat material is damage and not change by the workshop.

                                    I am vinita sharma. registration no. of my verna is jh 09v 5563. i have given my vehicle for full servicing with complain in job card clearly mentioned that in my vehicle 2 problems is coming one in clutch another in brake on 14.08.16 to shree hundai, bokaro, jharkhand. they charged @ rs 12000/- but no rectification/repair is done & they delivered on 16.08.16. again since one week back service centre took my vehicle to service centre but till today they are not doing anything. the name of customer care officer is mr. ashok kumar & service engineer is mr. pramod. your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have already written two mails earlier regarding my car UP32GS6839.After servicing of my car at JSV HYUNDAI my car got overheated during my travel to varanasi. After that car got recovey to lucknow on 23 august.

                                      After the inspection and diagnostics of engine the technicians of the service centre found cylinder head gasket blown. At this instance I got a bit shaken up that how come a new car which have travelled only 6006 KMS can get such a problem . My car only got its first service done at proper time and that too from authorized service centre of HYUNDAI . After that also car got repaired at HYUNDAI authorized centre only .

                                      But all this problem started after my last repair at JSV HYUNDAI which was because of sheer negligence of their staff. The same have been admitted by the service centre Manager Mrs. Rachna Rastogi who assured me that they admit their mistake and will get my car repaired as per warranty norms and engine will be working as good as new and same as before. I also get convinced as it was authorized service centre of HYUNDAI .

                                      The repair got started they suggested me that will change cylinder head gasket, piston, piston rings, all the inlet and exhaust valves, main bearings and bottom end bearings.They also insured me they have been overhauling engines so many times and they have put their best man for this work.

                                      Engine was disassembled and parts order was placed.The engine assembling started on Saturday .For all these 15 days I was regularly visiting the service centre for the status of my engine repair they said they will start the work when they are well and good.

                                      On Saturday I also went to see the overhaul work and what they called their best man, the way he assembled my engine was complete disastrous for an engine and that too for the standards of HYUNDAI.

                                      The technician and his manager too was having no knowledge of the torques at which bottom end and main bearing gets tightened.When I insisted about the torque tightening they brought the manual of the engine but they assured me that they have been doing the same work for many years nothing will happen and the work is done like that only.

                                      After this only I got doubt that if they overhaul the engines without proper torque and proper procedures how come an engine can run in good manner.All the time I kept on asking that engine will run good or not they kept on assuring they do this all day and with all the engines .

                                      NOW QUESTION RISES EITHER THE PROCEDURES LAID BY HYUNDAI IN ITS ENGINE REPAIR MANUAL IS WRONG OR THE PRACTICE THEY ARE DOING IS WRONG, NOT ONLY WITH MY ENGINES BUT ALL THE ENGINES BEING REPAIRED THERE.

                                      THIS IS ONY ONE OR TWO MISTAKES I AM WRITING HERE, THERE WAS NOT EVEN SINGLE PROCEDURES FOLLOWED.

                                      But after everything got boxed up and engine was ready for test run the engines starting motor got BURNED.After single kick of the engine, which can only happen because of overload of the motor. When investigated it was found that cam shaft got seized on the cylinder head and jamming of the engine .

                                      After all this series of events which I witnessed definitely I will not be taking that repaired engine which would be definitely troubling in future . I would not be able to drive that car with that peace again .

                                      So, Please Sir look upon this matter and get my engine replaced as definitely I cannot accept that substandard engine after that very poor repair.
                                      These people are committing mistakes one after another and spoiling the name of HYUNDAI.

                                      Sir you also understand my situation I have buyied a new car for my peace of mind and if it becomes like that how can I drive it without tension.
                                      I hope you will bring an end to this long ailing chapter past 16 days my new car is at service centre.Please initiate the engine replacement process and bring end to my sufferings.It cannot be that these service centre people keep on making mistakes on my engine and I keep on suffering.
                                      I was handed over customer docket at my purchase of car welcoming me to the HYUNDAI family, hopefully you will be doing the best for me and not compelling me to follow any other legal way .
                                      Please suggest these people to change my engine with new spare as my car is new and whatever condition of engine have become is because of there poor knowledge and bad technicians.
                                      Hopefully you understand my situation and my and my engines condition after reading this length of mail.

                                      I am also attaching the photos of the seized camshaft for your perusal.This happened yesterday after starting motor got burned.

                                      Please look upon this matter in serious manner as it is badly tanning image of our brand name HYUNDAI within me and my circle of relatives and friend circle.

                                        Brought new creta from trident hyundai, hosur road branch, bangalore. Soon i realised that left front door is taken atleast three to four attempts to close the door unlike others. I tried to contact the showroom, but no response. Kindly take neccessary steps to resolve my problem as its a brand new vehicle. Its a white creta brought at trident hyundai branch, hosur road bangalore. Hope to get some help immediately
