Wish to bring to your attention that I took delivery of Grand i10 Asta (petrol)
automatic on 8th Aug 2016. The Dealer is Express Hyundai, OMR, Sholinganallur, Chennai. I was assured of my delivery on 2nd Aug being auspicious Day, but they could not deliver as the Local RTO declared 2nd as Holiday. So they assured the delivery on 4th but they again failed to delivery on 4th Aug. Finally I took delivery only on 8th (Monday). Since then I have not received any feed back from you regarding delivery punctuality, service etc.
I am very disappointed as I have not yet received any call from Customer Service to enquire about all these.

    I am from amritsar . I have given my car hyundia verna PB02 BQ 9900 on 28 july at novelty hyndai service centre G.T Road just for bumper change . Its going to be month i am not able to understand what is wrong with these people we are using cab from past one month . Every time we go to take delivery of the car either clip of bumper are broken either there are scratches on the bumper . Who is responsible for the inconvinence created . I want that i should compensated for the same as i am not going to take delivery of the car as its being a stupid thing going on .

      मैंने अप्रैल 2016 में एक नई क्रेटा कार की खरीदी आपकी बिलासपुर शोरूम से की है l जिसके खरीदी दिनांक के साथ ही इसमें मैंने ब्रेकिंग सिस्टम में प्रॉब्लम पाया जिसकी शिकायत मैंने खरीदी के 2 दिनों के बाद आप के शोरूम में करनी चालू कर दी l
      मैं पिछले 4 माह से लगातार शिकायत करते करते थक गया हूं एवं परेशान हो चुका हूं l
      यह बड़े अफसोस की बात है कि बार-बार शिकायतों के बाद भी आज दिनांक तक मेरी क्रेटा कार की ब्रेकिंग सिस्टम की मरम्मत नहीं की जा सकी है इसकी शिकायत आज भी बरकरार है आपके स्थानीय लोकल डीलर के यहां कार्यरत मैकेनिक, इंजीनियर एवं अधिकारियों ने भी इस विषय पर अपने हाथ खड़े कर दिए हैं उनका कहना है कि यह शिकायत कंपनी द्वारा मेक में ही उपस्थित रहती हैं l यह क्रेटा कार का डिफॉल्ट प्रॉब्लम है जिसे बना पाने में हम असक्षम है एवं आप कंपनी से डायरेक्ट बात करें l
      मैं इस बात से बहुत दुखी एवं आहत हूं कि मैंने शायद हुंडई कंपनी की क्रेटा कार ले कर बहुत बड़ी गलती कर दी हैl इसके ब्रेकिंग सिस्टम की जबरदस्त प्रॉब्लम की वजह से मुझे अब इस वाहन को चलाने में भी डर लगता है l कभी भी कोई भी दुर्घटना हो सकती है l
      इस वाहन से वजह से जान माल का मुझे नुकसान हो सकता है l मैं पिछले चार महीनों से लगातार शिकायतें कर रहा हूं जो कि कई बार टेलीफोन, ईमेल एवं लिखित में भी कर चुका हूं किंतु आज दिनांक तक भी आपकी कंपनी के द्वारा मेरी कार की मरम्मत नहीं की जा सकी है l

      अतः आपसे निवेदन करता हूं कि मेरी क्रेटा वाहन के ब्रेकिंग सिस्टम की मरम्मत हेतु कंपनी से आप किसी इंजीनियर को भेजें और इसे चेक करवाएं अन्यथा नहीं हो पाने की स्थिति में मुझे नई गाड़ी प्रदान करें या यह कुछ भी नहीं हो पाने की स्थिति में गाड़ी वापस कर मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस करने की कृपा करें अन्यथा मैं माननीय न्यायलय के समक्ष न्याय हेतु अपना आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर लूंगा l
      मैं इस ईमेल पत्र के जरिए आपकी कंपनी को अपने तरफ से अंतिम बार यह शिकायत प्रस्तुत कर रहा हूं एवं आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूं कि अब मुझे मजबूरन माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष आपकी कंपनी के लिए एक केस दर्ज करना पड़ेगा l

        I buy Hyundai I 20 from Barnala in this month when I went for my bill no one offer me water even I call for water no one given water I feel very bad also misbehave your staff when I asked for bill my mobile no is [protected] named Raj Kumar I am not satisfied with your service and also your behaviour of staff your staff behave like me with bad manners
        No response to customer .
        no body to ask a glass of water.
        Too much taking time in general chk up and washing 5.30 hour .
        After washing I m not satisfy by washing no polish, all sides on car mud spots .
        No proper response of my issues with car problems.
        Staff not available for query's.
        And many more problems I face on this showroom.

          I have been using hyundai motor i-10 car, 1.2 gl, magna e-3, chasis no 632344, engine no. 404099 with rc no. Rj14 ck-0485. I had send my car for clutch problem repair and gear oil lekage on 20th aug, 2016 at 9 :30 am and was promised to give it by evening +vly.
          In evening i got a call that the estimate cost if increased to 2.5 times and vehicle cannot be given by evening. I visited the workshop drishti hyundai and i was really surprised to know about m8 bolt damage inside the gear housing and it had done major damage to gear housing and needs to be changed. I am forwarding some pics for it. It is really strange how can a bolt can be broken inside the housing and can damage it inside.
          I believe it is a manufacturing fault or heat treatment fault and needs thorough investigation and a proper capa to avoid these types of problem in future (Photo attached.
          I am also not satisified with the services provided by drishti hyundai, bhadurgarh. They provided me a car which could go up to 4 km and stopped in middle of the highway due to overheating of the engine.
          I wat proper capa forwarded, got complete repair free of cost due to engine internal problem and a substitute vehicle of good condition till my car is completely repaired.

            Full Payment of the Car and RC has been paid by Allahabad Bank, Subhash Nagar, Jaipur as per Quotation provided by Hindustan Hyundai, Jaipur, but they are not handing over the RC demanding more remaining amount and Account formalities which I have already completed before taking the Car.I have already requested to provide the details of the Remaining amount and Account formalities which they failed to provide me.

              I m a regular customer of hyundai, but i m totally dis-pointed from hyundai services, i submitted my car grand i10 on 19.8.2016 at srishti hyundai rohtak for servicing. It was committed to complete the service on same day. But it was not completed and i got a call to complete on next day. I requested for a standby car as i have travelling job and that request was also not considered. From the first day i am facing ac cooling issue and still this issue is not resolved. When next day i went to pick my car from the service center, i was shocked there was huge dent on driver side door.
              The car was placed in drastic condition and there were no safety measures. The same pic is attached for further action. When i raised the same issue with center manager deepali & attendant mr rakesh.
              They admitted it is due to our mistake and will replace the dented part by next monday. Now they are not on their words and trying to escape from their commitment & not even accepting the car was damaged by their mistakes.in job sheet there was no dent mentioned and same i showed to the team. But still they are not repairing my car. I my totally dis pointed by such kind of worst service. Please take strict action against the service center and resolved it with-in 2 to 3 working days or i will go to consumer courts for further action on it.

              I submitted my car on 19.08.2016 at Hyundai Service Centre at Rohtak,
              The Car had issue related to AC Cooling & Performance issue. It was promised to deliver the vehicle same day after service but it was not delivered but when next day I went to take delivery of my car It was placed at garbage area and there were so many dents on the car, When it was bring to service centre, the team accepted their mistake and promised to replace the door and deliver it by 23.08.2016 . There was no dent in JOB sheet and now service centre is trying to escape from their commitment and not replacing the damage done at their end. The Job sheet and damaged car pic at Service Centre is attached for your further action on it.

                During the exident claim of my grand i10 car of registration no. Gj 15 cd 7061 (Whic is purchased in the month of sept.2015 the service done by divine hyundai motor at vapi[protected] is very poor. As they have charged rs. 24500/- which is paid by bajaj alliance insurance company. But sir, the services i. E. Back side door glass is not fitted properly. And due to this water accumulated inside the dicky (Wher the steppny kept) area and rust is appears in that particular area.
                People preferred to drive hyundai car just because hyundai motor is a world wide and good motor as compare to other.
                Requesting you to please do the needful and forward your instruction to divin motor to attaine the same the same and resolve the issues. As i am your valuable customer.

                  I bought eon magna+ on oct 2016 from austin (Showroom baishnabghata patuli township, 10b, block p, ward no 110, borough xi, baishnabghata patuli township, kolkata - 700094).

                  Ever since i bought i am getting a mileage of 8.5 kmpl. I thought after my first service and few kms of driving, it will increase.

                  First service - 10 jan 2016 @ 1050 km odometer. The mileage was worse on 8 kmpl even after that.

                  I complained to hyundai - they forwarded to austin. I got call from indira banerjee, cust care manager austin. She asked me not to call to hyundai further as they will resolve the issue. When we brought the vehicle to austin service centre, they said they can’t open the engine and check until our 2nd service which was due on aug. I drove almost 2500 kms with 8 kmpl mileage for next few months!!!

                  2nd service - 05 aug 2016 @ 3567 odometer. I refiled the mileage issue. This time they said they will do a mileage test where they will fill the car with petrol until auto cut and then they will run it for 30 kms. They refill oil till auto cutoff again and then calculate the mileage by dividing 30 with the extra oil - all these with my own cost. I felt that this was not proper way of mileage testing and that the service manager was very shrewd and his intension was just to prove that my reported issue was wrong!! I asked them to email me the process. Soumya. [protected]@hmil.net and hmil service were copied. The kmpl report came as 21!!!

                  I drove around 400 kms after my second service. Still with 8 kmpl : (: (- feel helpless and unhappy with hyundai. Infant i was planning to buy another car and creta was my preference. Must say i won’t even think hyundai now.

                  I will go every car forum, digital platform and consumer platforms to highlight this.

                    Am sure this will be one of the many mails to your desk with similar

                    Its been 3 years am driving hyundai i20 (Sportz) and i was never
                    Atisfied unless am on highways, major issues are highlighted due to
                    Which i will never prefer hyundai cars for me & for my company which
                    Is owing hyundai cars across india.

                    1. Average - quoted was 17-18 but am only getting 10-11 in city,
                    Which is mileage of honda city automated gear. I have approached many
                    Times to your service center (Modi hyundai - thane) but they have been
                    Ridiculous by saying this is the best average by i20

                    2. Costly servies - feels cheated whenever i put my car to the service
                    Centers, by any reasons i have to shell out minimum 6000 to 22000 on
                    Each services, can you explain are we purchasing the car on spend so
                    Much each time, upon that service centers bulldoze by their terms
                    Aying this what u need to do or else u will face all the issues

                    3. Poorest gear shift - it only run better in 5 gear on higways
                    Otherwise even maruti 800 runs ahead of this car

                    4. Exterior designs - exterior is good but you only sell the cars on
                    The basis of exteriors looks as i was cheated too

                    5. Interior designs - interior is excellent, i appreciate it

                    In all there is no value for money when it comes to your brand, its
                    Just window dressing with longterm pains, i am are deeply dejected and
                    Have no reasons to go for any more hyundai brands

                      Dear concern

                      I have booked a car ( eon megna) on 22-6-16. A person from your agency northern motor (code n6225) named simarjeet singh collected all documents from me as said by simarjeet singh I was online transfer rupees 5000 in uco bank agency account by 28th June 2016 . on[protected] he called me on at 6pm inform that my car was ready to deliver. Due to traffic I reached late there (at7pm) as a result of which timing for rc was crossed so I called him next day for the same at 11 am he said get your papers ready for rc next day when we reached there simarjeet was not there. Manish and his team leader inform me that my loan was under process and the process will take 4-5 days and deposit your down payment so that we can process further but I didn't deposit down payment. After few days simarjeet called me that my loan was rejected and money deposit earlier will be return to me after deduction caheges of rupees 3000/-. Team leader in northern agency sad that you written application for the same and while money will be refund to you.I also have the proof above conversation (video available team leader and me).
                      Simarjeet singh was making lane excuses to delay the above process(I have all call recording available) simarjeet called me on 8 august 2016 and said your 5000 rupees cheque was ready but in was not signed BT MD ( I have proof of this conversation also call recording)
                      Today he called me there only rupees 2000will be refund

                      I want to complaint for the same please process my request for complaint as soon as possible

                      Video and call recording was of the proof can not be attached to the mail but are available in my phone
                      I m attached simarjeet what's app msg send me but not reply for him

                        A light wave of rattling sound was noticed from the day my car was received. I promptly informed the authoritatives in the showroom about it but they informed that such a sound is common & that it would fade with more kilometres on the run. This did not happen & i followed up on the issue on my 1st service, to which i was asked to cover 5, 000 kms & then inform them of the problem persists. I have completed 10, 500 kms now and the sound directly from the engine has worsened the day after the first service.
                        I wish to raise a complaint against advaith hyundai motors showroom (Ashok nagar, bangalore) and both of the services were completed in advaith hyundai service centre (Vasanth nagar). The service was delivered by professionals who supposedly weren't qualified enough to find the source of the problem nor the solution to it. They just informed me that it was a manufacturing defect and that the manufacturing department should be held responsible for such sounds.
                        I've never seen such irresponsible & non responsive & non initiative workers ever. I'm really unhappy with the product which is under warranty. I wish to submit this complaint as a proof that i've noticed the sound & the problem from day 1 and within the warranty period. I wish that hyundai would ensure to me a perfect engine which would last long enough as promised & rather not mislead us into losses & dangers.

                          I bought Hyundai i10 grand sportz last month from your dealer in Dwarka, New Delhi (Frontier).
                          It is not even a month and few hundred kilometer, that this new car is giving strange sound from the left side.
                          I have always used Maruti products and never been to a workshop for repairs .
                          I am really sorry about your quality control or I have been given a defective car
                          for my hard earned money.
                          Kindly send someone and get it inspected asap.

                            Sir,
                            my self rampal singh car no; DL1RTA 0969 hyundai xcent.
                            i have buyed my car from sikka hyundai mayapuri they have told me that the warranty of car is for 1 year and 1 lakh kms whichever completes first.
                            battery of my car is got dead in just 8 months that is on date 18/08/16.
                            i have asked them to replace the battery and now they are denying to do so..
                            and they are saying for commercial vehicle they will only give warranty for just 25000 kms.
                            now they are denying there statement.
                            now i am helpless
                            please give me some solution regarding this.
                            as far as my knowledge the battery is guaranteed by its period not by the kms driven . so please give me some solution regarding this. thankyou...

                              We have I10 Sports car with Registration No-AS-01AM1662, Engine No-G4LA9M287182, Chassis No-MALAN51CR9M504232L. We had given for repair 20days back at Mukesh Hyundai, Ganeshguri, with Engine oil pipe. But they still unable to repair it. Instead they are saying various types of issues. Once they called & told that they carried the part of engine to other garage for repair. IN THIS CASE, I DOUBT MISHANDLING & REPLACEMENT OF MY ORIGINAL GENIUNE PARTS OF ORIGINAL VEHICLE. As they are not clear, pushing & asking for extra charge, extra expenditure for repairmen of vehicle. Mr. Ankur Sarma, service agent at Mukesh Hyundai, Ganeshguri is handling the entire issue. Even he is not clear and LOOKING FOR EXTRA AMOUNT CHARGE IN THE BILL, MEANS OUR BILL AMOUNT IS MORE. And always they do.

                              So, in this situation request you to contact concern person or authority at Mukesh Hyundai at Guwahati and sort out the issue. Otherwise there will less belief in the authorized service center for common people.
                              So, once again asking you to please look into the matter and help in solving quick delivery.

                                My self dr aamir. I have bought new i10 grand from planet hundai at sola ahmedabad. I got a matt which was not sitting in the car looks like. Other car matting. Which having foot rest n all. When i ask to dealer they said itz what company is making. I need to know what this is how company is lonching defauld piece.

                                  I'm rajeev kishor sharma from moradabad (u. p.)... last year in january i brought a eon era+ for your respective company... but it's really a very worst experience of my life the car average is very bad and no one of your company employee helped me... it's really very bad service experience too...

                                    What makes us buy any brand? One thing, strong belief of best quality and service which comes with brand name. And why best quality and service matters to all us?, of course, to avoid frustration coming with bad quality and service providing brands. But, what if brand name you had believed in, doesn't meet you expectation.
                                    Here, i have tried to explain problem i have come across and other related important points
                                    1. Problem: creta broke down in middle of the road just after 3rd regular car servicing (Kothari hyundai, pune) and i had to tow it to nearest servicing center.
                                    2. Reason: completely, worn out clutch plates.
                                    3. Answer from service center: clutch plates can break down at any point and depends on you driving style and not possible to detect if it is worn out.
                                    4. My question: why it couldn't be detected during regular servicing? For those who does know there are videos available on youtube just to check clutch health. Already have shared video with hyundai service center. (Following up with service center since last 2 months)
                                    5. Expectation from servicing: find out all such kind of issues during servicing, so customer does not find them on road.
                                    6. Expectation from customer service: read your complaint and provide details, not just send automated email and do nothing.
                                    7. Solution: providing regular training to mechanics and service reps, so they don’t continue doing same old things and giving same old answers.

                                    I also faced same problem with Creta SX. within first 9 month and 9000 KM. Sanjay Hyundai, pune and hyundai engineer said it is because driving habbits, i am driving since 15 yrs. they charged me around Rs.11000 and replaced clutch.
                                    There seems to be real issue with diesel creta clutch design or part. not sure how can one keep changing clutch for every 10000 km. this issue is wide spread and hyundai has no answer to it. one of worst car ever i purchased.

                                      To start with way 3 years back, i was thinking to buy a car. I have gathered views of people around to find the best car to buy so that i can live and enjoy the car i buy in future without any trouble.
                                      Out of all reviews i found hyundai was best for my choice for which i am regretting now deeply.
                                      I bought my car at the end of 2012 from talwar hyundai, jubilee hills hyderabad. I was happy with the service provided over there and was promised with that with all service stations across india.
                                      Since then i drove my car for 53925 kms across south india in all weather conditions and road types without any issues.
                                      I service my car regularly in hyundai service center, never gave it anywhere outside.
                                      Last year on october 2015, i met with an accident in tamil nadu, close to chennai, where my front left side tyre got blasted, lost control and fallen in a temple pond upside down.
                                      After lot of reviews and option provided to me, i decided to give my car for service at kun hyundai, ambatthur industrial estate, chennai for body repair.
                                      The person who attended my car confirmed that there was no damage happened in the engine and it can be fixed.
                                      Finally my car was delivered to me on 31/10/2015 with a bill of 2.75 lakh. After insurance i paid 64104/-
                                      For the first 6000 kms the car was fine. And then the real trouble got started.
                                      Problems:
                                      • vehicle getting off when i slow down or getting turned off when i was switching the gear from 2nd to 1st
                                      • poor pickup, vehicle is not accelerating after driving for few kms, its is constantly loosing speed to 40 kms/hr from 80 or 90kms/hr.
                                      For this i initially gave the car in kun hyundai, nellore ap, where they did some checks and gave back the car charging me 5829/-
                                      I drove it and found that the problem still exist.
                                      Since i was not happy with the quality of server over there i decided to take the car to bangalore and give in some good service center.
                                      On my friends advice i gave my car in trident hyundai, hosur road, bangalore.
                                      I explained the problem to the service people. They did some analysis and updated me saying that there was some issue with the part called solenoid and needs to be replaced. Since the part was not available it took one week to get part delivered and fixed. Later up on the second analysis they said one more part mixer linked with solenoid needs to be changed to fix the problem which in turn took one more week to order and fix the part.
                                      Finally they delivered my car on 16/07/2016 with a bill of 23942/-.
                                      I drove the car for 3 days and came to know that still the problem exit. I called back to the service station and reported it.
                                      I gave my car back and the service manager said that they need to change the catalytic converter.
                                      To my surprise i found that the same catalytic converted was already changed in body repair work done in chennai. To my surprise i questioned that how a new part will be gone just in a short time. The catalytic converter which i got with my vehicle when i bought was fine for 53000+ kms and the later one which was replaced in chennai will get repair in just 5000 kms.
                                      But said to change the catalytic converter. Now new catalytic converted was replaced and i got vehicle delivered on 27/07/2016 with a bill of 21806/-
                                      I drove my car for few days and found that the problem is still there. By this time i got pissed off to see that i spent soo much money and time but still the problem was not fixed.
                                      As usual gave my car back again in same service center, they said they gonna send my car to some test cell where they can test my car front to back and top to end. Did something and gave back to me saying the problem is fixed.
                                      I drove my car to my home town and found that still the problem is there.
                                      I seriously don’t understand how come hyundai not able to fix the problem in the same car they manufacture.
                                      I seriously doubt the skills of the mechanical people working in the service center.
                                      I left my car in the service center close to a month and every time they do something and give the car back to me but still i can see the car is not fixed.

                                      I really got fed-up with this now. I am 100% not satisfied with the quality of the service and i am worried to buy a hyundai car again in my life.
                                      So i would like hyundai to look in to this and fix this.
                                      Without fixing the problem i was already charged with 45000/- till now. So i want some to look into this seriously and fix the problem.

                                        Dear concern,
                                        We have give our i10 sports car service & maintainance after getting some problem at mukesh hyundai service center at ganeshguri service center at guwahati 2o days back (Approx) but they are unable to tell exact problem & asking for change entire set, and also asking for heavy amount. As it was a regular problem and moreover it has been about 20 days time, we had given for repair. One service executive mr. Ankur sarma has been handling the matter, as we doubt, they there would be misdoing, like change of parts.

                                        So, please help us and give the delivery as soon as possible with minimum cost involved.
