I was unaware Hyundai cars are vulnerable to bird and bird droppings can cause paint failure. Bird drop on Hyundai cars cause Red, and black dots on car paints and only option is to repaint car.
Single drop can cause cost of 4000 to 5000. 3 drops costed me 15000.
For new buyers, its not covered in warranty so if you buy and see dark spots on cars next day, they categorise it as bird drop and you have to pay.
As per Hyundai car paint can fail within few hours of bird droppings.

    Both tyre got burst on lt side on 25/8/2016 .my car reg no AP 30 AD 2677, on enquiry the service people telling that warranty not applicable most of times .more over they told me that this problem is more with good year tyres .AND IT WILL TAKE TIME .i request you respond as early as possible to replace my tyres as incident took in warranty period

      Please refer to my car i 20 bought during aug 2013 vide car reg no tn 10 al 8677 bught thru the dealer dsc hyundai chennai .Vide engine / chassis no malbb51bldm569623/g4ladm069470 i 20 sportz model.
      Kilometers run 15000

      for past one month the speed has reduced and the fuel consumption gone up.On checking with dsc hyundai workshop, saligramam (where the car is regularly serviced) they found the clutch has become repaired and hence needs to be changed. Understand from them they do not have stock of the product so i could not get car repaired within two to three days.

      Now my point is how come so early the clutch has become repair that too it is self driven car,

      i have changed to hyundai from maruti after 20 years, due to the liking of the i 20 i changed to hyundai.

      Since three years have gone warranty does not cover also.Under the circumstances i request the hyundai motor to suitablly advice the concerned dsc worksop saligramam to get the work done without any cost to me.

        While driving on the highway my goodyear tyre damaged and completely tyre grinded and there was a severe cause of accidental detah. I lodge a complaint and poor respond by the hyundai sales team and with in 1 day they are saying its because of sharp object enterd inside. We are helpless we cant do anything. I asked the detailed analysis report which has not provided by the team.

          I have purchased hundai Xcent on 15 June 2015 to run it in taxi services and till date i don’t have any document in my hand. Whenever i called them to know the current status of car documents they don’t have any satisfactory answer Like yesterday i visited to dealer as they told me that My RC will be available till 20 august but now they told me “You have to wait it is in process”. Also they are unable to provide me NCR permit and told me to visit gurgaon RTO office for permit. I have visited to dealer many time for documents every time they have a excuse we can’t do anything it government related work and it is not in our hand but i want to know why other dealers provides documents on time. Now i am fed with these kind of bad services and want my documents as soon as possible, if they are unable to do it on time i will go to consumer forum for further process. Also very bad experience with hundai customer support and other services. Now i will never prefer to anyone to purchase a hundai car after this bad experience.

            For the betterment of the vehicle I approached your so called reputed dealers 9 times but it was in vain .Still my vehicle is not repaired .so, I hereby request you to make necessary arrangements for the solution of the service without further delay.

              I have been fleeced by the employee of kamal motors by taking around 10, 000/-to settle my accident claim when i inquired with the insurance company icici they say that no such money is required to be given to the surveyor, when i confronted warsi he says he will take me to insurance company and intoduce me to surveyor, this is going on from past two months and now when i inquire about his wherabouts the say he has left the organisation,

              There is a new preson who has taken over his name is poojary his name was also refelcting in ksm motors VW fraud i wonder how dealers ppoint susch people

              If things not settled ammicably then i will go to the medai to expose the scandal in a big way,

                My Verna UP16AP7965 bought in Jul 2013 has done only 46000 km and has been giving me problems of Clutch, Steering and window power switch of front right side windows.
                The clutch has given the problem second time. Earlier when the car had done about 15000 km, changing the gears was a problem especially the reverse gear. At a huge expenditure it was replaced then. Now again when the car has done about 40000 km, the problem has recurred.
                The steering has also started giving the problem. While moving it, a lot of noise is made.
                The window switch is mal-functioning giving problem in lowering/raising the glass.
                I took the car to the dealer in Noida - Nimbus Motors Pvt. Ltd. Sector 5, Noida on 11 Aug 2016. After preparing a repair order, I was told by the Supervisor to collect the car in the evening.
                In the evening after confirming on telephone, I went to collect the car. I was told by the Supervisor that the repairs had been done. He had done the greasing & oiling of the clutch and steering. He said that presently window power switch was not available for replacement but he had placed a demand and in the meanwhile the window switch had been cleaned and it should take care of the problem for the time being. On receipt of the switch, he will let me know and replace it.
                As regards the clutch after having been greased it will not give the problem. About the steering, he said he was not sure about the problem but having greased/oiled it, there will be no problem.
                I was given a bill of Rs 627.00 which I paid. However, when I drove the car, I found that the defects persisted and I had the same issues remaining unresolved. I called the Supervisor and told him about the matter. He said to use the car and when I return for the switch he will see to the problem more thoroughly.
                In any case I have not received any intimation about the switch though more than 15 days have passed. I am still carrying on with the problems. The problems are becoming more troublesome.
                The Dealer has been very casual about attending to the defects in my car and I feel I have been fooled and made to pay for nothing. It is not expected from Hyundai establishment at all.
                I am shocked to find such defects taking place in my car. The second time problem with the clutch, the problem with the steering and the problem with the power switch for the window are not understood. I always thought Hyundai products are excellent as regards the quality and the workmanship. I can not believe this happening to me. I am a retired Army Officer and have been driving cars for almost 50 years and have handled cars of most of the makes. Always thought the Hyundai cars were the best. But my own personal experience makes me think otherwise.
                May I request you to please look in to the problems mentioned above.

                  Myself Prakash here, I had booked Xcent car i.e. yellow board in JLB road, Mysore. At the time of booking executives were very nice to us and they were calling several times and also visited our house to collect the amount once the booking is done the service was really very bad.
                  Following are the issues :
                  i) Whenever we call they are not responding to it later they are asking us to communicate with the other executives
                  ii) Asked us to wait in RTO for registration and postponed for next week again there was no information about the same.
                  iii) Documents are in pending.
                  iv) Failed to make the customer satisfy.
                  Note: Booking was done in the month of June 25th 2016 but the registration was taken place on 13th August 2016, till now we have not received vehicles documents completely.

                  Hyundai authorized service dealer not done the properly, it was highlighted to customer care it's completely waste of time. Getting only computer generated mails. No one from hyundia is not working on those complaints.

                    Pethatic service. The service advisers are there just to make money and fleece customers. I got my car serviced and paid 11k for all repairs suggested by hans Hyundai advisor. Just 15 days after the car stalled in middle of a highway. Lo behold I reached home and dropped the car at service centre. They told me it is because of some spark plug issue and should be sorted within an hour and I can take it back that day itself. I told them that I will pick the car next morning. Next morning the car was not ready instead a sum of 7k was outstanding and another 6k for main stalling issue was still open.
                    These guys are thugs and robbing innocent customers by saying anything and everything.

                      If even something or any even a small damage is there in car(i20) they are saying on everything that you have to take full part of it.i think it is not fair.And there service is not good at all.So I think that my suggestion is that you should not visit Hyundai because they only want money and nothing.All India Hyundai service is not good.So I'm commanding that they have to lunch such small parts and accessories.

                        I smt. Shibani Nayak purchased a hundai i 20 from Binod Hundai, Balangir on 25.04.2016 any paid the car price along with registrartion amount . But my car registration is in complete till yet though it is passed 4 month.Car Chassis No. MALBM51BLGM233311.At purchase time the showroom sales man assured me that i am not face any kind of problem regarding registration, But now they are not picking my phone.When my husband go to showroom they are telling that you don't worry about your registration, it is on the way. Because of delay of my car registration i cant able to travel to nearest district with my car. There is a fear in mind that i will penalize for non registration of vehicle .

                          The worst service i had face ever during my journey from chandigarh to chamba. I and my family friends were returned from chandigarh after checkup to chamba on dated aug 25. My hundai car i20 hp 48a 0376 was breakdown on nallahgarh-baddi nh at khalooni station at 2:30 pm. On contacting to locals they inform us that the hundai agency is just 1 km from here at kishanpura. We went to kishanpura agency to seek help from them. When i told about our problem, they didn’t bother and simply refuse to help us. They told us that we had no man power, bring the car here otherwise we couldn’t help you. We told them that the car was breakdown how can we bring that to the agency. They arrogantly refused to help us and came out on manner less way.
                          I contacted to customer care at delhi but they didn’t reply us back. I totally disappointed with the behavior and service of hundai car agency. If your agencies couldn’t solve the problem then why the hell they are opened only to harsh the people. I will circulate this message and show your service issue to people so that they will never seek your help.

                            Here i mentioning about vicky hyndai tumkur i met an accident with xcent car on 28th may and i left my car to vicky hyndai tumkur till now my car not get ready almost 3 and half months completed if i ask anything about they are giving only reason stock not came, but i want to know hyndai is dummy company because they will take 3 months to take sending stocks and mainley kindly cancel the dealership of hyndai from vicky hyndai one of the worst service they are giving which i am seen from the market. I am serious and i ll degrade the customers who wants to bye hyndai cars. If its not resolved.

                              I have purchased santro gls + (Lpg & petrol) version and high end model year 2013 oct, its been so pathetic my car is giving mileage @ 7.5kms per ltr in lpg and 9 kms per ltr in petrol, i have been to so many service centers, number of times i have asked ppl to help in rectifying, no one has the answers nor any corrections. Feeling very much regret choosing hyundai it was my first car and very bad experience. Now if i want to sale also i am not getting half of its price, i bought it at rs.4.74/- lacks

                              Very pathetic.

                                I own a hyundai era i10. While driving suddenly, the steering of my car got heavy and it becomes so difficult to move. While i on the screen i noticed eps light is flashed on. Before i could understand properly, i stopped my car and looked for problem. I took it into hyundai showroom, where they told me its a eps failure problem and you need to change it.

                                N ow, when i am seeing it online its a technical default on the part of hyundai motors which infact affected every 3rd i 10 car and should be corrected by company itself.

                                  I aakar kala belong from indore madhya pradesh! I purchased Creta on 16 october 2015! Before 10 months from kasliwal
                                  Hyundai (indore) . The car is working smoothly till 25 july . On 25 july when i was driving my car suddenly the AC of the car stop working and then i had sended car to sunshine hyundai ( indore) for the inspection of the car. They told me that the compressor of the car is not working and the same will come by 8 august and till 8 august i had faced the problems of AC after that they told me that compressor will come on 15 august. Now till 15 august i was waitting from last 20 days . On 16 august they told me that the problem is mot of compressor and than for 3 days they are checking the problem now they are telling that i will receive my car by 3 september it means that 40 days! How hyundai can be so irrresponsible that the car parts are not available. The car is good but if you dont have parts and you dont know how the problem of the car is resolved how can you say that the car is best sellimg and blag blah stuff at the time of buying. I dont have any other substitute of this car . I am facing so much of problems and i want my car back in 3 days otherwise i will mail same problem to consumer forum and will go in consumer court also!                                   I owned creta automatic since May 2016, for last 3-4months I had faced a lot of problem regarding my A/C. I contacted joshi hyundai mohali for that, In the month of July they told me about gas leakage, but after 15 days it again showing similar fault. I again contacted them and this time they told me about A/C coil and thereafter cooling was good.
                                  But for the last one month it stopped cooling, They told me this time about compressor failure. I was not able to understand why they took so many visits to detect a fault, after every visit they showed up with new excuses. It was very disgusting, so please go through it.

                                    There is problem in the gearbox of my car. I had send the car to the dealer for this problem on 1st weak of july and after cheking the gearbox service advisor of the dealer said that a part of gearbox is not available and he said we will oder the part and it will be comes in 10 to 15 days nd we call you when the part will come. But they did not call me nd i had call them after 1 month and they said we will call you in 10 minutes but they didnot call me till yesterday. Today i call again for the the part and also for pick my car for the service nd they again said we will call you in 10 to 15 minutes but they did not call me from last 3 and half hours. I am totally unsatisfied frustrated with the service of hyundai from the day i had buy the car of hyundai.

                                      On 21.08.2016, it was my birthday so me & my wife went to purchase some clothes at shipra mall shipra sun city indirapuram ghaziabad with our car creta sx+ & parked it in the parking. When we returned back after approx an hour, the vehicle did not start even after our several effort. We observed that there is symbol car is seen on the speedometer but neither the steering open up nor it started. I called to the hyundai service assistant who give us the complaint no 47236 & which came late to help but the engineer brought the battery while there was no battery issue but the vehicle was not getting started. Thereafter it was informed to the car lifting facility so that the vehicle could sent to the nearby customer care. As the car steering was locked so it took very time to bring the car out of the parking slot to load on the lifting crane vehicle. When the crane was pulling the creta car to load, the assistant requested me to sit in the car so that the brake could be applied if required. I again sit in the car & push the button & the car started. I was very astonished that the car took approx 4 hours to start. I also worried that what if i am going somewhere with my family & this car does not get start at some location. My younger brother also contacted to the capital hyundai sector 63 noida (Up) & met to the general manager there & asked him to look into the matter so that it could be understood the problem occurred in creta sx+ car that it ddi not start for around four hours. But till now nobody has taken any pain to look into the matter. Hope the manufacturer would like to look into the matter to resolve such issues & no repetition of such problem could arise.                                         I would first request all customers of Hyundai not to ever go to Kudlu Gate(Hosur road) Trident Hyundai service center for god's sake. Your money will go for a toss along with the car service degradation.

                                        I recently gave my car for fixing issue of A/C belt sound occuring in my hyundai service center and they charged a whopping 8000 rupees. They delivered the car back 2 days after the proposed date ;that got me frustated first. Secondly the sound has increased 10 fold after service.. huh.. Even after repeatedly calling the service center and asking them to re fix it or return my money back; they never give a [censored] about it and it has been a month now.They are silently avoiding it.

                                        I think they are number one frauds in name of service centers and anyone who plans to give it ;please please avoid. You car parts might also be replaced with duplicates. I am circulating this message to all the forums to inform this worst experience.

                                        This Service center is located in a place called Kudlu Gate right on Hosur Road, Bangalore( Between Electronics city & Silk board)
