Sub:-due to inefficient service, request for cancellation of car booking of hyundai grand i10 and refund of full payment.
Sir,
This is to bring you your notice that i have booked hyundai grand i 10 on 21/5/2016 since your team leader has given me an offer for rs. 6, 22, 311/- (Copy enclosed alcon hyndai, couto automobiles pvt. Ltd., porvorim goa).
Meanwhile, repeatedly your staffs were giving me a phone call saying that my booking offer will expire after 15th august, 2016. Further, they said that company will give an additional offer of dust coating and lamination for car if i made a full and final payment before offer ends. Therefore, i made full and final payment on 13/8/2016.
Afterwards, i realised that your company has charged extra amount from me i. E. 6, 34, 900/- instead of rs. 6, 22, 311/- i have explained your staff about the same but they are now denying to correct the mistake they have made. Hence, i am dissatisfied with the inconvenient cause by your esteem organisation. Therefore, i request yourself to reimburse me and my financier money without any deduction from your side as your staff is disobedient and they have done breach of trust. They are not interested in providing good services to the customer and not interested in fulfilling the customer interest. Further, they have insisted me to release loan amt. From bank and told me that i am liable for old offer when i have booked my car, because, of their offer i have released the bank loan, hence, i am liable to pay the interest unnecessarily.
Company should be punished for the breach of trust and should imposed penalty for insisting me to released bank loan. Interest should be recovered from company.
Kindly do the needful at your end as early as possible.
