This is with reference to corporate bonus, i wish to share:

1. I bought grandi10 in december 2015. I was approached by sales person, number of times on house as well as on phone before buying the car.
2. After buying this car, i got various calls to rate the services atleast 2-3 times, and i did that, which means i was approached on phone too.
3. Moreover, representatives from this branch visited my house for some documentation. I discussed about the corporate bonus too, they told that it must be in process.
4. I was pretty sure, company of this stature will do the same at the earliest.
5. Few days back, when i was going through my pass book, i came to know that i have not received corporate bonus, till date.
6. When, i asked the company regarding the same, it was informed that my case was rejected due to deficient documents.
7. It was really surprising for me that before buying a car, sales person has to collect all the documents, only then a buyer can buy any car. I could not understand that i can get a car loan on the documents which was asked by bank, but i could not get corporate bonus, due to deficient documents. It is pertinent to mention that i am a class 1 officer in government institute.
8. When i enquired further, concerned person told me that i was unapproachable, it was really shameful for the company like hyndaii. Your sales person contacted me on phone before buying a car, customer care persons called me 2-3 times that too for more 15-20 minutes for sales review, but when the customer has to get a corporate bonus, then customer's phone was unapproachable.
9. If company is concerned at all, they may contact me by call, by message or even visit my house.
10. This points to negligent attitude towards customer of the dealership, as they are just worried about selling a car and not maintaing a long relationship.
It is again requested to look into the matter and assist me in getting corporate bonus, which was not given to me by the faults of the dealership only.

    Myself smith sethi and i booked a create car in saini hundai kolkatta for last 7 months unfortunate dealer can't deliver still yet except deposit full amount of money before two months and model is not available in company or waiting more time which is totally illegal and broken the ethics of corporate house
    May i know clarification from company otherwise going to consumer courts

      I am a regular office goer, 20 yrs driving experience, i have taken my verna fluidic for paid repair to trident service centre at hosur road bangalore. The issue was my vehicle wobbling complaint. Service centre manager, executive and technician took the car for trials and without examining the tyre's condition, they suggested me to replace all the 4 tyres-kilometers driven was 37000km.

      On my own i had chnaged one tyre with spare one which solved the problem for me.

      Service people's irresponsible reckless behaviour would have cost me huge loss.
      In the past also i had similar experience with this service center.

        I had a terrible experience dealing with the hyundai staff at capital hyundai dealer store in noida... I went to pick up my vehicle around 6.15 pm today and the manager there rudely informed me that the showroom is closed now, however staff was still visible actively indulged in informal chatting n communication with each other.. The manager said that he will prepare a gate pass only when the repair store manager gives me authority on call or message and the so called body shop repair manager dint even bothered to pick up his phone and they kept me waiting for 1 hour leaving my work n time getting hampered... I cannot believe that a company like hyundai does not provide people service after 6.30 pm neither they have a backup person who is authorised to solve our issue.. I am also a customer of toyota and is now proud to be associated with toyota after facing this issue with hyundai with wich i mean capital hyundai noida which is dependent only on one person (There store manager) who holds such an unprofessional approach... I value my time and hyundai just made a mess of my time... Is this is what you call after sale service, if yes then i assure you that for sure you have lost atleast one customer today and will never refer anyone to buy a hyundai machine.. Thanks n regards

          Hello mr. Y k koo,

          Thanks for making good poor quality vehicles for india and being a #2 seller in india.
          I thanks to almighty for saving my life which could have been taken by your i20 as steering wheel got jam during the driving in between.

          Also thanks to your customer care who bluntly told me that, your vehicle is out of warranty and you have to pay whatever dealer is saying since it is mechanical part. I bought this vehicle in dec'2013 and now we are 2016.
          I laughed on my own why i called your customer care and hearing such reply.
          When i told them, i almost mate with an accident with this, simply said sorry for the inconvenience but pay whatever the dealer is saying.

          I am grateful to you for such service and such good faulty vehicle which is ready to kill people when they are on way to get some happiness with family and ends up in other way round.

          If your really care of human life (You may feel not in case in india) than spare some time on this and look into to resolve this cause i doubt, if drove again this vehicle what will happen next.

            Im using I20, my 2nd car of hundai. My key rubber pad got damaged and i plan to replace it with new one. But when i asked to chandra hundai coimbatore dealer of hundai, said that need to replace the outer set fully which cost around 3000 to 4000. Now i have checked online and the rubber pad is available which cost only around 200. Im totaly upset with the dealer response. Our first car santro we bought about 5 years ago and I20 around 3 years ago, till this time we are doing service from company only. Now after hearing this we totally disappoint and will plan to move for the others.
            We buyied hyundai xcent (petrol+cng) for business purpose but i got delivery without CNG & was told will fit CNG next day in 3 hrs.

            But even after 3 days i didn't got my car from hyundai & no update...

            Pathetic service from Hyundai...

            All false commitments. ...

            Hyundai is liable for my Business Loss...
            Within 6 months of the purchase of Creta, i had to pull my new Creta to service center to get the cluth replaced. Does anybody have the same problem ?

              Sir,
              I am sanjay gupta from chandigarh. I purchased a hyundai creta car 1.4 crdi s from berkeley hyndai chandigarh on 30 may 2016. At the time of purchase mr. Parveen rawat and mr. Inder who deal with me, explained me about the features and said it has 2 air bags in the front, but after purchasing i noticed there is no air bags written on the dashboard. Then i again visited the showroom and ask about it. They said this is the old slot, in this there is no air bag. But at the time of deal they said it has 2 air bags. After this they said we discuss it with our owner, you come after two days. As the same thing they repeated it 3 times. Every time they demanded for the 3-4 days time. At third time they demand for 7-8 days. But till yet they didn't gave me any positive response.. Please solve the matter as earlier as possible.. Thank you

                I purchased xcent s airbag in exchange of my santro 2 months back from samara hyundai janak puri, delhi. Still my RC is not in my hands because of silly mistake done by their staff in address column of RC.
                And it takes me to call 10 times to my preowned car executive to whom i sold my santro to reach as few of my documentation is still pending. She is not interested in picking up customer call and neither they revert back.

                  I purchased Hyundai I20 Asta in February 2012. The power steering failed within 3 years and had to be replaced on January 2015 when the car had not done even 10000 kms. It has failed again within 18 months. The car has done only 2000 kms since the replacement of Power Steering. I am unable to move the car and need free replacement.                     Om sai dealer of hazaribag has done miss selling and taken advance of rs 211000 for verna when the offer was going on last month. The dealer was suppose to deliver the car on 27th july but on delay of he did not even informed. When i enquired about the car he said it will take another one week but never confirmed that he is not getting the car for delivery. This continued for almost 20 - 25 days. Post which he asked for rs 200000 for do. Same day evening after getting the money he informed that car is out of stock and we cannot give the delivery, the offer car cannot be provided. Now neither they delivered the car nor am i able to avail the offer as the date is over now. After not meeting his commitment, he was not paying the amount back after 10-12 times of follow up in call as well as through phone calls. This is a big time cheater dealer and was in a tendency to do fraud taking our huge amount. I am further going to post this comment in social app as this may create problems to other customers as well. Everyday he was making excuses and was giving wrong hope for providing the car. Finally today two members from the showroom switched off their phones when we were calling and was rude. I am going to lodge a police complaint against the er dealer. Kindly take action to protect customers from fraud and for the goodwill of the brand. Please note the nos who was doing the frauds and kindly take action: [protected].

                      Today (04.08.2016) i asked the KRSA Auto Care situated at Jaffarkhanpet ?Chennai 600 083 for General Check up and replace the Mirror RR View. but the charged the amount Rs.1965/- and paid the same to the pickup Driver. in the presence of pickup Driver it is shocking the vehicle is worst condition and they did nothing added to repair the cehicle. this is my worst experience in the last 5 years. now i strongly feel that the KRSA Auto Care cheated me for looting. now i have to spend minimum of Rs.2000/- to drive the vehicle to the service station.

                        Please find the forwarded complaint against MGF Hyundai, Padivattam and give me a permanent solution for the same.
                        Yesterday your sales executive and manage came here and try to convince me. And trying to take the car to Service centre but I didn't allowed for repair. because I paid for a new Car only. Also yesterday only I came to know that you delivered the vehicle which is 2015 model only even in the date of July 2016. They offered 75000/- cash discount and 10000/- Hyundai accessories, 3rd year warranty but they didn't given the cash discount.

                        Know its very clear it was a cheating.

                        So I am expecting the permanent solution from your end in a short time.

                        From the last one month I was begging you for a permanent solution for
                        mentioned as below.

                        Finally you replied with a word its as per you requirement... what it is?
                        again you trying to make me a fool? I need accessories as you commited
                        and Brand new Hyundai grand I10 Asta option only.


                        1. Roughly used (used to ride 124 kilometres, clutch and gear was very
                        rough) and defective Car one only you delivered.


                        2. There is a dent on left side glass fixing rib


                        3. Because of these all issues, you purposely delayed the delivery 5pm to
                        7.30 PM, its un time, when I was not able to check the vehicle conditions.


                        4. Very next day morning only I saw the dent when I taken the vehicle to
                        get blessing from our church.


                        5. I paid the amount for only Brand new Hyundai Grand I10 asta option only.


                        6. So I want brand new car only. because today morning from11.30 to 2pm
                        your service team came here to convince me and repair the dent.


                        7. You committed to give third year warranty with free of coast,


                        8. You committed to give Hyundai seat cover, steering cover, body cover.


                        9. Not given the customer docket.


                        10. Didn't given form 20 and Insurance cover note in delivery time, after
                        10 days only you provided the same when rejected the registration from
                        Kakkanadu RTO.


                        11. You simply argueing with me when I contacted


                        So This is the last chance to resolve these issues, If you are not
                        responding in next seven days for the same, I am forced to handed over the
                        issues to my legal advisor to get all of my losses and compensation.

                          This is to inform you that I am an old customer of Mukesh Hyundai. I had purchased a Santro-XLS bearing Registration number WB02Y9790 in 2007 from you, and had again purchased I-20 Elite on 16.05.2015. While purchasing this I-20 (Registration No. WB02AG9975) I was given an exchange offer of Rs. 112000/- for the old Santro and which I accepted. The Santro XLS (WB02Y9790) was received from me by Sri Shankar Prasad Chakraborty on 16.05.2015 at 4 pm for which I was given duly signed and stamped receipt. It may be noted that I have given all relevant documents and have signed transfer forms, etc.

                          Most regretfully I have to inform you that more than one year has passed but inspite of repeated reminders and innumerable phone calls, the old car, i.e. Santro XLS (WB02Y9790) is still registered in my name. In this regards, I had called and reminded so many times to Sri Shankar Prasad Chakraborty and to Mr. Tiwary of Old/Resale Department of your Mukesh Hyundai. They have been giving false assurance and till date have not done anything except deceiving me. In this regard, it may be noted that both of them have stopped accepting and responding to my phone calls. This is very unfortunate that this is the behaviour being meted to an old and customer like me.

                          I am sure you are aware that this situation of the car (Santro XLS-WB02Y9790) still being registered in my name but being used by somebody else, whose identity is not known to me as I was never informed who have purchased the car, is a serious legal condition. If any untoward incidence happens, I am sure you are aware I will be considered as liable though in reality there is no fault from my end and the above mentioned car is not in my possession since 16.05.2015, 4 pm, as I have sold the same to you and been paid for the same.

                          This not transferring the name of the car which was sold to you more than one year is highly illegal and irresponsible action from you end. I will request you to take immediate action in regard so that Santro XLS-WB02Y9790 which was sold to you on 16.05.2015 at 4 pm do not remain to be registered in my name within 7 days, failing which I will have no option left but to take legal course of action.

                            I have booked creta 1.4 s+ at crossland motors vaishali nagar, jaipur (rajasthan).
                            Today 03/08/16 is my delivery date. i came to know you are providing komma tyres with creta. can you please tell me when a customer is paying you a very handsome amount for this car why are you not giving good quality tyres like bridgestone, mrf or jk... you are imposing your customer to buy car with poor quality tyres...

                              Dear team


                              I put my vehicle at chandra hyundai for accidental claim dated 26/07/2016 for replacement of side glass and right side rear door and that time they took my car photos of all side and kilometer reading after repairing of my vehicle they called me to receive the car on friday when i went there i saw my car right side door border and rear left side tyre, rim and wheel cap found damage, and i saw the variation of 50 km in odometer and the diesel tank was filled 3/4 and at the time of delivery it was 1/2 tank filled they were not agreeing with me and saying that the damages were previously there on car, after a long discussion we saw the photos of car and km they agreed with their mistake and was not in condition to reply who has done this accident that day it was raining heavily and i need my car for an official purpose but they convinced me to change the car tyre and rim and repair of damage and deliver my car next day but i have not taken delivery of my car yet because if my car is having more damages which are invisible who will be responsible and what was the reason behind it if anyone get injured or a third party claim arrive who will be responsible why such thing happened and hope u will take an action against the dealer and make this matter solved urgently otherwise i should take legal action against the dealership!

                                  As we wanted to sale our old car spark & purchase new one so i was searching all over car companies the i got a call from global gallarie hyundai - mumbai (andheri) for a test drive. we stay in navi mumbai so we were not thing of purchasing car from near by only as i was getting good offer from sharayu motors turbhe but as i got a test drive from tejendra & he gave me more best offer so we went for it on 2nd april 2016 & sharayu motors were giving loan on my name also so that i have account in sbi bank i was getting women's offer but tejendra did a wrong commitment that i will get here also i will get accessories of the car free & however convinced me that i will take his offer but i went for it then we had lot of problem in loan also then we have to do on my husband's name he didnt wanted because he wanted rc book on my name but there wrong commitment done from executive side, then he gave us date 15/16 or 19 april 2016. this was also 3rd wrong commitment from tejendra.. we called the office of global gallarie & they said your car has arrived yet from chennai it will come by end of this month because there is no order give to chennai factory for your car.. so we contacted tejendra he was not responding us so i got his team leaders no.& gave my husband to contact & told him our problem then he helped us a lot but when our car was arriving 2 days before tejendra went on leave for 10 days then as the team leader helped us we got our new car we gave feed back that allover service was good didnt mention the executives name & didnt mention that we got a very bad service & when we received our insurance copy the nominee was my father - in-law as he had expired in sept2015 my husband gave my name for nominee but tejendra did this mistake & last thing very serious & very bad it's about the number of our vehicle it is0931 but they gave number plate of 0913.. my husband inquired about rc book in rto then we came to know what is our fault in this the car is very good but service we didn't get properly all wrong commitments were done.. showroom people were supporting tejendra they never warred him or told anything now what should we do tell us we want some justice to be done.. please i hope you will surely listen to my complain & take some action soon as possible & revert back to me.. my no. is [protected] you can also call me this no. is updated for hyundai...

                                    Dear hyundai team

                                    I have recently purchased a creta from hyundai motor plaza on 11th july 2016. I am appalled to share the shoddy experience i had dealing with 3 individuals namely mr. Vikas, mr. Vipul and mr. Ashutosh. The issues and case summary are stated as below along with email trail:

                                    1. I have booked the car thru my company’s car leasing policy where orix as the leasing company is involved. The car was booked on 15th of june (Or nearby that date) with a delivery lead time of 6 to 8 weeks.
                                    2. I got a call from mr. Vikas in the week of 25th july that my car has arrived and i can come to take the delivery. I apprised mr. Vikas that there some religious reason (And based on his lead times that is how the booking was planned) hence i can take the car on 11th july and not before that. Please note this point for future reference.
                                    3.In the meantime as per my understanding with orix, all the paperwork was completed.
                                    4. On 9th july i got an sms from mr. Vikas asking for several papers like sales tax document of the company and other things. I got confused as to why all this is needed and i checked with orix who confirmed that these papers are not needed as the car is to be registered on my name as an individual and not on company’s name. I told mr. Vikas the same and asked him why is he harassing me for these details. He apologized and gave some flimsy excuse.
                                    5. On 11th when i reached to take my car i had a very harrowing time. I had specifically taken leave from my office cancelling/postponing few important meetings and also asked my elder brother to take leave so that both o[censored]s can go and take the delivery of the car. Even he had taken a leave. It took 4 hours for them to release the car. The reasoning given were highly unprofessional and completely behoove me that how does hyundai allow such people to tarnish the goodwill of brand hyundai. As you can see i am also a brand manager and i take these issues very seriously. Please see the mail exchanges between orix and hyundai motor plaza, badarpur, new delhi. It leaves no doubt that the delay was on part of hyundai motor plaza.
                                    6. On the same day i checked with mr. Vikas that if he can get the number plate as and when it is received at my office which is in okhla phase i and is quite nearby to the badarpur outlet which was confirmed by him.
                                    7. Since last week i have been trying to call him but his number is switched off.In the meantime i called mr. Vipul who kept on giving me empty assurances.
                                    8. Then stepped in mr. Ashutosh on friday i. E. 29th july that he shall ensure the number plate gets fixed at me residence in vasundhra enclave, new delhi on saturday as they do not have any deliveries on saturday and that too positively before lunch without fail. I had on each day called and followed up with absolutely no response whatsoever from these 2 gentleman who think that the customer is an .
                                    9. Mr. Ashutosh after failing to get the number plate deployed on my vehicle told me that without fail on monday he shall ensure the number plate is fixed. When i did not hear anything till 12 pm i called up ashutosh to state that he shall be sending the guy. Then i called him 4:16 as i did not hear from him and then finally received a call from him stating that mr. Vipul has left with my number plate. Please give me two minutes i shall check with him and revert. As i write this email neither i know where mr. Vipul is or where mr. Ashutosh is with the call.

                                    I am very sorry to state that as a loyal hyundai customer (My elder brother drives a santro that he loves, i used to drive an i20 before this and now creta) have seen the falling standards of hyundai. If this continues then i am sorry to say that my next car for sure shall not be a hyundai.

                                    This incident has left a very bad taste in my mouth and i shall be very vary of dealing with hyundai motor plaza badarpur and hyundai as an organization.

                                      Car on feb 12th 2016 since then iam facing problems with my car door and music system and this car is totally sit. No one has bothered to even call me regarding 1st service i had given complaint on customer care still my matter lies pending if this is the type of service i get from the company i am for sure that i ll tell my friends to not buy hyundai products

                                        I purchased a new car from Hundai B Mangat Ram and sons Bhuj dealer on 21 Jun 16. During the purchase of car company was offering a corporate discount to central govt employs ( Pride of India) Rs 7000. Since I am a defence person (a central govt employ) purchase the said car through Canteen Stores Department for which govt of India has made me authorized. As per the offer given by Hundai I was eligible for this discount, but my dealer told that he can not offer me the corporate discount as I am a CSD customer. It was also replied from CR sales stating that They are offering me CSD discount, hence corporate discount can not be offered.I made repetitive queries with Hundai in this regard but Company was not able to give justified reply. I am still waiting for my legal amount of Rs 7000 from Hundai.
                                        Second issue with Insurance amount.company had offered free insurance of rs 22585.but dealer has taken rs 3000 as zero dept insurance .my total insuance value is rs 19674 which is lesser than the rs 22585 so why dealer has taken extra from me.
