Yesterday i serviced my elite i20 in dharmapuri himavasani hyundai. I asked them to replace with synthetic oil. They told they don't have in stock. So i bought from outside. I bought 6l. Evening while taking the car i asked them for the remaining 500ml oil. They gave me 1l without opening the seal. So i got doubt and checked in outside mechanical shop. We bought hyundai creta in august 2015... And since then have had a number of punctures. I have already replaced a tyre.. Which developed a massive cut and was ruined. Thinking it was one off incident... Did not complain..
Now anothe tyre has developed a cut... And needs replacement. This coupled with inumerable punctures has led to to conclude that the tyres used by hyundai on creta are inferior in quality. This is not expected from...

I am using i10 magna kappa 1.2 total run 33000 kms.

Some time back steering rack assembly went dead got it replaced for rs 15000. Now power steering eps not wroking and authorised service centers are asking for a replacment worth rs[protected].

I know its out of warranty and hyundai is not legally bounded to replace it for free. But there so so many customers facing these problems and every body is help less....

I really feel cheated : i bought the i20 elite asta after booking the same in nov.’14 with the waiting period. And today after more than a week of delivery to my astonishment i notice that i have been delivered the car with the 4 fitted alloy wheels & the 5th wheel (Stepney) is fitted with ordinary wheel i. My car ka 51 p2774 given for regular sevice @ hmc hosur hyundai authorized service center. During servicing they done wiring dressing and no eps fault before servicing.

Now after driving 3 days, eps signal start glowing, again car left to sort issue, dealers told ecu issue after keeping vehicle 3 days for rectification. They charged rs 1700 without changing ecu apart from first service cost of rs 7800.
