Respected sir/ mam
Ever since the launch of hyundai cars in india, i have been a great admirer of its class and quality.in year 2002 i have bought santro zip drive and till date it never let me down. Its still running well even after 14 years. With having good past experience with hyundai, i decided to buy verna fluidic 4s (1.6 top manual) in year 2015. But since then i am continuously facing two major issues with the verna.

1.in winter/ cold day there is continuously thak-thak sound coming from front both wheels even on small bumps. Some time by running for 10 to 15 minutes the sound disappear but some time not. Now even in summer days i. E. When temp. Is at 40 c it is causing the same problem. I have got it checked from authorized dealer but they failed to solve it and asked me to keep the vehicle remain start for 5-6 min before each day of running. I have acted as per advice and keep the vehicle start for even 10 minutes, except for extra fuel consumption nothing happen and still problem not solved.

2. Second problem is with breaking while on rough roads. When vehicle is tried to stop on rough road, even if the speed is 10-20 km it gave a heart breaking sound from front wheels. It gives a feeling that some metal rod is broken. First time when i experienced this, i immediately went to service centre and they checked it and told that it is normal with verna since its is having ebd issues. Problem is not only of sound only but even the breaks fails at that time.

So it is very kindly requested to u r good-self to kindly look into the matter and got it corrected.

    I dropped my car tn03s6327 for first service in kun hyundai, ambathur for first service on 27/7/2016 and subsequently for minor accident repair on 30/7/2016, i took back the car on 6/8/2016.

    While i was driving the card to the service station i drop the car with the help of nav only. While taking/delivering the car for service the dealer has not checked whether the sd card is available in the slot.

    I am sure that the sd card is stolen at kun hyundai service center/bodyshop.

    The dealer has to investigate and ensure my sd card is return back to me

      I Gaurav Borkar purchased XCENT 2 yrs back from Ujwala hyundai nasik from the very 2 month I complained abt my starter Problem with showroom they tried to solve it but was unsuccessful.
      I showed my car more than 3 times in Ujwala hyundai nasik, 2 times elakshi hyundai ahmednagar, 2times Sadguru hyundai rahata for same problem in last 2 yrs but still it is unsolved.
      I m totally unsatisfied with service given by hyundai and now they want me to replace the starter key and say that my warranty is over now need to pay.
      I m totally shocked what they did in last two years. I want my kit replaced for which i m not going to pay a single rupee or else I need to go to consumer court for the same.
      Please resolve my issue at ur earliest as I'm facing difficulty.

        I met an accident on June 20, 2016 and the two front airbags of i20 Aastha 1.2 lt petrol did not opened. Since then the car is lying at the workshop under the sky and workshop people are not bothered about the degradation of the car. In this rainy weather rusting and Detroition of the battery and other parts seems to be taking place. Neither they have initiated the repair work nor they provide reasonable reply for the unnecessary delay. In principle non opening of the airbags is a fault in the manufacturing and dangerous for the customers.

          I belongs to ferozepur city (punjab). I had bought an i 20 (sportz) inn 2010 from your dealer in ferozepur. In March 2016, I got my car serviced & renew the insurance from the dealer (Brar Hyundai) in ferozepur. They have given me an insurance covernote for Rs 15983/-. The covernote is from (The New India Insurance Company limited) bearing a number 265205. I had done the full payment(cash) against which I had been told that the original insurance will be sent to me by email from the insurance company itself. But till date I got nothing from their side. Now on contacting your dealer, they respond that they have lost the papers of my insurance. So now I am left with no choice other than to write a complaint to you. pl sort out this matter or I will be forced to go for legal action.

I purchased a i10 grand sports car in last month in the name of asif khan from unnao showroom.In there a sale member whose name mr sunil patel he has no manners to how talk to customer. Today when i reached showroom for first service there his behaviour totally change when i said that please give me my service book which not recevied then he don't talk and he said that i don't know....

            Sir,
            As i purchased the hyundai creta 1.6s petrol version on the month of october 2015 from dpm dehradun. And in that variant of creta no air bags facility were provided by hyundai. But as on date i am looking hyundai is providing air bags facility in that same version of creta 1.6s petrol with not, much difference of price. It is not justice with us. As hyundai is india's second most selling car brand as on date. And with the hyundai world top brand we can't expect this type o[censored]n-justice with us. Hence i request you to do what better possible with us.

              Very Bad experience in Hyndai showroom vasu arjun moradabad they fraud without changing mobile oil engine they said service are done and they charge 5700.00
              When I was ask and checked again oil it was not changed then service manager accepted his fault.
              It's was big cheat.
              All the worker and owner was there they didn't take any action.

                This is to bring your notice that I have facing problem in my hyundai car from last 1 month even after AMC at SREENATH HYUNDAI service center Thane since Last 3.5 years.
                I serviced my car at this service centre before 1 month last time.

                Since last 1 month, its now 3rd time to give my car for repair but experts at service centre still not able sort out the problem.
                First time they told me that its battery problem and they replace the same.
                2nd time after approximately 2 weeks( 500 KM after 1st servicing) same problem was observed, so we towed the car and given for repairing at service center. That time they told that, petrol quality not good and for that they replaced fuel pump, injectors and other parts as per requirement.
                3rd time approximately 1 week after repairing the car same problem was observed and again we towed the car to service center.
                They smart people examined the CAR for two days and now they come to conclusion that we have to overhauling the engine and you have to bare for that. If suspect was on engine, then what they did with my CAR in last two visits?
                I am very unsatisfied about what type of service they provide to customer. Since last two days I am only taking follow up for the car, there is not a single phone I have received from service centre bout my car status.
                Kindly let me know I have to do...?

                  I have hyundai grand i10 sports model rj14cu1485 and now a days during rainfall the car filled by water at all four leg room area dropping from seat belt side and all four leg room area filled by water without car run because it is parked outside home from last ten days.
                  I counsult to hyundai dealer he said we cant stop it due to accident repair of driver side window . Infact there is more water at all three leg room area rather than driver side.i said if the window is repaired then why the strip below both right doors filled by water and when i removed the knob under the body(below the strip) about one bucket water flow out from that strip.all carpet of car damaged and the service center dont take any neccessary action.i'm very disappointed.
                  Please help to short out this problem

                    Hi sir,

                    I had booked the car i-10 sportz (White colour) in your mysore road showroom on dated 24/7/2016 handled by your executive but while i am booking the car i enquired regarding the delivery and availability of the car. He told that they can deliver at the earliest, as per that i informed to get delivery on dated 29/7/2016 but i didnt got any information regarding the delivery of the car as on today

                    For your information i had cleared the payment from my side on 27th july and from the bank loan also credited to your account on 28th july. So from my side and from the bank all the payment got credit to your account already, but till now car had not delivered.

                    I suppose to go outstation happily with the new car for 4-5days and also i supposed to check the physical verification of the car also. I keep on enquiringly regarding the delivery of the car from 29th july to 3rd august. But still you people not handed over the car to me due to your internal delay in supply the car from your manufacturer

                    Please tell me that who will bear the interest amount for the 5.66 lac for your delay of supplying the car. As per commitment schedule from 29th july to 3rd aug (5 days) over. Who will bear the loss for my money paid to you already.

                    Even today also i visited the your showroom but still they are not confirmed that they are getting the car tomorrow or not.

                    Note : i am really sorry to say this, i am not happy with this service due to delay from your side and not even intimacy to inform to client. If any customer waiting their new car with happily but you people are postponed like anything make disappointment.

                    Note : i will be going outstation for 4-5 days, after i am coming back 8/8/2016 once i back i will check the physically the car and later send for the registration. Otherwise if any thing happens i will surely reject the same.

                    Please workout the further discount due to delay in delivary of the car, and interest for my money borrowed from the bank and others.

                    Note : i need my car for recent month manufacture (May - june-july) car and this year and not old manufactured.

                    I am awaiting for your reply at the earliest.

                      I am the proud owner of hyundai creta, yes i say it to every one... Because its worth as well as satifying the customer...
                      I booked creta on 09.05.2016 after cancellation of my booking of most awaited new br-v, honda. I am disappointed on the first look of br-v and immediately booked creta... Where in your marketing /sales engineers have submitted the price list as well as features of the car (Copy attached)... I finally booked 1.6 vtvt model and waited for 45 days, i got the delivery of my car.. I only have a problem that it had come with single din... But if you see in the features list it is mentioned as double din audio... I tried to contact the sales engineer unfortunately he left saboo hyundai.. Now, the manager is not responding to my request. I need the audio system panel is changed to double din suitably with out extra charges... Also i am a corporate employee, working with ongc and i have not got any discount... Pls do the needful..

                        Dear hyundai,

                        This the now getting worst, the services i am getting by hyundai india. I don’t want to post it on social media but now it is very important that everyone should know about you.
                        It has been more than a month my car is with jsv hyundai gomti nagar and they are not able to find the root cause of some manufacturing issue, fyi only 3 months ago i bought the car from jsv hyundai and for more than 1 month it is in service center.
                        Your email ids “[protected]@hmil.Net, “[protected]@hmil.Net” for escalation doesn’t work, whenever i send an email i get a system generated response that your e-mail is acknowledged and our dealer will contact you..
                        Till date nobody has contacted us neither the dealer nor hyundai. Could you please let me know what is the escalation matrix in hyundai is if a customer is not satisfied?
                        If i call your customer care they will give monotonous reply sir - dealer will contact you, sir workshop manager will contact you. Could you please check how many times they have contacted me?
                        This is the worst ever service given by hyundai, i would not advise any one to go with jsv hyundai or even with hyundai.

                          I repaired my hyundai i-10 hyundai magna white having registration no. Rj06 ca 5567 and got delivery on 09.07.2016 evening. After 2 hours of delivery, i just start the engine, smell of melting of wires come. And vehicle catch fire near steering. I came out fro. Vehicle and threw buckets of water. And control on flame. I informed to representative just after incident and assured to repair again. I shocked and cardiac attack on 10.07.2016 & admitted in hospital and discharged on 13.07.16. Meanwhile car was towed by representative from my home b-299, r. K. Colony, bhilwara (Rajasthan) on 12.07.2016 and still car is in the workshop of sandeep hyundai, bhilwara. After a lapse of near about one month, neither my vehicle is repaired not delivered to me. Although i am ready to pay the bill amount.

                          I requested several times to Please handover the vehicle to me but neither delivered nor Repaired. I am facing hardships due to rainy season. I lodged a complaint in District Consumer Forum, Bhilwara (Rajasthan) on 27.07.2016.

                            This is with reference to corporate bonus, i wish to share:

                            1. I bought grandi10 in december 2015. I was approached by sales person, number of times on house as well as on phone before buying the car.
                            2. After buying this car, i got various calls to rate the services atleast 2-3 times, and i did that, which means i was approached on phone too.
                            3. Moreover, representatives from this branch visited my house for some documentation. I discussed about the corporate bonus too, they told that it must be in process.
                            4. I was pretty sure, company of this stature will do the same at the earliest.
                            5. Few days back, when i was going through my pass book, i came to know that i have not received corporate bonus, till date.
                            6. When, i asked the company regarding the same, it was informed that my case was rejected due to deficient documents.
                            7. It was really surprising for me that before buying a car, sales person has to collect all the documents, only then a buyer can buy any car. I could not understand that i can get a car loan on the documents which was asked by bank, but i could not get corporate bonus, due to deficient documents. It is pertinent to mention that i am a class 1 officer in government institute.
                            8. When i enquired further, concerned person told me that i was unapproachable, it was really shameful for the company like hyndaii. Your sales person contacted me on phone before buying a car, customer care persons called me 2-3 times that too for more 15-20 minutes for sales review, but when the customer has to get a corporate bonus, then customer's phone was unapproachable.
                            9. If company is concerned at all, they may contact me by call, by message or even visit my house.
                            10. This points to negligent attitude towards customer of the dealership, as they are just worried about selling a car and not maintaing a long relationship.
                            It is again requested to look into the matter and assist me in getting corporate bonus, which was not given to me by the faults of the dealership only.

                                I am a regular office goer, 20 yrs driving experience, i have taken my verna fluidic for paid repair to trident service centre at hosur road bangalore. The issue was my vehicle wobbling complaint. Service centre manager, executive and technician took the car for trials and without examining the tyre's condition, they suggested me to replace all the 4 tyres-kilometers driven was 37000km.

                                On my own i had chnaged one tyre with spare one which solved the problem for me.

                                Service people's irresponsible reckless behaviour would have cost me huge loss.
                                In the past also i had similar experience with this service center.

                                  I had a terrible experience dealing with the hyundai staff at capital hyundai dealer store in noida... I went to pick up my vehicle around 6.15 pm today and the manager there rudely informed me that the showroom is closed now, however staff was still visible actively indulged in informal chatting n communication with each other.. The manager said that he will prepare a gate pass only when the repair store manager gives me authority on call or message and the so called body shop repair manager dint even bothered to pick up his phone and they kept me waiting for 1 hour leaving my work n time getting hampered... I cannot believe that a company like hyundai does not provide people service after 6.30 pm neither they have a backup person who is authorised to solve our issue.. I am also a customer of toyota and is now proud to be associated with toyota after facing this issue with hyundai with wich i mean capital hyundai noida which is dependent only on one person (There store manager) who holds such an unprofessional approach... I value my time and hyundai just made a mess of my time... Is this is what you call after sale service, if yes then i assure you that for sure you have lost atleast one customer today and will never refer anyone to buy a hyundai machine.. Thanks n regards

                                    Hello mr. Y k koo,

                                    Thanks for making good poor quality vehicles for india and being a #2 seller in india.
                                    I thanks to almighty for saving my life which could have been taken by your i20 as steering wheel got jam during the driving in between.

                                    Also thanks to your customer care who bluntly told me that, your vehicle is out of warranty and you have to pay whatever dealer is saying since it is mechanical part. I bought this vehicle in dec'2013 and now we are 2016.
                                    I laughed on my own why i called your customer care and hearing such reply.
                                    When i told them, i almost mate with an accident with this, simply said sorry for the inconvenience but pay whatever the dealer is saying.

                                    I am grateful to you for such service and such good faulty vehicle which is ready to kill people when they are on way to get some happiness with family and ends up in other way round.

                                    If your really care of human life (You may feel not in case in india) than spare some time on this and look into to resolve this cause i doubt, if drove again this vehicle what will happen next.

                                      Im using I20, my 2nd car of hundai. My key rubber pad got damaged and i plan to replace it with new one. But when i asked to chandra hundai coimbatore dealer of hundai, said that need to replace the outer set fully which cost around 3000 to 4000. Now i have checked online and the rubber pad is available which cost only around 200. Im totaly upset with the dealer response. Our first car santro we bought about 5 years ago and I20 around 3 years ago, till this time we are doing service from company only. Now after hearing this we totally disappoint and will plan to move for the others.
                                      We buyied hyundai xcent (petrol+cng) for business purpose but i got delivery without CNG & was told will fit CNG next day in 3 hrs.

                                      But even after 3 days i didn't got my car from hyundai & no update...

                                      Pathetic service from Hyundai...

                                      All false commitments. ...

                                      Hyundai is liable for my Business Loss...
                                      Within 6 months of the purchase of Creta, i had to pull my new Creta to service center to get the cluth replaced. Does anybody have the same problem ?
