Dear hyundai team

I have recently purchased a creta from hyundai motor plaza on 11th july 2016. I am appalled to share the shoddy experience i had dealing with 3 individuals namely mr. Vikas, mr. Vipul and mr. Ashutosh. The issues and case summary are stated as below along with email trail:

1. I have booked the car thru my company’s car leasing policy where orix as the leasing company is involved. The car was booked on 15th of june (Or nearby that date) with a delivery lead time of 6 to 8 weeks.
2. I got a call from mr. Vikas in the week of 25th july that my car has arrived and i can come to take the delivery. I apprised mr. Vikas that there some religious reason (And based on his lead times that is how the booking was planned) hence i can take the car on 11th july and not before that. Please note this point for future reference.
3.In the meantime as per my understanding with orix, all the paperwork was completed.
4. On 9th july i got an sms from mr. Vikas asking for several papers like sales tax document of the company and other things. I got confused as to why all this is needed and i checked with orix who confirmed that these papers are not needed as the car is to be registered on my name as an individual and not on company’s name. I told mr. Vikas the same and asked him why is he harassing me for these details. He apologized and gave some flimsy excuse.
5. On 11th when i reached to take my car i had a very harrowing time. I had specifically taken leave from my office cancelling/postponing few important meetings and also asked my elder brother to take leave so that both o[censored]s can go and take the delivery of the car. Even he had taken a leave. It took 4 hours for them to release the car. The reasoning given were highly unprofessional and completely behoove me that how does hyundai allow such people to tarnish the goodwill of brand hyundai. As you can see i am also a brand manager and i take these issues very seriously. Please see the mail exchanges between orix and hyundai motor plaza, badarpur, new delhi. It leaves no doubt that the delay was on part of hyundai motor plaza.
6. On the same day i checked with mr. Vikas that if he can get the number plate as and when it is received at my office which is in okhla phase i and is quite nearby to the badarpur outlet which was confirmed by him.
7. Since last week i have been trying to call him but his number is switched off.In the meantime i called mr. Vipul who kept on giving me empty assurances.
8. Then stepped in mr. Ashutosh on friday i. E. 29th july that he shall ensure the number plate gets fixed at me residence in vasundhra enclave, new delhi on saturday as they do not have any deliveries on saturday and that too positively before lunch without fail. I had on each day called and followed up with absolutely no response whatsoever from these 2 gentleman who think that the customer is an .
9. Mr. Ashutosh after failing to get the number plate deployed on my vehicle told me that without fail on monday he shall ensure the number plate is fixed. When i did not hear anything till 12 pm i called up ashutosh to state that he shall be sending the guy. Then i called him 4:16 as i did not hear from him and then finally received a call from him stating that mr. Vipul has left with my number plate. Please give me two minutes i shall check with him and revert. As i write this email neither i know where mr. Vipul is or where mr. Ashutosh is with the call.

I am very sorry to state that as a loyal hyundai customer (My elder brother drives a santro that he loves, i used to drive an i20 before this and now creta) have seen the falling standards of hyundai. If this continues then i am sorry to say that my next car for sure shall not be a hyundai.

This incident has left a very bad taste in my mouth and i shall be very vary of dealing with hyundai motor plaza badarpur and hyundai as an organization.

    Car on feb 12th 2016 since then iam facing problems with my car door and music system and this car is totally sit. No one has bothered to even call me regarding 1st service i had given complaint on customer care still my matter lies pending if this is the type of service i get from the company i am for sure that i ll tell my friends to not buy hyundai products

      I purchased a new car from Hundai B Mangat Ram and sons Bhuj dealer on 21 Jun 16. During the purchase of car company was offering a corporate discount to central govt employs ( Pride of India) Rs 7000. Since I am a defence person (a central govt employ) purchase the said car through Canteen Stores Department for which govt of India has made me authorized. As per the offer given by Hundai I was eligible for this discount, but my dealer told that he can not offer me the corporate discount as I am a CSD customer. It was also replied from CR sales stating that They are offering me CSD discount, hence corporate discount can not be offered.I made repetitive queries with Hundai in this regard but Company was not able to give justified reply. I am still waiting for my legal amount of Rs 7000 from Hundai.
      Second issue with Insurance amount.company had offered free insurance of rs 22585.but dealer has taken rs 3000 as zero dept insurance .my total insuance value is rs 19674 which is lesser than the rs 22585 so why dealer has taken extra from me.

        Yesterday i serviced my elite i20 in dharmapuri himavasani hyundai. I asked them to replace with synthetic oil. They told they don't have in stock. So i bought from outside. I bought 6l. Evening while taking the car i asked them for the remaining 500ml oil. They gave me 1l without opening the seal. So i got doubt and checked in outside mechanical shop. They told there's only 50% of oil is synthetic. I asked the service manager he told me the 1l container contain 1.2l and 4l container contain 4.3l. Of oil. My car engine noise is high and it's not smooth. I am gonna file a complaint in consumer court by tomorrow.

          Whom so ever it may concern,

          I bought car in the month of feb2016, after almost 3000kms (Registration - mh12, mr5714)- i got a shock by the car, front left car got a cut.

          Spoke to the showroom sales person but no response, later raised a complaint to hyundai cc center, later i got a response from near by service center.

          Warranty person was clearly identified - it the unusual crack. Even being a automobile engineer i can understand the failures. Cracks on the surface would be treated as failure due to stone or glass hit but this failure is happened just near to rim zone.

          Apollo tyre team has declined this as external failure - if hyundai is not guaranteeing the tyre parts at least should be 10000kms which is not shown here,

          I am absolutely unsatisfied with the apollo feedback, hmi service center, kundan showroom.

          If the complaint is not treated seriously - i am ready to raise a complaint directly to hmc korian team, hmi chennai team, for me it is very easy to get the email ids.

          Later as you know - social media is powerful and this complaint will be floated in the fb, twitter and other sites.

          Is stearing assembly is failure part of i 20 as last year i was facing promblem due to this capital hyundai had replace it and now again same noise is coming.

            I would like to raise one more concern which i am facing with
            Hyundai which has been discussed previously also with your team.
            I
            Have booked 2015 model of hyundai xcent from hans motors on 29 th feb-2016. At the time of booking, i was committed delivery of 2015 model
            As that was coming at a discounted offer of approx. 85, 000 rs. And also it was
            Coming with power windows.
            However
            At the time of delivery in march, 2016 hyundai xcent model was delivered to me
            Without prior information and no discount was given to me in the 2016 model.
            Also power windows were not available in the 2016 model given to me.
            Hence
            Request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me the requisite
            Compensation with reference to my concern raised above.

              Hi,

              My name is sunny bhatia. i purchased hyundai i10 magna car petrol/cng last year 29 aug-2015 from orion automobiles pvt. ltd, gurgaon which registration number is hr38u1210.

              I have done all the services of the car from triumph hyundai (ymca chowk) faridabad. when i purchased it i had been told that warranty of the car will be for 2 years
              Or 40000 kms as it is having commercial registration.

              But now its been only 11 months and battery (exide) of the car is dead. i had a talk with mr. rambeer (advisor in truimph hyundai) about the same. he asked me about run kms which are 36000 kms and he was sure it will get replaced as he was also aware about 40000 kms and he told that i will have to keep the car in there workshop for 3-4 days only then they will be able to send the battery to exide service centre.

              I was not satisfied with his answer because keeping a taxi car in workshop only for a battery issue will cost me a lot.

              Then i gave a call on mobile number [protected] to service person mr. ashok bhati (orion automobiles pvt. ltd., gurgaon) and he told me that warranty of battery is till 40000 kms.
              So he suggested me directly to go to exide service centre in faridabad and asked they will replace it easily there.

              I went to exide service centre faridabad (opp. dps school) and was waiting for the satisfactory
              Replacement of battery. but i get shocked when i am told that for commercial car battery there is limited warranty of only 25000 kms.

              I again gave a call to mr. ashok bhati and told him about the same. he had words with manager of exide service centre.
              Manager of exide centre gave me rejection letter for not replacing battery.

              Then mr. ashok told me to go to triumph hyundai and he asked me to take that letter to triumph hyundai and there my battery will be replaced.

              I did the same but there also i got disappointed. i told mr. rambeer that mr. ashok bhati was saying that it will get changed easily. mr. ashok bhati had words on phone with mr. rambeer and mr. santosh in triumph hyundai but there was also not any solution with that call.

              Mr. rambeer and mr. santosh said ashok bhati doesn't know anything. at the other side mr. ashok told me they are making me fool.

              I ask whom to believe or not. no body was aware what is the limitation of kilometers run for battery warranty.

              But i was aware of one thing that actually i was being made fool when i am told by mr. rambeer that the cars bought in year 2015 are with 25000 kms battery warranty and in 2016 with 40000 kms.

              What is this rubbish?

              Only 25000 kms warranty of battery, is this a joke?

              If it is actual i will never go to hyundai for car service even to buy any new hyundai car. also i will not refer any of my friend and relative to buy any hyundai car.
              This will be a referral but not to buy.

              Every time when i went triumph for car service, the only concentrate of every person was to get rating of 10. even at next day of service on call i had been told to give 10 rating if i get any call from hyundai.

              I will have to spend rs.2500 to 3000 for new battery, no issue, but in future i will not recommend anyone to spend in lacs to buy hyundai car.

              My suggestions for every hyundai sales and service person is not to blame each other even if you are not aware of anything.

              Hey i am kavinder sehrawat i have a car hyundai creata 2015 model. All over car was good but break was not working properly some times car was out of control in normal speed. Break padel is not working properly service provider told me that the car ABS is checked. but problem was not solved. please check my car again and solve the problem.

                I have hyundai getz ka03 mh3767, i went for a service blue hyundai service centre in bangalore is located in bangalore mysore main road near rr nagar. They are telling bolt top inside full dust is there that's why water is coming inside will clean after that no problem coming they told they changed that time rs, 4000, after that no raining no problem, after 15 days rain start again same problem it's happen and heavy want coming inside and fuel leaking is start i don't this people what service done that they charged rs 2000fuel leakage that service done na that person mistake only. I went again that service station they are unable to find the solution for the same. They are don't no were it is coming water inside. I don't no what type of engineers is there this service station. I don't wt to do next

                Still same problem am facing. Nobady has responding this complaint please guide me what to do,
                Am unsatisfied with hyundai car and services

                  I have purchased hundai xcent base 1.2 from orion hyundai
                  B - 31-32, industrial estate, mehrauli road, gurgaon, haryana 122001, india

                  On 15 june 2016, but almost 1.5 month has gone but still my car rc, permit and other related document is pending from dealer side, i don't know why they guys delaying this, i didn't get any satisfactory reason from dealer for this delay they making excuses every time, also they did not ready to give a number plate which is provided by rto.

                  I visited to dealer many time to know the status about my car documents but at that time they behave like that don't know me and they did ready to listen me properly.

                  Now i need my document ready as soon as possible as it is already very delayed.

                    I am having i-10 magna car in the name of my souse. As per advice of omkar prabhudesai service advisor in kundan cars pvt ltd bawadhan pune21 i changed my car rubber assy-wipers blade on 8/4/2015. The service station charged me rs 844/- for the same (Ro no r[protected] which was very high than any other outside service station, thinking that we are getting genuine spares we bared the amount. But in a month or two it was noticed that the problem remained same & friction with glass was more. So i contacted omkar prabhudesai who, after long argument assured me to get it replaced at the time of next servicing with new one. On 17/7/2015 i got my car serviced (Ro no r[protected] with the same service station & reminded mr prabhudesai about the last episode. But he & manager turned deaf ears towards my request & misguided me that the problem was due weather & climate effect. Again when i had been to the same service station to get my car serviced, service adviser named amit (?) advised me to get changed the wiper blade assembly. (Ro no r[protected] so i detailed him about the above facts. He also expressed his helplessness & requested me to contact mr matin. Who is in the capacity of senior authority there.In spite of my request & unfolding facts to him, he was also reluctant to solve my problems. He also misguided me in the same way as earlier. Mr matin was also arrogant by saying me that filling complaint is our right & i may lodge complaint.
                    The service station is just garbing pockets of customers. Such service station may please be black listed. The car was also not cleaned from inside. Before taking test ride mr amit got filled consumer satisfaction form from me. Even they put me pressure on getting engine oil changed though it was good for another few millage running. Dickey mat was not kept in the car after servicing. I have to go there for collecting it & getting my car cleaned from inner. The authority didn't regretting for their mistake.
                    So please verify the facts kindly do needful accordingly.

                      We bought hyundai creta in august 2015... And since then have had a number of punctures. I have already replaced a tyre.. Which developed a massive cut and was ruined. Thinking it was one off incident... Did not complain..
                      Now anothe tyre has developed a cut... And needs replacement. This coupled with inumerable punctures has led to to conclude that the tyres used by hyundai on creta are inferior in quality. This is not expected from reputed company like hyundai.

                        I am using i10 magna kappa 1.2 total run 33000 kms.

                        Some time back steering rack assembly went dead got it replaced for rs 15000. Now power steering eps not wroking and authorised service centers are asking for a replacment worth rs[protected].

                        I know its out of warranty and hyundai is not legally bounded to replace it for free. But there so so many customers facing these problems and every body is help less. Hyundai also knows all this but does nothing.

                        Just wanted to initiate a campaign against hyundai regarding this using social media.
                        If interested please join in. Hope someday hyundai will give a damn about it.

                          Dear sirs,
                          I really feel cheated : i bought the i20 elite asta after booking the same in nov.’14 with the waiting period. And today after more than a week of delivery to my astonishment i notice that i have been delivered the car with the 4 fitted alloy wheels & the 5th wheel (Stepney) is fitted with ordinary wheel i. E. Not alloy wheel. This is totally shocking to me. I was neither told about it nor did i ever thought this could ever be a dark possibility. I already had i20 asta earlier it had 5 alloy wheels. This is as unexpected additional hidden expenditure to my pocket. As because how do i use the 5th tyre for tyre rotaion. Its my earnest say to the company to resolve the issue at the earliest & provide the 5th alloy wheel to me...

                            My car ka 51 p2774 given for regular sevice @ hmc hosur hyundai authorized service center. During servicing they done wiring dressing and no eps fault before servicing.

                            Now after driving 3 days, eps signal start glowing, again car left to sort issue, dealers told ecu issue after keeping vehicle 3 days for rectification. They charged rs 1700 without changing ecu apart from first service cost of rs 7800.
                            I told dealer that eps issue started after servicing, but they told to change costly ecu, which is unfair

                              I had given my auto verna car for repair under bajaj alliance general insurance. C[protected] guwahati. At your dealer m/s mukesh hyundai. Dispur. Guwahati on 07/07/2016. Got delivery after after 15 days for smol repair. Without giving me estimate n information about 40% extra charge from insurance claim. N you see by invoice no. B[protected] dt. 20.7.16. Labour n services. Item no. 2. N 3. Paint charges. But not done well after charging high amount. Why this charge i have to pay. Next invoice b[protected] dt. 22/7/16. Labour n services. Item no.1 rubbing n polishing. Regarding this mine to say that very poor in service not done even 20% work delivered car in very poor condition. Also not good approach at the time of receive of car. Got very poor exprience with hyundai after buying auto car @11 lacke. Hope you will take action

                                  Hi, I have purchased grand 10 sports on 1 December 2014 from Koncept hyundai green park showroom by paying in cash 5.40 lakh in total.till date I am waiting for my registration certificate. I made complaint in hyundai customer care at times.every time it was cancelled by chitra lahiri area manager of hyundai. Every year I am paying amount of insurance too.I could not take any benefit of it because of no registration certificate. This organisation is so discusting and employees full of lies.I have 20 plus emails in which they promised me to get r.c.within 2 or 3 days.now, I lodged an fir against them in safdarjung police station. The kind of mental harassment I am going is beyond explanation.

                                    Sir, i amiyo dutta owner of elit i20 asta, reg. no.: wb 18m7760, age of car - 12 months only & under warranty, authorized dealer - harshit hyundai, howarh, 3 months my car engine stop in several times at the time of ideal time, busy road and bumper. due to this reason i send my car 2 times for resolution, but no result in till date, again i send the car today 20/07/2016 for resolution, pl do the need full as early as possible.

                                      Hi, this is dr. Mayilvanan owner of hyundai verna fluidic and the registration number is uk 07 ap 5247, in 2015 auguest i had a complaint in ac and went to dpm hyundai which is in dehradun and they inspected my car and said that car ac compressor got spoiled and has to replace with the new one. They took fifteen days and replaced the part. Then ac was working properly. Again the ac cooling was not there since one month and i went to hyundai showroom to show my car ac then they said ac compressor got repair. I am amazed how the new compressor again damaged. Is it possible if they would have cahnged the new one. I asked the agency manager and he said in ac there are four parts which are inter related and if compressor failed then has to change the whole sets so that ac will work for long. Which means that previous hyundai agency dpm have not done it properly and they fixed only that damaged part and made it work. Thats the reason again it damaged. This is cheating. That too in showroom like this then where we will give out car. Mentally i suffered without ac for longtime. Why showroom people have not replaced the sets and why they hided this truth and cheated me and just made it ok for a while. So its totally technical problem which has done by the company. So they are accountable and responsible to replace the sets for my car and make it totally fine without delay. U check the data record also, it shows that two times company changed the compressor and again third time this problem rises. So tell me the solution for this and inly six months giving waranty for compressor which means it will spoil after that, so that customer will pay for that. I want reply immediately and i am planning to give my car in krishna hyundai, bilaspur. So kindly see the matter and rectify as early as posaible.

                                        car on may 12th 2016 since then iam facing problems with my car door and no one has bothered to even call me regarding 1st service i had given complaint on customer care still my matter lies pending if this is the type of service i get from the company i am for sure that i ll tell my friends to not buy hyundai products
