I had gone to company dealer in abohar punjab they only fill rust from one side but it comes out again from another part of doors. I am very much disappointed after buying verna car.       My car no is Rj 14 cw 1103 I had given my car for my service .but there was no response from your company. And the car was standing for 6 days in your company without any service . there was no action had been taken for my car service. And there was no information regarding this matter to me. After 10 days I got my car dated on 25 July 2016 with damaged car roof & damaged car back glasses. I tried to contact them but they didn't response properly & they also harassed me & my colleague. I have registered a complaint also on 11 July 2016. But there is no response of complaint also.

          Nirmal hyundai the most worst dealer in noida. I booked a car in may 2016 grand i 10 with token money rs.5000. But due to some personal reason i purchased from some where else. After i purchased the car i call in nirmal hyundai so many times for refund. But no one answer properly for that some on of their executive name rohit said that no refund made against your booking. According to hyundai terms and conditions if some one cancelled the booking then cancellation charges of rs. 3000 will be deduct from booking amount. I am ready for that but this is not the way of anyone to say no refund made against your booking. Please refund my balance amount...

            I'm very sorry to say that your sales team is very very pathetic regarding sales and services. Your executives do not entertain the costumers properly. They are acting as hyundai does not need any costumer and showing as if they own the company. Especially the the way they talked to us was not acceptable at all. We are very old costumer of hyundai, and this is not the first time we have experienced. We have experienced this about 3 to 4 times. I used to recommend hyundai cars to my friends and family but from now onward i am not going to recommend hyundai at all. I'm deeply sorry to say that "i regret my experience with hyundai and that i'am hyundai costumer."

                I purchased cari20 megna ellite through csd depot. Pathankot on 2 june 2016 from novelty hyundai, court road, amritsar, india. And get finance through icici bank and money paid to dealer on 10 june by bank. After payment i told mr rajan and rohit (Employees) to make dd for csd. I got dd on 22 june 2016, but it was wrong as there mention jallandhar in place of pathankot. I told them before buy that my csd depot. Was pathankot. Dd charges (2800/-) was paid by me. On 22 june they told me that this dd will be cancelled and new dd need to make. So i suggested them to transfer money to my account i will make dd at my own, because i'm entitled to make without charges. From that i called them plenty time but no results, some times they are not picking up phones. Yesterday again i called mr rohit as rajan refused to take my call. Rohit told me that money cannot be transferred, new dd need to make and charges will be barred by me. Today again i called rohit and he told me to come show room we will discuss. I reached to show, 1st rohit told me sit in waiting room. After about 10 min no body came to me, then i went to rohit what is happening, then he made my meeting with another guy, i discussed with him about my matter. Rajan was sitting outside the cabinm so met him to solve the issue, he told me that i have to bare dd charges. Which is exceptable, as i paid once. This the fault of staff, who made false dd, why i should pay extra money. Please look into matter and solve the issue. Hope you understand and will do needful

                  I have a hyundai elantra, less than 3 years old and within warranty
                  The a/c stopped working and i approached trident hyundai, hosur road, bangalore on 29th may 2016.
                  First they said body shop damage, then a/c hose problem. i said fix it, they took 20 days to repair citing part not available
                  After which i received the car, the a/c would not work next day, i give it back on the following weekend, and then made a customer complain

                  They told the issue is with evaporator core, then after one week when i follow-up, they say there is compressor issue and they will replace it.

                  The issue is not replacement, tident took 1 month to diagnose and resolve.
                  Adding to the problem, today 14th jul 2016, when i receive the car, the left door and left runner panel below the doors are dented.

                  I think hyundai should revisit and find out if trident is a right partner for servicing. i wish they make a visit to their service shop and find if it is worthy enough to service their top end india models.

                  Small parking, the entry and exit gates to the workshop is clumsy, full of chaos, services overbooked without space to repair

                  While i log this complaint today, still the car is in the garage of trident, after 45 days since they have been working on it

                    I went to the service center on 3rd july 2016, for general service, mr. Rinku ([protected]) was allotted to me as a service adviser, i told him that there is one problem with my car, when i take turn or u-turn water comes out inside the cabin on the left of the driver seat. I told him that this is problem is almost happening every time i take the turn. In the evening when i reached there to pick my car, i again asked him whether he has sorted out the issue or not, he told me that this is resolved now, he has cleaned the coil top & generated an invoice of rs 7531/-, i took my car & came back home, next day when i was going to office this same problem occurs again, i immediately called mr. Rinku that this problem is occurring again, he told me to bring the car again to service center, i cannot go in the middle of week due to hectic office timings, so i decided to go on next weekend. I dont use my car daily for office, so when next saturday comes (i.E.) on 9th of july 2016, i took my car for the service center but blower was not working, & there was very unpleasant smell was there in the cabin, something was burning, i immediately stop the car on the side of road and check that smell was coming out from a/c windows. I again call mr. Rinku about this he told me not to worry and bring the car to service center. When i reached there he checked & said blower has been damaged, when asked he told me that due to that water which was coming inside the cabin this issue happens, he called one of the electrician from his service center, he confirms that blower has been damaged & couldn't be repaired. When alone that electrician told me that this problem has been only due to that water problem & the coil top has even not be opened during the service. They have changed the blower & generated a new invoice of rs. 3663/- when i told them that why should i pay for this they shown bad attitude to me & said this has to be paid by me including the service manager there. Now the question is if that issue being resolved then & there at the time of service, this wouldn't happen. Due to the negligence & carelessness of the service adviser or the staff who has done the service, i have to pay another 3663/- rs. I want you to refund my money of the blower as it is complete mistake by the service station.

                      It is my second worst experience about hyundai car's dealers and its company.
                      No body is responsible and no one will provide you better services after sale of car.
                      I had purchased a new car in month of october 2015. only 8 month past i complain two times against premier car sales ltd. mahanagar, lucknow.
                      My deck tray broken on first service. when i had notice it, personally gone premier car sales workshop, mahanagar with car. one of its employ mr. anand mishra, said me that this time trey in unviable and we will send some technician to your home for replace this trey. this was month of feb. 4 months passed and i had call so many times but no one take it seriously. they always tailing lie and never provide proper services.

                        I am the owner of a grand i-10 diesel car. the ac started showing complaint after 40000kms. popular hyundai kollam chaged the cooling coil nothing was charged as it was in the warranty period. the very next day the car showed over heat. the ac tech. came and found that no coolant. the pipe is leaking for two-three days ok.. but to no use. meanwhile i have driven 17000 more kms. now the ac went full wrong., the car is now garaged at popular hyundai, kottayam, from where i purchased it.
                        I have a i10 grand car sportz model and i have a problem of in car A.c. is every year cooling koyal problem and i purched car at year if 2014 and i changed cooling koyal year of 2015 and same problem is 2016 so what can i do of this problem

                          Service of my verna at 60000 kam was estimated ₹7800/-, when i submit my car to the service centre. after 1 hour the service advisor call me and said that break pad of ₹1600/- and coolant ₹800/- will be changed, and i said ok for that. again after an hour he called me and said that wipers also has to be changed and a pipe of turbo has to be changed of ₹4800/-.
                          Again after an hour he called me and said that motor of wiper is not working, and it also has to be changed. this time i got a shock as i am using wiper on daily basis, and it was perfectly in working condition.
                          Then i called to customer care regarding this, a lady pick up yha call and asked me to hold the phone, but she did not turned up even after 15 minutes. ao i cut the phone.
                          This is completely unprofessional from company's side.
                          I want immediate action on this.

                            This is to raise a complaint about hyundai creta sx. After second service (After 10000 km), i had a clutch issue around 11k km and was not able to shift gear. Towed the vehicle to service station and after investigation, the adviser said that the clutch assembly needs to be changed as it got damaged (Wear and tear).

                            I have contacted few people who faced similar issue, and they all purchased it around the same time of the year. I am utterly disappointed that the vehicle i bought by paying such a hefty amount is not even working properly for a year. I been driving car for more that 15 years and this is my first experience with such kind of issue. I need this issue to be considered on priority and need resolution.

                              I am a owner of verna fluidic and i have extended the warranty in last december, there was a fault in reverse braking system and a technician from srishti hyundai rohtak told me that one of the spare part is out of stock for now so you can opt for warranty exend and when this part arrives in service centre it will be replaced in warranty. but after waiting for 7 months the problem still persist, nor the part has arrived and extended warranty is to be expire soon. so what's the use of such cars for which we have to wait for 1 years for spare parts. now again they are saying same to extend the warranty and your part will be replaced in warranty.

                                I am owning a vehicle of your brand i. e hyundai xcent having registration no. rj14ac0421 although it is a very gud vehcle but a day before yesterday i was reversing my car on trust of rear parking sensors but the sensors didnt work out n my car got a gud dent on boot jst bcz failure o[censored]r rear parking sensors. i also mark a complaint on ur site (complaint no.[protected] regarding the same but couldnt get any positive response. one o[censored]r executive called me n says sir "chota sa dent hai insurance mai krwa lo" why should i do that this is not my mistake jst bcz o[censored]r failure y should i waste my ncb.

                                  I have purchased an elite i20 on may 10th from talwar hyundai banjara hills showroom. On 16/6/2016 i met with an accident at a traffic signal due to break failure (Break pedal got jammed all of a sudden), my car was very badly damaged but no physical injuries luckily. I have given my vehicle to get repaired in talwar hyundai shekpet branch, at the time of giving my vehicle i clearly told the service manager about the break issue and insisted them to fix this issue. I got my vehicle repaired and delivered last week. All of a sudden yesterday when i was parking my car in my basement the break pedal got jammed and was not working, luckily i escaped another accident because of the faulty breaking system. When i researched online yesterday i found that there are lot of other people who are suffering with the same break issue. What if the break wont work when i am in traffic? Who would be responsible in case of any un-foreseen situations? Why is the issue not fixed inspite of repeated requests from so many people? I need someone to look at my issue from hyundai and fix it asap, i have a family who is depends on me and i cannot risk my life because of the hyundai fault.                                   All the new generation car has power breaks which requires the engine to be running to operate efficently, most of the cars designed in such a way that even at lower engine rpm the power break system produces enough power so that you can efficently apply the breaks but it seems like for a few batch of elite i20 the power break system is not working as expected in lower engine rpm ( when the engine rpm is low the control signal or what ever it is sent to the power break assist system is not enough to operate the break properly) even i feel the same with my car when i am driving through traffic or very low speeds, what i found an alternative is depress you cluch as soon as possible and apply the break it should work.check it with the hyundai service center as soon as possible make them understand.

                                    I am m. narayanalal, a senior technical supervisor, working in mechanical engineering department, nit engineering college, claicut, had purchased a hyndaui10 car last september (sept 2015) from apco hyundai, calicut, kerala. the registration no. of the car is kl 57 m 247. earlier i was using a santro gl, purchased in the year 2010. i used it for 5 yrs. this car i purchased after exchanging my old car. there was sound coming from the engine room (similar to bearing shake), which was noted after first service. then i had contacted the service wing in the showroom for checking the same. that time they checked and said it is ok now. but later when i checked the sound was again coming. now recently also i visited the showroom for the same that time they checked and told me to bring back it again for a checkup. now i bring your notice in the consumer complaint forum to get it solved.

                                        I had given my vehicle kl08an6472 for break replacement. at that time the service adviser at mcp hyundai, marathakkara, trichur, kerala (authorised dealer of hyundai) told that some work has to be done to the hydrolic steering box and as per that i had done ti and they charged nearlyrs15000/- for that. after that a sound is hearing from the steering and i had given the vehicle two times for checking that sound. now they are saying that the bearing has to be replaced and it costs rs25000/- they have not told the defect of the bearing at the time of delivery or the vehicle and at the first time when i complaint, they told that it will vanish after running some kms. before i gave the vehicle for beak replacement, there was no sound or complaint to the steering and working smooth. now they are not attending the complaint and rectifying it
                                        The sound came after their repairing. They have delivered the vehicle and when i complaint about the sound they told that it will vanish after some KMs. Again i complaint about the sound and requested to check again. the also they told that they have checked and the slight sound will go after some kms running. When I complaint about the sound third time, they told that is due the bearing fault and it has to be replaced and cost Rs25000/- This is due to their bad repairing .If there is bearing complaint they must have noticed it in the first time itself. So they have to clear it by repairing it properly by an efficient worker who knows it
