Dear sir, good morning. I, mr. Nitin kumar rawal s/o shri sethpal rawal r/o garhi cantt., dehradun (Uk) have purchased a pre-owned car, i-20 elite 1.4 asta, make & model - dec 2014 and registered in jan 2015 from shri dilbag singh of the same city. The vehicle was purchased on 27 may 2016. When we check the old repaired records of the vehicle during its due service, it is found that the injector of vehicle was repaired two or three times but the same problem is raising with this vehicle. The vehicle is making some missing and vibrating. When we went to service centre of b m autosales pvt. Ltd. Subhash nagar, saharanpur road, dehradun and vehicle was inspected by mr. Naseeb singh jasrotia, service manager, contact no. [protected] & [protected] and found the the injector are making some problems. The vehicle is under warranty upto dec 2016. But workshop manager is denying to repair and denying to send the vehicle to chandigarh or delhi to repair the injector of vehicle stating that he had already been sent the vehicle for to chandigarh for the same problems two or three times but they are unable to solve the problems of this vehicle and company had paid for the same two time. But i would like to know that what is our fault, if the vehicle is under warranty than why we make payment to repair the parts of the vehicle.In view of the above, you are requested to advise us, what action should be taken by us. Please tell me that what is our fault, i have purchased this vehicle which is under warranty and i have paid my hard earning to the owner. If the vehicle is under warranty than how they can deny to service this vehicle. I will take up the case to consumer court, being an army personal, how can i waste my hard earning again and again. So please consider my request and advise the concerned service center to arrange the repair of this vehicle part if required and help me in this matter.

Complaint marked as Resolved Dear Sir, Good Afternoon.
1. Please with reference to my previous email regarding request to repair of Injector of Elite I-20 1.4 Registration No. UK07 BH 6055 in favour of Mr. Nitin Kumar Rawal S/O Shri Sethpal Rawal dated 09 July 2016.
2. In this connection, I would like to inform you that I have written that email just for inquiry but not as a complaint. I want to clarification from your side that if an Vehicle is under warranty and have sent 2 or 3 time for repairs of the same defect, after that if the same problems again raise, than what we will do. So I have written that email just for clarification only, not for any complaints.
3. But you have taken it as a complaint. After discussed with the General Manager of B M Autosales, Dehradun we are advised that the Engine of that vehicle will be sent to Chadigarh for necessary repairs. The service centre is fully co-operated and ready to do the needful as we desired.
4. In view of the above, you are therefore, requested to treat that email dated 09 July 2016 just as an Inquiry not as a complaint . If you have taken it as a complaint, so please treated as matter Resolved and that complaint may please be treated as cancelled.
