Dear sir,
My car havin a problem with hand brake. this problem started from
Very next day of purchasing. many time i reported to my dealer.
Every time do some thin but next day this problem will start again.
Basically my car totally strucked. it is useless now. dealer not interesting to do anything. now the service period is finish. but the hand brake problem still not finished. pls do some thing for me & pls inform to the dealer about my problem.

    Hi,

    I would like to bring your attraction to an unsatisfactory experience I had with plaza Hyundai based at Badarpur. I got Hyundai kretta booked and Mr. Momin Khan who works there as a manager, promised me to deliver the car within 3 weeks. Now whenever I call them for delivery of car, either they are not picking the call or talking very rudely over the phone. After a number of futile attempts of calling them, Now I want my money back and request you to take action against momin Khan who is making false promises to customers.

      I have purchase Grandi10 ASTA as on 18th Feb.16, but I have facing problem in Gear shifting and clutch pedal going hard . my car average is only 11000 KM. this saw HYUNDAI Quality. when i visit Service dealer they advised me to need change over all clutch. How It is possible and why I allow open my car clutch plate only on 11000 KM and in my car front excl LH and RH make a heavy noise i visit service station as on 24th June but Till today spare not available. kindly provided solution for these problems..

        This is Dr Pradeep from Bangalore. Had purchased new Verna about a month ago. Now there is hell lot of problems with the car. Mileage is down, no pickup, smoke came out from the front wheel, engine knocking noise intermittently. Upon that the service guys couldn't diagnose the problem. Vehicle is dragging a ghost ship. Even upon asking to check the spark plugs they'd don't want to. Hyundai is becoming worst with service. They are best to you only till u pay foy for the vehicle after that you don't exsist for them

          Till recently idid attempt to change my car 110magna by your offers ti grand 110 in June
          I contact a dealer Himgiri wazirpur.my Pradeep bhatia contact me and assessment of my car he gave the deal in a Himgiri letter head on 20june for 3.7lac
          I told get my cheque from me to seal the deal
          Next day he refused me
          I again contact another dealer unity from rohini West metro
          Mr nitin Chauhan saw me and after negotiation my car was 3.7lacs after exchanging my car his ph no[protected] i gave the cheque for booking amt
          5000rs this was on 29june.i contact Him get my car he refused
          I have customer docket
          But no car
          This is unfortunate
          I want the car as promised by unity of rohini
          Can you look at the matter

            Booked cae from Eros Hyundai, nagpur and already given all the money and exchanged car . they have not yet registered the vehical and now they say it cannot be registered on my name as I dt hv resident proof. I gave my husband resident proof with marriage certificate.

            All this details were not told to us.
            They are really troubling us now .Also said that if we give extra money this problem will be resolved with RTO.

              Please beware of your dealer's service maintenance jobs! I have the feeling that our Hyundai Dealer is not doing his job as he should. To fix my car he keeps it from 17-May-2016 to till date.
              (Eon-sports, Registration no- HR13F6338)


              Accidentally my car was hit in a standing tempo rickshaw carrying iron rods after when a drunk driver took sharp turn that is who driving in front of my car i applied brakes but my car hit into it. My car bumper got damaged and somewhere inside in bonnet. I opened the bonnet & found that though there was coolant leaked from the coolant chamber and some oil from it. After I tried to start my car but I’m not able to start. This all incident happened under Rajdhani park metro station on 16/5/2016 between 7 to 8 pm. Then we call some friend car to tow my car to the Hyundai showroom from where I purchased is nearer from the accident place but we found it closed so I had to tow the vehicle back. Next day we visit to the authorized service center with damaged car where they declared that accidental repair (Front Bumper damage, radiator, and A/C condition) an issued me a repair order slip with all these details. My car is under insurance after completing all the formalities like Insurance agent comes and survey all the things and order to start the repairing.

              They had kept the car for around 40 days, and give us the reason for delay is of spare parts. We get a call from them after a month for the delivery where everything is repaired by them. When we reached to service center and check our vehicle we found engine is not working smoothly and making a noise. When we complaint about the noise with engineer they told us that there is some problem in engine. They told us about it after keeping my car for a month, they were not able to catch that fault how efficient engineers Hyundai have with him. After it all the old formalities starts like call the insurance agent he checked and now the tragic part- the insurance company denying to pay the entire cost of engine repair stating it as not disclose earlier. They are charging me a bill of around Rs 35000/- other than the total repair cost.

              We also tried to discuss it with service center manager but he never available to meatus. Nobody is helping us either insurance company or service center. My car is still in showroom.

              My point of debate is that who is responsible and who will bear the extra cost of repairing. Kindly look into it and provide us some solution. We go for a brand like Hyundai only for its good customer satisfaction and services abilities.

              Any suggestion where I can send this comments to management of Hyundai?

                This complaint in regard with not giving the delevery of car after getting 100% payment. I wrote an email to Directors as well but not received any call from their office nor from Hana Motor showroom. I am shocked to see how they behave with their customers.

                This is in regard with car delivery which has already delayed by 27 days. My case history is:

                a) I booked one Xcent car on 5th June-16 wide Receipt No. SR/16-17/1354 and paid the cheque for INR 100, 000.00. Your sale manager has committed me that the car is available in our stock and can deliver the car on same day when they will get the loan approval from bank. I need the commercial number and this was clearly communicated by me and also price quoted by sales manager was also based on commercial number. On same day, I have handed over the loan documents which are require to submit with bank. First 3 days, I did not received any call from your showroom nor from any bank, when I called to showroom and try to reach the sales manager, showroom receptionist told me that I will Momin to call you but I did not received any call. After putting continuously effort on two days, finally I reached to sales manager whose name is Mr. Momin. He told me that I have already given the docs to bank person but when I checked with bank person, he told me that he has not received any docs…. After following up for next 12 days, finally bank person has log in my file on 17th June and they got the approval on same days as well. I have all messages which I received from bank.
                b) After getting approval, they asked me to come to showroom for completing all formalities which I did on 18th June and also paid the balance amount of INR 92, 249.00 wide receipt no. SR/16-17/1671 which is full and final payment of the car.
                c) Bank has disbursed the loan amount of INR 504, 482.00 on 21st June. That means that Hana Motors has received all payment against my car.
                d) When I asked for the car delivery on 21st they told me that for commercial number, we need two days for passing the car and fitting the CNG kit. From 21st to 26th June, they were telling me that there is some problem due to new circular of Delhi government and I was continuously telling that my number has to issue from Haryana so no issue in Haryana, you please go and check but no one has courtesy to go RTO office and checked. I did this activity at my end and got to know there is no problem and car is getting pass. When I told your staff the same then they got agreed that yes there is no problem in RTO Faridabad but PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER ALL THESE STILL CAR HAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. EVERYDAY THEY COME WITH NEW EXCUSE.


                NOW, I CAN’T WAIT MORE FOR CAR DELIVERY IT IS DELAYED BY 27 DAYS AND WANTED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND WILL ASK FOR HARASSMENT, INTEREST ON MY MONEY AND INTEREST OF BANK AMOUNT, I ALSO NEED MONEY BACK WHICH WAS PAID BY ME AGAINST LOAN PROCESSING FEES. I ALSO NEED THE DRIVER SALARY WHICH I HIRED ON BASIS OF YOUR SALE MANAGER FALSE COMMITMENT ON CAR DELIVERY. I ALSO PAID INR 4, 200 FOR GPRS WHICH I ALSO NEED BACK.
                Please do not go and buy the car from Hana Motor Plaza Pvt. Ltd.. They makes fool to their customers.

                  I am siddique haroon from chennai my car hyundai i10 tn04. Aj 0721. Gave for service on 30th march 2016. Till today car is lying in the show room... U r pro jaylaxmi service manager jakarta. Team leader lingam all r aware about the problem what i am facing i don't know how to express is the service men did fraud or wanted lyrics the have changed the parts of my car.. Many time visited the show room after been informed car is ready but taking the delivery some problem raises i had to spend rs 500 for call taxi to come for deliver the again take call taxi rs 500 again because again some problem wondering then don't chk the car before delivery i had paid total amount for the service but car is not ready


                  I need my car or refund me the amount of total car and keep the car with u... Or give me new car. As parts have been changed all u r staffs knew about the changed articals

                    My name is Sanjay Rai, and I had purchased hyundai Creta SX(0) diesel manual transmission in the month of October last year from Trident Hyundai Kudlu gate with vehicle number KA 51 MH 2027.
                    In 2 months @ around 2500 kms I had my first clutch issue and was not able to shift gears . Towed the vehicle to nearest service centre (kudlu gate, bangalore) and got the clutch assembly replaced, service adviser stating could be a manufacturing defect . After around 6500 total kms I had the exact same issue and got the vehicle towed again to same service centre . After discussion they agreed to change the clutch assembly for the second time . Now it's 10000 kms and have the same clutch issue back and vehicle is towed at hassan hyundai service station .Now I feel terrible and have no hopes on the vehicle for which I paid a hefty amount of 17lk + . This issues is repeating for every 3000kms and I don't want to keep replacing the clutch and want to know the actual issue. I have driving experience of over 20 years and drove over 6 vehicles and never had such a problem earlier and find it only in this so called perfect SUV. I need this issue to be looked into on priority by Hyundai and need a resolution . Please call me back on [protected] for any discussion .

                        Hello sir/madam i would like to bring to your notice an excellent fraud work done to perfection by your team in our capital state delhi on 4/6/2015 they have rectified my issue making a bill of 48000 approx and gave me warranty for 6 months that all things will be ohhk and we have rectified all the issues... Now today within 1 month my car again got the issue and they have raised me a bill of 8000 again and on arguing they said we have got my car rectified from outside. Could you please explain that after spending 48000 why will i get it rectified from outside when my all issue were resolved please look into this matter and help me out asap.                         This is in reference to the Substandard Car Parts (Rear Bumper) that we have bought a New white Car i.e. Hyundai I-20 Sports (CRDI) on 18/06/2014 from one of your authorized dealer M/s Barkley Auto LLP, Panchkula (Haryana).
                        We noticed after months that white bumper turned into yellow-ish over the period. We addressed the said deficiency and approached to the above said dealer. We requested them to fix the problem and you may get it checked from your technical team about the genuineness of rear bumper. We are into correspondence with Ms. Saroj (Body Shop Team Member) regarding the said defect and the dealer refused to change or replace the defective part which is very unfortunate & unethical. The defective part is in untouched & in intact position and we request you to please change or replace the part immediately.
                        Further, we are enclosing herewith the snapshots of defective part for your ready reference.

                          I had given my car for servicing in your dealer.
                          But very unfourtunatly they did not do their job sincarly
                          there was a blunder mistak they forgote to fill rediatar with water and coolent.They delevard as same. After 20 to 30 km of riding my car has heated and stop.
                          After telephonic convarsassion with ur center they send machenic so they cheked and tell me there is no water and coolent in ur car.
                          This is very big mistak by ur dealer so iwant a proper action from your site.

                            I purchased new grand i-10 from sant hyundai kangra (H. P.) on 09.05.2016. On friday 24.06.2016 while i was coming from banikhet near dalhousie distt chamba i suddenly felf that break paddle is not working and fortunately my hand break worked to save me and with the help of that i parked my car nearby and called the sales executive mr. Virender on [protected] to inform regarding such mechanical fault in new vehicle. At the time of buying car he suggested me to insure the vehicle with rsa (Road side insurance) in case of any problem with vehicle on road side and i got that paying around 1000.00 additionally. Anyhow when i asked him he suggested me to run the car after few minutes. And when i started the car the break was working and i drove it upto 4 kms in 20 km/h speed and again the paddle jammed. I wonder it was only god's grace that i saved myself again and i parked the car near bathri. I again called mr. Virender and he assured me to pick the vehicle through rsa till monday while at the time of sale he assured to me to pick the car within 1 hour, but i can understand the commitments of sales executives and showed patience and waited till monday 27.06.2016 and on monday when i called he told to pick it on tuesday 28.06.2016 and when i called today he refused to resolve at his end and i was quite frustrated since morning that after paying 5.30 lac rupees you are just not safe with its breaks as its the main part of the car and the company is just taking it very casually.In near future me and in my family we are never ever going to buy hyundai car and for others thousand people in our links on social sites and surrounding we are going to advertise negatively. Company must assure that the dealer must be changed if want to survive in chamba as while i bought the car there was scratches on the bonnet and that was removed with compound and assured me for tuflon coating and till date that commitment is still pending.                               Here is my complaint below:

                              I had a service long time back and there is no follow up from the service center even when i called them from my end just told me that they will be calling me but after a week with no response. I'm really dissatisfied with the level of support being offered. On top of it getting an issue that was already fixed in the last service and paid huge for it. This must not be the way to be treated and taken care of hyundai customers. If it continues you will be having hard time maintaining the reputation in the market. Please take urgent steps, waiting on your response.

                                During one of the service my speedometer reading was logged incorrectly in sidhivinayak motor (Hyundai authorized service centre). I had requested many times to change this but the service centre always gives false commitments and never does anything. I am chasing on this since 1.5 years now but no success.

                                During initial services when i gave my car to this service centre no one took any objection but however since last year they started entering huge no of kilometers giving - system went on online reason. They use to issue me offline worksheets and bills as per i suppose for about 8-9 services with 2 insurance claims.

                                See something fishy with this service centre and stopped giving my car to service centre now.In fact i lost my faith on hyundai company itself seems a very bad impression and will not recommend hyundai to anyone.

                                I want my speedometer readings to be updated on all hyundai database and to be sync.

                                  Rat bite on petrol pipe

                                  This is about a serious concern regarding quality of petrol pipe being manufactured for new cars. I own a elite i 20 asta petrol variant and i seriously frustrated with rat bites on my cars fuel pipe, this is the fouth time i am facing this issue. Atleast in future change your material to build the petrol pipes instead of rubber pipe. I tried several things nothing worked to keep the rats away from it....

                                  My car no (Grand i10 sports crdi) is wb 26 x 0669, chasis no-65990, engine no-107786
                                  On 24nd june 2016 i brought hyundai new i10 sprotz variant. Hyundai doesn't know about basic safety, no speed sense auto door lock is present in such a costly car and their is no cd player but mantion in the brochure which i got from dealer and sound quality of music system is 3rd class.
                                  Before booking sports variant we have booked magna but we cancelled that n booked sports only for hyundai music system, trusting them about there quality and approx 50k more.
                                  Please don't go for hyundai car.

                                    Now it has been over 16 days and this car had to be gifted.Since due time has been passed and their is no confirmed news of the vehicle delivery by himgiri automobiles.
                                    Now who has to be blamed for the delay caused despite paying the full amount.
                                    My sincere request to the management of hyundai is please cancel dealership of himgiri automobiles gurgaon and take strictest action against them.

                                      I have a complaint regarding my car wheel bearing. they charged me Rs 900 Only for bearing and othr service charges was extr. at any other service centre there are very less charges for this. Moreover every service centre gives good deals for services. they are charging in excess for labour charges. around 2300 only a labour. Completely disappointed with HYUNDAI.
