My car no (Grand i10 sports crdi) is wb 26 x 0669, chasis no-65990, engine no-107786
On 24nd june 2016 i brought hyundai new i10 sprotz variant. Hyundai doesn't know about basic safety, no speed sense auto door lock is present in such a costly car and their is no cd player but mantion in the brochure which i got from dealer and sound quality of music system is 3rd class.
Before booking sports variant we have booked magna but we cancelled that n booked sports only for hyundai music system, trusting them about there quality and approx 50k more.
Please don't go for hyundai car.

    This complaints is about Himgiri automobiles Gurgaon sector 34, since it was being promised at the time of booking that car i20 will be delivered within a week which was the reason for booking hyundai.
    Now it has been over 16 days and this car had to be gifted.Since due time has been passed and their is no confirmed news of the vehicle delivery by himgiri automobiles.
    Now who has to be blamed for the delay caused despite paying the full amount.
    My sincere request to the management of hyundai is please cancel dealership of himgiri automobiles gurgaon and take strictest action against them.

      I have a complaint regarding my car wheel bearing. they charged me Rs 900 Only for bearing and othr service charges was extr. at any other service centre there are very less charges for this. Moreover every service centre gives good deals for services. they are charging in excess for labour charges. around 2300 only a labour. Completely disappointed with HYUNDAI.

            It's not even a year to the hyundai grand I 10 and its air conditioning is not functioning. I have shown this problem to Das Hyundai in meerut but they are not able to resolve this problem. I would want to file a case against this company for giving me a defective piece and not considering my request and complaint. This is the fourth time I am facing this problem. I don't want my money to go waste. In this scorching heat of Delhi I have to drive this brand new car without an Air Conditioning. I faced this problem in the second month of the purchase and every time they made fake promises that I wont face it again. But this is the fourth time that it stopped working after repairment. I want to reach out CONSUMER COURT for this.

              We purchased a new sonata petrol at sleek silver on 31/01/2014 from m/s safdarjang motors pvt. Ltd.In the name m/s roop automotives ltd. From first day, front wheels alignments are defective. Despite many complaints even at the times of service, the service centre is not able to cure the defective. Due to defective alignment, the car is moving towards left.

              We would like inform you that we are your second tier vendor and supplying steering yokes.

              You are therefore requested to do the needful at the earliest.

                Frustrated service was provided by hyundai. My car was perfectly fine before my car's third service but after the service the oil pump that sends oil to my steering wheels etc was damaged. Unknowingly i travelled to hill station n steering was out of my control. I was unable turn in the turnings. When i contacted hyundai road service it was not in use. I had struggle to find nearby service centres. When i finally found one n tested my vehicle i was charged 16k for replacing new oil pump. I didnt repair n brought it back to chennai. I want hyundai to take up the responsibility in replacing the parts and i am not ready to pay out of my pocket. Hyundai pickup and drop service often puts me into such situations everytime. During my car's first service it was hit at bumper n was covered up with paints at the time of delivery. People are just simply apologizing for the damage caused by them. Drivers n mechanics at service centres are so careless about the customer's cars. I request hyundai to look into issue and take an immediate action at the service centres in chennai sholinganallur marjan motors pvt. Ltd.

                  I am not getting any response from your Ranchi branch whom I have sent a letter no. H/C/01 dated 16-04-16 on[protected] by registered letter. I also lodged a complain no.[protected] to customer care but no response is getting till date either from Ranchi branch or customer care. When ever i contacted to customer care, They asked all details from me and tell iam connecting to workshop at Fairdeal Ranchi. full details of the letter is as below:-

                  Sub: Request for refund of repair cost.

                  Sir,
                  With due respect I am to state the following facts for your consideration and necessary action.
                  I am a proud owner of Hyundai carmodel i-10, purchased from your ShowroomFairdealHyundaiBariatu at Ranchi on 01 November 2013. The detail of the car is as under-
                  (i) Registration No. :- JH-01 BD 4461,
                  (ii) Chassis no. :- MALAM51CLDM476383H
                  (iii) Engine No. :- G4LADM100447,
                  (iv) Model no. :- i10 MAGNA 1.2 BS IV

                  I am to state that on 27/03/2016, I was travelling from Jamshedpur to Ranchi by the said car and the car was being driven by me. During the drive, I noticed issue of overheating as overheat indicatorstarts illuminatingjust before Bundu about 1430 hrs between Jamshedpur and Ranchi.I stopped my carimmediately and opened the bonnetto check the condition and foundthat coolant was spreadedover the engine.I, then contact the helpline on Toll-free no.[protected] and stated the above facts. In the mean time I shift my car by the side of the road to clear the road and avoid jam on the road by pushing car manually with the help of passersby.

                  Recovery team came about at 1625 Hrs. and towed my Car through recovery vehicle to your showroom workshop at FairdealHatia, Ranchi by 2000 Hrs. Next day i.e. on[protected], the car was taken to Fairdeal Hyundai workshop Bariyatu, Ranchi as Insurance claim facilities is not available at FairdealHatiaworkshop. They also charged Rs.1100 at Hatia workshop for towing the car (Copy of receipt attached).

                  In the workshop at Bariyatu, the technician told me that Car got overheated due to lack of coolant. When inspected further it was found that the coolant got leaked through a hole in the radiator. The technician told that the hole might be caused due to stone hit, but I would like to statethat if a stone will hit the radiator while car is running on the road, the stone will be sucked inby the fan and blade of the fanalso got damaged but there is no such sign on the blade. It means that while the car was running, radiator chamber/pipe inside the radiator got puncture due to pressure of coolant or defective material. It means it is a manufacturing defect which comes under warranty by the manufacturer.

                  The car has been repaired at fairdeal Hyundai Bariyatu, Ranchi workshopand a sum of Rs30, 340/-was charged on[protected]at the time of delivery of my car whichwas paid by me through my ATM card.

                  I have to state that my car is under warranty for five years i.e. upto[protected]under extended warranty purchased on payment of Rs.10523 for 3rd, 4th, 5th yearwarranty on[protected] vide Extended Warranty Coupon no. Vin MALAM51CLDM476383 valid upto[protected]. I have to further statethat I have also purchased SUPER SAVER SERVICE PACK SAVE UPTORs.12000 valid for 2 years on[protected]vide VIN no. 476383. But nothing was considered by the Workshop at the time of delivery of my repaired car. They neither considered the Warranty period coupon nor the SUPER SAVER SERVICE PACK SAVE UPTO Rs.12000 valid for 2 years and charged the full amount i.e. Rs.30, 340 for repairing/replacing 16 parts(i.e.50 in no.)ofmy car stating that these items are not covered under these offers. Xerox copy of the credit invoice is attached herewith for your information.

                  I have to further state that, as soon as the overheat indicatorstarts illuminating, I stopped my car immediately. However, the degree of damage occurred was too much. It means over heating warning switch i.e. safety switch took more time to illuminate resulting in excess damage.

                  It is quite evident from the above facts that the situation occurred due to faulty warning light or defectivematerial of the radiator, which comes under warranty. Therefore, I request you to refund me the charges paid by me i.e. Rs 30, 340/-to repaire the car as this car is under warranty upto[protected]. The early solution will help me to come out of the burden of expenditure incurred by me as well as further approaching to the Consumer Forum for the same.

                    HI my name is Amal.P and am from kerala, Trivandrum.My father Mr.Premachandran M.S purchased a fludic verna on September 2014 and till date I just completed my 18, 000kms. I am using my car with extreme love and care. But I faced a lot of issues with my car. After just completeting 16kms itself I found issues with my stearing, replaced that, then after 18k I was astonished to see that 4 tires were worn out. How come this happen ? I rushed into service centers, they said that the vehicles shock absorber, drive shaft and all needs to be replaced, because of that only tires got worn out. and they are blaming us for poor driving quality. I don’t know what the heck is happening. I am taking care of my car just like my baby. Am cent percent sure that my car is having some manufacturing defect. Even though all the parts were replaced as it’s within the warranty period, but I don’t what’s going to happen after my warranty period.

                      Today (19th June 2016), I gave my Verna Fludic Care registration NO. UK07 AK 6010 at Nimbus Motors Pvt. Ltd., Sector 9, Noida, U.P. State by 9.51am servicing along with major work of Clech Plate and confirmed the delivery of muy Car by 5.30pm evening (19th June 2016), but unfortunately instead of delivery at 5.30pm, in received a list of another major work (without my consultation) by the Service Engineer and the delivery was delayed till next day (20th June 2016) afternoon (not intimated before time).

                      As, I am aware, Hyundai Service Center intimates the customer in advance over phone about any major work and take the approval of the customer and also any delay in the delivery, but they did'nt intimated both to me.

                      Now, due to the delay, my Monday's work schedule has been disturbed and had to take leave, which has effected by reputation and also harassment.

                      Request, take necessary action, with concerned Service dealer for the better services and get me compensated for the day's loss from the Nimbus Motors Pvt. Ltd..

                      Hope my complaint would be addressed at the earliest.

                          I am shocked that in spite of my 5 to 6 visits I am not able to get my account statement of my car purchased from Goyal Hyundai Ludhiana date of purchase 28.10.2015 mohit Mittal pb10fl 5898 for income tax purposes.
                          We are still sitting at show room

                            sir i have a car i20 asta . last 7 months ago my car give a problm of moduler, air bag sign but company take 50 days to settle the problem but the problem still same and there is many more problms with that like AC vent wanter coming inside the car, bumper scratches etc . from that day car is not working properly.kindly take ungently action.its already 6, 7 month delayed.

                                With reference to about subject we have serviced & maintenance work in our santafe car with your company authorized service center Concept Hyundai (Narol / Vishala) Ahmadabad Gujarat.

                                I Mr.Anuj Sharma. I am purchased my santafe suv car in year 2011, from your authorized company sales showroom in Ahmadabad Concept Hyundai.Till date today i drive my car 65000 Km (mileage).And sending my car time to time for service at your authorized service center.Last year in June 2015 some problem occurred in gear & clutch.At that time i went to your service center @ vishala, and meet to your service adviser & explained all problem related gear & clutch.He inspected my car after that he told me that sir, we have to change Flywheel, Disc clutch, clutch master cylinder & bearing too etc.He give the roughly esteemed amount near around Rs. 165000/- @ that time my car's KM 54449 (mileage).I agreed to pay what ever amount .After this service & replaced this parts my not works properly every time some issues come out like when i drive my car on the highway all ignition lights on & some times accelerate stuck not going more than 60"s speed Pick-up din't come properly .After this all issues i contact to your service center & replaced some sensor buttons switches at that time immediately. After that some day's ago on date 22-04-16.My car santafe when i was driving .car stopped in middle of road after that i contact road side assistance & called break down service tow the car to your service center, after that car is inspected by service adviser he called me explained that excel pully damper, ribbed belt is damaged we have to replace it sir, i said okey repair it. Before some day's ago again car stuck, stopped in middle of road in city heavy traffic, after this i contact hyundai RSA, they suggest me to start after some time 10-20 minutes n check radiator water too, after this i bring my car at you work shop .After inspected by service adviser he explained me that we have too change flywheel, disc clutch, clutch master cylinder & bearing too & given esteemed amount near 170000/- .Recently my car KM 65000 (mileage). Now let me know sir madam what can i do. My car is @ your company authorized service center ( concept hyundai) from last 15days. Nobody giving proper answer, not even your relation customer care officer to us.They just cheats us do'no how to treat customer .Every time says change this spare parts etc. And i just want too say that i had purchased 12 cars of hyundai brand But, after this all stuff i will never buy hyundai car in my future .In this matter i already contacts customer care but din't get response, i had register my complaint hyundai india (Ref.no.1_[protected].We are not satisfied with your concept hyundai dealership authorized service, Sales. I had many cars Audi, Ford, Maruti, Nissan never seen such problems like this.I am attaching my bills summary which i had paid to your work shop service center .If we can't get best response, we can go further procedure legal.

                                    I bought hyundai creta 1.6 sx+ reg no. Gj6 jq 9063 eng no : d4fbfm466298 vin no. Malc381ulfm046177 brought from down town motors vadodara on 29/12/2015.
                                    Sir i am facing a severe problem with the performance of the tyres of hyundai creta, there has been two serious incidents firstly while i was driving on a highway a big metal piece which was totally blunt created a huge puncture on rear right hand side tyre and puncture shop advised to change the tyre as the tyre was very severely damaged and it was risk first i thought to complain but after that i let it go as one such error occurs in few circumstances. On 29/05/2016 while traveling on express highway along with my family suddenly car air conditioner compressor stopped working in running car. We approach downtown vadodara workshop and got free replacement of air compressor from company and also got car washed and tyre pressure checked at hyundai workshop. We took a delivery from down town hyundai workshop on 2/06/2016.
                                    But on 4/06/2016 i was travelling on a national express highway along with my wife and 11 month old child suddenly rear left hand side tyre busted from side had survived from a major accident in the happening and thank god the traffic on that moment was less. Now i again contacted the down town motors they said to contact kumoho tyers. When we contacted kumoho dealer we got a reply on phone that tyres do not come under warranty and tyres are one thing that no company provides warranty. For their information all the company (Bridgestone, good year, apollo etc) each company provides warranty and such was the case why did not they tell me this while booking of the car. We buy hyundai because of the trust in the brand and now i feel completely betrayed as the tyre provided in creta has no dealer in vadodara and not even available in gujarat. We received report from kumoho dealer after one week of complain in that report problem cause mention as below
                                    1. Cut from sharp object/ sudden cornering on the rough road – how can a sharp object cut from side of the tyre in national express highway in middle of the road. I agree with you in case of car crash on divider of off road accident occurs which is not applicable in our case because accident not occurs in our case. There is no quotation on rough road in middle of the national express highway. If you observe the attach picture then there is 2 big whole (Cuts) on tyre at some distance if it was cut from sharp object then one cut should be there.
                                    2. Excessive deformation of the sidewall from improper air pressure
                                    And overloading – for your kind information when incident occurs only 3 passenger was there in the car and regarding improper air pressure we took delivery of our car from hyundai down town vadodara service station on 2/06/2016 so how can improper air pressure occurs???

                                    I am in a shock how can a reputed company like hyundai can buy such low quality tyres who has been held responsible if anything would have happened to me or my family members. I do not blame down town motors employee or as they are not properly trained to handle a customer and his issues it is the top brass who is to be blamed who have failed to train their employee. I want my tyres to be replaced as soon as possible. I am writing to you with great hope that you will solve my issue

                                    I have purchased creta and today de very much problem in Tyres very low quality of tyre has been used companies taking money but not providing the spare parts there like tyres I want my tyres to be changed can anybody company executive sees complaint kindly take action number is[protected]

                                    i bought creta in aug 2017.. tyres used by company are of very low quality. tyres got punctured from side a very rare site.. how can i got them changed.. pls help

                                        I had given my car (Hyundai verna ka01me8615) for body shop work to advaith hyundai at itpl yesterday (June 13th). I had clearly told them that it's urgent for me to get the car ready by june 14th and same was committed by service manager. The committed delivery time was 6pm june 14th. To keep the whole process short and quick, i decided to pay from pocket and not involve insurance to keep the delivery time as short as possible. Today (June 14th) at 6:30pm i was told that car part (Bumper) has not arrived and it will take 1 more day. I requested for alternate arrangement (Cab) so my family doesn't suffer when travelling but there's no arrangement for that. There is no sensitivity to customer inconvenience - that's all i can say. Very very disappointed with this experience.
