I have Hyundai Eon 2nd in line from top model of Eon. I bought the car in 2013. The car has hardly been driven the distance of 15, 000kms in total span of 3 years. within 2 years of the car it started giving me problem with company fitted stereo system. when I got I checked they mechanic said that they will have change the whole panel of it. Now, as of yesterday my car was parked in office parking. The moment I got in to my car and I started my ignition, the car just bounced. started giving wired sound and the steering wheel was totally out of control. Hyundai workstation was 15kms away, How I drove is best known to me. upon checking it was declared that EPS has failed and it has to be changed. that attracted a immediate expense of 7800/- which I had to pay.

    Sir, I purchased Hundai car grand i10 from SAS hundai(dealer), lucknow, up on
    31st oct 2016. My excess amount deposited to the dealer was refunded to me after 4 months after lot of follow up.
    In this seven months my vehicle was repaired approx 15to 20 times irrespective it is mallfuntioning. Employes of the dealer (SAS), near amausi airport, kanpur rd, lucknow are irresponsible, unskilled.
    As a customer i attached to the renowned brand but sorry to say got very poor picture of the company .
    So now its my humble request to cancel the purchase & refund the paid amount.My vehicle registration no is UP32GQ7543 in the name of Mrs Sarita Tewari

      This is to inform you that few days back I had given my sonata car to Modi Hyundai service centre for repair work. It is to be note that my car is under warranty.

      I have been facing grave issue due to unavailability of the car spare parts with Modi Hyundai ever since I approached them. It takes a minimum of 1 week to 10 days from the time they order for it .

      This time when I took the car for ignition issue and also there were issues with the cooling and warming temperatures for all four seats. As usual they told me that they will be ordering the parts and it will take longer time since it is a rare car. Just because the car has been discontinued as a customer I could do nothing but wait. After having waited for more than a week they informed me that the required parts have been ordered and it will available in a day or two. I also received a call stating that these works cannot be covered under warranty.

      The justification they have given for the same is that somebody has tried to repair the car. I tried to explained to them that during a long journey my car broke down in a remote location where I and my family remain stranded on with no help and knowing that there is no way this car problem could be sorted by an authorised centre on an immediate basis due to inaccessibility of a nearby service centre and onavailability of the spare part on an immediate basis. I took local help just to get the car back in motion so that I reach back to the city safely and give the car for repair.

      I have a question to Hyundai company. If in a normal scenario a reputed Hyundai service centre such as Modi Hyundai, located within the heart of Mumbai is unable provide spare parts for more than 10 days. The same people are advising me that I should have waited for them in that remote location help arrives from Hyundai.

      Is this justified, can I take risk on my family and continue to be stranded on the road for hours.

      What am I supposed to do in such situation ?. Now the officials of Modi Hyundai service centre have refused to repair and are demanding for money to get it repaired, where should I go for help? What wrong have I done that I been asked to pay when my car is in warranty period.

      It is a technique to harrass me just because I am holding a car which has been discontinued.

      Can I expect help here form Hyundai officials to look into the matter with utmost priority.

        In last 18th may'2016 i was deposited my hyundai creta for servicing due to some sound was occured from engine in mukesh hyundai servicing centre guwahati. I was purchased on 23rd january'2016. But till now they are not delivering my car. I m facing so much problem in my day to day life without my car. So please look the matter with urgency and hand over my car in a quick time.

          Hi,

          Advaith Hyundai outer ring road Bangalore was cheated me regarding cancellation charges. While booking they informed me that there is no cancellation charges during help desk call and then while paying the booking amount time also no one informed that there will be cancellation charges. I have been fallow up many times but no response and also sent many emails to [protected]@advaithhyundai.com but not got single response. I really feel very bad that 1st time I did wrong decision by selecting Hyundai brand. Other brand like Maruti, Mahendra, VW many other brand never charges and very transparent. Moreover it is not my mistake to cancel the Creta but Advaith people are not ready to wait for 2 week due to my internal process which caused price hiked by Hyundai 3 times. When I was been waited for more than 2 month Advaith is not even waiting for a week at least. These forced me to cancellation. Please do the needful ASAP. Please provide us confidence on Hyndai that it will not make unhappy to customer.
          The cancellation was done on Mar 30th 2016.

            I krishan pal chauhan, mob no. [protected], veh reg no. Hr43a8285, wish complaint that i visited hyundai service centre (Harsh autocare pvt. Ltd.) address:-delhi road nearmadhusudan public school, rewari, haryana.
            I had a problem with my vehicle that its clutch was continuously shaking whenever i rotated the steering wheel while the car was not moving. I reported the same to the authorised service centre above. They replaced the whole clutch assembly to resolve the problem. But i discovered that the problem didn't get resolved. I reported the same to them. Later they found that just due to the steering rod touching the the clutch. They then adjusted the configuration to solve my problem which could have been done at the first place. I had to pay them the whole amount for the replaced clutch assembly which i don't think was fair. So i kindly wish that you take some strict action against them and refund my money.

              Attitude of repair workers is not good.The initial date of delivery after repairs was conveyed to me was on may last week which was further delayed to June first week.On visit to service center on 10th June, there was no authorised person in the repair section who could entertain or answer my queries.The flaws in customer service of hyundai is not acceptable and causing major problems in my daily commutation to office.I want my car repaired by the 20th of this month failing which I shall lodge a complaint against the company services with the hyundai head office and insurance agencies. Please intervene and process repair works as soon as possible

                I had purchased a creta 1.6 crdi sx+auto in the month of march 2016 from your dealer m. G. F. Motors, ltd. Kochi. The registration no is kl-07-cf-7664. The vehicle has hardly covered 2500 kms, but within this time twice i had problems with the gear. I apprehend that it is a serious manufacturing defect. I have other vehicles from other manufacturers and all are automatic. But none has given me this trouble. I request you to seriously look into the matter and rectify the same permanently. I need your immediate action in this regard.

                  I have purchased car elite i20 in may, 2015 from triumph hyundai faridabad and it hardly run 6000 kilometres, regularly serviced at showroom service centre only and its tyre got bursed on 2nd june 2016. When asked for the reason they said due to less pressure in tyre it got bursed which is bull, i asked for the report of the basis of the judgement they provide me 50% discount on tyre purchase instead of the report, and the price are also too much high as compared to other dealers price. I have quotation of other dealer who provide me the same tyre for 3850 and triumph hyundai provide me for 5000. As the tyre was in warranty period i need replacement.

                  Please help
                  More then 9 days are passed when this incident happen, i am in great trouble please help

                    Hi my husband bought me car from kun hyundai hyderabad a sports model but within a month it started troubling me first the horn went then the gear become so hard that i used to struggle in between the traffic, it makes sound like an auto whole year i just visited to get the central locking key done, last month my car went for servicing picked it up after 3 or 4 days the very next days again the central locking went off, i just feel cheated to buy such a bad car and will always refer to everyone not to buy this particular company car.

                      I contacted to HImigiri Hyundai gurgaon . regarding to buy hyundai i-10 grand, but sales executive Shamim Doesn't provide me proper information and misbehaved during call he was talking to another peoples also, i also called at reception then receptionist said you will get a call back within 5 minutes but not get any call from their end. please take strict action against Himgiri hyundai.

                        It's regarding my hundai verna car.
                        My car run around 88520. By this i have to changed 3 times clutch plate costing every time around 20000 rupees. Company fitted only last more around 40000km. After that every time it's around every 15000km i have to change clutch plate.
                        What is this?, is this genuine parts i am getting from the company service centre. If it so it's very bad service i am getting from the company.

                        It's not a new car to me. It's 8th car to me. None of the car has given so much of problem to me.
                        I am not able to recollect any of the car i have to change the clutch plate. And i have sold all after using more then 100000km.
                        This car my god. It's not only the maintains problem, it's giving me my health issue. My left leg paining like any thing.
                        If this is the kind of gearbox company is making its very bad engineering.
                        I am going to suggest all my friends not to go for hyundai. I am live example with full prof.
                        May be other part r good. But gearbox horrible.
                        With that maintenance is going too high.
                        Every 15000km 20000 clutch plate + every 10000 km around 10000 service charge.
                        With that every 1km it cost us 7rs as maintenance. My god.
                        Overall my experience i got a very horrible car. It's going to be last hyundai car in my life. Both it's not good for my health & wealth.
                        I am going to sell this car.

                          Hi Team.

                          I gave my car to Shristi Hyundai, Rohtak for service on 8/6/2016 at 9 AM in the morning, I got a call from Shristi Hyundai at around 12 Noon that we hit your car from back side while reverse & back light, Bumper & back boot lock was completely damaged, when i visited them, they talk to me in a very rude manner & said we will get it fixed & till now they haven't started fixing it.
                          This is total bad behavior from the showroom dealer & there servicemen.
                          I need a compensation for that as my time is getting waste for that & why should i bear this pain.

                          I need a compensation for that or I will buy another car from Hyundai & the difference of the fix need to be deducted from the new car.
                          I want it to be done ASAP else I will ask my advocate to get it fixed legally. Contact me ASAP for a better solution.

                            My Uncle bought a Grand i10 car from Triumph Hyundai at Faridabad on 5th November 2015 .
                            His car engine stopped suddenly when i was driving on 15th April 2016 without showing any alarm and signal when i was going to Gurgaon.
                            Hyundai Road assistance picked my car from the spot and next day they told me it's ceased due to damage of intercooler pipe in the bottom of car whereas it's clearly a product issue which were recently in news .
                            And if the pipe is that much sensitive and important why it's at the place where anything can easily hit it while running on road ?

                            First, the Service guys at Triumph Hyundai said to me that it's consumer fault can't be covered from Insurance as they'll be liable for Pipe only engine can't be covered in this and Hyundai is also not responsible for this as it's not a mechanical fault .

                            I am Not sure if it's not a mechanical fault and not an accident so what is the cause of engine cease, it's really a fuzz-off.

                            Later, Service Guys told me that you'll be liable for this but we'll try to help you on this with some discount but you have to send a mail to our APSM for the same.
                            Meanwhile, i got to know that to mail the issue to Hyundai customer care and i have done the same on 18th April (Triumph Hyundai was trying to hide the issue from them and didn't reported this to 3 days since car engine ceased)

                            Service guys told me that you have done a wrong thing and why you have sent the issue to Hotline, it can be sorted among us, we'll still try to sort out if you can feel sorry to our APSM otherwise nothing can be done.
                            They have troubleshooted the issue and manipulated Hyundai Technical Team and tried to hide their fault which leads to rejection of my complaint.

                            I have attached all the images of inter cooler pipe which is not at right place and could be damaged due to it's bad ground crearence.


                            Please Don't go for Hyundai Grand i10 it's a worst car, very bad pickup, worst dealer service .

                              During the repair of my car at goyal Hyundai jugiana, ludhiana they returned my car almost after three months after lossing my back dicky original rack and whenver i asked for the same on telephone they simply replied with we are searching the same and even after three months they have not rerurned me. I have been mailed to Gitansh group as well hyundai india but no one has responded yet.

                              Further, they have also replaced the original fibre panel fitted at right hand side of back sheet from where the seat belt comes out. With damaged one.
                              Its really frustrating.

                              Please resolve the issue.

                                Respected sir/madam, i have purchased grand i10 megna from punjab hundai gandhinagar, gujarat on 10th april 2014. Now since last month means may 2016 the real left side power window doesn't work. When i contact punjab hundai, they told me that its warranty is expired on april 2016. They doesn't check window or wiring or which part is not working. They suggest me that you put your car in service then we check.

                                Is that real solution of this problem?

                                At least if i purchased car of 5 lack rs. Then they have not time to check its wiring but they direct tell warranty is over. Means what?

                                Please reply me as early as possible.

                                  I own a hyundai i 20 asta 2010 model. And on 17/05/2016 i noticed my abs sign flashing and not going off while driving. Alarmed of the situation of malfunction in abs i presented my vehicle at sant hyundai, ghudkari kangra (Hp). Mechanic service/engineer checked it thoroughly and explained that one of the hub of rear wheel (Part of abs system) needs replacement. At that time the part was not available with them and i was surprised that they were not ready to get the part ordered unless i deposit some money with them. As i'm worried that how ever trivial but it was a malfunction in brake system i deposited rs 1000, as advance money wide receipt no 24356 dated 19/05/2016. Till date i'm waiting a call from the workshop to get my defect to be rectified. On enquiry about said part i am told that the part is still not available and i can drive my vehicle without any concerns of safety.
                                  Is it really not important to have a functioning abs system in vehicle.
                                  And if it is required in vehicle then why don't they keep such parts in inventory.

                                    Hi I had bought a headlamp from a vendor, but unfortunately one of the headlamp have a water leakage inside (Water vapour issue), when i approached a vendor back to replace the headlamp, he is like there is no replacement of hyundai genuine parts, need to checkout is there is no replacement truely its annoying paying so much money and not getting the right product

                                      I want to inform you that on 03.05.2016 my car hyundai i10 numbered wb 06l7957 chasis number:malam51blfm622106c engine number:g4hgfm881294 which was purchased from bengal hyundai, parkstreet met an accident on dhulagarh highway as it hit a side way. After the accident the car was towed to your service centre in tiljala where mr. Vikas misra took the charge of the same.

                                      After the accident happened i saw mobile was leaking from the engine part as i visualized after opening the bonnet of the engine.

                                      Mr. Vikas misra on the first day told me that there may be some problem in the engine which may be caused due to the accident impact and that can only be revealed after the engine is tried to start manually.

                                      The next day i got a call from mr. Vikas misra that the engine was not seized as the engine parts were revolving and there may be some minor problem which they will find out.

                                      After that i again got a call from mr. Vikas that there was a problem in engine head and the engine needs to open and get fixed.

                                      After this i tried to get a know how from mr. Vikas that whether the accident caused any impact on the engine but for some days i was getting vivid answer from him and ultimately today he told me over phone that the accident didnot cause any impact on the engine.

                                      Now the question arises is that how can an engine which is not even a year old and also that of hyundai seizes without showing any indication on the meter.

                                      Now the product car which is not a thing that we buy everyday and that of also hyundai be of so low quality that it doesnot last even a year and even free servicings.

                                      Now a days in such a competitive world even when companies are providing guarantee for a pen also how can an engine fail within one year.

                                      I have used cars of brands maruti, chevrolet, mahindra but after using hyundai i feel i am getting the worst service in terms of product and service both.

                                      Please kindly ensure a proper guidance from your end so that i can regain my trust on the brand quality in both tangible and intangible end.


                                      It has been days (11 days) since i addressed a complaint to your end regarding my vehicle i10 num wb 06 l 7957 but to my utter disappointment i am yet to receive any solution from your end. Its really disappointing to receive such kind of service from a company like hyundai.

                                      I hope your company respects their customer so please kindly live up to my hope and find me a solution at the earliest.

                                        I am a single women staying alone in Delhi
                                        1)26th May, car met with an accident at the new Delhi railway station, at 7:30 pm, got it toyed to Himgiri Service station around 9:30;
                                        2) Upon reaching, I was asked to SUBMIT my original RC and car keys, one of the guards spoke very rudely, and misbehaved, when I refused, as without any receipt or documentation, I wasn’t ready to handover my original docs to someone (non official person); the head of the security, said, ‘aap car kahin aur le jao’, car which was toyed!! How could I take it myself and where? Time 10:00pm;
                                        3) Called the customer care service dept, to report the issue and advice towards documentation procedures, customer care rep took the called and disconnected in between, I never got through the cust care throughout the night;
                                        4) Called the customer care of Himgiri, no response, somehow got a contact of Mr Bisht, GM Service, and reported the issue, he took at least 45 mins to speak to people around namely, the HR, the body shop manager etc, time 10:45 pm, to give me a logical documentation procedure, since I had no choice I had to take a hand written note on the towing receipt, saying the RC and car keys have been deposited with the guard. Time: 11:00 pm.
                                        5) Reached home around 11:20 pm;
                                        In the above scenario, I was stranded for more than one and half hours in that alley all alone, struggling for all this…a women alone, in that dark alley, behind the metro station, where your people were incorporative, rude, disrespectful and with not empathy at all.
                                        6) 27th May, I go and sign all the documents, get my RC back; I get a message for initial survey from my insurer (ICICI Lombard) the same day, and get the registration for the claim by the evening. I am told by the person in contact Mr. Subhash ([protected]), that the repairs will not take more than a week.
                                        7)i never got a call from Mr. Subhash regarding any updates, if I called him & his number was busy, he wudnt even give a call back, I have been following with him every second day, (I have with me all the call records), for updation, 31st May he mentioned I will get it by Saturday the 4th of June.
                                        8) I called him on the 3 rd for confirmation, and he said another 2 days, but he will confirm by the same evening. Again no call back; I called him he dint pick my call 17:18 hrs. Called him again at 18:14 hrs, where he mentioned he dint give me any idea as in when I can get and said ‘do din ka aur time do’… which I presumed is the 5th of June, 2016.
                                        9) Sunday, 5th June I was told Tuesday, due to parts delay, which I did not get all, how come they get to know of delays whenever I am calling and following, but no one calls from your end to update me?
                                        10) Tuesday, called Mr. Subhash at 9:48 hrs, as to what time I will be receiving, he said he will call and confirm. Once again, waited till afternoon, when he called, he said there is a problem in the car and don’t know when it can be resolved, I will call and update…
                                        No clarity and the communication, in fact he said, aapki gaadi jaisi condition mein hain, main de deta hoon…
                                        Really? Im going to get my car in any condition it is... Even if it is not worth driving at that point?
                                        11) I spoke to the customer service person Ms Mradula ([protected]), she said she is goin to follow up and get back to me, I was told the next day 8th June, by 12 noon I was promised.
                                        12) 8th June, just before leaving I called Ms. Mradula, that I am going to leave, she said there is an issue, and the Body shop manager will be calling up, alas, no calls yet. Mr. Subhash whatsaaps me with pictures that the paint is drying and that I will recieve by 4:00 pm.
                                        I was not even told about facilities such as getting a spare car over the time period of the commited date, which I could have utilized, and infact would have been more patient and given more time if there was a genuine issue, but I wasn’t helped out in any manner in the overall scenario.
                                        This is Hyundai’s over all service and commitment, the response and communication to the customers, starting from the security guards, the manager etc etc.
                                        I am helpless, and need to amplify this case, even if it is social media, to show how after purchasing the car and having faith in the long term services, the customer goes through this kind of dilemma, hassels, inconveniences. Have paid on an average Rs 500 per day on my conveyance, thinking, its just a matter of few days, but the few days are never ending!! Im all by myself and new in this city, and have no personal help as well, and this is how after explaining to the team I am not getting any kind of relief and benefit out of the communication I am having.
