Respected Sir / Madam,

With reference to about subject we have serviced & maintenance work in our santafe car with your company authorized service center Concept Hyundai (Narol / Vishala) Ahmadabad Gujarat.

I Mr.Anuj Sharma. I am purchased my santafe suv car in year 2011, from your authorized company sales showroom in Ahmadabad Concept Hyundai.Till date today i drive my car 65000 Km (mileage).And sending my car time to time for service at your authorized service center.Last year in June 2015 some problem occurred in gear & clutch.At that time i went to your service center @ vishala, and meet to your service adviser & explained all problem related gear & clutch.He inspected my car after that he told me that sir, we have to change Flywheel, Disc clutch, clutch master cylinder & bearing too etc.He give the roughly esteemed amount near around Rs. 165000/- @ that time my car's KM 54449 (mileage).I agreed to pay what ever amount .After this service & replaced this parts my not works properly every time some issues come out like when i drive my car on the highway all ignition lights on & some times accelerate stuck not going more than 60"s speed Pick-up din't come properly .After this all issues i contact to your service center & replaced some sensor buttons switches at that time immediately. After that some day's ago on date 22-04-16.My car santafe when i was driving .car stopped in middle of road after that i contact road side assistance & called break down service tow the car to your service center, after that car is inspected by service adviser he called me explained that excel pully damper, ribbed belt is damaged we have to replace it sir, i said okey repair it. Before some day's ago again car stuck, stopped in middle of road in city heavy traffic, after this i contact hyundai RSA, they suggest me to start after some time 10-20 minutes n check radiator water too, after this i bring my car at you work shop .After inspected by service adviser he explained me that we have too change flywheel, disc clutch, clutch master cylinder & bearing too & given esteemed amount near 170000/- .Recently my car KM 65000 (mileage). Now let me know sir madam what can i do. My car is @ your company authorized service center ( concept hyundai) from last 15days. Nobody giving proper answer, not even your relation customer care officer to us.They just cheats us do'no how to treat customer .Every time says change this spare parts etc. And i just want too say that i had purchased 12 cars of hyundai brand But, after this all stuff i will never buy hyundai car in my future .In this matter i already contacts customer care but din't get response, i had register my complaint hyundai india (Ref.no.1_[protected].We are not satisfied with your concept hyundai dealership authorized service, Sales. I had many cars Audi, Ford, Maruti, Nissan never seen such problems like this.I am attaching my bills summary which i had paid to your work shop service center .If we can't get best response, we can go further procedure legal.

    I am having very bad experienced about your customer care services and executives because of my EON car have back side noise problems and very hard to suffering this time, i have many times complaint about your service center but result is same and do not needful service about us.

    Your company dealer also changed EON car suspension in past year and this suspension model is rubber type.

      I bought hyundai creta 1.6 sx+ reg no. Gj6 jq 9063 eng no : d4fbfm466298 vin no. Malc381ulfm046177 brought from down town motors vadodara on 29/12/2015.
      Sir i am facing a severe problem with the performance of the tyres of hyundai creta, there has been two serious incidents firstly while i was driving on a highway a big metal piece which was totally blunt created a huge puncture on rear right hand side tyre and puncture shop advised to change the tyre as the tyre was very severely damaged and it was risk first i thought to complain but after that i let it go as one such error occurs in few circumstances. On 29/05/2016 while traveling on express highway along with my family suddenly car air conditioner compressor stopped working in running car. We approach downtown vadodara workshop and got free replacement of air compressor from company and also got car washed and tyre pressure checked at hyundai workshop. We took a delivery from down town hyundai workshop on 2/06/2016.
      But on 4/06/2016 i was travelling on a national express highway along with my wife and 11 month old child suddenly rear left hand side tyre busted from side had survived from a major accident in the happening and thank god the traffic on that moment was less. Now i again contacted the down town motors they said to contact kumoho tyers. When we contacted kumoho dealer we got a reply on phone that tyres do not come under warranty and tyres are one thing that no company provides warranty. For their information all the company (Bridgestone, good year, apollo etc) each company provides warranty and such was the case why did not they tell me this while booking of the car. We buy hyundai because of the trust in the brand and now i feel completely betrayed as the tyre provided in creta has no dealer in vadodara and not even available in gujarat. We received report from kumoho dealer after one week of complain in that report problem cause mention as below
      1. Cut from sharp object/ sudden cornering on the rough road – how can a sharp object cut from side of the tyre in national express highway in middle of the road. I agree with you in case of car crash on divider of off road accident occurs which is not applicable in our case because accident not occurs in our case. There is no quotation on rough road in middle of the national express highway. If you observe the attach picture then there is 2 big whole (Cuts) on tyre at some distance if it was cut from sharp object then one cut should be there.
      2. Excessive deformation of the sidewall from improper air pressure
      And overloading – for your kind information when incident occurs only 3 passenger was there in the car and regarding improper air pressure we took delivery of our car from hyundai down town vadodara service station on 2/06/2016 so how can improper air pressure occurs???

      I am in a shock how can a reputed company like hyundai can buy such low quality tyres who has been held responsible if anything would have happened to me or my family members. I do not blame down town motors employee or as they are not properly trained to handle a customer and his issues it is the top brass who is to be blamed who have failed to train their employee. I want my tyres to be replaced as soon as possible. I am writing to you with great hope that you will solve my issue
      I have purchased creta and today de very much problem in Tyres very low quality of tyre has been used companies taking money but not providing the spare parts there like tyres I want my tyres to be changed can anybody company executive sees complaint kindly take action number is[protected]
      i bought creta in aug 2017.. tyres used by company are of very low quality. tyres got punctured from side a very rare site.. how can i got them changed.. pls help

          I had given my car (Hyundai verna ka01me8615) for body shop work to advaith hyundai at itpl yesterday (June 13th). I had clearly told them that it's urgent for me to get the car ready by june 14th and same was committed by service manager. The committed delivery time was 6pm june 14th. To keep the whole process short and quick, i decided to pay from pocket and not involve insurance to keep the delivery time as short as possible. Today (June 14th) at 6:30pm i was told that car part (Bumper) has not arrived and it will take 1 more day. I requested for alternate arrangement (Cab) so my family doesn't suffer when travelling but there's no arrangement for that. There is no sensitivity to customer inconvenience - that's all i can say. Very very disappointed with this experience.

            I have Hyundai Eon 2nd in line from top model of Eon. I bought the car in 2013. The car has hardly been driven the distance of 15, 000kms in total span of 3 years. within 2 years of the car it started giving me problem with company fitted stereo system. when I got I checked they mechanic said that they will have change the whole panel of it. Now, as of yesterday my car was parked in office parking. The moment I got in to my car and I started my ignition, the car just bounced. started giving wired sound and the steering wheel was totally out of control. Hyundai workstation was 15kms away, How I drove is best known to me. upon checking it was declared that EPS has failed and it has to be changed. that attracted a immediate expense of 7800/- which I had to pay.

              Sir, I purchased Hundai car grand i10 from SAS hundai(dealer), lucknow, up on
              31st oct 2016. My excess amount deposited to the dealer was refunded to me after 4 months after lot of follow up.
              In this seven months my vehicle was repaired approx 15to 20 times irrespective it is mallfuntioning. Employes of the dealer (SAS), near amausi airport, kanpur rd, lucknow are irresponsible, unskilled.
              As a customer i attached to the renowned brand but sorry to say got very poor picture of the company .
              So now its my humble request to cancel the purchase & refund the paid amount.My vehicle registration no is UP32GQ7543 in the name of Mrs Sarita Tewari

                This is to inform you that few days back I had given my sonata car to Modi Hyundai service centre for repair work. It is to be note that my car is under warranty.

                I have been facing grave issue due to unavailability of the car spare parts with Modi Hyundai ever since I approached them. It takes a minimum of 1 week to 10 days from the time they order for it .

                This time when I took the car for ignition issue and also there were issues with the cooling and warming temperatures for all four seats. As usual they told me that they will be ordering the parts and it will take longer time since it is a rare car. Just because the car has been discontinued as a customer I could do nothing but wait. After having waited for more than a week they informed me that the required parts have been ordered and it will available in a day or two. I also received a call stating that these works cannot be covered under warranty.

                The justification they have given for the same is that somebody has tried to repair the car. I tried to explained to them that during a long journey my car broke down in a remote location where I and my family remain stranded on with no help and knowing that there is no way this car problem could be sorted by an authorised centre on an immediate basis due to inaccessibility of a nearby service centre and onavailability of the spare part on an immediate basis. I took local help just to get the car back in motion so that I reach back to the city safely and give the car for repair.

                I have a question to Hyundai company. If in a normal scenario a reputed Hyundai service centre such as Modi Hyundai, located within the heart of Mumbai is unable provide spare parts for more than 10 days. The same people are advising me that I should have waited for them in that remote location help arrives from Hyundai.

                Is this justified, can I take risk on my family and continue to be stranded on the road for hours.

                What am I supposed to do in such situation ?. Now the officials of Modi Hyundai service centre have refused to repair and are demanding for money to get it repaired, where should I go for help? What wrong have I done that I been asked to pay when my car is in warranty period.

                It is a technique to harrass me just because I am holding a car which has been discontinued.

                Can I expect help here form Hyundai officials to look into the matter with utmost priority.

                  In last 18th may'2016 i was deposited my hyundai creta for servicing due to some sound was occured from engine in mukesh hyundai servicing centre guwahati. I was purchased on 23rd january'2016. But till now they are not delivering my car. I m facing so much problem in my day to day life without my car. So please look the matter with urgency and hand over my car in a quick time.

                    Advaith Hyundai outer ring road Bangalore was cheated me regarding cancellation charges. While booking they informed me that there is no cancellation charges during help desk call and then while paying the booking amount time also no one informed that there will be cancellation charges. I have been fallow up many times but no response and also sent many emails to [protected]@advaithhyundai.com but not got single response. I really feel very bad that 1st time I did wrong decision by selecting Hyundai brand. Other brand like Maruti, Mahendra, VW many other brand never charges and very transparent. Moreover it is not my mistake to cancel the Creta but Advaith people are not ready to wait for 2 week due to my internal process which caused price hiked by Hyundai 3 times. When I was been waited for more than 2 month Advaith is not even waiting for a week at least. These forced me to cancellation. Please do the needful ASAP. Please provide us confidence on Hyndai that it will not make unhappy to customer.
                    The cancellation was done on Mar 30th 2016.

                      I krishan pal chauhan, mob no. [protected], veh reg no. Hr43a8285, wish complaint that i visited hyundai service centre (Harsh autocare pvt. Ltd.) address:-delhi road nearmadhusudan public school, rewari, haryana.
                      I had a problem with my vehicle that its clutch was continuously shaking whenever i rotated the steering wheel while the car was not moving. I reported the same to the authorised service centre above. They replaced the whole clutch assembly to resolve the problem. But i discovered that the problem didn't get resolved. I reported the same to them. Later they found that just due to the steering rod touching the the clutch. They then adjusted the configuration to solve my problem which could have been done at the first place. I had to pay them the whole amount for the replaced clutch assembly which i don't think was fair. So i kindly wish that you take some strict action against them and refund my money.

                        Attitude of repair workers is not good.The initial date of delivery after repairs was conveyed to me was on may last week which was further delayed to June first week.On visit to service center on 10th June, there was no authorised person in the repair section who could entertain or answer my queries.The flaws in customer service of hyundai is not acceptable and causing major problems in my daily commutation to office.I want my car repaired by the 20th of this month failing which I shall lodge a complaint against the company services with the hyundai head office and insurance agencies. Please intervene and process repair works as soon as possible

                          I had purchased a creta 1.6 crdi sx+auto in the month of march 2016 from your dealer m. G. F. Motors, ltd. Kochi. The registration no is kl-07-cf-7664. The vehicle has hardly covered 2500 kms, but within this time twice i had problems with the gear. I apprehend that it is a serious manufacturing defect. I have other vehicles from other manufacturers and all are automatic. But none has given me this trouble. I request you to seriously look into the matter and rectify the same permanently. I need your immediate action in this regard.

                            I have purchased car elite i20 in may, 2015 from triumph hyundai faridabad and it hardly run 6000 kilometres, regularly serviced at showroom service centre only and its tyre got bursed on 2nd june 2016. When asked for the reason they said due to less pressure in tyre it got bursed which is bull, i asked for the report of the basis of the judgement they provide me 50% discount on tyre purchase instead of the report, and the price are also too much high as compared to other dealers price. I have quotation of other dealer who provide me the same tyre for 3850 and triumph hyundai provide me for 5000. As the tyre was in warranty period i need replacement.

                            Please help
                            More then 9 days are passed when this incident happen, i am in great trouble please help

                              Hi my husband bought me car from kun hyundai hyderabad a sports model but within a month it started troubling me first the horn went then the gear become so hard that i used to struggle in between the traffic, it makes sound like an auto whole year i just visited to get the central locking key done, last month my car went for servicing picked it up after 3 or 4 days the very next days again the central locking went off, i just feel cheated to buy such a bad car and will always refer to everyone not to buy this particular company car.

                                I contacted to HImigiri Hyundai gurgaon . regarding to buy hyundai i-10 grand, but sales executive Shamim Doesn't provide me proper information and misbehaved during call he was talking to another peoples also, i also called at reception then receptionist said you will get a call back within 5 minutes but not get any call from their end. please take strict action against Himgiri hyundai.

                                  It's regarding my hundai verna car.
                                  My car run around 88520. By this i have to changed 3 times clutch plate costing every time around 20000 rupees. Company fitted only last more around 40000km. After that every time it's around every 15000km i have to change clutch plate.
                                  What is this?, is this genuine parts i am getting from the company service centre. If it so it's very bad service i am getting from the company.
                                  Here is my car no please check

                                  It's not a new car to me. It's 8th car to me. None of the car has given so much of problem to me.
                                  I am not able to recollect any of the car i have to change the clutch plate. And i have sold all after using more then 100000km.
                                  This car my god. It's not only the maintains problem, it's giving me my health issue. My left leg paining like any thing.
                                  If this is the kind of gearbox company is making its very bad engineering.
                                  I am going to suggest all my friends not to go for hyundai. I am live example with full prof.
                                  May be other part r good. But gearbox horrible.
                                  With that maintenance is going too high.
                                  Every 15000km 20000 clutch plate + every 10000 km around 10000 service charge.
                                  With that every 1km it cost us 7rs as maintenance. My god.
                                  Overall my experience i got a very horrible car. It's going to be last hyundai car in my life. Both it's not good for my health & wealth.
                                  I am going to sell this car.

                                    Hi Team.

                                    I gave my car to Shristi Hyundai, Rohtak for service on 8/6/2016 at 9 AM in the morning, I got a call from Shristi Hyundai at around 12 Noon that we hit your car from back side while reverse & back light, Bumper & back boot lock was completely damaged, when i visited them, they talk to me in a very rude manner & said we will get it fixed & till now they haven't started fixing it.
                                    This is total bad behavior from the showroom dealer & there servicemen.
                                    I need a compensation for that as my time is getting waste for that & why should i bear this pain.

                                    I need a compensation for that or I will buy another car from Hyundai & the difference of the fix need to be deducted from the new car.

                                      My Uncle bought a Grand i10 car from Triumph Hyundai at Faridabad on 5th November 2015 .
                                      His car engine stopped suddenly when i was driving on 15th April 2016 without showing any alarm and signal when i was going to Gurgaon.
                                      Hyundai Road assistance picked my car from the spot and next day they told me it's ceased due to damage of intercooler pipe in the bottom of car whereas it's clearly a product issue which were recently in news .
                                      And if the pipe is that much sensitive and important why it's at the place where anything can easily hit it while running on road ?

                                      First, the Service guys at Triumph Hyundai said to me that it's consumer fault can't be covered from Insurance as they'll be liable for Pipe only engine can't be covered in this and Hyundai is also not responsible for this as it's not a mechanical fault .

                                      I am Not sure if it's not a mechanical fault and not an accident so what is the cause of engine cease, it's really a fuzz-off.

                                      Later, Service Guys told me that you'll be liable for this but we'll try to help you on this with some discount but you have to send a mail to our APSM for the same.
                                      Meanwhile, i got to know that to mail the issue to Hyundai customer care and i have done the same on 18th April (Triumph Hyundai was trying to hide the issue from them and didn't reported this to 3 days since car engine ceased)

                                      Service guys told me that you have done a wrong thing and why you have sent the issue to Hotline, it can be sorted among us, we'll still try to sort out if you can feel sorry to our APSM otherwise nothing can be done.
                                      They have troubleshooted the issue and manipulated Hyundai Technical Team and tried to hide their fault which leads to rejection of my complaint.

                                      I have attached all the images of inter cooler pipe which is not at right place and could be damaged due to it's bad ground crearence.


                                      Please Don't go for Hyundai Grand i10 it's a worst car, very bad pickup, worst dealer service .

                                        During the repair of my car at goyal Hyundai jugiana, ludhiana they returned my car almost after three months after lossing my back dicky original rack and whenver i asked for the same on telephone they simply replied with we are searching the same and even after three months they have not rerurned me. I have been mailed to Gitansh group as well hyundai india but no one has responded yet.

                                        Further, they have also replaced the original fibre panel fitted at right hand side of back sheet from where the seat belt comes out. With damaged one.
                                        Its really frustrating.

                                        Please resolve the issue.
