    I have brought Hyundai I20 asta top model in Feb 2015. I used to look after vehicle very well and two services were done within stipulated time. On 28th Sep 2015 at 1:05 am vehicle caught extreme fire due to internal short circuit . I had already complaint to fire brigade and police within 5 to 10 min during the incident but by the time fire brigade came to site, total vehicle was destroyed completely. I have lodged complaint with Hyundai motor at 2:am on same day and subsequently to insurance company that is HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co. Ltd. but no prompt action has been initiated from the manufacture nor the insurance company .

      1. complain aboubt one of the tyre issues of my verna car two month ago but no resolution get till date. 2.Yesterday when i was driving my car the galss of left front window broke automatically.called to premier hyundai bls not able to a proper guidence.spare parts not avaialable.If we will order, it will take 7 days atleast to get the item i:e; i need to run my vechile for 7 days without glass. No body is responding properly. In this balasore market, other service segment or car dealer are providing very good services whereas the hyundai has opned few months back but not having a quick response to a customer who is in a trouble. Need a resolution for the my two complain

        I purchased anew camodel eonin2013.as promised by the sale staff rs 20 th were to be refunded on sale of my old car but on submission of required papers, dealer refused to honour on the plea that it was not punched in the computer, which was their job only. They have not even replied to my complaint

          I have running hours of just 1250km in 2 years and the power steering has failed. The service technician informed me that since the vehicle is out of warranty, I will have to pay Rs. 7000/- approx. for changing the electrical steering motor. On further investigation found that the carbon brush for the motor has developed fault, but since the carbon brush cannot be replaced individually, the full motor has to be replaced which will cost whopping Rs. 6000 +. And it is ridiculous that the motor should develop fault at just 1259 km of running !! I think Hyundai sould definitely replace it free of charge .

              Dear sir I.purchase a xcent petrol vehicle in Laxmi Hundai. Rajahmundry. Andhra Pradesh .East Godavari. In a may 2014. At the time of purchase the sales person told me the vehicle is equped with 1.2.Kappa engine it gives uptimam pixh up along with asome millage around 19kms in highway conditions .I.run my vehicle about 6780 kms only .but the vehicle not up to the mark it gives 14 kms per litre .poor pickup .the service person said that the vehicle was very big to that engine that's why the vehicle was gives only 14 kms along with poor pickup So why the stats give the vehicle fives 19 kms per litre with good pick up.                 Sir, With due respect i would like to inform you that i am a owner of Hyundai Xcent. The said vehicle met with a road traffic Accident on 01/07/2015 and therefore i give it to Hyundai authorized service center situated at Rongajan in dist- Golaghat, Assam for making it but till date they not provide me any service and the service persons all the time answer me that parts of Hyundai xcent are not available. is it true? being an advocate before going to file any consumer case i want to know is the parts of Hyundai Xcent are really not available or the service center mislead me. I am very much unsatisfied with the service. As per my advice more than 3 people buy Hyundai xcent but in this situation how can i say to other persons that hyundai have good service towards its customer?

                    I am an owner of Hyundai i20( KL 22 F 120). On July 13th my car was found with some missing problem and so I phoned road side assistance from Popular Hyundai and one technician arrived and checked the vehicle. He was unable to find the mistake and asked me to take the vehicle to their service centre and I did the same. As the time was 7pm no technicians were available.14th morning they checked the vehicle and told me that the problem occurred due to the increased engine oil. They told me that they could clear the problem only after repairing the engine. I told the technicians that the engine oil was last changed on Feb 2015 and also the vehicle had completed more than 7000 – 8000Kms. Now the service technician told me that if the engine oil is high it will get reflected after so many Kms only. So I was not willing to do the service there as the engine oil was changed by Hilton Hyundai on Feb 2015 and no other engine oil changes had been done after that. Also due to Hilton’s mistake I don’t want to spent money from my side. So I called Hilton and told the problems and asked them to take the vehicle from Popular Hyundai to clear the issue. But the adviser behaved very roughly towards me and told me that they are not responsible for anything and they won’t do anything regarding this issue. He told that last time I took the vehicle to Pothens for some bumper work and so he asked me to take the vehicle to Pothens Service centre. Also I called the Service Manager (Hilton) and told the problem. He too behaved in the same manner as the adviser and he told me to do whatever I like and they are not responsible for this. But I know very well that I dint changed the oil at Pothens or from any other service centers. It was Hilton only who changed the oil. When I told the issue to the advisor he told me that there won’t be any problem even though the oil is high. But both Pothens and Popular told that if the oil is high it may cause this type of issue. Hilton Hyundai did not take the vehicle from there and so I asked Popular to keep the vehicle there for one more day. But one executive from Popular was not willing to do the same .He told me that they could keep the vehicle there only if they do the work otherwise no matter no matter anything happens they won’t keep the vehicle there. The executive behaved as he had some personal grudge against me due to some service problem that arrived earlier. So I called Regional Office and told all the problems. At that day I did not get any call or anything. Instead the next day I got a call from Vishnu (CRM Popular) saying that they had a call from Regional Office and they had asked to do the service there itself and to clear all the issues asap. So I asked him to be responsible for everthing that happens to my car from that time and he agreed. I asked him when will I get the vehicle back and he promised to deliver the vehicle within 10 Days. On 27th July I mailed to Customer relations mentioning that I dint get the vehicle even after 12 days. In that I clearly mentioned that I have hired a car for my own use and so I need the payment for that. On 28th I got a call from Vishnu saying that they cant do any payment for the car which I have hired. At that time his way of talking was not fair towards me. He told me that they will surely deliver the vehicle by 31st July. Unfortunately I dint get the vehicle on 31st. So I called Regional Office and told all the problems. I asked her (Deva Prabha) to give the number of Regional Head but she was not willing to do the same. So I asked her to arrange a call from him to me. But till this date I did not get any call from Regional Office. Also in my mail I mentioned for a call back from Hyundai directly and not from the dealers. I did not get any call or reply from Hyundai also. I contacted customer care also many times regarding the issue but everything was the same only. Again on 3rd August I called Vishnu and now he told me that some more parts has to arrive and so he will surely deliver the vehicle on 7th August. I waited till 8th July. But I did not get ant reply from Vishnu or Popular Team. So I again called Regional Office Cochin and once again reported the same issue. She behaved very badly towards me. She dint even tell a word regarding the vehicle instead kept silent for more than 15 minutes. She is in such a manner that ‘you do whatever you can but nothing is going to happen to us regarding your complaint’. On 10th August Vishnu again contacted a told me that they will deliver the vehicle on 11th or 12th August. I waited till 13th August and mailed to Customer Relations mentioning the issues caused but did not get any reply from anyone. I again mailed on 14th August mentioning the same issue but the thing was the same only. Now I was little bit angry and called Regional Office and Deva Prabha told me that they can’t do anything if the dealers disagree to do the compensation or anything like that. She asked me to register a complaint against Popular Hyundai for compensation. So as suggested by Regional Office I had registered the complaint against Popular Hyundai. Even after registering the complaint they were not willing to do the compensation. On 17th morning Vishnu again contacted me and told me that the delay was due to non availability of parts and he agreed to deliver the vehicle on 21st August. On 17th also Vishnu told me that they can’t do any compensation. He also told me that if I want anything more than that go with Regional Office or anyone and he can’t do anything more than that. But when I called the Regional office they are saying that they can’t do anything regarding the issue. I trusted the Brand Hyundai but what I got in return was really pathetic. Don’t treat a customer like this anymore. Till this date I did not get my vehicle or even a call from any higher authorities enquiring on the problem. I think the Regional office at Cochin is really useless. Again from that day I contacted customer care but did not get any reply from anyone. On 27th morning I called customer care and it was after that call I got a call from the Service Manager Popular Hyundai. This was for the first that he contacted me since my vehicle was at the service centre. He asked what my concern is and he told me pay the rent for the car which I have hired. He also promised me to provide a courtesy car on 31st august. But as usual no reply from anyone even after September 2nd.So I called back and they told me that the Manager resigned the job and so they will check and let me know the details. After that Vishnu again phoned me and told that he will surely arrange the courtesy car by 3rd August. On 4th he told me that they will provide me an Eon which I neglected. I asked him to provide i20 or other higher range cars. He told me that he will check and arrange the vehicle asap. But I don’t know why they don’t promise words. Again I did not get any call from him. Instead I waited and phoned him on 9th September and he told me that he will arrange the vehicle by 10th itself. Also I asked him when will I get the vehicle and he told me that they he will deliver my car before 17th September. But till this time I did not get my vehicle or even the courtesy car. On 23rd September or 24th I found a caution notice regarding the closure of all Hilton Hyundai Branches. So I called customer care and enquired the details and asked them to arrange a call back from Hyundai representatives other than dealers to call me. Also now they are not ready to deliver me the rent for all the days. Instead they are saying that they can provide rent for only 15 days. Now what I want is I want my vehicle back instead I need the compensation from Hyundai. Because it’s not due to my fault the vehicles problem arrived. It was due to the mistake done by your service centre (Both Hilton and Popular). Due to the mistake from your service centre I am suffering. Before 3-4 months I had the best relationship from Hyundai but really sad to say that it was the worst relationship which I am experiencing now. And also I don’t want to deal with any of the Hyundai Products. I lost all my trust and faith which I was having for Hyundai.

                        Hello This is Mohammad Iqbal Wani from Srinagar, i booked creta car dated 29 August in KC Hyundai Hyderpora Srinagar and paid Rs 50000 in cash as booking amount, the sales guys assured me delivery after one month approx..initially i insisted for automatic but the sales guys discouraged for automatic version by telling that it will be available by november at earliest..so i went for SX+ as a compromise. Today on 21 september i called the sales guys and they are telling me it will be dispatched in october3rd week. For their information i told them that a friend of mine booked the automatic version last week from you and he got the car delivered today only, the reason being best known to your dealer only but i personally can smell the rat (what has happened in the case). Two more doctor collegues of mine also booked the manual versions after me and got their cars delivered. Finally now i am going to cancel my booking with a bitter note but i request you please see into these corruption matters and avoid this sales corruption and mismanagement. Can provide you the names for reference if you wish who booked car after me but got it deliverd within fortnight. Thanks Sent from my iPhone

                          I booked a creta- suv on 26-8-15 on payment Rs 50000/-. as per the oral assurance given by the sales manager to me that on full payment i will get the vehicle before[protected]. on that basis, i remitted the entire amount of Rs 1338613 on or before 8-9-2015. on inquiry, i came to know that the vehicle is not yet released/ ordered in my name. it is therefore requested you take immediate steps to release the vehicle within 3 days, i will be constrained to initiate cancellation of my vehicle. Then i am entitled for interest for the entire amount from the date of remittance itself, which may please avoid. Anjana, Krishnanjnam, Near mannadi temple, palachuvadu, kakkanad.PO, Ernakulam-30, kerala, india.
                          Did you got your Car. I have placed an order on Popular Hyundai on 21stAug and made full payment on 04th Sept. Till now i haven't got my Car and even dealer is not able to provide an update. So i am planning to proceed legally against Hyundai and Popular. If you have any information on it pls share with me.

                            Hello, We got the car delivered on 20th August 2015, these people have done temporary registration 15 days prior to delivery which made us hurry for the permanent registration and we had to pay tax of Rs. 817 for one day. Due to this we could not select the number we want but had to helplessly accept whatever has been given. They say that After doing the permanent registration the number plate was couriered to us, Its been 10 days that we didn't receive it. We have called them six times and we have got very rude answers from the executive. The same executive who was polite during sales is rude now after his work is accomplished. I was about to recommend Advaith Hyundai to two of my friends, But after experiencing such rude behavior and bad service, i have changed my mind. I want justification for the problem. Regards, Pooja

                              Car no - GJ 6 FK 5958 – Santa Fe – bought in February 2013
                              Glass Splintering – Driver Side Window
                              1. 1st August 2015 – Please note that the glass of the driver side window first collapsed or got shattered or disintegrated when the car Santa Fe was at your dealer – Aldiam Motor’s workshop. Our car Santa Fe was sent to Aldiam, Vadodara for replacement of clutch plate and on 1st August 2015, we got a call from Aldiam that there has been a case of splintering of glass on the driver side window when the car was in the garage of Aldiam. The dealership replaced the same.
                              2. 28th August 2015 – On 28th August 2015 evening, with a noise the glass started disintegrating again and flew like shrapnel to our driver’s face whom we managed to sway out of danger. There was no impact of any kind. Slowly the whole glass disappeared into pieces. It seemed surreal and we were driving at very slow pace coming into city in Vadodara at Fatehgunj after VUDA office. Two times in one month – can’t be a coincidence – bad manufacturing or bad service. It was for all of you to decide. Again the dealer replaced the same; after initially saying Hyundai refuses to do so.
                              3. 19th September 2015 – Just got off the Ahmedabad Toll Exit from Vadodara. Same glass splintered again. Are you guys serious about the problem? Car driven to Concept Hyundai, Ahmedabad; under advise of Aldiam. Wow!

                                I payed full amount of Xcent model of Hyundai through my company. Dealer is global gallery, Mumbai. I was promised delivery of vehicle in 15 days but today it is 40th day and these thugs are not even confirming the date of delivery. I raised the issue to Mr. Joseph of hyundai but he is worst of the salesman. He is not answering the calls nor replies on the mail. I had many heated discussion with Mr.sohrab and ms.vidhi of global gallery but I simply ended having frustration and high BP . these are bunch of thugs who do not care about customer once they have cornered money.

                                    I have purchased Hyundai Verna Fluidic. Since I have purchased I am facing a problem of Clutch Plate. I have complained about it from the first service itself. Till now I have changed Clutch plates two times and still I am facing the same problem and company is not taking the claim.                                       12.03.2015 my car eon eraplus accidented and repair the above on the cost of 100000 works manger tellvehi.showroom condition but same deliverd day vehicle breakdown after one month w.manager tell engine cover break oil leak piston damage this is not my resposibility they have very careless in his work i want to repair my vehicle in thier own cost

                                        I bought a Hyundai i20 car from Ritu Hyundai - Kalyan in the year 2013. My car has been used very little during this time since it has only covered 3000 kms. Recently it started showing signs of the clutch getting stuck at odd times. Then a couple of days ago it stopped in the middle of the road three times during a day. We approached the incompetent dealer who gave invalid reasons for the cause which I'm going to request in writing. Instead they suggested they need to replace the clutch and to buy warranty. We called the Hyundai Customer Complaint number to take care of this since this is a MANUFACTURING DEFECT which IF IGNORED ENDANGERS THE LIVES OF PASSENGERS both in and out of the vehicle. The response from customer care representative (part of the complaint cell) was appalling and had no sense of responsibility. I have raised a ticket as well but they say they haven't received any complaint yet, which is ludicrous since they are either incompetent to read or their customer service application is seriously flawed. I live outside of the country but my parents use the car in India and hence it is all the more important to me that the car that they travel is absolutely safe. I believe the same Hyundai may respond in a more professional manner if I had raised a complaint in the place where I live. Hence I expect the same professional treatment to customer complaints throughout the world. I have seen Hyundai forums where many cars like Verna are having the same clutch problems. If it were the US then there would be a class action but they would have pro-actively recalled the cars before such an action. Hence I opted to register a complaint in this website so that it gets added to the existing list of complaints and may be there is some collective outcome. Thank you very much for providing this platform.
