We have booked a new hyundai i20 active(petrol base model) before a month and it was decided that they will give it on 17 sep 2015(Ganesh chathurti) at 7.00 am and taken advanced from us for the booking of car. Because of their assurance to give a car on 17 sep we have not dealed it with any another company. But now they are refusing that the car is not in stock. They only take the order and not completing it. I request you to please take action as soon as possible.

    Prakash Hyundai, Nizamabad, I K Shiban Singh, Car bearing No.AP-25, AJ-1503, car was service on 03/2015 (car was run for 18, 000/- KM) and delver the same day car was run for 20 KM after the Grey not working the same problem to inform the service advior by name is Venod the advior was advice the car came back to service center the problem not slow and car delver, again the same problem inform the service advior by name is Venod, now the car service is completed again approach the service center the advior is inform me Grey Box oil seal is damage and clutch also damage now packing problem for Rs. 10, 000/- car was run for total KM 29, 000/- my Ph.       I bought i20 vtvt magna around months ago and I'm trying to get it registered under R.T.O. but they say it is not approved. Im saying how they can sell a vehicle if it is not approved by R.T.O.? I bought i20 from K.C. Hyundai jammu. Please see into it.

        My car UP61 V4858 was overheated on d way in Jaunpur when I was traveling vd my family. It was abt to fired.Till then it's standing in Venktesh hyundai Jaunpur n no any proper response from company as well as Service center despite I complained 4 times on Toll Free. It's totally defected car as I have wasted abt ₹ 50000 just in last 6 months.

        Grand i10 is totally inbuilt defected car. no one should buy this. It is totally wastage of money. It is completly unsafe car.

            Dear Sir, I purchased a Hyundai Verna (Diesel) Top variant car in April 2015. In first month, I got first service of my car and I complained the dealer about its poor barking system. The service people accepted that there was some problem in the braking system and they have corrected it now. But after few days i.e. within first month of the purchase, I met with an accident due to poor braking system. I informed the dealer and car was repaired in 3 weeks time, I had to claim insurance for the same. Since then I have been facing problem with the braking system. I informed the service manager about the same but he kept denying the fact and assured that there is no problem in the braking system. Same day he called me up and said that during washing of my car, his employees parked the car on ramp with a hand-brake and the car suddenly slipped and banged on the lift. Its windshield was broken. Then, he realized the problem of braking system and he again assured that they have replaced every possible spare part of the braking system. But the problem still exists in the car. I would like to bring it to your kind notice because our lives are on stake, please take a necessary action otherwise, I will have to take a legal opinion in this case.               Torque sensor in steering column

              Hi, Name is shylendra singh having verna fluidic bearing car number KA04MK 3727 is having problems from past 2 days, my EPS in the dash board gets on and steering the vehicle has become a nightmare . Trident Hyundai - Seshadripuram service center says that I have to change the entire column, which costs 27k .               Dear Sir, We own an Hyundai i20 since last three years with registration number GJ 1 RA 6374. We are facing a big technical problem since the day of First service. The problem is of continuous jerks when we drive the vehicle in second gear, we have submitted our request to Sharma Hyundai and Concept Hyundai for several times. We have been requesting them to allow us for a different vehicle test drive of same make to prove that there is a problem in the vehicle that we own . We have not been allowed to do so . On the very first instance when we recognized the problem we offered them for a unit change, company said that there is no issue and it will get resolved. Request your kind help in order to resolve the issue as we are now forced to sell the vehicle which is only 47k Km old and this is quite a new condition to sell for a luxurious vehicle without any consumer fault.                 I send my car for repair first time to 'Koncept Hyundai' for condenser replacement. But even then the cooling was not proper. After that i got a call from them and i have given my feedback and they apologies for that and then again I trusted and send my car for first service, but when i went there to take delivery of my car after service, i saw a scratch on my front panel which was attached to bumper. It's not even been a month that i have purchased this elite i20 and you guys are putting scratches on my car. And even after asking them, the advisor 'NAVEEN SINGH, were making excuses that you came late by one day for your car that's why the car got scratched, tell me one thing that if I would have been five days late it means you can do anything like dent my car or even may destroy or break the glass etc. this is not the way. And after that i have gone to GM 'K K Mathew' he said that we will do the paint job on that and then I agree because that time I don't have any other option but you know that value of painted car become down. And that should be considered as painted. But now I want that piece to be original one which comes with a new car i.e painted from direct Hyundai Company not from dealer. And also I want some compensation amount, or else I will suggest everyone that not to use the service of 'KONCEPT HYUNDAI' and also i will post on your official blog on every social network. I am waiting for your quick response.

                This same mail has already been sent to KONCEPT HYUNDAI, then I got a call from their customer care manager ADITYA, he was again saying that we can only repaint, take your decision fast as we have to close the complaint, it seems that they guys are doing just formality, they're not bothered. I want strict action against them.

                  Hi, a support for the radiator, fan and engine under the pumper has got broken within three months of car delivered. Hyundai grand i10 sports and now the expected expenditure is around Rs.25, 000/-. dealer of the car is triedent hyundai, bangalore and there was not enough justification for the issue and in a such a part of the car was manufactured.                     I had deposited my Hyundai SANTRO DL10CD 6759 on 30.08.2015 in Fortune Hyundai, Meerut for accidental repairing. they had committed to deliver the vehicle on Thursday (03.09.2015). During the deposit of my car I had asked Mr. Naveen (Body shop Incharge) regarding all required parts availability and he ensured that sir all these parts are under running parts and these are available with us. After that regularly I am following the status of repairing job. After so much follow-up on 04.09.2015 i come to know from Mr.Sharma GM-Service that Insurance provider agreed to adjust RR axle and Front damage. On 06.09.2015 i was informed that RR axle is not available with them so vehicle can't be ready by Monday. I am very much upset and don't know what to do, when i will get my car repaired.

                      My name is JOJY George and mobile no:[protected] and I have done the service of my vehicle i10 at around 36210 KMS, invoice no :B[protected] on 19/03/2015 at Devarabesanahalli, outer ring road, Bangalore and as per the instruction of the service advisor Mr.Vikram i have replaced my clutch plate. Immediately after my service i found burning smell was coming from engine and i took the vehicle to the same service advisor and he told since it is new clutch that smell comes etc. And during my travel one day in Bangalore the vehicle was not moving at all and since I was not able to the service center and I towed to the vehicle to one of the nearest service center and they told the clutch plate is completely gone. I called the same service advisor as per the instruction from this service center whether anything can be done related to this and he told nothing is possible so I have decided to do the service at this service center only. I have done the service of my vehicle on 03/09/2015 at Hosur Road, Bangalore around km of 41181 with invoice no : B[protected]VIN : MALAM51BR9M448949)where they changed the clutch plate fully. And when I checked I could see my old clutch it is not burned as the new one which replaced with the service at 19/03/2015. Only because the service advisor told I have to done the change of the clutch plate. I still have the photographs with me as a proof. I am attaching it here as proof. I have had a loss of 7248 rupees+ towing charges of 2000 .I am requesting for refund of 9248 Rs which I lost during this entire process.

                        I have been using hyundai for 10 years in different segments of cars. I purchased hyundai verna SX 1.6 petrol in 2011 . it has run for only 36500 Km . And has been regularly serviced at hyundai service station. This time i had a issue of engine light turning on, they checked it and repaired it, it wasnt rectified and now when i gave again for servicing they are saying that ECM is damaged needs to be changed and it cost 80000 rs. I request you to take this further - I demand a change of ECm or some revert on solution to the ECM problem.

                            Despite my requests my issue has not been resolved with my car with Reg No HR51BB6600. There is some issue with the start push button. It takes 4-5 starts to ignite the engine before getting it started. I gave my car for service on 29-8-15 at Plaza Huundai, Mohan Estate & was handed over a bill of 8000, without resolving my problem. Please help

                              Whereas we are satisfied with the Car Design, Interior & Aesthetics - the performance of the Vehicle is not at all satisfactory. Besides the mileage being TOO less & Maintenance costs being too high, we have now been advised Engine Overhaul even though the vehicle is driven just under 60, 000, Kms. Though the Car is purchased 7 Years Back, we are sure the Engine wear & Tear is associated with the Engine running, rather than the No of Years & we do not expect the Engine to go bad since the vehicle has been used for just 60K Kms To the best of our knowledge Petrol Cars should not require any Engine Overhauling before ATLEAST 2, 00, 000 Kms Our family has used Diesel Cars of Ford / Maruti & have not encountered any such problems even after running more than 2, 00, 000 Kms, that too in Diesel Though we have raised our concerns & requested for Engine Overhaul Free of cost since our Car is sparingly used, single hand driven, regular maintenance done - through Hyundai Showrooms only) - we have been given an estimate of Approx Rs 50 K - Rs 60 K, by Modi Hyundai Thane Considering the above facts, we request Hyundai Motors Management to take up the responsibility of accepting deficiency in the Engine of MY VEHICLE (MH 03 AM 8958) Look forward to your prompt & positive response from Hyundai Motors Rgds Raj K Thawani

                                27/08/15 date of incident [protected] mari car chaltey chaltey rastey main band padgai company wale use toe carwakar service center le gaye mere puchney par ki meri gadi ko kya hua hai kisi ne bhi sahi jawab nahi diya purey 8 days(03/09/15) ke baad bhi abhi tak koi bhi satisfied answer nahi diya gaya meri gadi abhi bhi service center par dhul kha rahi hai.

                                  Sir, Due to lake of information from the side of dealer they are not clearly define the amount to be paid for registration after 6 month they provide registration card without mentioned (LPG) and they want 3000 RS more for lpg registration .Problem is, if all the things are clearly define at beginning all problem are not crate and i want to know about how much amount paid for registration process for new car with lpg mentioned in RC.

                                      Myself facing highly irresponsible behavior from the management o[censored]nity hyundai showroom as firstly i got late delivery of my vehicle model(creta). their commited time was 4pm but received my car at 8 pm after a long waiting at showroom from 2pm onwards.problems doesnot ends here only . at 8pm i received incomplete vehicle with no accessories attached as per my payment. they took payment for my car at 3pm but till 8pm i didnt got my accessories on car. then after this til date i am not able to receive cheque of my sale car to them as they promised me to issued it on 28th of august due to this i am facing losses.
