Dear sir, Very good afternoon, I won the I20 on NOV 2012, City Nasik -Maharashtra Firstly I want to highlight the service provided for M/S Ujjwal Hyundai show room from Nasik is one of the worst service provider in India, I want explain the following bad experience with above mention dealer, 1-During free servicing 1 year back vehicle damaged from back side at dealer location only and send it as it is, you can think what was my condition at that time, new vehicle damaged some one and try to push the issue towards customer !!! How can we believe on such irresponsible dealer ? they have lost the faith completely and most dangerous thing is that no one listen about issue. 2.THer is issue in 2nd gear it feel very hard during running condition, still is pending from last 2.5 years, no response form dealer 3.When Break pressed not work for initial 2 to 3 second at high speed I want proper coating over the damaged at back side I want gear box to be replaced to avoid the hard 2nd gear I want instant action break wout delay of 2 to 3 second Regards, Pravin avhad [protected]

    Sir, I own a i10- Magna model in Nov, 2010. 10 days back when I started my car suddenly my steering got jammed and its very tough to steer it and i had a very tough time to bring my vehicle to halt at the side of the road. when i contacted hyndai authorised workshop they said it will cost around 10-12 thousand for replacement.Is it common behaviour of i10 Car ? I am wondering what a poor technology have been impletemented in I-10 in such a competitive market. I have further information that it is a common problem with i10 and there is no Guarantee that the EPS will work properly after replacement. If that is the case, your Vehicle is totally unsafe.       I have complaint against CI Hyundai, 182, MP Nagar Zone - 1, Jinshi Maida Mill Rd, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462008. On Saturday (08.08.2015), I called him to Pick and Drop Facility for Servicing. He said that on Saturday, he has no any Driver. He booked for Monday (10.08.2015), but on Monday he also said that he has no Driver. come driving self to the service centre. I suffer for 2 days because his Very Poor Servicing.

        It was really a horrible experience with servicing quality of PAWAN HYUNDAI Ghaziabad. I serviced my car I20 on 28/4/2015 that time i was having no problem it was just a routine service. Problem starts from d date of servicing my car from Pawan Hyundai GZB. After servicing my car has finished its tyres first then after i brought it again to service center that time car was bubbling and heating a lot. I told my problem to servicing manager there bt his behaviour was vry rude. He gave me car in evening without rectifying problem. I visited again Hyundai service centre on 21/06/15 that tym they changed arms bushes etc. Bt the problem remains same. Sound was coming n car engine was heating. I again go next morning to them on 21/6/15 now they said that ur radiator is leaked thats why car is heating. Now they chaged the radiator n coolent n gave me the car that was billed around 7000 .Now again I'm facing the same problems. Car is bubbling n its engine is heating again. Now plz tell me wt should i do I'm just helpless nobody is listening there.plz solve my problem as early as possible as I'm vry busy in my routine work n hav no time to go again n again to the service centre. Thank you

          I recently moved to Chennai with my Hyundai i10 Kappa 1.2 2009 Model. I wanted to get a full service for my car. I chose V3 Hyundai PERUNGUDI as it is near to my office. I was charged around Rs. 8500/= for the complete service which included the following: ===PARTS=== 1. Servo Lube - 300 (Main Service) 2. Engine Oil 3.5 lt. - 905 (Main Service) 3. Filter air cleaner - 185 (Main Service) 4. Filter Assy-engine oil - 82 (Main Service) 5. Liquid windshield - 18 (Main Service) 6. EDC - 1500 7. AC Disinfectant - 900 8. Guard Rear - 91 9. Cap front fog light - 25 ===LABOUR & SERVICE==== 1. Throttle body clean - 165 (Main Service) 2. Fuel Injection Cleaning - 415 (Main Service) 3. Periodic Service - 1355 (Main Service) 4. Both Rear Brake O/H - 605 (Main Service) 5. Both Front Brake - 535 (Main Service) 6. Caliper pin greasing - 340 (Main Service) 7. Rear Wheel Guard - 89 8. Wiring Harness Repair - 450 After paying all these charges when I took a look at the car, all the dust was lying on the vents, seats and door panels as if it is untouched. The service advisor started cleaning the car when i raised the point. He also told me that one of my Fuel Injector was not working due to wire cut. Along with this he also told me that there are two other expenses which is recommended: 1. Right shocker rubber fitting - approx 10, 000 2. Clutch change - approx 15, 000 I drove the car for one day and did not feel ANY change in my driving experience. The car was still making same noise, same JERKING, poor pick-up, poor mileage, noise while pressing the clutch. I got a call for feedback after 3 days and i denied giving any feedback as i was still trying to experience the car performance. After one week I took the car back with lot of disappointment. They took the car and immediately after analysing the engine with Hyundai electronic apparatus found that a different injector has stopped working. The one which they corrected was fine. They asked me to leave the car with them. After one full day, they told me that we are still not able to find the solution to the jerking, even after correcting the injector. After another day, I was told that we have corrected the issue by changing all the four SPARK PLUGS. I was given another bill of 1500 with taxes: 1. Plug Assembly SPARK - 251 2. Wiring Harness Repair - 1000 I paid the bill once again. This time the noise was less, car idling was good, pick-up is better, clutch is not making any sound and best is no jerking at all now. The whole driving experience is better as I was expecting the first time my car was serviced. I have few questions now: 1. Why was jerking not identified by them during first time??? 2. Why was a small thing like spark plug was not checked in the first time??? 3. Why have i been charged twice for wire harnessing repair and what was it done for twice??? 4. Why did it take 2 days to identify a small problem like spark plug replacement for jerking??? 5. I was told to replace the clutch without even making it better, which they did in the second time, why??? 6. Why the car cleaning as a very basic thing was not proper in the first time. And also the second time around. 6. How can i believe them about the other charges like EDC, AC disinfectant, etc. as they did not fix the basic issues which a layman could observe and they could not??? I want Hyundai to intervene here and refund me my money for the second time round and get my car inspected for all the charges I have paid to check if these things were actually repaired and the charges are appropriate as I have listed above.

            Sir dealer AKC HYUNDAI had taken from us advance of Rs 607000 against cost of Rs. 622000 for XCENT. and now not delivering us vehicle our committed date was 05.08.15. At the time of booking his represntataive committed us that the recent manufactured vehicle ie manufacturing of JUne 15 or July 15 will be delivered but now he is saying that company is providing vehicles maufactured prior to April 15 so vehicle of JUne 15/ July 15 is not possible & u have to take this only.

              I have purchased i20 Elite sportz Engine No. D4FCFM312823 Chassis no MALBMS1RLFM090377 on dated 03.04.2015 from your dealer BG international Batala Punjab which is connected with Novelty Amritsar We have paid all the payment for Registration at the time of purchase. Till now the dealer has not provided RC for us and we have approached many times to him. But they don't give ear to my problem.I have visited 15 times every month to the dealer.The response and the attitude is too poor.They are even not assured about the status of the RC .when they are able to provide to me . Due to lack of proper documents i am unable to move my car in Punjab and some other state .My provisional RC is expired. From the first day of Booking of my car this dealership does't keep his promise. On dated 27/03/2015 they told me to apply for insurance for car and we give u delivery on evening but when we approached to take the delivery from them they refused to do so and deliver the car on dated 03.04.2015 from the that date to till date . They have not proper criteria for customer feedback. I have many times mailed my problem to [protected]@hmil.net and [protected]@hmil.net, a computer generated mail comes that their officials can contact to u within 2-3 days but none of they approached or contact to me. I have even registered my complain to their call center they gave me complaint id[protected] and told me that their officals contact to me but none of them contact to me . kindly resolve my problem.

                    I have purchased i20 with normal headlamps but at the time of purchase i paid an extra amount of Rs. 60000/- to change it to genuine Hyundai made projector headlamps. After facing a lot of problems in the quality of performance i found that replaced headlamps were not genuine. I have the bill of company made headlamps but not the genuine product

                      To, Managing Director and CEO Hyundai Motor India Ltd. I have purchased Hyundai Creta on 27th of July 2015 at Raam Hyundai Hubli Karnataka and I have below complaints which are to be considered as high priority and I expect quick reply from your end to avoid further consequences. I and couple of friends approached Hubli show room at 1PM and vehicle delivered at 6 PM and as soon vehicle handed over to us we could not travel 100 Meters due to no fuel in it. It was hardly 5 to 7 minutes after delivery. When we went back and explained the same at Raam Hyundai Hubli no employees and even the General Manager Mr. Sohan Gowda did not bother for the inconvenience caused here. We the customer was supposed to park the just delivered vehicle on road side due to nuisance caused by Raam Hyundai Hubli. More on General Manager Mr. Sohan Gowda was so arrogant and answered it happens for 1 delivery out of 10. This was most wretched answer I ever heard on Luxurious SUV delivery by any GM and astonished with the answer. Later when I tried to customer care number which was mentioned on side glass of the vehicle, I spoke to them for at least 12 minutes. During this conversation no complaint was lodged by the executive and no acknowledgement number is given till the date. Below are vehicle details and attached are picture with time for your reference. You can make out in pictures attached how odd it was to park and pour fuel into newly delivered SUV Creta So I expect swift response from your end and an apology from the GM at my place. I do not hesitate to explain the same to automobile based newspapers, magazines and websites, also social media are always best platform to uncover such arrogant, egotistical outlets. As we had a quick family trip planed for couple of days which caused bit delay in posting this complaint. Hoping for quick response Very disappointed costumer Veeresh Ballolli.                         The dealers in Gujarat are forcing consumers to buy Insurance along with the car at exhorbitantly inflated prices and also coercing the customers to buy a set o[censored]nwanted useless accessories, again at inflated prices compulsorily along with the newly launched CRETA, otherwise they threaten to delay the delivery or not deliver at all. Also timely delivery is promised only if we take finance from their tied up finance company, otherwise delivery will be delayed. If you agree to their coercion, delivery will be immediate. This is even after paying upfront for booking the car.

                          I am ashwani bali from ambala cantt..I purchased a i20 active s after a long wait of 45 days from samta motors ambala city.When they book my car they assured that delivery within 10 to 15 days.But they take 45 days.And there behaviour is not good.They treat as they are giving car without money.I take the car on 20 july 2015 without mud flaps, taflon coating, anti rust proof.They only giving lolypop to do so.The car cost to me is 725000 and they received the amout 723293.1707 amount short from bank.They said that first give 1707 then we will give you the papers.They dont know if one person giving them 723293 then what will he do of 1707.I told them that first i clear from bank if they said that give them 1707 then i will give you.But samta motors employee said that first give us 1707 then we will give you the papers.Kindly take a necessary actions for this type of show rooms whom make fool of customers.

                            Dear Sir, I had booked I20 Active VTVT(S) model from commercial hyundai, a dealer of Hyundai motors co. ltd. I was assured that I'LL be getting the delivery within 10 days from the date of booking i.e. 14/07/2015 with Rs 1lac booking amount already paid, but now they are insisting us to take the base model which is the lowest model. Alongwith it when I went for personal enquiry with my daughter, the concerned person misbehaved with her by using ill mannered words. He also misbehaved with me which is not socially acceptable. Being a customer I tried not to use any harsh words still the employee treated me in a very wrong manner. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the further proceedings

                              i brought a new car grand i10 diesal versions, on the front side the bumper is very low . we traveling from car the road little damage the bumper is touch on the road, and damage on the redactor plate and redacotor also. so please slove my problem .

                                I have given my vehicle for Service on 27th July, 2015 with specific problem of gear box. Till Thursday my vehicle has been kept idle saying that the spare parts are not available and can only be done by Saturday. The response from the Service Engineer is so pathetic, that even he doesn't know the tentative timelines of delivery.

                                  There are issues with service and maintenance at Haridwar uttrakhand serice center. In last 2-3 months i am getting huge no of issues in my car. Every time car giving me new problem but actually they should proper check during service. Two days back i travel to other district and my car break fail. i just saved myself which is a big risk i faced. Need to strong action agaist those people

                                    I was using my hyundai I10 magna 1100 CC, oyster grey color car. I got my car service done as on 20th July 2015 and Mr Vipin Kumar (hans Hyundai, Moti nagar) was the attendant of my car. My car AC was working fine accept some noise that came couple of times, accept that there was no problem in the AC of the car. Post service I was told that the AC of the car is not functioning properly and there is a leakage and the gas is leaking from the AC and it will take 20, 000/- to replace the compressor. It was 7.30 PM then and I took the car home and release that my AC is not working at all and it is in fact not cooling at all. Since then I have been following up for repair of my AC, but is always told that you have to change the compressor and that is the only solution. I just want to confirm that my AC was working fine and the person who cam to collect the car also switched on the AC for coulple of minutes and did not notice any problem in the AC. Also I was informed about gas leakage when I reached to Hyundai to collect the car and not at the time of general inspection of the car.
