I do paid service at 15 july15. During service he changed fuel filter but not do proper service and after servicing run approximately 300 km my i10 sportz car after that he is not starting .
I gave service centre and after inspection he said fuel pump failure.
My car run only 10375 km appr. But purchase at nov-dec 2011
sr please change my fuel filter at free of cost due to not proper service.
I will give u some pic and vedio also, who shows how to malfunction occur in fuel pump.

    Poorest service quality... Blindly confirming OK of the vehicle. Sir, m Capt Arun Sharma... I bought my i20 in oct 2012... It met with a small accident in 2013 and i got it serviced in hyundai service centre of Panchkula... I paid around 10000 from my pocket other than 100% insurance claim... I was told veh is fit for drive... After few days i complained of poor pickup but after road test by panchkula service it was again declared fit... After that incident i got two free services done in Hyundai KC Jammu... Both the times i complained of poor pickup... And i got the same reply... Now on 21 July 2015 i left my veh at Hyundai KC and requested them for a detailed checkup as the engine sensor remains on since it met with accident... And today the service agent gave me a call saying that my air sensor has gone off due to which pickup is poor and the replacement will cost ₹14000... Sad to state but it took around two years and 3 services just to find the reason and now it cannot be claimed... Pl interfere and get it repaired as it was never my fault... Regards !         To, Hyundai Motor Company India Limited, India Hyundai Motor Company India Limited, Korea Koncept Cars India Private Limited Dear Customer Relations Manager, Subject: Complaint against Koncept Hyundai Delhi (Green Park)  I lost my new car no. plate due to improperly fixing n carelessness from Koncept Hyundai.  Very Poor mileage I SHIRIN KHANAM purchased a white color Hyundai i10 Magna 1.1 from “Koncept Hyundai”, Green Park on dated January 25, 2015 Car No. DL 12CK0850 (CH.NO. MALAM51BLEM603768). First of all I want to inform you that my license plate has been lost due to improperly fixing, it was loose n fix only 2 nuts since purchase, I have raised complaint to Koncept for faulty work in the new car. I personally spoke to Koncept officials recently. Even after telling them, they did not attend my complaints. No one is actually bothered about any of customers complains. Secondly My mileage has been decreasing, Poor mileage of below 5 kms a litre in the city and 7 kms on a highway (recently noted while driving on a highway) and pick up was miserable as even any other car could beat my car. If the Company is not taking any action I urge to file a complaint in Consumer Court. It is total carelessness on behalf of Hyundai to not attend the request at priority. I urge the Company to please provide me new no. plate immediately. It is requested to intervene in the issue and get it resolved at the earliest.           The hyundai grand i10 was purchased in october 2014 fitted with apollo tyres. The One tyre are defective with patches and holes around. Hence i am not able to take out the car as there is leakage of air in a tyre. I have contacted authorised dealer "kanchana hyundai" alape padil mangalore several times requesting replace the tyre but they behaved unfairly without rectifying defects and not assisted us at all. Our enquirers with local tyre re-traders / garage also reveals that there are inherent manufacturing defects in these tyres which requires immediate replacement. As the vehicle purchased is under warranty we request your goodselves to replace all the tyres immediately failing which please be informed that all legal costs and consequences on account of defective tyres will be on your company's account for fitting the vehicle with defective tyres.

            I had purchased Santro car in winter'11. In summer'12, we faced problem with car AC and since then, we face this problem every summer. Every time we take it to agency, they come up with a new issue, as a result of which, they have changed every possible part of car. But AC is still not working. As a solution, they just fill up gas and it starts leaking as soon as summer strikes. Last summer also, we filed complaint but all in vain. This is really annoying to get such a degraded service from a reputed company like "Hyundai". After sales service is all that is important. And if Hyundai agency is not able to figure out a solution to repair the unit, then i demand they should go ahead with replacing that unit with a new one. It is been years we face this problem every summer. Whats the point of an AC car if we can not use it in summers. :/

              Hi, I purchased new Hyundai Verna Fluidic in July 2011 in Bangalore Outer Ring Road show room, single handedly driven with care and smooth and also serviced regularly at Hyundai genuine authorized dealers. My car has run 40, 000 KMs so far and now I am facing a problem with my car so early. When the engine is ON and when I try to put the gear and I am not able to change the gear. Gear transmission is not moving and stuck. However if I switch OFF the engine then Gear is working fine. What kind of vehicle is this? just within 4 years and just 40000 kms this is happened. What kind of quality cars you are manufacturing, very bad. Please let me know what could be the problem with this.

Karan singh form #981 sector-19 panchkula. Going to chanderbandani temple (UTTARAKHAND) form panchkula. When i am on the way suddenly both breaks was not working nit hand break and not normal break. I have less time to think about what to do at that time. So i hit my car on the wall. After this accident, i called Hyundai helpline no. And then told about that accident to the hundai at 11.30. am and then they asked me that can u move your car? Then i said yes i do. Then i asked them tell me about the reason that why breaks was not working properly. Then they said that our engineer checked your car properly after that they can call me. Then i disconnect the call. After this accident i can drive my car then breaks are properly working. I have reached safely on 3/4/15 at 7:00pm. I parked my car on the gate o[censored]ltimate Hyundai panchkula. On 4/4/2015 at 9:30am I have told about that mishappening to the Hyundai than they said that is impossible they said that you can tried to Insurance claim rather then explaining the reason for not working breaks. So i don’t have any other option and then i can apply for the insurance claim. They repaired my car properly and then returned my after some days. After that 3 months later as always i parked my car at 8:00pm when i came from my office. On the same day at 12:00 am my car was suddenly burned on the front side the fire was put out from the help of me and my neighbors. On the other side i will call at 100 number and then police reached at that time. They clicked the picture of my burned car and they give me DDR at 11:00am and then i call at 12:30am to the Hyundai helpline no. Told about everything to that accident. Then they can file my complaint and give me a complaint no. And then 1:25am they send toul truck on my address and at 3:00am they pick my car. after that when i reached at Berkeley -Hyundai panchkula at 11:00am I said that i pared my car before 4 hours than how it is possible that how burned my car after 4 hours. They could not explain about this mishappening they only said me that you can came on Monday our insurance surveyor can came and verify your car and then they give me a job card at 3:00pm.My mother was shocked when this incident was happened. Me and my family was so scared to saw this incident. If in future me and my family is affected by this incident all responsibility of that incident puts on the shoulders of Hyundai company. All i want to know about all this misshapping within 6 months because i bought my car on January 2015 from ultimate Hyundai panchkula. My question is only that why company made that this type of car which was not working properly for the 6 months all the parts of that car had technical issues so i want to replace my car otherwise i will go to consumer court for car replacement. kindly do it on priority Bases. I purched a car in june 2014 from advantage(orion automobiles pvt ltd) but no one of your dealer can open the job card to service my car.i have made so may complaint in orion automobile but my problem didnt get resolved.my car is lying in your service centre from last one month because they are not able to generate bill to deliver my car.i am very much unhappy and unsatisfied from your services.                       Periodic maintenance service charged 1070 rupees ( invoice no.B[protected] by Chandra Hyundai Mettupalayam, Coimbatore, but failed to notice coolant oil hose damage, and very next day when I took my car to Ooty oil got drained through leak hose, and I had to call mechanic near by and got the hose corrected, So return back PMS 1070 and tax 149 back.

                        Sir, I own a 2008 model Santro Xing car.I am in Army and got recently posted to Barrackpur.I had given my car for servicing to Barrackpur automobiles at Barasat road on 14/07/15.I asked for normal servicing, to check the AC and cleaning and tail light replacement.they promised me to deliver it by evening.but later in the evening the manager MR S S Singh rang me up and said the compressor was sent for repair and by next day morning they will deliver i.I asked him how much it will cost.He said between 5 to 550/-I took it as 500-550.i said ok .then next day since there was no call from their side I rang him at 11am and asked why the car is not delivered.He said it s still in the workshop and by evening they will give.I specifically asked him how much will be total amount he said now he cannot tell.I said I am going for my duty and will be back only at 8pm and I have to give the money my 11yrs old son and go.But still he did not say anything.I gave 8000/- to my son as i was expecting only money below 6000/-.Then at 3pm the receptionist rang me up and said mam uyou have to pay 16000/- and the work done she was dictating to me.I said you send it in my mail.When I saw the bill I was shocked to see that they had done so much work in my car without my consent.I asked her why you didnot take prior permission to do the work.She told me this all comes in PAID SERVICE.I said I have been giving the car for paid service only these many years.I had never paid more than 7000/-(once).They asked me whta you wanted was washing with soap and water?I felt so insulted and depressed by their behaviour. They threatened me that they will not deliver the car at my home and if I want the car I should come at service centre next day between 10-11am.And if I dont go they will dump the car in their workshop and it will be difficult for me to retrieve my car from there. I was not at all prepared for such a huge amount for servicing.They had given me so much of mental tension.I dont have any other convinience to travel.I had to go for my duty in cycle rikshaw in uniform.Being a lady and staying alone with my two small kids this has caused me a lot of torturing .I have not yet got my vehicle till now.I had registered a complaint with customer care service on 15/07/15 but till now no action has been taken. Kindly take this matter urgently and do the needful please.

                          Dear Sir/ Ma'm This is to inform you that I have been going trough a harrowing experience since 6th of July 2015 after I placed my i10 sportz car with Hyundai authorised dealer/ service centre i.e. Aditya Hyundai. Here the complete story goes: 1) I gave my car to this dealer for a repair/ service with a complaint - oil leakage from gear box chamber on 6th July 2015. The technical adviser in the evening called me saying everything was fine after complete washing and trial road drive no leakage was marked, suggested me to take back the car. But I suggested him to have a relook and make some more trial drive. 2) On 7th afternoon the shop floor manager called me up and told that there is a small hairline crack noticed on the left side lower portion of gear box and oil seems seeping very minutely and asked me to come down next day to verify. 3) I went on the 8th July (morning) to workshop and found the same thing as the car was put on a lifted position. Upon suggested by shop floor manager, I submitted all requisite papers for claiming insurance (Bajaj Allianz)to the Body shop manager, registered a case online. The assigned surveyor came and took photograph. The surveyor informed that on the right side also there seem to be a small crack like indication as established by the bodyshop manager. 4) On 9th July I received an work estimate (two parts) and additional of Rs.19, 436 the same estimate copy which was sent to Insurance surveyor. My insurance claim is not being processed as the surveyor is not convinced of the right side damage (it was also a surprise how this could be shown to me in the morning but later on shown to the surveyor), unless the gearbox is dismantled and he takes actual photograph. 5) My car is being parked in open air under no roof, as the workshop has no space, the housing is not being dismantled as the body shop manager claims he does not have the part, is waiting for the part to come from the principal company. 6) I lodged a complaint with HMIL, tool free on 14th July, case id[protected]. I was given assurance by the customer care personnel that within next 24 hrs I would be getting an revert.That did never happen, I once gain called up this toll free on 15th July afternoon that I was given very unprofessional answer, the revert from he dealer was awaited. 7) I searched through the mobile number of Mr Harmohan Pattanaik, AVP, Aditya Car Care and called him up Mob-[protected] on 16th July afternoon twice to make him aware of my plight, I was facing without my car in this monsoon and there was absolutely silence from Aditya Hyundai concerned department or person unless I asked them time & again. He promised me to call back after proper investigation as that time he was away from the shop. But his revert never came back. Instead his bodyshop manager called me back saying that he had come to know about my complaints, the part is awaited which was requisitioned on 10th of July, the very next day after the estimate was made. But as per the revert record from dealer with HMIL, the part was requisitioned only on 13th July. Till now my car has not be taken up for repair or dismantling, nobody is just bothered to care for my genuine plight I have never come across such an unprofessional environment and had never ever expected an strong quality and customer friendly company like HMIL could stand by such low degree of standards. Since I had purchased car from the same dealer there is track record that I have serviced my car there only. Until then my feedback and satisfaction was given utmost priority as both the dealer and its technical advisor was pretty serious about the marking 9 or 10 on a 10 point scale from me. I was just goin through the MD (HMIL)'s statement on Customer satisfaction or DElight it looks very unconvincing now. With such a small cause and requirement of repair they have kept me in lurch.                             I would like to share a painful experience of dealing with your dealer. I booked Hyundai 4 S Fluidic Verna with dealer Sanjay Hyundai, Wakadewadi, Pune Showroom on 1 Jul 2015. Dealer promised to get the car immediately. On 7th or 8th JUL dealer representative called me to inform that car is dispatched from factory and I should make complete payment in order to enable them to deliver the vehicle. After receiving the payment this dealer is simply giving new stories saying trailer is in Karnataka, or Flat Tyre or no response from Transporter etc. If I call Mr. Prashant Sutar – Showroom Manager, he simply tells that he will call me within 5 minutes but in last 4 days have never ever called me back. He also informed me that these transporters are under control of Hyundai and hence they cannot get any details. I need urgent attention from Hyundai to this breach of trust. Please let me know your position on the same. The dealer has even stopped taking my calls and sending me a message that he is in the meeting but never calls back. This is very frustrating and pathetic experience. I request Hyundai Motors to provide solution to the same. On Insisting the Showroom provided transporter no. On discussion I understood that this person is from BGFC. is this Approved Transporter for Hyundai? I guess no. I found that the story narrated by this transporter is completely different from one being narrated by dealer thus confirming the fear that Customer is not getting real update. I would request immediate intervention from Hyundai.

                              Dear Sir, I have purchased Eon (Megna+) (Petrol) in December, 2014. At the time of purchase of said vehicle, the dealer M/s Raja Hyundai, Dabwali Road, Sirsa assured me that the vehicle will give Mileage of 20 + kilometre in one litre of petrol but from the date of its purchase, I am facing problem of less Mileage as the vehicle gives Mileage near about 15 K.M.P.(with AC). As per you advertisement link i.e. http://www.hyundai.com/in/en/Showroom/Cars/EON/PIP/index.html the fuel mileage has been shown as 21.1 + KMPL. I visited said Dealer many times regarding my grievance but all the times they asked me that the Mileage of the vehicle would be increased automatically with the passage of time but I am facing the same problem.                                 My Hyundai Verna Fluidic is having gear shifting problem. Reverse, first, second & third gear shifting was having problem, I had shown my vehicle to Ratnagiri Mai Hyundai workshop. They had done Clutch overall by changing all parts like Master cylinder, clutch cylinder, clutch plate, pressure plate, etc & billed amount Rs.16000/- approx. But still the problem is not solved yet reverse & first gear is very hard to shift. Also while clutch overall they had kept my car for 2-3 days now again my car is with the workshop from 2 days, But they had no solution for it still my vehicle is as it is. I am business man & without car for 3-4 days having huge loss to my business so need an immediate action. and give me a service vehicle till my cars work is done ok. Also if dont have solution for repairs give replacement of other car.

                                    Pheli baat attend ni karte customer ko aate hi .. Second baat jo technical koi problem hai wo service pe btani chahiye customer ko but hme nahi bataya gya.. Third baat lubrication service per karni chahiye but complain krne per ek din bulaya and kha sir problem ni hai sirf lubrication ki hai .. And us lubrication m 11:00am to4:00pm ka time lagaya

                                      Hi, My name is Souvik Biswas. I am associated with Hyundai for the past 8 years and this is my 2nd car from you guys. I am presently driving i20 Crdi(WB26K 6464) purchased in 2010 from Mukesh hyundai, Kolkata. last month i was having an issue where the Airbag light was ON while driving and RPM was fluctuating randomly. I gave it to the service centre of Mukesh Hyundai. They charged me 15, 000 as per the Invoice # B[protected]Dated: 24th June. With that they changed the wiper arm, fog light & headlight. However, the wiper blade came out, fog light didnt work, neither the headlight. Now these are not the Major concern. The Airbag light is back ON again and also the RPM issue is persistent. When i call the service advisor, he apologised & promised that he will arrange for a pick up for my car and get it rechecked.I waited for the same but no one actually bothered to get my car picked up. Finally on 14th July i gave the car to the service centre myself. They are still unable to find the problem on my car & solve it. This is the worst service I am getting from Hyundai. I am also unable to understand that the amount that I paid to hyundai was a complete loss. Today I have no option but to approach the Cunsumer forum & also teake legal help for this harrasment.

                                        I brought i20 elite magna on 09.03.2015 from Gurukirpa Hundai patiala Punjab. After somedays, car started giving starting problems. Whenever I start the car, it. Breathes 2-3 times and stops. After trying 4-5 times, the car starts. I Checked the car at the Hundai service centre. They told that same problem persists with over consumers and tihey are unable to detect the same. Kindly do the needful and instruct the concerned person to resolve the problem.
