Dear Sir/ Ma'm This is to inform you that I have been going trough a harrowing experience since 6th of July 2015 after I placed my i10 sportz car with Hyundai authorised dealer/ service centre i.e. Aditya Hyundai. Here the complete story goes: 1) I gave my car to this dealer for a repair/ service with a complaint - oil leakage from gear box chamber on 6th July 2015. The technical adviser in the evening called me saying everything was fine after complete washing and trial road drive no leakage was marked, suggested me to take back the car. But I suggested him to have a relook and make some more trial drive. 2) On 7th afternoon the shop floor manager called me up and told that there is a small hairline crack noticed on the left side lower portion of gear box and oil seems seeping very minutely and asked me to come down next day to verify. 3) I went on the 8th July (morning) to workshop and found the same thing as the car was put on a lifted position. Upon suggested by shop floor manager, I submitted all requisite papers for claiming insurance (Bajaj Allianz)to the Body shop manager, registered a case online. The assigned surveyor came and took photograph. The surveyor informed that on the right side also there seem to be a small crack like indication as established by the bodyshop manager. 4) On 9th July I received an work estimate (two parts) and additional of Rs.19, 436 the same estimate copy which was sent to Insurance surveyor. My insurance claim is not being processed as the surveyor is not convinced of the right side damage (it was also a surprise how this could be shown to me in the morning but later on shown to the surveyor), unless the gearbox is dismantled and he takes actual photograph. 5) My car is being parked in open air under no roof, as the workshop has no space, the housing is not being dismantled as the body shop manager claims he does not have the part, is waiting for the part to come from the principal company. 6) I lodged a complaint with HMIL, tool free on 14th July, case id[protected]. I was given assurance by the customer care personnel that within next 24 hrs I would be getting an revert.That did never happen, I once gain called up this toll free on 15th July afternoon that I was given very unprofessional answer, the revert from he dealer was awaited. 7) I searched through the mobile number of Mr Harmohan Pattanaik, AVP, Aditya Car Care and called him up Mob-[protected] on 16th July afternoon twice to make him aware of my plight, I was facing without my car in this monsoon and there was absolutely silence from Aditya Hyundai concerned department or person unless I asked them time & again. He promised me to call back after proper investigation as that time he was away from the shop. But his revert never came back. Instead his bodyshop manager called me back saying that he had come to know about my complaints, the part is awaited which was requisitioned on 10th of July, the very next day after the estimate was made. But as per the revert record from dealer with HMIL, the part was requisitioned only on 13th July. Till now my car has not be taken up for repair or dismantling, nobody is just bothered to care for my genuine plight I have never come across such an unprofessional environment and had never ever expected an strong quality and customer friendly company like HMIL could stand by such low degree of standards. Since I had purchased car from the same dealer there is track record that I have serviced my car there only. Until then my feedback and satisfaction was given utmost priority as both the dealer and its technical advisor was pretty serious about the marking 9 or 10 on a 10 point scale from me. I was just goin through the MD (HMIL)'s statement on Customer satisfaction or DElight it looks very unconvincing now. With such a small cause and requirement of repair they have kept me in lurch.     I would like to share a painful experience of dealing with your dealer. I booked Hyundai 4 S Fluidic Verna with dealer Sanjay Hyundai, Wakadewadi, Pune Showroom on 1 Jul 2015. Dealer promised to get the car immediately. On 7th or 8th JUL dealer representative called me to inform that car is dispatched from factory and I should make complete payment in order to enable them to deliver the vehicle. After receiving the payment this dealer is simply giving new stories saying trailer is in Karnataka, or Flat Tyre or no response from Transporter etc. If I call Mr. Prashant Sutar – Showroom Manager, he simply tells that he will call me within 5 minutes but in last 4 days have never ever called me back. He also informed me that these transporters are under control of Hyundai and hence they cannot get any details. I need urgent attention from Hyundai to this breach of trust. Please let me know your position on the same. The dealer has even stopped taking my calls and sending me a message that he is in the meeting but never calls back. This is very frustrating and pathetic experience. I request Hyundai Motors to provide solution to the same. On Insisting the Showroom provided transporter no. On discussion I understood that this person is from BGFC. is this Approved Transporter for Hyundai? I guess no. I found that the story narrated by this transporter is completely different from one being narrated by dealer thus confirming the fear that Customer is not getting real update. I would request immediate intervention from Hyundai.

      Dear Sir, I have purchased Eon (Megna+) (Petrol) in December, 2014. At the time of purchase of said vehicle, the dealer M/s Raja Hyundai, Dabwali Road, Sirsa assured me that the vehicle will give Mileage of 20 + kilometre in one litre of petrol but from the date of its purchase, I am facing problem of less Mileage as the vehicle gives Mileage near about 15 K.M.P.(with AC). As per you advertisement link i.e. http://www.hyundai.com/in/en/Showroom/Cars/EON/PIP/index.html the fuel mileage has been shown as 21.1 + KMPL. I visited said Dealer many times regarding my grievance but all the times they asked me that the Mileage of the vehicle would be increased automatically with the passage of time but I am facing the same problem.         My Hyundai Verna Fluidic is having gear shifting problem. Reverse, first, second & third gear shifting was having problem, I had shown my vehicle to Ratnagiri Mai Hyundai workshop. They had done Clutch overall by changing all parts like Master cylinder, clutch cylinder, clutch plate, pressure plate, etc & billed amount Rs.16000/- approx. But still the problem is not solved yet reverse & first gear is very hard to shift. Also while clutch overall they had kept my car for 2-3 days now again my car is with the workshop from 2 days, But they had no solution for it still my vehicle is as it is. I am business man & without car for 3-4 days having huge loss to my business so need an immediate action. and give me a service vehicle till my cars work is done ok. Also if dont have solution for repairs give replacement of other car.

            Pheli baat attend ni karte customer ko aate hi .. Second baat jo technical koi problem hai wo service pe btani chahiye customer ko but hme nahi bataya gya.. Third baat lubrication service per karni chahiye but complain krne per ek din bulaya and kha sir problem ni hai sirf lubrication ki hai .. And us lubrication m 11:00am to4:00pm ka time lagaya

              Hi, My name is Souvik Biswas. I am associated with Hyundai for the past 8 years and this is my 2nd car from you guys. I am presently driving i20 Crdi(WB26K 6464) purchased in 2010 from Mukesh hyundai, Kolkata. last month i was having an issue where the Airbag light was ON while driving and RPM was fluctuating randomly. I gave it to the service centre of Mukesh Hyundai. They charged me 15, 000 as per the Invoice # B[protected]Dated: 24th June. With that they changed the wiper arm, fog light & headlight. However, the wiper blade came out, fog light didnt work, neither the headlight. Now these are not the Major concern. The Airbag light is back ON again and also the RPM issue is persistent. When i call the service advisor, he apologised & promised that he will arrange for a pick up for my car and get it rechecked.I waited for the same but no one actually bothered to get my car picked up. Finally on 14th July i gave the car to the service centre myself. They are still unable to find the problem on my car & solve it. This is the worst service I am getting from Hyundai. I am also unable to understand that the amount that I paid to hyundai was a complete loss. Today I have no option but to approach the Cunsumer forum & also teake legal help for this harrasment.

                I brought i20 elite magna on 09.03.2015 from Gurukirpa Hundai patiala Punjab. After somedays, car started giving starting problems. Whenever I start the car, it. Breathes 2-3 times and stops. After trying 4-5 times, the car starts. I Checked the car at the Hundai service centre. They told that same problem persists with over consumers and tihey are unable to detect the same. Kindly do the needful and instruct the concerned person to resolve the problem.                   I had purchased i20 elite on 22/05/2015 from Pramukh Hyundai; its just 45days past from delivery car got breakdown on 11/07/2015 car was not starting totally blank self no voice of crannk i had called to Roadside Assistance for help on 11/07/2015 5.47pm they informed me team will come within 1hr. the problem is call center person told me team will get back to you in next 15mins but Road side assistance team forwarded my complaint by 7.13pm and team came by 8pm in between i have called to pramukh mam gave me contact number of Mr. Chelapa the general manager of chembur workshop he helped me alot he was in touch with me till the time team came to my spot of car break down; even team of repairing was also supportive they informed me they'll drop my car to nearest Hyundai at Vidyavihar for repairing but on my risk i took my car to home & on 13/07/2015 i gave my car to Mohol Hyundai for repair & my first service; Mohol Hyundai informed me there was issue in filter. i gone for shopping but the converted into stopping. so may i know why production team did not checked before delivery?                     On 14 June 2015 I visited Mohan Motors Pvt. Ltd service center location NH 34 Moina Gadi Barasat Kolkata . and reached at 1315 hrs for servicing of my Vehicle I 10 WB 26S 5622 and the technician who was present there refused to take my vehicle as it was lunch time and asked me to come after 1430 hrs. then I came back to home.
                    Again on 12 July I visited the service center at around 1030 hrs. and the service I asked for they simply refused and said have to wait for week and their behavior also was not satisfied. Earlier also they got the Dealership and service center of M/S Maruti Suziki but due such poor activities and behavior their dealership was terminated, and again they have started with the Hyundai Customer, So my request to take correcting action with immediate effect or Hyundai will be blamed for such Dealer.

On 12.07.2015 i have visited fairdeal hyundai ranchi for second free service where i came to know from dealer that a 2nd free service record already exist for my car in online system whose details is written below- R/O No :- R[protected] R/O Dt. :- 25/04/2015 Mileage :- 11516 Dealer :- N2208 Sir i have never get my car serviced as per above record and details. My car's mileage on 12.07.2015 is 2415 km. I have availed my 2nd free service yesterday (12.07.2015) at fairdeal hyundai, ranchi. I am enclosing herewith repair order, bill copy and free service coupon of 2nd free service which is done at fairdeal hyundai, ranchi. I request you to correct my car, s service record in online system at the earliest and inform us. Today i have been harassed at fairdeal hyundai, ranchi by service advisor for that wrong entry of service record done by your dealer N2208 and i have to wait for 3 extra hours to get my car delivered with mannual bill. I request you not to harass any customer in such a manner in future. I hope my issue will be resolved very soon at your end.                         I purchase New Car in Nov.2014 from Morani motor dealer of Hyundai Car at Jaipur. They handover to me with Number Plate ( RJ14 CX 7491 ) But after only few month on dated[protected] Number Plate dropped any where when I gone to market without any Car accident.When I contact to dealer for new Number Plate then they are demanding 1200/- rupees. But this is not my fault then why i will pay. Kindly help me for this matter.

                          i have booked an i 20 active 1.2 s petrol (red passion) on 30.04.2015 from himgiri hyundai, jhilmil industrial area near dilshad garden metro station. They verbally promised us that the delivery will be done in 20-25days and on papers in was given for 45 days .Today 70 days have been passed but still we havent received the car. Whenever we call them, the only reply we get is that it is delayed from the manufacturer and we cant do anything in this and they just keep on extending the deadline as per their wish. We are really frustrated with the whole scenario and there is no cooperation from the car dealer. kindly look into the matter and take some serious action and try to provide our delivery as soon as possible.                             I am a resident of gurgaon and owning a Hyundai i20 asta model(Reg. No. UP85 X 7321) which i purchased in 2010. The car has been running fine since then. But yesterday when i was going to office and i unlocked my car, i was surprized to see something. I saw that whole of the floor of my car was filled up with water. Although it rained heavily the night before but i thought that these machines are well equipped to meet such kind of challenges. I have never seen such thing happening before as i belong basically to dehradun, and the rainpour there is much higher than at gurgaon. I am having one maruti swift there and one hyundai i10. After tbis incidence i feel cheated to have bought this car. If such has happened with the top variant of i20, then i am afraid what would be security level in this vehicle in future. I have given the vehicle to one of your dealers in gurgaon M/S ORION HYUNDAI situated near sector 14, gurgaon to get the water out and dry the mats for which they have given me an estimate of 2500 rs and told me to take it back after 3 days. Prior this happening to me i was a big fan of hyundai vehicles, But after this experience, where the top model of one of your most selling vehicle has no safety against heavy downpour, i would never suggest anyone to buy a hyundai car. Really pissed of by the quality and the incidence.

                              I repaired my accident car fromKRISHNA HYUNDAI TEZPUR.They took 3 months. mean time i posted to jodhpur, so after repair my rep checked and collected the car. Within 3 days i observed noise in releasing clutch and reported the same to wk shop.They asked to bring the veh to their wk shop or to any auth hyundai wk shop. Axle is req to be replaced. They refused to help and asked me to pay but this problem arises because of their maintenance incapability.

                                I purchased my verna di seal 1.4 from himgiri hyundai delhi.from the right from that day I felt many problems with this eg.black smoke, a c vent not working properly, rear defogger not working at all, clutch problem. For above mentioned problems my car has been gone in the himgiri hyundai several times for 2_3days.but problems remain intact .no responsible person in service station is telling truth about what is happening.they have also changed turbo booster of my car, that took almost 5 days in this process.but now that problem has come again.at last I have sent my car to alwar rajasthan, my native place, where engineer said that there was impurities in the injectors, which they removed.                                     Since the last few months my verna has been experiencing gear shifting problems.The peculiarity with the issue is that the problem occurs only after driving a few kilometers 10 to 15 kms during long drives it gets extremely difficult to shift gears. The problem doesnt occur during short drives. I had complained about this problem about 3 times so far. The service people stayed reluctant and denied to rectify the issue complaining that they have test driven the vehicle and no such issue was noted and also alleged me with false complaint. Perhaps since it is under the warranty period they are reluctant to pay heed to my complaint. 3 times i have given my vehicle for the same complaint and all the three times they have denied to accept the complaint. I have decided to leave my car for service one last time and if this issue is not sorted out i may have to force myself to move legally .I am thoroughly disappointed withe the irresponsible attitude and negligence from your side.

                                      I have booked EON Era+ at Garve Hyundai Motors, Vadgaon Budruk, Pune on 19/06/2015 and deposited Rs.5000/- as a booking amount when the sales person assured me if in any case loan amount not sanctioned or for any reason I cancelled the booking they refund all my booking amount. But on 26th due to non sanctioning of my loan I request them to cancel my booking and refund me my booking amount of Rs.5000/-, the dealer refused to refund the booking amount and after many request the dealer call me and told me that he will refund Rs.2000/- only. This I also convey to Company but no response have been received yet. Call center of company also give me complaint ID no.[protected] and then no response again. Since then I have not received any positive response from your office also.
                                      Hyundai Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi Myself Dr. Nikhil Mittal and I have purchased Hyundai xccent diesel in May 2014. Company has given me the warranty of two years. Now, there is some major problem in the engine of the car and company is refusing to give warranty over the car. I have taken the car to A-1 Hyundai BALLABAGRH but they are refusing about the warranty. Hyundai people at A-1 motors, Ballabgarh told me that your warranty is lapsed. Is this Hyundai policy to lapse any vehicle warranty. Now I have to pay the charges. These Hyundai people harassed me very much. Is, it right. Please help me.
