Sir,
I have puchased the above vehicle from your showroom during december 2014.Since the vehicle was not getting started .I have reported the matter to kakkavayal showroom on 23/06/2015.Acordingly one mechanic came on the next day and found the battery charge has gone down and he has asked for another battery with charge.I have arranged a spare battery from brothers jeep.I have called some of my sons friends from the neighbouring houses. They are sujith, jinse, nithin, nikhil, chacko nirappel and my son prince .In the presance of the mechanic.These boys has tried to push start the car .But it has not worked.Then the mecanic has fitted the jeep battery and tried to start.We have noticed heavy broke coming from alternator, cutouter, and dianamo.Immediatly the mechanic has disconnected the battery.Then we have noticed that the battery terminal was connected wrongly.Next day two other mechanis were send by the company and they took the car to the workshop .
Since there were no information from the company, i have telephoned to the company on 27/06/2015 and they told me to pay rs 5000 for the reconditioning.This demand is no way justificate.
Since the damage was caused by wrong way of connecting the battery.I request the full repare to be done by the expence from the company itself

    Verna Car no RJ14 CF 4837 was given for service at Hindustan hyundai jaipur jhotwara service centre with complaint that ac is not working .. car was returned with service and told ac is proper but later I send it back with ac problem prevailing and i was told a pipe is damaged and gas is low and was charged with 6k. But problem still persist and upon informing again this time I was told compressor is not working and it will cost 22k . After 2 days I was told it will cost 35k and when I reach service center I was told it wil be 41k .. I told to return back my car and the money I have paid initially. I was misbehaved by Mr narendra Singh shekhawat there who told his team to remove the pipe and gas from my car and return it back to me. . I told ideally you should have said will return labour charges and will have to withheld parts cost. Post service even auto off function of indicator is not functioning properly. I have complaint it to mr kumar of hindustan hyundai and Mr jai from hyundai at [protected] but till now I have got no response Regards Tushar Sharma [protected]

      Hi, I am writing to file a serious complaint on a recently purchased card. The car registration number is MH48S 9642. The car was purchased through Sai Auto Hyundai in Mumbai. First, till date I haven’t got the RC copy of the car. It has been close to 6 months and I have been repeatedly told by your sales person that this will be resolved but the problem hasn’t been resolved. I must have spoken to Sai Hyundai atleast 15-20 times for the same. This is causing problems at multiple levels. For instance I am not able to claim insurance. I wanted to claim insurance today. The representative was told that I don’t have a RC copy prior to coming. He said that it was ok and what all papers I have should be enough. Then when he came to my house for car pick up, he asked for RC copy. When I said that I don’t have RC copy, he said that I need to go and get it from the RTO. I have wasted so many days and am unable to drive the car due to this issue. This is not the first time that there has been a service issue. Earlier when I had sent the car for first service, the car was supposed to return back on a particular day but was delayed by 1-2 days due to which I had to travel to office on a cab and struggled a lot. The car has got pathetic mileage. It gives me a mileage of 8-9 KM per litre. I remember when the car was sold to me, I was told that I should purchase only this car else they wont give me any discount. I went ahead and purchased this car only to find out that the car is a damaged piece sold by you as the mileage of the car is not acceptable. I would like you to take back the car and refund it with a new one. Second I would like you to take strict action against Sai Hyundai so that they ensure that RC book is sent and insurance is claimed and as a customer I don’t have to suffer further pain.       The same problem i am also facing.
      I have purchased ne EON Era + car 3 month back (MH12 LV 9398) from starting there is heavy noise in gear box, 4 time we have complain to the hyundai Kharadi branch, Regional Office, Hyundai customer care but still no action on it,
      I am very frustrated now .
      Now i am going to take legal action to the hyundai Motors.

        I purchased hyundai xcent with regn no.Dl4cba 2959 from deep hyundai on 11 july 2014. Hardly it covered 5000 kms when it developed sound in all the wheels and poor pick up. Even average kmpl gone down to 9kmpl whereas company promises 19kmpl in violation of consumer protection law. All futile efforts made by myself to reslove the issue.
        I request pehredar to give it wide publicity so that no other genuine customer fall victim of the false promises by hyundai.

            I was advised by the car service person to go fr under chassis painting. I accepted and said Yes to him. After service I took delivery and on coming home I noticed that my car was completely rough on the outer side including front and rear glasses. When askd bout this they said the under chassis spray paint has spread Over the car and we ll repair it on Monday. Such a careless answer from those buggers. Very poor hyundai.

              I also have the same problem with i10 2012 model and it has only covered 9039 km. Though it is facing the same problem (ECM not working).Last night I turned my car off myself and The next morning I tried to start but it failed to start. The car even got fully serviced 20 days ago. I want it to get replaced for free. Kindly take serious action or I will directly go to consumer court For sure. Because useless expense of RS.40, 000 on RS.4, 50, 000 can't be bearable.                 I have purchased I 10 Car No. DL3BQ4419 in the year 2012 from Rishab Motors (P) Ltd., Okhla. The delivery of the car was taken with CNG fitting. But in registration certificate of the car petrol has been mentioned .This fact has come to my knowledge this year at the time of renewal of the insurance of the car.Also No papers of CNG were submitted to me at that time.Now on making complaint to the Hyudai Motors the CNG papers have been submiited but the company is denying to take responsiblity of endorsing CNG on Car. Since the mistake has been committed by the agent of the company Rishab Motors (P) Ltd. the CNG on RC should be endorsed by the company .

                  This is to bring your kind notice that i purchased a car (I-20 Magna-Optional CRDI) on 31st October 2012.Initially car performance was good but now i regret to inform you that for the past 1.5 years it has started troubling me a lot.Last year the clutch cylinder got burst while i was driving which might have created a great loss to life.Then, i got clutch cylinder replaced from srishti hyundai. Most importantly has not been functioning properly since the begining of purchase, i got it repaired quiet a several time from hyndai service centre but the same problem arise again & again. I purchased this car by keeping a lot of faith in hyundai motor but today i am highly disappointed with hyundai since i have had worst experience o[censored]sing this car.I here by request you to look in to the matter & get the problem sorted & provide me with the positive outcome.

                    Sir I purchased I-20 car ( RJ-20 CC 6525) from kamal hyndai kota on 25/11/2013 and my car run till now 3800km only. On 8 may-15 my car heated and stops and not starts again. I called to service centre and my car lying in service centre from 8 may to 14 may. My car returned back to me with bill 10000 Rs which was due to cultchplat broken or burn. NOW 31 may my car again overheated and stops. I called to service centre and my lying in service centre till today and they gave me 20000 Rs estimated due to engine head done. My issue is why I pay bill due to same problem. . they also open my car engine. when i need my car very tense time car not available for me . my mother hospitalized between this period PLZ RESOLVE MY ISSUE EARLIST. I will go to consumer court within two days for mentally hurting to kamal hyndai and also hyndai company . My complain regarding this problem is[protected] on 13/06/2015 but nobody response me. 350 customer in rawatbhata facing service related problem from kamal hyndai and i also start signing all of them and send in customer cort very soon. kamal hyndai not responded to all customers faithful and involve in bad naming of hyndai.

                      Temporary Number still not given. It has been 12 days i took the car. I have exchanged my old car and they have not given any receipt of the same. pathetic services and Raina who is the showroom manager is worst. Needs to be taught customer care lessons. please call me . i need assistance in getting my number and old car receipt. I work for HCL and meet about 100 people everyday. people are asking about this cars feedback, what should i tell? These guys have issues communicating with the ICICI bank chandigarh . Bank has already given the DO and they dont have time to communicate with him. WHY AM I BEING HARASSED FOR ALL THIS. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT WITH NOIDA POLICE FOR THE SAME AS WELL. PLEASE DELIVER MY RECEIPT AND TEMPORARY REGISTRATION NUMBER WITHIN 1 HOUR AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR IT.

                        Date : 25-Jun-2015 To, The Service Head, Hyundai Workshop cum Showroom, Mathura Road, New Delhi. Subject: Grievance and Complaint related to Service of i10 Car (Regn No. DL3CBP4167, VIN No. MALAM51CLAM720057) done on 2-Jun-15 [Car Damaged During Service] Dear Sir, I am your 12 years old customer and have recommended your cars to my friends, colleagues and relations. I have purchased multiple cars like Santro, Sonata, Accent, i-10. This is to inform you that I had brought my i10 car for service on 2-Jun-2015 in your workshop cum showroom on 2-Jun-2015. When I had brought the car at the service centre on 2-June-2015, the car was in quite a good condition as I had got it serviced regularly at the desired frequency from the company showroom and service centre. I myself drive the car and no one else drive the car. I maintain it perfectly and the current mileage is around 25000 KMs. The work on my car was carried out by your supervisor Mr. Rajesh (Mobile Number [protected]). When I had called up your Mr. Rajesh to find out whether the car was ready, I was told that the car is ready and that I can come and pick it up. When I came to pick the car, Mr. Rajesh told me that all the work is complete and that I can make the payment and take the car. After making the payment, I drove the car. As soon as I came outside the gate of the service centre, there was a hard rumbling sound that came from the front of the car from the side adjacent to the driver seat. I immediately called up Mr. Rajesh when he was just leaving the Service Centre. I told him that lot of noise is coming on driving the car and that the noise was not there earlier. He told me that the rumbling noise was there earlier (before the car was brought to the service centre on 2-Jun-2015) and that I might not have noticed it and that this noise will come on a imperfect patchy road and no noise will come on the plain road. He told me that it is not at all a serious problem and that there is an issue with the "Link Rod" which needs to be changed. Myself totally unconvinced as the noise was very much coming on the plain road as well, I had no choice but to take the car as I had made the payment and the car was already outside the service centre. I was literally quite upset as that loud noise was not there at the time when I had given the car for service on 2-June-2015. The evidence that I can give in support of this is that I did not tell any such noise related problem when your Mr. Rajesh asked me about the problems in the car at the time of writing the Service Job Order. I was astonished as your Mr. Rajesh did not even inform me that there is a problem in the LINK ROD before I made the payment and took the car outside the service centre. On the contrary, he told me that the car is ready and all work is completed. On informing him about the loud noise, he said that there is nothing to worry about it even if we don't do anything about it. Highly dissatisfied and turned down by your Mr. Rajesh, I took half day leave from my office on 3-Jun-2015 first half and met your customer service manager (Mr. S.K. Anuragi - Mobile [protected], E-Mail id - [protected]@hmil.net). As soon as I reported him the problem, he asked one of his senior and experienced technician to do a test drive of my car with me. During the test drive, I asked this experienced technician whether the noise was coming during driving on plain road and whether it was not that audible for me to ignore. He was quick to confirm that the noise was very audible and that it can't be ignored and that loud noise was coming on plain road as well. When this technician completed the drive test, your Mr. S. K. Anuragi went for lunch and we had no option but to wait. After he returned back after half an hour, I updated him the status of test drive and I again reaffirmed to him that this kind of loud noise was not present before I had brought the car to the service centre on 2-Jun-2015. He refused to accept this and told me that the noise would not have been coming earlier because of mud deposits accumulated. I then questioned him why your Mr. Rajesh then did not tell me about this noise when I came to take the car. For this he could not give me a satisfactory response neither he was apologetic for the same. On the contrary he tried to justify that there were reasons for not telling about this noise problem at the time of car pick up or before. He told me that it is a normal wear and tear problem and that I can get it fixed by paying extra. I asked him that he should not charge me anything extra for fixing this problem as the problem was not present in the car before it was brought to the service centre on 2-Jun-2015. He told me that he is not like other car dealers and service providers who do such things for free. In brief your customer service manager (Mr. S.K. Anuragi) did not show even an iota of customer orientation. I went through mental trauma and left the showroom and parked the car at home (that is 8 Kms from your Service Centre) and left for my office in Taxi on that day. May be there will be surely some more customers who might be experiencing similar pain and mental trauma in getting their cars serviced from your service centre. Your Mr Rajesh and your customer service manager (Mr. S.K. Anuragi) have decided to destroy the brand image established worldwide after astronomical efforts put in by you and your team. From the above facts it is obvious and clear that my car was damaged by your service team as a result of which it started giving loud noise. Since your people refused to take the responsibility of its damage, I had to get it done from outside for which I had to spend Rs. 10, 000/- in its repair and used Taxi for going to the office for 2 days.                           I Mr.sanjeeb patra owned a new Hyundai elite i20 diesel (sportz model) from your franchise OSL HYUNDAI ON 03.06.2015, And after 3 days, I faced problem from brake section unit, I showed it at showroom and they told me there is default in ur brake and wll replace brake units on 10.06.2015, and they also told me, we hv e no stock at all, we wll order that unit, after then cll u, now it crossed 15 days more, no ph cll has received from them, so pls resolve the problem, and I m facing a lot of problem, icant ride it safely, and unable to do 1st servicing check up,

                            i have been manipulated and disrespected by commercial hyundai employees against the delivery of my car elite i20 . its about 3 months and i have not been delivered with complete accessories.its a big insult for any customer . the employees are asking for high ratings after giving unsatisfied service . in future i will not buy any hyundai segment.and i am unsatisfied custmer of hyundai

                              I have i10 car registration no. DL4CAQ5636 . I was all my free service and paid service in this workshop. But last Saturday 20th June 2015 my car indicate EPS. At a time I consult immediate samara Hyundai service centre patparganj, Delhi I reply your car module should be change. But Mondale not available now tommorrow will be available. At that and today every day 5-6 time cal to many person in same workshop . Reply are same not available.i am very worried about this behaviour. We are many type of mentally harassment. So I decide to register complain against this type of service. If Hyundai EPS problem is common the why not available in workshop. Note:- my car is now in extended warranty. Reminder you if we all are not shoutout my problem within next 24hr. We are going to consumer affair soon. And request you must take appropriate action agains above service centre as soon as possible. Regards manish. mob. [protected]

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased Hyundai i20 asta (o) in October 2013 from Badola Hyundai, Rajsamand, Rajasthan, since the purchase I am not getting appropriate mileage. The salesman told me it gives mileage of 18 KMPL, but I am only getting mileage of about 11 - 12 KMPL in every condition. I complaint to the salesman about the same, he told me on the second service its oil filters etc will be changed and the car will be giving good mileage but nothing happened. I am so much depressed with the service and mileage of hyundai. Kindly take appropriate actions against this. Thanks in advance Chetan Rajpurohit

                                  Dear Sir, My brother Mr. Bharat Singh visited to Super Parts Baltic Hyundai showroom Faridabad and meets your sales Managers Mr.Sandeep, Mr.Anshul and Mr.Mahendra for booking a car Xcent S (O) for me on date 23.03.2015 Mr.Sandeep give a rough quotation to him with Name and contact no. Aftar that I have booked a car Xcent S (O) Red Passion color on date 23.03.2015 in your showroom through my brother Mr.Bharat Singh who paid Rs: 40000/-(Forty Thousand only) as down payment to your sales Manager Mr. Sandeep to deposit on Showroom account at Faridabad, Haryana. The Sales Manager had given him a Hand written Receipt for an amount of Rs 40000/- to Mr. Bharat Singh, and said that there is some technical problem in our printer and had given the Name and contact number of Mr. Mahendra (Senior of Mr.Sandeep). On date 31.03.2015 I received a quotation by e-mail which was issued by Orion Hyundai Gurgaon. When I asked about it then Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Mahendra and Mr Anshul told me that there are silver and grey color cars in the showroom . Our requirement of red color is not possible as it was not available on the showroom. Instead he told us to issue a DD in favour of Orion Hyundai showroom at Gurgaon. Accordingly, I have deposited the quotation to my financer bank and the bank issued me the DD of Rs 600000/-(Six Lacs). That Sir, On date 22.04.2015 I requested Mr. Sandeep to book and deliver my car. Mr Sandeep told me he was busy with some work and that I should collect my car from Orion Hyundai Gurgaon and his representative will contact us. After reaching Orion Hyundai showroom at Gurgaon a call came to me from a caller whose name is Prabhakar. He received the demand draft and Balance payment Rs: 4500/- and submitted at Orion Hyundai showroom. After that they delivered a car to me with temporary registration for one month and insurance invoice, but on the invoice there is no amount mentioned. Mr Prabhakar told me that when I receive my insurance papers, everything will be mentioned there including the amount. On date 19.05.2015 I received a copy of invoice at my e-mail by insurance agent Mr. Gourav Dutt Sharma where in the model of the car is wrongly written as Xcent S instead of Xcent S(O) and details of payment Rs 13150/- against Rs 17914/-as per quotation. When I enquired about this to Mr Gaurav Dutt Sharma, he told me to contact Mr Prabhakar and when I called him up he didn’t receive my calls. After that I contact to Mr. Sandeep about my registration certificate, he told me to sir that is in progress and handover you within the month. On date 21.05.2015 my temporary registration expired but Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Anshul came to my place with extension of temporary registration for next month. When I called to Mr. Sandeep about my car registration now, he didn’t receive my calls. When we enquired to your showroom Faridabad then Mr. V.K. Batra General Manager told to us they all left the and there are no any payment received and when the Orion Hyundai Gurgaon Delivered cars to you then your car registration also provide by them. But sir I give the booking amount Rs: 40000/- in your showroom on date 23.03.2015 and that time they all are the sales Managers of your showroom and I feel this is a group of frauds persons. I therefore request you to take action against them and issue my car registration to me at the earliest. This is a very bitter experience in my life. I am sending the contact numbers of all persons and booking form which is received in your showroom. It is a prestigious issue for your showroom also. I hope you will try hard to restore the prestige of your showroom.                                     The dealer promised me to provide rain guard and is not provided at the time of delivery and also fitted stereo without speakers. I had also payed money for body coloured door handles and is not provided. They didn't gave me the bills even after one weak of delivery. They had buyed extra cash from me. I am very much fed up of the bad behavior of the delaers mainly the staff.

                                      Your Service Advisor has given a Wrong Advise During Car Servicing, 1. Un necessary Check up ( Scanning) Of Car with Extra Charges. 2. She Has Given a wrong information And Said that it is compalsary, 3.Not Having AnyTransperency During Communication regarding service Or workdone of car, 4.She Misguides the customers, And try to suggest unnecesary work, There are so many customers are there whose are not satisfied with your sevices, only reason is to come there, we are not having another options .. 5 Extra charges of work, spares..etc..

                                        I have fitted gear lock from Dream Hyundai Ghaziabad. On dated 13/6/2015 gear lock stuck when I was in Haridwar. Gear lock has warranty of 3 years. But Saint Hyundai- Jawalapur Haridwar charged me for this. Also, they refused to change it and said this can be replaced only from Gharziabad from where the item has been purchased. Please be advised that what do you mean warranty in Hyundai? Also, all they have different statement Dream Hyundai saying that you should not have been paid as item is in under warranty. But Saint Hyundai saying you will have to pay for this as this is not the part of Hyundai. Please do let me know to whom should I complaint further as per my knowledge if anything does not work under warranty there is no charges to replace or to repair the item.
