I have purchased a XCENT VTVT BSIV vechicle of hyundai make from M/S. RAAM HYUNDAI, KUSUGAL ROAD, HUBLI-580023/ KARNATAKA.On long drive A/C does not work after 2 hrs when the engine gets hot. The vehicle was taken to the above service centre on-1) march[protected]/4/2015 and (3) 26/6/2015 for the same problem, every time they return telling that the problem is solved but again for the fourth time the same problem exist and it has caused hell lot of problem travelling with family and kids. The vehicle is again to be taken to the service station on 01/7/2015. hence kindly instruct your dealer to rectify the problem at the earliest or change the A/C system fully or else i will be forced to take a legal course.

    Name- Sanjay Kaul. Mb no -[protected], [protected] Registration no - HR26CJ 9224 ADDRESS- 3E-052, RIDGEWOOD ESTATE, DLF PHASE -4, GURGAON I have purchased I10 in August 2014. Day before yesterday I was not able to drive the car .I could manage to take it to Orion Hyundai Sector 14 Gurgaon, the service person told me that my clutch plate is burnt which has to be changed and it does not come under warranty .I have to bear the cost of it . It is of great concern that in one year how my car clutch plate got damaged. My car is with Orion Hyundai service station, sector 14, Gurgaon. Please see into the matter as this is a serious matter and why I have to pay if all things comes under warranty.

      Dear Sir, I have a huge Problem with New car 3 months old only used for 3200 Kilo meters, The Engine is not starting since last few days, had to attend a very important Business meeting which I could not attend which happened to be a huge loss for me what if this happens in Middle of a horrified High way and I am carrying something Expensive or Important ( I could have been robbed ) could have died because of this Car Not starting Got a very bad experience and have not got any response from Hyundai Nobody informed me officially what the problem is in my Car and how much Time it will take I am scared that I have been bluffed by Hyundai as I have Paid a huge amount of 9 Lacks and 17 Thousand for this I20 Elite Asta Top Model, Vehicle number UP78 DW 1297, I have heard that you guys help ...         Hello sir, I am proud owner of verna fluidic car GJ-1-KN-3979 this is my second verna car I have hyundai i10 also but this time I am very let down from quality of car parts as I am facing serious issue of air conditioning inspite my car is regularly serviced by hyundai dealer they are saying u have to replace cooling koil and gas recharge by car is 3 Yer and 6 month old after purchasing a expensive car worth 11 lakh that too u have to face constant problem of part replacement so early first ac blower where replaced then car keys where replaced and now aircondition koil I was big fan of hyundai brand but this time let down do need full thanking u amit mittal ahmedabad [protected]
        Hi,

        I am facing issue with the AC as it stops cooling when the car exceed 60 kmph of speed, the ac turns back on when the speed goes below 40 kmph. Driving on highway becomes very uncomfortable. My car mechanic suggested me to get the radiator and condenser washed and the problem will be resolved. I tried that as well however the problem is still there

        Please suggest a fixation for this

        Its a Verna 1.6 crdi 2012 model

          Dear Sir I submitted my I10 vehicle bearing registration number BR01AN7310 on 17/05/2010 for body repairing, painting and servicing at Krish Hyundai SERVICE CENTRE, RPS more PATNA (copy attached). The inspection of vehicle was done by Bajaj Allianz surveyor on about 21/05/2015 and the manager of Krish Hyundai on duty told me to take delivery of vehicle on 03.06.2015. I went to service centre on 07th June; 14th June; 21st June and 28th June for taking delivery of vehicle but every time I was ignored and all these date they promised me that the vehicle will be ready by tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes up. After many argument on 28th June they promised me that vehicle will be delivered at my resident on 29th June but that promised also did not obeyed. Now, I am totally harassed and fells humiliated. Is this the kind of service that a customer is expecting from a company like Hyundai? Hence it is requested to take necessary action and delivered my vehicle at my residence without delaying anymore and it should be free of cost. It is also request to pay penalty of Rs 1000=00 per day wef 03/06/2015 to till date. It is also requested to direct Krish Hyundai to keep its word and take all responsibility. This is the 2nd time they not full fill their service standard. Two year back I also lodged complain for poor and ignored service by Krish Hyundai (can be verified from record). Hence the cost of repairing etc and penalty should be paid be company or by their service provider and vehicle should be delivered free of cost in good standard condition at my residence . It hangs every two days and hang over finishes only when disconnected from battery power.please do something. I thing there is manufacturing defect.               To Hyundai director India Sir my name is Selma Rafi I purchased i20 elite spotz date may 1st 2015 car not. a qaulity to prize when drive above 80 speed air noise is coming in not comfortable to drive and big problem is right side suspension is fault noise is coming like 10 years old car driving like that first service I inform to showroom they drive and check no problems that say, today also I go again inform they find noise they do wheel balancing and bolt nut check and make near 1700 R's cash why I need pay cash because this problems is company manufacturing fault after i take car home again same sound is coming, I need refund my cash I no need car hyunday no qaulity and service other choice is I have to go consumer court againts hyndai Dealer name is Grand Hyundai Palakkad Kerala state

                I am from gujarat veraval i want to book creta from ahemdabad but they say veraval is not their territory now from where the hell can i book creta if they dont sell me one and i am not going to wait for a year or so to buy it at my place here in the showroom they have one eon and thats a joke for a showroom o[censored]r calibre help me book one at the big city else its no hyundai anymore for me Waiting for ur reply Thanking you

                  Dear sir,

                  I am irshad hossain this is to inform you that i have visited the mukesh hyundai for eon car booking on 13th june 2015 and they are provided the on road car quotation at the same time i have given rs :-5000/- as request from showroom;s executive on the spot and at the same time i have refer my friend to book the eon car.

                  But my i know and compare price quotation from other source that mukesh hyundai is giving too much high quotation on eon car on road and other showrooms are taking only rs :- 500/- booking and cancellation is rs :-250/- only, and eon car on road price is very very less from mukesh hyundai.

                  So i decided the cancel the booking in mukesh hyundai and same date i have purchase the same car from other hyundai show room. Mukesh hyundai is going to deduct my rs:- 3000/- from booking amount.

                  So i am requesting please refund my booking amount full (Rs :- 5000/- ). It is creating harassment to customer.

                  Please find my down payment receipt in other hyundai showroom and cancellation request form to mukesh hyundai

                  I have not get the response from :[protected]/48/49... They are not agree to take complain.

                  Dear team,

                  We have bad experience as a customer, mukesh hyndai is using wrong booking sheet and they are putting the sticker on rs :-250/- price on cancellation sheet row that is showing rs :- 3000/-.

                  Now they are unnecessary deducting my rs:-3000/- as cancellation plan, .
                  Executive are not mention the any cancelation amount for that not due to saturday half day in mukesh hyndai they do not provide any momey receipt. I have singed the document in hurry and they are taking advantage on it.


                  Very bad expericenc regarding mukesh hyndai.

                    I have puchased the above vehicle from your showroom during december 2014.Since the vehicle was not getting started .I have reported the matter to kakkavayal showroom on 23/06/2015.Acordingly one mechanic came on the next day and found the battery charge has gone down and he has asked for another battery with charge.I have arranged a spare battery from brothers jeep.I have called some of my sons friends from the neighbouring houses. They are sujith, jinse, nithin, nikhil, chacko nirappel and my son prince .In the presance of the mechanic.These boys has tried to push start the car .But it has not worked.Then the mecanic has fitted the jeep battery and tried to start.We have noticed heavy broke coming from alternator, cutouter, and dianamo.Immediatly the mechanic has disconnected the battery.Then we have noticed that the battery terminal was connected wrongly.Next day two other mechanis were send by the company and they took the car to the workshop .
                    Since there were no information from the company, i have telephoned to the company on 27/06/2015 and they told me to pay rs 5000 for the reconditioning.This demand is no way justificate.
                    Since the damage was caused by wrong way of connecting the battery.I request the full repare to be done by the expence from the company itself

                      Verna Car no RJ14 CF 4837 was given for service at Hindustan hyundai jaipur jhotwara service centre with complaint that ac is not working .. car was returned with service and told ac is proper but later I send it back with ac problem prevailing and i was told a pipe is damaged and gas is low and was charged with 6k. But problem still persist and upon informing again this time I was told compressor is not working and it will cost 22k . After 2 days I was told it will cost 35k and when I reach service center I was told it wil be 41k .. I told to return back my car and the money I have paid initially. I was misbehaved by Mr narendra Singh shekhawat there who told his team to remove the pipe and gas from my car and return it back to me. . I told ideally you should have said will return labour charges and will have to withheld parts cost. Post service even auto off function of indicator is not functioning properly. I have complaint it to mr kumar of hindustan hyundai and Mr jai from hyundai at [protected] but till now I have got no response Regards Tushar Sharma [protected]

                        Hi, I am writing to file a serious complaint on a recently purchased card. The car registration number is MH48S 9642. The car was purchased through Sai Auto Hyundai in Mumbai. First, till date I haven’t got the RC copy of the car. It has been close to 6 months and I have been repeatedly told by your sales person that this will be resolved but the problem hasn’t been resolved. I must have spoken to Sai Hyundai atleast 15-20 times for the same. This is causing problems at multiple levels. For instance I am not able to claim insurance. I wanted to claim insurance today. The representative was told that I don’t have a RC copy prior to coming. He said that it was ok and what all papers I have should be enough. Then when he came to my house for car pick up, he asked for RC copy. When I said that I don’t have RC copy, he said that I need to go and get it from the RTO. I have wasted so many days and am unable to drive the car due to this issue. This is not the first time that there has been a service issue. Earlier when I had sent the car for first service, the car was supposed to return back on a particular day but was delayed by 1-2 days due to which I had to travel to office on a cab and struggled a lot. The car has got pathetic mileage. It gives me a mileage of 8-9 KM per litre. I remember when the car was sold to me, I was told that I should purchase only this car else they wont give me any discount. I went ahead and purchased this car only to find out that the car is a damaged piece sold by you as the mileage of the car is not acceptable. I would like you to take back the car and refund it with a new one. Second I would like you to take strict action against Sai Hyundai so that they ensure that RC book is sent and insurance is claimed and as a customer I don’t have to suffer further pain.                         I have purchased ne EON Era + car 3 month back (MH12 LV 9398) from starting there is heavy noise in gear box, 4 time we have complain to the hyundai Kharadi branch, Regional Office, Hyundai customer care but still no action on it,
                        I am very frustrated now .
                        Now i am going to take legal action to the hyundai Motors.

                          I purchased hyundai xcent with regn no.Dl4cba 2959 from deep hyundai on 11 july 2014. Hardly it covered 5000 kms when it developed sound in all the wheels and poor pick up. Even average kmpl gone down to 9kmpl whereas company promises 19kmpl in violation of consumer protection law. All futile efforts made by myself to reslove the issue.
                          I request pehredar to give it wide publicity so that no other genuine customer fall victim of the false promises by hyundai.

                              I was advised by the car service person to go fr under chassis painting. I accepted and said Yes to him. After service I took delivery and on coming home I noticed that my car was completely rough on the outer side including front and rear glasses. When askd bout this they said the under chassis spray paint has spread Over the car and we ll repair it on Monday. Such a careless answer from those buggers. Very poor hyundai.

                                I also have the same problem with i10 2012 model and it has only covered 9039 km. Though it is facing the same problem (ECM not working).Last night I turned my car off myself and The next morning I tried to start but it failed to start. The car even got fully serviced 20 days ago. I want it to get replaced for free. Kindly take serious action or I will directly go to consumer court For sure. Because useless expense of RS.40, 000 on RS.4, 50, 000 can't be bearable.                                   I have purchased I 10 Car No. DL3BQ4419 in the year 2012 from Rishab Motors (P) Ltd., Okhla. The delivery of the car was taken with CNG fitting. But in registration certificate of the car petrol has been mentioned .This fact has come to my knowledge this year at the time of renewal of the insurance of the car.Also No papers of CNG were submitted to me at that time.Now on making complaint to the Hyudai Motors the CNG papers have been submiited but the company is denying to take responsiblity of endorsing CNG on Car. Since the mistake has been committed by the agent of the company Rishab Motors (P) Ltd. the CNG on RC should be endorsed by the company .

                                    This is to bring your kind notice that i purchased a car (I-20 Magna-Optional CRDI) on 31st October 2012.Initially car performance was good but now i regret to inform you that for the past 1.5 years it has started troubling me a lot.Last year the clutch cylinder got burst while i was driving which might have created a great loss to life.Then, i got clutch cylinder replaced from srishti hyundai. Most importantly has not been functioning properly since the begining of purchase, i got it repaired quiet a several time from hyndai service centre but the same problem arise again & again. I purchased this car by keeping a lot of faith in hyundai motor but today i am highly disappointed with hyundai since i have had worst experience o[censored]sing this car.I here by request you to look in to the matter & get the problem sorted & provide me with the positive outcome.

                                      Sir I purchased I-20 car ( RJ-20 CC 6525) from kamal hyndai kota on 25/11/2013 and my car run till now 3800km only. On 8 may-15 my car heated and stops and not starts again. I called to service centre and my car lying in service centre from 8 may to 14 may. My car returned back to me with bill 10000 Rs which was due to cultchplat broken or burn. NOW 31 may my car again overheated and stops. I called to service centre and my lying in service centre till today and they gave me 20000 Rs estimated due to engine head done. My issue is why I pay bill due to same problem. . they also open my car engine. when i need my car very tense time car not available for me . my mother hospitalized between this period PLZ RESOLVE MY ISSUE EARLIST. I will go to consumer court within two days for mentally hurting to kamal hyndai and also hyndai company . My complain regarding this problem is[protected] on 13/06/2015 but nobody response me. 350 customer in rawatbhata facing service related problem from kamal hyndai and i also start signing all of them and send in customer cort very soon. kamal hyndai not responded to all customers faithful and involve in bad naming of hyndai.

                                        Temporary Number still not given. It has been 12 days i took the car. I have exchanged my old car and they have not given any receipt of the same. pathetic services and Raina who is the showroom manager is worst. Needs to be taught customer care lessons. please call me . i need assistance in getting my number and old car receipt. I work for HCL and meet about 100 people everyday. people are asking about this cars feedback, what should i tell? These guys have issues communicating with the ICICI bank chandigarh . Bank has already given the DO and they dont have time to communicate with him. WHY AM I BEING HARASSED FOR ALL THIS. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT WITH NOIDA POLICE FOR THE SAME AS WELL. PLEASE DELIVER MY RECEIPT AND TEMPORARY REGISTRATION NUMBER WITHIN 1 HOUR AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR IT.
