I made a Corporate Booking of Elite i20 Sportz (O) for my organization Citicorp Services Ind Pvt. Ltd. which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Citibank, N.A., India. The booking was done on Mar 10, 2015 through your dealer Shreeram Hyundai (Shreeram Cars Pvt. Ltd.) which is now changed to Kamla Hyundai (Kamla Landmarc Cars Pvt. Ltd.) Kandivali (West), Mumbai. Since it was a Corporate booking, the necessary Purchase Order from my organization and necessary details was shared with the dealer. This dealer has got into some partnership related issues and hence the name changed from Shreeram Hyundai to Kamla Hyundai. When I booked the car it was Shreeram and towards the time when dealer was continuously pressurizing for full payment it had become Kamla Hyundai. Due to this issue, before the full payment of INR 8, 25, 277 was made from my company, we enquired with the West Regional Office of Hyundai Motors India Limited in Mumbai and Ms. Madhuri from your office confirmed that there are no issues because of the change in the dealer name, it is an internal adjustment within the dealer and I can release the payment without any doubt. I did so on May 21, 2015. The dealer representative came to my office and waited till he gets the cheque and the cheque was handed over to them. On June 3, 2015 I visited the Showroom for checking on the status update of the car and came to know that the dealership is facing some financial issues and hence delivery of cars are getting delayed. On seeing this, I called up Hyundai Mumbai Regional Office and explained all this to Ms. Madhuri. Now Madhuri says that the dealership is facing issues and I shouldn't have made the payment. The cheque was cleared by the dealer by then and amount already credited to the dealer's account. I had specifically called up Hyundai directly to see if there will be issues because of the dealer name change, etc. and was then denied by your office and hence made the payment. Today, the Showroom has been kept closed (without any information) for past 5-6 days and I am following up over phone with the Dealer Representatives, Hyundai (Mr. Abhijeet Anil Dalal (Area Sales Manager) and Ms. Madhuri). They gave me contact details of the Principal Dealer - Kamla Landmarc Group which is a big builder in Mumbai. And I was asked to go and sit in their office and pressurize them to either refund my company's money or deliver the car. Is this the way Hyundai addresses an issue faced by a customer? I am not buying a Shreeram or Kamla Car, I am buying a Hyundai Car. Hyundai has not kept any option that we could buy the car directly from Hyundai or make the payment directly to Hyundai, right? Instead you have bestowed these authorities into your authorized dealers and they deal with us customers on behalf of Hyundai. So what is Hyundai's responsibility on this? What is the due diligence that Hyundai takes in case of such frauds by their Authorized Dealership? Today I am told to wait till June 24 (Wednesday/ Tomorrow) evening and the Principal Dealer will provide a status update. There is no clarity in whether the car will be delivered or a refund cheque will be issued. All this I am suffering inspite of making the entire payment of Rs.825277 which included the Ex-Showroom Price + Octroi + RTO Tax + Registration Charges. As a Corporate we have taken note of this and will be vary of dealing with Hyundai for any corporate car purchase by our Organization. Today I am facing issues and am answerable to my Company's concerned department for the money that has got stuck with your Hyundai Dealer - Kamla Landmarc Group. Me too suffering due to Shreeram / Kamla Hyundai issue. Absolutely no cooperation or support from Hyundai Motors India office, who have not even acknowledged or responded to my written complaint... Evan I have booked 1 10 Grand from Shreeram/ Kamla land mark car dealers for Hyundai at Kandivali West and till date they have not refunded by money though all the payment have been done . I have been following up with huyndia and Dealers people but no response from them One Mrs . Madu is just giving assurance. Need help to get my money back

I had booked I10 grand on 5th may and same was to be delivered by 10 days as promised by car dealer Kamla landmark at Mumbai.

After constant follow up with kamlaland mark car dealer, they still not responded nor delivered my car. Post this I requested for cancellation and also informed my bankers who disbursed the loan. So that same can be brought through some other dealer.

I have called hyundai customer care and was disappointed with customer care response since they have not reverted and have done nothing till date my customer complaint I'd is[protected].

I request you'll to take strong action against this car dealer and to cancel your association with this car dealer as they have damage hyundia brand. I would never ever purchase hyundai car nor suggest any other to do so.

Would request you'll to please refund my money as soon as possible. Or else would be forces to go to consumer court.

This is a commuted fraud by Shreeram Hyundai and very shameful on Hyundai Motors Indian Ltd's to not respond to complaints lodged by customers.

They have my money and apparently the service centre has closed down also when a complaint is made to Hyundai Motors Ltd. there is no response from their side.

I think I also have to go by Consumer Court now like the rest.
Also will never think of purchasing another car from Hyundai despite whatever offers or discounts given because ultimately it seems like a committed and planned fraud here.

Even I spoke to Hyundai Motors and they said that for AMC they are not responsible as it is also written in AMC book. so when I said that I will go to consumer court. They said it up to me and I am free to go to court.

I think hyundai is intolerant like their brand ambassadress.. we should start using social media for the same otherwise they dont bother... it is so shameful for Hyundai...They are fraudster .

I've been facing similar issue with Kamla Hyundai Service Centre. I've tried to call on all the numbers I've or I've found, but none of them is working. I even visited the office and asked the security guys in the building, but all them are keeping mum as if they are paid to keep quiet!!

Guys, any update? Have you managed to resolve your issues?

    I gave my I20 sports car No AS 01 MA 2986 for paid service at Capital Hyundai, Sector 63, Noida on 02.06.15. The car was not having any major problem. I gave it for periodic regular service. I mentioned few minor repair / adjustments to be done. They prepared a job card in which few jobs were listed. I got number of calls from 4 PM onwards that my car is ready. But when I reached there I found that my car not even clean. What to say of car even the windshield was not clean. The boys had already left the workshop hence I had to take as it is. They charged my for several things which I did not ask such as Body wax cleaner, liquid cleaner, chrome cleaner, liquid windshield wash etc and still the car was not cleaned. It is sure that they have not used all these cleaners and have simply charged me for the same. The Auto AC of my car is also not functioning properly (it does not turn to 'air recirculation' mode on switching on) but they could not correct it. The central lock does not get locked automatically after attaining certain speed that also they could not correct. They sent me a message that the gear box oil seal is leaking and asked for repair worth Rs. 5500/- which I vehemently denies as there was not a single oil spot in my garage. Then they agreed and said ‘it is not leaking but there is seepage’. From the above it is clear that M/s Capital Hyundai, Sector 63, Noida is trying to extort extra money from the customers for several jobs which are not required and also charging for the things which have not been done. They are allotting one advisor to each customer who is a commission agent. His commission depends on how much he can charge from the customer for the jobs which are not required. You are requested to take immediate action against the such workshop which is ruining the name and reputation of Hyundai. My car performance has gone down after the service.

      Dear sir / madam,


      I have purchased Hyundai grand i10 Asta (o) from Talwar Hyundai erragadda Hyderabad with extra fitting pioneer avh-x8690bt touch screen dvd player and camera.They have damaged the dashboard and a scratch on bumper down the light while fitting the camera and player.This damage is annoying me very much while driving.they have promised to replace it one week .so i took the delivery on 20/4/15.now its almost 2 months no one is giving proper response to number of calls and visits to the show room i made even i sent the mail to accessories.[protected]@talwarhyundai.com.i own many cars but never experienced such service from any car makers.this is the worst thing ever happened to me and am very depressed with this. Am looking for a solution for this as soon as possible.

        Sir/Madam, I have purchased New verna SX model from Capital Hyunda, Noida in Aug'14 (Reg No. UP16AV9122). Since the beginning it was having problem of more coollent consumption. It consume around 0.5 Ltr/ 1500km. For this I have visited Capital Hyundai service centre at Noida Sector-63 & 83. After taking 5 day time to dignose the problem, sector 63 sevice centre replaced the radiator. But problem is still not resolved. And I think this problem is manufacturing defect.           Hi, I purchased a new Elite I20 from Capitol Hyundai, sec-63 Noida. I love my car and was very happy till the first rain of season. Yesterday it was raining in Ghaziabad. Unfortunately my car was parked outside ( which I feel should not be big deal ). As it was raining, I didn't drive the car. Next morning, I was about to leave for office. I was checking the car for any spots made by rain, then I realized the "i20" pasted on the left side on back was gone. Not sure if it is due to rain or poor quality. But anyways, Total money that I spent to purchase car is around 8lakhs. Any car that cost around 8lakhs, this is not expected. Now my 2 months old car look like a piece of second hand car. I am not able to find that part also in market. Please Hyundai provide me the "i20" logo. Regards, Parvinder [protected]

            महोदय मेरे पास i10 स्पोर्ट कार है I EPS indicator कभी कभी on हो जाता है I गुना में सर्विस सेंटर वाले इस बारे में कुछ भी बताने में असमर्थ हैं I इस तरह के सर्विस सेंटर खोलने का क्या औचित्य है कि कार हम गुना से खरीदें और सर्विस कराने ग्वालियर या इंदौर जाना पड़े I प्लीज बताएं कि अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए ?

              Dear Sir . I purchased I 20 Astha from Commercial Hundai Dehradun on 23rd March 2015. My customer ID no. is C[protected] and invoice no was H[protected].I was told at the time of delivery that duplicate keys of the vehicle was not available with commercial Hundai and they were not in receipt of those keys from company and it was lost in transit . They told me that the have written to company and I shall be in the receipt of them by courier with in fifttn days. Since then I am reminding to them continuously but I am sorry to say that I am still in search of keys. . Further at the time of delivery my vehicle reserve wheel was not alloy wheel and it looks to me very unreasonable. so kindly ensure delivery of duplicate keys and replacement of wheel by alloy one, I shall feel highly obliged for your kind consideration.                 Hi I wanted to address a compliant relating to my i10 petrol car (Sportz model) HR26BW9462 in name of Sakshi Pandey. I bought this car in Jan2013 from Safdarjung Hyundai, Udhyog vihar, Gurgaon and after 1 year only, it started giving battery related problems. The car was also submitted to Safdarjung hyundai udhyog vihar in month of Nov14/Dec14 due to major battery failure which they smartly recharged the whole day and returned back the running car. Yesterday, once again there was major battery problem for which the car was taken at the Hyundai service center for check up and states that now the battery needs to be replaced. My question to you is that if it was a faulty battery, why it was not replaced within the warranty period when the car was submitted to the workshop for the same problem. It clearly shows a smart act to temporarily rectify the battery to complete the warranty period and run the car. More surprisingly, when I tried to submit a complaint to one of your team member, Rishi handa, he smartly avoid saying that normally all battery life is not more than 2 years and even if there is no battery problem within 6 months, ther's no responsibity of the company on battery. This way he should advise battery companies to give a warranty for 6 months only. Further to state my husband is also using Hyundai car from last 5 years without any battery problem or recharge. Then, Rishi also very smartly tried explaining me on technologies function of battery. Again my question is if the car was acknowledged with a battery problem within the warranty period, why the battery was not replaced at that time? Why it was temporarily recharged which did not even lasted for 6 months and now saying the battery needs to be replaced at your own cost as the battery warranty of 2 years expired? It's really disappointing act from such a reputed service dealer of which we are a loyal customer. As a bonafide customer, I feel cheated by the company and let me tell you, its not a matter of Rs.4000/- which you are asking, its a matter of consumer rights and fair practice by companies.                   Respected sir, madam. I Sunita Yadav from Jabalpur (M.P) is filing a complain against Prestige Hyundai jabalpur and Anmol Hyundai Jabalpur. There was a leakage in my coolent tank I got it changed from Prestige Hyundai Garage they changed it and them it started giving problem then I switched garage to Anmol hyundai garage they kept my car to 3 days and did not worked on it. Then they said heating coil problem is there it will come in 10 days, then I waited for it after then they changed my heating again they took my car for 2 days and did not worked on it. They opened my desk board and did not fit it well now in one week the heating coil which they change is now leaking again. As all I want to say I trust Hyundai company but workers of jabalpur are not working properly of both the companies. I am willing to switch my motor to maruti Suzuki but not having enough money to buy a new one. Please help me. Hyundai i20. MP 20 CB 3554.

                    I have sent my Grand-i10 MH20 CS8652 on 9th Jun 15 to Dhoot Hundai, Adalat Road, Aurangabad for servicing purpose and it was committed, same will be get ready by next day i.e. on 11 Jun 15 . When I tried to contact Service Center Executive Mr. Amit but he didn't pick my call so I directly reached to showroom for pickup my car. And get shocked to see that my car was get badly damaged from driver side mirror, back door, front panel and lot of scratches were there. Initially, service executive was trying to hide above damages from me and insist me to take a car as it is condition. When I noticed above damages and asked him about the damages he could not able to give justified answer and was tried to convince me to get it settle thru Insurance claim. Next day, when I meet to Mr. Kapil Kabra- Service station in charge regarding the same that time he agreed that this mistake was happened from their end hence he will bear the cost and get my vehicle ready as it was in good condition. Today, when I reached to service station to collect the vehicle it was found that Mirror, side panel was repaired but back side door panel not repaired. Even though, service executive again tried to hide the back side panel damage which is very visual. And when I raise question about the same & requested to meet to Mr. Kapil Kabra, he tried to avoid the same. there after I tried to reach Mr. Kabra on his official mobile he didn't pick my calls. second time he diverted my calls to another no. same was happen 2-3 time after that he switched off his mobile. Please note that my car is still in service station and it is more than 10 days though I am struggling to get it repaired & also don’t know what is going to happen, as nobody is responding to my concern. The result, my all regular work get hampered and stressed. I am totally shocked for such services rendered by the authorized Hundai service station. Now, it is requested to kindly intervene the subject matter and help me out to get my vehicle repaired in good condition as it was. looking ahead for your positive response.                       SIR I have paid an advance of Rs 10000 to BHARAT MOTOCORP PRIVATE LTD, KHAMMAM on[protected] to M/s for purchase of XCENT VARIANT -S- PETROL vehicle.I was informed by the time of booking the vehicle that I am eligible for a discount of Rs14000, and the amount will be refunded by the time of delivery. Now after receiving the amount of 6, 64, 684.00 as per the quotation submitted (in addition to the advance) i am forced to take the accessories for the discount and more over refusing to refund the balance amount.Even I am forced to take the Delivery of the vehicle without invoice. I do request the concerned to direct dealer to raise the invoice and refund the balance amount and deliver the vehicle at my home at KOTHAGUDEM as promised.                           Dear Team, We would like to inform you that, Since we had our wedding planned on 6th May 2015, Based on the regular follow up from the DSC representative we have booked Grand I 10 from DSC Hyndai paying Rs 10, 0000 on 14th April 2015, But for more than 20 days there was no proper response and very very pathetic response from them, They have not called us to convey any information since we have planned to take the vehicle in Finance. But since we where running short of time we have asked them to change it to I 20 Elite model since it has attracted us so much and we were very eager to migrate to the new version, But to our suprise nothing was processed from their side and every time we walked into the showroom their was no response even from the AGM. At last since we had only 15 days and by any chance we wanted the car, We have approached Hyndai Motor Plaza- Chennai direct showroom of your and got the car delivered on time, We bought a Elite I 20 with register No : TN 10 AS 9648. Due to the poor response in DSC, We have cancelled the order with DSC they have not intimated us about the cancellation charges nor they had a courtesy to inform the customer but they have charged Rs 3000 as cancellation and did not intimate the customer that the cheque is ready, After our regular follow up for a month, Once we approached them in mid of May 15 they are stating us that the cheque of Rs 7000 is ready. As a Loyal customer of Hyndai, We have not approached any other brand to buy a car. We have gone to your direct dealer of yours and got the car do to there poor customer service from DSC, But why are we to be penalized for their poor customer service of deducting Rs 3000 from our money. We have even approached the AGM to take action but their was no response to consider customer complaint as there commented that cancellation charges are there which is applicable from Hyndai. As a responsible team, Being a loyal customer of yours i would like you to oblige this mail and take action to refund my booking amount of Rs.10, 000 Expecting for your positive reply and action on the same to support your customer Regards, Jenitha V

                            Hi, Sir I Mr. RAO have booked a Car I20 Active with the dealer PRAMUKH HYUNDAI. (PRABHADEVI MUMBAI), on 22.04.2015 and I was told to that i will get the delivery of the car in eight weeks. After eight weeks I did not get any message about the delivery of car, so I called up the dealer and to my surprise I was given the reason by the dealer that, delay was from the Hyundai company, Hyundai company is unable to give the delivery in time that is why we are helpless to give the delivery at promised time. Therefore please look into the matter.

                              \Around Two months ago, I had some problems with the air conditioner of my i20 car, "Hans Hyundai" (Moti Nagar, Delhi) suggested to change the whole unit of the AC, I agreed and paid around Rs 45, 000/- to get that fixed. Later on around one and a half month later I discovered that all the floor mats of my car are wet due to the water of the AC, I immediately called up at Hans Hyundai (Moti Nagar, Delhi) and they picked up my car and gave back to me after 3 days. Now, it's been three days and the AC's water is leaking again on my mats. I am really annoyed with this.                                 My vehicle is getting repaired at Gandhi Hyundai, Solapur since ~4 months now. Everytime I call them for the delivery, they extend the date by 1/2/3 weeks. I've never found myself in this helpless position in life. I dunno if they want me to plead in front of them to give my car back. I regret buying Hyundai vehicle and insulted. Date of accident is: February 28, 2015 Vehicle given for repair: February 28, 2015 Since February 28, 2015, my vehicle is at Gandhi Hyundai, Solapur. I had insisted to the Highway Support to take the vehicle to either Pune or Hyderbad, but they didnt pay any heed towards that and sent the vehicle to Solapur Service Center. Also, I offered to pay the difference amount(of carrying the car from Solapur to Hyderabad/Pune) of the crane which carried the car. Also, for paying the bills, I took a personal loan as I dont have that much amount to pay back for the services(Cashless insurance service is not applicable for this Service Center). They aren't understanding the importance of the situation. Everytime they give a new reason like unavailability of the parts or man power for repairing the car. I find myself short of words to describe the pathetic experince I am going through.

                                  It is one of the worst day. I gave my i10 car for General service to Hyundai service center at Ikkatuthangal. One service engineer checked and took my car for service. Around 11 he call asked for Disk replacement and evning 6 He requested me to collect the car. Since I was busy next day 11am I went to take my car. My car backside number plate was broken as welll they haven't put vaccum clean interiror. Could see two more new scratches. The worst part is the Service engineer and the Front desk lady was not at all ready to ask sorry. They were very Rude and said it was not thier mistake. They charged 4500/- for Labour and gave my car like this. Till 2pm I was waited and get my car, still they gave it to me with the broken number plate. They were not ready to apologize and for refund too. Very worst experience. Place : Ekkatuthangal, Chennai Date : 16.06.15
                                  I am not satisfied with Kun Hyndai service, Car care and Customer care.

                                      I purchased i20 Elite Asta 1.2 BSIV Petrol through your Indore Dealer HARSH AUTOMOBILES P LTD, Indore wide invoice number: H[protected] dt 13.10.2014. My VIN is MALBM51BLEM027172 I purchased this vehicle because I was loyal customer of Hyundai and owing three cars of Hyundai brand in my family. But this time its a blunder for me that i had purchased this vehicle. From the day one I bought and presently run 7200 kms, I had top up the engine oil thrice from Hyundai Service Station - Harsh Hyundai, Indore which is unable to understand by my side when it came to know about Engine default from service station. And as we can say that its a manufacturing matter. I am in continues touch with the Company Service Station. My said vehicle is presently with them from last two week i.e from 03.06.2015 Apart from Engine oil problem, while driving my said car theres always a single shot/sparking sound comes from silencer due to some vaccum and my car get slower for a fraction of second and get back to the speed. This i feel from last 2-3 months after I start my car and run for 4-5 kms. What I understand from the oil consumption issue (where no physical leakage is detected) as discussed with Harsh Hyundai, Indore Service Center is "Oil is found in one of the valve out of four and plug of that valve is sparking again n again as vehicle runs resulting negative effects on piston and crank shaft. This is what i simply understand without open up of my car engine. The problem may be more dense when engine will get open. Now, what i feel is that engine of my car is not in that shape as needed to run the car smoothly with the said issue. I am also sure that after opening of my car engine, the reassembling will not be as provided by the Company from it's Manufacturing plant. Company is not responding my complaint and issues from last 15 days. Their attitute is just negative and neglecting. I have purchased the said car from my hard earned money. It is my dream car. Dream car of middle class family. This is my first new car and I have not even enjoyed it from very first day. Now help me to put my issues to right people in Hyundai as it is very tough to contact Hyundai people as they are having very compact arrangement where general customer cant put his voice directly and effectively.                                       This is pandu from hyderabad, i purchased a new car on thursday elite -i20 car in bharath hyundai at gowlidoddi show room in hyderabad.

                                      Without quality check cars are selling.this is my problem please listen.i believe alot hyundai company but oath is gone

                                      driving: showroom to my home .there are 8 major important issues .

                                      1.overheated in interior.

                                      2.a/c is not working

                                      3. Coolant oil is not there

                                      4.engine is overheated

                                      5.dangour signals

                                      6.distilled water is not there.

                                      7.wireless charger is not working.

                                      8.there is more pollution from silencer -carbondioxide

                                      This happened within 12 hours time period.during driving along my family morning 8:00 am -6:00pm on the road. No response from your end.whole family is struggled because of your company car without quality check cars are selling

                                      I need a new car (elite i-20) or refund the money.they committed child part replacement part and instead of that entire engine assembling but i need entire vehicle replacement.

                                      I go for new car if i-20 car not available, if any difference amount is there that i will pay.otherwise same new elite i-20 car provide.i dont need any other argue.

                                      If that vehicle is also any same situation ready to refund the money or provide the new car

                                      Please dont sell this manufacture deffect vehicles any body in the market.
                                      There is no explanation about car parts about engine interior and exterior in the show room.

                                        I purchased Elite i20 sportz diesel version on 11/05/2015. I have driven around 1600 kms. Even 1st service was done at 1200kms run. The vehicle is giving very poor mileage.ie 10-12kmpl against the claim of 18kpml in cities.& 21kmpl on highways. Even the pick up in 2 & 3 gears are not appreciable. Buying the car at a huge budget and cannot get the mileages as promised by Hyundai is Heart breaking.. Earlier i was a Proud owner of Santro Xing. Keeping same thing in the mind i was blogged by this i20 car. Hyundai please take neccessary corrective action and call back all the cars to incorporate the corrective action. But all other features are really xcellent..
