I, Mrs. Elizabeth Verghese, Kanianthra, Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam purchased a new Grand i10 Asta 1.2AT BSIV from MGF Motors, Near Pulimood Junction Kottayam, Kerala Date of Registration : 20.12.2014 VEHICLE NO: KL05 AK6713 CHASSIS NO; MALA851CMEM194193L PETROL At the time of purchase/ test drive, i was promised a token of one gram gold by the dealer and the sales executives as advertised in the leading Newspapers / media. I had met the Show room Manager, Mr.Verghese of MGF Hyundai at Kottayam and reminded and requested many times of this. I was assured that this gift will be delivered by end of MAY 2015. I have not received it till date. Request you to address this grievance at the earliest as originally committed by Hyundai Co:

    I purchased i20 Elite Asta 1.2 BSIV Petrol through your Indore Dealer HARSH AUTOMOBILES P LTD, Indore wide invoice number: H[protected] dt 13.10.2014. My VIN is MALBM51BLEM027172 I purchased this vehicle because I was loyal customer of Hyundai and owing three cars of Hyundai brand in my family. But this time its a blunder for me that i had purchased this vehicle. From the day one I bought and presently run 7200 kms, I had top up the engine oil thrice from Hyundai Service Station - Harsh Hyundai, Indore which is unable to understand by my side when it came to know about Engine default from service station. And as we can say that its a manufacturing matter. I am in continues touch with the Company Service Station. My said vehicle is presently with them from last two week i.e from 03.06.2015 Apart from Engine oil problem, while driving my said car theres always a single shot/sparking sound comes from silencer due to some vaccum and my car get slower for a fraction of second and get back to the speed. This i feel from last 2-3 months after I start my car and run for 4-5 kms. What I understand from the oil consumption issue (where no physical leakage is detected) as discussed with Harsh Hyundai, Indore Service Center is "Oil is found in one of the valve out of four and plug of that valve is sparking again n again as vehicle runs resulting negative effects on piston and crank shaft. This is what i simply understand without open up of my car engine. The problem may be more dense when engine will get open. Now, what i feel is that engine of my car is not in that shape as needed to run the car smoothly with the said issue. I am also sure that after opening of my car engine, the reassembling will not be as provided by the Company from it's Manufacturing plant. Company is not responding my complaint and issues from last 15 days. Their attitute is just negative and neglecting. I have purchased the said car from my hard earned money. It is my dream car. Dream car of middle class family. This is my first new car and I have not even enjoyed it from very first day. Now help me to put my issues to right people in Hyundai as it is very tough to contact Hyundai people as they are having very compact arrangement where general customer cant put his voice directly and effectively.     This is pandu from hyderabad, i purchased a new car on thursday elite -i20 car in bharath hyundai at gowlidoddi show room in hyderabad.

    Without quality check cars are selling.this is my problem please listen.i believe alot hyundai company but oath is gone

    driving: showroom to my home .there are 8 major important issues .

    1.overheated in interior.

    2.a/c is not working

    3. Coolant oil is not there

    4.engine is overheated

    5.dangour signals

    6.distilled water is not there.

    7.wireless charger is not working.

    8.there is more pollution from silencer -carbondioxide

    This happened within 12 hours time period.during driving along my family morning 8:00 am -6:00pm on the road. No response from your end.whole family is struggled because of your company car without quality check cars are selling

    I need a new car (elite i-20) or refund the money.they committed child part replacement part and instead of that entire engine assembling but i need entire vehicle replacement.

    I go for new car if i-20 car not available, if any difference amount is there that i will pay.otherwise same new elite i-20 car provide.i dont need any other argue.

    If that vehicle is also any same situation ready to refund the money or provide the new car

    Please dont sell this manufacture deffect vehicles any body in the market.
    There is no explanation about car parts about engine interior and exterior in the show room.

    I have some proofs i am attaching here please look in to once.they have taken a car with towing yesterday 8:00 pm

      I purchased Elite i20 sportz diesel version on 11/05/2015. I have driven around 1600 kms. Even 1st service was done at 1200kms run. The vehicle is giving very poor mileage.ie 10-12kmpl against the claim of 18kpml in cities.& 21kmpl on highways. Even the pick up in 2 & 3 gears are not appreciable. Buying the car at a huge budget and cannot get the mileages as promised by Hyundai is Heart breaking.. Earlier i was a Proud owner of Santro Xing. Keeping same thing in the mind i was blogged by this i20 car. Hyundai please take neccessary corrective action and call back all the cars to incorporate the corrective action. But all other features are really xcellent..

        My name is renish joseph.i bought a hyundai eon era plus star dust car on 27/04/2015.I am writing this letter regarding a serious issue with my eon car.Actually i have already made numerous complaints in this regard.But i did not get any satisfactory response from dealer as well as the company(s s hyundai, mavelikara).Whenever i drive the car with the windows closed there is this noise from the engine.I do not know whether it is coming from the engine or somewhere else.The car almost sounds like a tractor .And i found it very embarrassing and irritating.I brought it to the notice of the dealer several times and they are saying that this is common with all EON cars.If what they are saying is true, its a manufacturing defect and the company is liable to replace the car or rectify this issue.Last time when i made the complaint they made me believe that this is a common problem and they also made me sign the customer satisfaction letter.But i did some research and found out that this issue is not common.Apparently they were trying to close the complaint by giving me some technical verbal jugglery.Hyundai cannot go around cheating customers by selling defective cars.As a consumer i have some rights and company must respect that.So i am left with no choice but to take legal action against the company.I hope that you will do the needfull.               Dear sir, Refer to the above I have done my First paid service at your franchise, divine motors pvt ltd, Umberagon(Invoice attached).Now the problem is when we drive the car I feel that it is running with brake, Ie:Feeling very hard than earlier. Normally after servicing the vehicle could get more free after every service. Here in my case even my door alignment also get shifted & now the door not open/close properly. I have approached your service center twice but the their response was very poor & not even entertaining customer. Earlier free service done at your divine motors Vapi showroom was excellent, which is 35 Km from this area. Now I wanted to reservice my vehicle & make as free as earlier.                   We have given our i20car (KL 11 R 6700) to the service centre, Apco Hyundai, Pavangad, Calicut, Kerala due to starting trouble on 18the May 2015. But we have not received back the vehicle till today. They are always telling that it will ready within 2, 3 days. But its not yet ready. Please do something urgently for this matter or let us inform the further proceedings.

                    Their is a problem in opening and closing of side view mirror. Many times i had gone to deep hyundai piragarhi for the same reasn but my problm was not resolved. I m just tired of it. They always says due to sone it is happning they alwas says they had cleaned it bt problm remain the same.
                    We are just really tired of it.

                      I purchased elite i20 Asta VTVT on Nov27 2014.The registration no is Ts07EH1620. Within a week of driving the car I found break pedal getting stuck or break not getting applied when the car is slowing down. I informed this to KUN United and they registered the complaint and Technical engineer was sent for test drive. He said it is the mechanism of the car and said we need apply clutch in case break is not getting applied (sounded ridiculous). I was driving with problem all these days with extra caution.On 6-Ju-2015 my Father-in-law drove the car and hit a biker as the breaks failed. Although no damage has happened as he is just 20KMph.I am driving cars for almost 10years and I have Maruthi Esteem with me and never this of experience while driving. Pls treat this as serious issue and could risk anybody life

                        I had purchased a new Hyundai EON car in September 2012 at Kanchana Hyundai, Puttur. Earlier I owned Maruti 800 car and I was pretty happy with its performance as well as the service / customer support received from them. I was very happy with the initial support received and the service commitment assured by the sales staff of Kanchana Hyundai during the time of purchase. But after the sales I have not received any support from the dealer for the problems / defects found in the car. I have listed below problems / defects occurred in my EON 1. Front Bumper damaged and replaced at the time of registration - due to the mishandling at dealers end. 2. Formation of moisture inside head-lamp - replaced after persistent complaints. 3. Front windshield damaged within two months of Purchase - Manufacturing defect. 4. All four tyres got defected (metal/steel is visible) within 15000 Kms of run. Replaced during warranty. 5. Main ECM board burned which was replaced recently, but after replacement of ECM it is creating some malfunctioning of other electrical parts. By considering all the above, i realize now though late, that I had taken a wrong decision in purchasing Hyundai EON rather than opting for some other brands. I hope you will take action on my complaint and direct Kanchana Hyundai to set right the complaints in my EON immediately or else I will be forced to take up this matter in the forum I feel appropriate.

                            My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. This complaint is against Manager Mr.Rajashekhar – Talwar Hyundai, Tadbund and his contact number is [protected]. My vehicle number AP09BG2467 should have got picked up for service on June 5, (Mr. Riaz called me multiple me and pushed me to give my car for service stating that I can avail free discount either for my shampooing or 4-alignment). My vehicle was not picked up despite my caling the service center couple of times.I have raised complaint with [protected]@hmil.net and have received a reply stating that this issue would be resolved. It was really shocking that when Mr. Rajashekhar called me later in the evening of June 5 and he was very rude and was trying to support his staff Ms. Swati who he said didn't inform him of the calls that I had made. Also, he went to the extent of saying that I can report this kind of attitude/ rude behavior to the senior management and no action can be taken against him as he said that the issue would have to be handled by him only, which is really shocking and sad. Even though he had mentioned that I would be given Rs. 1000 for the service on my vehicle, he has not obliged but just gave me only Rs. 400 as he deducted Rs. 600 for shampooing the vehicle, which actually is supposed to be free and that apart I should have been given Rs. 1000 discount. My vehicle was finally serviced on June 10, 2015. So far Mr. Rajashekhar has not even called and even apologized for his behavior as I had expected but on the other hand feels that I can raise this issue with the senior management and no action would be taken against him. I am sure that the feedback that I had given in writing also will not be shared with the senior management as he may try to hide or tear the sheet of paper in which I had written the feedback.                               Advaith Hyundai in Belandur near Passport Office Bangalore cheated me by charging wrong amounts for services that were not rendered. Upon questioning the body shop manager Veeresh Threatened me to pay the amount inspite of repeated request to clarify he just kept saying this is the final invoice and I have to pay. He shouted at me and abused me...even dared me to complain to Hyundai and said no one has been able to confront him in 15 years. I wouldnt have paid the body shop related labour as they put charges for Removing Dents and no such action was taken on my car. but it was 7 Pm and they were shutting shop...with such attitude of the body shop associate I was not comfortable leaving my car...hence I cleared the amounts and took my car. He even threatened me on future damages to my car when I leave for servicing. I need a refund of the excess amounts that were charged to me.

                                Respected sir/madam, I regret to say that my car Santro GLS patrol (UP 14 BV 7541) is under warranty and i am unable to get the service. I have purchased this car on 24th November 2012, which holds 3 years of warranty, from the last two months i have noticed that whenever i turn on AC of my car the car sound get changed(some doubling noise coming out ) and AC does not cool as expected . then i go to hyundai showroom and checked it, they told me that the sound is coming from the AC compressor. Now they are saying that its condenser and motor are needed to be replaced and they are not considering it out of warranty which should not be so.                                   I am facing some problem with steering EPAS. There is continuous indication of steering lock at instrument cluster and it requires lot of effort to rotate the steering at the time of driving. This problem is happing second time since I bought the vehicle and I am unsatisfied with the kind of response I am getting from Hyundai.

                                    Dear Hyundai Team, its with deep regret that I am sending out this mail to you. I have tried all the options at all levels of your people, hence forwarding the letter to everybody, hoping someone will be able to step up and save the image of Hyundai... Here is the complete account of series of events that has given me a mental torture and trauma since past 3 months The delivery of Vehicle happened in the most pathetic way. I, along with my family and 3 little kids, was made to wait for more than 4 hours, when I had already followed up 100 times and confirmed the time of delivery. Mr Shashank Gupta, who is the co-owner, and Nephew of the Owner (Mr Rajesh Gupta), was indifferent of our plight and went to an extent to say that Shahdol and Bangalore dealership of Hyundai cannot be compared.. and that I should compromise since I am buying Hundai vehicle at Shahdol The compromised were, Vehicle not properly cleaned, no floor mats, no welcome song, no picture, no buquet. nothing at all to delight my purchase I raised my complaint to Mr Abhishek Sharma, Subodh Gautam And Ritika Gangrade who very cleverly submitted my fake signed document of satisfaction & closed the matter twice, and I came to know about this after a long time, when a lady from Hyundai called me from the following number[protected], where Mr Abhishek Sharma was also on the line. Please be aware, fake signing a document on someones behalf is a criminal offence I was promised for rs 10000 accessories by Gupta hyundai, for which I have visited their showroom multiple times (4 times to be specific), but every time, an excuse has been made and never have they provided the accessories. to add to the plight, Mr Gupta was never present at the showroom and is so arrogant that he did not even bothered to call me even once. I was charged more than the amount that was paid for RTO, and when I asked for the reciepts, I never got it. They also were not doing the registration and lingered the process for almost 3 months, and when I got personally involved myself only then I got my vehicles registration number. I left my vehicle for 1st servicing, and had left the vehicle for few extra days, as they promised to fit the accessories during 1st servicing, but instead of providing those, Gupta Hyundai charged me 2800 rs for extra day parking, which was forcefully taken from me. though they never gave any receipt. Gupta Hyundai has been sending me letter on the name of Mr. Sunil Jaisawal, who is a sales executive in their showroom, however when I talk to him, he says he has not sent any letter/email, and that Gupta Automobile is using his name unlawfully. This can be again a court case... Its enough of mental torture that your dealer has sent me through. Kindly intervene, else I have no other option, that to go to consumer court. Here is what my expectations are * A detailed justification on the complete matter * A Apology letter from Gupta Automobiles on their letterhead, accepting the responsibility * RTO receipt of Rs. 54, 436/- * Receipt against Rs. 2800/- paid as car parking charges. * Justification against Rs. 4000/- paid by me as Logistic charges. Please note, I was asked multiple times by Abhishek & Subodh, that I should tell the resolution and they will provide it to me, I had given them the same list of expectation, where they played foul and submitted my fake signed satisfaction letter.. Mr Shashank Gupta, who is the co-owner, and Nephew of the Owner (Mr Rajesh Gupta), was indifferent of our plight and went to an extent to say that Shahdol and Bangalore dealership of Hyundai cannot be compared.. and that I should compromise since I am buying Hundai vehicle at Shahdol
                                    The compromised were, Vehicle not properly cleaned, no floor mats, no welcome song, no picture, no buquet. nothing at all to delight my purchase

                                    I raised my complaint to Mr Abhishek Sharma, Subodh Gautam And Ritika Gangrade who very cleverly submitted my fake signed document of satisfaction & closed the matter twice, and I came to know about this after a long time, when a lady from Hyundai called me from the following number[protected], where Mr Abhishek Sharma was also on the line.
                                    Please be aware, fake signing a document on someones behalf is a criminal offence

                                    I was promised for rs 10000 accessories by Gupta hyundai, for which I have visited their showroom multiple times (4 times to be specific), but every time, an excuse has been made and never have they provided the accessories. to add to the plight, Mr Gupta was never present at the showroom and is so arrogant that he did not even bothered to call me even once.

                                    I was charged more than the amount that was paid for RTO, and when I asked for the reciepts, I never got it. They also were not doing the registration and lingered the process for almost 3 months, and when I got personally involved myself only then I got my vehicles registration number.

                                    I left my vehicle for 1st servicing, and had left the vehicle for few extra days, as they promised to fit the accessories during 1st servicing, but instead of providing those, Gupta Hyundai charged me 2800 rs for extra day parking, which was forcefully taken from me. though they never gave any receipt.

                                    Gupta Hyundai has been sending me letter on the name of Mr. Sunil Jaisawal, who is a sales executive in their showroom, however when I talk to him, he says he has not sent any letter/email, and that Gupta Automobile is using his name unlawfully. This can be again a court case...

                                    Its enough of mental torture that your dealer has sent me through. Kindly intervene, else I have no other option, that to go to consumer court.

                                    Here is what my expectations are


                                    * A detailed justification on the complete matter
                                    * A Apology letter from Gupta Automobiles on their letterhead, accepting the responsibility
                                    * RTO receipt of Rs. 54, 436/-
                                    * Receipt against Rs. 2800/- paid as car parking charges.
                                    * Justification against Rs. 4000/- paid by me as Logistic charges.

                                    Please note, I was asked multiple times by Abhishek & Subodh, that I should tell the resolution and they will provide it to me, I had given them the same list of expectation, where they played foul and submitted my fake signed satisfaction letter..


                                    I hope my concern would be heard

                                      I have purchased santro eco Wen i go for service they tell me parts r not available Cum after 10 days. Wot z the fun of having 3 service showrooms in srinagar. R u cheating people 1st & later tell them parts r not avaliable... Now i want to know wot i have 2 do r how many months to wait for parts...

                                        This is to inform people plz check Ur car after delivery from showroom for any defects . I had taken delivery of my car Verna fluidic automatic petrol from Mithali showroom Mira road. After almost three weeks I took my car for service at sai Hyundai borivali Mumbai for first free service. Were I had told them that I have some problem with the cars steering system as the car would sway left right while driving as a result the drive would not be comfortable. Had to hold the steering with both hands Even at slow speeds. Service centre advised that all checked no problem. As per the manufacturer s manual many things were supposed to be checked in first free service. Which I seen nothing means nothing was checked. I took my car for wheel alignment to a local tyre service to get my car inspected were I found tyres were not aligned both the front tyres had different toe settings. So conclusion is in authorised service centres nothing is inspected its only on paper nobody has time to attend ur car problem. Incompetent service engineers who are least interested in giving basic services.
