Sanjay Hyundai is charging extra amount with customer even after government is cancelled the charges. Registration card charges are cancelled by the M.H government starting from 1 December 2014, but still dealers are charging with customer. I had registered the complaint with Hyundai Motor on 28th May 2015, but complaint is closed without my concern

    I purchase I10 Grand Diesel in June 2014 . Car number GJ-6-HL1741. After one month horn was not working, so after 3 trials finally they replace the horn. After 6month there was noise from turbo, so they took 2 months to change the Turbo. Finally after changing the Turbo battery is frequently discharge. Every time showroom is saying may be something is on while car is stopped. There are unable to find the problem. Before 2 days car was stopped suddenly and steering was jammed and fortunately I was succeed to save my life on highway. Once the car was cool down it was started. Today there was same problem. Now my life is on risk and in hand of Hyundai..

      I purchased a car model I10 under registration number JK02 AS 8672 fromyour dealer named Crest Hyundai Jammu in the year 2011.But I'm very sorry to say that my car is making noise from front suspension for the last two years . I am visiting your Hyundai Centre Crest Hyundai located at Jammu for the last two years. But the fault has not been removed by them till date despite various visit to their showroom. Now I'm requesting you to please guide me in this matter. The biggest problem in our state is that your authorised dealers are only concerned with the sales.After sale services are not provided by them after selling the fresh vehicles. That is why people in our state preferred to buy vehicles from Maruti Udhyog and other companies. This is the reason for low sale of your vehicles. Being the proud owner of the car of your company we are expecting after sale services in a better way so that we may not lose our faith in your company.         I booked new I20 Active SX (Earth Brown) model on 25/03/2015 and booking order No.is W[protected]..I made full payment on 10/04/2015. I have been promised first time delivery date of 16/05/2015 by dealer (Kundan Hyundai, Thermax Chowk, Chinchwad, Pune contact no[protected].) Dealer could not make it, and 2nd time he promised me delivery date of 24/05/2015. This time also dealer could not make it and promised me again new date of 01/06/2015.Every time dealer used to give silly reasons of transport, waiting etc. Now today he again could not make it and told me that it will take another 15-20 days. This can not be tolerable and because of this company reputation will become bad.Hyudai has to something in this regard.I really got frustrated because of this fake promises and silly reasons.i already paid 2 EMIs on bank loan and still i do not have vehicle in hand. I request Hyundai to do something on priority so that i can get my vehicle ASAP. Thanks, Chetan Salunkhe

          Hi, I bought I-20 Vehicle on 2012. Drove 30, 000 Kms till now with periodical service and without any issues. Suddenly last week there was a sound from steering wheel. Called up on the service centre guys and they told that some UPS motor was gone because of short circuit. I have asked the reason of short circuit and they are telling that there is no rat bite nor any kind of physical damage. They are not able to give any reason. For this they are charging 15000Rs which is really unfair. Even after paying premium amount for owning a car, they have these issues. Hope they make quality products in future. Regards, Dilip

            I purchased a new Santro (DL 8CT 4024) from Himgiri 4 years ago, but i felt certain problems when i drove the abovementioned car. The car was not smooth & causing many problems. All times at service centre, i was told by himgiri staff that it is new car and smoothness will come when it will cover 10, 000 to 15, 000kM. Everytime i was dissatisfied but they were giving the same reply. Now this santro has covered 20, 000km but there is no change and it is even worse. All of sudden hyundai staff start finding all sorts of problems with car (such as tyre bubbling, axle issues).Now they have added another part of car which is to be changed i.e. tie-rod. It seems that i was sold a defective car or i was made fool. My all efforts have failed.In warranty period their staff kept saying to cross 20, 000km and now after warranty period, they say, change the part.My car is only driven 20, 000km. Now i have only one alternate that i should sale off this car and should NEVER PURCHASE ANY HYUNDAI vehicle and suggest same to others. Can You Do Something In This Regard??? Further all the time when i was asked by himgiri staff that you are satisfied with our services, My reply was NO. I am sure defective piece has been sold to me. Plz reply to my query and try to resolve it.

              I purchased a Verna Hundai car at Popular hundai, (dealer of hundai advantage used cars) edappally, Kochi. The advt. and the logo ensures that they don't sell used cars. But after 2 years, when I tried to sell the cars, I came to know that the car thay given to me was an accident car. When I approached them, they behaved very badly and I kept my car for" Park and sale" condition for one month. they returned my car without any effort to sell it. I complained to their head office complaint number. But that was also in vain.So I have no option but to seek other remedies for the cheating they have done to me. Pramod Kochi

                I regret to say that dealer of company like hyundai motor is cheating the customer by making false promises. i have i10 car model 2010 under registration no. PB10CW9841.From last one month the person from goyal hyundai approaching me for car service and luring me with schemes like 25% discount on labour, free wheel allignment and balancing, one surprise gift. They approaching me daily and told me that scheme will be over by 31.05.15. Then i booked appointment for car service on 31.05.15 to avail the scheme. I covered the 20km distance to reach the goyal hyundai for car service at 9.50am. I shocked when they say there is no such scheme, but when i resisted then they offered me only 25% discount on labour, surprise gift (rs 100 coin).They refused to service the car and send my vehicle without gate pass to remove the proof. I have covered 40km distance and wasted my holiday.Pl look into the matter, dealer of such big organisation harassing the customer and playing with their sentiments.                   I own a 2010 hyundai i10 which i got clutch overhauled at 45000kms at klg hyundai chandigarh. at around 70000kms the clutch became hard again the service guy adjusted wire but the problem still remains and they dint show much concern now my car has done 92000kms and they asked me to get it overhaul again. My problem is, the clutch does not last too low kms and paying again for clutch is not a feasible thing. Kindly help me in this as i cannot pay over such short time for same thing again and again. I the Undersigned humbly submit as follows: That I had purchased the Hyundai I 20 Elite in your saboo showroom in the month of December, 2014. That Unexpectedly on 27/03/2015, my above vehicle was touch the pillar at the time of running on ‘U’ turn and a minor accident was occurred. That on the same day immediately I rushed to the saboo Hyundai Service Centre and your concerned Department Technicians have clearly verified and Checked my entire vehicle and to give an estimation amount Rs.40, 000/- and given a receipt in my favour and to inform by your concerned technicians to bear the entire repairing amount by the Royal Sundaram Insurance policy Authorities. That till now you have not delivered my vehicle to me and frequently your concerned Technicians have given telephone calls and harassing me to increasable bill amount. That I hereby declare that my vehicle have total insurance as such your concerned Technicians have every right to claim the insurance amount but your showroom authorities have to pay an amount of Rs.50, 000/- by me and to take delivery after payment of the said amount. Therefore under the Humanitarian grounds kindly release my vehicle and you have to claim entire amount from the concerned’ Insurance Department Authorities only and not to make any harassment to me for payment of the repairing amount and I hereby informed to you I have severely suffered during the said two months period and I have to bear heavy expenditure on private Cabs for my personal use.                         I had taken delivery of Hyundai i10 car from Libra Hyundai, Naraina Vhar, New Delhi on 17Jun15. Initially I was told that the car registration number shall take 4 to 5 days. After a lot of follow up I was advised the registration number (DL 8C AK 7627) on 27Jun15 vide SMS. Thereafter, I am struggling to get the Number plate installed from Libra Hyundai till date. Even today I am told that the same shall get 2 to 3 days. Even after 2 weeks of buying a new car, I am unable to drive the same since it cannot be parked at authorised parking spaces, cannot be left on the road even for a while and moreover the risk of being questioned by the traffic police.

                          For. Some days I was feeling turning time noise in my car HR13H6632 the engineer check and found that. The axle bearing is making noise and not working properly. So they said to me that your axle needs replacement. But they said it can't be cover under warranty because its wheel side boot is torn. I don't know why the boot got dated but I am sure its not my fault so plz get change my axle under warranty.

                            We booked one i20 car at KC Hyundai Jammu by depositing Rs 5000/ advance. After that we were asked to deposit full amount for getting the car. We deposited full amount of Rs 6, 90, 000/- on[protected]. KC Hyundai promised to supply the car on[protected] but now they are not supplying the car and not giving us the satisfactory reply for delay.

                              I would like to register a complaint against the Showroom of Hyundai "Orion". They also deals in second hand cars in thier showroom named Advantage based at Sector 14, Gurgaon. I have purchased i10 from their showroom on 27th March. It was a second hand car no. HR 26 CB 7234. They have taken INR 1500 for the transfer of RC on 27th March and promised that it will in done in one months time. After 27th April I am chasing them daily / weekly on the status of my RC but these people are so unprofessional that they keep on saying it will be done next week, two days more, 10 days more and now after two months there is still no status. I think it has become a disadvantage for me from Advantage after buying car from their orion advantage showroom. They dont keep thier promises at all. The manager Taranjeet Singh & their colleagues Dhruv / Rajat / Praveen are all failures in keeping their commitments. I request the forum to get this issue resolved or i will take the further step after consulting the legal advisor's for this. Thank you Tanu Pandey

His behaviour was good and started to describe the features, But at moment a lady salesman name Jubi Naaz came and started to tlk with me about your car. At that time we have confused between two salesmans. Ms Jubi naaz has assured me that on sunday I will come with quotation and for test drive. But she did not come and not contacted with me. After that I contact with the above mobile no and the first salesman has assured me for meeting, but he also did not come. I have called so many calls to both salesman, Today I also called to her and he but result is ZERO. i am using Maruti Car from a long time and I have not any complain with Maruti company. But I want to change the company and anted to go with your I-20 active petrol car but experience was very bad. I have visited other company also and I satisfied with them. As a customer I am very disappointed with your salesman in Rajabazar showroom which is newly opened showroom. Pl save to you brand-name and save the patna showroom.                                   I went to M.R.Hyundai 64/5/15, Industrial Area, Sahibabad( Behind Galaxy Cinema) Ghaziabad U.P. on dated 24/05/2015 I brought my Hyundai Santro Xing Car Registration No. UP 78 CH- 8248 for the service and the problem is coming last two days poor pickup, Service advisor Mr. Jaspal Singh attended the vehicle he said you have to give time your vehicle will be run again as pickup actual in this car. I entered in service center in morning approx. 10.15 A.M. and Exit approx. 7.00 P.M. but condition is same they have taken 4 time test drive highly consumed my fule. They changed Engine Oil, Filter, Air Filter and Charged Fule injector cleaning charges( but not cleaned just spray on it), T-Body Clean ( But Not Cleaned just spray on it). poor pickup problem was still same and your entire staff was unable to tell me why poor pickup in car. after many discussion they told me you have repair your vehicle outside so cavity convector has removed that's why pickup problem is nor remove. so I should spend more Rs.18500/ but this is not a guarantee after putting this part problem will remove . I have paid bill will lot of discussion than I got Rs.300/- discount for fule consumption instead of labour Charges discount. I told you service staff I have changed clutch plate in October 2014 in outside mechanic but problem is coming last two days, if he stolen my car cavity part than problem has to come within week or within month, they have no answer. again I bring to my car same outside mechanic and asked same question the part has removed during the changing of clutch plate, he said you was in front at the time of changing clutch plat and that part is not related with poor pickup problem. he immediately check cavity part that is still there. He opened car boned he show me the T Body is not cleaned that is still full of carbon I took photos immediately and he checked the fuel injector also not cleaned while they charged me double cost of normal market . he immediately cleaned the T Body than some pickup is on but not full as should be in vehicle, he suggested me come on Sunday we will go to some other mechanic shop where specially fuel injector cleaning is going than car pickup will be come again as should be. I would like ask if your staff is not upto the mark of required efficiency to work as Hyundai service center why you are cheating the public only for money. I have been paid bill of Rs. 3637/- and poor pickup that is normal problem is still continue. why I should go to company services for better services. after that I called your branch service manager who already discussed the same matter during service so he is not interested to listen again and accepted the cleaning just spray is in service center during service of my car. for your reference I have photo and call recording with service brand manager.                                     This is in reference to my mail dated May 19, 2015 regarding non satisfactory service/repair of my vehicle bearing registration No. DL 3C BZ 3391 through HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA. Following facts are brought to your notice: After that mail I have spoken with Ms. Poonam, Ms. Anju, Mr. Dheeraj Chauhan, Mr. Jintender, and with Mr. Rajesh Dhiman but I am sorry to inform that I am not getting any satisfactory reply from any of the above persons. I have requested Ms. Poonam please don't forward my complaint to HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA as I am not at all satisfied with the service they have provided, but she forwarded my complaint to them only. Till date nothing has been done. Yesterday I have spoken with Ms. Anju she told me that by evening a satisfactory reply will be given to you positively. But nothing has been done. I have spoken with Mr. Dheeraj Chauhan who says to contact SAMARA HYUNDAI regarding your problem and take me on conference but sorry to inform that they have shifted from Defence Colony, Lajpat Nagar. Even requested Mr. Jitender to please do something who says that it will be done at HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA only. Yesterday I have spoken with Mr. Rajesh Dhiman of Samara Hyundai who says that warranty starts from the date of purchase of vehicle whereas I got installed my CNG connection through SAMARA HYUNDAI only after six months. Sir, if they were giving me a warranty of only 1-1/2 years only then why should I get installed my CNG through SAMARA HYUNDAI I should have installed it from open market in half the price. Sir, the main point is that when I gave my vehicle to HYUNDAI MOTOR PLAZA my vehicle was giving an average of 20-22 kms. in CNG and 16 in PETROL. They have taken my injector no.2 to cover their expenses of head work being done by them. Sir, if nothing has been done satisfactorily then this is my last mail on this topic, then I am being forced to go for other sources of complaints.

Before service we had not any problem In my car. After service created problem in Suspension. I met in concept Hyundai . I m not Getting right answer. And also they told me different expenses.                                         THis is really very bad that your car steering sudden become so hard and you can't make a turn. I came to such condition and now dealer is saying that it require 15K cost to replace EPS system. It could be worst if i would have been out of city. It;s really disappointing. I am really going to post this comment everywhere and ask my all colleague and frnds to not buy Hyundai car because of this problem. This problem is very big one and i checked in all complain sites and there are many users who are facing this. I was under impression that Hyundai is good brand but now i feel that i was completely wrong.
