Dear Sir, I am using ERA i10 Car, Registration No.GJ01-KH-8954, purchased from M/s Sharma Hyundai, Ashram road, Ahmedabad on 31.03.2011 in Petrol version. Converted into CNG version on 27.10.2012 but alternatively, i am using petrol as well CNG Some time, I am facing brake problem since Jan-2015. When in use the brake during slow speed between 10 & 30 KMPH, the car is stops in long distance & the brake pedal is become hard. I have complained to M/s Sharma Hyundai, Ashram road, Ahmedabad on 04.05.2015 during latest paid service. They have replied that it is because of CNG. However, for my satisfaction to get good result from brake, i have spent an amount Rs.575.00 towards overhauling of Both rear brake and Rs.510.00 towards overhauling of both front brake through M/s Sharma Hyundai, Ashram road, Ahmedabad. vide their Retail invoice no.B[protected] dtd.04.05.2015. BUT NO IMPROVEMENT. You are requested to kindly get the above problem solved permanently. Your early action in this regards will be highly appreciable.     Sir, I am Ravikumar, My car No is.KL6G 1004, (Eon) I book the complaints against Hyundai Show room Muvattupuzha, Kerala.Last 18 months my vehicle have many complaints, many times I gave that in your showroom, Their work is very poor always they are doing adjustment work. If comes any play with two parts they will do only one method that time they are filling nice metal sheet only.they are calling only at service time only.last year i suggested with many customer to certified about your company, but this time i never won't to suggest any one.

      Hi, My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyderabad. For more than 1 week I have been called by the Hyundai Tadbund Service Center people asking me to give my vehicle for servicing. Today June 5, 2015 I was verbally told as well as sent an SMS stating that my vehicle would be picked up and since morning I have been waiting and even called +91 [protected] (Coordinator's number in the SMS sent to me) but it is so unfortunate that the phone is not being picked up nor I have received any call back from this number. I feel that just to cheat me this number has been provided to me. Secondly, I called +[protected] at 1:30 PM and spoke with one Ms. Swati who told me that my vehicle should have been picked up and told me that she would get back with me at the earliest. Even after 2-3 hours of this call there is no response from the service center. I have sent an email also and have been trying to reach out to this number but no one has picked up the phone. I also have sent grievance feedback to their customer care id and to next escalation point but it is so unfortunate that there is not even an acknowledgement from such a reputed organization that I have received, leave alone receiving a response to my grievance. I think that the service center people on purpose have cheated, insulted, wasted my time, discriminated me by making me stay at home by taking off today from work as well as I had to postpone my other plans for these people who never turned up or called me to give an explanation as to why they have not picked up my vehicle.

        The showroom in Sangli, Maharashtra, Mai Hyundai has stopped the counter sale of the spare parts. The service charges are very high, for example they are charging Rs. 60 to replace the rubber of one viper costing Rs. 70. The other charges are also very high compared to the private garages in the city. I am sure that they have stopped the sale of parts to compel the customers to take their costly services. Because the customers are servicing their cars much lower rates in other garages where there are better facilities and technicians. The manager and the service engineer is never available in the showroom for the complaints. They have also instructed the other staff not to give their numbers to the customers. This is illegal and must be stopped in order to protect the customers from being exploited by the showroom people

          Hi, This is to bring notice into your consideration that still I am facing the same issue since Nov-2013, it’s been more than 18 months but Hyundai will not able to solve the technical fault of my car. I would like to share my experience with Hyundai. I had bought a Hyundai Santro in Oct-13, and the Registration Number is HR-51-AX-5477. In the month Of Nov-13 my car got breakdown, the music system got turned off automatically in the running car, and the Horn, power window, Lights was not functional properly and the engine gets off automatically, then I tried to start my car, it was not taking self. Bu after waiting 15-20 minutes or connect with the another car battery, car gets start and runs fully functional. Then It will take proper self and everything runs smooth but after a day’s/weeks/month, vehicle suddenly behave like same, everything gets off. Several times I have visited to the service centers and several times service center holds my vehicle for proper check, they have checked my vehicle properly, they gives time to my vehicle, they changed the alternator, battery, fuse spark plugs and few cables no.1 & no.2 . but still the problem is same. Today again I have to face the same issue and sent my car to service center. Although the service manager Mr. Rishi Handa (Safdarjung Hyundai) is very polite and Gentle and understand the problem very politely and always tried to keep his customer happy by giving his efforts and time to the vehicle, even I came to know that he checked my vehicle himself and kept my vehicle under his guidance, he changed the battery of the vehicle, checked wiring, changed alternator, fuse, Changed spark plugs and few wire but still I have not get rid of it. But unfortunately they were not able to give me the appropriate solution, even after 18 months I am facing the same issue with my Vehicle. Although I am very happy with his cooperation and all the support which he give me at the time of problem. I have maintain the service records of the regular service of my vehicle and complaints which I have registered with the service center and records when I have sent my vehicle to the service. According to me I have sent my vehicle to service center at least 10 times for the same issue in last 18 months apart from the service. Today when I have faced the issue again when car was behaving abnormal and the music system gets off & on within seconds and horn was not working, lights were not working, power window and central locking were also not functional, at that time I have recorded the abnormality of the vehicle into the Video clip in which you can realize that music system gets on & off by noticing the sound, within a second and the temperature of car was on cool side when car was running with the speed of 60kmph. Attached is the video and records for servicing and complaints made in last 18 months. Well theses records are not complete records. However you can check the record with the Safdarjung Hyundai service center database. At last I would like to say please appoint a technical person who can understand the problem and help me out to get rid of this problem and provide me the permanent solution. Otherwise I have to go legal and file a case against Hyundai in Consumer court or I have to take help of social media. I met there with Mr. Mukesh (Service Manager) and told him the exact problem running with my car. Mr. Mukesh behaved me very well and politely. They tried to solve my problem. He checked my Car battery with the help of electrician, and he found the battery uncharged or down. After that he took my battery and provide me the another service battery and asked me to leave the faulty battery with the service center for the proper check and to identify the problem. Then I called him on 28-July-14 to know the status of battery. According to him the battery was faulty and not getting charged. After that he raised a complaint to Exide batteries for the same and submitted the battery to Exide on 29-July-14. On 30-July-14 I got a message from Exide that battery tested, found ok, please collect your battery. Now the problem is Mr. Mukesh also checked the battery and he found faulty, but as per Exide the battery is working ok. I shared all the facts with Mr. Mukesh, then he assured me that Exide has checked the battery and replaced the water of battery, now you can use this battery, but again if your got breakdown due to battery issue, we will replace the battery and now I am using the same battery. But I will not tolerate if the battery not work properly and my car got breakdown due to battery. As last my experience was very good with the Safdarjung Hyundai, Mr. Mukesh works like a professional and understands the problem so gently. I met with service manager there and told him the actual problem of my car, but at that time they are making excuse that today is Saturday and we already have many cars for service in our centre, you have to come down on Monday, I pressurize him to check my car properly otherwise I have to make a complaint to Hyundai customer care, then he assigned a service executive to me for checking the car, he start my car and took a round of the road of 1Km and he did not checked the battery, after taking a round he said, I don’t think that there is a problem in the vehicle, I again forced him to check the battery properly, then he said we can update the ECM software then the problem will be solved and asked me to come again if the problem persists. But yesterday again my car got breakdown in the mid of the way, again the problem was same, I called the local mechanic, after checking the vehicle, he start my car with another battery as the battery of my car got discharged. This is the third time my car got breakdown in mid of the way due to the battery problem, and I am very disappointing to writing a mail to you. This is really a very pathetic experience for me.             I have purchased a new hyundai xcent 1.2 vtvt s model on 7th june 2014 from kothari hyundai tilak road . I received the smart of it aftr 2 months with spell mistake of my father name ( written as Rohan balabheam biradar where as its corrrect spell as rohan balabheem biradar) i gave it back for correction to kothari hyundai i again got it qith different spell Now as rohan balabhim biradar) then again i gave back to to them for correction now from that time i am still waiting for this to come i have made several chases to kothari hyundai since then .. very time i visited them they say its in process u will get in 1 week 2 week its will be almost 1 year this 7th juNe. I approached to the manager last week he said he will personally look into this . after 2 day i got a call from manager saying that they have misplaced the smart card. Now what should i say to this service . Is this kind of negligence i expect from such a brand? Highly disappointed with this service .

              Sub:Regarding daniel of warantee I was a satisfied customer of Hyundai and have been using a Hyundai i20 for more than two years. I have also received pretty good service from the Hyundai service centre from where I had bought the car. Reg No. - KL 10 AP 20 MODEL - HYUNDAI i20 ASTA 1.4 BSIV DEALER – POPULAR MOTOR - PMNA - TIRURKAD CHASIS NO. – MALBB51RLDM5301998 I have done almost my car services from Classic hyundai. Till the periodic services and all the works of my car, I had good support and the work done by the mechanics were pretty good. 6 months ago, I had some issue with the Stereo System and had approached the service centre and the executive Mr srikanth and his subordinate Mr. Ishaq (both from classic hyundai Nilambur, Kerala India) had denied the repair of the Stereo System, providing invalid reasons such as, 1) Hyundai does not provide good service for the stereo systems. 2) Persuading me to approach other vendors. 3) They do not have stock of the product. I tried to get it repaired after several requests I made to Ishaq, but the vendors who work on Stereo systems do not have any suitable spare for the device I have in my i20. And all this denial was during the general warrantee time period and even having the warrantee the executives claimed that the company will not provide any support for the stereo system and he would certainly help us if the company had provided. He straight away stated that the stereo system provided by the Hyundai in my car is not supported by the company. Later on i realised that he was making up reasons to deny me from the service. But as i had to go back abroad, i could not contact any official in this regard. It’s been more than 7 months now that I have been facing this issue and am unable use the stereo system. My brother and father had approached the Classic Hyundai Service Centre (Nilambur, Malappuram )several time and requested them to provide a solution for the issue, But were denied abruptly. I am an engineer abroad and come home once in six months. And the last time I came, I had requested the executive to help me in getting it fixed. But they refused and did not provide me a valid reason why is he not willing to fix it. And in the work sheet, he has not mentioned a word about that, which I had requested him to do and instead the service executives has purposefully denied me from the repair of the device. To my concern, I am now very much frustrated and unsatisfied with the service that your employees have provided me and that too, the Stereo System is still in Extended warrantee period because of they lagged me till now and still they are wasting my time upto expire my extended warranty (03/2016). I request you to take immediate action and provide me a solution by either Replacing/Repairing the Stereo System within one week time because I have to return back to dubai. Else, Please revert with a reason why the executive have denied me of the service which I am most worthy of.at present the vehicle is in Classic Hyundai Service Center Nilambur I have attached the a copy of this letter along with this mail for further details.                 Sir, Am renu k abraham booked a car (eon era plus)on may 29 2015, in hyundai mgf showroom kottayam kerala, under exchange scheme. The mgf dealer assessed my maruthi k10 car and put a price of 2.15 lakhs and also I got an exchange bonus of 25000rs and 15000rs cash discount. And the total onroad price of eon era car is quoted as 3, 96661 lakhs.so I advanced 10000rs and booked the car on may 29th 2015.The balance amount is 1, 31661 lakhs.So am arranging the balance amount and waiting for the further proceedings. But the mgf hyundai kottayam is now compelling me to cancel the order and they tell me that the offers they gave are changed.I dont know why they told me like this because I know the offers are scheduled for the month of may 2015 and I booked my car on 29 th may 2015.so am eligible for the offers.I request hundai (the concerned person)to do the needful and issueing my car at the earliest.am really fed up with the mgf hundai kottayam branch.pls consider my request and help me...

                  joginder singh raghav Dear Sir, This is to bring your kind attention that I myself (Joginder singh Raghav)& my contact no.is [protected], I purchased i10 Grand sports Model car on 11/01/2014 from sikka motors, maya puri The warranty period has not expired, Earlier I was given the vehicle for repair at deep hyundai najafgarh new delhi On 23/05/2015 my vehcle was suddenly stopped when I was travelling on Yamuna Express way, due to technical reason. I was called the nearest Hyundai service centre and they have taken the vehcile to their service centre. After two days they informed me that they will not repair the vehicle on guarantee, &. I have already explained to them my vehicle is still in warranty period. Thanks & Regards

                    Sir, I purchased Hyundai Xcent car on[protected] from Punj Hyundai (Punj Motors (P) Ltd.) NH-88, Tikker P.O Didwin Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh-177401 having its engine no.D3FAEM128648 and Chassis No MALA841DLEM018060D, Registered at shimla on 11 Jun 2014 vide registered No HP07C1509.Free Services 1 and 2 were under taken by M/S Yashveer Motors NH 21, Manali Road, Patlikuhl, Distt. Kullu (H.P) timely. The vehicle has covered 16388 KM as on 3rd Jun 2015 on which date the vehicle displayed MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) while traveling in Shimla city but the said light did not stop illumination. The vehicle is standard in the garage.M/S yashveer Motors and M/S Punj Motors have been contacted on phone and explained the Problem. M/S Punj Motors have also been provided with the live pic of the defect both the above have advised to show the vehicle to the authorized Hyundai dealer/workshop. There is no such facility in shimla city however a service station is located at a distance of 30 km near Shoghi.I will get the vehicle examined by the authorized dealer at your risk and cost as the above problem has not only disturbed my work schedule and caused irreparable financial loss including injury to mental agony.                       I share below my bad experience at you service center at K C Hyundai Jammu. On 31.05.2015 I reached the service center at 8.50 I had booked my reservation for service/A C repair of my car i20 JK02AK-8460 on week earlier on phone and my reservation was confirmed at serial no 1. At 10.00 am I was given serial no 5. I asked the Manager Mr Amit that my serial no. was one in the booking list he replied that we dont follow list we have our own system. My car was taken for service at 11.30 am. The concerned mechinic Mr Surjit after completing service very honestly nd sinserily informed that both the shock absorber needs to be replaced for which i gave my consent. after half an hour mr surjit informed that only one shock absorber is not available in the store so we decided not to replace. .when mechanic for repair of A C was contacted (name not known as no employee was wearing any I card) he refused to carry the job with reason i have no time. After the intervention of Mr Amit the said mechanic agreed to check the vehicle. It was 1.00 pm. After washing of vehicle the concerned mechanic checked the car at 2.30 p.m . after inspecting the vehicle he showed his inability to repair the A.C due to non functional of gas machine at the center. I asked when it will be functional he told I dont know it can take 2/4days or a week so come when machine will be ok.I requested Mr. Amit to help me as i have to travel 175 km for job but his reply was not satisfactory. he directed me to come on 13.06.2015 for the said job. I requested to get the job done earlier as it very difficult to use the car without A C in this hot summer. he told me that I got a long list of customers pending with me .who's AC are also to be repaired I am not sure when our gas machine will be functional, so there was no option left with me except to leave the center. I again requested Mr Amit to kindly deliver my car he told me it will be delivered as per system. i waited in bill section for almost for one hour but no body bothered to delivery my car, I finally requested bill clerk with folded hands to please deliver my car he took some some initiative and gave me bill, I was shocked to see Rs 1616/- the cost of one shook absober was charged to me in bill which was never replaced. After my resentment the amount was deleted. by this time is 4.00 p.m . I have spent almost 7 hours in the center for the job which was not rectiiedf due to miss-management and poor customer service. Needless to mention there was no customer in the service center at 3 pm except me(CCTV can be the witness). As such please guide me in which service center in the country I have to go and get the car repaired as there is only one center in Jammu where no hope is left till your company wake up and take some drastic steps so that no more people suffer like me from this mentaharassment

                        My name is Syam I have i10 era model. May 21 my vehicle have some starting trouble. So I call the service centre. Kazhakkuttam brach trivandrum. The next day they take my vehicle to the service centre. That day evening they call me and told fuel pump is not working. It will take 2days for repair. After two days I call to the service centre that time they told me the problem is some sensor failure between cam shaft and fuel pump. And they don't have the parts so it will take 9 days and already they ordered. But still they didn't get the part my vehicle is still there. Why hyundai is not having their own car parts. it is very difficult to customers. it's already 12 days passed how many days more they will take. Really it's vary poor

                          Sir, We had purchased one grand i10sportz 1.1 DSL BSIV from your concern wide challan no VC/99 dated[protected] in the name of Jigyasa Sehgal D/o Satish Sehgal. The vehicle was purchased on the occasion of the marriage of my daughter -jigyasa, which was solemnised on 7-5-15. Soon after marriage d couple had left for south for honeymoon and came back only last week when they started using this vehicle but unfortunately it had started giving trouble right from the beginning. The matter was brought to your notice on 29-5-15 and your mechanic at that time had assured us that the fault has since been removed and there will be no such problem now onwards but strangely enough the problem still exists and is being brought to your notice once again for setting it right. Needless to mention that we are already having a hyundai vehicle i.e i20 purchased in my name and had full faith in your organisation and hope that your goodself will not breach our trust.                               i bought i20 magna before 4 years..usually i going to hyndai service centre pala, kottayam district, kerala state..very poor and bad experience i had ...they havnt any repairing and all.they are cheaters.before 2 weeks a complint occured, steering problm.and they replaced the steering motor.and they done all service and they paid rs10000. and after that this starting complint.they told that sensor board is not working..and they asked to replace it cost rs 40000. really they are cheatrs.please take action to that service centre.i cant takeover the problm.

                                  Sanjay Hyundai is charging extra amount with customer even after government is cancelled the charges. Registration card charges are cancelled by the M.H government starting from 1 December 2014, but still dealers are charging with customer. I had registered the complaint with Hyundai Motor on 28th May 2015, but complaint is closed without my concern

                                    I purchase I10 Grand Diesel in June 2014 . Car number GJ-6-HL1741. After one month horn was not working, so after 3 trials finally they replace the horn. After 6month there was noise from turbo, so they took 2 months to change the Turbo. Finally after changing the Turbo battery is frequently discharge. Every time showroom is saying may be something is on while car is stopped. There are unable to find the problem. Before 2 days car was stopped suddenly and steering was jammed and fortunately I was succeed to save my life on highway. Once the car was cool down it was started. Today there was same problem. Now my life is on risk and in hand of Hyundai..

                                      I purchased a car model I10 under registration number JK02 AS 8672 fromyour dealer named Crest Hyundai Jammu in the year 2011.But I'm very sorry to say that my car is making noise from front suspension for the last two years . I am visiting your Hyundai Centre Crest Hyundai located at Jammu for the last two years. But the fault has not been removed by them till date despite various visit to their showroom. Now I'm requesting you to please guide me in this matter. The biggest problem in our state is that your authorised dealers are only concerned with the sales.After sale services are not provided by them after selling the fresh vehicles. That is why people in our state preferred to buy vehicles from Maruti Udhyog and other companies. This is the reason for low sale of your vehicles. Being the proud owner of the car of your company we are expecting after sale services in a better way so that we may not lose our faith in your company.
