I have an I20 car petrol. I took my car for normal service and tell them to check my ac as it was not working properly. they examined it and told me that cooling coil is weak and i told that to fix it. It cost me around 7000 rupees only for ac rest was different total costed me 16000 rupees after 3 days ac was not working again i again took it to Triumph Hyundai Faridabad they checked it and told me that now compressor is not woking. it will cost me 17000 rupees now. Are they making fool o[censored]s???? they only want to earn money out o[censored]s. please have eye over my matter and contact me as soon as possible my email id is [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile no is [protected].

    hello, I introduce as Jignesh Chauhan. I have purchased i20 Magna option car from Pratham Hyundai (Sanand, Gujarat, India) in September - 2013. My car number is GJ 1 RC 5095. As per service schedule, I put my car for second service at Concept Hyundai, Ahmedabad in September - 2014. At that time I mentioned about my reverse gear problem but it did not resolve at that time. After some time I received feedback call from Hyundai and I mentioned same thing about reverse gear problem did not sorted out. After some day Received call from Concept Hyundai again and they pick up my car from my home to get it sorted and drop car at evening. but this problem is still not sorted out. I am very disappoint with Hyundai service that after 8 months still my problem is at same stage. Please advise me what I will do to get my problem sorted. Thanking you, Jignesh Chauhan

      I would like to complaint against your dealer shreeram Hyundai kandivali (w.) Mumbai - 67, for not giving delivery Grand I10 Asta option on 21st April 2015 as promise by them. The delivery of said car is not given till today. This is a serious laps on your dealers part which has cause a humility and great inconvenience for me and my family. I have book this car with above mentioned dealer on 31st March 2015 by paying Rs. 116478/- by a cheque as a booking amount. Then sales team of the dealer Shree Sameer who is working as a manager, his assistant Mr. Meet Shah advise me to make balance payment as early as possible so that delivery of the car can be given within 15 days after making the entire payment. Accordingly I paid the balance amount of Rs. 523119/- on 11th Aprit 2015 by RTGS through Saraswat Bank Borivali West branch. The sales team inform me that the delivery will be given to you on 21st April 2015 on Akshay Trutiya day. My self and my family members were delighted as this the very suspicious day but the dealer fail to delivery of the car on 21st April 2015. Then my son complaint to CEO Shree Jenendra regarding the above mentioned problem. However shree Jenendra CEO of the dealer fail to give the delivery of the car as per his promise on first week of May 2015 and till today. All this has happened give to gross negligence and irresponsible behaviour on the part of CEO Jenendra, Sales manager Sameer and Salesman Meet Shah of Shreeram Hyundai. This has cause frustration and pains to me and my family members. Your are therefore informed hereby to take a serious action against the dealer Shreeram Hyundai and the three employees namely Jenendra, Sameer and Meet Shah and instruct them to cancel my booking of Grand I10Asta and refund my entire amount with interest failing which I will be constrained to give all the above facts in the leading news papers of Mumbai which please note.         Dear Sir This is to inform u that I am a owner of Hyundai I10 car purchased in July 2013. on 5th May 2015 the gear box console of, my car caught fire in a stationery condition . The gear box and the seat were burnt and there were other damages to the car, I informed the customer care immediately and a police complaint was also lodged. The car was sent to Mukesh Hyundai service station on the same day. Hyundai India has refused to take any responsibility of the damages. I have been harassed and inspite of writing mails I have got no positive revert from the company . Regards Pritam Khowala

Dave Car No. : Gj – 01 RE 9079 MODEL : HUNDAI EXCENT YEAR OF PURCHASE : MAY 2014 DATE : 13/04/2015 TO, THE GENERAL MANAGER HUNDAI Subject : REPLACEMENT OF MY CAR Sir, This is to inform you about following serious faults of the car which I purchased from your co. That the car was purchased from your dealer concept Hundai at S. G. Highway Ahmedabad. That the car is until date maintained and serviced by your authorized service station till date. That the car was last serviced on 03/12/2014 receipt attached. With the above information available to you I present my case as follows, While returning from Shreenathji to Ahmedabad on 12/04/2015 at toll gate near Himmatnagar on Highway suddenly my car halted with a burning smell . We immediately got down of the car and waited in panic away from the car for some time. The bonnet got opened by its own and fumes of gases were coming out of the Engine. We immediately inform the toll free help line which duly responded. I have taken the photo graphs of the Charred Engine and I possess them with me in case if you need. The car has been taken by your service department for repairs. This is to me is a Horrifying & Life Threatening Experience having traumatized me and my family including my kids of 5 and 1 years respectively. As this car is less than 1 year old I am sure it is a great manufacturing defect which could Endanger me & my family’s life. It appears that and according to some information from persons of your service department you intension is to repair and replace the Burnt Out parts of my car which to me is a gross injustice. I cannot afford to have the same car which has a basic manufacturing defect and cannot board on a ticking time bomb endangering the life of me & my family and I refuse to accept the same car in any circumstances. I strongly demand a new car from your company of same make at earliest. I also strongly plead to compensate for the mental trauma, shock and torture I & my family have under gone yesterday. As I have no other spare car to commute for me & my family I request you to Immediately handover a new car to me and resolve this issue once and forever. I will accept nothing less than this. Failing the above requirement I will have no option but to file a criminal case for Endangering me & my family’s life against the responsible authorities of your co. and also file various other cases of deficiency in sales & services. Also I will hold your co. responsible for putting me under horrible experience giving me the trauma from which I am yet to come out.             Yesterday 13/05/2015 I took my car Hyundai Xcent to Popular Hyundai Dealer Muvattupuzha for my second Free Service KM: 9747 from where I have purchased my Car. The Service person came and collects the information of the car and mentioned the primary jobs to be done. I too suggest my complaint that I found in my opinion like “Smell in the AC Air and the Wheel Alignment is not clear. Suddenly the service person gave a Quote mentioning that for Wheel Alignment and wheel balancing it will cost Rs.835 (Huge amount rather than outside) and for AC cleaning with fluid Rs.500 without checking the problems. Points to be noted as it’s a new branded Car only 9747KM coming for Company Free service, which is new to the Road its company responsible to check that everything is going fine or not with the vehicle instead of charging for it. As we customers needs that our car had to be maintained well we have to pay the charge what company / dealer says. After the service I have paid the bill and I got the Quality Control report. I got surprised; on the report the Company dealer service inspection found that “The Wiper blade is damaged and need to be replaced. No other problems were found by the Authorized Company dealer”. As I have mentioned earlier I told that there may be problem with the Alignment which is a major problem for the vehicle performance. The company dealer service can’t identify the problem. I believe after a service the Quality control service man should do a test run after the service after doing that only he can provide the report that the vehicle is fine or not. I don’t think that they have done a test drive if he does he could find the problem. I don’t think that he is doing a proper check up just doing his regular routine. How could a customer trust the Company dealer service if they are not performing the service well. And other one thing which I got disappointed is that the Interior was cleaned with shampoo and after cleaning also the shampoo was still there (not properly removed) on the door and the seats. The shampoo bubbles was scattered on the door and seats which felt ugly and I have to clean the same from As a customer view my suggestion is that please do a proper check up of as the vechile as the vehicle is new on the road and also new to the customer. If the Company dealer is not doing the service well then no use of it, as Popular Hyundai is one of the best in Kerala. Please take a note on it and do the needful too all the customers.

              I am Pushkal Wadhwa/Robin Wadhwa. I am a very old customer of Hyundai and owning i10 already from the last 5.5 years. I have purchased new i20 elite ASTA model polar white color on 04-May-2015. I have bought this car from Goyal Automobiles, a Hyundai Dealer (Aashirwad Complex, Vill. Chamarhedi, Rajpura Road, Bahadurgarh, Punjab). I have following complaints against the showroom dealer: 1. After the first inspection of the car on the day of purchase, car was perfectly fine though very dirty, after they gave it for cleaning after some time (one scratch outside door and one dent on the dashboard got noticed by us which was not earlier there and they also admit that mistake there only.) 2. There behaviour before taking money was very good but immediate after they got money from us their way of talking was very bad. 3. They didn't even ask us for any refreshment and after a long time they gave us some. 4. The staff was showing very bad behavior and once told us that you want car then take it otherwise don't take it. 5. When we refused to take that piece of car, since it was damaged before signing the documents, they said we can not return your money before 15 days. 6. They charged us Rs. 11, 500 for Matting, Mud flaps, Body cover and Teflon coating. Same all things were offered to us in chandigarh and in patiala showroom for Rs. 4700 only but we came to know that after one day of purchasing the car. 7. All (Body cover, mud flaps, matting) are of very bad quality, I am sure they gave us duplicate material because I trust that Hyundai can’t have that bad quality product. 8. I showed it to one of my friend having automobile paint shop and when he inspected, he said there is no Teflon coating applied on this car also I want to mention that when in the morning I saw the car's first look, it was full of dirt. so there is no chance that Teflon coating has been applied. 9. They charged me very high amount on insurance amount (they said for fully damaged insurance you have to pay extra Rs. 2500, which I paid, they did give me receipt but didn't mentioned it on the insurance paper that my car is fully damaged cover) and Registration amount of the car. 10. They charged us Rs. 4500 for the loading unloading of the car charges. Which is totally bogus as other showroom is taking only Rs. 1800 again we got to know after one day of purchasing the car. 11. They didn't give us the second key of the car even after our request many times they said we will not give till you come to us for first service. 12. They are processing our registration of the car too, why they forced us? but didn't give us the payment receipt of the registration amount, which we paid? 13. I mailed you on the same day itself about complaining and that time I was in the showroom in fact I was in the showroom for another 5 hours after sending the mail on that day itself. 14. They have taken Rs. 7, 93, 001 (Rs. 7, 80, 501 via bank online transfer, Rs. 2500 fully damaged insurance extra amount in cash, Rs. 10, 000 booking amount in cash we did not get the booking form original/copy which was also the mistake). 15. They have not given us the waiver or regards which Hyundai company gives in terms of money discount when some owner buys a Hyundai car second time. 16. We were in urgent need of the car for our own needs due to that we took the car finally with very bad feeling and tearful eyes. Note: Me and my brother both are in constant in touch with Harpreet Kaur (Sales Head -Punjab). But we are not able to get the full solution from any of the person of Hyundai. They are saying to come to Goyal Automobiles, a Hyundai Dealer (Aashirwad Complex, Vill. Chamarhedi, Rajpura Road, Bahadurgarh, Punjab) showroom to get the key and service coupon and wants to resolve everything by this. I request higher authorities of consumer court complaint department that please look into this matter as earliest. Also Can you believe that with this enormous pain we bought the car, because literally we were in urgent need. My demands: 1. Undamaged and working condition second key of car. 2. Service Manual Book with coupons 3. My RC of the car without any mistake. 4. I want Rs. 11, 500 + Rs. 4500 back which they cheated on us. 5.                 Hello, I was already himiliated with commitment date not fulfiled. Add to that I got a call from Hyundai Person(Chander pal) yesterday morning, saying the Car is a available now and for that i took leave from office today and went to Hyundai Showroom only get more Humiliation. They are saying we really sorry for the communication. They made a joke out of me. I dont know how hyundai is treating the customers. I have completed all the formalities and came and this is really a bad bad experience for me. Still they are not giving the date, when can i get the car delivered.                   we met your Mr.Bunny Bajaj in your chandrapur off.cabin three months back who confirmed to credit the DUBAI trip amount in a month, now almost a year is going to be completed but neither the trip nor the amount is recd. So also the body cover is still awaited for Verna.MH 34 AM 3797 as promised during delivery. The EON MH 34 AM 3144 purchased from you on 14 MAY 2014 was to be fitted with Music system of CD, Radio and USB attachment and aerial. But the system is only with radio and USB ..aerial and CD drive is not yet rovided.Music syetem also provided after 8 month. There were several reminders to your Mr.Dheeraj and mr.Milind, several mails to chandrapur office and mail to Bunny Bajaj also. It appears that nobody is ready take cognisance of all the three matter.                     I was travelling to Bangalore from my home town which is called “Raichur” Via Gadwal (Telgana State) with my family. Suddenly car’s front left tyre got busted and hit the stone to engine and started leaking engine oil (Luckily, I am in slow speed i.e. 40-50kmph and we wearing belts no injury has happened) at 4:00PM on March 15, 2015 (Sunday) in between Gadwal and Kurnool. I have contacted local mechanic and just made a temporary arrangement (i.e. Fixing the oil sump with m-seal and refilling of oil) to reach nearby city. I started driving slowly and car was having smooth condition with no sound and trouble. While about to reach Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh) hardly 4km then suddenly engine stopped with huge sound at 7:30PM on March 15, 2015 (Sunday). I called Hyundai service station for any help but they told they will come from Hyderabad and drop to Lakshmi Hyundai, Hyderabad. I have not agreed it because it was too long, I have made a search and understood that in Kurnool city there is one service center called by “KUN HYUNDAI”. I called to their landline. No one lifted the call because it was Sunday which is holiday. I have asked local people and toed to reach safe location. i.e. on March 16, 2015 I have called “KUN HYUNDAI” asked to take car. They have toed the car to service station. They will look the car and let me know anything happened. After 10 days of time, they told their is two holes in engine i.e. on sump and another one is engine. So, either you need to repair the engine or replace the engine. So, we have took a decision of replacing the engine and we got it ready by after 45days and more. When I saw the engine with two holes, i.e. hole on engine sump is due to accident but inside the engine I don't how it is happened. So, I have raised the complaint agaist how the second hole in engine is happened. Now, they are telling the hole in engine is due to oil starvation. But, I have refilled the oil?

                      Dear Sir, I Sandeep Sharma from Jaipur, I am already existing customer & I am maintaining 3 vehicle’s of Hyundai & purchase I-20 Active. I am very sorry so say that this time my purchase experience is very BAD as accepted from Roshan Motors, Hyundai, VKI area, Jaipur Following are the point which makes me to point out the gaps. 1. 1.- Sales executive not offered me for test drive; I think this very important task in car industry. 2. 2.- Insurance amount is Rrs 5000/- more than the market price & they are forcing me to do in-house insurance, which is very bad option. 3. 3.- Hygiene of the showroom is not up to the mark (mosquitoes, flies & table was not cleaned). 4. 4.-Rs. 2000/- more charged for RTO process but the rate of Registration + No. plate + RC This was the experience that I want to share with you.                         Dear sir/madam, i went hindustan Hyundai service center in jaipur for my i10 3rd service and it is last one. After my car had service, i carry it but after that car made a noise of a linkage of left hand side front. I ask the service adviser about the noice and they said that it is a problem of a linkage and i had to pay a part's amount. But sir i drive my vehicle only 6200km in 2 and half years. Kindly give me the suggestion regarding this problem.

                          I booked a i20 active at nasik.and paid its token amount on 30/03/3015..the estimated delivery date was 21/04/2015...its been 1 and a half month now..the car has not been handed over yet..if there was so much waiting then why did you give the estimated date then...

                            I recently bought a new Hyundai i20 Active but I am not satisfied with the product. The vehicle makes a lot of engine noise which Hyundai vehicles are not supposed to produce. I had the vehicle to the service centre for check up but they said that the engine noise is OK. Since this is the 5th Hyundai vehicle I have bought in our family thus I know this is not a normal noise. This is something which they need answer me for. I have trusted them but there is not response from there side. I posted a complaint on their customer support as well but there is no response from them. I am really disappointed with them.

                              This is satvik kulshreshtha, owning i10 Magna. I have bought this car 2 years back. Last year in December, (december 08, 2014) i got problem with on of the accessory(curtains) which i have bought from morani hyundai dealer(sitabari, jaipur). Now its may, 2015 and i haven't got this accessory repaired yet.Your man "MR. JAYESH" has been taking care of this accessory section. My complain is regarding this guy! i am really pissed off from this guys attitude towards me. He is constantly giving me excuses since last december regarding repairing of this curtain. Due to unavailability of this curtain in my car, it looks ugly and nobody in this world wants his/her vehicle to look ugly especially interiors.. I am tired of calling him, sometimes i have to call him literally 20times and after that he picks up! As a customer this is extremely rude and disrespectful attitude that your guy has shown. It a request to take necessary action againt this case. Otherwise there is always an alternative and that will be from my side.

                                  Sir/Madam, Sub- Complaint against Hyundai and Globle gallarie dealer Andheri, (Mumbai) Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a car from Globle Gallarie on 25th March 2015 and the delivery of the car will be within 25 days from the date of booking. i was promised to get the delivery on 21th April'15 . Multiple follow up I have made with Mr.Sunil kale &amp; Mr. Sanjay gupta, but non of you are bother about giving proper ans and feedback and now its almost 1 and half month cross, but till date not proper feedback I have received from you people and nor my car, now in the last moment you people are saying that colour which I have ordered is not available, so your problem i have solved by choosing different colour for which the stock is available with other distributor After constantly requesting Mr.sunil kale agreed to deliver the car on 12th may and that also 2nd fake Promise. Today is my wifes birthday and on such a beautiful occasion the Gift which i have booked for her is not with me, which is really disgusting. I made a general telephonic enquiry to other customer of same dealer, they delivered the vehicle within 21 days from the date of booking. All this clearly shows that Hyundai is also encouraging black marketing along with the dealers and taking undue advantage of the reliability of the name Hyundai by creating market monopoly. There has been an increase of RTO Price in May 2015 and that difference amount cheque is also taken from me on 7th may 2015 and also the loan amount payment has been disbursed by bank on 24th April. My first EMI is due and the car is not with me which is huge loss for me and for which globle gallerie Andheri (Mumbai) have to bear my EMI cost. This is my worst experience I had with global gallerie Andheri branch (Mumbai). Being a hyundai customer, I was having a faith which is now all shattered as I feel that Hyundai is fluttering on its sales figures of March 2015 and are now least concern on costumer relationship and satisfaction.                                     A new i20 car bought by me a month ago has these issues since the 3rd day 1. A noise while changing the gear to 2nd and 3rd 2.While releasing the clutch peddle there is a spring sound 3.While AC is on and change the gear to neutral and release the clutch, there is immense noise from bonnet (MAJOR ISSUE) These issues has been checked by several technicians from various Popular Hyundai service centers and finally confirmed that this issue cannot be fixed. They confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect and needs a request for replacement of new vehicle. Major work has been done in the gear box several times replacing certain parts of the vehicle. As the vehicle has been experimented by various hands, I no more need the vehicle and need an immediate replacement

                                      Myself suraj c george my car number is KL-17-8006.I have given my car for service in hyundai authorized service station popular motor world pltd geethanjali jn, nh, bye pass, vyttila kochi 682019, tin no [protected]c, on 29/4/2015, and it return back on 30/4/2015 but i am not satisfied about their service and the car is not working condition . The complaint atteded by HARIKRISHNAN ([protected]), then my car is given for service on 5/5/2015, and the complaint is not corrected.then i complaint regarding this problem to the service manager popular hyundai kochin ([protected]) and relation manager ([protected]), according to them, they asked more time for service, on these days i will have to hired taxi for my work, the expenses of these days is more high, around RS, 4000. so i requested you to take necessary action about it, otherwise i will have to complaint about it the CUSTOMER COURT . i also attached credit invoice bill copy and 2 times repair order sheet.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam, Since May 7, 2015 have given my subject car at Mithila Hyundai Service Center, Mira Road (East). Since then I am following up with service center to check when car will be ready after servicing / change of clutch pad change request. Since then I am not being attended properly or given exact date to recollect my car. Not being attended on phone properly. Also tried to request them that due to any technical reason if you can not do the changes provide me with a alternate car to operate my work.
