I had purchased i 10 sports model of Hyundai from Oja Hyundai of Guwahati on 05.10.2010. Problem with power steering i first noticed in mid April'2015 when my steering of the car got jammed at the time of moving out of garage with 90 degree right turn which lasted for a second.. Thereafter the prob, em contued on almost all days at the time of moving out the car from parking area. I visited to nearest Service Centre Mukesh Hyundai located at Ganeshguri, Guwahati on 2nd May'2015. They could not locate the defect as there was no problem at the time of my visit to the Service Centre. They advised me to visit them when the problem persists. Now today on 6th May'2015 EPS indicator continued to remain on with non stop problem of jammed steering. I drove my car from office to residence with great difficulty.

    my name is dhinu krishnan, i am from muvattupuzha cochin kerala. i am owning an i20 for the last 4 years.can number KL-17--H--5680. popular hyundai, muvattupuzha is my dealer. My car was given for repair after an accident almost two months ago. since the accident happened because of our fault the insurance company said they cannot provide claim more than twenty thousand rupees. i said no problem repair my car and give it back to me at the earliest and they said ok. ! now its two months from the date i have given my car for service, i had some other issues also with my car and i have asked them to clear it and release my car within one month since there wont be much insurance claim and i was ready to pay the full amount. but they havent reponded or contacted me ever since i gave my car, and since there was no response from their side i had to visit their service center more than three times in the past two months. now its been two week since they told me that they will release my car. the last date they said was 2nd of this month, then they extended it to yesterday and i was okey with it. still no response from them and i went there yesterday and they told me they will give my car today but no response. they have not given any estimate amount or what progress is going on from their side. i waited for one month after giving it for service and since there was no reply from their side, so i had to take a car for rent which costed me around thirty five thousand rent for one month. i had to waste my money and my precious time because of this issue..!! what should i do now?? is this the way you deal your customers?? i bought hyundai car thinking that you have better service and dealings, but you totally dissapointed me. i had to rethink befor i buy any more hyundai cars in future ..! you are resposible for my money and my car, you should answer it, i will make you all pay for this. !! i have faced so many issues from popular hyundai before also but this is the limit i cannot tolerate any more. do something!

      I have purchase a Brand new X cent Base model from Hyundai on[protected] from Hyundai Showroom at Malakpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500028. There is no remote central locking kit available with the accessories department to purchase it in the twin cities of Telangana, Hyderabad. I request you to kindly provide me with the original company guaranteed remote central locking kit for my X cent Base model Car No TS13EB4537. Hope the Hyundai company will Address my isssue as soon as possible. Since 4 months iam using the car without remote central locking, iam facing severe problem due to this iam not able to install music system in my car and iam having car security issue without the remote cental locking.         Sir i purchased hyundai xcent s, at october 2014, 5 months ago.Performance of vehicle is very good but having problem of tyres.the tyres giving unsatisfactory performance, that having always a problem of tyre pressure reduction.i have changed 2 tyres within 5 months.so please check my problem as fast as possible.

          My car has barely completed 21, 000kms approx and I have had multiple complaints in my car which I have to rectify every now and then. Latest being the humming sound made by the clutch plate as described your service expert in Global Galleria ( Authorized Service center in Powai). As per them the clutch plate has burned out which I am hearing for the first time in a car which is not even 2 years old. Though they say this is the first time they are hearing about the problem whereas the Internet speaks contrary to their claims. They initially offered me a quotation of Rs. 25000/- approx. And have now charged me 6300/- for changing the clutch plate. They have stated that clutch plate is not covered under the so called warranty which Hyundai gives to its customer and has to be borne by the customer only. I have no problem with your service center's approach and attitude but I am disappointed & feel cheated with the product these guys have offered. I have never faced any issue with my Maruti vehicles in the past and the Japanese provide better product then these Koreans. Their customer service center is horrible and never reply to emails or calls. Their websites were last updated during Jurassic era and does not give you any correct information. I have been writing to Hyundai management for the last 1 week and there is not a single response received besides the standard template their IT head would have created without applying any head. Honestly the entire experience has been horrible in dealing with Hyundai and they are only good at marketing but their end product is cheap and substandard.

            my hyundai i20 is insured with icici Lombard insurance. today i went to novelty Hyundai Gurdaspur punjab to repair my car under the icici Lombard insurance. my insurance is zero dep and cash less type. employee of novelty Hyundai Gurdaspur told me that novelty have an agreement with only two insurance companies and i have to pay them full amount of repair through cash. then payment will come to my account after 2-3 weeks. so dealers have an agreement with the insurance companies. u have to be customer of new india insurance or bharti insurance i[censored] want to claim benefit of repair o[censored]r vehicle from novelty hyundai Gurdaspur... i felt very disappointed, if i knew this before i would have chose new India or bharti as my insurance company. so i am bound to chose any one of these two insurance companies.whether they r expensive or cheap it doesn't matter...

                My Complain still not resolved by Hyundai Car Insurance company, because they asking me to add my car CNG Kit information in to my car RTO book otherwise they will not accept to add CNG Kit information in to my car policy until i have to add information in RTO book, i was told them that right now i don't want to request for clam i'm going to request only add CNG Kit information only car policy.                   this is to bring to notice that it has been a shame on hyundai's part that they are not able to solve the problem of a customer since December-January. The issue with the car is that the seats of the car is RUSTED (PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHED PHOTO FOR UR REFERENCE, all what was possible to take have captured) A seat being rusted is never what I have seen or heard of I am owning at least almost 15-20 cars from i10 to Mercedes M Class Have never seen any problem in any car of mine I have been owning many cars of Hyundai in the lot Have recently after all this also booked the new Elantra 2015 I have never experienced such kind of service and bad experience. The people at your customer relation are just to make fools. Feels so sad to see such response After all this I am actually gonna rethink to buy the Elantra because of the service one of the main things isn't up to expectations then there is no point of buying a car from such company. I have been making a complaint at your service station i.e. SIKKA HYUNDAI MAYAPURI DELHI. They have been telling me that site we have raised a complaint and the company will provide a feedback soon. It is really disheartening to see a service from Hyundai so bad The service manager do not respect customers and in all have no words a to say anything about it Have been also tweeting regarding the problem but the company is also so concerned that they don't bother to call or get back in any way. I hope this mail helps to solve the problem or I would be forced to take an action and file a complaint in the consumer forum against Hyundai for such service and quality Thank You

                    Sir, Yesterday i went to your hyundai dealership (bindal hyundai)in kashipur uttarakhand for servicing my car and the behaviour of the employees are very rude they firstly solve all the problems of the car and then take all the parts back by doing misbehave as i am a old customer of hyundai its doesnt look good

                      sir since 28.3.2015 the company also not take proper step against the dealer not single time company give reply of my complaint numbers[protected] dated 28.3.205 and[protected] dated 12.4.205 and 1-[protected] dated 17.4.2015 and[protected] dated 25.4.2015 i lodge the complaint but i never get any call from the company also for not provide the service

                          The ODO meter of my car (Hyundai Eon) got damaged within the warranty period. i informed this to CI Hyundai and registered a complaint.I was told that it will take some time for the Odometer to arrive and hence I was asked to wait for some days. Now months after the complaint was registered, CI Hyundai is not able to trace my complaint and says that the warranty period is over and hence they cannot replace the Odometer. I have been following up with these people for a long time now and it is very disappointing. I feel cheated by Hyundai. This is certainly not the response I was expecting from Hyundai to its customers.

                              i hv purchased my grand I-10 car last year 2nd april 2014 I had suffered lot of different kind of problem of its oil chamber bursting out with a slight touch of ground two times in just a period of 30 days. we have found out that its oil chamber is too low to ground in compare to other cars.we r really very much disturded due to this and fm last 10 days my car is lying in the work shop. company must immidiately see this genuine probelem due to wrong design of car chamber which will again create probelem. its now became very risky to drive such a car.                                 I have purchased i20 active petrol from com Hyundai ddun, on 2 April 2015 but this vehicle is not registered in RTO ddun. The dealer took 10 days time but now 25 days have gone.We are running vehicle without registration . Inspite of regular follow up till Lucknow nothing has happened.

                                    On 27th April 2015 my HYUNDAI EON car met with Fire accident right away we contacted Hyundai showroom but the response was ridicolous As the Service manager was not willing to take my request itself Hope i didnt except such a legalistic response from him He responded as the insurance wont cover yet the insurance guys was ready to release the amount Still the service manager replied as we cant do the necessary service Finally he told to shift the showroom as he cant do the need full Since there was no person on the car it was fine The response given by them was not at all acceptable

                                      Sir, 1. I want to purchase hyundai Elite i 20 (Sports Model) through CSD Canteen. In this regard I visited your dealership show room i.e. SAMRITHI HYUNDAI at Ambala City (Haryana). Your staff at showroom asked to me pay the following charges in addition to price of the car (i.e. Rs. 5, 79, 553/- (Rupees five lakh seventy nine thousand five hundred fifty three) : - (a) Logistic Charges - Rs. 4500/- (b) Mating Charges - Rs. 1700/- 2. I agree to pay the above charges and asked for proper receipt of the same indicating the above charges. But they refused to give the receipt and intimated that we can not change the system for you. 3. In view of the above, you are requested to clarify about the above amount is liable to be paid by me or not. 4. Your co-operation in this regard will by highly appreciated.                                         Dear sir/mam I gave my verna transform car no: RJ20 CC 3001 at kamal hyundai kota rajasthan for problem rectification of over heating, those people took 15 days to repair it, by that time my car was in running condtion.after repairing it they called me up that ur timing chain is not working and when i gave them the car there was no such problem in it . They said they will repair it, for this they took more than 20 days, after repairing timing chain the called me up to say that your turbo is not working we have to change it, i asked them to repair it (but while i gave them my car it was working properly) they took 20 days again to solve that problem. After repairing that problem they again called me up saying that the head of your car needs to be changed that was again their fault while repairing and its almost 18 days and they have not even reverted back to me regarding any solution of my car . It is almost more than two and a half month my car is with them only and they are not responding even. I tried calling them Mr raj kumar ji their who is taking care of, but he is not picking the phone and they dont have this much sensibility that to inform the customer regarding the car. And still i have no information that when they will be retuning my car back. I gave my car on 15 feb 2015, these people hav completly destroyed my car and they don't deserve to be the part of hyundai india . As the kind of service they are providing is pathatic And they are not even bothered about What they are doing, this is the worst service center i have ever seen in my life, full of irresponsible people and non experienced mechanics . Kindly let me know what to do with your people and service center or else i'm filling complaint in consumer court. One more thing we have also filled the complaint telephonicaly but there was no response form there also, i think this company is no more intrested in serving their customers. If you people hav little dignity left kindly seek into the matter and try sorting out my problem.
